More to Know About Your Name

Yesterday, we touched on the fact that you are not your name, that it is a "thing" separate from you, akin to a tool, or a conveyance like a bicycle, that you are given and that you hold as a possession. You are its first "Holder in Due Course" and nobody using your name at any time after that can claim a greater claim to it.

But there are some difficulties.....

For example, what if you have a common name like, "John Robert Brown"? There can be real confusion about who is who and even, as we shall see, what is what--- associated with a name.

Let's go back to the Bible where most conundrums appear in literature. God gave Adam the job of naming things and animals. That much is clear and clearly stated in the Book of Genesis, but, although naming people is not forbidden, it is not mandated, either.

Nothing has happened to me.  I am perfectly okay.  I am traveling and working and meeting with other judges and justices of the peace around the country, and meeting with researchers into topics of law and history..... all the things you can see that I do, sometimes require travel and collaboration and face to face meetings.  For the next three weeks I will be on a short tether so far as time to write articles is concerned, so, please bear with me.

The last few days have focused on the topic of names---- what is a name, what do we use it for, what is a legal name versus a lawful name, etc., etc.

Most people take their name for granted and identify themselves with their name.  They think that they are "Joseph Allen Blount" or "Virginia Marie Casper"---but in fact, their name is a separate and alien thing.  Your name isn't you.  It is instead a tool and a possession, like a shovel or a rake or a lawn mower.  It is yours in the same sense that a bicycle is yours.

So that is the first thing you need to understand about a name.

Rebuttal Versus Reclamation -- Exodus to the Land

The Twelve Steps I published some time ago are rebuttals to presumptions that are being held against DEFENDANTS in court cases addressed to the "CITIZEN" named after you.  These presumptions are fatal and result in being held guilty 100% of the time if they are not answered and rebutted---- and nobody tells you they exist, so, guess what?  The conviction rate in these "Debt Collection Courts" runs 98%.
