Regarding rumors of General Dunford acting as POTUS:

I see absolutely NO evidence that any of this has happened. Just rumors that may be fueled by wishful thinking or disinformation spread to keep people at a standstill waiting for someone or something else to save them. 

This last possibility and the desirability of it in certain quarters has more to do with manipulating the cost of precious metals than anything else. Less than .05% of the American populace owns any gold and only about 1% own any silver. 

With the entire world heading toward a precious metals currency system the Americans remain in a stupor.  The IMF has declared "war" against our estate assets and just as an after thought, that means that we as the "presumed" co-trustees (together with the insolvent and inoperable UNITED STATES) will be targeted for "legalized" murder, extortion, racketeering, etc. 

They intend to let loose their mercenary armies -- the "agencies" hidden in plain view---FEMA, FBI, BLM, etc., which have been provided with billions of rounds of ammo and body bags and extermination centers known as FEMA camps on the unsuspecting American People and anyone, including me, who resists will be the first to be murdered.

Some of my friends are "True Believers". This sometimes leads to unintentional friction and misrepresentation of me and my work.

Many years ago when I was very young I was involved in two major movements in America--- the Farm Union Cases in which American farmers stood up to the bank-run Federal Corporation's over-reaching and land-grabbing successfully, and the American Indian Movement, where Native Americans did their equivalent of the same process of putting the bank-run "government" in its place and suing for justice.

In each case, success was achieved at the cost of great effort and sacrifice and it was limited in scope and effect.

We beat the bully, but on the bully's own terms.

Individual farmers got the monkey off their backs and one lone Congressman made the attempt to bring true remedy to America by proposing the original NESARA legislation. That's one out of over 400 members of Congress, folks. The American Indians won a portion of independence and respect and a bigger piece of the pie, but Leonard Peltier and LaVern Fast Horse and many others paid the price for it.

NESARA was proposed. It was laughed at. It was shelved. It has been "reviewed and amended" over the years--- with an eye to pulling all its teeth and potential to bring remedy--- and that's about it. So far as I know, that is where it stands and where it has stood for years.

I am not a legal counsel for the General (Dunford). We are all working on reclaiming American assets for Americans. For right now, it's improper to call what we are doing a "New Republic"--- that will require a public education process, each one making their political status (citizenship, etc.) choices, the election of Fiduciary Deputies from each State to attend a Continental Congress to either amend or abolish the existing actual Constitution.

For now, we have saved The Constitution for the united States of America. The rats sought to "vacate" the contract by entering the UNITED STATES, INC. into bankruptcy without naming a successor to contract. That left the "federal" side of the contract vacant and flapping in the wind. We formed an agreement with the American Native Nations -- the Athabasca and Lakota-- to fulfill the federal side. We issued two sets of Sovereign Letters Patent, one to reaffirm the united States of America, and one to establish a new arrangement with the Native people to bring them out of their POW status and incarceration in the Jurisdiction of the Sea and put them back on the land as free, sovereign, and independent people. We then sealed this arrangement with a Declaration of Joint Sovereignty, spelling out the intent of our actions. These actions were sent by Registered Mail to the Pope, the Queen, the UN Security Council, the United Nations Secretary General and others.

For the first time since the original Constitution was adopted, the federal side of the contract is now in the hands of Americans devoted to America--- not British (Federal Reserve) or French (IMF) interlopers. For the first time, the Federal Agents have a vested interest in truly and honestly protecting America and Americans, because if they hurt or plunder us, they hurt and plunder themselves.

And now we are all going after the assets that are owed to Americans which have been purloined by international banks and the "governmental services corporations" they have run as storefronts ---under conditions of gross fraud and deceit.

Please note there is no "statute of limitation" on the crime of fraud, much less malicious fraud tort claims.
