INTROIT Rejoice, O Jerusalem, and come together all you that love her; rejoice with joy you that have been in sorrow: that you may exult, and be filled from the breasts of your consolation. (Isai: LXVI. 10. 11.) I rejoiced at the things that were said to me: We shall go into the house of the Lord. (Ps. CXXI. 1.) Glory be to the Father, etc.
COLLECT Grant, we beseech Thee, almighty God, that we who justly suffer for our deeds may be relieved by the consolation of Thy grace. Through etc.
EPISTLE (Gat. IV. 22-31.) Brethren, it is written that Abraham had two sons; the one by a bond-woman and the other by a free-woman. But he who was of the bond-woman was born according to the flesh; but he of the free-woman was by promise: which things are said by an allegory. For these are the two testaments. The one from Mount Sina, engendering unto bondage, which is Agar: for Sina is a mountain in Arabia, which hath affinity to that Jerusalem which now is, and is in bondage with her children. But that Jerusalem which is above is free, which is our mother. For it is written: Rejoice, thou barren that bearest not: break forth and cry, thou that travailest not; for many are the children of the desolate, more than of her that hath a husband. Now we, brethren, as Isaac was, are the children of promise. But as then he that was born according to the flesh persecuted him that was after the spirit, so also it is now. But what saith the scripture? Cast out the bond-woman and her son: for the son of the bond-woman shall not be heir with the son of the free-woman. So, then, brethren, we are not the children of the bond-woman, but of the free: by the freedom wherewith Christ hath made us free.
EXPLANATION It was the common custom, in the days of the patriarchs, for a man to have more than one wife. This was permitted by God, partly because they and their descendants would hardly have been satisfied with one marriage, (Matt. XIX. 8.) partly because bigamy was a means of promoting the increase of the people of Israel, typical of the future increase of the children of God. Thus Abraham had two wives, who had each a son; of these Ismael was born to Abraham from his bond-woman Agar, in the natural way; the other, Isaac, the son of the free wife Sara, was born in a supernatural manner according to the promise, (Gen. XVIII. 11. 14. ) that she by the grace of God, although aged, would give birth to a son. These two women with their sons were types, as St. Paul says, of the two Testaments: Agar the bond-woman typified the Old, Sara, the free-woman, the New Testament; the son of Agar, the Jews, the son of Sara, the Christians; for the Jews, like Ismael, are descendants of Abraham by natural descent, but the Christians, like Isaac, by grace. The Old Testament gave birth only to servants; for the Jews obeyed the commandments of God through fear of punishment, and in hope of temporal reward; the New Testament, the Jerusalem from above. that is, the Christian Church, gives birth to children who willingly and through love obey the commandments of God. Although the Christian Church, the New Jerusalem, chosen from heathenism, was in the beginning barren, as was Sara, she gives birth, by the grace of God and through His apostles, to more children than the Jewish Church, which was so long the Church of God, that is, more were converted to Christianity from the Gentiles than from the Jews. The latter even hated and persecuted the Christians, as did Ismael his brother Isaac. For their hardness of heart they were cast out by God, like Agar and her son; that is, after the destruction of Jerusalem the Jews were dispersed to all parts of the world. Let us, therefore, give thanks to God, that through Jesus we have become the free children of our heavenly Father, who through love fulfil His holy will by which we shall be saved.
ASPIRATION Give me the grace, O Jesus, that by prayer and fasting, and patience in all adversities and persecutions, I may be made less unworthy of Thy passion; that I may not, one day, be cast out by Thee, but become worthy of Thy divine promise and Thy eternal consolation in the heavenly Jerusalem.
GOSPEL (John VI. 1-15.) At that time, Jesus went over the sea of Galilee, which is that of Tiberias; and a great multitude followed him, because they saw the miracles which he did on them that were diseased. Jesus therefore went up into a mountain, and there he sat with his disciples. Now the pasch, the festival day of the Jews, was near at hand. When Jesus therefore had lifted up his eyes, and seen that a very great multitude cometh to him, he said to Philip: Whence shall we buy bread that these may eat? And this he said to try him; for he himself knew what he would do. Philip answered: Two hundred pennyworth of bread is not sufficient for them, that every one may take a little. One of his disciples, Andrew, the brother of Simon Peter, saith to him: There is a boy here that hath five barley loaves and two fishes: but what are these among so many? Then Jesus said: Make the men sit down. Now there was much grass in the place. The men therefore sat down, in number about five thousand. And Jesus took the loaves; and when he had given thanks, he distributed to them that were set down: in like manner also of the fishes, as much as they would. And when they were filled, he said to his disciples: Gather up the fragments that remain, lest they be lost. They gathered up, therefore, and filled twelve baskets with the fragments of the five barley loaves, which remained over and above to them that had eaten. Now those men, when they had seen what a miracle Jesus had done, said: This is of a truth the prophet that is to come into the world. Jesus therefore when he knew that they would come to take him by force, and make him king, fled again into the mountain himself alone.
Why did Christ try St. Philip?
To test his faith and confidence; to instruct us that before seeking supernatural means, we should first look for natural ways of providing; that the miracle of the multiplying of the loaves should be more marvelous to the people from having seen there was no provision; and that we may learn to trust in God, who is a helper in due time in tribulation. (Ps. IX. 10.)
What signs did Christ make use of in this miracle, and why?
According to St. Matthew (XIV. 19.) He lifted up His eyes to heaven, by which He showed that all good gifts come from above; He gave thanks, thus teaching us to give thanks to God for all His blessings. "The table," says St. Chrysostom, "that is approached and is left with prayer will never know want, but the more richly yield its gifts." He blessed the bread showing us that the divine blessing increases all things.
Why did Christ require them to gather up the fragments that were left?
That they should not be wasted or destroyed; that the greatness of the miracle should be made evident by the quantity of the fragments; and that we might learn to honor the gifts of God, even the most insignificant, and if we do not ourselves need them, give them to the poor.
Why did Christ, after this miracle, flee from the people?
Because after this miracle the people recognized in him the Messiah, and would have made Him king. He wished to teach us to flee from praise and honor, and in all our actions seek not our own, but God's glory.
CONSOLATION IN POVERTY
This gospel gives the account of Christ providing for those who followed and listened to Him, which is indeed consoling for the poor. God from the beginning of the world has always cared for His own. For the aid and comfort of His chosen people in time of famine God sent Joseph, the son of the Patriarch Jacob, in advance into Egypt: (Gen. XLV. 5.) for forty years He fed the children of Israel in the desert with bread from heaven; (Deut. VIII. 2. 3.) He fed the Prophet Elias by a raven; (III Kings VII. 6.) and thought of Daniel in the lions' den. (Dan. XIV. 37.) In the New Testament God shows His merciful care for His own, because in great need He fed them marvelously through angels, men, and even animals, as we frequently see in the lives of the saints. Truly has David said: God forsakes not the just, I have been young, and am now old: and I have not seen the just forsaken, nor his seed seeking bread, (PS. XXXVI. 25.) that is, one who sincerely serves Him, and seeks before all the kingdom o f God a n d His justice, as Christ commands. (Luke XII. 31.) Strive to be a faithful child, and you will have God for your father, and with King David you can cast your care upon the Lord, and He will sustain you. You must not think it is enough to pray and trust in God, He demands that you should use your strength to receive help, for if any man will not work, neither let him eat. (II Thess. III. 10.)
ASPIRATION In Thy omnipotence and goodness, O my God, I put my trust, firmly believing that if I fear Thee, serve Thee faithfully, and avoid evil, I shall not be abandoned in poverty, but receive many good things. Amen.
INSTRUCTION ON PREPARATION FOR EASTER
Now the Pasch the festival day of the Jews, was near at hand. (John VI. 4.)
If we would sing a joyful Alleluia with the Church on the festival of Easter, we must fulfill her desire, and prepare ourselves to celebrate it worthily. Therefore, we should shun improper, clamorous meetings, and retire often to pray in solitude, especially to meditate on the bitter sufferings of our Saviour, for when man is alone, God speaks to his heart. (Osee. II. 14.) We should carefully examine our conscience, and consider how we stand before God, for upon this day shall be the expiation for you, and the cleansing from all your sins: you shall be cleansed before the Lord; for it is a Sabbath of rest, and you shall afflict your souls, that is, by fasting, watching, and praying. (Lev. XVI. 30-31.) From this Sunday until Easter we should fast more strictly, give more alms to the poor if we are able, or if poor ourselves, bear our poverty more patiently, offering it to Christ in union with His poverty, His hunger, thirst, &c. ; we should make a sincere and contrite confession, and purify our heart from the old leaven of iniquity, that we may keep the Easter meal with Christ in the unleavened bread of purity and truth. (I Cor. V. 7. 8.) For this end we should incite ourselves to holy desires, rise from sin, which is the death of the soul

International Public Notice: Regarding Money and Charges

No element of Federal or Municipal Code which has not been published in the correct Congressional Record and for which prior proper regulatory authority has not been established, can be applied to any American State National or State Citizen.
This includes establishing debts and debts in our name, securitizing the flesh and assets of any American, abusing Usufructuary relationships, and the imposed use of Federal Reserve Notes, Clearinghouse Certificates, Registrations, and similar commercial or appearing to be commercial paper.
Unlike actual money that has actual value in-and-of-itself, legal tender may or may not exist as a valid commercial instrument. In the case of the Federal Reserve Note, no lawful assets have backed it since at least 2005, and as it has no "sum money" due and payable at any stipulated time it also fails the test as a viable commercial instrument. It is a domestic currency only, and competent only to serve as a symbolic exchange of debt credit.
The only way to receive payment in such a system or circumstance is to execute a debt swap, known as a Mutual Offset Credit Exchange Exemption, as provided for under Federal Title XII.
Put bluntly our Federal Subcontractors have amassed an admitted debt to us of $35 Trillion USD and have never set up a systematic means for us to arrange an appropriate debt swap (MOCEE); they have conveniently continued to extend "our" credit to themselves and have evaded and obstructed remedy.
They have also participated in a widespread legal scheme to impersonate their Employers and thus deny them access to the obvious remedy, which is to swap any debt the Employers owe the Employees against what the Employees already owe to the Employers.
There is really no excuse for this behavior on the part of the Federal Subcontractors as they are required to work on credit and extending more credit is equivalent for their purposes to reducing their debt which increases their available credit without additional debt.
This idiocy has resulted in the appearance of a "National Debt" in a System that is designed to automatically cancel all debt accruals, simply by crediting the value of the goods and services received in exchange. It has also resulted in False Claims in Commerce amounting to trillions of dollars paid in non-existent "interest" on non-existent debt.
Federal Reserve Notes are not valid commercial instruments nor are they money. They literally have no actual value; so much so, that if they are stolen, the thief cannot be accused of theft.
Self-evidently, it is not possible to allege the existence of any debt based on Federal Reserve Notes, either.
This entire situation has been exacerbated by compartmentalization and lack of communication between two competing federal bureaucracies to the detriment of the Employers, our unincorporated States and people.
We have extended $35 Trillion in credit to our Federal Employees and their District of Columbia Municipal Corporations against our will, having been denied access to remedy and prevented from issuing our own currency since 1913, and now, when we have demanded that they provide the stipulated "offset credit exchange exemption" they are balking and evading our demand.
This is not only unimaginable malfeasance and Bad Faith in the commercial sense, but plain criminal dereliction of duty and breach of trust on the part of these Municipal Corporations and their Principals.
We are owed: (1) immediate access to our Mutual Offset Credit Exemption Exchanges; (2) a true, complete, and not misleading accounting of each Federal Department and Agency; (3) a similar accounting of all Central Bank functions; (4) a balancing of the books and debt jubilee to discharge all the Odious Debt that has been accumulated against average people who don't owe these Pikers a dime.

International Public Notice: To All Players, Air, Land, and Sea

This is to underline our Express Trust in the matter of any aggression toward Russia and its current government by any Party, Principal, Subcontractor, or subcontractors of our Federal Subcontractors:
We, the actual American Government, have had a peaceable Treaty Alliance with Russia and the Russian People since 1858.
Regardless of political and social upheavals within Russia, and even changes of Governments within Russia, Russia has always honored the Alliance between our two countries and our two peoples.
We shall do nothing less in return.
The "investments" that the Biden Administration and the Municipal Congress have recently made in the Proxy War in the Ukraine and the genocide in Gaza must be understood as expenses accruing uniquely to them and their foreign government and its District of Columbia Municipal Corporations, having nothing whatsoever to do with our country, our credit, or our assets.
They have acted as Subcontractors providing specific enumerated services under contracts known as Constitutions, but they are not us and are not to be mistaken as our American Government, nor as representing the American People in any unspecified or non-enumerated capacity not delegated to them with specificity.
Charge their war-mongering costs and investments to them, to their Municipal corporations, specifically. Let the world know that they are not representing this country in their war-mongering activities.
No element of their Constitution of the United States which has not been ratified by our States of the Union is enacted as anything beyond a private corporate policy. This includes policies adopted as "War Powers" and designations of "Enemies" codified under Federal Subcontractor auspices.
The private and self-interested policies of these District of Columbia Municipal Corporations should not be confused with the actual Public Policies of this country.
This country has been at peace, officially, since 1814.
We do not consider Russia an enemy, and this fact has been published and set upon the Public Record since 1858, so it need not come as any surprise that our Subcontractors cannot violate our Public Commitments and Alliances in our names.
Any "sanctions" against Russia cannot be applied with our authority or in our names by any Subcontractors of ours; any such sanctions or claims of "Enemy" status must be clearly stated and validated as USA, Inc. or White House Office, Inc. policies apart from any powers or roles obtained from or delegated by our Federation of States.
The abuses that our foreign Federal Subcontractors have exacted against our people and many other nations via manipulation and weaponization of the legal system and by plain usurpation against our lawful government -- their Employer -- must be held to their account and viewed as a result of their own decisions and paid for on their own tickets.
In no case are they allowed to mischaracterize their Employers as "Enemies" for honoring the American-Russian Alliance of 1858, nor are they empowered by any enumerated or granted or delegated power to wage war against Russia at our expense nor can they impose any sanctions against Russia "for" us.

The American Peace Flag -- Who Has the Right to Fly It?

Any American who espouses the cause of peace and who stands against the idea of "perpetual war" is enabled to fly the Peace Flag. It is an ample symbol of our demand for peace and our will to live in peace, and it is much needed in the current era.
So even if someone in a different "patriot group" or someone who hasn't made and published their political status declaration, flies the peace flag, it is their right as an American to do so and the only possible harm done is potentially to them.
Why? Because you cannot "war" against the Territorial or Municipal governments and take recourse to any acts of war against them, if you expect your neutrality in the ongoing commercial mercenary conflict to be honored.
That is, you cannot use a peace flag as a war flag or as a "cover" for ill-intent toward others. And if you are going to fly it, you should go all the way and declare and publish your political status, because that makes it clear who we are and where we are coming from.
All the excuses and suppositions of the ongoing Mercenary Conflict can't be invoked or supported in the eyes of the rest of the world when we do that. There is no longer any basis for it.
And it is at that point, when we all stand up and say, "Peace!" that peace comes, because the land and soil belong to us, when we stand together and enforce it. It is only because we have been unaware of what these thugs have been pulling behind our backs that this has gone on so long.
Our own military has been occupying the country and forcing us to use military scrip for "money" and indulging in war-for-profit schemes on our shores while claiming a custodial interest in us and our assets.
When we declare peace all that ends, so, let everyone fly the peace flag, but bring your brothers and sisters along. Explain the history and the Public Law. And let love prevail.

International Public Notice: The Reasons

The reason that the banks will "bail in" and confiscate your deposits is not to steal your "money", because as already explained, what's in their banks isn't money.
What is tracked in all those bank accounts is debt (I.O.U.s) -- like the Mother of all Bar Tabs, held by the Federal Reserve Banks, and, in a form that is not negotiable because there is no "sum certain" to be repaid in actual money, and no due date for it to be repaid, therefore, worthless.
And even if it were not by definition worthless and not money, these banks have access to the printing presses. They can just print more.
So.... it's not a matter of the banks needing what's in your bank accounts, it's a matter of erasing the evidence of their debt to you.
Likewise, they don't tax your income or anything else in order to steal back money or credit from you; they use the taxes as a means to take fiat currency out of circulation and reduce the evidence of their own debt. This somewhat controls inflation.
Okay, so Bank Notes aren't money and these particular Notes aren't even negotiable instruments.
All the taxes you pay don't pay bills for the government.
When the Grace Commission came out and told Ronnie Reagan that not a penny of federal taxes went to pay for government services, we hardly needed a Blue Ribbon Commission to tell us that.
Actual services and a lot of other services that we never contracted to receive were all paid for in gold and silver, just as the Constitutions require.
That gold and silver was extracted under color of law from each and every one of us and our grandparents and parents, too, in "exchange" for paper I.O.U.s.
Both of the District of Columbia Municipal Corporations engaged in this undisclosed crime spree against their Employers.

One recent example is the gossip campaign against our bank and against our use of QR Codes to complete banking transactions.
Yes, the Federal Corporations use QR Codes and are proposing to use QR Codes in their banking operations, but that is like two people using the same language to talk.
It's called a "utility" and anyone can use a QR Code, just like anyone can use a gun or a chain saw.
It's a matter of who is using the QR Code and to what purpose? Is it an honorable man using it for honorable purposes, or a criminal intent on illegal invasion of privacy and coercion?
You have a choice about who you want to do business with --- the endlessly corrupt "federal corporations" --- or with the actual civilian government of this country?
Their bank or ours?
Don't let gossip and superficial assumptions such as, "THEY use QR Codes so QR Codes are bad!" trip you up.
We built our system to use QR Codes a long time ago and the fact that THEY are just catching up and proposing to use them, too, for THEIR purposes, should tell you something.
It should also tell you something when you consider that our banks are all Basel IV compliant when they are being forced to shut many of their banks down because they can't even reach Basel III compliance.
It should also disturb you that their banks can in fact steal what you have been using as "money" because banknotes (promissory notes) that don't have a maturation date and no set repayment in actual money are not even negotiable instruments and have no actual value in-and-of themselves.
Read this as: Federal Reserve Notes are unspecified promises to pay at some unstated later date in some unstated repayment medium. Maybe they are proposing to "pay" you with your own death by injection. Maybe they are proposing to "pay" you by stealing everything you own and charging you for it.
It should be of grave concern to everyone in the world that these swindlers have been allowed to go as far as they have.
Those of us who are done with evil and done with this entire system of things must stand together and stand tall and be determined to put and end to the whole British-Romano Caste System, to their venal attempt to "redefine" people as Genetically Modified Organisms, and not be taken in by these Masters of Deceit anymore.

International Public Notice: Britain Again

In the wake of the First World War Britain received a Protectorate assignment in the Middle East.
It promptly created "Palestine" out of thin air and ancient history, and thereby also created "Palestinians".
Thus, they created: Team A.
Then they cut a deal with Jacob Rothschild for a 99 year lease on a chunk of Palestine that he proposed to turn into a Jewish Homeland.
Team B.
Thus the Brits packaged, relabeled and sold what wasn't theirs, and thereby created a war zone in which innocent people on both Team A and Team B have endlessly suffered for the profit of the Perpetrators who are always at the bottom of every dogpile on Earth.
And here they are, again, providing money and manpower and consultation to Team B, which happens to have money to pay for their missiles and tanks and bombs and military experts, while Team A --- which lacks money --- is obliterated into pink mist and starved by these heinous monsters in our midst.
Oh, all you oil-rich sultanates and caliphates, who stand by and allow this, what will your God say to you? That you let the innocent perish and lacked the courage to oppose these evil men? That you joined them in the genocide? That you washed your hands like Pontius Pilate and looked the other way?
History and God see you. And so do we all.
And you, Britain, who like the shadow of something unreal walk disembodied from any land of your birth, what excuse can you offer for continuing to harbor the denizens of Fleet Street, who pay for and cause all this misery and disruption on purpose, for their own profit? How long must the nations suffer because of you and your failure to oppose these Perpetrators in your midst?
Jacob Rothschild at least may have intended something good for his people and he paid for it honestly in gold, even if it wasn't --- in the end --- his gold; but by what excuse has the British Government used the Balfour Declaration as an excuse to define, package, and label both Palestine and Israel, where in fact nothing exists but people who are being decimated and killed for the sake of war for profit--- and oil?
The Gaza oil reservoir, newly discovered, is the actual "cause" of Netanyahu's genocide and we all know it. We also know that Hamas is funded by the US Government and always has been, because we got the bill for it.
So here we have a phony front organization for Western Imperialism "attacking" Israel, while Israel conveniently let's down all its perimeter defenses to expedite this attack, a thousand innocent people, mostly Muslims (those that Hamas is supposed to represent? Really?) are killed, and in return, Israel kills another 30,000 innocents, again, mostly Muslims, and levels the towns and infrastructure in Gaza to make way for its own anticipated development of the Gaza oil resources.
You should all be ashamed of yourselves, every individual, organization and government to which this Notice is addressed should be ashamed. You should hide your faces, and admit that by your silence you have condoned genocide-for-profit.
We see through it. We see you for what you are. We see how you operate. We condemn you before all the nations. The blood of Gaza and Ukraine is on the hands of the British Parliament and Privy Council.
And on your feckless handmaid Generals and Admirals of the U.S. Army and Navy, too.
How is it that they fail to answer to the actual civilian government of this country, the people who pay for their salaries and pensions and educations and equipment and everything else, howbeit, laundered through a foreign paymaster, SERCO?
By what right or imagining has Britain been enabled to dictate who functions as paymaster for our Army and Navy?
Let Britain and all its guile be exposed before the people of the world. Let us all step back and realize the immense and continual harm the British-Romano Caste System has done to humanity over the course of centuries, crippling thought, hoarding and/or stealing the resources of entire countries, and promoting endless war-for-profit, denigrating the natural estate of Mankind, corrupting our institutions, and all the while pretending such a smug superiority ---based on what?
Their ability to escape detection as the Cause of the violence and rot at the root of Western Civilization?
Our eyes are wide open and we know who to blame, and if it is inconvenient, nonetheless, it is true.
