Following the so-called "American Civil War" -- which was never declared by any Congress, and therefore not a war, and only a commercial mercenary conflict --- a Scottish Corporation formed in 1868 calling itself "The United States of America" --- Incorporated, published a "new" Constitution of the United States of America, which was virtually identical to The Constitution of the United States of America published in 1789.
No disclosure was made to the American Public that this "new" Constitution was a foreign corporation's "constitution".
This entity proceeded to impersonate the Federation of States of the Union, an unincorporated entity formed during the American Revolutionary War, and doing business as The United States of America ever since.
Because of the otherwise identical names and the failure to disclose the fact that this "new" entity was a British Crown Corporation (the word "Incorporated" was studiously avoided and not added to the name of the corporation), Americans were never made aware of this cozy self-interested accommodation.
This Scottish corporation thus gained access to the credit of the States of the Union and proceeded to wildly invest and divest assets of the States, and the international community --- which was also left in the dark --- did nothing to prevent it, until 1906 -- when the same phony foreign corporation filed for bankruptcy protection and named the people of this country as their sureties.
With the American people being none the wiser.
From here, let me summarize:
"In the early 1900's the @$2$@s seized upon everyone's assets illegally and set themselves up as middlemen.
"They then acted as Executors de Son Tort and continued to help themselves to credit based on other people's purloined assets.
And set up a system of "boxes" full of paperwork to "represent" all this wealth."
"And now, we, the actual heirs and owners, are stuck having to go through a "redemption process" to gain access to what was always ours, based on the yea or nay of the people who stole it all from us."
Does anyone see a problem with this?
This morning, I had to point out that a system requiring people to work ten hours a week in order to have access to a bank account was a system of peonage --- a practice that has been outlawed worldwide since 1926.
I also had to observe that we cannot overcome evil by joining in and being evil ourselves.
The Innocents Abroad had suggested that we should set up a computerized system to assert the fact that we are alive, and that everyone should have a service to confirm that fact on a 24/7 basis, so that we could easily refute claims to the effect that we were dead or unknown.
They failed to see that a service asserting either condition-- alive or dead-- functions, again, as a middleman, and gains coercive power over the people.
The Evil System locks everyone into being dependent on their monopolized banking "service" and thus gains the power to deny service to whomever might lift hand or voice in opposition to whatever requirements they might impose.
The Opposition to Evil System locks everyone into being dependent on their service to affirm that no, we are alive, and if they don't like anything we say or do, they can refuse to confirm that we are alive and thus deprive us of access to our accounts, too.
You cannot fight evil by creating and promoting more evil.
The self-evident fact is that we are alive and God gave us our own biologic identity confirmation in the form of unique finger and toe prints.
That's all we need to establish who we are. And the phony birth certificates that were used for evil purposes can nonetheless establish where we were born and serve as the bridge between names and thumbprints. Those who had baby footprints can use those to establish who they are.
We are alive until we are dead. Time to make it count for something.
We say that it is time to shove all this nonsense straight back down the throats of the British Empire and the Roman Curia responsible for these offenses and trespasses against living people they were obligated to serve in "good faith".
We say that it is the unique responsibility of the Pope and the Roman Curia to administer the operation and correction of all forms of corporations that they have defined and created and caused to be; we say that this includes the British Crown Corporations that are owned on a 60/40 split with their Roman overseers.
The living people and their governments agreed to accept the formation of corporations so long as these "legal fictions" operated for lawful purposes and caused no harm to the living.
We say that the use and abuse of these legal fictions has caused irreparable harm to the living people and absolutely all of these legal fiction enterprises are now subject to liquidation, depending on their own actions.
We say that this charade of creating "dead" corporate franchises to "represent" living people in the jurisdictions of the sea and the air, and then administering these dead corporate franchises "as if" they were the living people, has gone more than far enough.
The strong arm administration of a person's estate while they are still alive is a tort that is illegal, unlawful, irrational, and immoral.
We hold the Roman Curia and the British Empire accountable for aggravated identity theft and for defrauding the American people and most of the people living in Western Europe, the former British Commonwealth, and other nations that have been imposed upon by these ruthless thieves acting in Bad Faith and Dishonor.
