A STATEMENT OF PRINCIPLES IN A TIME OF CRISIS

The Church

 

1. The changes following the Second Vatican Council have proven so damaging to the Roman Catholic Religion and so detrimental to the sanctification of souls that one can easily discern that “an enemy has done this.” This Council marked the culmination of the first phase of a liberal and modernist intrusion into the Roman Catholic Church, which intrusion had already begun in the nineteenth century and to which St. Pius X alerted the Church in 1907. In his Encyclical “Pascendi” he states: “The partisans of error are to be sought not only among the Church’s open enemies; but, what is to be most dreaded and deplored, in her very bosom, and are...thoroughly imbued with the poisonous doctrines taught by the enemies of the Church, and lost to all sense of modesty, put themselves forward as reformers of the Church.” This intrusion was made possible because men influenced by modernist ideas gained positions of authority, thereby permitting confirmed heretics and enemies of the Church to overtake our Catholic institutions.

 

2. The aforesaid intruders have embraced and promoted the modernist and liberal program of the reform of the Church, condemned by the Roman Pontiffs, particularly by Pius VI, Gregory XVI, Pius IX, Leo XIII,St. Pius X,Pius XI and Pius XII.

 

3. These intruders have attempted to promulgate, in the name of the Roman Catholic Church, abominable novelties in every aspect of her life, i.e., in the areas of doctrine, morals, liturgy,canon law, pastoral practices, seminary education and religious life.

 

4. The intrusion of the liberals and modernists into positions of control has caused the wide-spread destruction of Catholic Faith, morals and worship and the creation of a new religion -the so-called conciliar religion which is not the Catholic Religion. It should be apparent to all that this new religion is not the Catholic Religion because since its introduction into our Catholic institutions, these institutions no longer manifest the four marks of the true Church, the marks of unity, holiness, catholicity, apostolicity. Thus, those who promote the doctrines and reforms of the conciliar religion do not represent the Roman Catholic Church, which is absolutely and exclusively identified with the Mystical Body of Christ and which is known by its four marks.

 

5. The Catholic Church was established by Our Lord Jesus Christ for the purpose of teaching,ruling and sanctifying the faithful in His name. The members of its hierarchy are true successors of the Apostles, and the Pope, who as the head of the Catholic hierarchy, is the successor of Saint Peter and the Vicar of Christ on earth. A Roman Pontiff consequently has universal and immediate jurisdiction over all the faithful.

 

6. To this Catholic hierarchy throughout the ages have been addressed the words of Christ to the Apostles: “As the Father hath sent me, I also send you.” (John 20:21). By virtue of its divine institution, therefore, the hierarchy,by its very nature, exercises an authority over the faithful which is the very authority of Christ.

 

7. To exercise authority over the Church one must externally be a member of the Church. To be a member of the Church one must profess the Catholic Faith. Public abandonment of the Faith severs one from the Church and causes one to lose any position of authority one may have had.For this reason, theologians of all time have held and taught, and Canon Law confirms in Canon 1325, no. 2, that anyone who publicly and notoriously defects from the Faith by obstinately denying or doubting any article of Divine and Catholic Faith is a heretic.It is evident that such a person could not possibly rule the faithful, for by analogy to a physical body, it would be impossible to be the head of a body of which one is not even a member.

 

8. Thus Canon Law equally provides for the tacit resignation from positions of authority of those who defect publicly from the Catholic Faith (Canon 188, no. 4).

 

9. But those who presently are thought to be occupying hierarchical positions in the Catholic Church are acting, for the most part, as though they do not have the Faith, according to all human means of judging.

 

10. Among Catholics who are presently adhering to tradition,bishops, priests, and laity alike, we observe a marked difference of opinion concerning the legitimacy of the present hierarchy. We hold that there is certain and sufficient evidence to assert,as a legitimate theological opinion, that anyone who publicly professes the conciliar religion does not legitimately hold any position of authority in the Catholic Church for the reasons stated in paragraph seven. While we do not claim the authority to settle this question definitively, we believe that the legitimacy of this theological opinion is dictated by logic and a correct application of Catholic theological principles. We recognize that the definitive and authoritative resolution to such theological questions rests ultimately with the magisterium of the Church. We thus deplore the attempt of some to settle this question by acting as though they had the authority to bind the consciences of the faithful in matters which have not been definitively settled by the Church.

 

11. The secondary object of the infallibility of the Church is her rites and disciplines. Because of this secondary infallibility, it is impossible for her to prescribe for the Universal Church a law which is harmful or evil. But the modernists have promulgated, purportedly in the name of the Church, rites and disciplines which are poisonous, evil, and harmful to souls.It is, therefore,certain that these rites and disciplines do not come from the Roman Catholic Church.

 

THE SACRAMENTS

 

12. Since the Second Vatican Council, the sacraments of the Catholic Church have been radically altered by the modernists. These alterations contain substantial changes with regard to the ceremonies of the sacraments. In addition,they have effected changes in the very matter and form of the sacraments, thus rendering some of them doubtful and invalid.

 

13. In any case, therefore, in which the form or matter of the sacraments has been altered, we hold them thereby to be invalid if the change is substantial,or doubtfully valid where the matter or form is not certain, depending on the nature of the alteration effected.A clear example of such an alteration is the approval of grape juice as the matter for the sacrament of the Holy Eucharist by the modernists operating in the Congregation for Divine Worship.

 

14. Sacraments in the new religion are further rendered doubtful or invalid (1) by a defect of intention on the part of the minister in certain cases and (2) by the deviations, undertaken by the ministers,in individual cases which corrupt form and/or matter.

 

15.In the practical order, in the course of our pastoral activity,the Church obliges us to require the reiteration according to the traditional rites, either conditionally or absolutely, as the case may be,of any sacrament conferred in a doubtful or invalid manner. We refer the final determination of the validity or invalidity of the doubtful sacraments to the judgment of the Church when anormal state of affairs shall be restored.

 

THE SACRED LITURGY

 

16. The modernists have destroyed the sacred liturgy of the Roman Catholic Church in nearly all of her holy places. The process which brought about this destruction was begun well before the Second Vatican Council and achieved its ultimate expression in the impious New Order of the Mass promulgated by Paul VI in 1969. This destruction was effected by applying to the liturgy the principle of conforming the Church to the modern world. The end result was the New Mass and the many liturgical aberrations produced by it, thereby changing the liturgy from a treasury of Catholic doctrine and piety into a cesspool of Protestantism, modernism, ecumenism,pantheism, and virtually every error condemned by the Roman Catholic Church.

 

17. We consequently reject this New Mass as an evil ceremony, since it is a purveyor of sacrilege, error, and heresy rather than the beacon of Catholic light and truth. We equally reject all the sacramental rites and ceremonies reformed in accordance with the modernist principles. In the light of the foregoing,we must conclude that it is objectively a mortal sin to take active part in the New Mass.

 

18. Since the very authors of the New Mass admit themselves that their destructive activity began before the Second Vatican Council, we logically reject the first steps before the Council which led to the general reform of Vatican II, particularly those produced by Annibale Bugnini in his work as Secretary of the Commission for Liturgical Reform. We do not presume to bind others to this rejection of all the pre-conciliar reforms, but we believe it is both right and expedient for the good of the Church to adhere to the Missal of Saint Pius V,reformed by Clement VIII, Urban VIII, and Saint Pius X. While it is possible that there could be differences of opinion concerning the acceptability of the pre-Conciliar reforms, the principle remains the same: that we should follow a determined set of rules used by the Church at some time before the Council.

 

 

THE NEW CODE OF CANON LAW

 

19. We utterly reject and condemn the New Code of Canon Law for the sole reason that it is a legal expression of the modernist distortion of the Roman Catholic Church. Its non-Catholic nature is recognizable by the blasphemous, sacrilegious,and impious practices which it condones and mandates concerning the Holy Eucharist,whereby it sanctions the giving of the Body and Blood of Christ to heretics and schismatics,and the receiving of Communion from heretical and schismatic sects.

 

ANNULMENTS

 

20. Since the Second Vatican Council, the modernists have been granting,purportedly in the name of the Church,annulments to married couples for reasons which have no foundation either in the traditional Canon Law of the Church or in the Roman Catholic doctrine concerning matrimony.

 

21.We consequently deplore this contempt for the Holy Sacrament of Matrimony commonly found among the modernists operating the diocesan marriage tribunals and the Rota itself.In the practical order, therefore, we refuse to recognize any annulments coming forth from the aforesaid courts unless it can be demonstrated beyond any reasonable doubt that the marriage did not exist in the first place.For, according to Canon 1014 of the Code of Canon Law: “Marriage enjoys the favor of the law, consequently, in doubt,the validity of the marriage must be maintained until the contrary is proved."

 

CONCLUSION

 

22. In the light of the foregoing, we see no other practical course to follow than (1) to adhere with the certitude of the Faith to all of the doctrine and moral teaching of the Roman Catholic Church; (2) to continue the work of the Church for the salvation of souls,and fulfill our duties as priests by providing the Catholic faithful with integral Catholic doctrine and unquestionably valid sacraments,using the faculties which the Church provides for such critical situations, for “jurisdiction is not granted a man for his own benefit, but for the good of the people and for the glory of God.” (St. Thomas Aquinas, Summa Theologica, Supplement,Q.8, A.5) Therefore,“since necessity knows no law,in cases of necessity the ordinance of the Church does not hinder.” (ibid Q.8, A.6); (3) to reject the destructive modernist alteration of the Catholic liturgy and discipline; (4) to condemn,reprove and reject the poisonous errors of the modernists,refusing the Catholic name to their tenets, worship, and discipline and thereby rejecting ecclesial communion with them. Mindful of the words of Saint Ephraem, Doctor of the Church, bidding us “not to sit with heretics nor associate with apostates,” and that “it would be better to teach demons than to try to convince heretics,” we deplore every initiative that would seek to make compatible,in one Church,Roman Catholicism and modernism.

 

23. These things we declare,mindful of St. Paul’s injunction to the Ephesians to “have not fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness” and in fulfillment of his command to “reprove them.” (5:11) These things we do in the firm certitude of adhering to the indestructible and supernatural unity of the Roman Catholic Church,which extends, unaltered and pure, from her foundation by Our Lord Jesus Christ to His Second Coming, from one end of the earth to the other, from the Church Triumphant in heaven, to the Church Militant on earth, to the Church Suffering in Purgatory, as one unadulterated Church and Faith.

Cui Bono -- Come Out of Her

So let's go back to a recent commentary, "Your Blood Oath" in which I explained that the Apostle's Creed, ritually administered before the taking of Communion in Christian Churches -- both Catholic and Protestant -- is an Oath, followed by drinking "the blood" of the Communion wine. 

Communion is a Blood Oath, albeit, there is no actual, factual blood present, unless you are Catholic and accept the Doctrine of Transubstantiation, which teaches that the wine in the Communion cup does magically transform into the actual blood of the man they call "Jesus". 

Having caused a firestorm in the Christian Readership by observing this, I went on to observe that there is no good reason that the name of Yehoshua (transliterates phonetically as "Yeshuah") was changed to "Jesus" by the Church. 

The name Yehoshua translates directly to "Joshua" in English.  Why not translate it that way? 

This becomes important when you consider the fondness of the Liars for Substitution Schemes -- what we call "Bait and Switch" Fraud.  You are promised one thing, but given another, and we have seen this repeatedly in our investigations. 

A corporation calling itself "The United States of America ---- Incorporated" substituting itself for our unincorporated Federation of States doing business as The United States of America? 

The American State-of-State business organizations doing business as, for example, The State of New York, being replaced by the British Territorial business doing business as "the" State of New York.

Legal Persons existing in the International Jurisdiction of the Sea (e.g. Raymond John Smith) being substituted for a Lawful Person (e.g. Raymond John Smith) with the identical Proper Name, but existing in the International Land Jurisdiction. 

King Henry the Eighth, the Catholic Overseer of the Church Commonwealth Trust Lands in England, being recognized as the Head of the Anglican Church, and then using the position to target Protestants with undisclosed private baptismal contracts used to seize upon the value of their labor? 

I could go on.  

Why wouldn't these yahoos substitute their Roman "Jesus" for the Hebrew "Yehoshua"?

This is, in turn, concerning for any Christian, because--- what if you are praying in the wrong name? 

And, additionally, there is the issue of the importance of sound.  

The Bible teaches that God created the Earth as we now know it by speaking it into existence -- by sound.  It also teaches that we will know the returned Savior by his what?  His voice. Not his face, but his voice. 

So, when Christians are told to "pray in his name" isn't it vitally important that they (1) have the correct name, and (2) pronounce it correctly? 

These and similar concerns began to surface for me over the course of approximately thirty years, and the results of my investigations and observations led, logically, to my decision to leave the incorporated Evangelical Lutheran Church and to repudiate its "baptism". 

When you incorporate a Church you "unlawfully convert it" just as the honorable United States Military was silently converted into a Mercenary Force.  Instead of a private religious organization, the Church becomes a for-profit commercial franchise instead. 

An incorporated Church becomes a commercial corporation selling a product and services no less than your local Ford dealership, and suddenly, you are no longer worshiping in spirit and in truth, but are instead caught up in selling the social benefits and economic networking available through church membership, and selling "Jesus" as a product, sacraments as a service, and salvation as the end result. 

Sit down and really think about your experience of Christian Churches in general -- not all, but most, have the cold, formal atmosphere of a car dealership showroom.  There is something "not right" about them.  Something fake. 

And so there would be, if they are advertising one thing and selling commercialism -- Baal, Mammon, and Baphomet -- instead. 

The Roman Jesus instead of Yehoshua. 

The more devoted you become to seeking the Truth in all things, the more obvious the Lies become. 

If you will not permit any known lie to pass your lips for a long enough time -- say, two to ten years, you will suddenly see the morass of lies in which you live, and having seen this, you will not be able to forget.  

So, with my suspicions further aroused by the fact that the Roman Catholic Church claims authorship of the Bible and holds copyrights on their version of it --- authorship which means they created it as a work of art --- and not merely compiled it from ancient non-copyright eligible material, I stumbled on.  

And I discovered the Baptismal Certificate racket and King Henry the VIII's double-crossing of all the Anglican Protestants, and I had already detected FDR's double-crossing of all the Municipal citizens of the United States with his "clearinghouse" certificates racket mentioned in his First Inaugural address.... so, a pattern is emerging. 

Undisclosed contracts, substitutions, impersonations, certificates, undisclosed changes of jurisdiction and forms of law, citizenship obligations imposed on people....the use of Dog Latin disguised as "American Sign Language"....

These are the earmarks of Ancient Rome and more recently, the Holy Roman Empire, which was supposedly dissolved in the early 1800's -- for exactly this sort of fraud and wrong-doing and mismanagement.  

Yet, it still appears to be going strong ---and smelling worse than ever. 

By now, I am well and truly alarmed and looking for answers, and I find "The Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion" --- outlining the program of a Secret Society bent on destroying souls and destroying mankind --- using the same basic ideas promoted in The Book of Isaiah as means of warfare, plus oddly echoing the Reformation Era Jesuit Oath.  

Uff-da. 

Did you know that there are Eastern and Western branches of the Romance Languages, and that Ancient Vulgar Latin  (Western Romance) was spoken in Romania at the same time as Dacian (Eastern Romance), at the end of 8th century CE, at the time of the founding of the City of Rome? 

Do you see the connection between Rome and Romania hidden in front of your face?  

Would it surprise you to learn that no less than 26 Roman Emperors, including Constantine the Great, came from what we call Romania? 

Would it surprise you to learn that Constantine's family also gave rise to the Flavian Emperors who ruled during the first century CE, including Titus, who destroyed Jerusalem and the Temple in 70 A.D.? 

Would it amaze you to know that the Dacians worshiped the Sphinx as "the Lion of God"?

Just look up pictures of Constantine's Victory Arch in Rome to see for yourself. There they are: Dacian High Priests wearing their typical odd hats. 

Would you believe that much of what is recounted about "Jesus" in the New Testament is drawn from the Roman historian Josephus?  And the only reason we don't see this, is that we don't read Josephus? 

There is a theory that "Christianity" -- the religion of "the Anointed One" -- a priest of Baal, began as a Roman propaganda effort.  This theory is summarized in a book, "Caesar's Messiah" by Joseph Atwill and is known in scholarly circles as the "Flavian Origins Theory".

Here's a succinct little teaser for the actual historical context of the havoc in Judea for two hundred years before and a hundred years after "Jesus": 

"During the historical period surrounding the alleged life and times of the biblical Jesus, Judea was (in reality) at the epicenter of an epic, violent conflict between the Roman Empire and the adherents of a virulently radical form of messianic Judaism. The roots of the conflict date back earlier, to the age when the zealous Maccabees (also known as Hasmoneans) rebelled against the Seleucids (the remnants of Alexander the Great’s Hellenistic empire) and achieved an uneasy independence in 164 BCE. In 63 BCE, the Romans invaded Judea, and the Maccabees became Roman clients.

A family of foreigners from Edom (in Arabia) eventually usurped the role of the Maccabees as the Romans’ clients and tax farmers in Judea. The rise of this Herodian regime began when Antipater, born as an Edomite nobleman whose family had allegedly converted to Judaism, insinuated himself into Maccabean politics while simultaneously currying favor with the Romans. Imagine that? 

Just for starters, many generations of Christians have been taught that "the Jews killed Christ".  

It turns out that it was Edomite proxy rulers, plus the Roman Governors, who did all the crucifying. 

Now, why isn't that taught in every Sunday School throughout the land? 

Bait and Switch: Herod was a Jew-in-name-only, similar to what I could say about some Republicans-in-name-only today. 

And the game, then and now, is deceit. 

A religion of peace and compassion, turning the other cheek and giving unto Caesar would come in very handy for Roman rulers sick of dealing with impassioned Jews and Gentiles alike. 

Perhaps our love of "Christianity" even if it is yet another gigantic fraud, and even if it has never resulted in peace and compassion in fact, and even if it has been commercialized beyond recognition, is rooted in our own individual need for peace and compassion. 

"My peace I leave to you...." 

The message of Yehoshua has come through a sewer pipe, polluted and dirtied, but somehow the spirit of it has come through nonetheless--- a result that was no doubt unexpected to the Romans, but, what the hey?  They capitalized on it just the same. 

It may seem strange that I, someone who loves Yehoshua, yet realizes the Sting, would be telling you all this today -- because religion seems to have little to do with the history of this country and all the venal things that have happened in its misadministration....but, as I told you long ago, law comes from religion.  

So it is not a small issue.  If your religion is polluted with deceit and with politics and money, then so is your law. 

This past week, Archbishop Carlos Maria Vigano celebrated his last Mass as a priest of the Roman Catholic Church.  

He was of retirement age, but was most likely pushed out for his suggestion last August that Pope Francis resign, and such outspoken questions as "Is the Pope Catholic?" 

As we have seen and witnessed, "Pope" Francis does not carry the sacred ministerial office -- that was carried by Emeritus Pope Benedict XVI to the grave -- so it is a fair question. 

It compliments in an odd way the ancient question of -- was "Jesus" a Jew, or did he convert at the end of his life to the Samaritan religion and become a priest of Baal, as a result of being "anointed" by Mary Magdalene? 

As Archbishop Bishop Vigano performed his last Mass, he fainted. 

While in this state of semi-consciousness, the Archangel Michael reportedly appeared to him and revealed that soon, people in Europe and Asia (but not The United States) will see a "vision" of Jesus and God the Father in the sky.

The cynics among us take this as confirmation that Project Blue Beam will be deployed. 

There's a reason that only people in Europe and Asia will see this display.  It's being projected from The United States and the skies above Europe and Asia are the projection screen. 

Anyway, I plod onward, dear hearts, and prefer to keep my mind and heart centered on the truth that I can and do know -- and additionally, I know that many faithful priests and lay members of the Roman Catholic Church are suffering because they have stood against the politicization of their faith.  

They are being denied support, including retirement pensions and health care, and being labeled "apostate" for not going along with abortion and homosexual "unions" and all the rest of doctrinal changes embraced by the non-ministerial "Pope" Francis. 

Before he left office, Archbishop Vigano started an organization to help these Catholic traditionalists (sometimes mislabeled "conservatives") to survive this persecution.

This is the foretold persecution of the Church-- not coming from outside the Church, but from inside the Church. 

This is coming from yet another Bait and Switch -- from a man who is being called "Pope" while only performing the duties of the now-dissolved Office of the Roman Pontiff, not the sacred and ministerial Offices of the Pope. 

This should be perfectly obvious to any Catholic, and even obvious to Protestants, like my own former-brethren, the Lutherans. 

There has been no action to transfer the "ministerial office" from Benedict XVI to Pope Francis; Benedict XVI retained the ministerial office and so far as anyone knows, took it to his grave, so that only the duties Benedict XVI abdicated -- the duties of the dissolved Office of the Roman Pontiff, remain. 

To be fair, there may be no way provided in Canon Law for the transfer of the retained ministerial office of a Pope: I haven't found any reference in Canon Law to cover such a circumstance. 

I have sympathy for the suffering Catholic Traditionalists, particularly those who gave up sex and family life and forsook many other worldly pleasures to work like dogs in many vocations, only to be persecuted and left without material support in their old age. 

It reeks of the self-interested revenge a commercial corporation would inflict and a CEO run amok: "Oh, they don't like my latest directive? Fire them! Force them to retire! Deny their pension benefits!  No health care for them!" 

Let me suggest, from my position as a Witness to all this, that the appropriate response is to follow up Archbishop Vigano's question, "Is the Pope Catholic?" with more pointed questions. 

"Is the Pope occupying the sacred office of Papal ministry? If so, how did he inherit it from Pope Benedict XVI, who retained his ministerial office?  Are we being tricked by the Antichrist? And allowing the persecution of the actual Church from enemy forces inside the Church?" 

And then follow that up with a donation to Vigano's relief organization, because whether you believe the cover story of Christianity or not, we can still hold onto the spirit that survived, bloodied and battered as it may be. 

We can still show compassion to those who have been betrayed and who are suffering for their faith.

As discussed last night, we have a double duty to perform, in that we are building the infrastructure of a whole new system at the same time limping the old system along until we can safely transition. 

Imagine yourself on an old three-masted sailing vessel that is decrepit and about to sink.  It is taking on water at an ever-increasing rate and nothing but constant manning of the bilge pumps is even keeping it afloat at all.  You fear for your life and your life's savings, your history, and everything else. 

But tied up alongside your wreck is a brand new ship and the crew of this ship is communicating with the crew of your ship, to build gangways and tie-offs to allow the transfer of you and your goods and the cargo to the new vessel. 

The work seems slow, but it progresses, and some lucky souls have already been brought aboard the new ship. Some have already been able to transfer their luggage over. 

What you are seeing in the growth and progress of your accounts is just one bit of what is happening in the background to save and restore your natural estate, body, mind, and soul.  

Be glad, cheer us on, help any way you can.  

The old ship was a nasty place to be and you won't regret its passing to the bottom of the sea, because everything of value that it carried will be saved. 

Be patient and be encouraged by our steady progress and know that step by step and bit by bit, we are putting all the pieces in place to save everyone.

International Public Notice: The Power of the State Assemblies

Even in a simple General Assembly, without having the other parts and "pillars" in complete array, the State General Assembly has immense powers, because the State is the sovereign power in this country.  

The instrumentalities, like the Union of States called The United States, and The United States of America, our Federation of States, wield the "mutually shared powers" by agreement of the member States, but are not sovereign entities in-and-of themselves. 

The true wheelhouse of power and voice of the people of this country is vested in their American State of the Union. 

As we have been at pains to explain throughout, there are three populations in this country and they are by no means of equal political status.  

This is owing to the fact that two of these populations, though born here and raised here, have adopted foreign citizenship.  

The Citizens of the British Territorial United States have adopted U.S. Citizen status, which makes them indentured servants of the British Monarch.  

The citizens of the Municipal United States have adopted citizenship of the United States, which makes them slaves of the Pope. 

Americans, by contrast, who adopt and claim their birthright political status, are not citizens at birth, and cannot voluntarily adopt State Citizenship until they are at least 21 years of age. 

This is not the only difference. 

Americans can own land in this country.  British Territorials and Municipal citizens cannot. 

Americans are owed every jot of the Constitutional Guarantees and the Law of the Land.  British Territorials are owed the Law of the Sea.  Municipal citizens are basically owed nothing and are in abject slavery. 

Since 1865 there have been many efforts to reorganize the American Government properly, with varying degrees of success. 

Today, we have fifty (50) legally and lawfully correct American State Assemblies populated by Americans who have reclaimed their birthright political status, recorded it in public, and published it; having properly established their own identity and natural political status, and having formed their General Assemblies in each State, these Americans, when acting as State Citizens, are Foreign Sovereigns with respect to both British Territorial U.S. Citizens and Municipal citizens of the United States. 

There are now fifty General Assemblies populating and holding all fifty(50) States. Each of these Assemblies holds General Jurisdiction over air, land, and sea. 

In September of 2020, the State Assemblies in those States which were enrolled as States prior to the Civil War, conducted a roll call vote to formally enroll all the States that have entered Territorial Statehood during and after the Civil War.   

This enrollment vote carried unanimously and was made retroactive to the date that each State entered Territorial Statehood and became eligible for full Statehood.  

This enrollment of the Western States as States of the Union was inclusive of Alaska and Hawaii, and effectively removes all the prior Territorial State Trusts and States of States in favor of the actual and complete State which holds General Jurisdiction. 

This has all been accomplished under the provisions of The Northwest Ordinance and all Due Public Notice has been served. 

Our unincorporated Federation of States, The United States of America,  has been active and its properly provenanced and declared Officers have 

served Due Process on the British Monarch, the Popes, and the Lord Mayors of London, since 1998.  

All assets of all States, Territorial State Trusts, Territorial States of States, and Municipal State TRUSTS and Municipal STATES OF STATES have been claimed in international and global jurisdictions

and those assets have been rolled into two trusts, one containing private assets and one containing public assets, held under the authority of our Federation Fiduciary, Anna Maria Riezinger. 

These assets have been reclaimed for the States of the Union and the living people of this country, and these claims have all been cured in all three jurisdictions, air, land, and sea for several years. 

These claims have been duly recorded and posted in all three international and global jurisdictions and provided to the late Queen, the Popes, the Lord Mayors, and the United Nations.  

We have lately been advised that additional later claims have been posted by various parties including individuals, corporations, and various government subcontractors and agencies. A recent claim by the Office of Military Settlements and a Dr. Three Rivers pertaining to property belonging to Hawaiians, both Native and Immigrant. 

These last two referenced claims in part represented by UCC Document Number #59384980002, File Number 17-7568128439, have been making national news, but carry no substance and cannot interfere with or overcome the prior cured legal and lawful claims of our American Government.  

Nor can any arguments be raised on the basis of Hawaii's former Territorial status, which has been overcome as of October 1st 2020.

By 1965 the last vestiges of the civilian British Territorial Government known as the Commonwealth were vacated and by 1975, these civilian authorities were returned to the administration of the Spanish King. This left only a skeleton force of Naval Authorities abroad and occupying enclaves provided for them in the former British Commonwealths and United States Possessions. 

Meanwhile, the Municipal Government of the United States, an incorporated Successor of the original Holy Roman Empire Subcontractor operating under The Constitution of the United States, was emboldened to establish a separate independent, international city-state within the confines of the District of Columbia, a property itself leased under a Use Permit to the British Crown and the Lord Mayor of London. 

There was never any authority granted to this Federal Subcontractor to establish such an independent international city state and claims otherwise are instantly overturned under examination, because this Subcontractor was not the Subcontractor entrusted with the "plenary government" of the City of Washington, District of Columbia, and also the object of the grants of power and the Use Permit are the City of Washington, District of Columbia, and not any other thing at all. 

Under the False Presumptions afforded to this unauthorized independent international city state entity, certain members of the Municipal Congress began operating as an equally unauthorized and unintended foreign oligarchy on our shores, in contravention of our Constitutions and international law. 

They established Municipal Franchise Corporations throughout America, even going so far as to establish "STATES" and "STATE OF STATE" organizations and defining their own citizenry as Municipal Corporation franchises operated in Dog Latin aka American Sign Language in what appeared to be the names of their American victims, e.g., DONNA LOVELACE REED. 

Upon further investigation it was found that these arrangements between the two erstwhile Federal Subcontractors were predicated on a secretive private collusion between the Pope and King Henry the Eighth acting as the Pope's Overseer of Commonwealth Lands in England and later, as the Pope's Head of the Protestant Anglican Church in England. 

Without greatly belaboring the details, Henry the Eighth pretended to be Protestant and used his position of trust as the Head of the Anglican Church to register Protestant Baptisms, traffick those who accepted Protestant Baptism into the Jurisdiction of the Sea, and once there, he declared them "dead" (to the Roman Catholic Church) and "lost at sea" and manufactured an estate trust in the victim's name donated to the Church.  

The Split on this repugnant activity was 60% to the Church and 40% to the Church's Overseer -- an arrangement that endured to the present day, with 30% going to an appointed Archbishop representing the Pope, 30% going to the Vatican Bank and the Office of the Roman Pontiff, and 40% being funneled to the late-Queen through the Bank of Canada. 

This modern day slave trade had continued uninterrupted since the days of Henry the Eighth and had used private (totally undisclosed) religious contracts as the basis of their travesty. 

The result is that there are no valid claims against us or contrary to our authority over these assets extracted from the Maritime commercial realm and the realm of Admiralty, nor evidenced by any undisclosed claim of Baptism; there remains only the valid and fully evidenced claim of the unincorporated soil and land  jurisdiction governments, The United States and The United States of America, respectively, and the claims of our Fiduciary saving the claims of all living Americans and their Lawful Persons ----and extracting them from the morass created by the misadministration and criminal malfeasance and impersonation underlying all other claims against the assets of the States and the living people.  

The American Government has arisen and is in place in the form of our properly provenanced State Assemblies and our unincorporated Federation of these States of the Union doing business as The United States of America. 

No claims produced against the assets of our cured claims and trusts, which include assets of Hawaii, the State of Hawaii, HAWAII, etc., etc., etc.,  by the Office of Military Settlements (the remainder of the British Territorial Government still functioning) or by any individual Person entertaining a title, such as Doctor Three Rivers, can be entertained or honored. 

We note that Doctor Three Rivers is apparently attached as a Uniformed Officer to the same corporate structure as the Office of Military Settlements and neither entity can prevail against the other, much less against the valid pre-existing and claim of the American Government, which added Hawaii as a Sovereign State as of October 1st 2020, and which on top of everything else, was given seven (7) years of Due Process and both Public and Private Notice.  

Hawaii belongs in sum total to the people of Hawaii, just as every other State belongs to the people who live within its borders,  and they, Hawaiians, already enjoy the protection of our American Government and the full benefit of all our pre-existing claims. 

All that anyone has to do to similarly benefit, is to return home to the land and soil of their native country (or in our case, State of the Union) and declare and record and publish their birthright political status; whereupon they become the inheritors of their spiritual, physical, and intellectual assets and their share of the public assets, too. 

All assets attached to the individual names of the states and people in any form or guise have been claimed, the claims have been afforded Public Notice, Due Notice to the Principals and Agents for a period of seven (7) years, and all Public Assets have been moved into Public Trusts under the care of our unincorporated Federation of States, and all private assets have been moved into private trusts under the care of our Fiduciary. 

No office or officer associated with the British Admiralty has any valid claim on anything in this country aside from those limited properties permitted to them for a specific use, or officially donated to the Federal Government by the States. 

Owing to the extent and the longevity of the fraud practiced by the Roman Catholic Church and its Overseers based on undisclosed private claims and public fraud schemes against the natural assets of both Catholics and Protestants and against people of every country and nation, we have seen fit to mount a worldwide recoupment effort and distribution effort by which the ownership interest may be properly restored to each country, each nation, and each Lawful Person.  

To the extent that some assets have already been distributed by the Church back to its Cronies (for example, giving land back to Native Tribes that agree to continue paying Tribute to Rome and accepting "Baptism" of the kind cashiered by King Henry the Eighth) and similar efforts to reward elements of the Admiralty with possession of gold purloined by the Church, ($300 Trillion passed through the British Crown end of the operation by HSBC) these can only be regarded as analogous to efforts by a Pawn Shop Owner caught with Stolen Goods, trying to pass them on to Third Parties already caught up in the scheme. 

We object to the continuing flood of commercial claims and any debate of their merits, and indeed, any other claims in any other jurisdiction. 

We have the Ecclesiastical, Lawful, and Legal High Ground and we have by all our actions, notices, and words declared justice for the entire world and everyone upon it.  

Even the Indentured Servants of the "King" and the unknowing slaves of the Pope will have their due as living men and women and as Lawful Persons abiding on the land and soil. 

We are tired of all the misunderstandings, misrepresentations, and impersonations. 

We cannot be disturbed by any additional nonsense and wish for peace among all our children. 

Whereupon we have established this Recoupment upon the world assets, and the Global Family Land Recording and Publishing Service, and The Global Family Bank of International Trade and The Global Family Bank of Commerce -- as the means by which facilities are to be established for all people and every nation, to reclaim their birthright political status and receive back both assets and credit belonging to them.  

We wish for the Admiralty and the Territorial Congressional Body to serve the best interests of both land and sea and to accept the sane and honest direction of our lawful American Government in honoring their venerable contract known as The Constitution of the United States of America. 

We similarly wish for the Federal Civil Service and numerous Agencies and Departments and the Congressional Body of the Municipal United States Government to adhere to the limitations of their venerable contract, The Constitution of the United States, and Cease and Desist all purposeful and self-interested promotion of confusion.  In this context we wish for the voluntary and permanent dissolution of the independent, international city-state positioned in the District of Columbia. 

We wish for cooperation and good faith and good will on the part of all people working under whatever political status that they and Nature's God have provided for them, knowing that they are indeed living men and women, and must have their share in what we are proposing as a peaceful Resettlement of all countries and nations and assets thereof --- and an end of both indentured servitude (peonage) and enslavement.
