After 160-plus years of being out to lunch or over the sea or wherever else we were supposed to be, the Americans are home again. And we are not Federal Citizens of any kind.
Not United States Citizens, not U.S. Citizens, not citizens of the United States under the Fourteenth Amendment.
Most of us aren't State Citizens, either, but that's another story.
Now the Judge Advocate General is steaming. The Red Tape Machine is suddenly in full overheat and jurisdiction, a subject so secret that most Jurists ignored it for over a century, is wrapped around his feet like a mummy-case made of duct tape.
Here's the problem. The Brits have been secretly operating this country since 1861, and they have been using False Claims of Special Admiralty authority to import their Law of the Sea onto our dry land.
Our nation-states have been illegally, unlawfully, and immorally occupied by disguised foreign commercial interests for over a hundred years. The court system started out corrupt in 1865 and went straight downhill from there.
So the Perpetrators are trying to hide from justice by claiming that, all of a sudden, oh, but, you JAG Officers are British Territorial Naval Officers and your authority only exists on the High Seas and Navigable Inland Waterways..... You can't bring your military tribunals on shore, can't arrest any of these international criminals like Bill Gates or Albert Bourla or Doctor Mengele Fauci.

The instant the Americans woke up and declared themselves and pulled together their State Assemblies, American Admiralty clicked back into place, and under American Admiralty all naval forces are lawfully converted back to honorable duty.
The American Navy doesn't function under British Admiralty Law, nor does it use King's Bench Special Admiralty provisions. It functions under American Admiralty Law.
A whole new generation of JAG Officers gets to dust off their copies of Benedict's "On Admiralty".
The "U.S. Navy" takes its gunboats and slinks back to Puerto Rico and the Coast Guard enters its own command again.
So, because the Americans are home and occupying their land jurisdiction, the American Navy takes over from the U.S. Navy, which is actually only the Territorial Navy associated with Puerto Rico and the Insular Islands.
If there is any problem with that, we pull the Admiralty Treaties of Westminster, Whitehall, Ghent, etc. and observe that our own Navy, as opposed to their former joint operations command, doesn't need an Egress Treaty.
