General William G. Jerry Boykin:  “Over the past three years, it is unprecedented for the number of four-star generals to be relieved of duty, and not necessarily relieved for cause.”     - Retired Navy Captain Joseph John:  “I believe there are more than 137 officers who have been forced out or given bad evaluation reports so they will never make Flag (officer), because of their failure to comply to certain views.”     A Pentagon official, who asked to remain nameless because they were not authorized to speak on the matter, said even young officers, down through the ranks have been told not to talk about Obama or the politics of the White House.   They are purging everyone and if you want to keep your job just keep your mouth shut.   Now this trend appears to be accelerating.     General Vallely's comment:  “Absolutely every communist regime on the planet did this as soon as they got in power.”

Oathkeepers refuse to stand down in Ferguson

Oath Keepers reject orders, refuse to stand down, remain on Ferguson rooftops

Armed Oath Keepers have advised St. Louis County Police through their attorney that they have every right to guard rooftops of Ferguson businesses that want them there, and have refused to stand down.

Members of Oath Keepers, a national group that includes current and retired military and law enforcement personnel, have rejected orders from St. Louis County Police to abandon posts on top of private businesses that invited their protection, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported Monday. The order to stand down was issued under presumed authority of a county ordinance prohibiting unlicensed security personnel.

“Once we read the statute, we laughed at it,” local Oath Keepers leader Sam Andrews commented, explaining the ordinance applies to employed security personnel. “Then, the next night, we were there.”

PRESS RELEASE: War Crimes Drama in Washington, DC Courtroom

Rod Class DC Gun Case Exposes the War Powers Act of 1917

Sacha Stone, London, England, founder of New Earth Nation, interviewed Rod Class about his DC Court Case three days before he was arrested in a bizarre series of circumstances October 28, 2014. This case has shined a focused spotlite on the level of Corruption going on in the Courtrooms of America.

The Rod Class DC Gun Case, 1:13-cr-00253-RWR, took an unexpected turn the morning of November 6. Former World Bank Lawyer Karen Hudes showed up at his hearing, along with a former FBI Agent, and several members of the AIB Radio Research Network.

Hudes, and those in attendance, were so outraged at the actions taken against the popular Legal Scholar that Hudes intends to file an Amicus Curae into the case to demand that the Judge set bail for the 60-year old Class. Hudes, and other concerned networks, want all interested parties to attend the Status Conference set for (Mon) 11/10/2014 at 11:30 AM in Courtroom 9 before Chief Judge Richard W. Roberts.

Rebecca Cope, Co-host, Adventures Into Sovereignty, Andrew Bartzis, Galactic Historian, New Earth Nation and Rising Life Media have in the works a documentary and E-Learning Series to present the SOURCE DOCUMENTS that Class has uncovered in his ten-year research. It is this information that has caused the system to go into over-drive to shut Class up, any way they can.

Class has been embroiled in a DC Gun Case since May, 2013, that should have been dismissed the first time Class filed his pro-se paperwork. The gun law he is charged with violating was ruled unconstitutional by the Supreme Court in the Heller v Palmer case he cited in the first go-round.

Before his arrest, Class filed proof in a Superior Court of Record that he is a private citizen. He gave notice of this change to the DC Court. They denied it. He filed an Amicus Curiae to show cause on October 3, 6, 7, in the private to the judge and they ignored that as well. The Judge has Registered mail sitting in DC that they have refused to accept.

Rod Class stands mute on his Amicus Curiae to protect the public. The Judge and the Prosecutor and the Public Defender have used every ploy, including Diesel Therapy, riding him around in a bus until he is exhausted and demoralized, before they bring him before the Judge.

Think this can’t happen in America in 2014? What does Rod Class know that has caused the Judge to violate Article 100 of the Lieber Code? The Judge has breached the International Law Principles of the Nuremberg Tribunal. The Court does not seem to care.

Class’s efforts to hold corrupt officials accountable to the rule of law are legendary.

FEDS ENABLE ARSONISTS, TARGET OATH KEEPERS PROTECTING FERGUSON BUSINESSES

Feds tell police to stop "domestic terrorists" providing free security

Police in Ferguson, Missouri, have been pressured by the federal government to stop members of Oath Keepers from guarding local homes and businesses targeted by arsonists.

Oath Keepers, an organization consisting of former and current military, police and first responders, dispatched several members to Ferguson the day after the Grand Jury announcement to provide free security to those in need.

Almost immediately after receiving praise in a local paper for protecting vulnerable residents, Oath Keepers standing watch on top of a locally-owned bakery witnessed a three-man sniper team exiting a silver Suburban on the ground below.

The three men were then seen setting up sniper hides in a nearby building before aiming their rifles directly at the group. Across the street, on top of the fire hall, a seperate sniper team began setting up as well.

A Missouri Oath Keeper named Sam Andrews, who spoke briefly with Infowars, immediately called Unified Command to find out why snipers had taken up an aggressive position against them.

According to Andrews, local police, a large portion of which have been supportive of the Oath Keepers, were completely unaware of the feds movements.

Shortly after, a St. Louis County police officer appeared on scene and began telling Andrews that business owners wanted them off their roofs.

After calling the store owners, Andrews and his team quickly confirmed that no such request was ever made. That is when the officer admitted that his chief was being pressured by the feds to keep Oath Keepers from protecting buildings.

Further reports revealed that the feds had told police earlier that day that Oath Keepers were “domestic terrorists,” an unsurprising claim given the federal government’s baseless targeting of the group.

The owner of a Chinese restaurant receiving free protection was reportedly confronted by federal agents also and told to kick the Oath Keepers out.

Failing to remove the businesses’ and homes’ much needed protection, other officers began telling Andrews that his group was in violation of state law. Police claimed the group needed to posses security licenses, despite the fact that the law only applies to paid security, not volunteers.

“We’re volunteers. We read the statute. We had three attorneys read the statute,” Andrews told Infowars.

Andrews began speaking with other volunteers not affiliated with the Oath Keepers, including agroup of young Ferguson residents protecting a local gas station, and learned that none had been approached or told to obtain licenses by police.

Stewart Rhodes, founder and president of Oath Keepers, told Infowars that the American people are being presented with a false choice by those running the show in Ferguson.

“They want to create a false paradigm… They are presenting a false choice between lawlessness, looting, arson, assault, murder on the one side, unrestrained, or a hyper-militarized police state on the other,” Rhodes said. “They are failing to do the intelligent thing and protect businesses without trampling on rights.”

Rhodes’ remarks cause even more concern in light of comments made by Missouri Lt. Gov. Peter Kinder, who accused President Obama of ordering a National Guard stand down as Ferguson businesses burned to the ground last week.

Ferguson Mayor James Knowles also stated that his request for National Guard help was turned down by Governor Jay Nixon, a Democrat ally of the President.

Most people believe that they only have one vote in our system of government, and that is when they go to the voting booth to elect people to office. There is another vote you have that carries tremendous power. It's called your Grand Jury vote.

You have several votes that you don't know about. You have your vote in the ballot box, yes, but how do you feel when you come out? Do you feel helpless? Yes, me too.

But you have never been taught about this in the government schools have you?

One of your other votes in our system is your Grand Jury Vote, but have you ever been called to be a juror on a Grand Jury? In Montana the powers that be conned the people into approving a new state Constitution in 1972 or so, and in that Constitution there is a clause that mandates that only a state district court judge can call a Grand Jury. There is great evidence to support the idea that a common law Grand Jury needs NO agent of government, which is what a judge is, to call a COMMON LAW GRAND JURY regardless of what the Montana state Constitution says. The very first thing we need to discuss are the objections that the powers that be will come with to stop the Common Law Standing Grand Jury. When you find out what the objections are you will understand why they are in absolute "shaking in their boots" panic ridden fear of a citizen operated common law Grand Jury. The next part of this subject involves some real filings and writs that outline the function and ability of a Grand Jury to command the agents of government to perform their duty according to their Oath of Office sworn before God Almighty to uphold the US Constitution.
Here is a document issued by a Common Law Grand Jury in the state of New York which covers 18 counties in that state, written to one of the judges of the Supreme Court commanding him to do his duty. This document will give you the background of the Grand Jury as the Supreme Court in Common Law. It quotes all the decisions of various courts including the US Supreme Court that show the Grand Jury is completely INDEPENDENT of government, and does not fall under the control of any court.

When an agent of government refuses to do their duty according to the oath they took to follow the Constitution there are serious consequences. One might be an indictment with charges of "official misconduct" which might carrry a fine and jail penalty, and other various charges might follow. But first the Grand Jury can simply command that agent of government to do their duty.
Here is a Writ of Mandamus from that same New York Grand Jury commanding the Chief Clerk of their Supreme Court to do her duty and file the documents. It seems that most of these people around the country fail to have an oath of office on file as they are required to do for the office to be filled. If there is no oath, the office is vacant.

One of the most revealing US Supreme Court cases was a 6 to 3 decision in 1992 where Judge Antonin Scalia outlines the basis for the Grand Jury and says that the Grand Jury IS NOT part of the government, but belongs completely to We the People. http://www.paulstramer.net/2013/12/the-grand-jury-answer-for-corruption-in.html"

The real question is this. Since the US Supreme court majority opinion in the Williams case confirms that the Grand Jury does not belong to either the legislative, executive, or judicial branches of government, and since Montana accepted the US Consititution as it is and was at the time Montana became a State, how can then a new clause in a new Montana Constitution put in place in 1972 put the Grand Jury under the control of a state district court judge without abrogating the compact with the United States that Montana signed when it bacame a State? Additionally, how can Montana put the Grand Jury owned by We The People under a State district court judge without violating the Bill of Rights of the US Constitution, namely the 5th and 7th Amendments, where the jury rights are reserved?

The big question then is this. IS MONTANA STILL A STATE? What is good for the goose is good for the gander. A few years back Gov. Schweitzer told the Federal government to back off on gun control because it would abrogate the compact of Montana with the United States. Doesn't that same prinicple work for this issue? How can Montana unilaterally change the Bill of Rights in the US Constitution, or ignore that compact by placing our common law Grand Jury under the control of a Judge in the Judicial Branch of the Montana government, when the US Supreme Court has reminded us all that the Grand Jury is NOT part of the government in ANY of the 3 branches, but is wholly owned by We The People, who are the sovereign in this issue under common law just as the King was the sovereign at the King's bench in England under common law. That is our tradition and history with so many precidents in law that it's difficult to list them all. Yet we continue to put up with this. How long will we let this usurpation of power and the corruption go on. Will this be solved in a peaceful manner, or will this end up going to a war? We have stated many times that the way our country has been changed into a corporation and is being forced into admiralty and civil jurisdictions rather than the Constitutionally mandated common law, has all been done by fraud, deception, threat, duress, coercion, and intimidation, and is therefore null and void. The Writ of Mandamus is one of the solutions to this horrible situation of judicial corruption as is being exercised above. These steps are totally lawful and are what is commanded by the 5th and 7th amendments to the US Constitution.

5th Amendment:
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

7th Amendment:
"In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law."

Just like with the OJ Simpson trial, where the Jury ' just had to be wrong', what if this whole protest and all the violence was planned to eliminate your 3rd vote in our 4 vote system of government?

Oathkeepers published the latest action report this morning on the situation in Ferguson MO and it looks like the establishment is going to be very embarrassed over this lawful activity by the members of Oathkeepers, which has shown the way to preserve law and order while there was chaos all around them.

This shows what can be done and should have been done by the police and national guard, instead of letting the lawless rioters do their evil deeds. 

The Oathkeeper idea of Community Preparedness Teams is now a proven method of protecting not only freedom, but lives and property, in a very real violent scenario where an imminent threat of arson and perhaps violent assault were the norm of the day.

The Oathkeepers need and deserve our support, not only with financial support to keep these teams in place, but your support locally to form your own team, with the help of Oathkeepers to help you train.

There is lots to learn.  I am involved in the communications part of this training and have been for about 6 years now.  I was at the Bundy ranch with Stewart, and we successfully set up night patrols with constant radio contact for the safety of the area.

YOUR RIGHTS:

People of Ferguson, whatever the Grand Jury’s decision, you have an absolute, God given, and constitutionally protected right to protest and speak your mind. The First Amendment prohibits government at every level from “abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.”

And under our Constitution, the police have no right, no authority, and no power to violate those rights, and neither does Governor Nixon, or anyone else in government. During the earlier protests in August, we saw egregious violations of the rights of peaceful protesters and media in Ferguson, including the irresponsible, indiscriminate use of tear gas and rubber bullets, as well as police pointing assault rifles and sniper rifles at people who posed no apparent, immediate threat to anyone – people who were simply standing in the street, voicing their opinions. We also saw the imposition of an absurd curfew, and routine harassment of people merely standing on sidewalks.

Because of these blatant abuses, our Missouri Chapter of Oath Keepers sent an Open Letter of Warning to Governor Nixon, warning him that he and the police under his leadership were using unconstitutional, rights-violating tactics that were also, perversely, ineffective at stopping the few actual looters, shooters, or rock and Molotov cocktail throwers. We told the Governor:

Such over-the-top threatening displays, with rifles pointed-in indiscriminately at protesters and residents, only anger and frighten the people and reinforce the perception that it is “the police vs. the people” rather than the police vs. a small number of criminals, while risking the lives of the very people our police are supposed to be serving.
And much like over-the top and indiscriminate threat displays and use of force in Iraq lost the hearts and minds of the locals, so too does it lose the battle for hearts and minds here at home – assisting in the agendas of those who wish to divide us along racial lines and create an “us vs. them” mentality among both the people and the police.

….

Likewise for the imposition of curfews, which violate the right of the people to peaceably assemble, while also failing to stop the looters and shooters who ignore such decrees. The First Amendment prohibits “abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances” period. It doesn’t add on - unless a politician declares a state of emergency and imposes a curfew. Nor does it say - unless other people are looting and being violent, in which case all of you lose your right to peaceably assemble.   Curfews punish the peaceable majority for the actions of a violent few, and again, alienate the community and send the message that the police see them all as the enemy and seek to trample on the rights of all of them.

The American Flag – Civil Authority – At Peace

The Civil Flag of America.  America at peace.

Real Americans need to claim their Natural and Unalienable Rights as a peaceful living American State Citizen flying the Civil Flag of The United States of America (Major) and standing on the land jurisdiction of the united States of America.

Because there are two jurisdictions — land and sea — it is entirely possible and appropriate that the land jurisdiction is at peace and flies the civil flag, while the international jurisdiction of the sea remains at war and flies the war flag.

The Rod Class DC Gun Case, 1:13-cr-00253-RWR, took an unexpected turn the morning of November 6. Former World Bank Lawyer Karen Hudes showed up at his hearing, along with a former FBI Agent, and several members of the AIB Radio Research Network.

Hudes, and those in attendance, were so outraged at the actions taken against the popular Legal Scholar that Hudes intends to file an Amicus Curae into the case to demand that the Judge set bail for the 60-year old Class. Hudes, and other concerned networks, want all interested parties to attend the Status Conference set for (Mon) 11/10/2014 at 11:30 AM in Courtroom 9 before Chief Judge Richard W. Roberts.

Sacha Stone, London, England, founder of New Earth Nation, co-hosted an interview with Rod Class about the upcoming Case a week before he was arrested under bizarre circumstances October 28, 2014, and held without bail in a DC jail.
