The Church's Year

INTROIT Adore God, all ye His angels: Sion heard, and was glad; and the daughters of Juda rejoiced. The Lord hath reigned; let the earth rejoice; let the many islands be glad. (Ps. XCVI. 1.) Glory be to the Father and to the Son, and to the Holy Ghost, as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.

COLLECT Quicken, we beseech Thee, 0 Lord, the wills of Thy faithful: that they, more earnestly seeking after the fruit of divine grace, may more abundantly receive the healing gifts of Thy mercy. Through our Lord Jesus Christ Thy Son, who liveth and reigneth with Thee, in the Unity of the Holy Ghost, God, world without end, Amen.

EPISTLE (Col. I. 9—14.) Brethren, We cease not to pray for you, and to beg that you may be filled with the knowledge of the will of God, in all wisdom and spiritual understanding: that you may walk worthy of God, in all things pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God: strengthened with all might according to the; power of his glory, in all patience and long-suffering with joy, giving thanks to God the Father, who hath made us worthy to be partakers of the lot of the saints in light; who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of the Son of his love, in whom we have redemption through his blood, the remission of sins.

EXPLANATION In this epistle St. Paul teaches us to pray for our neighbor, and to thank God especially for the light of the true, only saving faith. Let us endeavor to imitate St. Paul in his love and zeal for the salvation of souls, then we shall also one day partake of his glorious reward in heaven.

GOSPEL (Matt. XXIV. 15—35.) At that time, Jesus said to his disciples: When you shall see the abomination of desolation, which was spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing in the holy place: he that readeth, let him understand: then they that are in Judea, let them flee to the mountains: and he that is on the house-top, let him not come down to take anything out of his house: and he that is in the field, let him not go back to take his coat. And woe to them that are with child, and that give suck, in those days. But pray that your flight be not in the winter, or on the Sabbath. For there shall be then great tribulation, such as hath not been from the beginning of the world until now, neither shall be: and unless those days had been shortened, no flesh should be saved: but for the   sake of the elect, those days shall be shortened. Then, if any  man  shall  say  to you: Lo, here is Christ, or there: do not believe him: for there shall arise false Christs  and  false  prophets, and shall show great signs and wonders, insomuch as to deceive (if possible) even the elect.   Behold, I have told it to you before hand: if therefore they shall say to you:  Behold, he is in the desert, go ye not out; Behold, he is  in the  closets, believe it not.    For as lightning cometh out of the east, and appeareth even into the west, so shall also the coming- of the Son of man be.    Wheresoever the body shall be, there shall the  eagles   also  be gathered  together.   And immediately after the tribulation of those days, the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven,   and  the powers of the heavens shall be moved: and then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven, and then shall all the tribes   of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with much power  and  majesty:   and he shall  send his an­gels with a trumpet and a great voice, and they shall gather together  his   elect  from   the four winds, from the farthest   parts   of   the   heavens   to   the   utmost bounds of them.   And from the fig-tree learn a parable: when the branch thereof is now tender, and the leaves come forth, you know that summer is nigh.    So   you also, when   you shall see all these things, know ye that it is nigh, even at the doors.  Amen I say to you, that this generation shall not pass till all these things be done. Heaven and  earth   shall  pass, but my words shall not pass.

EXPLANATION When you shall see the abomination of desolation. The abomination of desolation of which Daniel (IX. 27.) and Christ here speak, is the desecration of the temple and the city of Jerusalem by the rebellious Jews by perpetrating the most abominable vices, injustices and robberies, &c., but principally by the pagan Romans by putting up their idols. This destruction which was accomplished in the most fearful manner about forty years after the death of Christ, was foretold by Him according to the testimony of St. Luke. (XXI. 20.) At the same time He speaks of the end of the world and of His coming to judgment, of which the desolation of Jerusalem was a figure.

Pray that your flight be not in the winter or on the Sabbath. Because, as St. Jerome says, the severe cold which reigns in the deserts and mountains would pre­vent the people from going thither to seek security, and because it was forbidden by the law for the Jews to travel on the Sabbath.

There shall rise false Christs and false prophets. According to the testimony of the Jewish historian Josephus, who was an eyewitness of the destruction of Jerusalem, Eleazar, John, Simon, &c., were such false prophets who under the pretence of helping the Jews, brought them into still greater misfortunes; before the end of the world it will be Antichrist with his followers, whom St. Paul calls the man of sin and the son of perdition, (II Thess. II. 3.) on account of his diabolical malice and cruelty. He will rise up, sit in the temple, proclaim himself God, and kill all who will not recognize him as such. His splendor, his promises and his false miracles will be such that even the holy and just will be in danger of being seduced, but for their sake God will shorten these days of persecution.

Wheresoever the body shall be, there shall the eagles also be gathered together. That is, where the wicked are, who have aimed at spiritual corruption, there punishment will overtake and destroy them.

This generation shall not pass till all these things be done. By these words Christ defines the time of the destruction of Jerusalem, and says that many of His hearers would live to see it, which also happened. But when the end of the world will come, He says, not even the angels in heaven know. (Matt. XXIV. 36.) Let us endeavor to be always ready by leading a holy life, for the coming of the divine Judge, and meditate often on the words of our di­vine Lord: Heaven and earth shall pass, but my words shall not pass.

PRAYER Remove from us, O Lord, all that is calculated to rob us of Thy love. Break the bonds with which we are tied to the world, that we may not be lost with it. Give us the wings of eagles that we may soar above all worldly things by the contemplation of Thy sufferings, life and death, that we may hasten towards Thee now, and gather about Thee, that we may not become a prey to the rapacious enemy on the day of judgment. Amen.

INSTRUCTION CONCERNING PERJURY
Amen, I say to you.(Matt. XXIV. 34.)

The Son of God here, and elsewhere in the gospel, con­firms His word by an oath, as it were, for swearing is nothing else than to call upon God, His divine veracity, His justice, or upon His creatures in the name of God, as witness of the truth of our words. — Is swearing, then, lawful, and when? — It is lawful when justice or necessity or an important advantage requires it, and the cause is true and equitable. (Jer. IV. 2.) Those sin grievously, there­fore, who swear to that which is false and unjust, because they call upon God as witness of falsehood and injustice, by which His eternal truthfulness and justice is desecrated; those sin who swear in a truthful cause without necessity and sufficient reason, because it is disrespectful to call upon God as witness for every trivial thing. In like manner, those sin grievously and constantly who are so accustomed to swearing as to break out into oaths, without knowing or considering whether the thing is true or false, whether they will keep their promise or not, or even if they will be able to keep it; such expose themselves to the danger of swearing falsely. "There is no one," says St. Chrysostom, "who swears often, who does not sometimes swear falsely, just as he who speaks much, sometimes says unbecoming and false things." Therefore Christ tells those who seek perfection, not to swear at all, (Matt. V. 34.) that they might not fall into the habit of swearing and from that into perjury. He who has the habit of swearing should, therefore, take the greatest pains to eradicate it; to accomplish which it will be very useful to reflect that if we have to render an account for every idle word we speak, (Matt. XII. 36.) how much more strictly will we be judged for unnecessary false oaths! God's curse accompanies him who commits perjury, in all his ways, as proved by daily experience. He who commits perjury in court, robs himself of the merits of Christ's death and will be consumed in the fire of hell, which is represented by the crucifix and burning tapers, in presence of which the oath (in some places) is taken. If you have had the misfortune to be guilty of perjury, at once be truly sorry, weep for this terrible sin which you have committed, frankly confess it, repair the injury you may have caused by it, and chastise yourself for it by rigorous penance.

What Happened?

It was Halloween, 1960. I and my version of the Peanuts Gang were Halloweening. In Black River Falls, Wisconsin, we didn't go "Trick or Treating". We went Halloweening. Every year. No exceptions.

I was a hobo with a crushed hat, patched coat two sizes too big, tattered pants and big, scuffed work boots. My best friend, Ann, was a Gypsy Lady with a shawl and a silk scarf over her head and a pair of the biggest hoop earrings any of us had ever seen. Her older sister, Lisa, was a pirate, and she was riding the Spook-Spackler, a giant, ramshackle bicycle that once belonged to a much older (male) cousin.

To ride the Spook-Spackler you had to line it up with a stairway, like on a porch, and leap onto the seat while wobbling forward, then wait for the pedal to come up before you could hit it with your foot, and then wait for the other pedal to come up and hit that. It was like riding a bicycle in slow motion.

We were accompanied on our mission by Sam, a giant reverse-spot Dalmatian, who, strictly speaking, belonged to our neighbors, but he loved kids and was always ready for an adventure, so.... he was AWOL that night and we simply brought him home after the festivities. Most Dalmatians are white with black spots, but once in a while, you get one that is black with white spots. Sam was one of those, so it was almost like he was in costume, too.

The Transylvania Twist and The Mummy and all the popular silly doo-wop Halloween songs were playing on phonographs all over town as we tromped from house to house. It was a memorable night that involved dust devils, Lisa swooping up and down the street behind us on the Spook-Spackler, the dog chasing behind her, a white cat attacking Sam and riding him like a horse down the middle of the street, and the biggest, weirdest haul of Halloween loot ever.

We were less than a week away from the 1960 Presidential Election, the great debate between John F. Kennedy and Richard Nixon was a very recent memory, and both the Republicans and the Democrats were pulling out all the stops, trying to capture the Kid Vote, vying with each other in lavishing treats on us, and stuffing our plastic pumpkins full of campaign buttons and pamphlets.

We all agreed that Democrat Snickers bars beat Republican popcorn balls, and therefore predicted a win for Kennedy. And we were right, as kids usually are.

I still have a large JFK campaign button gifted to me that night, one of the really big ones, with a photo of him on it. He's smiling that all-American smile of his. I always thought he should have been a pilot instead of in the Navy, but what do kids know? Besides the outcome of elections?

Every year on the anniversary of his assassination, I take that campaign button out, hold it in my hand like a Magic Token, and wonder --- what happened to this country? What happened to the Democrat Party?

It used to be fun. It used to be high-minded. A few weeks later, in January of 1961, Kennedy gave his inaugural address and we heard, "Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country."

That's such a far cry from the whining and victimhood and loser narrative that is now the stock and trade of Democratic candidates. JFK's Inaugural Address is so completely foreign and removed from the dreary self-pitying, self-absorbed, partisan, anti-American drivel that pours like poison out of Democrats today. The entire Democrat political party is unrecognizable, but the Republicans, aside from the RINOs, are still the same.

Maybe it is the fact that conservative values are conservative, or simply a firmer grasp on reality that goes along with less imagination, but I can still recognize the Republican Party sixty years later. At the Fall Festival parties that have replaced Trick or Treating in many communities, popcorn balls are still featured. Cake Walks still happen. Life goes on and Snoopy still sleeps on the roof of his dog house.

But among the Democrats, it's a completely different deal. They are giving the kids condoms as "treats" and passing out pamphlets about "liberation theology". There is no connection between JFK's clean, expansive, inclusive vision and what's on offer from the Democratic Party today. Today, it's the party of wanton disrespect for life, disrespect for God, and disrespect for country, all salted down by snarky, holier-than-thou news commentators.

What happened, people? What kind of poisonous evil, what horrible betrayal of JFK and everything he stood for, has come to pass in the Democratic Party?

The American People have spent untold trillions of dollars on every Democratic Party Sacred Cow and things have only gotten worse. Test scores in the toilet, crime statistics in the stratosphere, Nanny State oppression at all time highs, kids afraid to go out at night --- because there are real vampires on our streets.

It has to end.

Somewhere, somehow, Democrats all over this country are reading this message and in the back of their minds they are wrestling with my question---what happened?

Whatever happened, we, Americans, have to get the train back on track, and that can only happen if we have a common vision. JFK had a vision in common with all people, everywhere. And he was a Democrat. So you have no excuse for what is happening to this country now.

Go back and read his speeches, take in the self-reliance and optimism he taught, and the truth that he and his brother, Robert, served up so bravely and on so many occasions. And then, shake off the lies and the snarking and the self-pity and the cheating. Rise above the criminality that has infested every vestige of political reality.

If there is one rallying cry left that can heal this country and bring back its dynamism and joy and sense of self, it's a bequest from a Democrat, and you know who he is and how he died. You owe it to yourselves to find out what happened. And you owe it to him to uphold his vision for all mankind.

Tonight, on Mainstream "news" or what passes for it, I heard the fear in the voices of the Talking Heads--- the telltale lapses, the uncertainty beginning to creep in, the shrill little stentorian high notes.

It's coming and they know it. Half the Congress has stopped talking to them and the other half is ditching the pitch.

And nothing they can say about Donald Trump, no sleazy innuendo, no amount of puerile Junior High School put downs or vicious personal attacks will save them now.

God knows, it has been a long time coming, ever since the Second World War.

And I just can't wait for the retirement party.

We've got a generation of actual American Journalists standing in the wings ready to take over, people like James O'Keefe and Dana Ashlie.

I'll finally be able to stand more than five minutes of the "Evening News" again.

About the General Jural "Assemblies" and Their False Claim

These are District Assemblies and contain a mish-mash of confused Americans, actual U.S. Citizens, and even some Municipal citizens of the United States, all milling together in ignorance.

Their most recent contribution to the overall confusion is a false claim that they have "settled" the Alaskan land issues.

They have no standing to settle anything.

The properly recorded and declared People of this State have received the enrollment of Alaska as a full-fledged State of the Union as a result of work undertaken by our sister Assemblies that are up and operating in the States of the Union that were already enrolled prior to the Civil War.

They, the pre-Civil War State Assemblies, have acted to accept our enrollment as Union States and that is what settles the land and soil jurisdiction of Alaska.

Nothing that any so-called "General Jural Assembly" has done has any effect at all, because the people in those assemblies have no standing -- not as district employees of bankrupt Municipal and Territorial corporations, and not as Americans, either, because they have not bothered to declare and record their birthright political status.

Despite these wrong-headed and actually illegal activities by both undeclared Foreign Agents and well-intentioned but ignorant Americans, the actual State Assemblies have continued their well-reasoned and lawful course of action and have continued to grow and to secure relief for their members and their States.

The Settlement of not only Alaska but all the Western States and even West Virginia, which entered Territorial Statehood during the Civil War, is a great and long-overdue achievement of the American People standing in their correct political status and having the actual standing to act.

Our gratitude duly extends to our sister States of the Union and all those who have taken the time and made the effort to study and to declare and to record their proper standing as birthright Americans and as members of the actual State Assembly in their pre-Civil War States of the Union. Without them and their action on our behalf, Alaska and many other States would have remained indefinitely in a vulnerable and quasi-legal Territorial Statehood status.

So the final Settlement of our Land and Soil is done, but not by the hands of the "General Jural Assembly" and not even by the hands of The Alaska Assembly.

This was done by the primarily Eastern States Assemblies, by The Texas Assembly, by The California Assembly --- by all those that were already enrolled as States of the Union prior to the Civil War.

This is their victory and their doing, and they are the only ones on Earth who were ever capable of making this Settlement possible.

This Thanksgiving we can all reach across the miles to our brothers and sisters, Americans still standing, who have made this watershed event possible against all odds, and we can be forever grateful to them for their help in time of need, for their generosity and steadfastness and their careful due diligence. It's because of them that our land is our land at last, and our soil is vouchsafed to us retroactive to the date that each Western State entered Territorial Statehood.

I cannot think of a greater gift than to have the land and soil under one's feet and under one's home, secure at last. Thanks to all the pre-Civil War State Assemblies with all our hearts!

And as for the shameful attempts of the General Jural Assemblies to take credit for this, we can only chalk it up to Bad Faith and ignorance.

Common Misconceptions-- 7.0: Lawful Fictions and Legal Fictions

In our discussion about "states" we got a glimpse of how many different kinds of states there are, or which may be defined and labeled, and thus come into a kind of existence that we accept as being real, much as we suspend our sense of reality when watching a movie.

When we describe our States of the Union as physical places with political boundaries, most of us realize that the political boundaries are fictional and more or less arbitrary. These political borders exist by social convention, a sort of mutual group acceptance that agrees to honor the existence of the border between, say, Wisconsin and Minnesota---even though we know that there is no such border mandated by Nature and no fence separating Hudson, Wisconsin from St. Croix, Minnesota.

We call these mental constructs "legal fictions". And yes, Hudson, Wisconsin and St. Croix, Minnesota, are legal fictions, too. They don't really exist, but we name a spot on the globe --- give it a label, and voila--- a "mixed reality" is born. The actual place is wedded to an artificially constructed location and an arbitrary label, resulting in: St. Croix, Minnesota or Detroit, Michigan.

It's handy as can be, if you need to get to Detroit, or want to tax property located in and around St. Croix, Minnesota --- but we need to realize that this is all fictional and arbitrary, a sort of matrix or grid superimposed on the factual world we actually live in.

Yes, there is a town built at the location we call St. Croix, Minnesota, but the town isn't the location, and the name is arbitrary. We could just as well call that location Lumsdil, Umpsaquah.

Once you become aware of legal fictions you can see them everywhere. The title or patent to a piece of land is a legal fiction. The name of your bank is a legal fiction. Even your Proper Name can be unlawfully converted and construed as a legal fiction.

While we all know that "GM" and "BMW" and "IBM" are big commercial corporations in various lines of business, it's generally harder for people to see that DOJ, FBI, CIA, USMC, US DISTRICT COURT, STATE OF GEORGIA and IRS are all commercial corporations in various lines of business in exactly the same way. The Department of the Army and the Oconto Fire Department and the Greenhills Food Cooperative are all legal fictions, too.

These organizations which appear to be part of the government aren't part of any sovereign government at all.

They are subcontractors -- hired professionals who are employees of corporations that are, in turn, subcontractors of various incorporated Holding Companies, who are, in turn, subcontractors of Principals who are obligated to perform under the Constitutions.

More legal fictions.

With every layer or compartment built within this system, both knowledge and accountability are lost, until we have subcontractors of subcontractors of subcontractors of subcontractors.... and often, the "endline" subcontractors are being misguided and are ramming around terrorizing the people who fund their paychecks.

This is what happens when we let legal fictions run wild, and fail to recognize the difference between all these "persons" and living people. Or even worse, forget who we are and where we are.

We can "lose our way" and become lost in a fictional world, at the mercy of the monsters who inhabit the realms of fiction.

Thought-forms, or as we call them, thought-constructs, are very handy for organizing things, for making useful plans and agreements, and for defining functions and duties.

Thus, especially in terms of business and government, thought-constructs and legal persons are common as dirt --- and most of us can readily understand that "Mayor" or "Governor" or any other such "office of personhood" is a legal fiction. Both private corporate offices and public offices are all legal fictions.

Each such legal fiction has to be defined and a label or title has to be applied to it, in order to give it form and certain meaning, just as GM had to define itself with a name and trademarks and copyrights in order to distinguish its products and business "persona". Each office has to have duties and rights assigned.

One of the pernicious evils of using legal fictions as we use them today, is that the lines between fact and fiction can become blurred and our awareness of legal fictions can become dulled to a point where we no longer realize that we are dealing with fictional entities --- like the State of Georgia.

When this happens, the meaning and importance and "standing" of actual and factual people can fade away and be lost in a hall of mirrors.

Let's take an important example -- your name.

Let's say that your parents named you "Ellie Mae", which is your Given Name, and also say that you inherited the family name "Johansen".

Your Proper Name is then "bicameral" --- it has two parts or "houses". Ellie Mae is your own "house" and Johansen is your family "house". We see this same system in play in legislatures, congresses, and parliaments the world over.

Taken together, this yields your Proper Name: Ellie Mae Johansen.

Your Proper Name is called your Lawful Person.

It's a "person" --- that is, it is a fiction, but it is lawful -- and therein lies an important distinction.

Lawful Persons stand under and are protected by the Public Law, such as the Constitutions.

Legal Persons stand under various forms of private corporation law, and have no such protections --- and here's the rub:

In international jurisdiction there is no practical way of telling the difference between your Lawful Person standing on the land, and a Legal Person of the same exact name, employed by a corporation.

Ellie Mae Johansen looks and sounds the same whether "she" is standing on the land or drifting on the sea.

But bear in mind that the Lawful Person known as Ellie Mae Johansen is owed the Public Law and all her constitutional protections, while a Legal Person also named Ellie Mae Johansen, is subject to whatever whims and private laws and statutes and codes her bosses dream up for her.

Your Given Name -- in this case, "Ellie Mae" is your own property, a gift from your parents.

Your Family Name -- in this case, "Johansen" belongs to all the Johansens that are scattered around the world.

Your Proper Name, also known as your Lawful Person, in this case, Ellie Mae Johansen, stands on the land of your birth and under the Public Law (including the Constitutions) of your country.

Your Proper Name, however, can be mistaken for the name of a Legal Person operating in the international jurisdiction of the sea, and such legal fictions are subject to whatever abuse and whims and codes and regulations may befall them.

Why? Because legal fictions are unhinged and detached from factual reality.

I was recently sent an article in which the UNITED STATES BAR ASSOCIATION --- a Municipal Corporation franchise, voted to implement forced vaccinations and make them mandatory.

But we can't prosecute them for it. It's almost a joke. You can't harm a corporation by vaccinating it. Bring on the needles!

You can only harm clueless people who have forgotten who they are, and who "voluntarily" line up and obey mandates issued to legal fiction PERSONS, like ELLIE M JOHANSEN.

The tragedy is that there are plenty of clueless people who do accept such bogus mandates and who do act upon them to their own serious detriment and the detriment of others around them.

When they come back to the UNITED STATES BAR ASSOCIATION and to PFIZER and the UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT because they are the "one in twenty-five" who has been crippled, maimed, or murdered as a result of obeying such a mandate, they (or their devastated families) will be told --- we're sorry, but you did this to yourself. It was entirely voluntary.

Just like paying Federal Income Tax is voluntary.

Just like Selective Service is voluntary.

Oh, and by the way, since the 1980's all the vaccine manufacturers have been released from any responsibility for adverse side effects caused by vaccines. The UNITED STATES CONGRESS used to stand good for it, but they are bankrupt and permanently out of business, so.... take your misery and your injuries down the street, because there is nobody here who owes you any care or consideration for vaccine-related injuries.

PS ---- We are all legal fictions, and you are a living man. Too bad you got confused about that.

Let's see if Facebook has the balls to ban this information as being contrary to their "community" --- i.e., corporate --- standards.
