Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) says he isn’t ruling out filing an objection to electoral votes during the joint session of Congress on Jan. 6, 2021.
“We’re still looking at all the legal stuff that’s happening with the legal cases and we’ll make our decision after we’ve seen all the legal challenges,” the senator told CNN on Dec. 10.
Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) recently told reporters that he’s leaving the option open as well. Johnson, the chairman of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, this week will hold the first congressional hearing on the election, citing “irregularities.”
The joint session features both bodies of Congress meeting to count electoral votes.

"Let the record reflect that @realDonaldTrump did everything in his power to be merciful. He issued multiple warnings to current + former gov’t officials, the media & corrupt third party actors. He gave them EVERY opportunity to come clean & do the right thing. They chose poorly.

We have had reports of judges & their families being threatened. This would certainly explain some of the bizarre rulings by lower courts that have refused to even mention the overwhelming evidence of fraud in cases filed by @SidneyPowell1

Are you curious why some legal cases are being thrown out without even being heard? Someone close to one of these judges has reached out to me saying judges and their families are getting death threats over election fraud cases. I'm not going to name names, but now you know.
