President Obama took his massive ego and sparse historical knowledge to Asia last week. The results were so ugly even the New York Times took notice. Obama's Pacific Trip Encounters Rough Waters was its headline over a news analysis yesterday (11/19).
"Has a president ever been less successful on a trip overseas than President
Obama has on his eight day excursion to Asia," asked Fred Barnes of the Weekly Standard. "I've been covering presidents since Gerald Ford and I can't think of one."
The trip began at the Asia Pacific Economic Conference (APEC) in Singapore where Mr. Obama declared himself to be America's first Pacific president, on the grounds that he was born in Hawaii, and lived for a couple of years as a child in Indonesia.
Mr. Obama either forgot or never knew that William Howard Taft had been governor-general of the Philippines before becoming president, or that Richard Nixon -- who spent more time in the Pacific in World War II than Mr. Obama spent in Indonesia -- was responsible for the opening to China.
At the APEC conference, Mr. Obama acknowledged he will be unable to obtain the international agreement on curbing so-called greenhouse gases he has sought. This is good news for the United States, but a setback for him.
From APEC Mr. Obama went to Japan, where he startled his hosts and many of his countrymen by bowing low to Emperor Akihito.
The bow, an academic expert on Japan told Jake Tapper of ABC News, was in the form of a first year English teacher trying to impress with a "Karate Kid level knowledge" of Japanese customs.
The bow as he performed it did not just display weakness in American terms, but evoked weakness in Japanese terms, Mr. Tapper's expert said. The last thing the Japanese want or need is a weak-looking American president and, again, in all ways, he unintentionally played that part.\
The most important stop on the president's itinerary was China, where things went worse for him than they had in Singapore or Japan.
"When it came to China, President Obama's famous powers of persuasion failed to persuade," wrote Barbara Demick in the Los Angeles Times. "Not only is the U.S. president coming away without definable concessions, but the Chinese appeared to be digging in their heels."
Mr. Obama had sought three things in China.
First, he wanted Chinese support for sanctions against Iran's nuclear program. Second, he wanted China to agree to curbs on fossil fuel emissions. Third, he wanted China to agree to a more realistic value for its currency. He got stiffed on all three.
The most important of these is the currency issue. China pegs the value of the renmimbi (also called the yuan) artificially low in relation to the dollar to boost sales of its exports. This essentially mercantilist policy (against which Adam Smith railed in The Wealth of Nations) makes it harder for us to sell things to the Chinese, and for our economy to recover.
What Mr. Obama received was a lecture on the danger of U.S. budget deficits, and criticism of the protectionist policies his administration has implemented.
Mr. Obama was treated with far less respect than were Presidents Clinton and George W. Bush when they visited China.
He acquiesced as the Chinese subjected him to the humiliation of a choreographed town hall meeting with student members of the Young Communist League, Mr. Barnes wrote. And he suffered through a 30-minute news conference with Chinese President Hu Jintao in which no questions from the media were allowed.
To date, the Obama foreign policy has consisted of efforts to appease America's enemies and to bully America's friends. Neither has worked.
In remarks reported Wednesday (11/18), Iran's foreign minister said he opposes sending uranium out of the country, effectively putting the kibosh on a deal the Obama administration thought the Iranians had agreed to.
"Iran has very publicly played President Obama for a fool, faking their way through negotiations that were a farce from the get-go," wrote the Weekly Standard's John Noonan.
Mr. Obama seems oblivious to the shambles about him. "I've restored America's standing in the world," he told CNN Wednesday.
He may be the only person on the planet who thinks so.

Persecution of good people by governments in history!
Sunday prayers for patriots.
Throughout history those in power seem to take an evil delight in persecuting God's good people.

The Romans learned centuries ago that governments can't fight ideas with swords and clubs.
The only way to fight an idea is with another idea. The Romans learned this the hard way, with the loss of their entire empire.
How many people have chosen to rather die than worship false gods, like those in government, who are drunk with power and greed, and who consider themselves above the law?
How many times in the last 2000 years or so, have government agents, and rulers given people the choice of betraying their own countrymen, their religion, or their family, in exchange for their lives?
In the early days, those who were persecuted were the beneficiaries of many miracles, but in our day those miracles are not happening.
Why is that? Is it because we are really not in the right place spritually? Is it because we have made ourselves unworthy? Is it because we are praying for the wrong things?
Is it because we are using Freedom as a cloak for malice, an excuse to do evil, or at least an excuse to not do what we know we must?

That is not to say that government should be run by churches, because the same maxim about absolute power applies. What it does say, however, is that our form of government absolutely depends on morals and ethics. Perhaps that is where America is lacking? Is there any doubt?

IDEAS. But what about when working with ideas is squashed by the courts, the rulers, and police?

A Phone Call To The Fed
The following is a conversation with Mr. Ron Supinski of the Public Information Department of the San Francisco Federal Reserve Bank. This is an account of that conversation.
CALLER - Mr. Supinski, does my country own the Federal Reserve System?
MR. SUPINSKI - We are an agency of the government.
CALLER - That's not my question. Is it owned by my country?
MR. SUPINSKI - It is an agency of the government created by congress.
CALLER - Is the Federal Reserve a Corporation?
MR. SUPINSKI - Yes
CALLER - Does my government own any of the stock in the Federal Reserve?
MR. SUPINSKI - No, it is owned by the member banks.
CALLER - Are the member banks private corporations?
MR. SUPINSKI - Yes
CALLER - Are Federal Reserve Notes backed by anything?
MR. SUPINSKI-Yes, by the assets of the Federal Reserve but, primarily by the power of congress to lay tax on the people.
CALLER - Did you say, by the power to collect taxes is what backs Federal Reserve Notes?
MR. SUPINSKI - Yes
CALLER - What are the total assets of the Federal Reserve?
MR. SUPINSKI - The San Francisco Bank has $36 Billion in assets.
CALLER - What are these assets composed of?
MR. SUPINSKI - Gold, the Federal Reserve Bank itself and government securities.
CALLER - What value does the Federal Reserve Bank carry gold per oz. On their books?
MR. SUPINSKI - I don't have that information but the San Francisco Bank has $1.6 billion in gold.
CALLER - Are you saying the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco has $1.6 billion in gold, the bank itself and the balance of the assets is government securities?
MR. SUPINSKI - Yes.
CALLER - Where does the Federal Reserve get Federal Reserve Notes from?
MR. SUPINSKI - They are authorized by the Treasury.
CALLER - How much does the Federal Reserve pay for a $10 Federal Reserve Note?
MR. SUPINSKI - Fifty to seventy cents.
CALLER - How much do they pay for a $100.00 Federal Reserve Note?
MR. SUPINSKI - The same fifty to seventy cents.
CALLER - To pay only fifty cents for a $100.00 is a tremendous gain, isn't it?
MR. SUPINSKI - Yes
CALLER - According to the US Treasury, the Federal Reserve pays $20.60 per 1,000 denomination or a little over two cents for a $100.00 bill, is that correct?
MR. SUPINSKI - That is probably close.
CALLER - Doesn't the Federal Reserve use the Federal Reserve Notes that cost about two cents each to purchase US Bonds from the government?
MR. SUPINSKI - Yes, but there is more to it than that.
CALLER - Basically, that is what happens?
MR. SUPINSKI - Yes, basically you are correct.
CALLER - How many Federal Reserve Notes are in circulation?
MR. SUPINSKI - $263 billion and we can only account for a small percentage.
CALLER - Where did they go?
MR. SUPINSKI - Peoples mattress, buried in their back yards and illegal drug money.
CALLER - Since the debt is payable in Federal Reserve Notes, how can the $4 trillion national debt be paid-off with the total Federal Reserve Notes in circulation?
MR. SUPINSKI - I don't know.
CALLER - If the Federal Government would collect every Federal Reserve Note in circulation would it be mathematically possible to pay the $4 trillion national debt?
MR. SUPINSKI - No
CALLER - Am I correct when I say, $1 deposited in a member bank $8 can be lent out through Fractional Reserve Policy?
MR. SUPINSKI - About $7.
CALLER - Correct me if I am wrong but, $7 of additional Federal Reserve Notes were never put in circulation. But, for lack of better words were "created out of thin air " in the form of credits and the two cents per denomination were not paid either. In other words, the Federal Reserve Notes were not physically printed but, in reality were created by a journal entry and lent at interest. Is that correct?
MR. SUPINSKI - Yes
CALLER - Is that the reason there are only $263 billion Federal Reserve Notes in circulation?
MR. SUPINSKI - That is part of the reason.
CALLER - Am I mistaking that when the Federal Reserve Act was passed (on Christmas Eve) in 1913, it transferred the power to coin and issue our nation's money and to regulate the value thereof from Congress to a Private corporation. And my country now borrows what should be our own money from the Federal Reserve (a private corporation) plus interest. Is that correct and the debt can never be paid off under the current money system of country?
MR. SUPINSKI - Basically, yes.
CALLER - I smell a rat, do you?
MR. SUPINSKI - I am sorry, I can't answer that, I work here.
CALLER - Has the Federal Reserve ever been independently audited?
MR. SUPINSKI - We are audited.
CALLER - Why is there a current House Resolution 1486 calling for a complete audit of the Federal Reserve by the GAO and why is the Federal Reserve resisting?
MR. SUPINSKI - I don't know.
CALLER - Does the Federal Reserve regulate the value of Federal Reserve Notes and interest rates?
MR. SUPINSKI - Yes
CALLER - Explain how the Federal Reserve System can be Constitutional if, only the Congress of the US, which comprises of the Senate and the House of representatives has the power to coin and issue our money supply and regulate the value thereof? [Article 1 Section 1 and Section 8] Nowhere, in the Constitution does it give Congress the power or authority to transfer any powers granted under the Constitution to a private corporation or, does it?
MR. SUPINSKI - I am not an expert on constitutional law. I can refer you to our legal department.
CALLER - I can tell you I have read the Constitution. It does NOT provide that any power granted can be transferred to a private corporation. Doesn't it specifically state, all other powers not granted are reserved to the States and to the citizens? Does that mean to a private corporation?
MR. SUPINSKI - I don't think so, but we were created by Congress.
CALLER - Would you agree it is our country and it should be our money as provided by our Constitution?
MR. SUPINSKI - I understand what you are saying.
CALLER - Why should we borrow our own money from a private consortium of bankers? Isn't this why we had a revolution, created a separate sovereign nation and a Bill of Rights?
MR. SUPINSKI - (Declined to answer).
CALLER - Has the Federal Reserve ever been declared constitutional by the Supreme Court?
MR. SUPINSKI - I believe there has been court cases on the matter.
CALLER - Have there been Supreme Court Cases?
MR. SUPINSKI - I think so, but I am not sure.
CALLER - Didn't the Supreme Court declare unanimously in A.L.A. Schechter Poultry Corp. vs. US and Carter vs. Carter Coal Co. the corporative-state arrangement an unconstitutional delegation of legislative power? ["The power conferred is the power to regulate. This is legislative delegation in its most obnoxious form; for it is not even delegation to an official or an official body, presumptively disinterested, but to private persons." Carter vs. Carter Coal Co...]
MR. SUPINSKI - I don't know, I can refer you to our legal department.
CALLER - Isn't the current money system a house of cards that must fall because, the debt can mathematically never be paid-off?
MR. SUPINSKI - It appears that way. I can tell you have been looking into this matter and are very knowledgeable. However, we do have a solution.
CALLER - What is the solution?
MR. SUPINSKI - The Debit Card.
CALLER - Do you mean under the EFT Act (Electronic Funds Transfer)? Isn't that very frightening, when one considers the capabilities of computers? It would provide the government and all it's agencies, including the Federal Reserve such information as: You went to the gas station @ 2:30 and bought $10.00 of unleaded gas @ $1.41 per gallon and then you went to the grocery store @ 2:58 and bought bread, lunch meat and milk for $12.32 and then went to the drug store @ 3:30 and bought cold medicine for $5.62. In other words, they would know where we go, when we went, how much we paid, how much the merchant paid and how much profit he made. Under the EFT they will literally know everything about us. Isn't that kind of scary?
MR. SUPINSKI - Yes, it makes you wonder.
CALLER - I smell a GIANT RAT that has overthrown my constitution. Aren't we paying tribute in the form of income taxes to a consortium of private bankers?
MR. SUPINSKI - I can't call it tribute, it is interest.
CALLER - Haven't all elected officials taken an oath of office to preserve and defend the Constitution from enemies both foreign and domestic? Isn't the Federal Reserve a domestic enemy?
MR. SUPINSKI - I can't say that.
CALLER - Our elected officials and members of the Federal Reserve are guilty of aiding and abetting the overthrowing of my Constitution and that is treason. Isn't the punishment of treason death?
MR. SUPINSKI - I believe so.
CALLER - Thank you for your time and information and if I may say so, I think you should take the necessary steps to protect you and your family and withdraw your money from the banks before the collapse, I am.
MR. SUPINSKI - It doesn't look good.
CALLER - May God have mercy on the souls who are behind this unconstitutional and criminal act called the Federal Reserve. When the ALMIGHTY MASS awakens to this giant hoax, they will not take it with a grain of salt. It has been a pleasure talking to you and I thank you for your time. I hope you will take my advice before it does collapse.
MR. SUPINSKI - Unfortunately, it does not look good.

If the reader has any doubts to the validity of this conversation, call your nearest Federal Reserve Bank, YOU KNOW THE QUESTIONS TO ASK! You won't find them listed under the Federal Government. They are in the white pages, along with Federal Express, Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. (FDIC), and any other business. Find out for yourself if all this is true.
And then, go to your local law library and look up the case of Lewis vs. US, case #80-5905, 9th Circuit, June 24, 1982. It reads in part: "Examining the organization and function of the Federal Reserve Banks and applying the relevant factors, we conclude that the federal reserve are NOT federal instrumentality's . . but are independent and privately owned and controlled corporations - federal reserve banks are listed neither as "wholly-owned' government corporations [under 31 USC Section 846] nor as 'mixed ownership' corporations [under 31 USC Section 856] . . . 28 USC Sections 1346(b), 2671. '
Federal agency' is defined as: the executive departments, the military departments, independent establishments of the United States, and corporations acting primarily as instrumentality's of the United States, but does not include any contractors with the United States . . . There are no sharp criteria for determining whether an entity is a federal agency within the meaning of the Act, but the critical factor is the existence of the federal government control over the 'detailed physical performance' and 'day to day operations' of that entity.
Other factors courts have considered include whether the entity is an independent corporation . . . whether the government is involved in the entity's finances, . . . and whether the mission of the entity furthers the policy of the United States . . . Examining the organization and function of the Federal Reserve Banks, and applying the relevant factors, we conclude that the Reserve Banks are not federal instrumentalities ...
It is evident from the legislative history of the Federal Reserve Act that Congress did not intend to give the federal government direction over the daily operation of the Reserve Banks . . . The fact that the Federal Reserve Board regulates the Reserve Banks does not make them federal agencies under the Act . . . Unlike typical federal agencies, each bank is empowered to hire and fire employees at will. Bank employees do not participate in the Civil Service Retirement System. They are covered by worker's compensation insurance, purchased by the Bank, rather than the Federal Employees Compensation Act.
Employees traveling on Bank business are not subject to federal travel regulations and do not receive government employee discounts on lodging and services . . . Finally, the Banks are empowered to sue and be sued in their own name. 12 USC Section 341. They carry their own liability insurance and typically process and handle their own claims . . ." According to the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, "When the Federal Reserve was created, its stock was sold to the member banks." ("The Hats The Federal Reserve Wears," published by the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia).
The original Stockholders of the Federal Reserve Banks in 1913 were the Rockefeller's, JP Morgan, Rothschild's, Lazard Freres, Schoellkopf, Kuhn-Loeb, Warburgs, Lehman Brothers and Goldman Sachs. The MONEYCHANGERS wanted to be insured they had a monopoly over our money supply, so Congress passed into law Title 12, Section 284 of the United States Code. Section 284 specifically states, "NO STOCK ALLOWED TO THE US" *
Monopoly - "A privilege or peculiar advantage vested in one or more persons or companies, consisting in the exclusive right [or power] to carry on a particular business or trade, manufacture a particular article, or control the sale of the whole supply of a particular commodity, A form of market structure in which only a few firms dominate the total sales of a product or service.
'Monopoly,' as prohibited by Section 2 of the Sherman Antitrust Act, has two elements: possession of a monopoly power in relevant market and willful acquisition or maintenance of that power, as distinguished from growth or development as a consequence of a superior power, business acumen, or historical product. A monopoly condemned by the Sherman Act is the power to fix prices, or exclude competition, coupled with policies designed to use and preserve that power." (Black's Law Dictionary, 6th Edition) The Federal Reserve Act goes one step farther, "No Senator or Representative in Congress shall be a member of the Federal Reserve Board or an officer or director of a Federal Reserve Bank." They didn't want We The People to have any say in the operation of their monopoly through our elected officials.

Jeff,
I would like to comment on the attached article posted to your website.
I am an avid reader of your site and think that some of the articles you have posted have some merit behind them. Others are written and posted by fear-mongers who offer no solutions to the problems they encounter. This one, however, seems to at least be taking a stand to introduce legislation to turn the tide on the greedy, robber barons of our time. But I would like to put to rest something that has been commented for a long time in various postings to your website that has had me pegged for some time and has been completely untrue. Whenever anyone talks about the Constitutional rights of Congress to coin money and regulate the value thereof, they always state that the Federal Reserve Banks (not being an actual part of the government) have not been duly authorized to perform these functions and the sole right must remain with Congress. They site the Constitution itself (Article I, Section 8, paragraph 5) as being the law of the land (which it duly is) for the legality of the Federal Reserve Banking system. For the life of me, however, it seems that they quit reading at this point, because the 18th and final paragraph of Section 8 states:
"To make all laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into execution the foregoing powers and all other powers vested by this Constitution in the government of the United States, or in any department or officer thereof."
Now, I'm not a Constitutional scholar, but I can read plain English. This paragraph clearly shows how farsighted the Constitutional framers were in the fact that they new that the Constitution, while a great start to this republic, was not the answer for every legality to come up in the future. This paragraph clearly shows also, that the Congress had the right to legislate the power for coining money and its denominatory value to other persons or businesses that were capable of doing so by "carrying into execution the foregoing powers", i.e. - the right to coin money and its value. This final paragraph also means not just the entire Section 8, but any part of the Constitution pertaining to the making of laws vested in the power of these United States by the Constitution.
Why is it nobody ever comments on this paragraph? Could it be that they just want to sow fear and hatred in their fellow Americans for the government, all the while knowing they are wrong? Or are they just plain ignorant and believe what they want to? I for one, feel the government is doing a pretty good job of bringing a total disenchantment between them and the people of this country. Why do think almost half the voting population doesn't vote? I can tell you. They don't like who they are voting for in either party!
Again, I'll state for the record, I'm not a Constitutional scholar, but a Design Engineer and while not presuming that I know more than our duly appointed Congressional Members, I do know from where right and wrong is and where the laws currently stand on this. Which is to say once and for all, that the Federal Reserve Banking System is completely lawful!
Now, do I agree with and like the current system? NO!! But do we have to accept that it is and has been the law since its enactment? YES! Now, I'm not going to split hairs with anyone over whether or not it was duly ratified by the 2/3rds margin of each states' legislative group, but until the people of this country wake up and take back their constitutional rights', as in "We the people, by the people" we cannot expect these changes to be made on our behalf. At least the esteemed Rep Ron Paul is on the right track in trying to get the laws changed legally. Now, whether he will suceed or not will depend on the people of this country. If we remain asleep at the wheel, so to say, then we shall not. There has to be a common goal and enough backing to make this happen! Wake up America!

The paragraph quoted in the above comment does not apply in the case of the Fed.
Here is the paragraph again.
"To make all laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into execution the foregoing powers and all other powers vested by this Constitution in the government of the United States, or in any department or officer thereof."
The "foregoing powers" in the above do NOT include delegating authority to coin money. The constitution makes it the duty of Congress and Congress alone, to coin money and regulate it's value. There is NO mention of any power or ability to delegate away that power and duty. Therefore there is no power that can be delegated. Therefore there is no law that can be made by congress to DELEGATE it.
Remember the 10th Amendment.
"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."
That simply says, "If we forgot anything, you can't do that either!" It also says, If we didn't write it in this Constitution, it belongs to the States or people. Nowhere in the Constitution is it written that the Congress can give away or delegate it's power to "coin money and regulate the value thereof", Therefore the
Federal Reserve act was and is unconstitutional on the face of it.
There are only 17 delegated powers, including the power to "coin money and regulate the value thereof". There is NO delegated power to the United States government by the Constitution that authorizes assigning a delegated power of Congress to some other body, be it public or private. The framers wanted the Congress to be on the hook, so to speak, for the money they created. They wanted the blame or credit for managing the money supply to belong squarley on the shoulders of Congress, not some privately owned secretive banker or group of money changers. They had just left a system where that was the case.
They were right. Look what it has gotten us too. They must be rolling in their graves.

[Article 1 Section 1 and Section 8] Nowhere, in the Constitution does it give Congress the power or authority to transfer any powers granted under the Constitution to a private corporation or, does it?

CALLER - I can tell you I have read the Constitution. It does NOT provide that any power granted can be transferred to a private corporation. Doesn't it specifically state, all other powers not granted are reserved to the States and to the citizens? Does that mean to a private corporation?

The original Stockholders of the Federal Reserve Banks in 1913 were the Rockefeller's, JP Morgan, Rothschild's, Lazard Freres, Schoellkopf, Kuhn-Loeb, Warburgs, Lehman Brothers and Goldman Sachs. The MONEYCHANGERS wanted to be insured they had a monopoly over our money supply, so Congress passed into law Title 12, Section 284 of the United States Code. Section 284 specifically states, "NO STOCK ALLOWED TO THE US" *
Monopoly - "A privilege or peculiar advantage vested in one or more persons or companies, consisting in the exclusive right [or power] to carry on a particular business or trade, manufacture a particular article, or control the sale of the whole supply of a particular commodity, A form of market structure in which only a few firms dominate the total sales of a product or service.
'Monopoly,' as prohibited by Section 2 of the Sherman Antitrust Act, has two elements: possession of a monopoly power in relevant market and willful acquisition or maintenance of that power, as distinguished from growth or development as a consequence of a superior power, business acumen, or historical product. A monopoly condemned by the Sherman Act is the power to fix prices, or exclude competition, coupled with policies designed to use and preserve that power." (Black's Law Dictionary, 6th Edition) The Federal Reserve Act goes one step farther, "No Senator or Representative in Congress shall be a member of the Federal Reserve Board or an officer or director of a Federal Reserve Bank." They didn't want We The People to have any say in the operation of their monopoly through our elected officials.

I would like to comment on the attached article posted to your website.
I am an avid reader of your site and think that some of the articles you have posted have some merit behind them. Others are written and posted by fear-mongers who offer no solutions to the problems they encounter. This one, however, seems to at least be taking a stand to introduce legislation to turn the tide on the greedy, robber barons of our time. But I would like to put to rest something that has been commented for a long time in various postings to your website that has had me pegged for some time and has been completely untrue. Whenever anyone talks about the Constitutional rights of Congress to coin money and regulate the value thereof, they always state that the Federal Reserve Banks (not being an actual part of the government) have not been duly authorized to perform these functions and the sole right must remain with Congress. They site the Constitution itself (Article I, Section 8, paragraph 5) as being the law of the land (which it duly is) for the legality of the Federal Reserve Banking system. For the life of me, however, it seems that they quit reading at this point, because the 18th and final paragraph of Section 8 states:

I was covering the event for the independent press. I was getting great footage and many of the delegates were thoughtful and also said I asked very good questions.
So I'm standing in the bar area having a beer with a few delagates and from my experience with the freeman process I brought up the fact that since the delegates were chosen by paper ballot and the voters were UNREGISTERED - they had actually elected a de-jure government that had clear lawful authority OVER the de-facto "government" that claims to have authority and carries the guns.

That was the message Saturday during the kickoff of the group's inaugural national conference, a two-day event that comes at a time when Oath Keepers is experiencing a surge in membership and notoriety.
Appearing on the MSNBC show "Hardball," Rhodes was questioned by host Chris Matthews about his "vigilante group" and on his "strange view of the world."
Matthews talked about a recent Southern Poverty Law Center report that identified Oath Keepers as a "particularly worrisome example of the Patriot revival," a movement the law center said could carry out acts of anti-government and racist violence.
Lou Dobbs of CNN had a different opinion of Oath Keepers. On his radio show, Dobbs praised Rhodes for efforts that should bring "solace and comfort" to everyone.

They are on very thin ice, and they know it, and Obama is like a bull in a China closet with his openly Marxist actions. He is breaking the glass every day, with cabinet members falling like flies.

Is there any Justice in Lincoln and Ravalli counties in Montana?

This is a first hand account by the person who seems to be getting the brunt of serious persecution and threats against her life, without any help from the so called "justice system" in those counties.

I know of several JP court justices that seem to think an order of protection is the remedy for absolutely everything. They slam the gavel and issue an order that makes the responder look guilty of all kinds of crimes on just the sayso of the complainant without ever requiring the person complaining to provide any evidence, photos, afidavits, witnesses, or any proof whatsoever, and all this without benefit of any jury of their peers. These JP judges deny the respondent the ability to call any witnesses for the defense, or have any character witnesses in the courtroom. They "convict" the respondent on the spot of whatever they have been accused of by their own judgement alone. Then the sheriff will use that unsubstantiated order like they would use a conviction, to build a case for other and maybe unrelated charges, all trumped up to smear and defame their own political opponents, and destroy the lives of the accused, and now "convicted" by only a Judge's sayso.
This happens daily in Montana and all over the nation. There is no protection for the accused in this scenario whatsoever. What happened to "Innocent until proven guilty beyond a doubt"? The JP courts are not a court of record, so it's easy for the JP judges to simply deny any wrongdoing. And trying to get that order reviewed by a state district court is very expensive and time consuming, so much so that the respondent won't be able to do it. The JP judges know that. They count on it. They abuse their power and use it as a weapon to destroy their political opposition.
This is exactly the kind of abuse of power that the Grand Jury is designed to protect We the People from.

You have the right as a trial juror to judge of the law as well as the facts in any case you are on.
You already have that right. You don't have to lobby for it. You don't have to get any new laws passed.
You don't have to change the Constitution. You just have to understand and exercise your rights. You have to take command in the jury room, and educate your fellow jurors. You have to enforce the Constitution and nullify bad laws in the jury room. You have to uphold the God given "unalienable" natural laws expressed and protected by the Constitution in the jury room. It's your power, unless you give it away to the judge when he tells you that you don't have it. That is right. The judges abuse their power by saying you must take the law "the way I give it to you" in effect saying you are too stupid to understand it. This arrogance needs to be stopped and soon. In fact the most famous Judge to make this mistake was a signer of the Declaration of Independence, Samuel Chase. In the US v. Callender case attempted to rule that a jury could not decide the Constututionality of a law. It may have been partially by the following statement that he averted impeachment.

Some people would like you to believe that the ordinary citizen is incapable of understanding these issues. Some would like you to believe you are too dumb to read these laws and make sense of them. They want your mind in a box of their own creation. You need to think outside their box, like the founders did.
You need to understand and exercise your rights guaranteed by the US Constitution. If you don't you will lose those God given and Constitutionally protected rights forever, for yourself and your posterity.
I choose to fight with the law first. We shall see later how unlawful and corrupt these "rule of men" people really are. I say again. those who oppose this lawful idea of reviving the standing Grand Jury should be the first to be investigated. Without accusing them of anything, I would bet that many get a paycheck from some branch of government.
It seems that leftists don't want you to know these history lessons. It seems they don't want you to exercise your true power to stop corruption. So now it's up to you. You no longer can say "But what can we do about it?"

You don't have to change the Constitution. You just have to understand and exercise your rights. You have to take command in the jury room, and educate your fellow jurors. You have to enforce the Constitution and nullify bad laws in the jury room. You have to uphold the God given "unalienable" natural laws expressed and protected by the Constitution in the jury room. It's your power, unless you give it away to the judge when he tells you that you don't have it. That is right. The judges abuse their power by saying you must take the law "the way I give it to you" in effect saying you are too stupid to understand it. This arrogance needs to be stopped and soon. In fact the most famous Judge to make this mistake was a signer of the Declaration of Independence, Samuel Chase. In the US v. Callender case attempted to rule that a jury could not decide the Constututionality of a law. It may have been partially by the following statement that he averted impeachment.
SAMUEL CHASE (Justice, U. S. Supreme Court and signer of the Declaration of Independence; in 1804): "The jury has the right to determine both the law and the facts."

Some people would like you to believe that the ordinary citizen is incapable of understanding these issues. Some would like you to believe you are too dumb to read these laws and make sense of them. They want your mind in a box of their own creation. You need to think outside their box, like the founders did.
You need to understand and exercise your rights guaranteed by the US Constitution. If you don't you will lose those God given and Constitutionally protected rights forever, for yourself and your posterity.
I choose to fight with the law first. We shall see later how unlawful and corrupt these "rule of men" people really are. I say again. those who oppose this lawful idea of reviving the standing Grand Jury should be the first to be investigated. Without accusing them of anything, I would bet that many get a paycheck from some branch of government.
It seems that leftists don't want you to know these history lessons. It seems they don't want you to exercise your true power to stop corruption. So now it's up to you. You no longer can say "But what can we do about it?"

MHRN; Ready, Fire, Aim
Travis McAdam of the Montana Human Rights Network (MHRN) is troubled by folks who want our governments to operate within the constraints of the Constitution. Not surprising. That's MHRN's thing, being troubled.
MHRN was troubled about:
- U. of M. law professor Rob Natelson. They publicly accused him of "anti-Semitism," later learning that Natelson is Jewish.
- Me. They accused me of being a racist when an article I wrote was published by J.J. Johnson (friend J.J. is a very Black guy - MHRN was ignorant of this minor detail), coincidentally the same week presidential candidate and Ambassador Alan Keyes was a guest in my home (Keyes is Black, too - Montana had a chuckle over that glaring MHRN stumble).
- A Mission Valley guy, calling him an anti-Indian racist, only to be sued because he's a full-blood Native American (result - required MHRN apology).
MHRN's goal is to stifle free speech they dislike by accusing speakers of evil intent or connections. It's amusing that they are so often so wrong; a perpetual case of ready, fire, aim.
Watching the MHRN is more entertaining than watching the Three Stooges.
Although they're reliable for comic relief, hardly anyone takes them seriously.

The attitude of your article however was very prejudiced, and it shows vividly to your readers. All the MHRN has left are the same old tired buzzwords of the last decade, and the people don't believe them any more.
Your newspaper must be getting desperate for attention for you to keep on publishing that drivel, and like many other newspapers who don't print the real news but favor the liberal view you must be losing money by the barrel.
Wake up and realize that there is a reason the Glenn Beck show is so wildly popular and setting all kinds of records for attendance. Just trying to help the cause of true journalistic excellence.

INSTRUCTION CONCERNING PERJURY.
Amen, I say to you. (Matt, xxiv. 34.)
The Son of God here, and elsewhere in the gospel, confirms His word by an oath, as it were, for swearing is nothing else than to call upon God, His divine veracity, His justice, or upon His creatures in the name of God, as witness of the truth of our words, -- Is swearing, then, lawful, and when? -- It is lawful when justice or necessity or an important advantage requires it, and the cause is true and equitable. (Jer. iv.2.)
Those sin grievously, therefore, who swear to that which is false and unjust, because they call upon God as witness of falsehood and injustice, by which His eternal truthfulness and justice is desecrated; those sin who swear in a truthful cause whithout necessity and sufficient reason, because it is disrespectful to call upon God as witness for every trivial thing.
In like manner, those sin grieviously and constantly who are so accustomed to swearing as to break out into oaths, without knowing or considering whether the thing is true or false, whether they will keep their promise or not, or even if they will be able to keep it; such expose themselves to the danger of swearing falsely. "There is no one," says St. Chrysostom, "who swears often, who does not sometimes swear falsely, just as he who speaks much, sometimes says unbecoming and false things."
Therefore Christ tells those who seek perfection not to swear at all, (Matt. V. 34.) that they might not fall into the habit of swearing and from that into perjury. He who has the habit of swearing should therefore, take the greatest pains to eradicate it; to accomplish which it will be very useful to reflect that if we have to render and account for every idle word we speak, (Matt. xii. 36.) how much more strictly will we be judged for unnecessary false oaths! God's curse accompanies him who comits perjury, in all his ways, as proved by daily experience. He who commits perjury in court, robs himself of the merits of Christ's death and will be consumed in the fire of hell, which is represented by the crucifix and burning tapers, in presence of which the oath (in some places) is taken.
If you have had the misfortune to be guilty of perjury, at once be truly sorry, weep for this terrible sin which you have committed, frankly confess it, repair the injury you may have caused by it, and chastise yourself for it by rigorous penance.

Anyone care to comment on the shootings?
I received the following from a retired cop. It expresses my feelings exactly. Love from then 10ECVOL
On Thursday afternoon, a radicalized Muslim US Army officer shouting "Allahu Akbar!" committed the worst act of terror on American soil since 9/11. And no one wants to call it an act of terror or associate it with Islam.
What cowards we are. Political correctness killed those patriotic Americans at Ft. Hood as surely as the Islamist gunman did. And the media treat it like a case of non-denominational shoplifting.
This was a terrorist act. When an extremist plans and executes a murderous plot against our unarmed soldiers to protest our efforts to counter Islamist fanatics, it's an act of terror. Period.
When the terrorist posts anti-American hate-speech on the Web; apparently praises suicide bombers and uses his own name; loudly criticizes US policies; argues (as a psychiatrist, no less) with his military patients over the worth of their sacrifices; refuses, in the name of Islam, to be photographed with female colleagues; lists his nationality as "Palestinian" in a Muslim spouse-matching program, and parades around central Texas in a fundamentalist playsuit - well, it only seems fair to call this terrorist an "Islamist terrorist."
But the president won't. Despite his promise to get to all the facts. Because there's no such thing as "Islamist terrorism" in ObamaWorld.
And the Army won't. Because its senior leaders are so sick with political correctness that pandering to America-haters is safer than calling terrorism "terrorism."
And the media won't. Because they have more interest in the shooter than in our troops - despite their crocodile tears.
Maj. Nadal Malik Hasan planned this terrorist attack and executed it in cold blood. The resulting massacre was the first tragedy. The second was that he wasn't killed on the spot.
Hasan survived. Now the rest of us will have to foot his massive medical bills. Activist lawyers will get involved, claiming "harassment" drove him temporarily insane. There'll be no end of trial delays. At best, taxpayer dollars will fund his prison lifestyle for decades to come, since our politically correct Army leadership wouldn't dare pursue or carry out the death penalty.
Maj. Hasan will be a hero to Islamist terrorists abroad and their sympathizers here. While US Muslim organizations decry his acts publicly, Hasan will be praised privately. And he'll have the last laugh.
But Hasan isn't the sole guilty party. The US Army's unforgivable political correctness is also to blame for the casualties at Ft. Hood. Given the myriad warning signs, it's appalling that no action was taken against a man apparently known to praise suicide bombers and openly damn US policy. But no officer in his chain of command, either at Walter Reed Army Medical Center or at Ft. Hood, had the guts to take meaningful action against a dysfunctional soldier and an incompetent doctor.
Had Hasan been a Lutheran or a Methodist, he would've been gone with the simoon. But officers fear charges of discrimination when faced with misconduct among protected minorities.
Now 12 soldiers and a security guard lie dead. 31 soldiers were wounded, 28 of them seriously. If heads don't roll in this maggot's chain of command, the Army will have shamed itself beyond moral redemption.
There's another important issue, too. How could the Army allow an obviously incompetent and dysfunctional psychiatrist to treat our troubled soldiers returning from war? An Islamist whacko is counseled for arguing with veterans who've been assigned to his care? And he's not removed from duty? What planet does the Army live on?
For the first time since I joined the Army in 1976, I'm ashamed of its dereliction of duty. The chain of command protected a budding terrorist who was waving one red flag after another. Because it was safer for careers than doing something about him. Get ready for the apologias. We've already heard from the terrorist's family that "he's a good American." In their world, maybe he is.
But when do we, the American public, knock off the PC nonsense?

Muslim terrorist wannabes are busted again and again. And we're assured that "Islam's a religion of peace."

Well jobs are few and far between, the last mill is gone, real estate is getting pretty cheap and still not moving if it is not on a Lake or a Trophy Home there seems to be very little interest.
The Canadians along with the Canadian Dollar is pretty much all that is holding Eureka Montana up. Many are saying this, they say if it were not for the Canadians Eureka would be suffering quite a bit worse then it is.

Today I read of your administrations' plan to re-define September 11 as a National Service Day. Sir, it's time we had a talk.........
During your campaign, Americans watched as you made mockery of our tradition of standing and crossing your heart when the Pledge of Allegiance was spoken. You, out of four people on the stage, were the only one not honoring our tradition.
YES, "We noticed."
During one of your many speeches, Americans heard you say that you intended to visit all 57 states. We all know that Islam, not America has 57 states.

When President Bush leaned over at Ground Zero and gently placed a flower on the memorial, while you nonchalantly tossed your flower onto the pile without leaning over.
YES, "We noticed."
Every time you apologized to other countries for America 's position on an issue we have wondered why you don't share our pride in this great country. When you have heard foreign leaders berate our country and our beliefs, you have not defended us. In fact, you insulted the British Crown beyond belief.

When your pastor of 20 years, "God-damned America " and said that 9/11 was "America's chickens coming home to roost" and you denied having heard recriminations of that nature, we wondered how that could be. The large-scale government intervention in the economy is going to end badly.
Any number of pundits claim that we have now passed the worst of the recession. Green shoots of recovery are supposedly popping up all around the country, and the economy is expected to resume growing soon at an annual rate of 3% to 4%. Many of these are the same people who insisted that the economy would continue growing last year, even while it was clear that we were already in the beginning stages of a recession.
A false recovery is under way. I am reminded of the outlook in 1930, when the experts were certain that the worst of the Depression was over and that recovery was just around the corner. The economy and stock market seemed to be recovering, and there was optimism that the recession, like many of those before it, would be over in a year or less. Instead, the interventionist policies of Hoover and Roosevelt caused the Depression to worsen, and the Dow Jones industrial average did not recover to 1929 levels until 1954. I fear that our stimulus and bailout programs have already done too much to prevent the economy from recovering in a natural manner and will result in yet another asset bubble.
Anytime the central bank intervenes to pump trillions of dollars into the financial system, a bubble is created that must eventually deflate. We have seen the results of Alan Greenspan's excessively low interest rates: the housing bubble, the explosion of subprime loans and the subsequent collapse of the bubble, which took down numerous financial institutions. Rather than allow the market to correct itself and clear away the worst excesses of the boom period, the Federal Reserve and the U.S. Treasury colluded to put taxpayers on the hook for trillions of dollars. Those banks and financial institutions that took on the largest risks and performed worst were rewarded with billions in taxpayer dollars, allowing them to survive and compete with their better-managed peers.
This is nothing less than the creation of another bubble. By attempting to cushion the economy from the worst shocks of the housing bubble's collapse, the Federal Reserve has ensured that the ultimate correction of its flawed economic policies will be more severe than it otherwise would have been. Even with the massive interventions, unemployment is near 10% and likely to increase, foreigners are cutting back on purchases of Treasury debt and the Federal Reserve's balance sheet remains bloated at an unprecedented $2 trillion. Can anyone realistically argue that a few small upticks in a handful of economic indicators are a sign that the recession is over?
What is more likely happening is a repeat of the Great Depression. We might have up to a year or so of an economy growing just slightly above stagnation, followed by a drop in growth worse than anything we have seen in the past two years. As the housing market fails to return to any sense of normalcy, commercial real estate begins to collapse and manufacturers produce goods that cannot be purchased by debt-strapped consumers, the economy will falter. That will go on until we come to our senses and end this wasteful government spending.
Government intervention cannot lead to economic growth. Where does the money come from for Tarp (Treasury's program to buy bad bank paper), the stimulus handouts and the cash for clunkers? It can come only from taxpayers, from sales of Treasury debt or through the printing of new money. Paying for these programs out of tax revenues is pure redistribution; it takes money out of one person's pocket and gives it to someone else without creating any new wealth. Besides, tax revenues have fallen drastically as unemployment has risen, yet government spending continues to increase. As for Treasury debt, the Chinese and other foreign investors are more and more reluctant to buy it, denominated as it is in depreciating dollars.
The only remaining option is to have the Fed create new money out of thin air. This is inflation. Higher prices lead to a devalued dollar and a lower standard of living for Americans. The Fed has already overseen a 95% loss in the dollar's purchasing power since 1913. If we do not stop this profligate spending soon, we risk hyperinflation and seeing a 95% devaluation every year.

Anytime the central bank intervenes to pump trillions of dollars into the financial system, a bubble is created that must eventually deflate. We have seen the results of Alan Greenspan's excessively low interest rates: the housing bubble, the explosion of subprime loans and the subsequent collapse of the bubble, which took down numerous financial institutions. Rather than allow the market to correct itself and clear away the worst excesses of the boom period, the Federal Reserve and the U.S. Treasury colluded to put taxpayers on the hook for trillions of dollars. Those banks and financial institutions that took on the largest risks and performed worst were rewarded with billions in taxpayer dollars, allowing them to survive and compete with their better-managed peers.
This is nothing less than the creation of another bubble. By attempting to cushion the economy from the worst shocks of the housing bubble's collapse, the Federal Reserve has ensured that the ultimate correction of its flawed economic policies will be more severe than it otherwise would have been. Even with the massive interventions, unemployment is near 10% and likely to increase, foreigners are cutting back on purchases of Treasury debt and the Federal Reserve's balance sheet remains bloated at an unprecedented $2 trillion. Can anyone realistically argue that a few small upticks in a handful of economic indicators are a sign that the recession is over?
What is more likely happening is a repeat of the Great Depression. We might have up to a year or so of an economy growing just slightly above stagnation, followed by a drop in growth worse than anything we have seen in the past two years. As the housing market fails to return to any sense of normalcy, commercial real estate begins to collapse and manufacturers produce goods that cannot be purchased by debt-strapped consumers, the economy will falter. That will go on until we come to our senses and end this wasteful government spending.
Government intervention cannot lead to economic growth. Where does the money come from for Tarp (Treasury's program to buy bad bank paper), the stimulus handouts and the cash for clunkers? It can come only from taxpayers, from sales of Treasury debt or through the printing of new money. Paying for these programs out of tax revenues is pure redistribution; it takes money out of one person's pocket and gives it to someone else without creating any new wealth. Besides, tax revenues have fallen drastically as unemployment has risen, yet government spending continues to increase. As for Treasury debt, the Chinese and other foreign investors are more and more reluctant to buy it, denominated as it is in depreciating dollars.
The only remaining option is to have the Fed create new money out of thin air. This is inflation. Higher prices lead to a devalued dollar and a lower standard of living for Americans. The Fed has already overseen a 95% loss in the dollar's purchasing power since 1913. If we do not stop this profligate spending soon, we risk hyperinflation and seeing a 95% devaluation every year.

In “The Venona Secrets”, the authors note that a classic Stalinist tactic was “demonizing an opponent and then using his vilified name in a broad-brush smear against anyone who challenged Communist views or activities.” This is why the term “McCarthyism” has entered our political vocabulary. This is also what is occurring right now as former Vice President Dick Cheney and former Governor Sarah Palin, get the treatment.
