    Pass county or state or federal statutes . You challenge the constitutionally.of it the kangaroo courts.thats blocks it.

    WHY doesn't anyone EVER seem to grasp why these things happen??? All we ever see or hear is whine, whine, and more whine,plus. What do a bunch of "PERSONS" calling themselves citizens expect from criminals? Fairness?? LOL. Come out of her. Correct your nationality, then secure the land patent on the land you live on in your Christian appellation and be a freeholder. Without that, you will never own anything to steal. If another man, or one of the corporations try to take your assets while you are a freeholder, go to www.1215.org and learn how to convert their kangaroo court into a court of record and have a little fun while you're at it. It's not all gloom and doom if people would just get off their fat butts and start doing these things.

    and why would you agree to represent the agency and go in to an administrative court when they lack personal and subject matter jurisdiction in the first place? you are just looking to get people in trouble that dont overstand their position/status. any agreement to anything beyond that gives them jurisdiction over the controversy. any assets are in the name of the agency/registered organization that you registered over title to the State and U.S. it is not yours anyway. why not "come up out of her" and resign your appointment of office and do trade in an unincorporated religious association that you create in accord with God and not subject to their at law and bankruptcy?

    If I found out my mom was tricked in to selling an interest in a title based on my life would it give that title interest holder authority to say they owned my life? Use the fact of my existence to make up a bunch of names and cash in on my value? Would you make a deal like that if I offered you? It is fraud, cannot be lawfully enforced. Blind obedient order followers have no answer for their actions. Like saying Bob told me to shoot Susy so I did its her fault. Guess who winds up holding the bag? Name all the things in the Universe that are not subject to God, are their any?
