Rumors of "The Republic" -- What It Means, Actually.

Regarding the "Republic" and its "return to a gold standard" and other rumors ----this is all "internal domestic" reshuffling of the "United States" and its corporations.  Strictly speaking has nothing to do with us or with our states of the Union. 

Think of it this way--- you hire a lawn care company to take care of your grass and hedges and tree trimming, etc.,  They incorporate (1868) ---- no big deal so far as you are concerned.  They spud off some subsidiaries (municipal governments, 1878)---- and again, no big deal in your view.  Who cares how the lawn care company decides to organize itself, so long as the work gets done at a price you can afford?  Right? 

No Democracy, Not Now, Not Ever

A friend recently sent me this quote and it is a timely reminder that I share with all of you.  I have read it many times over the years and the truth resonates across centuries and down to this current moment. 

Where's the Mandate?

Years ago there was a wonderful TV commercial with a feisty old woman who looked at her puny fast food sandwich, wrinkled her nose and spouted, "Where's the beef?"

Now you've got another feisty old lady saying, "Where's the mandate?"

You've all learned that the United States is not America. You've learned that, most likely, you aren't a "United States Citizen" nor a "citizen of the United States", either. You've learned that their elections aren't our elections. You've learned that they are not the actual government of this country---- just a foreign jurisdictional enclave and a corporation under contract to provide us and our Several States of the Union with "essential governmental services"-----Well, there is something else you have to think about now.

All your life you have heard it endlessly repeated: "Democracy, Democracy, Democracy....." as if "democracy" were some great thing and we were proud to be a "democracy"-----but America was never a "democracy". The 50 nation states are all republics, and republics are very, very different from democracies.

Republics honor and protect each one of the people. Democracies have no respect for your one-each rights at all. They function by Mob Rule--- whatever the majority wants, the majority gets.

So, if 51% of your neighbors want to eat you for Christmas Dinner, that's a-okay in a "democracy." If they want to steal your land, that's okay, too. If they want to rape your daughters or your house guests like in old Sodom and Gomorrah, well, what do you think?

The Definitive Reason Why General Dunford CANNOT Restore America

There is a lot of talk going on, rumors of a "New Republic" being created by General Joseph F. Dunford and Paul Ryan.  I have already told everyone the short and dirty story.  The United States Military was running desperately low on funds, so they cut a deal with the Rothschild interests (World Bank, IBRD, et alia) who have set up shop in China and who are confusing everyone with their claim to be "Chinese Elders" ----hahahah! 

If those fellows are Chinese Elders, I am the ghost of Muhammed Ali.

Dunford reportedly borrowed a billion dollars out of the 357 billion in gold that they owe us anyway, creating a situation whereby we are still paying the General's bills via the Chinese and the Rothschild's and having to pay the middlemen interest for the use of our own assets.

This is what the Rothschild Fakirs are really good at: getting someone to pay them for something that is already his.  They are absolute masters at this, and if General Dunford has in fact cut such a deal, he has fallen into the Rothschild's favorite Briar Patch.

I only wish to draw your attention to it as an aside and not to blame General Dunford.  He has been placed in a hard position by our own failure to do our job, pursue our debtors, and make use of our own assets without such "help".

America has NOT been a Republic for a very long time!

I certainly appreciate the concerns of any and all Americans who fear losing the republic, however, and at the risk of sounding terribly negative, I should point out that the republic has not existed in this country since the civil war.

A good review of the facts surrounding the war and the events which took place immediately thereafter make it painfully obvious that our country was transformed and has been under military rule and a military dictatorship headed by the commander in chief beginning with and subsequent to Lincoln.

Those who doubt that need only look into the events of that period and peruse the documents produced during the war and the 20 years or so following it. Just to scratch the surface one should read the Leiber Code, Orders 100, the Re-construction Acts, the Organic Act of 1871, the history surrounding the adjournment of congress during Lincoln's term, the replacement of the original 13th amendment, and history of the institution of the 14th amendment.

One should realize that in a republic ANY state and ANY individual can withdraw membership from any society, confederation, union, or organization at any time they so choose. THAT is the freedom necessary for a republic to exist. For when any institution of men becomes too burdensome on any man he must be free to disassociate himself from it or he is no longer free.

When membership in any group, association, union, society, or confederation is forced and involuntary; when any such group forces its will upon any unwilling participant; then man has ceased to be free to choose and no republic exists. For in that case you have tyranny whether it be a democracy (mob rule), dictatorship, monarchy, or any other form of despotism.

The very moment the states were forced, at gun point, to join and participate in THE UNION they ceased to be free and when that freedom ceased to exist there was no longer any "republic" in this country, nor any "constitutional rights" for that matter.

In truth the civil war was never about slavery; it was about state's rights, property rights, the constitution (that is the rights the constitution was to preserve), and the rights of free man to choose by consent or withdraw if need be. That war was about our republic, the constitutional assurances of protection of those rights outlined in the Bill of Rights, the sovereignty of the states and of man. In the final analysis it was a revolutionary war not a civil war. Lincoln and the northern states violated the constitutional charter which formed the union and the contract between the states and the national government was broken.

The country has been under military rule and a military dictatorship ever since the war and there is evidence of that fact all around the country for all to see. First; presidential executive orders are strictly unconstitutional. The Legislature was the ONLY law making branch of the three branches of government set out in the original constitution. 

Lincoln was the first president to issue executive orders and he did so because our lawful congress had adjourned sine die at the war with no date set for it to reconvene. No lawful congress has ever been seated since and our republic died when the congress adjourned...ie our lawful government ceased to exist.

Lincoln issued executive orders because there no longer existed a lawful government in the absence of the constitutional congress. Our country became a military dictatorship under Lincoln and has remained such since that time under martial law rule. THAT is why presidents have gotten away with issuing executive orders as laws ever since.

There is further proof in the Law of the Flag. The flags sold and flown all over this country are military flags. They are not the civilian peace time flag. The flags in the courtrooms with the gold fringe are military flags signifying that the courtrooms are military courts under the control of the executive branch...the commander in chief. Those are military tribunals in which the defendants are GUILTY UNTIL PROVEN INNOCENT.

I am as supportive of our republican rights as anyone could ever be, but people need to finally realize that there is no republic to preserve in this country. If there is to be one, ever again, it will have to be created. But, do not expect those behind the hostile takeover of this country to lay down and give it back. They have other plans for this country and the people in it. So, let's be honest and not kid ourselves that we can "preserve" something that currently does not exist. This is now a nation of sheep living in feed lots and being fed upon by a pack of wolves.

Ron Paul's State of the Republic Address

What is it that we must do? We must immediately:

• Balance the budget by reducing spending
• Change our foreign policy to that of non-intervention
• A full audit and more supervision of the Federal Reserve leading to abolishing the Federal Reserve
• Legalize competition to the Federal Reserve with competing currencies
• Regain respect for civil liberties and privacy while reigning in the CIA
• Wean ourselves off the dependence of wealth transfers by government
• Abolish crony capitalism-no subsidies, no bailouts, no regulatory or tax privileges to protect the powerful elite, especially the military industrial complex
• Eliminate the income tax, inheritance tax and taxes on savings and dividends.

None of this can happen without the restoration of Congress to its dominant position of the three Branches of Government as was originally intended by the Constitution. The Executive and Judicial must be reined in, and Congress must assert its prerogatives over all legislation curtailing all unconstitutional agendae through budgetary controls.

Signs abound that angry Americans are now more ready than ever before for a change in direction that is indeed real. If this program were improvised-even suddenly and dramatically-the adjustment, though significant and to a degree somewhat painful, would be much shorter and of minor consequence compared to the chaos and poverty that will result if we refuse to change our gluttonous appetite for a free lunch.
