International Public Notice: Why There Can't Be An RV

Because most of what would be revenued would be fraudulent. 

Because the "Quantum Accounts" are being managed as a means to defraud people, especially senior citizens, of all but a tiny, tiny  part of the profits made on the secretive use (and often misuse) of their assets.  

Because the fraud and manipulation and commodity rigging of the Central Banks has gone on so long that nobody has any guess what the free market value of anything is.  

Read that: because we haven't had a free market anywhere on Earth for over a hundred years there is no way to set a baseline value for even one commodity currently in trade. 

This has caused a problem so pernicious that people have tried to invent "new" commodities and float them in the "alternative website markets" hoping to establish just one free trade value for one thing on Earth.  

But that doesn't work either, because the people using alternative marketplaces are educated and rich enough to have computers or access to computers, and so, the marketplace itself is too arbitrary and special to yield a fair trade result. 

Special Blue-ribboned committees have groaned their way over this for at least 30 years, with no result. 

The Federal Reserve System didn't destroy the realm of Free Trade, it just buried it alive.  Over a hundred years later, there is no way to go back and pick up any threads.  

There is no logical basis for an RV available as a result, and the only way that we can get a logical basis established is to melt the entire central bank system down and allow a free trade economy to exert and re-establish itself, which could take twenty years or more, during which the entire world economy would be in a totally unregulated free-fall, waiting for "market forces" to "peg" the new standard. 

We could use the one standard that we have left from the old pre-Fed and pre-Central Bank economy, but nobody wants to do that.  

That standard is the American Silver Dollar that started out at a 1:! parity with the purported value of the Federal Reserve Note issued under the 1933 Emergency Banking Act, but as the nerds (not the politicos) at the U.S. Treasury can and will tell you, each old American Silver Dollar is now pegged against something like 80,000 Federal Reserve Notes due to repeated cycles of inflation. 

That, by definition, would make the price of one ounce of pure silver $80,000-whatever dollars, if we were really truly going to use that as a revaluation standard, and unfortunately, because this was the only exchange rate ever established between the Federal Reserve Note and any commodity-based currency, it's all we've got.  

If, for grins, we even entertained that singular option in theory, the Americans would be so grossly, wildly, wealthy compared to any other people in the world --- as a result of the magnitude of their losses under the Federal Reserve System --- that it would undermine the whole theory and purpose of the RV, which is, supposedly, to establish an equitable new parity among national currencies, so that we can trade freely without overwhelming built-in structural deficits or credits influencing free trade. 

To quote a genius from Haiti, "Sheeet, man, the Americans got so messed up on this one.  There is no way to make it right." 

Instead of the exchange rate between the USD and the Nigerian naira being 1 USD to 1,443.77 naira, as it was today, November 3rd 2025, the new supposedly more fair and equitable exchange rate would be 1 USD to 81,443.77 naira.  

Is everyone finally getting a real good look at why there can't be an RV that makes any sense, that provides the necessary fairness and the volume of trade needed to support commerce worldwide?  

If we use just the simple honest math, all the rest of the world would have or hear, would be a giant sucking sound as everything everyone owned, hoped in, or held dear, would be somewhere in The United States, paying back the Americans for what they have suffered the past 112 years, let alone paying what all the other living people and all their various countries and nations are owed. 

Today we heard yet another suggestion (and threat) from one of the "Overlord" organizations, saying, there can't be any settlement until we say so, blah-blah-blah and blah, because we are the Big Fish hoity-toity comptrollers and we have the ability to feed back $500T a day into the world economy.... 

Imagine us in our best Clint Eastwood voice saying, "A man has got to know his limits....."   And maybe Sam Elliot saying, "We've been to this picture show before."

The CIA pension fund, which somehow got classified as a humanitarian and philanthropic fund eligible for platform trading under the auspices of the World Bank was purportedly worth something like $5.5 times 10 to the 240th power last time anyone looked.  This is what they are talking about when they talk about "infinity accounts".  

Please note that there is no connection to reality.  

Just like the debt that everyone owes the Americans ever since 1933, yup, sure enough, it's owed. If it got paid, the French would have to box up and ship over the Eiffel Tower.  We could have a matched set of French artwork standing around New York Harbor like giant salt and pepper shakers for all the good it would do us or them. 

Nobody can pay us back and nobody will pay us back.  Whipping and beating people who can't pay us back makes as much sense as whipping and beating ourselves because we were asleep at the wheel and let our actual money be "loaned" out to poor credit risks.  

We certainly hope that the CIA is smart enough on average to know that they are never going to see $5.5 X 10 to the 240th power worth of pension money coming back to them.  We really do hope that.  

So we are left with this problem, this conundrum, of built-in structural prejudice and long term structural debt built into the world currency system.  

Does everyone owe the Americans up the wazoo?  Yes. 

Does anybody like owing the Americans?  No. 

Can they do anything about it?  Not much.  

But we, the Americans, can do something about it.  

We can start here, now, today, and do something else, something other than what we've been doing the past fifty years.  We can share what we are owed and we can set ourselves and everyone else in the world free of debt.  And it won't even hurt. 

Guaranteed, we won't even feel it. 

We can share our vast, vast, vast, vast prepaid credit resources without usury, without any need to look back.  

We can choose and build a different world, based on a different calculus, but it won't be via an RV, because --- for all the reasons cited and more, it can't be.

International Public Notice: Why Decentralized Banking is Necessary

First, look at the alternative -- central banking, and it's nearly three centuries of criminality: hoarding, artificial supply shortages,  economic chaos, labor gluts, labor shortages, commodity rigging, political intrigue, social engineering, war profiteering, currency manipulation, fiscal mismanagement, stock market rigging, illegal securitization, peonage and enslavement schemes, enfranchisement schemes, intellectual property scams, unearned security interests, and so much more.  

Remember that central banks were created to do something that is essentially illegal and that they have to be licensed by governments to do it;  they exist to rig commodity markets, and two of the most important commodities they rig are credit and money.  They also rig labor markets, transportation markets, securities, industrial development initiatives, stock markets, soybean futures and virtually anything else you can think of.  

They create every stock market bubble and plan well in advance to profit themselves from creating the bubble and collapsing it, too.  

Inflation is caused by central banks, and not just by setting "the prime rate" --- it's far more insidious and invasive and labor intensive.  Contrary to popular myth, central bankers don't sit on velvet tuffets all day weighing the pros and cons of a quarter point of interest added or subtracted to the cost of money lending.  

Central bankers have to keep their thumbs and forefingers on everything all the time, manipulating and forecasting, pulling this string and that string, delaying this development and pushing another, suppressing one patent and promoting another, all to protect their own bottom line and promote the well-being of the political cronies that give them their precious license to steal, co-opt, manipulate, tax, traumatize, and control.

In our current world, the only real power that members of Congress possess boils down to their ability to license and legitimize central banks, which they are required to do once every 99 years. 

The sales pitch given by the Federal Reserve in 1913 was that it would moderate markets, prevent bank runs, regulate currency supplies to optimize prosperity (for whom they didn't mention), collect taxes (bet you didn't know that, did you?), negotiate tariffs and trade agreements, promote commodity market stability and sensible agricultural "production quotas".  

There was no end to the benefits envisioned by the proponents of the Federal Reserve System in 1911-12.  This central banking, they claimed, was the answer America needed to end boom and bust cycles in the economy, promote steady, sustained economic growth, and guarantee the value of our national currency.  

Three years after Congress gave them their license the Federal Reserve authored the Federal Income Tax which was proposed within United States Territories and Possessions, and applied to federal workers --- but was by a process of creeping bureaucracy eventually applied to American workers in general; sixteen years after passing the Federal Reserve Act, we had the Great Depression thanks to central bankers, and some of the worst unemployment in history, a condition that remained until World War II, another product of central banking. 

We know all the benefits the central banks promised in the fall of 1913 and we know, with the benefit of over a hundred years of hindsight, what they actually produced.  

Not only did the central banks not produce the benefits they touted, they produced the exact opposite results.  

The value of the Federal Reserve Note, which started out at parity with the American Silver Dollar in 1933, is worth a fraction of a 1933 penny now.  

We've seen some of the worst economic and labor force fluctuations in recorded history, and seen war promoted as a means to reduce the labor force, and "stimulate the economy" --- at least the economy of defense contractors. 

We have seen the Social Security funds dumped into the General Fund for the U.S. Congress to pillage --- and watched them do it, courtesy of the Federal Reserve and IMF.   

We have seen millions of Americans attacked and defrauded and taxed and held accountable for bills they never owed.  

All this and a lot more has gone on during the watch of the Federal Reserve and the IMF, none of it good or honest.  

So now, let's look at the concept of decentralized banking designed to serve living people instead of foreign corporations.

Decentralized banking is old-fashioned, one-on-one transactions, simple carriage accounting, and it is controlled by account holders who are responsible for their own ethical use of a freely available, instant, private, and substantially deregulated transaction service that is available worldwide for free to everyone.  

The consumers control the marketplace and fair trade is the only rule. 

If you use our system for money laundering, cheating the poor, victimizing the vulnerable, profit from polluting the Earth, or to knowingly support any other ignoble, violent, or evil purpose, you lose your account --- and that will be punishment enough, because you will lose the freedom, access, and abundance that decentralized banking provides for living people. 

Decentralized banking is the antidote to central bank control, manipulation, and corruption.  It is so profoundly different in its functionality, purposes, and results, that we don't even call it "banking". 

We don't have banks.  We have prosperity centers.  We don't act as bankers.  We act as Prosperitors.  

With decentralized banking designed for the use of living people, we don't engage in manipulating money supplies, hoarding currencies, controlling commodities, obstructing trade, monopolization of transfer systems, or any of the other stock-in-trade "legalized" crimes common to central banks. 

So that's the difference. Decentralized banks for people don't require a license, because they aren't engaged in any criminal activities.  They don't require a lot of regulation, either, for the same reason. Think about that.  

Would you rather do business with a bank that is designed to conduct business with and for foreign corporations, in a bank system that has to be licensed because it is admittedly engaged in criminal activities, or would you rather do business with a prosperity institution that is clean and designed with your needs in mind, one that doesn't need a license because it isn't engaged in criminal activity?  

We think the choice is both clear and compelling.

International Public Notice: Status Report

As anyone who received the simple graphic released with our International Public Notice: For Those Still Bewildered——can see, two parts of the American Government are still functioning and one part of The United Stated Government is still operating. 

On the American Government's part, The United States is still functioning at the level of the unincorporated Counties and Tribes.  

The unincorporated States of the Union doing business as The United States of America (Unincorporated) are still functioning, too.  

Although the American Government has not yet made the decisions and taken the steps that would be necessary to reconstruct the States of America, it did charter two Commercial Banks in 2021, The Global Family Bank of Commerce (sea jurisdiction commerce) and The Global Family Commercial Bank (land jurisdiction commerce) so that the American Government is fully functional on the soil, the land, the sea, and in the air. 

The sovereign nation-states and native tribes that populate this country are still here, and have always been here.  No interregnum.  Nobody is lost at sea.  

On the part of The United States Government that is supposed to be functioning under powers delegated to it by the American Government, things are not looking so good. 

The only one of the Federal Subcontractors we hired to exercise strictly enumerated and delegated powers for us, that is still in business,  is the British Crown Corporation doing business as "the United States of America" LLC, Incorporated.  

We don't wish them any bad luck, but it doesn't make sense to cheat your employers and violate the terms and limitations of your service contract, The Constitution of the United States of America.  

Conducting commercial "lawfare" against their 'employers and unlawfully converting our military forces into private corporate mercenary forces is all illegal and unlawful—- so let's just say it, what the British Crown has done here and elsewhere throughout the world is criminal. 

The fact that they have done these things under color of law and conditions of fraud and deceit while taking their paychecks from our pockets the whole time, just makes it worse. 

They misrepresented everything to the rest of the world by pretending that they were here legally occupying our country under The Law of War— which  is just more deceit and fraud. 

How do you invoke The Law of War and occupy a country for 160 years, when there was no "war" here to begin with?  

The only thing that happened here, was the "American Civil War" which was an illegal mercenary conflict, like the "War" in Vietnam.  

The British Crown has been operating outside their service contract and bilking the American People that they were hired to protect under "good faith service" provisions. 

They've been defrauding everyone here for sixteen decades.  The con game has gone on so long that many of them think that this is okay and "the way we have always done things".  

If so, they've been coercively defrauding and denigrating their employers the whole time — and there is no statute of limitation on fraud.

The Crown was served Due Process in these matters through the Persons of Her Royal Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the Lord Mayor of the Inner City of London; both the British Crown Corporation and the Government of Westminster were found guilty of Breach of Trust and violation of their service contract in April 2014.  

The American Government has been asking them to get back in their box, observe the limitations of their contract, and start operating in good faith ever since their usurpation and overreach was discovered.  

Instead of obeying their employers and honoring their contract, The Constitution of the United States of America, the British Crown service providers have issued ugly threats abroad and continued to harm and harass the people of this country as if we were their debtors and personnel instead of their employers.  

They have actively en trapped millions of Americans and people of other nations using undisclosed registration contracts redefining Americans and other foreign nationals as British Subjects.  

The unconscionable citizenship contracts thus obtained by the undisclosed registration of American babies as British Subjects  has then been misapplied to Americans under force of arms.  These activities mischaracterized as voluntary private contracts have been used to racketeer against the victims and their property assets on a broad scale and have created a basis for legalized theft of assets and identity theft. 

The victims have been kept so far in the dark about these cozy secret arrangements that they couldn't even complain or seek remedy for these gross presumptions and impositions made by the British Crown.  

This is why the American Government has asked for international and commercial court intervention to bring this lawlessness to an end. 

To our credit we have done this lawfully and peaceably.  

We have individually declared our expatriation from all foreign citizenship obligations and recorded and published our expatriation and objections to conferred personhood.  

We have collectively brought our State Assemblies into Session and told our British Crown Subcontractors what we require of them to no avail. 

The so-called "American Raj" continues to run amok and the Principals responsible refuse to correct their operations on our soil. 

What remains is for the British Crown to cease and desist its illegal and unlawful operations on our soil and either leave our shores or honor the limits of their venerable service contract — deliver on the "good faith service" provisions or be held in dishonor and in breach of trust and contract. 

This is not political.  This is a matter of criminal usurpation, breach of trust, and breach of service contract provisions by our federal public employees. 

As the Federal Constitutions represent the implementation of Treaty obligations, the current circumstance also represents a willful breach of treaty obligations by His Royal Majesty Charles III, the Lord Mayor of the Inner City of London, the government of Belgium and other Continental parties to the impacted Treaties of Paris, Versailles, Ghent, Westminster, Utrecht, Montevideo, etc. 

There is no element of religious, racial, ethnic or other controversy.  They have a service contract mandated by a treaty process; we've held up our end for over 200 years and for slightly more than 160 years our British and Roman counterparts have been in criminal default. 

We wish for a peaceful and open process to put an end to the fraud, criminal misrepresentation, "lawfare", manipulation, impersonation, and pillaging that our country and our people have suffered.  

In view of the gross breach of trust, contract, and treaty our country has suffered we believe that we are due reclamation and restitution and a peaceful international recognition of our lawful government, which has been at peace since 1814. 

We also believe that as we honored the treaties and honored the contracts we should be acquitted of any responsibility for the "extra" debts of the oath-breakers and those who have breached our trusts both public and private, while being under contract to protect us and our persons in "good faith".  

We have broken no covenants, no treaties, no contracts.  We haven't dishonored any debts that we, the American Government or American People, owe. 

The entire criminality and corruption fostered "in our names" has been accomplished by foreign incorporated subcontractors operating the United States Government in Bad Faith and Dishonor and under color of law.  

They have broken our covenants with them, their treaties with us, and their service contracts owed to us.  They don't deserve to hide behind our honorable flag and "represent" the American Government.  

We are competent to present ourselves and our member nations;  

We have tried to communicate with Mr. Trump, with members of the Privy Council and British Parliament and Lord Mayor in an effort to simply correct their operations and the false legal presumptions they have been operating under.  

While some success toward these ends has been achieved, other extremely necessary actions such as legal and monetary system reform have been repeatedly side-lined, started and stopped, and twisted to fit a succession of narratives. 

There is no narrative so far as we are concerned.  

There is only the truth. 

The truth is that all physical and "substantive" assets belong to the living people and lawful governments of each country.   We are the lawful government of this country and we are still able to function. 

Now everyone is in a dither.  The actual assets are being returned and suddenly, everyone is asset rich and cash poor.  That's because the Federal Reserve stopped printing and Obama's oversees printing operations have been shut down.  Soon the banks won't be able to meet cash demands and the mints haven't even begun to gear up to issue coinage. 

We ordered them to do that five years ago and instead of obeying they made excuses. 

If we are not given immediate full spectrum cooperation to start dealing with the results of all the unlawful  securitization schemes , there will be no money and no credit. 

The entire system will collapse and people will needlessly starve and freeze because those at the top are not taking effective action and are preventing others — the actual owners of all the credit and all the assets — from taking effective action. 

The military is two-blocking the correct civilian authorities and the civilian authorities are starving the military by default. 

Put another way, the military is preventing us from deploying and using assets that belong to us, which means we can't do anything to help them.  

And everything remains paralyzed as the last bits of cash and coinage are drained out of the world leaving the Vermin in charge of the coercive money mill known as the QFS System.  

The correct answer is for the military to hand control 

of the Maritime Commercial Banks to the actual asset owners and let us release prepaid credit that is already bought and paid for with actual goods and services. 

No more debt.  No more debt money.  No need for debt.

International Public Notice: War in the Air -- Cruelty to People

The actual "war" is a war for your mind, for your attention, and for your belief; largely, it is a "war" for your mental and emotional energy.  

In very practical ways, it is a struggle of the living people against corporations. 

All corporations are legal fictions that don't actually exist, but which have been promoted as ideas holding material interests: name brands, trademarks, patents, copyrights, contracts, trusts, franchises, republics, democracies, city-states, cooperatives, communes, cooperatives, foundations, LLCs, LLPs, partnerships, proprietorships, religions, associations, societies, clubs, fraternities, sororities, even nations and countries.  

None of these things actually exist, but we suspend belief and pretend that they do.  

Why? 

Convenience, mainly.   These mental constructs help us define and organize things.  They give us business models, templates, and conceptual frameworks to build upon and yes, they bring "order out of chaos" by creating a separate and admittedly false reality known as "the world".

The world and the Earth are two separate things, but nobody teaches you this in school, nor in churches or synagogues or temples.  We have to observe this for ourselves.  

The truth is that we are born as unique beings and the only group we truly belong to is our family.  

All the rest of the cumbersome definitions are added, indeed, heaped on us, after the fact.  We are given a name, a community, a nation, a country, a religion, a race, an ethno-cultural identity, a nationality, a citizenship, a provenance, a genealogy, a blood type, a hair color, eye color, weight, height, finger (or foot) print, a political party, a peer group, a social status, a credit rating, an economic and social class, a criminal record (or not) and now, the same persons who brought all this invasive analysis and programming to you want to further define you and destroy your privacy down to the level of your actual physical location, heartbeat, the status of your hormones, your thoughts, your preferences, your buying patterns, and your DNA --- all constantly monitored by Big Brother. 

Only about one-third of all people ever spontaneously realize that, hey, all this "stuff" has been pushed on me, and I never had a word to say about any of it.  

The rest, two-thirds of humanity, never really recover from this onslaught of "identity factors" being shoved off onto them, and become dependent on their captors to tell them what to do and what to think, what to value, and what to ignore.  

These people, our neighbors, family members, and friends are mentally and emotionally crippled, their sense of self so restricted, their ability to reason so under-developed, that they are dependent on what the television or social media or educational programming or Facebook chats feed them.  

They no longer have a "mind of their own" --- literally.  

Let us demonstrate.  

We are told that forty million people will go hungry this November because they won't get food stamps.  That is one in eight Americans with no "food security" as of today, November 1st, 2025.  

Rationally, we should be very concerned and upset, that the Mongers in the U.S. Congress care more about selling bombs than feeding people -- regardless of who these people are, where they come from, or what political parties they support.  

Politics of any kind should not even enter into the discussion.  

This should be a simple, stark national priority to feed everyone within the borders of this country, but instead of removing the obstacles in Congress --- arresting them for crimes against humanity if necessary --- a new and ugly narrative is being spun. 

We are told that over eighty percent of food stamps go to "aliens" and that "59% of food stamp recipients are obese".  

A regular stampede of statistics appears in both Mainstream and Alternative news feeds, all designed to denigrate and separate food stamp recipients from the rest of the population, to blame them for being hungry, and to label them as "useless eaters".  

They don't tell you that from the standpoint of the elitists promoting these "statistics", average working class and middle class Americans are "non-resident aliens", because they don't live in the District of Columbia.     

They don't tell you that the vast majority of food stamp recipients have been chronically unemployed or underemployed as a direct result of corporate profit-seeking devoid of any conscience.  

They don't tell you how many American jobs have been lost, because the Perpetrators got the chance to up their corporate profits and exploit Chinese slave labor, harming both the Chinese and the Americans in the process.  

They don't mention that many food stamp recipients are both obese and sick because the cheap food that they buy in an attempt to have enough to fill their bellies, is of low nutritional value, full of empty carbs, trans-fats, laboratory chemicals, pesticides, and sugar.  

Without the right nutrients, their bodies are constantly hungry and sending hunger signals to the brain.  Soon the poor are spending every penny and every food stamp on more cheap, polluted, high carbohydrate, high sugar, high fat content food.  

They eat this garbage from dusk til dawn and gain a hundred or more pounds of extra fat and are still hungry. They are both obese and literally starving right in front of our stupid, ignorant, judgemental  faces. 

And neither they nor we are sharp enough to catch the drift: these extra would-be workers are being killed for profit, because when they get sick enough to go to the hospital, guess who is waiting for them there?  

The same reckless corporate profiteers that deprived them of jobs, put them on welfare, and restricted the amount of food stamp money to force people to fill up on pasta and bread full of harmful additives ---these same corporate criminals then profit from their illnesses and deaths. 

Make no mistake, the "war" is between corporations and living people, between those who have a conscience, and those who do not, between those who put their faith in money, and those who put their faith in love.  

It's a fight between dead, fictional things--- mindless, faceless, and unaccountable corporations -- and living people.   

The living people have to win this one.
