Chances are you aren't obligated to be considered any form of federal Municipal CITIZEN nor as a federal Territorial Citizen, but you have been entrapped in a profit-making scheme that pretends that you have knowingly and willingly agreed to act as a volunteer federal employee--- specifically, as a "Withholding Agent" -- a Warrant Officer in the Merchant Marine Service, and that you have purposefully and knowingly enrolled in the Social Security program which is only available to federal employees in order to receive benefits from the Public Charitable Trust (PCT) which was organized in the wake of the Civil War for welfare relief of former plantation slaves.

What? You never worked a day for the federal government? You were never told that "Social Security" is only for federal employees and dependents? You aren't a former plantation slave? You never got any benefits?

Well, then, you have to stop calling yourself any kind of "US citizen" --- because citizens all work for the government. They have a duty and obligation to obey every statute, code, and whim of the government as a result, and they are also liable to pay federal income taxes. You also have to stop voting in any "US elections" including "State of State" elections, because the States of States are just local franchises of the federal corporation(s) defined at 28 USC 3002 (15).

So, Step One--- withdraw and rescind any and all applications and enrollments as a "registered voter". You have no natural interest in the elections of a foreign corporation that you don't work for, right?

Fact One:  The states each retained the right to keep their own "well-regulated militia" as part of the constitutional agreement.  

Fact Two: There is no provision for any state to operate multi-state armed forces of any kind under state authority.

Fact Three: The United States of America operates the undelegated powers of the states and people in international jurisdiction---that is, the union of states operates those powers and offices, not any one state.

Clarification Regarding the Continental Marshals Service

There are a bunch of people who are wildly off-track trying to call their state militias "continental marshals" because they thought it "sounded good".

And they haven't even bothered to correct their political status and re-flag their VESSELS in commerce to be recognized as Americans, so they are doing this as "United States Citizens"---- who aren't allowed to have militias much less continental marshals and have no guarantees under the actual constitution.

I have tried and tried to talk sense into these boneheads and show them what they need to do and how they need to organize to no avail, despite the Public Law and the known history in front of their faces.

1. Your political status is your own decision.  Nobody including the courts can dictate anything about it.  In fact, I have it on very good and agreeable authority of the United States Supreme Court that judges in their system can't even speak to the issue of your political status.  It's your call and nobody else's.

2. Being that your political status is your own business and nobody else's and that it is your choice, then you are held responsible for your choice. 

3. Millions of Americans have been arbitrarily identified as "United States Citizens" and/or "citizens of the United States" and assigned "births" as "commercial vessels" in the British Crown's Merchant Marine Service.  This results in the establishment of an ACCOUNT dba your FIRST MIDDLE LAST name and more recently your FIRST M.I. LAST name and the presumption that you, the living man or woman, are the Account Holder responsible for administering these ACCOUNTS as good and faithful Warrant Officers of Her Majesty.

Law is not a good thing simply by its nature.  It arises out of religion, which is supposed to be a matter of freewill, but seldom is, and then it erects barriers and presumptions based on whatever system of law you are encountering.  All systems of law are essentially rules for the Game of Life, but it is up to you to choose the rules you are operating under, and that then determines how you play it.

So let's go over the basics.

In the beginning of recorded history we lived under the Noahide Laws known as the Law of the Sea.  This is the form of law that existed prior to the Flood and has existed ever afterward.  There is no evidence in the standard Bible that Noah was a lawgiver like Moses, but his name got attached to these laws anyway.
