True, honest Public Elections have not been held in this country since the 1840's and back then, the "public" meant the American public --not the foreign citizenries provided by British Territorial U.S. Citizens and Municipal citizens of the United States living within our States of the Union.
The use of political parties --- actual lobbying groups -- to select and financially back specific candidates only kicked off in earnest following the deportation of Communist Labor Leaders from Germany to America following the 1848 Worker's Rebellion.
This large influx of educated Communists joined with the already entrenched members of the London Lawyer's Guild, another Communist organization, made it possible to set up the two necessarily opposed Political Parties used to divide, conquer, control, and lay waste ever since.
It is not an accident that both major political parties that now dominate elections and limit the choices Americans have to whomever the parties select, got started in Wisconsin, where a large share of the German refugees from the Worker's Rebellion settled.
By the time the Civil War came, these relatively new organizations were poised to take over political dominance of British Territorial Corporation elections; that is, they didn't actually take over the American Public Elections. Rather, with the help of the London Lawyers Guild, they focused attention on the private corporate elections of the U.S.A. Inc., the British Territorial Federal Subcontractor, and when American Public Elections did not resume following the Civil War, Americans began participating in these foreign elections by default.
It appeared that the elections had simply changed the dates for their occurrence. Instead of Presidents being installed in office in March of each year, they were "inaugurated" in January, and the elections which used to be held in January were moved to November. The American Public wasn't given any full disclosure about this change and didn't identify it as any watershed moment, but from then on, the only Federal Elections being held were held in November, the candidates were pre-selected by rival political parties, and the offices being filled were private corporation offices. The elections themselves were private shareholder elections.
Voting in these private shareholder elections required that voters be "enfranchised" and "registered" prior to the election, a process that identified these Americans as British Subjects and as shareholders in the U.S.A., Inc. British Crown Corporation --- and latched onto their assets as trust property belonging to the Queen.
Thus the substitution of British Corporation elections for American Public Elections of Federal Republic Officers yielded multiple benefits to the Perpetrators. The Communists got to control the selection of candidates and the Queen got the benefit of all the new American chattel assets being "voluntarily" --- and unknowingly -- surrendered to the Queen's administration.
It was the Doughboys returning from World War I who smelled the reek of corruption and popularized the bitter observation, "They select them, we elect them." --- a meme that was reignited after the Second World War by another generation of American soldiers and sailors who were illegally and immorally conscripted and press-ganged to fight in foreign wars that had nothing to do with defending America --- but were entirely about defending Britain, instead.
Britain, forever in debt and in trouble with other nations as a result of its war-profiteering and institution of legalized piracy known politely as "privateering", was at fault for the Crimean War and had been meddling with German shipping for the better part of a century before Wilhelm II made the mistake of accepting the Office of Emperor in the air jurisdiction, instead of remaining a humble King with control of the land and sea resources of the Kingdom of Prussia.
This meant that Wilhelm II was stuck fighting a war of ideas in a realm of endless intrigue, while his ill-fated Son, Prince Friedrich, was left with an overwhelming responsibility to fight the World War I Allies on land and sea, at the same time he was patching up the social and economic misery of his home kingdom, Prussia. After the war, Emperor Wilhelm II abdicated his throne, but like the much more recent example of Pope Benedict XVI, splitting the offices held in two separate jurisdictions between two rulers allowed the Kingdom of Prussia to survive -- on paper, even without a king.
Wilhelm's Revenge appears closer to enactment and realization than ever, as modern Germany finds itself at the mercy of ruthless foreign corporations masquerading as its government -- without any lawful standing to do so. The lawful standing remains with the Kingdom of Prussia, which holds the land and soil jurisdiction and as a sovereign entity remains viable and enabled to enforce its treaties and claim its land holdings.
Will Prussia reclaim its land holdings as we have done? Will the people of Germany and sixteen other Western European nations wake up and realize that they continue to be illegally occupied and commandeered by foreign commercial and municipal corporation enterprises?
Each nation must organize itself according to its own customs and traditions and challenge the offending corporation's lack of standing and continuing illegal occupation of their country; like the Wicked Witch of the West in The Wizard of Oz. the living people wait in chains and fear, when what is needed is a bucket of cold water.
As for the Americans, we woke up more than twenty years ago and have doggedly pursued our lawful rights and identity. At present, the only "President" we have is Donald Trump and he is only authorized to exercise certain enumerated and delegated powers in the international jurisdiction of the sea for us; but, until people can be brought up to speed and proper American Public Elections ---minus the Political Parties -- can be held, we do have Heads of State competent to conduct business as needed, and we do have fifty (50) State Assemblies populated by known Americans who claim their birthright political status and they can also conduct business.
We have a Fiduciary Office, we have a bank, we have a Post Office and Seat of Government, we have an Indemnity Bond securing our operations, we have our own flags both for peace and for wartime, we have our own Great Seals, we have our own asset-backed currencies, we have our own credit instruments, we have Treaties and Service Contracts, weights and measures, an official language, and all else that we need to operate our traditional sovereign governments.
Here we are, dusting off the last 160 years of chaos, and resuming operations, doing what should have been done in the wake of the so-called American Civil War. Many obstacles and challenges greet us, not the least of which is our own national ignorance which was promoted by those benefiting from it.
We must reach and teach entire new generations of Americans about the benefits and responsibilities of self-governance, our actual history, and our actual Law. This is a daunting prospect, yet we embrace it fully, having already seen the alternatives.
On this Thanksgiving Day we not only give thanks, we pause. We engage a moment of stillness and memory. We remember who we are and the values that we still possess. It may seem impossible for our Lawful Government to emerge and stand after more than a century of gross corporate malfeasance and misadministration, but we are here, nonetheless --- not missing, not absent, not in interregnum.
And thank Heaven that we are.
