This is a sad story.  Irwin Schiff dies in Prison shackled to his bed. What a shame, but nothing new for the cabal.

Irwin Schiff, the father of financial commentator Peter Schiff, died last Friday (October 16, 2015) in prison, shackled to a hospital bed.

Legally blind and dying of cancer, he was not permitted to die in peace among his family members.

Peter's comments on his father's life and the monstrously cruel way he was treated by the government:

"My father Irwin A. Schiff was born Feb. 23rd 1928, the 8th child and only son of Jewish immigrants, who had crossed the Atlantic twenty years earlier in search of freedom. As a result of their hope and courage my father was fortunate to have been born into the freest nation in the history of the world. But when he passed away on Oct. 16th, 2015 at the age of 87, a political prisoner of that same nation, legally blind and shackled to a hospital bed in a guarded room in intensive care, the free nation he was born into had itself died years earlier. -

Here is a real gem to share with all the out of control corporate mercenaries pretending to be peace officers...they have no public office, therefore, no public authority any different from any authority any of us have, no public bonds, and in most cases, no liability insurance. 

They just ASSUME that they have been elected to public office when they haven't, and they ASSUME that their employer has bonded them and paid their liability insurance, but in all cases I have looked at, they haven't.

Money has gone out of the public treasury for liability insurance, usually tagged as "risk management"--- but no bonds or insurance policies have been paid for employees.

Same thing with federal and federal "State" judges--- such judges are required to have five credentials on record--- license, certified oath, surety bond, liability bond, renouncement of kol nidre/Masonic Oath---and none of them do.

The import of the Bond case in my view is that it is the corporation covering its own butt by admitting that their corporate "law" can't be applied to people, only "persons". The Motu Proprio issued by Pope Francis July 11, 2013 makes the point even more specific and jabs it deeper---- making the judges, clerks, and others 100% individually and commercially liable---- subject to liens in commerce, including agricultural liens.

Live reports of extensive helicopter activity in the Flathead Valley today over Flathead Lake

I just received a phone call from one of our Oathkeepers who is on recon in the Flathead Valley south of Kalispell Montana. He was at a business in Kalispell about 4 PM this afternoon when him and his friends noticed 4 CH 47 helicopters and 2 Blackhawk helicopters flying directly over southeast Kalispell heading southwest at a high rate of speed.

He jumped in his pickup and followed them south. He noticed when he reached Proctor Montana and started back North on Highway 93, that 2 Blackhawks and 1 CH47 were coming across Flathead lake south of Lakeside from East to West and kept on going West over the hills.

This is highly unusual to see this much helicopter traffic on one day in this area. To the group doing the recon this is more than a little alarming, and they are making a big effort to track this traffic down and find out what is going on.

In the meantime we are going to condition yellow and standing by for more information, which will be forwarded as soon as received.

This is NOT any kind of communications drill, but is as real as it gets people, so be aware and keep your radios on..

UPDATE Tuesday 10 20 15

After activating our network on the Werner Peak repeater at 147.260, and making a few phone calls to the right people in the Flathead Valley, we were able to determine within about 2 hours or less that this was an event that happens every year called  BOSS LIFT   It's designed to reward the employers in the valley that support the  ARMY NATIONAL GUARD and ARMY RESERVE station north of town with a helicopter ride over the valley.  This year seems to be the exception in that there was much more traffic than we have noticed in the past.  My source in the Flathead says there is no cause for alarm, even though the numbers of helicopters was more than usual, and one of our Oathkeeper hams, was able to verify in person that there was one CH47 and 2 Black Hawk helicopters on the tarmac at the Glacier Int. Airport about 5:45 PM confirming at least part of what he saw in the air earlier in the afternoon.

That is where we left it, but I have to comment that our network is working like we intended, as we were able to work with this report in real time, and verify that what was seen was real.  

I would advise everyone to carry some kind of digital camera with them to shoot pics and video of these incidents. My smartphone is a Galaxy 5 by Samsung and I have an app that will let me upload video to my blog within a few minutes of taking the video.  Most any good smartphone will do the same.
We need lots of pictures when you go out on one of these recon missions.

I am a scientist by nature and training---analytical to the bone. It always comes as a shock to people that I take the Bible seriously. I shrug and say, "There are 648 prophecies in the Bible (at least so far as I can count) and all but a handful have come true."

Go figure, eh?

This could be because we are in some sort of cosmic feedback loop, reliving yet another version of what has already happened before, and which is therefore happening again according to generally known parameters.

According to modern physics and mathematical theories, it's possible. Time viewed as an ever-expanding matrix of information could have a repeat pattern as predicted by fractal mathematics. Our experience of "history" could simply expand like adding another chamber of larger size but similar shape to a chambered Nautilus shell.

This would explain the "eternal return" of things and the existence of such mythic patterns as "the once and future king".

We are in this day and age in the midst of such a repeat pattern and facing a known and ancient evil that first entered the written history of mankind approximately 8,000 years ago. It is the same evil that Abraham fled when he left the Babylonian city of Ur, the same evil that Moses fled when leaving Egypt. No doubt it is the same evil that led to the Flood and which is prophesied to cause the destruction by Fire.

That great evil is idolatry, and it's chief form is --- money.

In the wake of Umpqua Community College shooting, Oath Keepers to form college student groups on college campuses across the U.S. (starting here in Oregon) to teach the students to fight back.  As part of its new S.T.O.P (Students Taking Over Protection) program, Oath Keepers military, police, and first-responder instructors will teach the students to fight back with empty hands, improvised weapons, knives, and firearms, and will teach them effective combat mindset and awareness techniques and strategies so the students can be their own “first-responders” and take out an active shooter.

Just as post 9-11, where people no longer submit and cooperate in their own murders on planes, the obvious answer to school shootings on college and high school campuses is that the students must stop submitting and cooperating in their own murders.   They must fight back, and we will show them how.

Like millions of other young Americans, these college students have been conditioned since grade school to be passive, submissive and “non-violent” – taught that violence is “never the answer” despite reality showing that sometimes violence is the ONLY answer.  So it should be no surprise that the students at Umpqua Community College (with the notable exception of Army veteran Chris Mintz) were passive, submissive, and obeyed the commands of the shooter.  They allowed themselves to be herded into a corner and then complied with his commands to lay down on the floor and obediently remained on the floor until ordered one at a time to stand up where they were asked by the shooter if they were religious or not. If they answered “no” they were shot in the arm or the leg, If they answered “yes” they were shot in the head.   The shooter did this one at a time, one after another, with the students obediently laying on the floor until it was their turn to stand and be shot.  The conditioning was so severe that even when it was made clear that they were all to be shot, they still remained on the floor.

The Diabolical Nature of What Has Been Done

Every day I talk to knowledgeable patriots who nonetheless don't quite grasp the diabolical nature of what has been done to them by international corporations acting under color of law and pretending to "represent" their states of the union.

It's diabolical as a Chinese headlock, but simple really:

We are born on the land and are considered heirs of the land assets of our country.

But within hours undeclared agents of the federal "State" franchise get our Mothers to sign Certificates of Live Birth. These documents are misrepresented as simple recordings of the baby's birth. Instead, they are registrations of commercial "vessels" using the baby's name, and serving to make the "State" franchise the beneficiary of the baby's estate on the land.

However many days, weeks, or months later as determined by "State" law, your "vessel in commerce" is reported "missing, presumed dead" to the probate court, which then doctors the civil records and converts your living estate to a trust ESTATE benefiting the perpetrators of this scheme.

You are now officially "dead" with respect to the land jurisdiction and unless you take action to correct the probate court records, you and your assets are permanently trapped in the international jurisdiction of the sea. You are therefore unable to take recourse to your holdings on the land or the law forms of the land that you are owed. Ever heard the Constitution called the "Law of the Land"?

This is why your constitutional guarantees don't apply. There's no version of "you" operating on the land as a result of this fraud.

The Correct Gun Control Argument

I have been thinking something for the past five years I would love to share with everyone in America.

Why is it that Obama and his Democrat friends are always calling on everyone else to give up their guns? If they are against guns, why are they buying millions of them, and billions of rounds of ammo to go with them?

Hmm?

Why not lead by example?

Why not turn in all the "federal agency" guns and all the commercial mercenary army guns that have been purchased with our tax money for starters?

After that, Mr. Obama and Mr. Biden and all their friends and cohorts all across the nation and all the people who are "afraid of guns" ---- can safely divest themselves of all those dangerous firearms in their possession.

Nobody will complain or try to stop them from disarming themselves.

I would be willing to collect all the Democrat-owned firearms in America and see to it that these orphaned firearms find good homes with new owners who appreciate the beauty and value of good, useful tools.

The entire argument about "gun control" needs to be turned on its head. If the Democrats are worried about being able to control their guns, by all means, they should be allowed to lock them up in a safe place or turn them in to the nearest American National Guard Unit.

The rest of us who feel competent to use tools only when appropriate don't have a problem with guns. It's Mr. Obama and his buddies who have their knickers in a knot about guns, so it would seem that they should be the first and willing ones to divest themselves of guns.

Right?

Makes sense to me.

Afterall, we aren't forcing a single Democrat-Flower Child- Nature Worshiping Demi-Urge or anyone else to own guns. We are just maintaining our own right and responsibility to do so---- and the words "shall not be infringed" are pretty straight forward.

Can A Citizens Led Mass Arrest Work?

The M Word - Militia, What is it, really?

The militia is defined  by Wikipedia as: an army or other fighting force that is composed of non-professional fighters; citizens of a nation or subjects of a state or government that can be called upon to enter a combat situation, as opposed to a professional force of regular, full time military personnel. It was common for militias to engage guerrilla warfare or defense instead of attacking.

Our founding fathers felt so strongly about our natural right to self defense and the necessity of an armed militia for the protection of that right, that they wrote it right into our founding documents.

The modern militia movement began to gain serious ground after the Waco incident, as we began to open our eyes, as Americans, to just how far our own government would go to set up a pretext to demonstrate the so called need for our alphabet soup agencies and their accompanying funding. After the Federal Building was bombed and the start of an intensive mis-information campaign, the movement went largely underground.

Today, unfortunately, due in large part to the mainstream media, SPLC, ADL and other so called watch groups, the mainstream perception of the militia is so very far from the truth. Today we are called extremists, domestic terrorists, and you can be sure to throw in a few back handed comments about us all being toothless, back-woods, hillbillies and rednecks. While a good majority of us may indeed come from a backwoods background, we need to really look at what is the truth behind the demonization. Instead of being called the derogatory, dismissive names that we are, we need to start calling the good-folks that serve in the Citizen Militia what they really are; first responders, former Military, current military, fire fighters, EMT’s, doctors, medical professionals, small business owners, husbands, wives, sons and daughters, preppers, true American Patriots, and heroes.

My first experience, personally, with what I would consider a real, trained, competent, and professional citizen’s militia of today, was at Bundy Ranch. Since then, I have had the honor and privilege to work, train, and deploy on patriotic operations such as Sugar Pine Mine and Lincoln County Montana with some of these incredible people. Whether it is standing guard over our own military recruiters that are not allowed by their own government to defend themselves after what any sane thinking human being would call an act of terrorism, or standing shoulder to shoulder with these fellow Americans as they took time away from their jobs and loved ones to go to Bundy Ranch and say we will not let another Waco happen on our watch.

I implore every American who is buying into the mainstream lies to reach out to your local militia, 3% group, or Oath Keeper chapter, and see for yourself, from your own experience, just who it is that makes up the fabric of our modern American Militia Movement.

After Action Report - Operation Big Sky - White Hope Mine in Lincoln Montana

I am back in Eureka after 1 month and 4 days in Lincoln Montana at Operation Big Sky, the security operation for the White Hope Mine, where George Kornec and his partner Phil Nappo, asked the Oathkeepers to come and make sure the US Forest Service didn't deny them their due process rights under the 4th and 5th Amendments to the US Constitution.

My role was to establish communications from a very remote mining location, far off the grid and without any telephone or cell service, and to make sure those comms stayed up and running 24/7 while we were in the area. The challenge was daunting. The only power available at the mine was solar, or by generator. The distance between the mine and Lincoln is about 20 miles, but the terrain is difficult to say the least. The mine sits in a big bowl with mountains in 3 directions around it, and only one narrow V pathway out, which was in the general direction of Lincoln but not a straight shot for signal.

I picked the Three Bears Motel in the west end of Lincoln because I saw there could be a signal pathway right down the highway through Lincoln which pointed in the general direction of the mine.  I rented the room closest to the highway, and went to the mine that night to set up a portable base station for the security crew already on station just 150 feet from the entrance to the mine's main shaft.

Update on the White Hope Mine, and Operation Big Sky

Hey everyone,  I am still in Lincoln after arriving on August 4th. 

It's been a wild ride with something new almost every day.  Many people have come from around the country to help for a short time, and have gone again.

We have had people from Texas, South Carolina, Oregon, Washington,Colorado, many from Idaho and Montana, and probably more states that I don't know about.

We have accomplished many of the objectives we came here for. There is a pathway now in the corporate tribunal that calls itself the federal court system. There are attorneys involved and advisers with some very specialized knowledge of mining laws involved. If it were not for Oathkeepers leading this action there could have been some very ugly actions taken against these veterans and miners, and we feel we stopped that cold in it's tracks. We have had lots of help from the Idaho III% groups and the Josephine County Oathkeepers. 

It has truly been an honor to meet some great people and see again some of the people who were at the Bundy ranch and the Sugar Pine mine. 

Of course there are many incidents going on around the country; too many for us to be at all of them, but you can be sure we will always do whatever we can to stand for truth, and good order, where we can make sense out of some bad situations, and where we see we can do some real good for freedom.

We have had lots of local support in the last two weeks from people who at first were not at all sure of who we are and what we do to protect their rights.  That has all changed, except in the minds of the liberals in the area, who won't believe it even when their leftist good ole boy club is losing all it's power when the people get fully awake very soon.

More about all that in a future after action report once I get home.

In the meantime, we still need your support, as it looks like it could easily be almost two weeks yet before we come home to rest and get ready for the next one. Yes there are more hot spots popping up around the country where we will be needed. 

We got great support from some local hams. K7LMT Bill Kornec, the nephew of George Kornec, the principle miner, has been invaluable as an anchor station, and in many other ways helping smooth the path with the locals. He comes to our 1.914 net every so often, and so does K7WES Wes Rowe, who donated a five element 2 meter beam that really helped our communications effectiveness between here and the mine.

We also have a great working relationship with the people who own the Three Bears Motel where I have been since the beginning. Kevin and Louanne Minear have been the most gracious of hosts, and we even have been able to meet and visit at length with Louanne's parents who are here for about 30 days staying in their motorhome. 

I picked this Motel because I thought I could get a good signal into the mine from here, and that turns out to be the case. Of course the heavy smoke in the air from the fire between here and the mine sometimes partially disrupts the signal but we can still talk.  Hey, if it ain't broke don't fix it, right?

We still need some people to relieve the guys at the mine, so if you can do some security work, and are equipped and experienced with those operations please come and help us for a few days. If you can't do that, you can always throw a few bucks in the kitty to help us.

White Hope Mine - legal pathway in sight, Judge issues order.

Judge Charles C Lovell has issued and caused to be served by U.S. Marshals, an order that might be looking out for the interests of the Miners, and shows a pathway for them to have their day in court.

I am not a lawyer, and no legal expert by any stretch, but it appears that in making clear that the miners must answer the summons issued earlier, and that they need to be represented by "Licensed Council" before a pretrial conference on Sept. 4th, that at least within the rules of a federal court/ corporate tribunal, the miners might be on a path that will lead to a trial before the end of the year.

Oathkeepers has promised to be here until such a court date is actually set, so it looks like we might be here at least another 2 to 3 weeks, but I think the USFS has been sent a message by this Judge that yes these miners have a right to be heard BEFORE any taking of their property, and I think (all of this is just my opinion) that for any government agency to interject themselves into this while these orders are in effect they would not only be in trouble with the court, but they would lose all semblance of fairness and destroy their own credibility with not only the Judge, but most of all the public.

That last one is the most important, because really, this case is being tried RIGHT NOW as we speak in the COURT OF PUBLIC OPINION and we are winning that trial big time.

These two miners have their ducks in a row and are absolutely right with

We need licensed hams to run comm out of the mine. We have a good basic system but not enough people who have ham licenses to have shifts. These guys are staying up for days to make sure we have comm 24/7 for security, and I haven't gotten a lot of sleep in the last several days either.

What is in a Name? You might be surprised.

For the first time in my relatively short writing career, I am going to present an article and video that should pertain to 100% of the audience. How is that possible? Because everyone has a name, or has had a name at some point in their life. We are, of course, excluding any artists “formerly know as” and the respective symbol that replaced their name. But, I digress.

A person’s name is basically broken down into 2 parts. Your first name essentially represents you, while your last name essentially represents your family, or your family line. This point contains no revelation, but is merely used to establish a foundation. The real significance in a name is not necessarily who you are, or what family line you descended from. No, the real significant part of your name is how it is spelled; more specifically, is it in ALL CAPS signifying your bondage, or have you already, like the “Living Man” in the video below, unplugged from the system?

It may be difficult for the average reader of this article to believe that the whole capitol letter – small letter issue has any real significance. I feel you. I initially thought the same way. However, I am a person who, when presented with a theory, tries to follow it logically; while doing my best to shed opinion and hyperbole in the process.

Subsequently, I was introduced to The Mental Militia, and to a man named ernie; ter telgte (his spelling). Shortly thereafter, any misgivings about the spelling of our name, and the significance of its capitalization, quickly perished.

In the video below, ernie lays out the 3 ways in which our names are commonly represented, and what the significance is of each representation. Is the information here intended to be a “silver bullet” that cures all our woes? C’mon, we’re all smarter than that. No, it is presented to further educate you about who you really are, and to help you recognize the open fraud that we all voluntarily participate in every day. What is in a name? Quite a lot, it seems.
