Every day I get letters from people who have come to America seeking peace and freedom. These immigrants have come -- in many cases --- from war-torn places, out of situations of poverty, threat, and fear.  They have come as all our forefathers did in search of freedom and it is with a heavy heart that I have to tell them that they have been cheated.  

They have not been granted State Citizen status, because the lawful state governments were disrupted and never acted officially to grant it.  Instead, these immigrants and all  have only inherited "US citizenship"---- that is, they have been "claimed" as "citizens of the United States" merely "residing" here. 

The same profoundly limited status has been conferred on Native Americans, African Americans; and all those "corporate personas" created under the 14th Amendment of the Corporate Constitution and merely named after American State Nationals are considered "citizens of the United States".  So are federal employees and military personnel.

Little Words --- Unanswered Letters 13 -- For Richard

This discussion began with the difference between "Common Law Courts" and "Courts of Common Law", in which I revealed the apparently astounding news that whenever you see the word "of" it indicates a secondary entity derived from or acting in behalf of something else, and in today's world almost always indicates an incorporated legal fiction of some kind operating in the international jurisdiction of the sea. 

"Common Law Courts" = Land Jurisdiction = Ohio State

"Courts of Common Law" = Sea Jurisdiction = State(s) of Ohio

Look at the original constitution ---- what does it say?  "The Constitution for the united States of America". See?  The word "united" was originally used as an adjective describing the "States of America" acting as a union of states. 

States are political entities which are the possessions and agents of nations, which are also political entities, hence the use of the word "of"---- as in, for example, "Anne of Green Gables".  "Anne" comes from "Green Gables" but, at the same time, "Green Gables" belongs to "Anne"---and her family.   

The "States of America" belong as members in the "perpetual union" created by The Articles of Confederation (1781), but they do not belong to the Union thus created. 

We have to pay closer attention to all those "little words"----!

Revocation of Election to Pay Income Tax -- Unanswered Letters 12 -- For "Princess"

Your revocation of election takes  effect normally with the beginning of the current Federal tax year, which in this case (assuming revocation today) would be July 1 of 2015.  You are still responsible for paying prior years unless you stipulate an earlier revocation date, for example, if they were claiming that you owed taxes from 2009 that you objected to then and ever since, you could make revocation effective July 1 of 2008. 

Whether you knew it or not, this "pledge" of your service as a Withholding Agent was always voluntary so long as you are not a federal employee (military or civilian), willingly operating as a federal corporation, of African American descent, a political asylum seeker, or welfare seeker. 

Dear Mr. Rothschild --- Payment of Account and Contract Status

Dear Mr. Rothschild, 

As you are aware we authorized payment of the entire UNITED STATES debt and have forwarded the paperwork to the Pope and to the Bank of International Settlements. 

As you are also aware, much of that debt had nothing legitimate to do with us nor with our presumed service contract with the UNITED STATES.  We have been obliged to pay for "services" we didn't order, and have not received services that we did stipulate, which is a problem that needs to be resolved by arbitration.  We have also been obliged to pay for services rendered to Third Parties absent any agreement ever signed by fiduciary deputies of ours. As one of the supposedly “fake” judges referenced in the recent NLA hit pieces, I have to observe that I am going about my lawful business unmolested by the Federales and if Ammon Bundy or any of these other fine patriots had listened to me instead of leaning on their own ignorance, they wouldn’t be in federal prison.

As Mark Twain observed— it isn’t what we know that gets us in trouble. It’s what we THINK we know that just ain’t so.

My sympathies and heart are 100% with these men, but the truth is that you can lead a horse to water, but….. as with Thomas Deegan in West Virginia, too.

The further truth is that these men are all naturally “State Citizens” under Article IV, Section 2 of the Federal Constitution, but they are being mischaracterized and prosecuted as “citizens of the United States” under Amendment XIV of the Corporate Constitution instead.

In their ignorance, they are clinging to this foreign political status— literally clinging to their chains—-and they are being prosecuted accordingly. Truly, I say to all of you that they will continue to be railroaded and “made examples of” and they will lose their good names and their property and spend many long years in jail and be held responsible for crimes they did not commit because they have forgotten who they are.

Which is the same problem that causes them to mistake who I am, too. Time to wake up and ask yourselves—- am I a Puerto Rican?

Calling Out John Daresh, and NLA --- Third Round

Do you all have sense enough to know that a Common Law Grand Jury is just one part of a Common Law Court? 

Go through it in your own head.  What makes up a court? 

You have the office of the judge (or justice or magistrate), you have the court clerk, you have the bailiff, you have the grand jury, you have the trial jury, and you have a sheriff and his deputies to enforce the jury's decision. 

Observe that the Grand Jury is just one part of the whole. Without the rest, it spins its wheels. It goes nowhere.  It does nothing.  Just like NLA's Common Law Grand Juries have done for the past three years.

John Daresh and Kyle Rearden and the other ignorant prognosticators want you to believe that a Common Law Grand Jury can function on its own and I am telling you that it can't. 

Payment in Full Tendered for All Debts of the UNITED STATES

The instructions have already been given once to the Trustees including Pope Francis and the Bank of International Settlements. Here is the text of the email sent to Pope Francis yesterday to make sure that our instructions were "crystal clear". 

Most Beloved Francis, 

Our instructions have been transmitted to the Bank of International Settlements, but we are repeating them in your presence and asking for your assistance in overcoming whatever obstacles remain. 

We authorize the transfer of sufficient funds from our National Credit to pay off the National Debt of the "United States" defined as the "territories and District of Columbia" and do this as the lawful beneficiaries and heirs of The New Testament Trust as well as The United States Trust 1779. 

About the "Presidential Transition" --- Unanswered Letters 10---- for Sylvia (Thank You!)

I have been contacted early this morning and asked to comment on the Executive Order regarding the "transition" from Obama to Dunford and the whole "New Republic". 

First, you have to know that the military has been in control of "governmental services" in this country since 1863 when Lincoln bankrupted the original United States (Trading Company). Read the Lieber Code, also known as General Order 100.  Together with the Geneva Convention Protocols, this is the "martial law" that the "citizens of the United States" have lived under ever since. 

Next you have to know that there are two giant "governmental services corporations" leeching off the American people---- the "UNITED STATES" which went insolvent in March of 2015, and "THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" which is taking over the services contract (or trying to). 

The "UNITED STATES" has been run by the UN Corp doing business as the International Monetary Fund-- both French corporations which operated out of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico to fleece us blind. 

"THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" is now being run by the UN Corporation doing business as the Federal Reserve, set up under the laws and auspices of the United Nations City-State. This is where all the "UN law" comes in. 

Do you notice the Common Denominator?

Everyone continues to mistake apples for oranges.  Just like we, the people, are not THEM, the persons; our system of law is not THEIR system of law. 

In the Common Law, which we are owed, the people have the right of "jury nullification".  Any jury of 12 honest Americans can overturn, edit, or abolish any law passed by any legislature.  Period.  That is how the people rule. 

But these crooks have instituted their admiralty law system and we haven't provided ourselves with the system we are owed, so here we sit. 

Our friend in Georgia is still confused by this, still banging his head pushing against a "pull" door.  He can't get justice out of THEIR system and should not expect to.  It is not a justice system and it is not controlled by the people. It is a debt collection agency set up to create and launder penal bonds for the corporations that own the court system. 

Literally, they own the courts.   If IBM owns the court, are they going to find in your favor when you bring suit against IBM?   

Current statistics say that that happens less than 2% of the time. 

So--- what to do?   Milligan Ex Parte says that wherever our American Common Law Courts are functioning, there is no excuse for them using military-corporate tribunals. 

Organize your jural assemblies for the land jurisdiction of the United States, elect your judges, your Sheriffs on the Land, your clerks, etc., and get going.  

Nobody can do it for you.

There Are No "Fake Judges" and No "Sovereign Citizens" Either

I have written several articles that explain the simple FACT that we are supposed to have TWO functioning court systems operating in the behalf of the people, one an admiralty court operating on the jurisdiction of the sea; one, a common law court operating on the jurisdiction of the land. Duh, folks, how hard is this to grasp?

It's very plainly stated in the Constitution. Amendment VII. Read it.

So where are your Common Law Courts, given the further fact that all you ever see in the courthouses scattered across America are admiralty or administrative courts?

They've vanished, even though they are absolutely mandated.

So where are they?

To Kyle Rearden--- Try to Get the Labels Right

I have recently run across a lot of disinfo garbage like Mr. Rearden is spreading---claiming that I am part of some kind of "sovereign citizen" movement.

Let me say it AGAIN for all those who need to know: there ARE no "sovereign citizens". It is impossible to be a "sovereign" and a "citizen" at the same time. Look it up for yourselves.

"Sovereign Citizen" is an oxymoron. The words are mutually exclusive, and anyone even using this phrase is too ignorant to be talking to me about these topics, much less talking about me.

They should be listening, carefully, instead.

The whist of their diatribe seems to be that I and the other Common Law Judges aren't "really" judges. If that were true, I assure you all that we would be arrested, charged with impersonating a judge, and be looking at heavy fines and long prison terms.

If we aren't "legitimate" -- please explain why we aren't enjoying a stint in one of the already overflowing federal prisons?

If a group of French conmen stole your identity, stole your credit cards and racked them through the roof, and left you to pay for it-----would you turn around and give the same group of criminals your new credit cards and let them start all over again?

That is what we would be doing if we agreed to be represented in any way shape or form by the new governmental services corporation organized "for" us by the Government of France, which is falsely advertising itself as the "New Republic".

Which is another issue--- false advertising. You do realize that your new front company has nothing whatsoever to do with our American Republic? But you are willfully seeking to again confuse your "republic" with our "republic" the same way you have sought to confuse your "united states" with our "united states"?

Our Actual Credit Balance -- Unanswered Letters 9 -- For Emily Again

The secret to all this is hidden in plain sight.  The Bible says that as long as we submit to God's Law and abide by His Covenants (which result in Divine Trusts) we are not subject to any legislation made by men. But if we fail our side of the obligation, specific "curses" will be ours instead of rewards.  That is the condition of the world at large--- it is cursed because it has abandoned the Law of God.  They don't follow the Law of Abraham.  They don't follow the Law of Moses. They don't follow the Law of Jesus. They follow after Satan, the Father of All Lies, instead.   Even their money is nothing but lies and idolatry. 

So-- zero plus zero equals zero.  No matter what you do with zero, it has no meaning of its own.  A single truth outweighs an ocean of lies.   

We authorized the Trustees to pay off all and any debts we owe including any debts owed by the "United States" defined as "the territories and District of Columbia" --and because our actual credit is infinite and all our debts are prepaid, they are obliged to do their jobs and settle the accounts back to zero.  

Another less esoteric way to say this is that we earned a National Credit for every "dollar" worth of debt created as a "National Debt" by the "United States". So in fact there is no debt and never was--- just a test of our knowledge to see if we would settle the accounts. 

The Straight Skinny and What You Need to Do

I obviously haven't been doing a very good job of communicating or you guys haven't been doing a very good job of reading--- in either case, you should not be surprised by what Obummer is doing. 

The IMF has declared "war" on our "persons".  See the email letter sent to Pope Francis April 22.  See the Letter to Congress. 

What happened is that the "United States" defined as the "territories and District of Columbia" seized upon and mischaracterized us as their "Citizens" when in fact we have never been their "Citizens". 

They then created Cestui Que Vie Trusts named after us: JOHN MANLY DOE

They did this without our knowledge or consent. 

They rolled all of our assets into these trusts and bonded the assets---- used our assets as collateral backing their debts, without our knowledge or consent. 

They went on a decades-long spending spree via the abuse of our credit and finally reached the end of that very long rope all without us knowing a thing about it. 

Now the cows have come home.

More Evidence of IMF Sponsored Crime and Crisis --- May 5 Letter to Pope Francis

Most Beloved Francis, 

Today it has been widely circulated that the so-called "Global Currency Reset" will involve dumping "millions of dollars" --- that is, worthless digits entered by keystrokes--- into bank accounts owned by fraudulently created ESTATE Trusts merely named after living Americans as payment of the debts the IMF owes the American People and which the "United States" (defined as the "territories and District of Columbia") owes us.

The impact of such another criminal fraud scheme is already known and has been seen during the Weimar Republic.  We do not need another experience of that to jog our memories.  It is a self-evident fraud scheme on the part of the perpetrators to further defraud the American People.  

We object before the fraud even starts.  The united States of America do not recognize any such "payment" as the IMF proposes. We have already exposed and protested moves by the "TENNESSEE" franchise to "decriminalize crimes" against "persons"---- that is clearly a move against all the ESTATE trusts that these criminals have created and operated "in our names" without our knowledge or consent. 

Francis--- we want our property back, free and clear of debt, taxes, fees, or encumbrances of any kind.  For us, this must truly be a Year of Jubilee. 

"Network of Corporate Global Control" ---- My Fat Foot

As we explained in "You Know Something Is Wrong When.....An American Affidavit of Probable Cause"----- available on Amazon. com ---- there IS a "network of corporate global control"--- it is the natural result of the interlocking trust directorate created by the Unam Sanctum Trust over the course of seven centuries.  

Anyone knowing that (1) the Global Estate Trust exists and has existed since 1302; and (2) that  "Royal" feudalism was created by this system; and (3) that Royal grants, favors, charters (as in corporate charters) and contracts were used to administer this system------ should in the tradition of all blind mice be able to figure out that self-interested interlocking networks of institutions were the result. 

But it wasn't until about five years ago that Dutch mathematicians studying statistical correlations stumbled on evidence that only about a hundred major corporations "rule" the planet and that they are all interlocked at the top.  They weren't looking for this information. They just observed it and published it in a peer-reviewed paper in a scientific journal.  I read it at the time and nodded. 

What else would you expect?  What other result could there be?  You have FACT A--- the existence of a globe-spanning interlocking trust directorate created by the Unam Sanctum Trust and you have FACT B --- the existence of a globe-spanning interlocking network of global corporate control and you are----- surprised?  Really?

Emergency Review About "Money"

1. YOU is not you the living man or woman.  YOU --- this corporate persona created "for" you by people and organizations merely claiming to "represent" you, is an ESTATE trust based on the pretension that you are "civilly dead" and that you agreed to this "status", when in fact you were never told a word about any of this crappola.  So when you see YOUR NAME in all caps, including when you see YOUR NAME on any "personal bank account"---- know that the word "person" means "corporation" and has meant that since 1864 in Federalese. 

2. Money has to have value in and of itself in order to be money.  Paper has only the value of paper. For decades the "Federal United States" has been bilking you out of your actual assets in exchange for worthless I.O.U.'s printed on paper.  This paper is called "commercial paper" and their "Federal Reserve Notes" are "promissory notes" (I.O.U.s) based on bonds issued in YOUR name.  What are bonds?  More promissory notes!  

3.  When these charlatans seized upon and copyrighted and registered your given name under the guise of merely recording it, they seized control of your identity--- and committed identity theft.  They set up a "strawman trust" and named it after you and pretended that this "trust" contained your body, the value of your labor, your land, your businesses--- everything that you could ever own.  Without telling you a word about this, they pretended that you knew about this and agreed to it.   And then based on the value of all your property, they "bonded" it----used it all as collateral backing their own debts. 

Idiocy Abounds - Global Currency Reset? Ya - right.

Are all those sending these messages around the globe completely mad?  Dumbed down to the extent that they cannot easily calculate the effect of giving everyone "millions of dollars" all at once? 

Any such fiat digital  "money" masquerading as a "US Dollar" will be rendered useless overnight.  

As it was in Weimar Germany, it will be here.  It will cost a million such "dollars" for a loaf of bread. 

And you think this is something to celebrate?

Our Government v. Their Government -- Unanswered Letters 8 -- Reply to Jayne

Dear Jayne,

You are in the same boat as many Americans -- confused, angry, wanting to do something, but not knowing what to do or how to do it.  This is primarily because you were never taught anything valuable about how your government is supposed to be organized and operated or why.

The short answer is to organize township (or parish), county, and state unincorporated jural assemblies.  That is Job One, and the good folk of Michigan and the good folk of Colorado and Florida and Georgia and Texas have already done the trail blazing for everyone else.  As a result, you can use their guidebook published by the Michigan General Jural Assembly as a template to organize your own local jural assemblies.

What is a jural assembly?  It is an unincorporated association of free men and women who organize in support of the public and organic law of these United States (the states holding the land jurisdiction) to enforce the same; they elect the local Assemblymen, for the townships and counties, and the county Assemblymen, then meeting, compose a state jural assembly.

A Very Critical Point to Understand --- Unanswered Letters 7 -- Reply for Charles

Of all the misconceptions and misinformation that has continued to cripple American efforts to self-govern and restore their proper political status and nation this is perhaps The Biggie:  the idea that The Constitution (or any other constitution) applies to us, the living people.

The only mention of us in The Constitution is in the Preamble, which is a Trust Indenture obligating the "federal government" however construed to act as our Trustee and to defend and protect us and our national trust assets.  Two years later this was made more explicit by the Bill of Rights which enumerated some of our trust assets to be protected.

Our Natural and Unalienable Rights which include free speech, free assembly and the others listed by the Bill of Rights are MATERIAL assets more precious than gold, and the entire Federal Entity created by The Constitution agreement is absolutely bound by it to protect those assets.

And that's it.  We don't live under The Constitution.  They do. 

We are not bound by The Constitution.  They are.

Regarding Dunford as POTUS ---- Unanswered Letters 6 --- Reply for Richard

Regarding rumors of General Dunford acting as POTUS:

I see absolutely NO evidence that any of this has happened. Just rumors that may be fueled by wishful thinking or disinformation spread to keep people at a standstill waiting for someone or something else to save them. 

This last possibility and the desirability of it in certain quarters has more to do with manipulating the cost of precious metals than anything else. Less than .05% of the American populace owns any gold and only about 1% own any silver. 

With the entire world heading toward a precious metals currency system the Americans remain in a stupor.  The IMF has declared "war" against our estate assets and just as an after thought, that means that we as the "presumed" co-trustees (together with the insolvent and inoperable UNITED STATES) will be targeted for "legalized" murder, extortion, racketeering, etc. 

They intend to let loose their mercenary armies -- the "agencies" hidden in plain view---FEMA, FBI, BLM, etc., which have been provided with billions of rounds of ammo and body bags and extermination centers known as FEMA camps on the unsuspecting American People and anyone, including me, who resists will be the first to be murdered. 

Dr. William Mount, Le Neu Republique, and NESARA On the Hot Plate

First, Dr. William Mount.  I have heard numerous "reports" and watched several videos that people have sent me over the last two years, all issued by this man and absolutely not one of his prognostications bore fruit.

When one considers "the fruits" one must consider whether there are any.  And next, what has occurred by omission: people being scared for nothing; people being hopeful for nothing; and most importantly, people not thinking for themselves and acting in their own best interests while relying on the "intel" being fed to them by Dr. William Mount.

Second, Le Neu Republique, or is it La Neu Republique----?  "La", I believe upon reconsideration.  The French have the habit of considering all things that are changeable and secretive, like governments, to be of the feminine gender. Who knows?  Perhaps they are right.

Fool Me Once.... Unanswered Letters 5 -- Reply for Robyna

Far be it from me, a German's German of virtually pure German lineage as far back as public records go-- to not value the many fine qualities of my own heritage and being: my mind is a German mind, my hands are a German's hands and my heart is a German's heart--- all that said, all the accomplishments and virtues of my race duly noted--- I think you are suffering from some common misinformation and then also suffering from the prejudices that result from that false information. 

First of all, the Tribe of Jacob that causes all the trouble all over the globe is NOT Judah, but the Tribe of Dan, whose symbol is the Serpent.  Go back to Jacob's blessing and see that it is Dan who causes the rider, the conscious mind, to "stumble"--- that is, falter, make mistakes, suffer delusions, commit errors and sins.  The Chief Elder of the Tribe of Dan is known as The Great Serpent for a reason. 

So you have misidentified the enemy of the German People, and indeed, the enemy of ALL people on Earth who are not of the Tribe of Dan.  

The Tribe of Dan was one of the Ten Lost Tribes, but they were not "lost" in the sense of being physically lost or their whereabouts unknown.  They were lost in the spiritual sense because they turned away from the True God, the Creator, and followed after Ashtoreth and Ba-El and Molech and the rest of the vile Sumerian pantheon.

There is more to the name "Israel" than meets the eye.  It is an ancient anagram and abbreviation that symbolizes the loss of the Ten Tribes to "Isis" (the Egyptian name of Ashtoreth) and "Ra" (the Egyptian name of the Sun God) and "El" (the Egyptian name of Ba-el), which left Jacob (the Hebrew nation) "crippled".   The "unknown angel" he wrestled with was none other than Satan, not the Creator, and the new name given to Jacob was symbolic of the loss.

There has been a LOT of confusion in this process, Pat---- unavoidably so, with the meanings of words being deliberately obscured and many facets of our history buried in reams of the most boring verbiage on Earth.  

But....here is the skinny of it all, as delved out from the public records we have. 

The Forefathers established nation-states in each of the colonies.  Nations are political entities composed of members of Jural Assemblies--- unincorporated associations of people who join together for the purpose of defining and enforcing local law; and in our case, that means the Common Law of the land, because our nation-states and our jural assemblies are all land-based and this is the form of law that our Forefathers chose to operate the land jurisdiction.  

States are also political entities "standing for" those nations, created for the purpose of administration of public works and trusteeship of public resources.  So you have the nation, a political entity structured as an unincorporated association of free people acting as a Jural Assembly to define and enforce the law, and you have the state, which is entrusted with providing public services and trusteeship of public property which is owned "in common".

Below you will find the text of a letter that was sent to me, which among many others, I haven't had the time or ability to answer, but which I will attempt to respond to this morning---

I do read most of the information you put out, and you have sure put out some

mind blowing information, mind blowing for me anyhow.

Maybe it's because I'm not very well educated, these days I am not sure if that's

a good thing or a bad thing, I am now seventy years of age and I have learned

more about the way this world of ours is run in the last seven years then all the previous

years put together.

I knew there was corruption going on within many Government departments

but I had no idea that it was so wide spread and organised world wide.

Over the last seven years I have seen so many hard working people put up so many

petitions and protests yet nothing changes how can a drop of water thrown into

the ocean make any difference.

Not been well educated I've always had to look for simple solutions to any problem

I have faced.

And today I am facing the biggest problem the world has ever known how do we

as a human race save ourselves and our planet.

And there is a VERY VERY simple solution we all know about superman and

we all know about the one thing that brings him down KRYPTONITE it's colour

is green.

Green is the same colour vibration of money, MONEY IS OUR KRYPTONITE

money is what is been used to enslave us and give our overlords power over us.

So the solution is simple we stop using any form of money world wide

and make everything free worldwide be it goods, services,health education

everything that money buys.

With one condition that every adult 18 years to 55 has to do 1 to 3 days work

each week.

Under 18 and over 55 need not work unless they want too.

By removing money from our world we take away the power of our present

over lords no one can stop us doing this except ourselves we out number

them by over a million to one.

Even if they try to set the law enforcement or military or even mercenaries

on us it will not work because money will be of no use to them plus they

get everything free anyway.

By removing any form of money from our lives:

The banks will be finished, The IRS will be finished, All national debts worldwide will be finished .

all wars will be finished nothing to fight over everything worldwide will be free.

No more mortgage payments no BLM NSA OR FBI OR KINGS AND QUEENS

No rent the list is endless but I'm sure you get the picture no one can stop us

With money out of the picture no one will need to compete with anyone for money

or power we will work to help each other.

It will put millions out of work and they will make up the work force needed so we all

work only 1 to 3 days a week.

With money out of the way all suppressed technology will come out

the military can be reassigned to clean up the planet

It really is that simple it's up to us to make this happen and make this VIRAL we can do it.

Calling Out John Daresh and NLA--- Round Two

Today, I will address Daresh’s “Information”--- which should rightly be titled, “Disinformation” issued a couple days ago.   I quote:

Daresh:   “This brings us to the main purpose of this Information: Government agent provocateurs have been fueling a quasi-shadow government movement that essentially advocates the overthrow of the government.”

Anna:  What government?  A corporation run by international banking cartels is not our government, is it?  In fact, a corporation doesn’t actually have the capacity to act as a sovereign government at all and we are merely stretching euphemism beyond its limit to pretend that it does.

Daresh:  People in this movement, led by de facto Judge Anna Von Reitz, de facto Judge Bruce Doucette and de facto god-graced Administrator Joaquin Folch, who have taken on these self-appointed titles, are duping people from the liberty movements looking for a solution to the subversion within our government who, being ignorant of the law, fall prey to the Pied Pipers .

Anna:  There are no “self-appointed titles” involved including “Pied Piper” and nothing “de facto” about it. Everything we’ve done is firmly based on existing Law.   We are filling vacated public offices that are owed to our own de jure government.  When we offered to show Daresh the facts, he wouldn’t look.  His response was rump in the air, head in the sand.  So there he sits, ignorant as ever, making irresponsible accusations.  NLA deserves far, far better leadership, thank you.

How To Identify Liars and Fools --- They Talk About "Sovereign Citizens".

There is no such thing.

It is a literal impossibility to be a "sovereign" and a "citizen" at the same time.

"Sovereign citizen" is an oxymoron.

The term "sovereign" cancels out the term "citizen" and vice versa.

Look up the legal definition of these two words and it will be absolutely, glaringly, and forever apparent.

So if you hear people talking about "sovereign citizens" or calling me or anyone else a "sovereign citizen"---- you now know for sure that they are in fact either (1) ignorant as Pat's Pig or (2) are part of the problem and trying to cause trouble by "labeling"---- a propaganda technique which you probably first encountered in grade school.

"Oh, Jenny is a ........." and "Johnny is a......." and so and so is something else.

Anyone who survived High School should hear this kind of gossip and have a retch response.

I do.

And I immediately "tune out" such people, because Number One--- they are divisive, and Number Two, if they don't know the difference between "sovereign" and "citizen"----what can they possibly contribute to the conversation?

The phrase that they are probably striving for and getting all bungled up is, "sovereigns without subjects"--- from United States Supreme Court Chief Justice John Jay: ".....at the Revolution, the sovereignty devolved on the people; and they truly are the sovereigns of this country, but they are sovereigns without subjects."
quoted in ALDEN v. MAINE, 527 U.S. 706 (1999) (2).

Please note--- we are talking about "people" being the "sovereigns" of this country, not "persons" being sovereign over themselves or anything else.

That is again why we are owed a government of the people, by the people and for the people, not of the persons, by the persons, and for the persons.

Common Law v. Admiralty Law, People v. Persons

Our Forefathers CHOSE the system of Common Law based on the Law of Moses (Ten Commandments) as the Law of the Land and they chose men to serve as judges from among themselves in every county, state, and region. 

If we want to live under that system of law, we have to do the same thing. CHOOSE to live under Common Law, form a jural assembly for our communities as brilliantly summarized by the Michigan Jural Assembly which has already had their Common Law System in place for decades, elect judges to fill the vacant judicial offices, and live accordingly. 

This is the way this country was set up and so far as I am concerned, the way it is still supposed to run.  Those who don't want to accept that are outlaws.  Those who do are law abiding.  Simple as that. 

We are free to accept, amend, and reject laws within that system as every jury sees fit. That is why we have JURY NULLIFICATION  built into this whole process.   

Calling Out John Daresh and NLA

John Daresh has made his accusations with his so-called "Information" ---all of which are unsubstantiated and untrue.  Now, I will make mine.

Daresh doesn't know anything about the American Common Law Court System that the Citizens Common Law Grand Juries are supposed to be part of.  He doesn't even know how the Common Law Grand Jury is supposed to interact with the Federal Courts.  And here's the killing point--- he doesn't want to learn.

We have the facts and history and research and court cases to prove that what we are doing is correct---- and we have offered to share that information with NLA.  

In return, Daresh spreads gossip and spews arcane verbiage designed to impress the ignorant.

The result is that five years down the track the NLA is still out in left field, ineffective, and indeed, worse than useless--- a problem and hindrance to actual progress and a literal danger to its own membership.  

As is apparent in the Definitive Treaty of Peace, Paris, 1783, there are two bodies of people on this continent---- and always have been: the "free, sovereign, and independent people of the United States" and the "inhabitants"--British subjects who remained here after the Revolution. 

You have to know which is which--- apple or orange? And you have to know and be able to prove who you are with respect to the two groups--- free or subject?
