look at it!
witnesses are not "parties" to a "contract" or a "lawsuit", they merely "saw" something.
2. and the people never ratified it either.
there are no "parties" to the "Constitution". it has no "signatories" on it.
without "signatories" it never went into effect.
it is just an un"sign"ed "contract" that never went into effect.
without signatories/"signers", its a total sham.
