Dear General Officers and Flag Officers and Reserves:
After 160 years of being commandeered by foreign powers and indoctrinated in their laws and traditions, we understand that what we have to communicate today may sound "unbelievable", yet, we stand upon it that every word penned here is true.
America is not a democracy.
Our government is not vested in the delegated powers of any Federal Republic, either.
The Federal Republic was a Service Provider exercising our delegated powers under The Constitution for the united States of America.
It was never the government of this country.
Neither of the other two foreign Federal Subcontractors doing business as "the United States of America, Inc." and as "the UNITED STATES, INC." can be the government of this country, either.
They are incorporated entities and no sovereignty accrues to any incorporated entity. So.....
Ask yourself who or what delegated the delegated powers to the Federal Service Providers in the first place?
All your life you have heard that our government is vested in the people, created by the people, and belongs to the people.
But.... you've forgotten who the people of this country are, and forgotten how we organized our American Government.
So here's the answer:
The sovereign nation-states created unincorporated county governments and taken altogether, these counties created a Union State.
Each Union State then created a State of the Union.
Each State of the Union created a State of America.
Once formed, there is no pride of place among these States, only the distinction of their different functions and jurisdictions.
So, Buttercups, there is another entire American Government above, beyond, and besides the Federal Government that we hired to provide us with enumerated "essential government services".
The Union States hold the National Soil Jurisdiction.
The States of the Union hold the International Land and Sea Jurisdictions.
And the States of America holds the Jurisdiction of the Air.
This is the actual government of our country, the one that delegated the delegated powers still exercised by the Federal Government.
So, the power of the people is vested in the States, not the Federal Government. You may not like to hear that, but it is the Truth.
Because we are not a democracy and because this is all a matter of inheritance and identity, it doesn't matter how many people get up in arms or how many sign petitions.
What matters is the "standing" of the people making the claim, and in order to have standing, they must be occupying the land and soil of the actual American States. They have to qualify by provenance and by their own declaration of political status as heirs. Not citizens.
Our British Territorial Service Providers latched onto us as babies, deceitfully registered us as British Subjects, and trafficked us offshore so that we couldn't establish standing on our own land and soil.
But a few of us figured it out and raised the alarm and we returned home, as the Brits say, "from over the sea" ---just in time to claim back our country.
If there are ten heirs to an estate or a hundred, the important point is that there is at least one heir; others may come, but there must be at least one or the estate is abandoned and everything is lost.
Certain members of the Roman Municipal Government and certain members of the British Monarchy hoped that after 160 years we would forget who we are, forget that we are Americans and not British Subjects operating as "United States Citizens".
But the Marine Corps hung on. What did they shout every morning of every day in every boot camp and field camp? "I am an American!"
They remembered and so did we, Mom and Pop back home.
So I am here today to tell you that "I am an American!" -- one of the people of Wisconsin, a Wisconsinite, born and bred, educated, and never went to sea, never was dependent on Uncle Sam, and when the time came, I found my countrymen scattered far and wide across this country and I called them to remember that they are Americans, too.
We are the heirs to the American Government, as well as the land and soil, the sea and the air. We are not keeping anyone else from coming home. We aren't claiming your share of anything. We are protecting your birthright and inheritance until you wake up and come home yourselves.
We declared our birthright political identity as State Nationals and we expatriated from any presumption that we knowingly adopted any foreign citizenship. From there, we have assembled our States and exercised our "republican form of government".
Nobody on Earth including our Federal Subcontractors can object; we are exercising guarantees owed to us under all three Constitutions.
Regardless of how many or how few of us there are, we are the heirs of the American Government, the only ones on Earth with the proper standing to say so.
Together with the Native Nations, we make up the living people of this country, and our State Citizens, the Lawful Persons known as "the People" are the Principals who issued and adopted the Federal Constitutions.
They are the Delegators of the delegated powers.
Our lawful American Government is not missing, not in interregnum, not lost at sea. It's right where it has always been, in the hearts and minds of our people.
Our State Assemblies have been in constant Session since 2019 across The United States and every body politic is verified and represented.
You can stop the drive for petitions that are meaningless when signed by people acting in foreign jurisdictions as foreign citizens. They don't have the standing to inherit a single cubic centimeter of America.
We, our people, and the native nations of this country, are the only ones who have standing to make a claim as living inheritors.
