You need a Constitution to work under?
That's easy. We got one right here in our back pocket. It's a little dusty, little dog-eared, but it's a great Constitution.
It's called The Constitution for the united States of America. It was issued in 1787 and it's the first, original, Federal Constitution. It has all sorts of great features. For example, this is the Constitution that allowed the Federal Government to issue actual money.
There's just one problem - from some people's perspective. This is an American Constitution. When you work under THIS Constitution, you have to be loyal to America. You have to be responsible for your actions. You get your pay from American Paymasters. And you work for the American People, not the British Crown, and not any version of Roman Municipal Government.
THIS Constitution works directly for and with the living people of this country.
It doesn't require any reconstruction. It was set aside, and went dormant because of a treasonous British Territorial Congress back in 1861, but we can have it ready to go in a couple days.
All we have to do is take a roll call vote of our State Assemblies and change one section of the First Naturalization and Immigration Act. Then all you guys can come on board and it's all 100% both lawful and legal and nobody can complain or say one word about it.
You will be our International Military, and you will be respected and trusted again. Our State Militias that are now called "National Guards" will be called State Militias again, and not be used as cheap shock troops in foreign mercenary conflicts.
And neither one, not the regular military forces and not the National Guard will be wasted on war for profit schemes and commercial mercenary "wars" and slimy Black Ops anymore.
If you work under THIS Constitution there will be plenty of work and much higher pay and more job security and less stupid politics. A LOT less stupid politics. Guaranteed.
But the wars you will be fighting will be different, too. You will be fighting environmental damage and disease and international crime syndicates and ignorance and homelessness and poverty—- the REAL enemies of mankind.
Sure, you will get to drive your tanks and fly jet airplanes and do all sorts of high tech stuff like you do now. The difference is, you won't be working for corporate crooks and being used as cheap mercenaries anymore.
That's because you will be working for the American People again, not a bunch of mostly foreign commercial corporations.
If this sounds good to you, we can get a roll call vote going and push really fast to get you all back on solid ground again. Doesn't take that much on our side of it—repealing one little section of an Act of Congress. The Constitution itself is already written. What's different is who you work for and the very different values that the actual people of this country have compared to people like Bill Gates and Keir Starmer.
You might be wondering how the State Assemblies can just take a Roll Call Vote on an issue and change an Act of Congress like the First Naturalization Act? Our States have always been able to do that. We don't usually, but we can. We can pass Public Laws that way, too. It's just a little more cumbersome than using a Congress to do this work for us.
We all have lives and jobs and families so we set up these various Congresses — Continental Congresses, Federal Congresses, Territorial Congresses, Municipal Congresses and so on — to do a lot of day to day work for us, but we never gave up the ability to take a hand and do things for ourselves.
The States can, by roll call vote, even pass budgets and directly apportion money. If the States don't like something a Congress is doing we can nullify their Acts either in Courts using Jury Nullification or we can do it directly by roll call vote of the State Assemblies.
That's the Power of a Federation of States versus a Confederation — the way we do business is slower but there is nothing more powerful or binding than a roll call vote process by the State Assemblies.
And so, you are all one roll call vote and a few signatures away from having the best Constitution as your service contract. All you have to do is work directly with the American People and we can get it done.
