I have tried and tried and tried to get this point across: there are two governments in America, one British, one American.  There are two populaces in America---- one of British Subjects, one of American State nationals. 

This is the way it is and it is the way it has always been.  For all those who want proof in the founding documents go to www.freesovereignandindependent.com and look at what the Definitive Treaty of Peace (1783) which ended the Revolutionary War reveals: two populations. One population known as the "free, sovereign, and independent people of the United States" and the other known as "inhabitants"---- British Subjects left here to provide "essential government services." 

Look at Article IV of the actual Constitution.  There it is again, the provision of essential government services by federal employees.

I agree as wildlife managers the BLM are destroying the wildlife, which seems to be a failure to any normal and reasonable line of thought. But we are not living in normal or reasonable times. I would like to ask you some questions.

WHAT IF ALL THIS DESTRUCTION OF WILDLIFE IS BY DESIGN?

What if they, the BLM and other so called agencies of government, are acting as corporate mercenary agents of a world wide program of control and destruction designed to destroy our food supply in anticipation of a totalitarian takeover by mostly foreign owned bankrupt corporations masquerading as government, and ruling by Fraud, deceit, threat, duress, intimidation, coercion, and force of arms.  What if these people REALLY ARE criminals of the first order who have decided that if they can't own the whole world, lock, stock and barrel, they will burn it to the ground, and kill all their primary creditors in the process?

What if in the process of grabbing complete power and control over the people of the world, and enslaving them, they are willing to commit heinous crimes of genocide, wanton murder, and starvation of the people, not to mention thievery,  identity theft, semantic deceit, personage, and barratry and most of all, JUDICIAL TYRANNY,  just to name a few?

What if they have already taken over the entire judiciary structure of this country, so much so that these so called courts, which are nothing but corporate tribunals operating in the law of the sea, or admiralty jurisdiction, can steal your land, your wildlife or anything else they want including your FREEDOM at the whim of some bureaucrat regulation, and DO SO ON A REGULAR BASIS against the people, as in the case of the Hammond family and the Bundy family, and the Finicum family?

What if these corporate tribunals of the sea are making pirate runs against the people of this land on a daily basis, by PRESSGANGING you off your land, and into their sea jurisdiction like the pirates of old when they raided whole villages and press ganged the men into service as slaves on their ships?
The crime of Press Ganging has carried the death penalty for over 200 years.

What if, in that process of takeover and control they are willing to kill off the wildlife to destroy the food supply of the people, their enemies, you and your neighbors. What if, once you have no food, they then offer you some of their food stash in trade for your guns.  After all, at that point you have no reason to have a gun, because "there is no game to shoot", and that's the only legitimate reason to have one anyway, right?

WRONG.

What if these people are all world class CRIMINALS who have never been brought to justice, hiding in their pirate's lair called New Columbia, or Washington DC, but in plain sight and in every state?

NOW ASK YOURSELF.  Who is going to fix this mess? Is it going to fix itself?

No, and if we don't help fix it, it's not going to get fixed.  How do we fix it?

The one thing these criminals can't stand is exposure to the light of day. Once the people, the police, the military, and the lawful militia REALLY UNDERSTAND who these criminals are and how they operate, and we all just stop participating in their FRAUDULENT banks, governments, corporate tribunals, and bureaucratic structure, they will be powerless to impose their police state on us any longer. Once the police, sheriffs, military, and militia realize the illegitimate power grab these corporate imposter governments are wielding, and stop enforcing their edicts, their entire power structure will fade and be replaced by legitimate and lawful and moral power exercised by local people.

I am doing this with a skeleton staff and a huge amount of work on my table. I wish I could "do it all" and help people with their individual cases, too, but I can't. There are literally millions of Americans sitting in private for-profit jails who should not be there and trillions of dollars of American assets at risk. I have to keep my eye on the ball and we all have to keep moving forward as best we can. For me, that means pursuing the UN, the rats in DC, the World Bank. For the rest of you, that means educating yourselves, your families, your friends, your neighbors, and yes, the sheriffs and "county" officials and "state" officials and everyone else.

These groups of undeclared commercial mercenaries have "invaded" our country for the purpose of dispossessing us. The only thing that will stop them is a widespread public knowledge of who they are and what they are and an equally public and determined exposure of the facts.

How many "County" Sheriffs really want to prosecute innocent people under color of law? How many want to risk prosecution--- real prosecution under Public Law--- if they do?

That's what's coming, folks.

Any time that you incorporate anything, it falls under the international jurisdiction of the sea and under the Satanic Law of the Sea or the almost-as-bad Law Merchant.

So what do you do to get back to land?

You know, I was born into a world of heavy confiscatory taxation and wealth re-distribution and as such I am an actual participant. I believe this to be an evil scourge and work for its eradication.

True Freedom vs. false freedom and the tyranny of corporate amerika

This is one of the best short articles I have seen explaining how we got to tyranny from freedom.

Having spent the best part of three years in the study of what exists in America, how we have gotten to where we are, and the structure of our country at this point, I feel compelled to make an attempt at clarification of it for those who have not had the opportunity for such in depth study. We have a system in place which has corrupted the basic tenet of law and we have departed from the basic intent of law. We have allowed it and accepted it because of our ignorance and lack of understanding. Until this is acknowledged and understood there will be no freedom for man on this earth.

Many of those in the sovereignty movement have discovered the difference between law, which is the common law (the law of the land), and the legal system which is a corporate creation using international law. The corporate created legal system is not a system of law but a system of corporate rules and regulations by which the created "creditors" and would be masters may regulate the lives of man and manufacture excuses for confiscation of production and/or assets. It is a system through which they find excuses and the means for extracting the productivity of man by various devices and those devices are whatever they claim them to be.

When a sovereign/free man claims that those rules do not apply to him, the typical response from most of the uninformed is that these folks think they are "above the law." This is the predominate attitude of " law enforcement, the courts, the would be corporate rulers, and ..unfortunately most of our people, who have been trained to keep their fellow man in line and compliant. This view is what has been taught to the people for decades. It is NOT what our founders believed, it is NOT based on the natural law, the law of the land, the law of the free man, nor is it based in Constitutional law or principles. It IS based on the law of the sea and the law of the international merchants/bankers. It is wholly opposed to the law of free men which is God's law or the natural law of the free man. The merchant law (corporate law, law of the sea, international law, commercial law) is the law for the slaves constructed to make all the people debtors and is written by the slave masters who set themselves up to rule and prosper.

I hope to make this basic and simple to understand herein. There was a time when the saying "ignorance of the law is no excuse" had very good reason for being valid. That is because the common law, or the law of free man, has but three laws. 1. Do not harm another one of the people. 2. Do not harm the property of one of the people. 3. Do not commit fraud. All three of those laws can be boiled down into simply DO NO HARM.

That is real law. It is simple, it is straight forward, and ignorance of it is no excuse. Frankly, no one growing up under these laws of free men could ever have been ignorant of them nor claim ignorance as an excuse. If you will but stop to ponder those three laws you will realize they encompass all the protection and security a free man would need. Under the common law what we knew of as the police or sheriffs were ACTUALLY peace officers and served merely to keep that peace. In the current system they are "law enforcement" which is another term for corporate rule revenue collection officers. They are now the muscle for an illegitimate criminal system to make and control slaves of men.

The old saying that ignorance of the law no longer applies for there are now tens of thousands of "so called" laws variously termed statutes, codes, or public policy, and no one could possibly know them or indeed keep up with all the new ones being passed every day. This is ludicrous to any thinking man who values freedom and does not relish slavery and chains.

The corporate rules now accepted as laws are merely under "color of law" and are described to people "as law" when in fact they are the rules of corporations, designed to be the creditors, in a system through which they manage to take more and more money from the people using agency and devise by making the people the debtors and subjects of their rule. It is a system through which they gain more and more money, expand and grow controls via created corporate governmental fictions, and make more and more excuses for more and more power and control. It is a system the slaves are expected to pay for and support. It is a system in which the slaves pay for their own increasingly tyrannical rule via theft of their productivity.

The simple common law is the premise for our Bill of Rights and our Constitution. These documents were not written to give us our rights as those are inherent inalienable rights we are born with...natural or God given...and it is so stated within those documents. These are the rights and rules for free men to live by. There is NO valid excuse for any others as those three are all encompassing.

Let us merely consider the basic premise of the laws of free men. It is "DO NO HARM." Those who do harm to another man, his property, or defraud another are held accountable. Period.

I would suggest to you that much, if not all, of the corruption that exists in this country traces back to the concept of the limited liability corporation. It is a fictional person created within in their manufactured legal system. It is a legal construct through which accountability and liability is avoided. That is completely opposed to the laws of free men. It is a shield erected which allows harm to be done and the culprits responsible for that harm to walk away scot free. I suggest to you that the concept violates the law of free men by setting up a construct through which one may avoid the law of responsibility for one's actions. No accountability. In other words those doing harm are no longer held accountable to their fellow man. This violates the basic premise of all the real law that free man ever had. The people are said to have volunteered into this system and yet they do not know it even exists. The system itself is a fraud upon the people and hence violates the real law.

To be surprised by what has evolved due to the violation of that premise of do no harm is to admit a failure to understand what makes real law and what is lawless rule. We created a fictional person in law with the corporations and now the corporations (all the various governmental entities) now rule by edict, decree, and corporate rule making with no responsibility or accountability. You may venture the opinion that they do no harm, but I challenge you to reconsider.

If a corporation files bankruptcy and the stockholders walk away from all debt, would you claim no one has been harmed? I allow that in every case there IS harm done. If the vendors to that bankrupt corporation are to survive, they will have to be able to overcome such losses. They can only overcome such losses by having net revenues sufficiently high to be able to absorb the losses and indeed even the risk of such losses.. That means higher prices for all goods and services and is a price born by the consumer....the people. The rules ultimately protect government and their corporations from the people who bear the cost; the slaves. It removes all recourse in real law and all protection under real law. It protects the law violators from the victims which is ultimately the people in every case.

These corporate creations were a violation of law in the very beginning and the current situation is but the natural progression of that corruption of the basic premise in law to do no harm. The protections and security of free men is not to be found in corporate rule making but in the return to real law and a departure from the fictional system created to avoid responsibility and the premise of real law.

The federal government is a corporation. It exists as THE parent corporation. All others who file a charter to "incorporate" and obtain the limited liability protection as one of their sub corporations must pay protection money to the parent who controls them. The IRS tax code applies to such corporate fictions and taxes them for the "benefit" of their relationship to the parent corporation...ie limited liability. It is protection money. It is collected by their muscle, the IRS.

The corporate taxes are the "cut" of the corporate profits taken by the government for the protection provided of limited liability and passes to the FED as interest on the debt run up by the parent so they can continue to expand controls and grow in size. The regulations and interventions in business are manipulated to scientifically create inflation. As the cost of dealing with regulations goes up to the sub corporation then they must increase prices for goods and services. The increase in gross revenues and subsequent net revenues of the corporation as measured in dollars goes up, hence the tax dollars collected as protection money go up. This cost in scientifically created inflation is born by the people and is theft of their productivity.

It is why a car that was once $3000 is now $50, 000. It is why a house that was once $10,000 is now $200,000. It is why a man can no longer support his family on one income and why most wives now have to work. It is why people now struggle to make ends meet and it is largely why our kids are now raised by people outside the home. It is why companies and individuals behind them do not always act morally and ethically in their business dealings. It has corrupted our society and completely undermined the concept of do no harm. Why worry about it if you can file bankruptcy on your corporation and walk away? It happens every day and it costs the people in every way. I suggest the "harm" is massive and wide spread.

We have a parent corporation with a seated CEO/President who can rule by decree and bureaucratic department heads who garnered the ability to regulate day to day activities of their managed herd and now we have a criminal corporate institution in place which can literally control not only your freedoms but your very life or death by decree. To oppose corporate rule or their decree mandates is to be labeled a traitor or terrorist. I can think of nothing which could be more ridiculous or absurd than what exists in this country. We gave up God's law for the rule of man and we have a cruel master coming forth for our failures.

All people must realize the difference between real law and corporate rule to ever end corruption and return to a free and moral society. Consider what you have accepted. Question every thing you have blindly accepted as good or necessary and why. Think about it long and hard.

Many Americans these days want to be so free that they would also be free from God's laws. They want to be free from the Ten Commandments and be allowed to violate the natural laws put into spin by God at Creation. That might be the reason corporations dominate.

That so called "freedom" is really slavery. It's slavery to satan, who wanted to replace God with himself. As Satan lost his true freedom and was kicked out of heaven by St. Michael the Archangel so will we lose our true freedom and heaven if we live without God.

The true SUPREME law for the United States is the US Constitution. It was and is a reflection of the moral law, natural law and in some respects positive Divine law. Notice I said a reflection. Because true positive Divine law is contained in God's Ten Commandments delivered to Moses. These laws have been explained throughout over 2000 years of history by Jesus Christ through His Church, and are pretty well defined.

So ask yourself this question. Do people who want to ignore the Divine Law and also the US Constitution really deserve true FREEDOM?

I think not. Then ask yourself this question. What am I doing to MAKE MYSELF WORTHY of this divine gift of true Freedom?

If you can't answer that might I suggest several things?

1. Prayer

2. Study, of history, moral principles, a bit of law etc.

3. activities that help inform your fellow man.

4. prepare for the worst, and hope and pray for the best

5. Most importantly live so as to set a good example of a person truly free under God's law, and then DO NO HARM.

We are all imperfect, and we don't get it right 100% of the time, but it's the effort to be so that really counts, and we can all use the practice of living right. That practice is the preparation for TRUE AND ETERNAL FREEDOM, which is perfection itself before the face of God in heaven for all time and eternity. May we all be so blessed.

One would have to be a blind man to not see that America is fast losing the fundamental principles of liberty upon which our once-great country was established. And, without a doubt, the single biggest reason for this decline is the lack of concern and effort on the part of today’s Christians and pastors to resist it.

All over America, when one approaches our pastors and church leaders with the obvious decay and ruination of constitutional government and Declaration principles taking place in our land today, the response flippantly comes back: “God hasn’t called me to do that; I’m supposed to win souls and that’s it.” (Or words to that effect.) As if the call to Gospel preaching, evangelism, and missionary endeavor negates our responsibility as citizens of a free land.

Of course, this call to “win souls” doesn’t interfere with these preachers’ golf games; it doesn’t interfere with their family vacations; it doesn’t interfere with their active membership in whatever local civic organization they happen to belong to; it doesn’t interfere with their hiring of a lawyer if they are falsely accused or defrauded; it doesn’t interfere with their invitations to celebrity politicians for special church recognition on patriotic holidays; it doesn’t interfere with them going to the polls to vote; it only seems to interfere when they are personally asked to take a stand in the gap for our country’s liberties. Then, all of a sudden, they haven’t been “called,” or “God will take care of it,” or “Jesus is coming soon,” or “Religion and politics don’t mix,” ad infinitum, ad nauseam.

The only thing I can think of to add to this is a question.
 
What ever happened to the old dedication exhibited by priests and ministers that were not afraid to self-sacrifice their lives for God in a spirit of penance for the sins of men? Where is there any evidence of these men showing a likeness to Christ in their own lives? Where is there any imitation of Christ's virtues? It seems to me they are all too interested in the world and it's pleasures, and not in winning the souls of men to God. Until we all get that same spirit of penance and self-sacrifice and live by it, this country will never be restored.
God will continue to push mankind OFF THE FENCE. It's up to us which side of that fence we get off on.  Remember that God does not tolerate the lukewarm. He told us he would "begin to vomit them out of his mouth".  This is really a spiritual battle between good and evil, and until we recognize that and act accordingly we are doomed, at least as a country. Remember the bible story of Jonas. Once the king of Ninive understood what Jonas was saying, he caused all his countrymen to do penance for their sins, and God heard their prayers and saved their land.  We need to imitate them.

CHOOSING FEDERALISM, CHOOSING FREEDOM

After the release of my last column "Freedom's Destruction by Constitutional De-Construction," I received so many responses to my statement, "The people of the states [must] once again reject this national form of government and assert and defend the principles of federalism," that I felt the need to develop this subject more thoroughly. The question I received was: "How can I choose federalism once again?" Indeed, answering this question is crucial to injecting a cure for the sickness and illness of tyrannical, national control over the people of the states. Undoubtedly, we are going to need an acute dosage to even begin ridding ourselves of the disease destroying the body of our once-great federation.

The reality is, the answer is not complicated. The more relevant question will likely be, what portion of the cure(s) must we implement. This will require a diagnosis of the degree and seriousness of the disease's attack on our Confederate Republic. Let us analyze briefly the seriousness of the attack so that we may proportionally and accordingly respond and defend against the encroachments on our constitutional freedoms, guarantees and powers.

Keeping in line with my last article and the position that the national system of government (under which the United States currently operates) is completely contrary to the federal system that our founders and Constitution's ratifiers bequeathed to us, a fact is established: We the People of the United States of America have been denied our natural and compactual rights under God and the Constitution. Again, how can it be argued that it is now legally and morally right and proper to do what our Constitution did not create or authorize? How can freedom exist in a country where we supposedly believe in the "consent of the governed" when that consent has been usurped by force? Consequently, our right of defense is activated.

Take heart ye children of men. The truth shall set you free!

Today's Gospel taken from the Catholic daily Missal is very interesting and has some special significance for American patriots of our day.

It is the yearly feast of two saints. The Holy Apostles Simon and Jude.

Saint Simon was a Chananean, and was known among the apostles as "the Zealot." Before Christ called him to be an apostle, Simon belonged to the patriotic party known as Zealots, who, impatient of foreign rule, perpared for a war of independence. This circumstance was not forgotten, and even after he had become a disciple of the Lord, he was still known by the appellation of the Zealot. He suffered martyrdom in Persia, according to tradition.

Saint Jude is the brother of James the Less, first bishop of Jerusalem, and therefore a cousin of Our Savior. The New Testament includes a short letter written by St. Jude, who is daily commemorated in the Roman Canon of the Mass under the name of Thaddeus. It is believed that the relics of these two apostles are in St. Peter's in Rome. Tradition says that he preached in Mesopotamia, where he died for the Faith. He is the patron of difficult cases.

John 15, 17-25

"At that time, Jesus said to His disciples, These things I command you, that you love one another. If the world hate you, know ye that it hath hated Me before you.
If you had been of the world, the world would love its own; but because you are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you. Remember My word that I said to you, The servant is not greater than his master. If they have persecuted Me, they will also persecute you:
If they have kept My word, they will keep yours also. But all these things they will do to you for my name's sake, because they know not Him that sent Me.
If I had not come, and spoken to them, they would not have sin; but now they have no excuse for their sin. He that hateth Me, hateth My Father also. If I had not done among them the works that no other man hath done, they would not have sin; but now they have both seen and hated both Me and My Father. But that the word may be fulfilled which is written in their law, They hated Me without cause."

If the shoe fits, wear it. We should all make sure we are on the right side of every issue.

May St. Simon guide our actions in the fight for freedom, that we always do God's Holy Will, and may St. Jude the patron saint of difficult cases clear our way and keep us on track through this difficult fight to restore our Republic, and bring our elected officials back to the rule of law.

MIAC Report vetted at hearing

Press Release - Missouri Campaign For Liberty members testify at House committee hearing on MIAC

The Missouri House Interim Committee on State Intelligence Analysis Oversight met today in Grandview Missouri. The committee chaired by Rep Bob Dixon and co-chaired by Rep Jim Guest heard testimony from citizens concerned with the MIAC report released last spring by the Missouri Highway Patrol Fusion Center.

Grandview Alderman Mike Furgason testified his concern that MIAC has no oversight and suggested the state legislature should set up an oversight committee. "Someone needs to read and approve these reports before they are released"

The committee is charged with taking recommendations back to the legislature regarding the MIAC, Missouri Information Analysis Center. Last spring, the MIAC garnered national attention when a report was leaked to the news media. That report profiled many Missouri citizens as potential Militia Members. The report profiled gun owners, Christians, home schoolers, constitutionalists and implied that persons who displayed a Gadsden Flag or bumper stickers of Presidential candidates Ron Paul, Bob Barr or Chuck Baldwin were persons of interest for law enforcement to watch out for. Constitution party Vice Presidential candidate Darrell Castle testified at Monday's hearing. He expressed concern that his parties members simply want our federal government to follow the constitution and the members were unfairly lumped with people who are true threats to society. When asked what the solution was, he recommended eliminating the MIAC department completely. Castle testified that the Federal Government has gone well beyond its mandate in the US Constitution. That theme that the federal government is not abiding by the 10th amendment of the constitution was a concern of several citizens and at least 4 of the legislators on the committee.

Deb Wells, National Member Services Director for Campaign for Liberty testified that a 2007 audit shows nearly 700 people a day are being added to the watch lists. She fears she might be on the watch list and could be detained at a simple traffic stop. It appears nearly impossible to remove your name from the watch list due to the way the information is shared worldwide. "Will I be put in jail for 60 days because I believe in the 2nd amendment or because I supported Chuck Baldwin for President?"

Larry Flinchpaugh, a Buchanan county volunteer for Campaign for Liberty, testified "I was appalled and insulted to read that I was being profiled as possibly belonging to a subversive group simply because of my political activism." Flinchpaugh, an author from St Joe Missouri further testified "I believe that our government should (1) abide by the Constitution, (2) adopt sound monetary policies by abolishing the private and unconstitutional Federal Reserve and Fractional Reserve Banking and the 16th amendment authorizing income taxes to be collected on our wages, (3) stop being the policeman of the world and bring our troops home from most of the hundreds of military bases around the world, (4) respect the sovereignty of the individual states, and (5) recognize that a government that governs "least" governs" best." Does this sound like a description of a "Militia Movement" member or "Terrorist" or a "Patriotic American" who believes like our founding fathers?"

Paul Hamby, a Missouri Coordinator for Campaign for Liberty testified "Political Profiling discourages free speech. Beyond the constitutional issues, we need to look at the Big Picture. How will we ever find the best solutions to the issues facing our country today, if we cannot have Honest Open Debates?" Hamby praised Missouri Highway Patrolmen, then testified that the MIAC report hurt the department's credibility. Will Missouri Law enforcement take these reports seriously next time? What if the next report is a real threat of the next Timothy McVeigh?" Hamby held up John Ashcroft's book "Never Again" and told the committee "Never Again shall Missouri Government profile our citizens based on their political beliefs"

72 Fusion centers have been set up across the United States. They are funded by the Dept of Homeland Security with a 2009 budget of 274 million dollars. Rep. Brian D. Nieves expressed concern that this was another case of the Federal Government telling us how to run our state. "The risk is that we start these projects with federal dollars and then 2 or 3 years later the federal government comes along with mandates tied to the money."

The House committee will hold one more hearing for public testimony.
