We are, once again, painfully, in detail, explaining to Americans who also happen to be Federal Employees (and their actual dependents) the situation they are in and what they need to do to rectify it.
As a British Territorial U.S. Citizen, defined as an indentured servant owing service to the Crown, or as family member dependent on such an indentured servant, you have very very few rights against the interests of the Crown, which are represented by all Attorneys, who act as Agents of the Crown.
Pause. Let that sink in. JAG Attorneys are still attorneys, and in this case, they are working for the British Crown just as much as John P. Lawyer, Attorney-at-Law.
All U.S. Citizens who have accepted "tours of duty" are in the same exact status as indentured servants. Any dependent family members, wives, and children under the age of majority, are also in this same second-class status. They are not released from this status until and unless they are discharged or otherwise separated from employment, and even then, once they are officially discharged, they have to write a letter to the commander of their branch of the service and tell them officially that they are returning home to their birthright political status and jurisdiction BEFORE they have the basis to claim the guarantees of the Federal Constitutions owed to Americans.
You signed your rights away and entered a foreign jurisdiction of law when you signed the induction paperwork. They didn't tell you this. They also didn't tell you that you would be entering a private mercenary service and that The Constitution of the United States of America is just one of several potential service contracts you might be called upon to serve under.
This lack of disclosure can be used to void any contract you have with them, and voiding the contract will allow you to return via declaration, publication, and recording your choice, to your original status as an American State National --- and they must recognize it, so long as you fully inform your service branch commander.
You have spent a great deal of time, money, and effort trying to stand up for the rights (constitutional and human) of U.S. Citizens and even citizens of the United States, who serve as literal slaves owned by the Municipality of Washington, DC, under conditions otherwise similar to the denigrated condition of the U.S. Citizens who are British Subjects and indentured servants.
The question seems to be, how can you serve in the U.S. Armed Forces and retain the rights and guarantees you are owed as an American?
By purposefully declaring that you do not need and do not adopt the Dual Citizenship status as both a U.S. Citizen (indentured servant of the British Crown) and "citizen of the United States" (slave of the Roman Municipal Government system - Federal Civil Servant) --- and choosing instead to claim one (1) Federal Citizenship and one (1) nationality as an American State National.
In the case of members of the U.S. Armed Forces and "Uniformed Officers" in the so-called civilian military, such as licensed doctors and registered nurses, wishing to retain their constitutional guarantees while under contract to serve, this means specifically rejecting any presumption that they are Municipal "citizens of the United States" and asserting instead that they are U.S. Citizens only and are in fact American State Nationals who are owed every jot of the guarantees provided under The Constitution of the United States of America.
In the case of Federal Civil Service workers it means rejecting any presumption of U.S. Citizenship and retaining their nationality as an American State National while in federal civil service employment as a "citizen of the United States". You can work for the Postal Service as a citizen of the United States and retain your nationality as a New Yorker, for example.
Citizenship and nationality are two (2) different things. The Powers That Be have selfishly presumed upon you and conferred an "extra" set of federal citizenship obligations on you, that you don't need to accept. You can be a U.S. Citizen and work for the U.S. Armed Forces and still retain your character as a State National of California, for example. Or you may be a Federal Civil Service employee defined as a "citizen of the United States" and retain your nationality as a Wisconsinite, thereby claiming your Constitutional guarantees and protections.
We have developed the means for people to claim their reversionary trust interest and to claim their proper nationality and whatever political status they choose, via the exercise of their free will --- but if you just stand around and shout, the corporations responsible for this situation will continue to "presume" whatever they like about you and about your political status and nationality. They have obtained --- also without disclosure --- "birth registrations" that indicate you are all British Subjects. That allowed the British Crown to establish an unearned and fraudulently constructed copyright attached to your Given Name. They then declared that this fictional British Territorial U.S. Citizen was lost at sea, and set up another "persona" using your name. The second "legal fiction person" is a Roman Inferior Trust operated as a Missing Seaman's ESTATE under Admiralty Law.
This PERSON always appears in all capital letters and has many derivatives. The primary Roman trust ESTATE may be named JOHN OSCAR MOUNTBATTEN, but it will have a derivative called JOHN O. MOUNTBATTEN that is a "Public Transmitting Utility", and another derivative called JOHN O MOUNTBATTEN that is "Special Purpose Vehicle" owned by the Department of Transportation, and another derivative called MOUNTBATTEN, JOHN O. that is ..... you see.
The "Citizens" and the "citizens" have continued to be abused and exploited as "legalized" indentured servants and slaves, and the non-citizens have been deliberately misidentified as citizens of one sort or another in order to expedite their abuse, too.
Now, if you have been paying attention, you have the whole story and are enabled to figure out: (1) am a citizen owing service to any "government" entity, yes or no? and (2) if I am a federal citizen of some kind am I a U.S. Citizen or citizen of the United States? and (3) what is my nationality? If I was born in a State of the Union, I am a national of that State. If I was born in a Territorial "State", I started life as a British Subject, but when this State was enrolled retroactively as a State of the Union (October 1st 2020) I became an American State National.
Americans take their nationality from their State of the Union, so someone born in California is a Californian, someone born in Wisconsin is a Wisconsinite, someone born in Idaho is an Idahoan, and so on. All fifty State demonyms are published on the internet and elsewhere.
Our American Government maintains services and information to assist Americans who have been misidentified as British Citizens and/or have been "represented" as Roman Inferior Trusts or derivative CORPORATIONS, to reclaim their "reversionary trust interest" and other rights upon reversion.
We are the key authorities fighting against Neural-link being deployed against humanity and against fascist corporatist interests being allowed to promote these crimes against humanity.
It is very important that all Federal employees realize the stakes and their responsibilities, because evil can only triumph through them and by their hands. It is important for these men and women to know that they are being deprived, using "lawfare", of the very rights and freedoms they are constantly told they are fighting for. It's important for them to realize that they have the means to claim back their constitutional guarantees and birthright political status.
This is why, despite being mistaken for a Federal Government official instead of a Federation official, I have continued to reach out to you and explain the situation over and over again.
