International Public Notice: Concerning Beneficial Ownership Interest of All US Corporations

The unincorporated United States of America holds all beneficial ownership interest in all US Corporations/CORPORATIONS and their franchises and derivatives.  

The unincorporated United States of America hereby serves Notice that these claims of our beneficial ownership interest are already present on the Public and Private Records and are both validated and cured.  

We are bypassing any proposal and/or additional "offer" by the Municipal and/or Territorial Congresses to fill out individual forms and paperwork mandated by the Corporate Transparency Act, in favor of this public and universal response to the query --- who actually owns the beneficial interest in all these corporations?  

We do.  

Our addresses to sue and be sued have remained the same for many decades and Notice thereof has been periodically renewed, so that no man and no person may complain or say that we have not been transparent about our identity, our nature, our location, our nature as the Preferential Priority Creditors, our Beneficial Ownership Interest or any other aspect of this situation. 

All these corporations, especially those issued in the names of individual living Americans and American States, have been issued under conditions of deceit, constructive fraud, and false legal presumptions.  

To the extent that these things exist and have accrued substance, they belong to the named instrumentalities and people they are named after. 

A government of the people, by the people, and for the people does not simply "disappear" or change its jurisdiction or vacate its interests depending on the whims of any Congress. 

We have squarely charged the members of the Municipal and Territorial Congresses with fraud and treason ever since Franklin Pierce took office. The longevity of the crime and the fraud involved is immaterial, as there is no statute of limitation on crimes of fraud and misrepresentation.  

All property thought to belong to the foreign Federal Subcontractors that has not been officially granted to them by the States of the Union is in fact purloined.  They have no granted interest in our land, soil, gold, silver, cash, or corporate persons.  In the absence of action by our own Congress, they have no interest in our credit, either. 

All corporations created in our names or variations of our names that have been calculated to deceive, and all beneficial interests in these things and their foreign PERSONS/Persons,  belongs to our unincorporated institutions, The United States of America and The United States, and to the living people of our country's land and soil. 

So you may safely and without question void all other applications and return what is ours to us and to our people, and be assured that all responsible care will be taken to honor their individual and collective interests both public and private.  

Our "free, sovereign, and independent states" and all our Federation instrumentalities are intact and are ledgering our claims of Beneficial Ownership Interest via normal diplomatic and business channels as we have done continuously since 1999. 

We have recognized the mistaken identities involved and moved swiftly and consistently to correct these misapprehensions, we have addressed the deceit that a "civil war" ever existed as a war, and we have claimed all beneficial ownership interest in both Municipal US CORPORATIONS and Territorial Estates named after living people born on our soil and Lawful Persons established within the physical boundaries of our States.

We cannot possibly do more to clean up this mess than we have already done in all three primary jurisdictions of the Law and are not here to honor any statutory requirements that our employees may seek to impose on us or on this process of declaring Beneficial Ownership Interest in international and global jurisdictions.  

No living man can claim or keep such a Beneficial Ownership Interest, but our unincorporated instrumentalities, The United States of America and The United States, can do so and have done so, on behalf of the returned State Citizens and lawful sovereigns of this country. 

We are here to put an end to this endless game of personage and mercenary "war" promoted by our foreign employees who have been operating on our shores in gross breach of trust and violation of their public service contracts. 

The Final Judgment and Civil Orders concluded by our Courts related to these matters have been published worldwide for more than seven (7) years

All abandoned, intestate, unclaimed, and/or salvaged Persons/PERSONS consisting of all American and British Territorial Seaman's Estates and all Municipal trusts and corporations derived from them and created under the names of living Americans belong to those living Americans, and those created under the names of American State Trusts and States-of-States likewise belong to the States of the Union.  

Likewise the Persons and Estates and Municipal Public Trusts that belonged to physically dead Americans who were similarly railroaded and trafficked by their own employees and all off-shore assets related to their estates/Estates/ESTATES, belong to their natural heirs and progeny and are claimed together with all Beneficial Ownership Interest, by the unincorporated United States of America and the unincorporated United States, dba The United States. 

The name and address of our present and faithful Agent and Lawful Fiduciary appears below and has been available for more than ten (10) years and we wish for the international community to take Due Notice of these facts.  

It will not be possible to claim that either the American estates purloined by unconscionable registration contracts nor the similarly intestate British Territorial Seaman's Estates derived from them, have been legitimately constructed, much less abandoned by those individuals and national governments having natural claim to all Beneficial Ownership Interest in them.  

As a further consequence, it will not be possible to justify the existence of Municipal CORPORATION estate trusts that depend upon the two prior fraud schemes. 

Notice to Principals is Notice to Agents; Notice to Agents is Notice to Principals.

International Public Notice: Dr. Richard Cordero, Doctor of Law

Having accepted a title, "Doctor of Law", Richard Cordero is assumed to know the law; being assumed to know the law, he is also assumed to know the various jurisdictions of the law and their provenance. 

We love Richard Cordero, the man, for having guts enough and love of justice enough, to stand up against the corruption of the courts, indeed, their prostitution --- but he still does not comprehend the source and nature of this corruption, and therefore, cannot find its cure, short of a popular insurrection. 

He still persists in thinking that the cure involves some sort of "Citizens Court" brought together and administered by Citizens, but Citizens owe their loyalty and service to the government corporation and so do the courts; therefore, any Citizen advocating the prosecution of the Court, much less the replacement of the Courts by an unlearned group of random government employees and dependents, is hopelessly off course.  

Any such action is tantamount to insurrection against the government services Subcontractor that such Citizens rely upon as their own government.  This is why those attorneys and even those "learned in the Law" who side with the people and with justice and against the farcical and criminal misadministration of these courts and banks and other so-called institutions, wind up in jail.  

Remember Heather Ann Tucci-Jarraf?  Excellent woman, brilliant, well-intentioned, convicted by the Chief U.S. District Court Judge of what?  Money laundering.  That would suggest that she committed a financial crime.  Let's look at it more closely. 

Who convicted her?  The British Territorial U.S. District (Sea Jurisdiction) Court, which gained jurisdiction over her Person via her agreement to serve as what?  An attorney.  Are attorneys required to know the Law?  No, they are not. From the Attorney General on down. They are required to know policies, codes, and procedures. Court rules.  Nothing more. 

Only the Solicitor General is required to know the actual law.  

As the name might imply, (British lawyers are known as "Solicitors", American lawyers are known as "Counselors" and Attorneys are neither one.  Attorneys are glorified Customs Officers.) ---the Solicitor General is a British Court Officer and his duty is to defend the British Territorial Federal Subcontractor (U.S.A, Inc.) before the U.S. (also British Territorial) Supreme Court. 

So, acting in ignorance, much as any one of us might do, Heather Ann and her fellows working on the Paradigm Project detected the same outrageous danger to the American Public that we uncovered -- the same individual identity theft via undisclosed birth registrations, the same personage and barratry and racketeering caused by generating false indictments against non-existent "persons"  --  that Dr. Cordero is sounding the alarm about, only in the financial realm. 

The Paradigm Project unearthed the records and the interlocking trust directorates connecting the banks and the "government services corporations" and like us, they realized that these monsters were intent on declaring all the American assets "abandoned".  

So, this band of heroes did what they could to reclaim our assets and the assets of other living people for the benefit of all living people.  They sought to remove the so-called "Global Assets" to a trust they created, the One People's Public Trust (OPPT). 

All this was done with all the best intentions in the world. 

The problem is that these same researchers discovered all this while they were actively employed by and dependent on the corporation perpetrating the scheme.  

They therefore acquired their information while on the government contractor's dime, and from the perspective of the British Territorial Government, they were interfering in the "legalized" crime of the century, and against the interests of their own employer (U.S.A, Inc.) and government (British Territorial). 

"Wet cats" does not describe the consternation of the Court Administrators who are supposed to keep this sort of thing under control.  Tucci-Jarraf became Persona Non Gratia and British Territorial (their Public, not ours) Public Enemy Number One.  

But, no matter who or what you are, filing claims asserting a financial interest in vacated Municipal Corporations is not a crime and cannot be construed as such.  

The problem came much later, when the members of the Paradigm Project, still acting as loyal British Territorial U.S. Citizens attempted to access the actual physical assets they had claimed and secure credit based on those assets defined as Federal Reserve Notes --- which by law, U.S. Citizens and Persons must use under force of Legal Tender Laws, imposed by the parent corporation enfranchising them. 

The parent corporation, U.S.A.,Inc., claims an exclusive right to hold our assets "for" us and to issue credit based on our assets for their own pay and administrative purposes in our absence.  Mere U.S. Citizens and Persons, viewed as voluntary franchises, have no such ability.  

So when Heather Ann Tucci-Jarraf attempted to securitize Municipal ESTATE assets that the Paradigm Project claimed, and sought to issue credit in the form of Federal Reserve Notes, she was guilty of money laundering --- a conversion of monetary interest (in actual assets) conferred to a dead British Territorial Seaman via a Municipal ESTATE trust, to fiat debt notes (credit) owed to his/her Estate (and the British Monarch under Bona Vacantia).  

It's this last bit that puts pedal to the metal so far as the King's Court System goes.  

Probably unknown to her, Heather Ann Tucci-Jaraff was defined as a British Territorial U.S. Citizen--- just like someone born in Puerto Rico, by a birth registration signed ( under conditions of non-disclosure) by her Mother, and so, being the victim of an Unconscionable Contract created when she was a baby, she had never issued an Express Trust or voiding claim on any public record, denying any of these presumptions. 

On top of that, she accepted the Title of "Esquire" and self-evidently had promised fealty to the British King, whose Bona Vacantia claims were being endangered.  

The irony of course is that Heather Ann Tucci-Jarraf is actually an American.  And the assets she was attempting to save and claim are American assets.  

All the rest of it, the creation of the British Seaman and "her" Estate, (also named "Heather Ann Tucci-Jarraf") like the process of declaring these phantasms legally dead, is all bunko -- a constructive fraud designed to latch onto American assets under conditions of secrecy, misrepresent the assets as assets belonging to a "lost" and intestate British Seaman--- thus creating an estate subject to Admiralty Law. 

The Brits took 40% of the value of this phony Estate before passing the Pope's 60% share on to the Holy Roman Empire's Municipal Government, which cashiered the rest as a Municipal Public Trust operating as HEATHER ANN TUCCI-JARRAF.  

So, still defined in the books as a British Esquire, Heather Ann seized upon the Municipal Public Trust ESTATE named after her and all the other Municipal Corporations, too, not realizing the quid pro quo and division of (American) spoils that the King and the Pope had already agreed upon.   

Of course, the other Americans were not present, because they were kept completely ignorant about all these fancy accommodations and the secretive trafficking of their "persons" in their purported "absence". 

In order to do what Heather Ann Tucci-Jarraf was attempting to do for the good of mankind, she would have to generate an Express Trust and an Ecclesiastical Deed Poll, both, and give up being an attorney. She would have to collapse and object to both the Municipal TRUST and the Admiralty Estate and remove the assets to neutral ground, where they could once again be recognized as American Assets. 

She could not do this as an Esquire in the face of the King's Bona Vacantia interest in the "abandoned" intestate Estates of British Seamen. 

Now it turns out that none of the British Monarchs are actually Kings, and so, none of them can legitimately claim Bona Vacantia -- as if any of this gigantic fraud scheme ever had an iota of legitimacy in the first place. 

The only neutral ground available was in the City of Washington, DC, which the British Territorial Government had to maintain, but Tucci-Jaraff didn't know this and did not create the OPPT Trust as an independent private trust operated from Capitol Hill in the City of Washington, District of Columbia.   

She also didn't know that she couldn't use a British Territorial Commercial Bank to securitize recovered Municipal assets--- which landed her up against the U.S. Treasury Department and its prior claims on behalf of the British Crown and Monarch--- and in any case, she couldn't directly convert the resulting credit into Federal Reserve Notes, a private military scrip issued exclusively by the Federal Reserve Banks, without being accused of money laundering on behalf of the Pope. 

Te Deum. 

We are absolutely sure that Heather Ann never imagined, dreamed, nor agreed to act as a Double Agent, an Esquire of the King, and a bondslave of the Holy Roman Empire --- both --- but her identity had been stolen, like all the rest of us Americans, when we were babies in our cradles, by evil and self-interested goons.  The complex unlawful conversion and identity theft scheme imposed upon her by criminals without her knowledge or consent caught up to her. 

They've tried, unsuccessfully, to hang the same things on us. 

But we are not attorneys and we don't need the Securities and Exchange Commission for anything but butt wipe. We don't need the Federal Reserve, either.  We can and we did take the assets we claimed on behalf of the living people across neutral territory and holy ground, back to the land and soil of our beloved country, where we have reclaimed our own American Admiralty jurisdiction as well. 

We have developed our own "quantum" bank system, our own American Federal Treasury, our own sovereign treasury accounts, our own bilateral bank system, our own memberships on independent exchange platforms, our own currency, and everything else that we need to serve the American people. Our own courts are already operating in diverse places in this country, and it won't be long before the sovereign non-citizen people of this country exercise the concurrent General Jurisdiction owed to them.  

To the extent that we or anyone else needs Federal Reserve Notes to operate, that travesty will soon end.  The abusive use of "Special Admiralty" provisions tacked on to the Federal Court Rules of Civil Procedure, resulting in the corruption and unlawful conversion of normal Maritime and Admiralty Courts into King's Benches on land, will end, too.  So will the "registration" of American babies as foreign citizens come to an end. 

We expect the whole British-Romano hegemony to come to an end -- finally, after more than 2000 years of fraud and treachery and tribulation at the hands of Rome, and 300 years of fraud on the part of the British Governments. 

British Colonialism morphed into Corporate Feudalism as personified by the "World Economic Forum" is a dreadful, illegal, immoral, and unlawful prospect, which the entire world --- Bar Attorneys and Solicitors, too --- must resist with all acumen and force possible. 

We deeply appreciate the efforts of such luminary examples of attorneys and Juris Doctors who have tried to do the right thing --- Heather Ann Tucci-Jarraf, Reiner Fuellmich, and Richard Cordero among them --- but we also know that these people have been placed in grave danger because of unconscionable contracts being exercised against them by corporations masquerading as governments. 

Therefore, we alert the entire world populace to the danger these well-intentioned defenders of justice are in, and we provide this explanation of the complexity and nastiness and deliberate premeditated control matrix the Vermin responsible have created to protect themselves and their interests.

Beloved Countrymen - New Year's Thoughts from James Belcher

I asked my wife, Anna, to take a few minutes out of one of her few days away from work to do some work for me.  She agreed without shouting or whining.  That's love.   

Having recovered somewhat from the illness and the treatment for the illness, which was worse, I can encourage everyone to cut short any hospital stays and rely upon Ayurvedic and Oriental Medicine instead of putting your money and health at the risk of man-made drugs. 

The wisdom of Nature and thousands of years of medical practice aimed at promoting health will always be superior to our mindless profit-seeking "science".  

Providence Medical Center, supposedly the best such facility in Alaska, sent me home with bedsores, diaper rash, suffering from dehydration, unable to speak, confused, unsteady and unable to walk.  In two months, love and Ayurvedic Medicine and practical knowledge have brought me back to comfort and life. 

Don't trust your loved ones or yourself to the tender mercies of profiteering doctors and hospitals.  If you absolutely must use these facilities, make your stay as brief as possible and have your paperwork ready and signed and witnessed--- telling them your instructions in writing before you are admitted.  

Cover such things as not accepting any vaccinations, requiring or not requiring any extreme measures like ventilators to sustain life, but all reasonable and customary care, etc., etc., etc., according to your own choices.  Don't leave it up to them. 

If you have loved ones in hospitals or long term care units, check on them or arrange for them to be checked on every day by family members or hired caregivers.  If you are looking for a job, or an extra income, advertise these services.  Offer to bring treats to hospitalized or institutionalized patients and keep an eye on them for their friends and family when the friends and family can't be there. 

Get other people who are concerned to organize as Hospital Visitors and let it be known to your community that safeguarding the sick and the elderly while under institutional care is a very real need. 

Lucky for me, my wife became a famous fixture during my long recovery, known for showing up at any time of day or night.  

Even with such vigilence, the care patients receive can be wrong-headed and neglectful, and it can vary radically from doctor to doctor as they go on and off shifts.  

When they were finally forced to discharge me from the hospital, I was in despair and barely alive.  They sent me home with no less than fourteen (14) prescriptions, which my wife wisely didn't fill.  

I am still recuperating and doing physical therapy.  I still have plenty of problems, but I have fun. I have friends. I do normal things again. 

I get the jokes. I can read. I can watch TV. I can pet the dogs. 

People of America, I am speaking now for everyone considered elderly --- you have it in your power to end fluoridation of our drinking water, which binds aluminum, which then ends up as brain lesions in Alzheimer's patients.  You can stop buying products that have aluminum and fluoride in them. You can take the issues to all the politicians.  You can reform patient care, too, and put the real Drug Pushers in jail.  

During my "medical incarceration" I was given a mind-altering drug that is specifically not recommended for patients over 65, Seroquel, which is known to hasten the onset of dementia and which they excuse using as a mild sedative.  What it really does is block the acetyl-choline receptors on your cells, and signals your body to stop producing choline, a major component of your brain, so your brain shrinks and withers. 

Can you imagine any hospital giving this drug to elderly patients as a sedative?  What happened to chamomile and valerian?  What happened to melatonin?  The only answer is that these natural drugs don't cost much and don't make big profits for the syndicate.  

The use of Seroquel in elderly patient populations should be universally outlawed and those giving these prescriptions against the Manufacturer's clearly labeled warnings should be: (1) jailed; (2) fined; and (3) deprived of their ability to write prescriptions for a period of years. 

My wife stopped them from giving me Seroquel and initiated a program to block Seroquel from attaching to my cells, to grow new cells, and restored my choline levels and choline uptake system to normal.  That was just my wife, all on her own, medical establishment be damned.  If she had left me to their care....

It has come to this, when American families must take time out of their lives to enforce sanity on purported professionals.  Don't trust doctors or hospitals.  They are not trustworthy.  You must fend for yourself, watch them like hawks, educate yourselves, and band together against such disservice and these many medical atrocities. 

There are a couple other things much on my mind.  I discuss them with Anna all the time.  

She's making me Hoppin' Johns and cornbread for New Year's Day.  Part of the Belcher family passed through the South on their way West, and brought this tradition along with them. It's a humble dish, said to be lucky, and I know my more distant relatives in Kentucky and Tennessee and the Carolinas are having their share of it this day.  

I haven't forgotten you and the terrible damage caused by Hurricane Helene and the further harm that incompetent and sometimes malevolent government contractors have caused.  We have lawyers that have the State of State franchise and all its incorporated County franchises by the throat.  They aren't supposed to touch private donations or interfere in any help offered to disaster victims and that is firmly made part of the Constitutions that govern their operations. 

We are going to end their pillaging and their interference in the effort to get Tiny Home shelters to those in need. 

And we are going to unleash the power of the pen and the purse in defense of our living people against these gawd-awful corporations. 

Come join us.  It is long overdue.  

Don't expect Donald Trump to save you.  You must act together to restore your lawful government and save yourselves, but to the Southeastern States, I have this to tell you --- you are not forgotten. 

It's taking longer than I like, but you will have the help you need and in the meantime, we have each other and Divine Providence. 

Finally --- though a lot of people have been fed Big Lies their entire lives and have accepted these lies as truth, even as children, there is also something called Big Truths.  

While they endlessly repeat their Big Lies, telling us that we are free when we are enslaved, and telling us that they are here to help us, when they're not, and all the other Big Lies they've told along the way --- all we have to do is keep on repeating the Big Truths. 

Truth like: this country has never been a democracy. 

Truth like: "citizen" means that you owe service to the government. 

Truth like: a State is not a State-of-State.  

There is a quickening in the world which will only increase as more and more people wake up and soon the Tipping Point will come, when all of mankind shakes off its hypnotic stupor and realizes how these politicians and figureheads have assumed powers that were never granted to them, have betrayed our trust, and have unjustly enriched themselves by defrauding us of our birthright inheritance. 

Come join the effort. 

I was a fisherman for many years, a Long Liner fishing captain out of Sitka, Alaska.  I tend to think of this old girl, our unincorporated United States of America, as a three-masted schooner coming up into the wind.  I tend to think of the people who are joining our Assemblies as those rescued at sea, because they have been illegally and immorally trafficked into the jurisdiction of the sea and held under the foreign Law of the Sea by people who have always owed them "good faith service" instead.  

What we've received is deceit and gross self-interest instead.   

Though the sea will always have a part of my heart I recognize the difference between land and sea, and I know that in the end the land must predominate and is fixed, substantial, and reliable in its ways. I know that even in the depths of the sea, the land underlies it.  The Law of the Land must triumph and be upheld, because Nature's Law dictates this. 

I've had my Glory Days, with the sun bleaching my hair and tanning my shoulders, with my eyes scanning far and limitless horizons. When I die, I shall be full of all my life, content, loved, and grateful for it --- all the people I have known, the sights I have seen, and the love and material blessings that have come to me.  Let everyone have as much, and no one can have cause to grieve. 

As we begin the New Year with January Second --- remember that each day is a new year and a blank slate for us to write on.  We can make of it what we will.  Our creative powers are not limited in this endless moment called "Now".  Let your awareness of "now" be increased. Focus on it.  Because the past is a fast-retreating picture in its frame, and the future is not here yet, and is as insubstantial as a dream.  Make it a good dream.  

Finally, I'll share one of my favorite poems with you all, old-fashioned but still true --- the Sixth Canto of The Lay of the Last Minstrel: 

Breathes there the man, with soul so dead,

Who never to himself hath said,

This is my own, my native land!

Whose heart hath ne'er within him burn'd,

As home his footsteps he hath turn'd,

From wandering on a foreign strand!

If such there breathe, go, mark him well;

For him no Minstrel raptures swell;

High though his titles, proud his name,

Boundless his wealth as wish can claim;

Despite those titles, power, and pelf,

The wretch, concentred all in self,

Living, shall forfeit fair renown,

And, doubly dying, shall go down

To the vile dust, from whence he sprung,

Unwept, unhonor'd, and unsung.

Sir Walter Scott knew the fate of traitors, of smug business men intent on their own success at the expense of their country and their countrymen.  Let all those who have promoted the Big Lies be confronted with the Big Truths this year.

New Year's Day Feast of the Circumcision

The Church's Year

Why is this day so called?

Because the secular year begins with this day, as the Church year begins with the First Sunday in Advent.

What should we do on this day?

An offering of the new year should be made to God, asking His grace that we may spend the year in a holy manner, for the welfare of the soul.

Why do we wish each other a "happy new year"?

Because to do so is an act of Christian love; but this wish should come from the heart, and not merely from worldly politeness, otherwise we would be like the heathens (Mt. 5:47), and receive no other reward than they.

What feast of the Church is celebrated today?

The Feast of the Circumcision of our Lord, Who, for love of us, voluntarily subjected Himself to the painful law of the Old Covenant, that we might be freed from the same.

What was the Circumcision?

It was an external sign of the Old Law, by which the people of that day were numbered among the chosen people of God, as now they become, by baptism, members of the Church of Christ.

What is the signification of Circumcision in the moral or spiritual sense?

It signifies the mortification of the senses, of evil desires, and inclinations. This must be practiced by Christians now, since they have promised it in baptism which would be useless to them without the practice of mortification; just as little as the Jew by exterior Circumcision is a true Jew, just so little is the baptized a true Christian without a virtuous life. Beg of Christ, therefore, today, to give you the grace of the true Circumcision of heart.

PRAYER I thank Thee, O Lord Jesus, because Thou hast shed Thy blood for me in Circumcision, and beg Thee that by Thy precious blood I may receive the grace to circumcise my heart and all my senses, so that I may lead a life of mortification in this world, and attain eternal joys in the next. Amen.

COLLECT O God, Who, by the fruitful virginity of blessed Mary, hast bestowed upon mankind the rewards of eternal salvation; grant, we beseech Thee, that we may feel the benefit of her intercession for us, through whom we have deserved to receive the author of life, our Lord Jesus Christ, Thy Son, who livest and reignest, etc.

GOSPEL (Lk. 2:21). At that time, after eight days were accomplished that the child should be circumcised, his name was called Jesus, which was called by the angel before he was conceived in the womb.

Why did Jesus submit to Circumcision?

That He might show His great love for us, which caused Him even at the very beginning of His life, to shed His blood to cleanse us thereby from all our sins. Furthermore to teach us obedience to the commandments of God and His Church, since He voluntarily subjected Himself to the Jewish law, although He was not in the least bound by it, which ordered that every male child should be circumcised on the eighth day after its birth (Lev. 12:3).

Why was He named Jesus?

Because Jesus means Redeemer and Savior, and He had come to redeem and save the world (Mt. 1:21). This is the holiest, most venerable, and most powerful name by which we can be saved.

What power has this name?

The greatest power, for it repels all attacks of the evil Spirit, as Jesus Himself says (Mk. 16:17). And so great is the efficacy of this most holy name that even those who are not righteous, can by it expel devils (Mt. 7:22). It has power to cure physical pains and evils, as when used by the apostles (Acts. 3:3-7), and Christ promised that the faithful by using it could do the same (Mk. 16:17). St. Bernard calls the name of Jesus a "Medicine"; and St. Chrysostom says, "This name cures all ills; it gives succor in all the ailments of the soul, in temptations, in faintheartedness, in sorrow, and in all evil desires, etc." "Let him who cannot excite contrition in his heart for the sins he has committed, think of the loving, meek, and suffering Jesus, invoke His holy name with fervor and confidence, and he will feel his heart touched and made better," says St. Lawrence Justinian. It overcomes and dispels the temptations of the enemy: "When we fight against Satan in the name of Jesus," says the martyr St. Justin, "Jesus fights for us, in us, and with us, and the enemies must flee as soon as they hear the name of Jesus." It secures us help and blessings in all corporal and spiritual necessities, because nothing is impossible to him who asks in the name of Jesus, whatever tends to his salvation will be given him (Jn. 14:13). Therefore it is useful above all things, to invoke this holy name in all dangers of body and soul, in doubts, in temptations, especially in temptations against holy chastity, and still more so when one has fallen into sin, from which he desires to be delivered; for this name is like oil (Cant. 1:2) which cures, nourishes, and illumines.

How must this name be pronounced to experience its power?

With lively faith, with steadfast, unshaken confidence, with deep­est reverence and devotion, for in the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those that are in heaven, on earth, and under the earth (Phil. 2:10). What wickedness, then, is theirs who habitually pronounce this name carelessly and irreverently, upon every occasion! Such a habit is certainly diabolical; for the damned and the devils constantly abuse God and His holy name.

Why does this name so seldom manifest its power in our days?

Because Christian faith is daily becoming weaker, and confidence less, while perfect submission to the will of God is wanting. When faith grows stronger among people, and confidence greater, then will the power of this most sacred name manifest itself in more wonderful and consoling aspects.

PRAYER TO JESUS IN DIFFICULTIES

O Jesus! Consolation of the afflicted! Thy name is indeed poured out like oil; for Thou dost illumine those who sit in darkness and in the shadow of death; Thou dost disperse the blindness of the soul and dost cure its ills; Thou givest food and drink to those who hunger and thirst after justice. Be also, O Jesus! my Savior, the phy­sician of my soul, the healer of its wounds. O Jesus! Succor of those who are in need, be my protector in temptations! O Jesus! Father of the poor, do Thou nourish me! O Jesus! joy of the angels, do Thou comfort me! O Jesus! my only hope and refuge, be my helper in the hour of death, for there is given us no other name beneath the sun by which we may be saved, but Thy most blessed name Jesus!

EXHORTATION St. Paul says: All whatsoever you do in word or in work, all things do ye in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ (Col. 3:17). We should, therefore, follow the example of the saints, and continually say, at least in our hearts: "For love of Thee, O Jesus, I rise; for love of Thee I lie down; for love of Thee I eat, drink, and enjoy myself; for love of Thee I work, speak, or am silent." Thus we will accustom ourselves to do all in the name of Jesus, by which everything is easily or at least meritoriously accomplished.

PRAYER TO BE SAID ON NEW YEAR'S DAY

O God, Heavenly Father of Mercy, God of all Consolation! we thank Thee that from our birth to this day, Thou hast so well pre­served us, and hast protected us in so many dangers; we beseech Thee, through the merits of Thy beloved Son, and by His sacred blood which He shed for us on this day in His circumcision, to for­give all the sins which, during the past year, we have committed against Thy commandments, by which we have aroused Thy indig­nation and wrath against ourselves. Preserve us in the coming year from all sins, and misfortunes of body and soul. Grant that from this day to the end of our lives, all our senses, thoughts, words, and works, which we here dedicate to Thee for all time, may be directed in accordance with Thy will, and that we may finally die in the true Catholic faith, and enjoy with Thee in Thy kingdom a joyful new year, that shall know no end. Amen.

To Everyone in All Our Assemblies

The depth and duration of The Great Fraud is being uncovered on an almost daily basis, and if you are following the International Public Notices, you are being kept in the loop and following the general outlines of this discovery phase and the various issues and arguments that are current. 

No doubt many people are astonished to learn that the British System is just as messed up, fraudulent, corrupt, and criminal as our own, and that it has been so for approximately twice as long. 

And no doubt there is a lot of dismay and confusion and even fear in some quarters as many are contemplating the immensity of the fraud and the implications of the fraud for the first time. 

What does this mean for our government?  

Our actual government isn't involved. 

Our foreign subcontractors are the ones up to their necks in it. 

Another aspect of this which has to be taken in, is that their National Debt is our National Credit. 

As a result, Donald Trump is pulling the long face and talking about a Great Depression predicted to fall upon Federal Citizens, Janet Yellen is pulling every dollar of cash out of the system possible,  and the Federal Reserve is rolling up like a carpet.  

But in tandem with this gloom and doom, we are preparing for a very different future.  

Their "National Debt" is our "National Credit".  

Say that as often as necessary until it sinks in.  

On top of that, we are the legitimate inheritors not only of our own form of government and contracts and treaties, but all the cashiered wealth --- the land held in trust, the gold and silver, the cash, the beneficial bonds and stock certificates.  

Even if we forgive all the British Territorial and Municipal Debt, which we can easily do, the American people and living people worldwide, will be relieved of phony debts and mortgages and taxes and stand to inherit the assets and credit they have been owed for six generations. 

We, the living people, are not looking at any Great Depression. 

We are looking at the opposite side of the ledger --- the positive side. 

In trade and commerce, there is always an equitable exchange envisioned, but in our case, thanks to the Great Fraud and our public employees purloining and using our assets without our knowledge or consent, their corporate debt has been palmed off onto the living men and women, who have already paid for everything with actual goods and services. 

So we are doubly the creditors of all the corporations and trusts and public bonds that have been issued--- for six generations back.  

The transfer of wealth that has to occur to "balance the books" will radically rewrite not only the economic and financial world, but the infrastructure of the government subcontractors and bureaucracy associated with them. 

It's all okay. 

Nobody has to suffer, except for those who went mad with power, and knowingly committed criminal acts under color of law.  

Your wealth is coming home.  Your banks and prosperity centers are opening.  Your American Federation Treasury is open. Everything necessary is being prepared for you.  

So, be comforted. The world we have known in the past is fading away and that's a good thing.  The world of the future is being built on a firm foundation and it is right on time and on track to rescue the living people, the animals, and the Earth.  

Let all those of goodwill join with us in affirming our fair and peaceable solution to the problems that have been visited upon us and join together to share the true abundance that is naturally ours. 

Spread the word and the safety net.  

Remember that I told you that this is a rescue operation?  It is.  

The more people you can reach, the more people you can rescue. 

Each one who is rescued becomes an anchoring point to rescue others, and so, the work of restoration and compassion grows. 

Get ready.  There's rough water ahead, but our Old Boat has weathered many storms and the hand of Divine Providence has carried us through and brought us to the present moment. 

May all the living people and innocent souls be blessed.  May Nature's God be with us and all good things come to us in the New Year.
