We do.
Of course, the people have their own government, like any other Territorial State of the Union, but in point of fact, we bought the Philippine Island land mass from Spain in exactly the same way that we bought the Louisiana Purchase.
And as long as we, The United States of America [Unincorporated] are the lawful government of the Sovereign States and People operating in international jurisdiction, we might as well also inform the world-at-large that we own virtually all the Territorial and Municipal Governments on Earth, whether they are bankrupt or not --- and we hold them as their Priority Creditor.
As you think about this a little further, you will see that because we own the Territorial and Municipal Government Corporations we also own all the C-Corps, S-Corps, Foundations, Cooperatives, Trusts, LLC's, PC's, etc., that have been chartered and registered under these Territorial and Municipal business structures.
We own 185,000 Territorial and Municipal Government Corporations in the U.S. alone.
All of this is ours in the plain and simple sense of commercial ownership of chattel assets, because all of it has been created via the exercise of our abused Delegated Powers, which have now returned to us by Operation of Law.
This does not mean that we want to keep it all or that we wish to exercise any oppressive political control over any other nation. What it does mean is that while the British Territorial United States is bankrupt (to us) and the Roman Municipal UNITED STATES is bankrupt (to us), The United States of America [Unincorporated] is not bankrupt.
Instead, virtually all the rest of the world (with the exception of Iran, North Korea, the Holy See and a few Pacific Island Kingdoms) are in debt to us.
We are in full control of our assets and enabled to dispose of all international debts owed to us.
Thanks to all the crazy history that we have exposed and the resulting confusions regarding which "United States" and which "United States of America" one is talking about at any given time, these facts have been somewhat obscured, but they remain the facts just the same.
We own it all and the Queen and the Pope are no longer delegated the authority to exercise our interest in these assets "for" us. Before everyone has a heart attack thinking that this is a bad thing, consider that it is in fact a very good thing. Why?
Because the Evil Geniuses that created this System of cradle-to-grave enslavement have been displaced by the operation of their own commercial Rule of Law, and instead of the UN Corp owning everything and everyone, and instead of the Swiss BEAST system keeping title to everything, all that is overturned.
It's all back in the hands of living people again, back in the hands of actual countries. And the actual Americans are not the greedy, nasty, immoral, war-crazed animals that the British Territorial United States portrayed to the rest of the world.
It's just us, Ma and Pa, back on the farm. Good neighbors, generous to a fault. If anything, everyone should be sighing a great big sigh of relief and calming down. The specter of being ruled by heartless, faceless, nameless corporations and living in a computer operated hive society under One World Government is in the rearview mirror.

DeleteAubrey, One way you may be able to assist in substantiating they have no claim on your assets is to file a UCC11 FOIA (form dated 5.9.01), see if its recorded there. If not, you may have some success in showing them there is no lien on your FOIA. Am not sure how to file for more names than your Birth Strawman. Reckon you could file another FOIA w married name, etc.

ReplyDeleteDo your paperwork, record & send to entities, draw up your bond & send it in, etc. Then after your bond is seasoned, maybe 90 days, when you get a bill, turn it into a presentment as Accepted for Value, mail it to the 3 IRS entities. Keep it up each month until the debt is credited. It could take 3 to 6 to 12 months, depending on how well your recorded docs are & if you've also done A for V for your taxes & school loans etc (gov thugs want to be paid first) otherwise it could hold up the process.

a follower, I get exactly what you are saying, but it takes such a spiritual mindedness TO be able to understand it. And most people are merely earthly minded and cannot comprehend spiritual things.

I too find that spiritual things are hard to Convey to others, as there are few words they seem to be able to understand. I tend to think the average person gets boggled up thinking that God is too hard to understand, when in fact it can be kept VERY SIMPLE:
It is actually as ABC, which covers the Basics. After that is when we are expected to continue to study and polish up and hone our comprehension and understanding of God. Its like ABC is the 'cake' but the study and dedication after that that is the 'frosting on the cake' which then serves to make it more and more complete.
Its called Growth,and its that growth which gives us continued confidence in God and in ourselves. We are to aim to become a completed and finished polished up 'product'. As we grow, we are better equipped to handle life and our everyday issues that pop up anywhere.
When we first got saved, it seems that God rewards us with something that is important in our lives at the time; sort of a Gift for having Repented and turned away from sinfulness in our lives, having willingly surrendered that worldly crap.
My son was suddenly and instantly healed of his duodenal ulcer and then He gave me a great car as the car I had was getting old and the doors would freeze up in the winter time. The car was so spiffy that it caused my boss to search the books to see if I had stolen the money from the company, to buy it, LOL.
Again, it is really so simple, but it is people and churches and that leave out the vital information, the basics, and then add their own take on things, which they spew out of their own belly, that makes people throw up their hands in despair.

Living the christian life is so easy, that its unbelievable. Once one comes to realize what a joke this world is, it is very easy to turn from it, and go the other way and open their eyes to all the benefit on ''this side'' and what lies ahead......it is a no-brainer.
God is so full of good surprises while the world and all the sin in it, brings nothing but problems, troubles and unnecessary struggle. It does not have one single thing worth hanging on to or that has any lasting value. It is ALL very very temporary and ends one up just naked and 'poor'. Those who are ''of the world' and love the world, are really living a life On their Own; and fighting all the Goliaths by themselves. There is nobody in your corner; you cannot even get a lawyer to fight FOR You, and by now
you all know that.
So much of your story sounds very familiar and i do understand conveying to others almost lessens the experience. i can't really put mine into words.

i have many thoughts on things you have related here Abby, one is because of a flier i received in the mail last week. It promised basically how 'easy'we can enter the gates of heaven. In essence this flier says all you have to do is repent and believe. Romans 10:9. BELIEVE is the key word throughout the flier. Such fliers, such cherry picking may be a draw' but alone they are not the complete Truth.

Things have changed apparently and now we or We are back: Yet i still do not believe we nor We own it, and even if we or We did what then is the point? Do the philippine people then owe us something, because i would love to know just what that is. I witnessed the us. military their in the 80's. i saw what we were doing on a personal level. i saw how the men were allowed to behave etc.etc. Not discouraged but encouraged.
