I can't stress how important it is for each one of us to come into alignment with the beauty all around us, to be fully aware of and at peace with the turning of the seasons, the goodness of the Earth, the silence and the peace that the world otherwise distracts us from.
We are part of a single living organism. It's only an illusion that we are separate from this single life, and separate from each other.
Please take a moment wherever you are in your busy day and if you are in the Northern Hemisphere, listen to this and contemplate the beauty of winter: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4VJJhp4XBaE
If you are in the Southern Hemisphere, pause with us just a moment and remember the past winter, the peace, the quiet, the slowing of the pace of life, the color and warmth of winter fires, the brightness of snow.
If you live at the Equator, give a moment and think of how the Earth is turning and the seasons are spinning all around you.
This is a whole that we experience as parts.
If you are sincerely devoted to truth, you inevitably perceive and embrace -- and ultimately, experience, the whole glorious life you are part of.
This is one of the great blessings and benefits of your devotion to truth.
As you open your mind and heart to truth, something magical happens. Your breathing slows and evens out. Energy begins to flow freely through your body like a cascade of water from a fountain.
Everything begins to gently, naturally, fall into place.
Begin with silence. Hear the silence. Notice it. Fall into it, letting go into the silence. It turns out that you are not afraid of silence. Silence is your natural home.
Then comes breath. Hear it, too. Then comes your heartbeat under the breath....softly supporting it. You feel your way into the symphony that is happening all around you.
Once you stop to sense it, the vastness of this song can overwhelm you.
Sudden tears may come, but they are part of the music, too.
Those of you who are struggling with cancer or with diabetes or disease of any kind, any disturbance of the mind, there is no disease -- only blockages of the energy meant to pour through you and notes out of tune.

Classical music builds on the forms of mathematics in nature, and listening to this music re-imposes divine structure on your biological framework. The pattern of life is found again, and before you know it, fear and pain and disconnection ebb away.
Perhaps you never liked classical music. That's okay. You never knew about its connection to the Greater Symphony, or its ability to heal and bring your body and mind back into tune again.
Now that you know the greater value and purpose of classical music, you will hear it differently.
You will now realize that the sense that classical music is "grating" on you, is the music itself recalibrating your energy field, bringing your body back into tune, unlocking damned up energy, and the "grating" sensation is like a carpenter's rasp patiently removing the collected detritus that is blocking your soul.
Force your ears to be patient. "Medical" procedures aren't always pleasant, but know this --- your cells will sigh with relief, your mitochondria will sense the peace and multiply, your stem cells will know exactly where to go.
In time, you will love classical music and seek it for its profound benefits.
You will learn to recognize the pieces that reinforce your soul, those that clear away false beliefs, those that bring your body back into balance, those that allow you to rest at a cellular level, those that heal your whole organism, those that bring you back into alignment with creation, those that stimulate your mind, those that unlock old traumas and allow you to heal....
I walk around with entire concertos and symphonies playing note for note in my head. The great arias flow through my veins and arteries.
People ask me how I can be 70 with no medical issues, no stiffness, no dread, no shelves full of prescription medicine, how I can work 80 hour weeks and international time schedules, how I can still laugh and be delighted with small things, how can I be so....well, youthful?
I am part of the Great Symphony, so I never grow old. I stand on one foot in front of the coffee machine, and make it my business to skip rope. I binge on Mozart and in ways large and small, I live with intentionality and balance. So can you.
Much love,
Granna
