We are now able to verify:
(1) Russian technology captured and weaponized;
(2) Basic individuated consciousness breached;
(3) Telepathic communication achieved;
(4) Operation Cherubim Horizon initiated 2001;
(5) Project Venus Rising slated for 2026;
(6) Goal 1: collapse of all organized religions;
(7) Goal 2: "voluntary" eugenics.
The Tin Hats passed through this fire twenty-five years ago. The rest of you --- millions worldwide --- are about to be Test Subjects in 2026.
This is our official objection to this profound violation of individual human rights and our public protest against external interference with: (1) the natural electromagnetic field of the Earth and individual living men and women, including interference technologies promoted using nanotechnology implanted in Covid 19 "vaccines"; (2) use of False Congruence Signaling; (3) use of Hormonal and Metabolic Interference Signaling; (4) use of Signal Transfer technologies including 6G; (5) use of Non-Beneficial Epigenetic Enforcement Technology (NEET) and all other non-consensual manipulations of human bioelectric fields, DNA, consciousness gateway mechanisms, and natural metabolic functions.
No government on Earth has authorization to test or employ any of these invasive technologies and no maritime or commercial contracting process can be used to alienate the basic natural rights of living people -- which includes their biological and electrical integrity, privacy, and freewill.
Take notice that these trespasses against Mankind and against Nature have been ongoing since 2000, the patents have been pulled, and all program deployment is now being countermanded.
Nobody needs DARPA anymore -- not for any reason.
