This morning found me embroiled in a text conversation with yet another patriot telling me "what's going on" and accusing me of being a nasty, old, mean-spirited cynic, for not "keeping the faith" and not "hoping" and "waiting".   

Where do I begin?  How about 1863?  Think I've been waiting long enough?  37 plus 100 plus 21.... that's 158 years that Americans have been waiting for their military, particularly the United States Army and later, the United States Air Force, and when on the land, the United States Marine Corps, to do their jobs and protect us from "all enemies both foreign and domestic".  

I think we've all waited for them long enough.  Okay?  I am not waiting for them anymore.  I am showing up myself to settle my own hash and I highly recommend that you all do the same, each and every day.  

The whole Civil War was a set-up by the British Territorial Government.  Lincoln was substituted for election as the "President" of the Territorial United States, because as a Bar Attorney, he was prohibited from holding any office in our actual government.  That should put up some red flags, shouldn't it? 

And then, there's the strange story of Ulysses S. Grant, or, as he is known, U.S. Grant --- like "Grant of the US" --- which is what happened under his endlessly corrupt administration.  Now, add the fact that Grant's actual name was Hiram Grant, and he picked up the nickname "Ulysses S" at West Point, and it doesn't seem that his politics as a Queen's Man was exactly a secret, does it? 

What you are looking at is a 158 year-old coup d'etat staged against our lawful civilian government by our own dear military and commercial mercenary interests operating under color of law and fraudulent misrepresentation and Breach of Trust.   

The U.S. Army has been overtly in charge since 1863 and we've got what we've got here.  These awful things literally could not have happened to our country if our military had been honest and acting in our best interests to protect us.

Could not. So stuff that down and believe it, because that's the facts, Ma'am. 

For all those standing around "hoping" and "waiting" for the U.S. Military to do jack diddly, I suggest you stop waiting and pay attention.  

Let's see.... I have been hearing rumors about NESARA for forty years, but nothing whatsoever has been done with this legislation since the 1990's.  So if there is some kind of "NESARA" on the Agenda, there is no sign of it being addressed in any degree, way, shape or form on the public record for thirty (30) years. And call me a fool, but that does seem to be problematic.  

I've also been hearing rumors about "global resets" and "currency exchanges" and all sorts of other currency-related speculation for the past ten years.  

I get regular emails about all these "tiers" and exchange rates and preparations being made and protocols to be followed when you trot in to exchange your Zims or your Dinar or whatever else ---- for a decade.  And it is always the same story---- it's going to happen! 

It's going to happen next Tuesday.  It's been delayed.  It's going to happen this weekend.... there was this trouble, there was that trouble.... Saudi Arabia farted, a computer system failed, a Beta Test went sideways.  

There is always some excuse.  And there's always a new date, right around the corner, when all the pipedreams will come true.  Well, folks, I really hope they do.  But my Mama taught me that someday never comes.  She also taught me to observe what is right in front of my face, and what is right in front of my face is ten years of talk, talk, talk that is completely devoid of walk, walk, walk. 

And now we've got another version of this same schtick going on --- the Military is going to save us.  There's going to be a big announcement via the Emergency Broadcasting System and all of a sudden it's all going to be clear ---- except, of course, the Military's part in all this heinous crime and breach of trust.  It's going to happen January 19....no, no, it's going to happen January 21st..... no, no, it's going to happen February 6th..... 

And it's all part of a brilliant plan to entrap the members of Congress and the Media Moguls and the people like Bill Gates so that they face prosecution for Treason, or, alternatively, all the Bad Guys including Joe Biden are already dead and we're just watching a movie..... a distressing, ugly movie that we don't need and don't benefit from, for no reason at all.  

Oh, the Military is going to save us.  They've only had 158 years to do so, and it's right around the corner.  Oh, yes, really, for sure.  Our heroes are out there rescuing tortured children from underground bunkers and tunnels all over the world.  They are protecting us from China, Six Foot Tall Rabbits, and stale beer. Nobody knows the wonders and #@%%  blunders of our military....because most of it doesn't exist. 

But I observe that they've had 158 years to get off their butts and actually do something to protect the American States and People from the British Bounders and European Bankers and American Industrialists that have been robbing us blind and illegally conscripting and taxing and pillaging us for six generations.

And they haven't done so.  

I'm sorry, but I am done "hoping" or "waiting" for all these miscreant Employees to do the right thing.  The only White Hats I know are actually Gray Hats with lots of grease spots on their lapels.  

I want to see it.  I want to smell it.  I don't want to hear about it, and I certainly don't need any more excuses about softening up the American Public and trapping more rats in more legal snares.  

All I am seeing is John Roberts booking for England and taking the powder he so richly deserves.  And Joe Biden pumping out Executive Orders for all his Municipal Slaves to keep them wearing masks so they don't offend the sensibilities of his Arab Investors.

Great Almighty, please spare me the drama---- and the rest of you, look at the facts.  

This entire country has to wake up and stop waiting and stop hoping, gather all the common sense you ever had, and get off your rumps.  There's nobody here but us chickens and what is left of Public Law and Decency.  Hike up your skirts and unbutton your shirts and bring your mops and buckets.

Why is The Corporations Act of 1870 a Key Issue?

We know that both corporate and incorporated entities have to be created by living people or Lawful Persons. These things don't just get it on in a file drawer and procreate on their own. 

We know there is no provision for a Municipal Corporation to charter other Municipal Corporations, except as franchises.  So a Municipal Corporation has to be incorporated by a Territorial Corporation or other charter agent. 

The Territorial U.S. Government presumed to act "for" us and undertake the duties of our American Federal Republic, which the Territorial Government was never authorized to do --- and, the specific unauthorized power that they seized upon in 1870 was the power to charter corporations.

So they usurped upon an instrumentality of our actual Government in Breach of Trust and commercial service contract by failing to observe the limitations of The Constitution of the United States of America, and to add insult to injury, they began creating British Territorial Corporations for themselves instead of American Corporations ---even though they were purportedly exercising our power "for" us as faithful Trustees and acting in our best interests, etc., etc., etc. 

Hmmm.  

The next thing we notice is that the Territorial (also known as Commonwealth) Corporation chartered in Scotland in 1868 and doing business as "The United States of America" ---Incorporated, converted what remained of The United States Congress into its own Board of Directors, and passes an "Act" claiming the right to charter corporations in our name, abusing our sovereign powers under conditions of fraud and semantic deceit, without any valid claim to such empowerment  ----and there we have The Corporations Act of 1870.  

The next year these same players and interlopers passed the infamous Act of 1871 seeking to create Municipal Corporations for their own benefit.  That got shot down and repealed in 1874, but the rats kept at it, and by 1878, the Municipal Corporation of the District of Columbia was formed under the auspices of the Scottish Territorial Corporation doing business as "The United States of America" --- Inc. 

Now all of this is constructive fraud and fraud accomplished by semantic deceit and non-disclosure, identity theft, credit fraud, and Breach of Trust --- and it is all built upon sand, just waiting for a good tide to wash it away.  And now, the tide has come. 

The Territorial United States Government acted in fraud to pass The Corporations Act of 1870 and acted "in our name" ---it impersonated us to do this and pretended to be an Agent of our sovereignty--- without our knowledge, consent, or delegated authority to do so.  

Using that initial fraud, the Scottish Interloper created Municipal CORPORATIONS of all kinds seeking to benefit itself --- but pretending the whole time to "represent" us.   

The Municipal US CORPORATIONS that were created via this criminal enterprise all function under foreign law --- Roman Civil Law, not American Public Law.  

The next thing we notice is that all these US CORPORATIONS can lie, cheat, steal, and promote all kinds of fraud and crime --- as long as they don't get caught, because they function under Roman Civil Law. 

And then, we notice that these US CORPORATIONS are included as US CITIZENS under the Diversity of Citizenship Clause.  This saddles all US CORPORATIONS with the obligations and debts of Municipal citizens of the United States.  

Oh, my.   

The Corporations Act of 1870 is null and void for lack of standing to enact it and also for constructive fraud, impersonation, and semantic deceit which led to other crimes of personage, identity theft, credit fraud, unlawful conversion, kidnapping, trafficking of Lawful Persons in violation of Article IV of both The Constitution of the United States and The Constitution of the United States of America, inland piracy, and fraud, fraud, fraud.  

That means that the Act of 1871 (repealed in 1874) and all subsequent acts eventually creating the Municipal Corporation of the District of Columbia are null and void from inception.  

That means that all these corporations, both the US CORPORATIONS and the Territorial USA, Incorporated entities, were and are operating under invalid charters and don't have any right to exist under international and global law.  And neither do any of the US CORPORATIONS and franchises they have subsequently incorporated have any right to exist --- including all those incorporated under the State of Delaware operating as a Territorial franchise corporation.  

La-Dee-Dah.  These organizations are stateless and baseless and return by Operation of Law to the benefit of the American Government in liquidation. 

Our Employees explicitly did all this $%#@$^@ "in our names" and that means that we have the only valid ownership interest in all these creations and that the only way out of this situation -- for the corporations -- is to accept amnesty as lawful American Corporations, subject to the Public Law of this country, or face immediate and permanent liquidation.  

All of them.  Both USA Territorial Charters and US Municipal Charters are void. 

They have only one (1) option -- to come home and be re-chartered under our lawful international jurisdiction, and stand under the Public Law, or be liquidated.

The Thinking Man's Guide to Reality

Why was the first nation to recognize the American Government ---the Kingdom of Morocco?  At first glance, that doesn't make a lot of sense, but.... 

Because the French Army bankers known as the Payseurs, who financed much of the cost of the Revolution, are Jewish --- and the Jews prefer to do their banking business with Muslim bankers, it was necessary to forge a treaty with a Muslim nation as soon as possible.  

It is a sad fact that Muslim bankers are more honest and precise than either Jewish or Christian bankers, so the wise guys do all their banking with Muslim banks.  This has been the case since the Middle Ages and nothing has changed.

So the first Bank Treaty was with the Kingdom of Morocco to allow the Payseurs to directly access Muslim banking services "for" America.  This was the beginning of offshore banking after The War of Independence and was set up to expedite the repayment of war debt by the fledgling American Government.  

Those debts were accrued as a result of services and loans rendered by the French Payseurs on behalf of King George III.  

Yes, via an accommodation between the French King and his Jewish military bankers, George III financed both sides of the Revolutionary War.  George Washington, who was King George's Cousin, signed the Bank Treaty with Morocco.  

And that's where you get all these people running around claiming to be Ishmael el Bey and Latisha el Bey and so on.  They are making reference to this Treaty with Morocco, whether or not they have any standing to do so.

Even more interesting at the current time, why was the first nation to recognize our unincorporated Federation, The United States of America, as the legitimate government of this country --- Ethiopia?   

Because Ethiopia suffered a similar corporate take-over and knew that what we were saying and bringing forward was true as a result of their own experience. 

Fun and Games. 

Why were both Catholics and Calvinists joined together in 1877 to create the Second World War, complete with Swastikas and Nazis?   Aren't Catholics and Calvinists supposed to be bitter enemies?  

Only when they are playing their game of "Pillar and Post"---- Joachim and Boaz, the Carrot and the Stick.  Otherwise, they are great chums, equal snobs, and most importantly, shareholders in all the major British Banks and members of the Freemason Lodges.  

At that time, 1877, the Bank of Scotland was running the Big Con on the Americans, by impersonating our unincorporated Federation, The United States of America, as "The United States of America ----Incorporated".  So it was the shareholders of the Bank of Scotland hatching WWII.

Today, it's the shareholders of HSBC planning to take over the world and reduce the population to 500 million.  They simply shifted the bulk of their shareholder interest to China to protect their holdings behind a wall of clueless Chinese flesh, instead of a wall of clueless American flesh. 

Unfortunately for the Royal Bank of Scotland, the Bank of England, and numerous other parties besides HSBC and the Bank of France, which has been lurking underwater as the Roman Pontiff's "instrumentality" in all this, the cats are all out of their respective bags and nobody knows how to herd the felines together again.  

Now, anyone with any brains at all, knows that Francis is "Pope" in name only. 

This does not take more than five seconds and commonly available information to sort out.  

Francis was a Jesuit.  Jesuits take a lifetime vow to obey the Pope, period. 

So how does a Jesuit become Pope?  By the Pope telling him to do so, and no other way at all.  

What actually happened and what the records bear out, is that Benedict XVI wore two hats and occupied two offices --- both Pope of the Roman Catholic Church and Roman Pontiff --- head of the profane and pagan government of the City of Rome.  

So, Benedict kept in his own words, "the Ministerial Office" --- and remained Pope, while handing off the dirty work of the "Secular Church" to his loyal Jesuit slave, Francis, who "assumed" the Office of Pope for the purpose of liquidating the Office of the Roman Pontiff and the trust underlying that Office, the Romanus Pontifex, otherwise known as the Urban Trust. 

The word "urban" as in "urban development" comes down to us from an ancient family of that name --- Urban.  They were and still are the Stewards of Rome and keepers of the Urban --- which has come to mean "City"---- Trust, because the Urban Trust is the City of Rome Trust, which was founded seven centuries before Christ according to their present calendar, but actually 1800-plus years, give or take a century, before Christ. 

Ah, so..... 

The Romanus Pontifex was just the Secular Church name for it, as it funded the activities of the Office of the Roman Pontiff --- and amounted to something like $489 Trillion -- at the time that Benedict saw fit to liquidate it and the Office of the Pontiff associated with it, in 2011. 

Just in time for the FEDERAL RESERVE to finish its 2009 tactical bankruptcy. 

It was intended that the assets  in that ancient trust would be used to alleviate suffering and pay back humanity for hundreds of years of unjust taxation, murder, and predation.  Unfortunately, it was commandeered and assigned under conditions of deceit and non-disclosure, to JP MORGAN, instead. 

JP MORGAN, acting in the person of Jamie Dimon, quickly grabbed the ball and distributed the assets of the Urban Trust to colluding banks worldwide, taking his initial purloined "assignment" of the assets and, in turn, assigning assets to BIS, Bank of Brazil, and so on, in an absolute flurry of major asset assignments designed to bulwark Nazi-affiliated UN CORP and Paribus banks worldwide. 

As the Fiduciary of The United States of America, I knew this and protested it ---loudly, both to the guilty church members and Archbishops responsible for this, and to the international governments responsible for this --- most especially the "Pope Emeritus" who had by this time disappeared in Germany so that I was only able to complain to him via the Spanish King, Juan Carlos, the Canadian Government in the person of the GOVERNOR OF OTTAWA, and the Minister of Quebec  (the French Payseur Connection again). 

The GOVERNOR OF OTTAWA was also involved as the "principality" official responsible for the transfer of $950 Trillion worth of "Life Force Value Annuities" to Prince Philip in April 2017. Life Insurance Annuities owed on policies taken out on the "Missing Americans" --- before they went missing in 1946.  

If you have the impulse to reach for your hip-waders, so did I.  The inter-related pieces of the puzzle are enough to drive one mad. And the sheer amount of fraud and misrepresentation involved is enough to cause vertigo. 

The best guess is that the deeply entrenched Nazi affiliations of the House of  "Windsor" --- Saxe-Coburg-Gotha and Wettin, were shared with Pope Benedict XVI, who simply played a double-fisted game. As the Pope, he took proper action to correct, but via his loyal Jesuit, Francis, still acted as the Pontiff to protect the familial crime syndicates and the banks associated with them.  

And while we are thinking about odd stuff, let's also think about the sterling fact that the Hired Help --- the Territorial Congress and the Municipal CONGRESS and all their associated state-of-state franchises and "agencies" operating under Administrative Code --- have together, as "legislatures" --- compiled over 80 million statutes, codes, and regulations that they are supposed to obey, and which we are supposed to pay for on the enforcement end. 

Ouch.  Eighty million "private laws"  and the people loading everyone down with the craziness and expense of all this, can't even obey ten.

COVID: If there is no virus, why are people dying?

Since the beginning of this false pandemic, I’ve been offering compelling evidence that no one has proved SARS-CoV-2 exists.

Then people ask, “So why are all these people dying?”

I have explained that, many times, and in this article I’ll explain it again.

First of all, the whole notion that COVID-19 is one health condition is a lie. COVID IS NOT ONE THING.

This is both the hardest and simplest point to accept and understand.

Don’t reject the existence of the virus and then say, “So what is THE cause of people dying?” There is no ONE CAUSE. There is no one illness. There is no “it.”

By far, the biggest sources of illness we are dealing with are lung conditions: various kinds of pneumonia; flu and flu-like disease; TB; other unnamed lung/respiratory problems.

THESE ARE BEING RELABELED “COVID.” It’s a repackaging scheme. People are dying for those traditional reasons, and their deaths are being called “COVID.”

Thus, the old is artificially made new. It’s still old.

In this wide-ranging group of people who have traditional lung conditions, by far the largest component is the elderly and frail.

They are dying in nursing homes, in hospitals, in their houses and apartments. In addition to their lung problems, they have been suffering from a whole host of other conditions, for a long time, and they’ve been treated with toxic drugs.

They’re terrified that they might receive a diagnosis of “COVID,” and then they are given that diagnosis. THEN they’re isolated, cut off from friends and family. They give up and die.

This is forced premature death.

Some of these elderly and frail people are heavily sedated and put on breathing ventilators—which is a killing treatment. In a large New York study, it was discovered that patients over the age of 64, who were put on ventilators, died 97.2 % of the time. Staggering.

Some of these elderly and frail patients are now dying from reactions to the COVID vaccine—and of course, their deaths are listed as “COVID.”

Why else are people dying? In many cases, it’s a simple matter of bookkeeping. They die in hospitals for a variety of reasons, and staff write “COVID death” on their files. In the US, states receive federal money based on these statistics.

Let’s say that, in certain places around the world, there are clusters of deaths (being called COVID) that can’t be explained in the ways I’ve just described.

In those situations, you would have to examine EACH situation closely. For example, just prior to an outbreak in Northern Italy, was there a vaccination campaign? What was in the vaccine? A new breed of toxic substances?

You have to consider each cluster independently.

Getting the picture?

None of the “COVID deaths” anywhere in the world requires the existence of a new virus.

For instance, in Wuhan, where the whole business began, the first “COVID” cases of pneumonia occurred in a city whose air is HEAVILY polluted. In China, every year, roughly 300,000 people die from pneumonia. That means millions of cases. None of those deaths need to be explained by invoking a new virus.

Now, add to all this the fact that the PCR test for the virus is irreparably flawed and useless (for a variety of reasons I’ve explained in other articles). The test spits out false-positives like a fire hose. Thus, the high case numbers. If the authorities have to go to such extremes to paint a picture of a spreading viral epidemic…

There is no evidence that an actual germ is traveling around the world felling people. The “evidence” is invented.

The “pandemic” is invented.

The fraud is promoted.

During these fake epidemics (there have been many), someone will say: “But my neighbor’s son, who was very healthy, died suddenly. It must be the virus.”

No. People who appear to be healthy do die. Not just today, but going back in history as far as you want to go. No one has an explanation. They might have an explanation if they looked very closely, but they don’t look closely.

Favoring the “virus explanation” is a bias, a knee-jerk reaction, a response to propaganda.

If you think there must be other major reasons to explain “why all these people are dying,” keep in mind that “lung conditions” is a category that expands all over the globe. For instance, there are about one BILLION cases of flu-like illness EVERY YEAR on planet Earth.

Repackaging/relabeling just a small percentage of those cases alone would account for all official COVID death numbers.

What’s new about COVID is the STORY. That’s what’s being sold: a STORY about a virus.

Funky Bookkeeping 101-- MOCEE

Yesterday, I restated the fundamental problem --- that your identity as an American has been stolen, and your credit has been hijacked by criminals.  

Back in the 1930's -- prior to the common use of credit cards -- these crimes of identity theft and credit theft were virtually unknown.  

But that's what our Federal Subcontractors did to us, even back then.  

First, they purposefully misidentified all of us as British Territorial U.S. Citizens, and then again, as Municipal citizens of the United States, thereby stealing our identity as Americans.  

They seized upon our assets using this impersonation scheme, then used our assets as the basis of credit for themselves, and left us holding the bill.

We've been forced under coercion and duress (racketeering) to pay and pay and pay for property and other assets that were actually already ours. 

They now owe you and the other American victims of this scheme the entire "US" National Debt. Their debt is your credit. But that's not all the damage they have done.  They also stole our gold and silver and obstructed our access to remedy with their impersonation fraud. 

They call all these various Municipal CITIZENS operated under your NAME(S) "Federal Public Persons" and they admit that we all have a "Pre-Paid Non-Obligatory Commercial Debt Obligation Arrangement" with the UNITED STATES Corporation --- which is non-consensual and unconscionable, as well.  

This "non-obligatory debt obligation" was pre-paid using the 20,000 tons of gold they illegally confiscated from Americans during FDR's Administration, and which they used to set up the Federal Reserve Bank, the World Bank, and the IBRD (International Bank of Reconstruction and Development). It was also accrued via the non-consensual exchange of your silver for their I.O.U.s

The means they proposed to repay us for our gold and silver is called "Mutual Offset Credit Exemption Exchange" --- you owe them money for services rendered, and they owe you money because of their theft of your silver and gold, so it makes sense to "offset" these mutual debt obligations.  They also owe you for commandeering and using your "persons" in Breach of Trust and commercial service contract. 

This is how MOCEE is supposed to work:  I owe you ten, you owe me twenty, so we do the bookkeeping, offset the debts and voila -- you still owe me ten, and I am scot-free.  

Only they refuse to do the bookkeeping. 

You, average Americans, should have never had to pay a dime of any mortgage, tax bill, service or loan from any commercial bank or US Corporation.  Ever. 

This is, with respect to the gold and silver thefts, "memorialized" as 12 USC 95a: Regulation of Transactions in foreign exchange (remember, you are a "non-resident alien" with respect to them) of gold and silver; property transfers, vested interests, enforcement and penalties (Part 2).  

Are you all awake and listening? 

They, the Federal Employees, stole your privately-held gold to the tune of 20,000 tons of it, admitted. And then they stole your silver, by exchanging it for "Federal Reserve Notes" --- which are nothing but paper I.O.U.s, and they did it at face value, with interest assessed against you for the privilege.  

See the National Banking Emergency Act of 1933 which sets up the non-consensual "one for one" currency exchange -- our silver dollars in exchange for their paper I.O.Us as if they were of equal value.

All US Federal Corporations -- the Big Banks, Walmart, Microsoft, etc., are "federally bound" franchises (even though the Corporations Act of 1870 is fraud on the face of it and that has yet to be addressed) via their IRS Employee Identification Number and Federal Reserve Business Bank Accounts. 

They are all obligated to deliver goods and services to you and to offset any debt YOU may accrue.  You order the goods or services, they total the cost,  and adjust ("offset") the bottom line to zero and release the pre-paid items to you.  

Be it a house or a college loan or a car or a utility bill --- anything addressed to YOU qualifies for offset. 

The way they put it is that all Commercial Public Debt Obligations are owed by the UNITED STATES, INC. (and its actual franchises) which is the true Obligor in every transaction taking place in the commercial realm in this country.  

So, as you can now see, it is impossible for you, the living men or women, who are  Americans (and not U.S. Citizens or citizens of the United States) to owe any US Corporation anything, because any debts charged to YOU are already pre-paid.  

Any debt which is addressed to any fictitious US PERSON in your NAME is eligible for offset.  The corporations are obligated to pay back their debt to you, via Mutual Offset Credit Exchange Exemption, and then apply the "transitory loss" as a tax credit.

None of this was ever fairly or accurately disclosed to the American Public, and as a tiny number of eligible Americans were ever able to access relief, the remedy itself has been effectively denied by non-disclosure, the impersonation fraud scheme redefining us as Municipal citizens of the United States (thereby ineligible for exemption) and failure to comply on the part of the corporations. 

  

Read that again, America -- any bill or claim or lien or statement addressed to YOUR NAME in any all capital letters form or style whatsoever -- is a debt addressed to a U.S. Federal Public Person, not to you; you are not obligated to pay it.  The corporation presenting the bill is obligated to offset it as a tax credit. 

This is how they are supposed to be repaying you for the gold they stole from your grandparents and the silver they stole from you and your parents, both. Whatever bills addressed to YOU that you choose to offset are literally pre-paid and are part of the debt owed to you as an American. 

But first you have to be an American, and declare and record your birthright political status, because we are the ones they stole the gold and silver from in the first place.  And remember, the same hooligans have deliberately misidentified you as a Territorial U.S. Citizen and as a Municipal citizen of the United States, both, in an effort to cheat you out of your remedy. 

They've even bankrupted both the UNITED STATES (INC.) and the USA, Inc. in an effort to avoid paying, but because of the fraud and the non-disclosure and other aspects, these debts bypass the bankruptcy process and accrue directly to the Principals responsible.

You have to declare and record your birthright political status as an American in order to qualify for Mutual Offset Credit Exchange Exemption.

Happy Groundhog Day

I know someone who was born in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania. I need to give him a call and rattle his cage today, just for old times sake, and catch up on the latest groundhog gossip.

If you are going to gossip, let it be about something harmless and fun.

I am told that one year the groundhog made an escape and they had to use a stuffed one that kept falling over on camera. I can believe that. Apparently, anything is possible in Punxsutawney. Even being born there.

And of course, there is the iconic Bill Murray movie, Groundhog Day, which has become a cult classic, and my personal favorite --- though I can't quite place it in any genre. It's a comedy-drama-tragedy-religious parable. If you have never seen "Groundhog Day"---- consider watching it as a fitting way to celebrate this oddest major American holiday.

With or without a large bag of popcorn.

The premise of the movie is that time gets stuck, and just keeps replaying this one day --- which happens to be Groundhog Day, over and over and over.... in endless variations.

Our hero, Bill Murray goes through all the stages of grief as he struggles to accept his odd fate of endlessly reliving this same day. He mirrors shock, anger, denial, and finally, acceptance, and from acceptance, rebirth--- and he takes you along for the ride.

He starts out as the typical up-and-coming media shark, trying to bust someone or something on a wooden nickel. He's fast with the put-downs and the cynical banter, arrogant, self-important, grasping, alienated from any higher impulse. It's all about money and power and ego, ego, ego.

But, as he is forced to stop and relive Groundhog Day, out of sheer boredom, he starts to notice the rest of the world around him, and the other people in it. Despite his base beginning, he starts to care. And he starts to develop his own talents in response to caring.

His journey is the same journey we are all on. The fundamental change he undergoes as his ego is chiseled away is a refinement in the Refiner's fire, that we all need to accept--- and when we do, then miracles happen.

Instead of drifting along like a leaf on a flood-tide, we discover how much we have to offer, how much we are needed, what we can choose to be and what we can contribute. Even if, like Bill Murray's character, we start our journey as mean-spirited, selfish, cynical, largely useless snobs, we can -- if we pay attention to life's lessons, become a far better and far happier version of ourselves.

As an old woman on the other side of the learning curve, it's a Life Review tale. For younger people, it's a glimpse of what's to come, and how they can turn their own lemons into lemonade, one day at time. Even if it's the same day.

I usually watch "Groundhog Day" once a year, yes, on Groundhog Day. This year I'll be away from home, so the tradition will continue without me.

Reposting an Oldie but Goldie For Newbies

This article is archived on my website along with almost 3,000 others and is part of a searchable database, but with so many new people coming on board and re-joining their proper State Assembly, it may be time to repeat this little salvo for those suffering from the misapprehension that I am responsible for all the bad things that have happened or are happening to them:

To Wit:

There are 390 million people in America and they all have problems. You are all grown ups and have to move forward together to solve the problems set before us all. We have to seek peace knowing that no peace can exist without justice.

Our diligent research of many years' duration proves beyond any rational doubt that our lawful government has been usurped by “governmental services corporations” in the business of selling us — guess what? More governmental services. In the process they have set up a web of deceits and false legal claims designed to support and expedite their racketeering and use of armed force to make us buy and pay for more and more and more “governmental services”.

Obamacare is only a recent and obvious example.

The time has now come for Americans to wake up, restore their lawful government on the land, enforce the Organic and Public Law of this country and put the facts before all people, including our own.

These wrongs have been visited upon us in the international jurisdiction of the sea as a result of gross breach of trust by our international Trustee in that jurisdiction, the British Monarch, who has been in Breach of Trust with respect to the British people, the Americans, the Canadians, and the Australians for 150 years.

These are old frauds that have gone unnoticed and quietly perpetuated for generations so that they have accrued a patina of acceptability. We are told, “That’s the way we do things. That’s the way we’ve always done things.” — but according to massive amounts of public records worldwide, that simply is not true.

There are many people who have caught onto bits and pieces of this gigantic fraud and they have sounded the alarm. There are others who have misinterpreted such evidence and through ignorance have promoted their own pet theory without bothering to examine the rest of “the forest of lies” we are faced with.

My job here is to present you with the facts. Of course, I often add my own reasoning or opinion about the facts and you are welcome to disagree.

That said, I have work to do and a life to lead. I am not available to consult about individual court cases unless they present sweeping public interest issues that impact all of us.

I am also not here to argue with you about anything. If you have verifiable facts, bring them forward; if not, there is no point in ranting at me as if I created this mess or am responsible for anyone else’s inaction.

I am not your public servant.

I am not offering to “represent” you in any manner whatsoever apart from the fact that I am one of the “free sovereign and independent people of the United States” and whatever good I do for myself in my own behalf also accrues to all those others who are “free sovereign and independent people of the United States” by Maxim of Law and the requirements of our Organic Law which provides equal protection.

I am not an Oathkeeper nor Oath Breaker, either. I do my best to say yes or no and claim nothing more.

I am not a guru, Angel, devil, lawyer, etc., etc.,

I am a Great-grandma from Big Lake, Alaska, who can read and think like millions of other Americans and for whatever reasons– mostly a 17 year-long battle with the IRS–I decided to research the mess this country is in and how we got here.

The bare bones of that research and our resulting claim against the British Crown, various national governments, the American Bar Association, and at least five international banking cartels is presented in our sworn and published affidavit: “You Know Something Is Wrong When….An American Affidavit of Probable Cause” available on Amazon.com for around $20.
