Chinese Gold, Or, Stop Being Stupid Part 8

By Anna Von Reitz

Anyone who has bothered to listen to news outside the box for the past several years has heard rumors of vast hordes of "Chinese gold" in Indonesia, etc., etc.
You've also heard mindless claims that all the gold of Africa got mined and transported over the Silk Road to China, because, supposedly, the Chinese would only take gold in trade.

That is all plain out-and-out nonsense.  The Chinese traditionally traded in jade and in food, because then as now, they had a large impoverished population and relatively little arable land.

The gold in Indonesia is Spanish gold that happens to be under the control of Chinese people. Ferdinand Marcos was Chinese, not Filipino.

The gold was shipped to Indonesia by Spaniards and by trustees of Spanish hordes as long ago as the 1400's.  Check out the Crown of St. Stephens---- a bank chartered in the 1400's ---to begin to get a clue of just how active Spanish (and Catholic) interests have been and for how long.

Neil Keenan, the Chinese, the "All of It" -- by Judge Anna

by Judge Anna

What I know for sure is that the Nationalist Chinese government placed a LARGE sum of gold on deposit with the New York Fed in 1928 just before the fall of the Nationalist Chinese government.  The Fed used that gold for years and were supposed to pay interest on the use of it, and didn't.  They didn't like the Communist Chinese government, so they just wrote off their own fiduciary responsibility to the Chinese people --- the lawful heirs of the gold horde---and proposed to keep it for themselves.

Neil Keenan brought suit against the New York Fed in 2011 to correct this.  But they had already bankrupted the old Federal Reserve System in 2009, so they pleaded bankruptcy protection.  Technically, the gold had been held by member banks in the old bankrupt system, so it was argued that all those assets were part of the holdings of the bankrupt banks and blah, blah, blah.  It was only after the discovery of prior known bankruptcy fraud and willful disregard of fiduciary management on the part of the Federal Reserve that the perps were eventually cornered and forced to cough up.

Now, I have no reason to like the Communist Chinese government, but like it or not, they are representing the Chinese People and the gold belongs to the Chinese People.  It does not belong to us.  It does not belong to the New York Fed.  It needed to go back to China and the interest on it needed to be paid.

Neil Keenan fought hard for that. Any right thinking human being on this planet who would want their property returned in a similar situation has to agree with him and with the Chinese government. It was a lawful debt, fair and square, no question about it.

Unfortunately, when the bankers got to thinking about their options, they decided to turn their lemons into lemonade.  Having been forced to pay the Chinese off they said----what the Hell?  If you can't beat them, join them..... and they moved their focus of operations to China.

And suddenly, the Chinese Elders appeared.

Discussion with Neil Keenan, December 22, 2015, from Judge Anna

Dear Neil....
I have thought about banking and credit as little as possible throughout my life. I recognized it as fraud and idolatry at an early age and lost interest as a result, but recent events have forced me to turn my attention to it again and what I have thought is this----
1. Money and credit are both just a symbolic representation of value whether denoted as coin, paper, or numbers in a ledger;
2. The only real things of value on this planet are human labor (which includes our physical energy, our creativity, and inventiveness) and natural resources (which includes what we think of as natural resources and the commodities and products that result from our labor). That's it. There are no other sources of "value" on this planet.
3. That being so, humans have naturally lived together in groups on various land masses and over time have been "defined" as nations with lines dawn on maps dividing them into separate gangs complete with gang "colors"(uniforms, flags, national currencies, etc.) and have competed with each other for natural resources and control of valuable commodities and "turf" just as gangs fight over these things;
4. But money and credit, which "symbolizes" and is used to "translate" into all these things is the ultimate commodity, so control of merely symbolic value has become the ultimate game and source of conflict and woe on this planet;
5. How ignorant, silly, and downright insane is that?
