My cousins are in the military. Both are in DC. The inauguration did take place at the Capital. There was an audience of about 75 to 100 people. Biden did go to the White House that night. But...the inaug. and swearing in took place earlier that morning. NOT just 10min before noon. Also it does appear to be true that Pentegon HAS denied Biden access. Military ARE there mostly cuz of China. 90% of the Military do support Trump.. SOMETHING is up. They dont know much beyond that. But they both are saying "something is up" concerning Biden and Top Military
