I Cannot Over- Emphasize for the Military Veterans

If you wish to serve as actual American County Sheriffs, or wish to become members of the lawful State Militias, you must send the head of your branch of service a letter notifying them that you have left Federal Jurisdiction and returned home to your birthright political status.

This is necessary in addition to receiving your DD214.

If you were an Officer in your branch of service, you will need to surrender your Commission held in the U.S. Armed Forces, and retain your Commission in The United States Armed Forces.

This clears up any ambiguity created by the similar names. Be sure that you say, "The" United States Armed Forces and include "The" as part of the name.

This simple notification process and proof that you sent it actually completes the discharge process. I recommend sending such important correspondence via Registered Mail, Return Receipt Requested.

Do not use Certified Mail for this. Certified Mail is a special class of mail between government offices and government officers. If you are not acting as a Federal Person of some kind, you should not use Certified Mail.

Changing your political status back to your birthright political status as an American does not change or endanger any pensions or other benefits owed to you as a U.S. veteran.

With respect to militias, the only militias recognized under the Constitutions are the "well-regulated" militias operated by the State Assemblies. This is important to know, because unless you are operating as a State Assembly Militia, you can be "mistaken" as a "rebel" (I guess they assume that you are at least 174 years old and still a threat?) or "insurgent" or "insurrectionist".

Please do not jeopardize the legitimacy of your claim to your constitutional guarantees by back-sliding and failure to declare your identity and political status as an American State National or American State Citizen.

Help us all out here by joining your official State Assembly Militia and putting an end to any supposition about who you are and what you are doing --- and your right to keep and bear arms in your own country.

The greatest threat to our Constitutional Guarantees, including the right to keep and bear arms, is our generalized failure to declare and record the fact that we are Americans and are therefore owed those Guarantees.

Think about it. There are Certificates of Live Birth identifying you as British Territorial United States Citizens, and there are BIRTH CERTIFICATES identifying you as Municipal US CITIZENS defined under the Diversity Clause, but where is there any Public Record of you being an American, born in Akron, Ohio?

There isn't one until you create one.

That oversight on your part is what has allowed your Public Employees to abuse your rights and prerogatives: you have not been identified as an American who is owed the guarantees of the Federal Constitutions.

You have been deliberately misidentified as a Territorial U.S. Citizen (like someone born in Puerto Rico) or as a Municipal US CITIZEN like IBM, INC., instead.

This is also how they have assumed a Public Trust Interest amounting to custody of you and your estate and your estate assets.

So put an end to this infringement upon your freedoms and your contractual guarantees and put the politicians in their place.

For Linda and Other Critics of My Leadership -- Judge for Yourselves

We have the money, Linda— or rather, the assets that what passes for money depends upon. We know how the scheme works. We are not going to be ruled by our employees anymore and that’s been decided. The horrors that we are now experiencing are proof enough of how power corrupts.

Linda— I was lied to by omission. I was not given mission critical information that was prejudicial to a correct assessment of the situation.

I was told that this was a grassroots effort by Robert and Sasha—- not a Hollywood production that is 60% owned by Juan O’Savin and being “porked” by the Bush Political Machine.

Remember how I told you that the Brits are at the bottom of every dog pile? If I had had any idea that a Brit was bankrolling this to the tune of a 60% majority interest do you think I would have agreed to participate?

No, I would have politely declined and that would have been that, which is probably why I wasn’t told.

You and some others are still making assumptions based on your experiences in the world of the “US Democracy”. Your assumption is that we need to recruit and move massive numbers of people and play politics to succeed.

To put it bluntly, you think that I need to be a politician, put on my make-up, etc., etc., etc.—- and that I and our movement will fail if I don’t provide the kind of “leadership” you are used to in the corporate world of the US Democracy.....

But our government isn’t a democracy.

Our republican states don’t function that way. We don’t need vast numbers of people to do what we need to do—- we just need qualified people who have the right provenance and standing.

Read that: we already achieved critical mass. If nobody new joined our ranks, we would still have more than enough Americans to do the job.

In fact, the only reason that we spend our time and energy trying to teach and reach other Americans is for their sake, so they can live decent secure lives and not have to be afraid of their own employees and be plundered in their own country.

Right now, with all my “deficits” I am engaged in all four of the highest courts on Earth slogging it out to save your life, your freedom, and your inheritance.

What, really, is RDS doing—- ? Talking.

Talk is well and good so long as someone has truth and goodwill to share, but at the end of the day, you have to have the actual knowledge of the problems involved and also the skill and the will to act.

So you think RDS is going to win these cases? You think he is going to provide you with a new sane banking system and secure your assets and make sure that you and your family are going to be set free and enabled to access your pre-paid credit?

Really?

Is he going to build an effective protective shield of peacekeeping forces to keep your country from sinking into lawlessness? Who was that five years ago setting up the lawful framework and starting the Continental Marshals Service? The Peacekeeping Task Force, too?

Where was he when I started The Living Law Firm?

When I published the first books in the mass market that actually step-by-step explained the history and brought forward the public records to prove what has happened to this country?

When I analyzed the corruption of the courts, wrote the Jural Assembly Handbook, and penned over 3,000 Articles?

“Leadership” Linda, is in what you do, not in what you say, and not in how you look on camera.

I pulled out of the tour because RDS didn’t fully disclose — and after what we have all suffered as a result of non-disclosure in the country, I am a tad bit sensitive to that issue.

I also pulled out because our actual government doesn’t need to be presented as a back up act for our employees. Our employees need to be our back up act.

So much of what we suffer is because things are upside down—- the tail wags the dog, the employers are enslaved to feed the employees. Why perpetuate any more of that paradigm?

I also pulled out because political parties and even special interests within political parties were getting involved — and our government is not about politics. We don’t have political parties. We don’t have corporate elections. And that’s a good thing. Why muddy the waters and confuse people — leave them running around in that mindset?

They have to learn the truth about their own government and it is actually quite different than anything they are used to.

Finally, I fail to see why you think that I was so wrong to say what I said — which allows that Robert and Sasha may have had nothing but good intentions—- yet you don’t see anything wrong about RDS calling me “menopausal” and “unhinged” and “drunk” and a “non-person” over this?

Who really took a lot of personal abuse here for no good reason?

Who actually made a sound decision not to involve our Assemblies in an operation that was not fully disclosed and not shaping up to be an appropriate venue for us?

And who actually overreacted and stomped and stormed and raged and name-called like a two year-old? And then, too, why should our withdrawal from the program be any cause for that kind of hate-speech and slander?

I will tell you something more, too. After we tentatively agreed to participate, and were told we might get five to ten minutes of facetime on stage in each State, RDS casually mentioned that he’d need our Assemblies to raise $500,000.00 for this great opportunity.

Uh-huh.

Well, that right there told me this was no grassroots production and it should tell you the same thing, too. If something costs that much for “maybe” five or ten minutes on stage in each State—- it’s being funded by Deep Pockets.

Oh, and there was no whisper of sharing any proceeds from the box office to recoup any of this investment, no stakeholder share in exchange for half a million dollars.

Instead of berating me for being a “bad leader” maybe you should look around the corner at the deal we were actually being offered?

For $500,000.00 I can offer people something a lot more valuable than a five minute cameo in a night of entertainment.

For example, for that same amount of money, I can equip 500 Continental Marshals with pistols, tactical jackets, ammo, duty fuel and food stipends.

I can buy computers to run our banks’ security system.

I can host meet and greet meetings with the Assemblies in every state of the Union.

I can do professional grade video teaching programs — lots of them.

So what in your opinion, Linda, is the wise thing for a real leader to do?

Five minutes on stage as part of a traveling show? Or three days to visit with every Assembly? Or ten more Continental Marshals active in every State? Or fifty fully produced video lessons?

Our actual government isn’t glitzy and glamorous and image conscious. Our real government’s job is to protect you — directly and indirectly. And we have a lot more things to spend money on at the moment.

So— still think I was the problem?

Maybe it was the whole set up that was a problem.

INSTRUCTION As the disciples, in their grief at Christ's going to His passion and death, after the accomplishment of which He was to return to His Father, never once asked Him: "Whither goest Thou?" many Christians, because of their attachment to this world and its pleasures, never ask themselves: Whither am I going, whither leads my way? By my sinful life I am perhaps going towards hell, or will my little fervor for the right, my lukewarm prayers take me to heaven? Ask yourself in all earnestness, dear Christian, whither leads the way you are going? Is it the right path? if not, retrace your steps, and follow Jesus who by suffering and death entered heaven.

Why could the Paraclete not come before the Ascension of Christ?

Because the work of Redemption had first to be completed, Christ had to die, reconcile man to God, and enter into His glory, before the Spirit of truth and filial adoption could abide in man in the fulness of grace. From this we may learn that we must purify our hearts, and be reconciled to God, if we wish to receive the gifts of the Holy Ghost.

How will the Holy Ghost convince the world of sin, of justice and of judgment?

He will convince the world, that is, the Jews and Gentiles, of sin, by showing them through the preaching, the sanctity and the miracles of the apostles, as well as by gradual inward enlightenment, the grievous sins which they have committed by their infidelity and their vices; of justice, by unveiling their error, and showing them that Christ whom they unjustly rejected, is the fountain of justice; of judgment, by showing them their condemnation in their prince and head, the devil, whom they served. This prince is now driven from idols and from the bodies of men, and his kingdom is destroyed in the name of Jesus by the apostles.

Why did not Christ tell His apostles all He had to tell them?

Because they could not yet comprehend, and keep it in their memory; because they were still too weak, and too much attached to Jewish customs, and also because they were depressed; He. therefore promised them the Holy Ghost, who would fit them for it by His enlightenment, and would teach them all truth.

How does the Holy Ghost teach all truth?

By guiding the Church, that is, its infallible administration, by His light to the knowledge of the truth necessary for the salvation of souls, preserving it from error; and by advancing those members of the Church who seek His light and place no obstacle in its way, in the necessary knowledge of truth.

What is meant by: He shall not speak of himself, but what things so every he shall hear, he shall speak?

That the Holy Ghost will teach us only that which He has heard from all eternity from the Father and Son; His teaching will, therefore, perfectly agree with Christ's teachings, for the Holy Ghost proceeds from the Father and Son and is equal God to them, and that which He teaches is also their doctrine, which is expressed in the words: He shall receive of mine.

ASPIRATION Ah, my Lord and my God! direct my feet in the way of Thy commandments and preserve my heart pure from sin, that The Holy Spirit may find nothing in me deserving of reproach, that He . may teach me all truth, and lead me to Thee, the eternal Truth, in heaven. Amen.

A Non-Person. Yes, That's Right.

Yesterday, Robert David Steele wrote to us about how he is "smashing Anna" with his new video and saying, "Anna is a non-person." And he will never speak to me again.

Looks like he finally figured out what I was trying to tell him for two years running.

He finally got it. I am a non-person.

No office of personhood related to the US, INC. or USA, Inc. for me.

I accept acting as an unincorporated Lawful Person, but otherwise, no thanks.

Personhood isn't for me. I like saying what I mean and meaning what I say. I like the truth come what may. I actually prefer what is actual and factual and dislike legal fictions to the bone.

I don't like cloak and dagger, either. Never have. And I don't believe in secrecy, because I know that just on the other side of the veil, absolutely everything is known anyway. Might as well let it all hang out, because God isn't deceived.

You can't build your own credibility by lying about anything --- or anybody. Life doesn't work that way. And forget about secret agendas.

We are going back to work and doing our job to self-govern our own country, and that is all there is to it.

No need for movie footage, music, and special effects. We were here before Hollywood and we'll be here afterward, too. If the Actors Union doesn't figure out who pays the bills, that time will be coming sooner than later.

So, here I am, one of the people of this country. Not a person.

And Robert David Steele finally got that straight.

I am mildly encouraged.

Not Our President

Today, I got a copy of a video entitled "This is what Biden did to our family in one month...." in which a tearful young Mother reported the increase in the cost of insulin that her family pays for her young son. This is what Biden did to our family in one month.... - YouTube

Under Trump the insulin was $60 a month. Now, she has to pay over $300 per month. And without a coupon from the company itself, it would be $500 per month for non-negotiable life-saving medicine that she needs for her son.

And you all voted for this?

No. No, dear, we didn't vote for it. That's just the point. With or without any election fraud.

Many of us didn't vote at all, because we were disenfranchised many decades ago, and can't vote in the private share-holder elections that result in the US, INC. choosing a new CEO.

That's right, Joe Biden is just a "President" of a commercial corporation, like the President of General Motors or the President of IBM. Joe Biden's corporation is in the business of providing essential government services, but it is still just a corporation ---- and it's a foreign corporation at that, like Target, Inc., or Mitsubishi, Inc.

We've been employing these same jokers to provide the same services since The War of Independence, but over the years, they've morphed into a crime syndicate. Their own employees and shareholders are the only ones with direct oversight and those constituents only speak once every four years.

So, "the rest of us" , the actual Employers, got motivated and called the actual State Assemblies into Session. This has several immediate impacts.

First, we deny these foreign "service" corporations any Public Trust Interest. Second, we start talking turkey with the foreign governments that are actually responsible for the bad behavior of these organizations. Third, we deny them the ability to assume a continuing contract after bankruptcy.

That's where things stand right now.

Joe Biden isn't our President. He's the President of a foreign governmental services corporation, and he doesn't have a contract.

The actual American public office is: The President of The United States of America.

We haven't had one of those since the Civil War, but we are working on it.

Meantime, if you are fed up with the DC Circus, you can actually do something about it. Vote with your feet.

Yes, dear heart, there is an answer to this problem, and we don't have to wait another four years for the Federal Civil Service to vote on it, either.

Fog Lifting

"The US" --- what is left of it, is mad. Angry mad.

They think that they are our government, but they aren't. They never have been. At most, they've been employees of subcontractors: "instrumentalities".

That news, which is over two-hundred years old, is just now hitting home in the Beltway, and no clamor of harpies ever gnashed so many teeth.

They have to claim that we privately contracted with them, even though we didn't actually, in order to legalize the situation and make it appear to be consensual. Otherwise, they are guilty of armed piracy and a long, long list of other capital crimes against their own employers.

Either we all individually, knowingly, willingly, and voluntarily contracted with them on a private basis to act in the capacity of British Territorial U.S. Citizens..... and later also took on all the burdens of Municipal citizens of the United States, too, or it's the Admiralty gallows staring them in the face.

Operation of Law kicks in, and silently, the world has changed for the better.

The immediate impulse of the Biden Administration was to mount a DOJ campaign to try to charge us with robbery, fraud, and messing with the dog---- but they've been advised by the JAG and the Vatican Chancery Court that that won't be possible.

The Labor Bonds, Birth Certificate Bonds, and everything else connected to our Good Name actually does belong to us. Not to them.

Imagine that.

Why We Can't All Just "Come Together" and Mushy-Mushy

This week has been rather tumultuous. First, we were invited to join the "Arise America" Tour. I always thought that was an odd choice of names. It makes it sound like some kind of religious event, a "resurrection" or something like that, but, okay.... if it has good intentions, why not support it?

And the intentions as expressed to me were right and honorable enough.

So, sure, we were ready to join the program and help.

But there were always two nagging problems in the back of my mind.

(1) Where is the money coming from? (2) Why are we, the actual Government, being marginalized in the program and used as a back-up band for our Employees?

Because make no mistake, Sheriffs, whether Constitutional Sheriffs or LEOs, are still Employees, even if they are entrusted with the great powers of local government.

And why should we promote the importance of our Employees, while we, the government from which they derive all their powers, are stuck singing second string back-up?

Isn't it more important for people to seize their own power and enable themselves to act, instead of --- once again --- giving their power away to their Employees? Even if their employees mean well?

Then, for unknown reasons Sheriff Mack says he won't be part of the program if we are included. Or at least, that's what we are told.

Unofficially, I've been told that this is because Sheriff Mack erroneously believes that I gave the Colorado Nine "bad advice" and that they were following my instructions when they got arrested.

If so, that simply isn't true.

And it's easy to observe and prove that it isn't so.

I severed any relationship with Bruce Doucette and his actual Mentor, Michael R. Hamilton, weeks before they took their ill-fated action ----- and it was precisely because they weren't following my advice. That is recorded in an article published at the time, Number 485, on my website.

Anyway, we, the actual Government, were told that well, gotta have Sheriff Mack, he's the celebrity draw..... but Sheriff Mack said he didn't decide anything about our participation or not. That came from higher up the food chain at a corporate level.

So, let's see, the people who invited us, Robert David Steele and Sasha Stone are apologizing for the situation....Sheriff Mack says he didn't "uninvite" us, but someone clearly did. So who? Crickets....

Ah.... that goes back to Question One: who is paying for all this?

A Grand Tour like this costs millions of dollars. It has probably cost over a million dollars just to organize, and obviously, RDS and Sacha Stone, even taken together, don't have millions of dollars to spend on a lark.

Some years ago, I wanted to do the same thing--- a tour of the country, whistle-stopping on the way, to say "Hello, America!" And getting wind of this, the Bush Clan promptly got in touch with me and offered to pay for the whole thing, so long as they got to shape the narrative and edit whatever I might say, and turn me into a Talking Head --- for them.

This is a process known as "co-option" whereby the elites come in and buy a position doing something good, but using their money to control the movement that is being created.

It wouldn't have been my show and ultimately, it wouldn't have been my message being delivered. I would have been the storefront--- for them. It would have been their message, and I would simply be used --- like a nose wipe --- to deliver it.

Having created my own "monster" so to speak, I would then be complicit and beholding to them, associated with them, and I would have to take responsibility for getting into bed with them.

So I said, no, no, thanks.... and the tour didn't happen for lack of money.

I had no regrets and we continued to build the Assemblies and do what had to be done, anyway, without all the bells and whistles.

Bootstrapping. Grassroots. Slog, slog, slog.

When all this flap arose and the blame for it got passed on to "unknown" decision-makers at the top, I went back and checked in with my advisors who keep contact with the Bush apparatus, and yes, they confirmed that the Bushes were involved again, and that one of their favorite go-to organizations was primarily responsible for funneling the money into the "Arise America" Tour.

Now, I know all these people. I know how they operate. These are the same ones who have been going around the country for decades selling people "Freedom Packages" for $6000 a pop -- that don't work.

These are the people that will sit around at a cocktail party and talk out of both sides of their mouths until you get dizzy.

On one hand, they are so patriotic they might as well wrap up in a flag, but on the other side of it, they don't have a good word to say about anyone or much of anything. Privately, they say, "This country is toast." Or like Joe Biden, "This country is doomed."

See the cognitive dissonance in all this for me?

If you privately believe this country is doomed, why are you commandeering efforts to save it?

Oh. Silly me.

You can look at this one of two ways. Either RDS and Sacha are too inexperienced--- and just took the bait. Or they are part of the Bush Apparatus with knowledge aforethought.

Either way, it would be a mistake for our Assemblies to get involved in something that isn't really grassroots and is instead being controlled by "unknown" power players sitting up top and "orchestrating" things.

Our Assemblies are the only organizations with the standing to operate the Government of, for, and by the People of this country, and that is far too important a duty and calling for us to get sidelined.

So, my advice is to take the "Arise America" Tour for what it is. Another theater production. If it makes you feel good about being an American, that's great. Just be aware that there is a hidden Svengali in the weeds behind Robert and Sasha, and that once again, you are watching a play.

She has declared that gunpoint-enforced lockdowns will not end until up to 70% of the state’s adults surrender to being injected with a deadly depopulation bioweapon called a “covid vaccine.”

Freedom is only “granted” by the Whitmer regime when certain vaccination milestones are achieved. This is a form of criminal coercion that violates not only the Nuremberg Code restrictions against medical experiments, but also violate fundamental human rights and the requirement for informed consent.

It was unimaginable just a year ago that Michiganders would have to “earn” their freedom by agreeing to be injected with an experimental medical intervention promoted by globalist depopulation advocates, yet this is exactly what’s happening in Michigan right now, under the tyrannical rule of Democrats.

• 55% of Michiganders vaccinated – In-person work will be allowed for all sectors of business.
• 60% of Michiganders vaccinated – Indoor capacity at sports stadiums, conference centers, banquet halls, and funeral homes will increase to 25%; capacity at exercise facilities and gyms will increase to 50%; and the curfew on restaurants and bars will be lifted.
• 65% of Michiganders vaccinated – All indoor capacity limit percentages will be lifted, requiring only social distancing between parties. Limits on residential social gatherings will be further relaxed.
• 70% of Michiganders vaccinated – Gathering and face mask orders will be lifted, and the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services will no longer employ broad mitigation measures unless unanticipated circumstances arise, such as the spread of vaccine-resistant variants.

Under this tyrannical, illegal rule, the only way the people of Michigan can see their freedoms restored is to agree to be injected with a dangerous, experimental, gene-altering medical intervention that’s already killing people by the thousands, all across the world.

Gov. Whitmer is the new Josef Mengele, known as the “Angel of Death”

Keep in mind that all covid vaccines in America today are experimental treatments that cannot be mandated or forced onto people under U.S. law and FDA regulations. Coercion is not only morally and ethically wrong, it’s illegal. Yet Gov. Whitmer is using coercion to force people to take these deadly vaccines if they want to earn back their “freedom.” Like all government criminals and terrorists, Gov. Whitmer believes that the government controls all freedoms and can withhold those freedom from the people as a form of punishment to coerce people into taking vaccine suicide injections.

This is Josef Mengele-level crime against humanity. Gov. Whitmer deserves to be arrested, charged and prosecuted for carrying out Holocaust-class crimes against humanity and forcing millions of people to participate, against their will, in deadly medical experiments that may kill them. Josef Mengele was a mainstream doctor and PhD, and after being found guilty in a war crimes tribunal, he was publicly hanged to death by order of the court.

Whitmer would have felt right at home running the Zyklon B gas chambers in Nazi Germany, no doubt. She is a wicked, anti-human criminal and a threat to every person in the State of Michigan. And she needs to face her own trial under a new war crimes tribunal that’s organized in the United States of America to arrest and prosecute all the vaccine holocaust war criminals operating right here on American soil.

Deadly, experimental vaccines are a form of medical violence, and Gov. Whitmer is happy to deploy this violence against her own people, and threaten them with prisoner-style lockdowns if they don’t comply.
