International Public Notice: The End of the Deceit

This week in previous International Public Notices we have exposed and discussed numerous readily observable practices that reveal the extensive use of semantic deceit, personage, and fraudulent "mirroring" to steal the identity of the actual American Government and misrepresent it as an incorporated entity. 

A few moments of sober consideration should satisfy anyone that an incorporated entity cannot function as a sovereign government.  How would an incorporated entity be independent of its Incorporator?  

Equally, logic should dictate that no sovereign government is eligible for public bankruptcy protection, which would require incorporation of said government and render it incompetent to act as a sovereign government.  (See above.)  

These two facts alone are sufficient to set aside any notion that our country is or ever was "bankrupt" and also any idea that our actual government has ever been incorporated. 

What has been incorporated and repeatedly and deliberately bankrupted at our public expense is a look-alike, sound-alike set of foreign corporations, the United States, Inc. and the United States of America, Inc. operating variously as British Crown Corporations and as Roman Municipal CORPORATIONS, both acting as Federal Subcontractors exercising delegated powers. 

If our Lawn Services provider is incorporated and goes bankrupt, does that imply that we have gone bankrupt?  

No, and the only way that this has been made to appear otherwise, has been via the deliberate use of deceitfully similar names: the use of "the United States of America, Incorporated" to impersonate our unincorporated Federation of States doing business as The United States of America, for example, or "the UNITED STATES, INC." to stand in "for" and impersonate The United States. 

These deceits, substitutions, and impersonations have led to what can only be described as a double-sided national-level identity theft scheme. 

For the benefit of all the lawyers in the room, we are going to cite California Government Code Section 100.  California was enrolled as a State of the Union prior to the so-called Civil War, and like all the other States enrolled prior to this illegal Mercenary Conflict, it retains these inconvenient codified references that demonstrate the identity theft and usurpation and redefinition of "public" that occurred:

(a)

The sovereignty of the state resides in the people thereof, and all writs and processes shall issue in their name.

(b)

The style of all process shall be "The People of the State of California," and all prosecutions shall be conducted in their name and by their authority.

Right about now, every Prosecutor in California is drawing a rapid, short breath, because no Prosecutor since about 1965 has ever prosecuted a case like this.  Ever.  

The courts they practice in haven't used writs for anything in over fifty years, and the "people" referenced in part (a) as the possessors of the sovereignty of the state, have been quietly made to disappear via foreign citizenship registrations misapplied to American babies under conditions of deceit and non-disclosure. 

The British Territorial birth registration process has appeared to depopulate California of all the living people known as Californians and served to leave the sovereign state vacated -- or so it appears on paper.  

As the living people (small "p") were unlawfully converted into British Territorial U.S. Citizens one by one and as their elders died off one by one, the land and soil of California was gradually vacated; as a result, there were no longer any sovereign people (on paper) left in possession of the sovereignty or the state.  

So, while they admit that the sovereignty belongs to the "people", they were busily stealing the identity of the people and converting them into British Territorial "persons" instead. 

Let's look at part (b) and look at it and read it very carefully to find the loophole expediting this gigantic constructive fraud:

"The style of all process shall be "The People of the State of California," and all prosecutions shall be conducted in their name and by their authority."

So, if everything were honest and hunky-dory in California, "all process" ---every single summons, warrant, charge, or claim entered by every Prosecutor in California, would name "The People of the State of California" as the Plaintiff, and we can self-evidently and easily affirm that this never appears on any process served in California.  

Why not? 

To be correct, such service would have to be rendered on behalf of "The People of California" instead; however, if there are no "people" anymore in California, there cannot be any "People" -- that is, the Lawful Persons of living people -- either.  

Even if we were to indulge the idea that "The People of the State of California" refers to our employees, the foreign "citizenry" of the British Territorial entity doing business as "the State of California", they could still never bring suit in a Lawful Court, for lack of a Lawful Person. 

It takes "people" to create "People".   

"People" are the Lawful Persons of living people, and as we have seen, the undisclosed registration of babies in California had unlawfully converted almost all Californians into British Territorial U.S. Citizens, who are foreign Legal Persons by definition. 

We now come to the crux of the matter which is the unlawful conversion of our people into the political status of foreign persons, the tandem unlawful conversion of our State Courts into foreign State-of-State Courts, the evasion of their Constitutional obligations by our public employees using this ruse, and the constructive fraud standing on the books as "California Government Code Section 100". 

There are and can be no "People" of the British Territorial corporation doing business as "the State of California" and that is why nobody can remember any common court process, much less "all process" being brought in the name of "The People of the State of California". 

This is more evidence of the gargantuan constructive fraud and unlawful conversion scheme --resulting in the identity theft of entire nations-- being perpetuated by our foreign Federal Subcontractors and the various corporations they have named after our countries, our governments, our political subunits, and our people. 

What was the endgame of all this?  

First, and most obviously, to convert and subject Americans to the status of British Territorial Subjects.  Then, acting under those Legal Presumptions, to latch onto their personal assets, both public and private, and "disappear them" individually, one by one, from the ranks of the American States' population.  

Eventually, all the Americans would appear to vanish from the public records and the Vermin could claim that this entire portion of the North American Continent had been abandoned. Not a single Wisconsinite, Virginian, or Californian in sight --- all trafficked "over the sea" by the respective Britannic Majesties involved in this criminal activity since 1925. 

The Perpetrators could then make a Claim on Abandonment to literally own this country and leave the dazed American people mischaracterized as stateless paupers in their own country --- precisely the fate that Thomas Jefferson foretold if we ever relaxed our vigilance. 

Thankfully, there were always some of us who did not relax our vigilance and who observed the lawfare being practiced against us by our erstwhile Federal Subcontractors, and so, by the same means that they sought to use against us, they have been brought to ruin themselves.  Their fraud, violence, dishonor, criminality, breach of trust, violation of their service contracts, and lack of standing have been fully described and documented before the High Courts of the world. 

We won. They lost. Thank God. 

Unfortunately, there is some attendant chaos.  We have the job of restoring and restructuring our government -- 160-plus years late, but doing it nonetheless. 

Today, we had the duty to inform Judge Juan Merchan that the corporation he was working for and all its franchises are defunct; their assets now belong to us, and their debts are our credits. 

This means that there is no corporate tribunal for Judge Merchan to operate against any franchise named after or derived from the estate of the American baby named Donald John Trump, nor any Municipal ESTATE of the same NAME, nor any derivative CORPORATION, like DONALD J TRUMP or TRUMP, DONALD J.  

The same news is being conveyed to thousands of other corporate tribunals as we speak, impacting millions of Americans who have been mischaracterized as foreign citizens and railroaded in foreign courts under False Legal Presumptions.  

There are no "Fourteenth Amendment citizens of the United States" just like there are no "People" of "the State of California". 

The Municipal United States Government Corporations are under new management, and the British Territorial United States Government Corporations are next in line, as the Great Fraud is being unraveled step by step.  

We have long ago (more than ten years) seized upon all Land Titles issued by the British Territorial United States Government. We will be rolling up all these deceptive "land descriptions" misapplied to purported "public trust" property and returning them to the lawful owners posthaste. 

This reform is worldwide. 

All the bogus "National Debts" are being cancelled. 

A special note to the living people of China -- for the last several weeks and days you have been crying and in despair, watching a phony housing investment "bubble" collapse, fearful of attacks, fearing unemployment and starvation and other critical lacks, but your tears will be turned to laughter. 

The people of China and Russia and all the other nations will be cared for and blessed and your culture and nation will be honored.  No more war for profit.  No more criminality. No more lies. 

Let the people of the so-called United Kingdom rejoice. The end of over 300 years of larceny, fraud, and violence are at an end. No more will your young men perish in wars for ignoble ends, no more will your young women be spinsters whose young men died, misled  and used as cheap mercenaries by these monsters. 

And you, long-suffering people of the Middle East, rejoice, knowing that the day of your deliverance is dawning.  Your scattered kinsmen will be coming home and home will be a safe place, a loved place, a beautiful place again.  Abundant water will flow for you.  Your animals will have rich pastures.  Your orchards will not fail.  Peace, not war, will be your inheritance. 

We love you, living people of the Earth.  We love all the plants and animals that Nature's God created. We hold you in our hearts and minds, so do not be afraid. A mighty shield stands over you, and all that's left is for everyone to wake up from this bad dream and get organized and work together. 

We called this Notice "The End of the Deceit" to be polite; the end of the British attempt to establish Corporate Feudalism and usher in One World Government (theirs) using corporations, lawfare, and deceit to do so, deserves more pithy comments, but we are too grateful for and too humbled by the support that we have received from all the other nations and people throughout the world. Today is not a day for pithy comments. 

Today is a day to give thanks. 

Take a moment and breathe. 

When what is true comes, what is false must pass away.  

So it must be, and so it is.

Who instituted this festival?

Pope Innocent XIII in the year 1721 commanded that the most Holy Name of Jesus should be solemnly honored throughout the Catholic world. St. Bernard, with the sanction of the Apostolic See, had established the solemn veneration of this most Holy Name in his order a few centuries before.

In the Introit of this day's Mass, the Church proclaims the glory of this name:

INTROIT In the name of Jesus let every knee bow of those that are in heaven, on earth, and under the earth; and let every tongue confess that the Lord Jesus Christ is in the glory of God the Father (Phil. 2:10-11). O Lord our Lord, how wonderful is thy name in the whole earth! (Ps. 8:2). Glory be to the Father.

COLLECT O God, Who didst ordain Thine only-begotten Son to be the Savior of mankind, and didst command that he should be called Jesus: mercifully grant that we may enjoy in heaven the blessed vision of him whose holy name we venerate upon earth. Through our Lord.

EPISTLE (Acts 4:8-12). In those days, Peter, filled with the Holy Ghost, said: Ye princes of the people and ancients, hear: If we this day are examined concerning the good deed done to the infirm man, by what means he hath been made whole, be it known to you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God hath raised from the dead, even by him this man standeth here before you whole. REMARKS OF ST. BERNARD ON THE SWEET NAME OF JESUS

The sweet name of Jesus produces in us holy thoughts, fills the soul with noble sentiments, strengthens virtue, begets good works, and nourishes pure affections. All spiritual food leaves the soul dry, if it contain not that penetrating oil, the name Jesus. When you take your pen, write the name Jesus: if you write books, let the name of Jesus be contained in them, else they will possess no charm or attraction for me; you may speak, or you may reply, but if the name of Jesus sounds not from your lips, you are without unction and without charm. Jesus is honey in our mouth, light in our eyes, a flame in our heart. This name is the cure for all diseases of the soul. Are you troubled? think but of Jesus, speak but the name of Jesus, the clouds disperse, and peace descends anew from heaven. Have you fallen into sin? so that you fear death? invoke the name of Jesus, and you will soon feel life returning. No obduracy of the soul, no weakness, no coldness of heart can resist this holy name; there is no heart which will not soften and open in tears at this holy name. Are you surrounded by sorrow and danger? invoke the name of Jesus, and your fears will vanish. Never yet was human being in urgent need, and on the point of perishing, who invoked this help-giving name, and was not powerfully sustained. It was given us for the cure of all our ills; to soften the impetuosity of anger, to quench the fire of concupiscence, to conquer pride, to mitigate the pain of our wounds, to overcome the thirst of avarice, to quiet sensual passions, and the desires of low pleasures. If we call to our minds the name of Jesus, it brings before us His most meek and humble heart, and gives us a new knowledge of His most loving and tender compassion. The name of Jesus is the purest, and holiest, the noblest and most indulgent of names, the name of all blessings and of all virtues; it is the name of the God-Man, of sanctity itself. To think of Jesus is to think of the great, infinite God Who, having given us His life as an example, has also bestowed the necessary understanding, energy and assistance to enable us to follow and imitate Him, in our thoughts, inclinations, words and actions. If the name of Jesus reaches the depths of our heart, it leaves heavenly virtue there. We say, therefore, with our great master, St. Paul the Apostle: If any man love not our Lord Jesus Christ, let him be anathema (I Cor. 16:22).

International Public Notice: More Proof of Usurpation by Corporations

One of the most interesting and blatant ways you can observe the Usurpation against our lawful American Government and all other Lawful Governments impacted by the Great Fraud, is the inversion of the definition of "public and private interests". 

The "public interests" of the British Territorial Corporations operating as "States of States", like "the State of Wisconsin" --- are in fact private interests. 

The entity doing business as "the State of Wisconsin, Inc." is a foreign, privately-owned, for-profit franchise corporation. It has no actual public interest to promote, but it will pretend to act in "the public interest" and perniciously define its own employees and dependents as the "public" it serves.  

This is in contrast to the Public Interests of Wisconsin, the State, which are indeed public and not private at all.  

Another way to understand this is to realize that their public is our private, and our private is their public.  Everything about the situation and definitions involved are inverted. 

Their "public elections" are for their private citizenry and their private corporate offices, and are in fact not public elections in our sense of those same words.  

We are often talking about two (or quite possibly three) different "publics".

When they accuse us of running a "private bank", it is from their standpoint, looking over the fence.  It's private with respect to their "public", but public with respect to our Public. 

From our standpoint, our bank is chartered for the use of our Public, and their maritime commercial banks incorporated for the use of "their public"  meaning their British Territorial "state citizenry" and are all private, and not public institutions at all.  

Likewise, the State-of-State Statutes are the laws governing their "public", which is limited to their private citizenry and dependents of their corporation; and, despite their heavy-handed enforcement of their statutes on everyone in sight, average Americans, that is -- our public --- does not subscribe to nor stand under statutory law at all.  

It's all a matter of which public you are part of -- the actual Public meaning the general population of the country, or, a "private public" --- more oxymorons, again --- composed of corporation employees acting as "foreign citizens" and their dependents. 

A particularly egregious example was provided by Franklin Delano Roosevelt during his March 6th 1933 Governor's Conference address, at which he announced the "bankruptcy of the United States of America" --- Incorporated. 

The Governors immediately pledged the support of their "states" and the "citizenry thereof". 

An innocent Third Party might have assumed that they were talking about our unincorporated Federation of States bearing almost the same name: The United States of America --- until they woke up and considered that bankruptcy protection only applies to incorporated entities.  

The same innocent Third Party might assume that they were talking about American States and American State Citizens, but no, they were talking about their own British Territorial "Confederate" States, that is, States of States service organizations, and their own British Territorial corporation's "citizenry", too.  

These convoluted and purposefully deceitful deployments of similar names and similar terms, the practice of naming corporations after unincorporated governments, and substituting  foreign corporation employees as "the public" and "citizenry" thereof, is part and parcel of the vast constructive fraud that has been played upon the living people and the various countries of the world. 

Americans have been routinely led to believe that their country was bankrupt, when in fact, a similarly-named, foreign British Territorial Corporation was the only thing that was bankrupt.  

Another instance showing this telltale "upside down and backwards" inversion is the concept of "home rule" and misapplication of "Dillon's Rule" in The United States.  These concepts come to us from Britain and operate on the principle that the States rule over the Counties and have the ability to grant --- or not grant --- "home rule". 

Again, this can only apply to British Territorial States of States, that is, "Confederate States" that were foisted off on the actual States in the aftermath of the Civil War.   

Our American Government and tradition is exactly 180 degrees backwards and upside down from the presumptions of Home Rule and Dillon's Rule,  in that our Counties are the sovereign entities in our States of the Union, and are self-determining local governments owing no permission from the State or the Federal Government, so long as they abide by their venerable mutual powers agreements. 

Their foreign "Home Rule" and even worse "Dillon's Rule" presumptions assume that their "State of State" has determining power over County Law, because their "States" (Confederate States of States) are franchise corporations and their "Counties" are franchise corporations of their incorporated State-of-State.  

Parent corporations get to tell franchises when to hop and where and how high, but American Counties, that is, unincorporated counties, standing on the land and soil of their State of the Union, are only obliged to follow "State" laws, when those laws involve powers or jurisdictions delegated to the States. 

American Counties don't have Home Rule or Dillon's Rule, either one.  American Counties are the supreme arbiters of local County Law and their Sheriff is the highest peacekeeping official in the country within the borders of his county.  

Again, it's a matter of whether we are talking about our  American Counties or their British Territorial incorporated County, Inc., franchises. 

By now, most people are dizzy, but before we leave the topic, we have to address one of the most pernicious confusions of all. 

Each State of the Union (Maine, Virginia, Florida, et al.) was intended to be partnered with a State of State business organization (The State of Maine, The State of Virginia, The State of Florida, et al.).  These State of State organizations are called "Confederate States". 

Each State of the Union is a member of our Federation of States and each American State of State was intended to be a member of the Confederation of the American States of States. 

That Confederation blew apart in March of 1861 and was never restored; instead, the Brits crept in the back door, substituted their British Territorial States-of-States for ours, and went right on rolling as if nothing much had happened --- but something had happened. 

The American States of the Union and our People were defrauded out of the control of our own business services and assets by foreign interests pretending to be us or "represent" us, without our knowledge or permission.  

This was only made possible via semantic deceit.  The American Confederate States like "The State of New York" look amazingly similar on paper to the British Territorial Confederate State doing business as "the State of New York".  The only difference that the American Public could possibly notice is that "The" was included as part of the name of the American State of State prior to the Civil War, and was reduced to "the" after the so-called war. 

Confederate States, that is, States of States, are not States, but it is common as dirt to hear our Federal Subcontractors refer to them as "States". 

Everyone must make the effort to discern the difference between the American Government and the British Territorial United States Government and the Municipal United States Government, and be aware of these differences when dealing with them.  

Otherwise, you wind up with a completely incorrect and skewed idea of what is going on and which entity, which public, and which citizenry is being impacted, which law applies, which court has jurisdiction, and even what kind of state or county you are talking about --- corporate or incorporated, American or foreign.

International Public Notice: "Eternal War"

So long ago that --- in the human timeframe reckoning, like a Mayfly"s reckoning of our time scale --- it cannot be comprehended, there was War in the Heavens.

In the beginning all those present now passed through a developmental stage as "reptilians".  The truth of this can be easily seen if you look closely at your own skin, which is in the form of scales, not unlike a snake or lizard's scales.

On a more sophisticated level, the "secondary brain" controlling the autonomic functions of the body is, most often, reptilian in origin. 

So none of us have any cause or reason to look down on reptilians or to deny our own reptilian origins; we all owe a debt to the reptilian ancestors who bequeathed these and other gifts to us.  

We say this to rebuke in advance any wholesale phobia or hatred of reptilian species. You cannot hate or fear them without hating and fearing a part of yourself --- and it is a part you cannot live without. 

That said --- 

The reptoid races of this Universe are many and varied; during the War in the Heavens, giant reptiles roamed the Earth. Some of them we call dinosaurs.  Some we call Leviathans.  Some we call dragons.  They lived and fought and died here long before the race of Man, but their petrified remains are scattered upon the Earth and are still visible, if one pays attention and knows where to look. 

During the War in the Heavens a race of Dragons (we still use the word "dragon" and "dragoon") from the Star System Draco, attacked the Orion Star System, and largely overran it.  They subdued the indigenous Orions (Aryans) and began a society based on a rigid caste system established by bloodline and birth.  

Quite similar to the Hindu Caste System you can still see today, the Orion (Aryan) Caste System had Priests, Soldiers, and Merchants. 

Among the priests there were prophets and ministers; among the soldiers there were Officers --and Supersoldiers-- who were specifically bred for war, like Saruman's Orcs, the Urukhai. 

This forced breeding program took place in the Orion Star System during the Draconian occupation during the War in the Heavens.  Some of these Supersoldiers came to Earth and have remained here ever since, causing trouble that they are only partially aware of.  Their fate and nature is, to a large extent, predetermined by their genetics: they can't help being what they are. 

This, too, is a point we wish to make.  To the extent that these people are evil war-mongers, they have been created, on purpose, by others to be this way.  They can no more control their interest in war and war profiteering and everything else about war, than a dog can stop salivating. 

Knowing this about them, then, it becomes our responsibility to treat them with wisdom and respect ---- and to control them appropriately.  Giving Netanyahu an arsenal and expecting anything but war, war, and more war, is like giving a dog a bone and not expecting it to gnaw the bone to nubbins. 

Seeing the utterly reckless and ruthless warfare now engulfing Gaza, Syria, and Lebanon --- and aiming ultimately at Iran, we have to know that we are in the presence of one of these throwbacks to the Supersoldiers of Orion.  In the misdirected heat of his bloodlust, Netanyahu has no sense at all.  He has become a killing machine like his ancestors, long ago. 

As terrible as this is, there is a pathos to it, too.  These people didn't ask to have their genetics toyed with, but they were; in a sense, they are not at fault for what they have become.  It was the Draco scientists who did this to the people of Orion.  

As the Dracos were consolidating their occupation of the Orion Star System and beginning to develop their breeding programs and caste systems there,  another reptilian race, the Seraphim of the Sirius Star System, became alarmed and launched a counter-offensive, driving the Dracos back to their own Star System and freeing the people of Orion.  

It would take many volumes and texts and maps to begin to explain the complexities of all these things.  Suffice it to say that Earth has inherited her share of these troubles, and as the people upon the Earth have forgotten these ancient wars and their results, we have also forgotten important aspects of our own world and those we share it with.  

We must remember if we are to avoid a repeat of very destructive histories which have played out over time--- the War in the Heavens, the Great Plasma War, and the recent so-called "Mud Flood".

Nobody who was in their right mind would knowingly give Netanyahu an arsenal, or Zelensky, either, if they recognized who and what these "men" are.  Thus, it is our own ignorance which has allowed these monsters to come out and turn our Earth into a polluted killing field.  

We can blame them for what they have done, but then, we have to blame ourselves for what we have failed to do --- to remember our past and take sensible steps to control these sojourners in our midst. 

We must call upon our soul-memories to restore our ancient vision so that we are not confused nor deceived by the Orion Supersoldiers and their mindless thirst for war, so that we can move promptly and appropriately to control their activities and find our way forward. 

The native population of people on this planet are loving and peaceful and want nothing to do with wars of any kind. They long for peace and truth.  They have a conscience.  They are acquainted with honor and mercy and compassion, unlike the twisted remnants of a noble race contorted by war and the cruelty of Draconian Masters. 

The Earth stands within the protection of the Seraphim Guard, a Force so Powerful and so connected to our common Source, that we cannot be compromised by force, but we can by our own ignorance and inaction allow our freewill to be misrepresented. 

It is supremely important that everyone reading this does whatever they can to signal their disagreement with Congressional spending on mercenary wars and aggression in the Ukraine, the Middle East, or elsewhere. 

We must turn our minds and hearts and will to peace. 

We must speak of peace and envision it and hold it in our hearts.

This is far more than some silly sophomoric "wish for world peace". This is a spiritual, psychic, and physical demand for world peace. 

This is peace we can hear and taste and feel and pour over the war-torn landscapes of the world. 

Imagine Lebanon at peace. 

Imagine Gaza at peace. 

Imagine Israel at peace. 

Imagine "the US" at peace. 

Imagine Ukraine at peace.

Imagine Russia at peace. 

Keep on imagining these things every day, and without any big fanfare; if enough of us do this, they will quietly come to be.  

Imagine a gentle rain, pure as the day rain was created, passing over the ruined landscape and cleansing everything it touches. 

Imagine it soaking away the evil chemicals, transforming them into useful fertilizers instead.  

Imagine people, millions of them, set free and inspired by love, coming to the aid of the lonely and the ill and the forgotten. 

Imagine the very word "Army" being transformed to have another meaning entirely. 

Imagine the militaries of all nations being focused on the real enemies of mankind --- ignorance, selfishness, greed, sloth, unjust enrichment, deceit, pollution, cruelty, elitism, pride, scarcity, enslavement, lust, starvation, infection, fraud, betrayal and avarice.  

Imagine all these ugly things being packed up and whisked away, so that an entirely new spirit comes to the Earth, gently, like a brand new day.

International Public Notice: Concerning Beneficial Ownership Interest of All US Corporations

The unincorporated United States of America holds all beneficial ownership interest in all US Corporations/CORPORATIONS and their franchises and derivatives.  

The unincorporated United States of America hereby serves Notice that these claims of our beneficial ownership interest are already present on the Public and Private Records and are both validated and cured.  

We are bypassing any proposal and/or additional "offer" by the Municipal and/or Territorial Congresses to fill out individual forms and paperwork mandated by the Corporate Transparency Act, in favor of this public and universal response to the query --- who actually owns the beneficial interest in all these corporations?  

We do.  

Our addresses to sue and be sued have remained the same for many decades and Notice thereof has been periodically renewed, so that no man and no person may complain or say that we have not been transparent about our identity, our nature, our location, our nature as the Preferential Priority Creditors, our Beneficial Ownership Interest or any other aspect of this situation. 

All these corporations, especially those issued in the names of individual living Americans and American States, have been issued under conditions of deceit, constructive fraud, and false legal presumptions.  

To the extent that these things exist and have accrued substance, they belong to the named instrumentalities and people they are named after. 

A government of the people, by the people, and for the people does not simply "disappear" or change its jurisdiction or vacate its interests depending on the whims of any Congress. 

We have squarely charged the members of the Municipal and Territorial Congresses with fraud and treason ever since Franklin Pierce took office. The longevity of the crime and the fraud involved is immaterial, as there is no statute of limitation on crimes of fraud and misrepresentation.  

All property thought to belong to the foreign Federal Subcontractors that has not been officially granted to them by the States of the Union is in fact purloined.  They have no granted interest in our land, soil, gold, silver, cash, or corporate persons.  In the absence of action by our own Congress, they have no interest in our credit, either. 

All corporations created in our names or variations of our names that have been calculated to deceive, and all beneficial interests in these things and their foreign PERSONS/Persons,  belongs to our unincorporated institutions, The United States of America and The United States, and to the living people of our country's land and soil. 

So you may safely and without question void all other applications and return what is ours to us and to our people, and be assured that all responsible care will be taken to honor their individual and collective interests both public and private.  

Our "free, sovereign, and independent states" and all our Federation instrumentalities are intact and are ledgering our claims of Beneficial Ownership Interest via normal diplomatic and business channels as we have done continuously since 1999. 

We have recognized the mistaken identities involved and moved swiftly and consistently to correct these misapprehensions, we have addressed the deceit that a "civil war" ever existed as a war, and we have claimed all beneficial ownership interest in both Municipal US CORPORATIONS and Territorial Estates named after living people born on our soil and Lawful Persons established within the physical boundaries of our States.

We cannot possibly do more to clean up this mess than we have already done in all three primary jurisdictions of the Law and are not here to honor any statutory requirements that our employees may seek to impose on us or on this process of declaring Beneficial Ownership Interest in international and global jurisdictions.  

No living man can claim or keep such a Beneficial Ownership Interest, but our unincorporated instrumentalities, The United States of America and The United States, can do so and have done so, on behalf of the returned State Citizens and lawful sovereigns of this country. 

We are here to put an end to this endless game of personage and mercenary "war" promoted by our foreign employees who have been operating on our shores in gross breach of trust and violation of their public service contracts. 

The Final Judgment and Civil Orders concluded by our Courts related to these matters have been published worldwide for more than seven (7) years

All abandoned, intestate, unclaimed, and/or salvaged Persons/PERSONS consisting of all American and British Territorial Seaman's Estates and all Municipal trusts and corporations derived from them and created under the names of living Americans belong to those living Americans, and those created under the names of American State Trusts and States-of-States likewise belong to the States of the Union.  

Likewise the Persons and Estates and Municipal Public Trusts that belonged to physically dead Americans who were similarly railroaded and trafficked by their own employees and all off-shore assets related to their estates/Estates/ESTATES, belong to their natural heirs and progeny and are claimed together with all Beneficial Ownership Interest, by the unincorporated United States of America and the unincorporated United States, dba The United States. 

The name and address of our present and faithful Agent and Lawful Fiduciary appears below and has been available for more than ten (10) years and we wish for the international community to take Due Notice of these facts.  

It will not be possible to claim that either the American estates purloined by unconscionable registration contracts nor the similarly intestate British Territorial Seaman's Estates derived from them, have been legitimately constructed, much less abandoned by those individuals and national governments having natural claim to all Beneficial Ownership Interest in them.  

As a further consequence, it will not be possible to justify the existence of Municipal CORPORATION estate trusts that depend upon the two prior fraud schemes. 

Notice to Principals is Notice to Agents; Notice to Agents is Notice to Principals.
