The rats are trying to buy an interest in our estates for themselves using our assets and credit to do so.  

Right.  

They are presenting "the CDC" as some big authority we all need to listen to. 

The CDC is a privately owned vaccine company and on the take for hundreds of millions of dollars from the men who promoted weaponization of the Common Cold.

These despicable criminals set up this entire pandemic to profit themselves. 

Instead of being in position to control and manipulate our response to their handiwork..... 

And instead of being allowed to profit themselves.... 

They should be arrested, tried, and executed without any further adieu.  

It might not help their victims, but at least we would be rid of them. 

And as for the CDC, it should be shut down and all its assets liquidated. 

It's Board of Directors should be denied any benefit of the corporate veil.  

Its' collaborators on this "project" --- DARPA, the Pirbright Institute and Wellcome Trust and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation should all be similarly dismembered, liquidated, and their board members/trustees denied any protection of the corporate veil.  

Corporations are only allowed to exist for the Public Good, and as you can see, these corporations have not existed for the Public Good.  

They have planned this pandemic with malice aforethought and for profit.  

Thousands of people have already died because of these mass murderers. 

And now, Mr. Trump --- do you know what your duty is?

Richard S. and Phil Hudok continue their efforts to justify their own mistakes and Bad Faith.   They would have you sign up and volunteer to give up your share of America in exchange for more debt.   If that makes sense to you, go right ahead. 

Remember this, my Readers--- the Federal Code exists to hold Federal Citizens accountable to us and to publish for the whole world to see, what their obligations are.  When you "remind them" of what their obligations are, you are not offering to stand under any Federal Code yourself.  

So when you tell the United States Secretary of State that you are an American claiming your birthright political status as an American State National, and you remind him that this political status is recognized under his Federal Code at 8 USC 1101 (a) 21, you are not placing yourself under Federal Code.  You are placing him under his obligation to you.  

There are those devious and dishonest individuals trying to misrepresent both what is, and what isn't.  There are also a lot of clueless but otherwise good people following along like sheep, thinking that they are getting something of value, when in fact, they are simply buying themselves more debt and further devaluing the currency.  

Good luck with that.  A negative seven plus a negative seven still equals a negative fourteen.  

So long as you are neither active duty US Military, nor a Federal Civil Service employee, nor a dependent thereof, and not seeking welfare nor political asylum, you are not under the obligations of any Federal Code, and you deny that you are under any obligation of Federal Code, simply by reclaiming your birthright political status as an American State National.  

Why?  Because although the Federales allow Dual Citizenship, the actual States of the Union do not.  

Mr. Pompeo cannot "misunderstand" you when you say you are a Wisconsinite or a New Yorker, because when you claim that status, that's the only such status you can hold. 

It's one way or the other so far as the States are concerned.  Remember that. 

Federales hold Dual Citizenship.   Any Dual Citizenship will do.  Many members of their treasonous Municipal Congress hold "US Citizenship" and citizenship in foreign countries like Luxembourg or Israel or Thailand. 

Both varieties of "US" citizenship --- United States [Territorial] Citizenship and Municipal citizens of the United States --- are foreign with respect to our States of the Union.  So if you claim to be a "US" citizen, you are -- believe it or not -- claiming to act as a foreigner in your own country.  

Americans hold American State Nationality --- and may freely choose to serve their States of the Union as State Citizens--- or not.  

You can start your life as an American State National or even serve as an American State Citizen, and subsequently choose to accept Federal Employment, and adopt either Territorial United States Citizenship (military employees) or Municipal United States citizenship (Federal Civil Service) --- which changes your political status.  

You remain in the foreign status of a "US" Citizen or citizen as long as you work for the Federal Government, and you may remain in that status for the rest of your life and may be presumed to have "abandoned" your share of America, if you don't serve Notice and tell Mike Pompeo and/or the heads of your branch of service otherwise. 

As I have said from the beginning of this discussion, it really is up to you --- you can subject yourself to the Queen, you can volunteer to enslave yourself to the Pope.  You can do any self-destructive, stupid thing you like.  You have the inviolable right to contract.  

My only point in all of this is that people deserve to know what they are losing and what they are gaining in any transaction --- including the results of giving away their birthright as Americans.  So I have told you.  

If you are an American, it's time to stand up and say so, and claim your part of the pie.  The actual, factual America.  Not any "representation" thereof. 

If not, enjoy being in debt far, far, far over your heads and having everything you think you own subject to collection, including your physical bodies.

"An End of My Association With Bruce Doucette and Michael R. Hamilton"

This article was written several weeks prior to the actions that put the Colorado Nine in prison. It explains exactly what I told them and why I would not support them in the action that led to their imprisonment. 

Far from being the cause of their misery, I tried to save them. 

I warned them what would happen and begged them not to do what they proposed and I told them why. 

And they would not listen.

So now  I am doing the same thing with the Michigan General Jural Assembly and drawing a line between what they are doing and what I am doing--- for the same reasons I separated myself and my followers from the Colorado Nine. 

It was Michael R. Hamilton, an insurance company shill working for UN-DOD, that set up Bruce Doucette and the others. Not me. 

And besides my own words locked in the timeline on my website there are plenty of eye-witnesses to what went on in Colorado and to what I said and did, and they are outraged by these lies against me. 

The Truth will out. 

Anyone who doesn't understand jurisdiction and who doesn't make the effort to declare their identity and birthright political status runs the same risk as the Colorado Nine. 

And that is what Destry and these other Jokers want you to do. 

Stay there like defenseless sitting ducks ripe to be railroaded and arrested.  

That's what these guys get paid for-- to mislead you and lie to you and set you up, to make sure that your efforts go nowhere and to make use of your efforts to their own undisclosed ends. 

In this case, they are trying to set up another round of the same old fraud and set up a foreign commercial corporation merely calling itself "MICHIGAN"--- not the actual State of the Union that all of you have assumed you were working to rebuild.

The only "Sting" going on is theirs. 

But it's not going to wash. 

I already showed you the Registered Agents set up to work their vicious fraud scheme. 

And guess what? It's the same parent company group out of Nevada -- the same corrupt Generals who are trying to pull off the Zim and Iraqi Dinar scams and sell you their French version of Le Republique -- the French Rothschilds and their Flunkies in Uniform are behind all this. 

Everything they said about me is instead true about them. Just like I have always told you-- the pot always calls the kettle black, they always accuse their enemy of doing what they are doing. Always. Predictably.  

They are trying to get rich by robbing other countries and working currency scams.  They are working for NWO-UN-DOD "Special Ops".  They are working to co-opt what you have spent your time building to convert it into a foreign commercial corporation. 

And God forbid that you take my advice and come home to the land and soil of your actual State of the Union and claim your protections and guarantees and assets--- because then they won't be able to arrest and Railroad you like they did to Bruce Doucette and the others. 

Wake up, America. There are people here among us who look like Americans and talk like Americans--- but they aren't acting in the capacity of Americans. 

They are acting as employees of "Federal" commercial corporations--- "United States Citizens" and "Citizens of the United States".  Their allegiance is to foreign powers-- the Queen and the Pope. 

And many of them have no scruples and deserve no credibility. They think that their "job" is to enslave us and keep us in line. The fact that we are their actual employers doesn't cross their pig-like minds. 

So put them to the test. It's simple enough. 

Will they declare themselves to be American State Citizens? Yes or no? 

If no, whatever they are doing does not involve you and your State.  They are not Texans. They are not Coloradans. They are not Wisconsinites. They are "US Citizens" instead. 

You can be sure that if "US Citizens" are involved and they will not leave that status once it is explained to them---It's some kind of commercial corporation scam. 

Shake the dust from your feet and jog trot away. 

I am. 

I was right about the Colorado Nine and I am right about the direction the Michigan--- or should I say, MICHIGAN-- General Jural Assembly is headed,  too. 

If the rats can't get us to dig our own graves by setting up Assemblies they can co-opt they will fall back and tell some more lies. 

They will say that all the people associated with National Assembly are in insurrection. And they can make that claim against any "US Citizen" involved in forming any kind of State because it's not legal for actual "US Citizens" to assemble. 

Remember--US Citizens have never had any rights under the Constitution.  That includes having no right to assemble. 

I invite those of you who want to act as Lawful Persons and restore your actual States of the Union --and do so safely--come with me. 

I have done my duty and warned everyone. Again.
