Grandma Plays Donkey Kong

This answer to one particular whiner applies to a lot of people who still just aren't getting it, people who are sitting around waiting.....and waiting..... for someone else to do it for them:
You can gripe and feel sorry for yourself all you want, while you stand there and engage in "administrative processes" and don't do what I tell you needs to be done.
Do you need an administrative process? No. You are not part of their system. Neither are, or were, your two cars.
The ONLY reason they get away with this, is that our Assemblies aren't providing the Court functions for our own people.
It is the United States Attorney's job to defend United States Land Patents and Patent-Holders. It is the Provost Marshal's job to defend people and their property from illegal confiscation. Neither one of these offices do their jobs because there is nobody home to give them the Orders and Indictments needed for them to proceed.
Get a clue, the "District Attorney" isn't going to serve an indictment against his own Privateers Club members. No, we have to do that for ourselves or it doesn't get done ---- but guess what?
The Washington Assembly hasn't been sitting around waiting for someone else. Oh, no. For the past two years they have been learning law and pre-qualifying jurors.
So guess what they did this weekend? They called their Grand Jury into Session and they deliberated and they issued a Writ of Mandamus with Order to Compel --- forcing both the United States Attorney and the Provost Marshal to get back to work, and, they issued a Criminal Indictment against the "Sheriff" and the "Sheriff's Detectives" and the "County" ---- how do you like that? That's Law in action. Actual Law. Not any "Administrative Process".
Washington heard the message, followed the instructions, did the work, and so they were ready to meet this challenge in an appropriate and powerful way.
Don't you wish that you had a competent State Assembly and State Court ready to defend your rights? Ever stopped and thought about why you don't have that when you need it?
Could it be that while you have been dithering around doing THEIR "Administrative Process" instead of building your own Assembly Court and enforcing your Public Law, they have been getting away with dereliction of duty and every kind of crime for profit?
Could it be that you are your own problem, because you actually have all the power, but you don't educate yourself and you don't work and you don't organize and you don't bring others together in common cause to get your own courts up and going?
Just sayin'. As long as you are willing to sit around on your rump and let your employees boss you around and steal whatever they like, and let foreigners operating foreign courts steal you blind and treat you worse than an animal, and enforce THEIR foreign laws on you and exercise CORPORATION BILLS OF ATTAINDER in a country where Bills of Attainder have been outlawed for two hundred years (!!!!) --- well, that's the way it will be.
So what if it's against the Public Law? You are the Public and you aren't doing your Public Duty to enforce the Public Law. So there it sits, all tied up with a bow: The Public Law, The Constitution, The Declaration of Independence. And none of it means a thing, does it? And why is that? Again? And again? And again?
It's your Public Duty to populate your State of the Union. It's your Public Duty to build your State Assembly. It's your Public Duty to serve as a Juror or elected Court Officer. It's your Public Duty to know and enforce the Constitutions. It's your Public Duty to protect your own rights and your own property and to help your neighbors do the same. And how do you do that?
Well, Little Jimmy, you put on your Big Boy Pants and you do the job. Or you sit at home with one thumb in your mouth and another in your ear.

Your Sheriff or My Sheriff?

There are two kinds of cops --- public peacekeepers and private law enforcement officers-- that is, private security personnel hired by corporations to protect their business interests.
We call the first class of elected public officers peacekeepers. Their purpose is to keep the peace and protect the people and property of a community. County Sheriffs are the most common public peacekeeping officers in this country, and their paid or volunteer assistants are known as Deputies.
Unfortunately, as many County Governments were quietly converted into commercial corporation franchises in the 1960's, the public offices of our honorable County Sheriffs were unlawfully converted into private corporate offices instead.
Their offices went from being American public peacekeeping offices to being private law enforcement positions obligated to serve foreign corporations---not the American Public.
The Sheriffs themselves went from being considered "Law Men" to being "Human Resources" and none of this was explained to any of them.
This change from Marion County to Marion County, Incorporated, was virtually invisible and in most places, it went unnoticed, but it meant that the County Sheriffs went from being the highest ranking Officers of the Law in each County to being the lowest men on the totem pole in a private Law Enforcement hierarchy that was intent on enforcing Statutes, Codes, Rules, and Regulations instead of the Public Law.
This sudden sleight-of-hand conversion and the complete shift of duties and concerns away from the best interests of the public to the best interests of the corporations employing these newly redefined "Sheriffs" caused no end of consternation.
The sudden and self-evident disrespect of Constitutional Guarantees drew attention and led to the landmark Supreme Court case Mack and Prinz v. USA, Inc. --- with USA, Inc., being the foreign parent corporation of the Plaintiff's redefined "County, Incorporated".
The upshot of Mack and Prinz v. USA, Inc. was that as the employer could not dictate away the Public Duty each man owed to his country and community, it would be left to the Sheriff's personal discretion whether or not to uphold the Constitutional Guarantees owed to the people in his community. Likewise it would be left to his discretion whether or not he would, for example, defend them from murderers or thieves.
That was no longer his job as "Sheriff" according to the corporation employing him, no matter what the people on the street -- the ones actually paying for his services -- assumed. Instead, his job was to make money for the corporation and protect the corporation's interests at the expense of the people actually paying his salary and benefits.
You can well imagine the cognitive dissonance that this caused, both for the men who continued to call themselves "Sheriffs" though they had in fact been unlawfully converted into "Constables" and for the people in their communities, who could no longer count on "their" Sheriff being friendly, respectful, or willing to protect them.
The United States Attorney General's Office shed some light on this confusion in a series of decisions published as 57 Opinions of the Attorney General 614 (1972), and 60 Opinions of the Attorney General 647, 652-653 (1975), in which it was clearly stated that "Under the common law the duty to attend the justices and magistrates courts lay with the constable rather than with the sheriff."
In other words, all these "District Courts" whether Municipal Districts (Magistrate Courts) or Territorial Districts (State of State franchise courts) are supposed to receive their security and enforcement from a Constable.
A Constable? We don't have Constables in this country, or do we?
Our Sheriff's Offices were unlawfully converted into foreign Constable offices when the County Governments incorporated themselves, but nobody told us and nobody told them. So we have British Constables roaming our streets, but they are calling themselves "Sheriffs" just the same.
This deceit keeps the American People in the dark, confused about why their expectations related to their Sheriffs are no longer being met by foreign corporation Constables masquerading as Sheriffs.
Just recently I was treated to another tear in the web of deceit surrounding the nature of these foreign "Sheriffs" when one of them brutally attacked and evicted one of our people without cause or warning. This armed "Sheriff" came with no less than seven "Sheriff's Detectives" to man-handle a single elderly woman and her cat.
Since when have we ever had "Sheriff's Detectives"? No such office exists in our government, but.... there are Pinkerton Detectives. Remember? The railroads and coal mines hired these British thugs to bust the Unions. Nothing has changed.
These corporate Pukes calling themselves "Sheriffs" aren't our Sheriffs. They have no Public Office. By rights, they should be arrested for impersonating a Sheriff, but the rest of us have to get off the couch and accept our Public Duty to do that, and have enough people standing with us in the Public Interest to make it stick.
Every time I think about these foreign corporate marauders swaggering around our streets with guns on their hips pretending to be our Law Officers, our Sheriffs, our Deputies that we pay to defend us and our property ---- I turn ten shades of red, and no, I am not blushing.
I'm angry to the bone.
I am angry with the politicians who allowed such a situation to ever develop.
I am angry with the bovine stupidity and complacency of the people who have made careers as "Sheriffs" without caring that they are committing crimes.
Most of these phony "Sheriffs" wouldn't know their Public Duty if it bit them in the buttocks, and even if it did, they wouldn't care.
When these thugs who have no Public Office related to our country broke down my friend's door and started trashing her home, she told them to cease and desist. She explained why they had no business trespassing on her land. She told them that they were committing crimes.
They laughed. They thought it was a big joke. Oh, ha-ha, we're going to throw this old woman out on the street and make a lot of money for the bank. La-dee-dah. We've got attorneys to protect us. We're the gubmint....
No, they aren't. They are for-hire commercial mercenaries without any American Public Office of any kind, and those attorneys they depend on are just more lawless hypocrites.

A New Horizon

I was talking this morning with one of my Marine buddies and in his typical flat-footed way, he said something very profound: we are all victims. He meant that the vast number of people who work for the government service providers and all the civilians who have suffered have all been victims of the Vermin.
It's not like the government employees have had any better lot than the rest of us. In many, many instances, it has been worse, especially for veterans.
It feels like the dark silent hours before dawn, and we were both feeling that. The change that is coming has been a long time coming--- the better part of 2,000 years. And here we are.
"It may be midnight or midday, he's never early, he's never late....."
In the days to come it will become apparent who has stood the test and who hasn't. For many, it will be a time of joyfulness on a scale they never imagined in their wildest dreams, and for others, it will be a moment of shame and public disgrace.
They were told, as we all were, that those who serve are greatest in the Kingdom of God. Those who have served themselves will be shown up for who they are and what they have done. Those who have served their country and their fellow man will also have their reward.

The Changing Meaning of "the United States"

This is an effort to clear up a nasty, long-term, pernicious source of confusion that people suffer when they attempt to make sense of historical documents and laws in this country. It is meant as a friendly aid to all my fellow Americans as well as a help to foreign governments seeking to gain a handle on the scalawags in DC and duplicitous meanings that are, unfortunately, built into the bulk of English Law wherever it may have migrated, including The United States.
Did you just notice that when we refer to the country as The United States, the definite article "the" is capitalized and made part of the name? That's important. This is the Proper Name of our country operating as a Nation. Even many Americans don't realize how important that distinction is, and so tend to think that "the United States" references our country, but it does not and never has.
When you see "the United States" it refers to one of several different business organizations or Subcontractors employed to conduct business for The United States.
In September of 1776, the Continental Congress officially adopted "the United States" as a doing-business-as name for their united former colonies. This is our first "Mom and Pop" unincorporated business entity name in use by the Congress from 1776 to 1787, when the meaning and nature of "the United States" was changed to refer to the newly constituted American Federal Republic.
Strictly speaking the Federal Republic did business under the name "the States of America", but it was also constantly referred to as "the United States" and the citizenry of this new Federal Subcontractor were referred to as United States Citizens. This implied that they were politically affiliated to serve all the organic States, not just one, and a purposeful and rather lengthy process was required of any American State National wishing to change their birthright political status to that of a United States Citizen. From 1787 to 1860, "the United States" reliably refers to the American Federal Republic.
Then the Civil War shook things up, and once the American Federal Republic became inoperable, the meaning of "the United States" must be inferred from the context.
Are you talking about the old American Federal Republic? Are you talking about the Territorial Government assuming a caretaker role as "the U.S. Government" during the "absence" of the American Federal Republic? Are you talking about the Municipal United States (one of the other three original Federal Subcontractors) making similar assumptions and operating as "the US Government"?
We are aided somewhat because the British Territorial "United States" operated under the auspices of The United States of America, our Federation of States, and more typically used the name "the United States of America" when it did so. When it did refer to itself as "the United States" it usually adopted a convention of placing periods between the U and the S, like this: "U.S. Government operations in Taiwan....."
The Municipal United States Government which was meant to have a very small and restricted role as one of the three Federal Subcontractors has grossly usurped upon its limitations and brazenly co-opted the name "the United States" without any great effort to distinguish between its foreign self and The United States or the American Federal Republic, either one--- but even it has generally observed a style convention of using all capital letters without periods or other punctuation, as in "US Government forces...." or "UNITED STATES CORPORATION".
These notes will help you sort out which layer of government generated particular documents and which ones you are dealing with at any given moment, which gives you insight into their laws and operations.
For example, the Federal Code, both those laws that apply "generally" to everyone and which are published on the Federal Record, and those that apply only to U.S. Citizens meaning officers, employees, and dependents of the British Territorial Government which are published on the Federal Register, are the sphere and dictum of the British Territorial Subcontractor that generally does business as "the United States of America". People working for this level of government are obligated to observe which laws are published on the Record and which are published on the Register -- if you bring it to their attention -- and have to conduct themselves according to Federal Code.
The Municipal Government, which has grossly usurped against its limitations, is comparatively lawless; the only Federal Code that it honors is Title 50, dealing with War and War Powers. Otherwise, it has its own Municipal Code (also known as "Administrative Code") that properly applies only to its officers, employees, and dependents -- though they will by all means attempt to entrap and presume dependent status on any unwary individual. This is because members of the Municipal Government fought on the losing side of the Civil War and were required to pay war reparations --- and the more the merrier. Everyone they could rope into "Municipal citizenship" got saddled with a share of the debt and impersonated as a US CORPORATION.
US CORPORATIONS were also subjected to foreign Municipal law including CORPORATION BILLS OF ATTAINDER and the presumption of guilt.
I hope that this provides a helpful road map and better understanding of the multiple common meanings of these three little words: < the United States> and the meaning attached to the various styles of written presentation used to help differentiate between them.
So now that you know that your actual County is part of The United States, you will be better prepared to recognize active duty members of the military as U.S. Citizens, and also be able to recognize Municipal Civil Servants and US CORPORATIONS that are subject to Administrative Code.
Are you subject to any of these organizations or codes? Only if you really are an officer, employee, or dependent of these now-incorporated entities engaged in the business of providing governmental services, or, if you are engaged in a "federally regulated" activity.
There are only a few actual "federally regulated" activities that legitimately are federally regulated---- those are: (1) interstate commerce -- which means business conducted between incorporated business entities including among their franchises in other States; (2) manufacture, sale, or transportation of alcohol, tobacco or firearms across state borders; (3) foreign maritime commerce; (4) foreign trade in Admiralty.
As you can see, most Americans are not subject to the bulk of Federal Code. though there has been considerable effort made to entrap and misrepresent Americans as Municipal franchise CORPORATIONS and thereby subject them as "Incorporated business entities" engaged in "commerce" and so, subject to "regulation" under the Interstate Commerce Clause found in all three Federal Constitutions. This impersonation of Americans as US CORPORATIONS is to be regarded as a self-interested criminal scheme and opposed at every turn.
Another revenue and control scheme put forward by the British Territorial Government is an abuse of their ability to "license" service providers. A license is a privilege to engage in activities that would otherwise be illegal for you to do. While this is reasonable in the context of setting standards of performance and credentials for their own Service Vendors, it is not reasonable to presume that everyone wishes to be a Vendor to the Federal Subcontractors, nor is it reasonable to deny the right of U.S. Citizens to waive licensing at their own risk.
Both law and medicine are occupations of common right. There is nothing preventing an American from practicing either medicine or law without a license. U.S. Citizens are subject to being licensed to engage in these professions as a condition of employment, and American Vendors seeking federal contracts or seeking to serve Federal Citizens as clients are subject to being licensed. So if you are not adopting Territorial U.S. Citizenship, you don't need a license. If you are not intending to serve U.S. Citizens as part of your clientele, you can simply post a disclaimer requiring U.S. Citizens to receive services at their own risk.
A sore point is that Bar Association Members have hogged space for their courts in our public courthouses and left little or no room for our American Courts. This must be corrected. Another sore point is the Territorial Government's presumption that it has the right to limit a physician's right to issue prescriptions for drugs. Check the list above --- alcohol, tobacco, and firearms are federally regulated. Drugs and nutritional supplements are not.
As we all regain a solid knowledge base it will become more difficult for "the government" service providers to extort payments and exercise coercive powers that were never granted to them in the first place.
Perhaps no area of federal franchise "state of state" organizations' overreach impacts more Americans than insupportable demands that we "register" our private automobiles as "motor vehicles" and that we accept "licensing" as "Drivers".
A "Motor Vehicle" is a conveyance engaged in commerce and a Driver is also voluntarily engaged in commerce--- which as we have seen, is business between two incorporated entities. Are you an incorporated entity? Is your automobile a Motor Vehicle? Are you engaged in interstate commerce? Are you a Driver engaged in commercial activity?
Probably not. You are probably just an American going from Point A to Point B, maybe to visit your Sister or pick up something for supper at the grocery store, and don't voluntarily participate in commerce at all.
If you have a Driver's License please pull it out of your pocket and observe that it is issued to a MUNICIPAL CORPORATION gratuitously named after you. Are you operating a MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, and thereby identifying yourself and your activities as being commercial in nature, and therefore, subject to the Interstate Commerce Clause and Municipal Administrative Code?
If you think back, you will realize that you were coerced to get a Driver's License and a Social Security Card and also coerced to sign up for Selective Service and Medicare and all sorts of other things, whether they applied to you or not, and whether you wanted to or not.
You were broadly misinformed by authority figures telling you that you had to do this, when in fact you did not --- and all of those actions, applications, and enrollments served to do only one thing: entrap you into "voluntarily" identifying yourself as a Municipal CORPORATION franchise, responsible for paying war reparations and "voluntarily" subjecting yourself to Administrative Code and CORPORATION BILLS OF ATTAINDER in a country where Bills of Attainder have been outlawed for over 200 years.
The foreign Federal Subcontractors both had axes to grind by entrapping Americans in this manner. The Municipal Corporation and its members got another stooge to help them pay war reparations and more chattel labor assets to borrow against. The Territorial Corporation obtained coercive control over you and your body, land, homes, and other assets.
They were all happy, and you, their Employer, were the goat paying them for this "service".
Happily for the rest of us, numerous voices have been raised to remind Americans of these facts and spread the word. You don't have to live your lives as slaves or indentured servants subject to foreign governmental service providers. You can come home, reclaim your birthright, and exercise the rights, freedoms, and material advantages that Americans have always been heir to.

EPISTLE (I John V. 4-100.) Dearly Beloved, Whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world; and this is the victory which overcometh the world, our faith. INSTRUCTION As in his gospel, so in his epistles, and especially in this, St. John proves the divinity of Christ which had been denied by some heretics. He says that Christ had come to purify all men from sin by water and blood, that is, by. His blood shed on the cross for our reconciliation, and by the water of baptism to which He has given the power, the divine effect of His blood, and has thus proved Himself the divine Redeemer. This His divine dignity is attested by the Holy Ghost who lived in Christ and worked through Him with His fulness, and when sent by Him after our Lord's Ascension, produced most wonderful effect in the apostles and the faithful. As now on earth three, the Spirit, water, and blood, give testimony of Christ's divinity and agree in it, so also in heaven three, the Father, who calls Him His beloved Son, (Matt, III. 17.) the Word, or the Son Himself, who wrought so many miracles, the Holy Ghost, when He descended upon Him at the baptism in the Jordan, (Luke III. 22.) give testimony of His divinity, and these also agree with one another in their testimony. If Christ is truly God, then we must believe in Him, and this faith must be a living one, that is, it must prove fertile in good works, and this faith conquers the world by teaching us to love God above all, to despise the world with its pleasures, and to overcome it by indifference. Let us strive to have such faith, and we shal overcome all temptations and gain the eternal crown.
ASPIRATION O Lord Jesus! strengthen me by a lively faith in Thy divinity, so that I may not succumb in the spiritual combat against the world, the flesh, and the devil, and be eternally lost.

Then he said to Thomas: Put in thy finger hither, and see my hands, and bring hither thy hand, and put it into my side; and be not faithless, but believing. Thomas answered and said to him: My Lord and my God. Jesus saith to him: Because thou hast seen me, Thomas, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and have believed.* Many other signs also did Jesus in the sight of his disciples, which are not written in this book. But these are written, that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that, believing, you may have life in his name.

Why does Christ so often wish peace to the apostles?
To show that He only, by His deaNH nd resurrection, has made peace between God and man, and that His followers should be known by their harmony. (John XIII. 35.) There is a threefold peace: peace with God, by avoiding sin; peace with ourselves, that is, a good conscience; peace with our neighbor, by the exercise of charity. This threefold peace is necessary for our salvation.
Why did Jesus breathe upon the apostles when giving them the power to forgive sin?
To show that as bodily life was once given to Adam by the breath of God, so should the spiritual life be given henceforth by the apostles and their successors, through the Holy Ghost in the Sacrament of Penance, to the children of Adam who were spiritually dead.
Why did God permit Thomas to doubt the Resurrection of Christ?
That Thomas, as well as we, says St. Gregory, should be strengthened in humble belief in the Resurrection of Christ, and that all doubts should be removed.
Had Thomas true faith when with his own eyes he saw Christ?
Yes, for he saw Christ only in His humanity, and yet testified to His divinity by exclaiming: My Lord and my God!
Is it true, meritorious faith not to be ready to believe before seeing that which is to be believed?
By no means; for faith consists precisely in firmly holding as true that which is not seen. Therefore Christ calls him blessed who has not seen and yet believes.
When is faith true and meritorious?
That is true faith which firmly believDõ=ll that God has revealed, whether written or unwritten, and when one lives in accordance with that faith; for faith in Jesus simply does not save us, when that which He has commanded is not performed. (Matt VII, 21.; James II. 20.) That faith is meritorious which without doubting and without hesitation willingly submits the understanding to revealed truths which it cannot comprehend, and this for the love of Gods who is eternal truth and cannot deceive.
Whence do we know for certain that God has revealed certain things?
From the Church of Christ which alone preserves the revealed word of God faithfully and uncorrupted, as it is contained in the Bible and in tradition; by the Holy Ghost all truth is given to the Church, and Christ remains with her until the end of the world. (Matt. XXVIII. 20.)
Has the Church of Christ any marks by which it may be known?
Christ's Church has these four marks: it is One, it is Holy, it is Catholic, and it is Apostolic.
How is the, Church one?
The Church is one, because all its members agreein one faith, are all in one communion, and are all under one head. (Matt. XVI, 18.; Eph. IV. 37.)
How is the Church Holy?
The Church is Holy, in her Founder, Jesus Christ, and by teaching a holy doctrine, by inviting all to a holy life, and by the eminent holiness of so many thousands of her children.
How is the Church Catholic?
The Church is Catholic or Universal, because she subsists in all ages, teaches all nations, (Matt. XXVII. 19, 20.) and maintains all truth.
How is the Church Apostolic?
The Church is Apostolic, because she comes down by a perpetual succession from the apostles of Christ, and has her doctrines her orders, and her mission from them.
Which is this true Church?
The Roman Catholic Church, for she alone has these marks. She is One in her head, the Pope of Rome, in her doctrine, and in her Sacraments, which is evident since she excludes all those who do not accept all her dogmas. She is. Holy, for Christ her Founder is holy; and her doctrine and Sacraments lead to holiness, as shown by the multitude of her saints whose sanctity God arms by great miracles. No sect has saints. She is Catholic or Universal, for she has been in existence always from the times of the apostles, as is clearly shown by the fact that from the times of the apostles there have always been some who separated from her and founded sects. The Catholic Church has always existed, and cannot perish or become corrupt, since Christ has promised to remain with her to the end of the world; she is also spread over the whole world, is always being announced to all nations, and is fitted for all generations and for all people. She is Apostolic, for she accepts no doctrine which does not come from the apostles, and she can prove that the ministers of the Church, the bishops, have come down in unbroken succession from the apostles.
Can those who remain outside the Catholic Church be, saved?
The Council of Trent (Sess. V. in the Introduction) assigns the Catholic faith as the one without which it is impossible to please God, and the Roman Catechism teaches: (I part. art. 9.) "The Church is also called Catholic or Universal, because all who desire eternal salvation must cling to, and embrace her, like those who entered the ark to escape perishing in the flood." According to this doctrine of the Church, which the holy Fathers affirm, only those idolaters and obstinate heretics are excluded from salvation who knowingly deny the truth, and will not enter the Church. The Catholic Church does not condemn the unbelievers, she prays for them, leaves judgment to the Lord, who alone knows the heart, and knows whether the error is culpable or not, and she calls on all her, members to pray for their enlightenment.
Are we then already saved, if we belong to the true Church?
No, we must also live up to the faith which she teaches make good use of all means of salvation, regard and honor all her regulations and commands, for otherwise the words of Christ will be verified in us: And I say to you that many shall come from the east and the west, and shall sit down with Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, in the kingdom of heaven: but the children of the kingdom (the true Church) shall be cast out into exterior darkness. (Matt. VIII. 11.)
Your Public Employees or My Public Employees?

Those who have been following along with recent discussions now know that there are three different populations present in this country, two "foreign" populations of Americans, one group that adopted British Territorial Citizenship, and one that adopted Catholic Municipal citizenship ---- plus one population of plain old-fashioned Americans who stand as Americans.
And each of these politically different populations can be regarded as the "public" within the context of their group.
There's my public employees, who are all peacekeepers and Americans and enabled to enforce the Public Law including the Constitutions.
Then there are U.S. Citizen "public"employees, who are For-Hire private security personnel aka "Pinkertons" and Hired Jurists working for British Commercial Corporations. All that they can enforce are their own "State of State" Statutes against their own elected officials, officers, employees and dependents.
And then, there are THEIR "public" employees, who are all Municipal EMPLOYEES, who are also private security personnel and hired JURISTS working for Municipal CORPORATIONS. All that they can enforce are their own "STATE" codes, rules, and regulations against their own elected OFFICIALS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, and DEPENDENTS.
I don't know how many people have heard this as yet, but the White Collar Criminals known as Your (British Territorial) Public Employees are trying to flip everything on its head again.
For-hire private security personnel aka "Pinkertons" acting as Law Enforcement Officers are misrepresenting themselves as peacekeepers and as actual County Sheriffs.
Courts are coming up with all sorts of new mixed names for themselves like "DISTRICT/State of Idaho Superior Court" that represent commingling of separate jurisdictions-- apparently trying to baffle everyone with BS.
These foreign corporations are then issuing Impound Orders as Warrants and by impersonating living Americans as Municipal CORPORATIONS, are illegally enforcing CORPORATION BILLS OF ATTAINDER using "Writs".
These are made to look like Common Law Writs in the same way the Maritime Impound Orders are being made to look like lawful Warrants.
The only kind of "Writ" these courts can issue are issued under Military Common Law, and neither they nor their Officers have any authority for any of this. They are acting in insurrection and conspiracy against this country, against our Constitutions. and against our people.
And they are so blissfully ignorant, that they don't know that they are doing anything wrong.
This past week a gang of armed thugs pretending to be County Sheriffs and Sheriffs' Detectives (Get a clue, folks, Genuine Sheriffs have Deputies, not Detectives.) attacked the Washington Assembly Coordinator, Teri Sahm. Eight of them illegally entered her property in disregard of clearly posted "No Trespassing Signs" and proceeded to break into her house and "evict" her, assaulting and terrorizing her and damaging her property in the process.
These are not our American Sheriffs. These are not our American Justices or Judges. They aren't operating under our American Common Law. And they have absolutely no right to even address us, much less assault us and bring false claims against our assets.
All this is being promoted by Hired Jurists working as Undeclared Foreign Agents for foreign commercial corporations. They are engaged in illegal and unlawful pillaging and racketeering at the direction of commercial banks that are operating as conspiratorial crime syndicates.
All their pointy-headed politicians need to have the Truth pounded into their heads and the actual CORPORATIONS subject to BILLS OF ATTAINDER --- the commercial banks responsible for this -- and their Officers and Boards of Directors, are the ones that need to be arrested by the Provost Marshals without further ado.
Meantime, the United States Attorneys who so proudly claim that they work to defend the United States Government, are just waking up to the fact that they are responsible for defending our United States Land Patents--- and also responsible for arresting these "Sheriffs" and their "Detectives" and the "Judges" and "Prosecutors" that trespass against United States Land Patent-Holders like Teri Sahm.
I know that all our hearts go out to Teri. Mine certainly does. Her bravery in the face of this criminal assault and her determination to stand the test speaks for itself. She and The Washington Jural Assembly are bringing the Indictment and claim for damages forward to the Provost Marshal's Office and to the United States Attorney to compel them to do their jobs and arrest these thugs.

A similar situation exists with respect to Ken Dost and his family in Oregon, who were similarly attacked out of the blue and "evicted" by "Sheriff's Detectives" --- an Office that does not exist in our government --- after all mortgage claims against them and their home had been settled and satisfied and signed off in Oregon.
Goes to show the criminal, ruthless, unaccountable, and out of control status of these groups of mercenaries that are roaming our streets and pretending to be "our" government.

They WANT You to "Express the Trust"

This morning, as I am attempting to increase Public Awareness of the actual problems that beset our world, endanger our financial future, and as I strive to enlighten people about history and facts that they clearly do not know....and need to know..... I get this on my desk, a classic example of disinformation, fear-mongering, and outright lies, all encased in Bible Babble, to make the Perpetrator out to be a good Christian.
It was a rant claiming that part of the 928 documentation that I have made available to people wishing to establish their correct political status as Americans is a fraud designed to "steal" non-existent "Birth Certificate Trusts" and make myself the supposed victim's personal Fiduciary, having powers of attorney over them and their estates, etc., etc., etc. They also promoted the idea that Americans should "Express the Trust" --- but didn't touch upon the consequences of doing that.
Good Christians don't lie, cheat, slander, steal, kill or do "hit campaigns". They certainly don't give people bad advice or promote disinformation or advocate letting criminals off the hook in exchange for peace and payola.
Nothing in the 928 paperwork seizes upon any assets belonging to any American. Nothing in the 928 names me as their attorney. Nothing in the 928 paperwork names me as their personal Fiduciary. These ideas are being promulgated to mislead people who can't read well enough to discern these facts for themselves.
Go back and read and re-read the actual words until the meaning sinks in.
The Birth Certificates are Clearinghouse Receipts --- receipts like coat check receipts exchanged for your actual birthright estate, without your knowledge or agreement.
The Bonds attached to those receipts are not bonds in the sense of Savings Bonds, they are Performance Bonds, based on the estimated value of your lifetime labor as either: (1) an indentured servant known as a U.S. Citizen voluntarily subjecting themselves to peonage in service to the British Queen, or (2) a Municipal citizen slave, voluntarily donating their estate in exchange for political asylum and basics of life.
Those Performance Bonds obligate you to surrender your ability to own private property and pay large percentages of your lifetime earnings to predatory foreign governments --- the British Crown operating the Internal Revenue Service, and the Vatican operating the IRS.
The Birth Certificates obligate you to a lifetime of bondage. They are proof that you were human trafficked as a baby into foreign jurisdictions, like a little sailor being cast adrift and shanghaied into the French Foreign Legion. Those Birth Certificates are evidence of crime committed against you and that is the only "value" they have for you.
Did you or your parents knowingly, willingly, voluntarily, and with full disclosure volunteer to waive or donate your birthright estate as an American?
Did you authorize the creation of any Territorial or Municipal Trust in your name?
For the vast majority of Americans, the answer to both questions is a resounding, "No!"
So please tell me why you would ever "express the Trust" and claim that you agreed to any such thing?
Let's look at the "Express the Trust" process --- you come in and claim that you are the Donor and Beneficiary of the estate TRUST operated under your NAME.
What does that do? It makes you complicit in the fraud that has been committed against you. It says, yeah, I volunteered for all that, and I am here to tell you what I want you to do for me in exchange....
Of course, the Perpetrators are delighted. You just admitted that you are in on the fraud and voluntarily gave up your estate and entrusted it to them, and now you are naming them as your Fiduciary, entrusted to administer your estate for you and you are giving them instructions.
They hop right to it. And they are oh, so obliging, too.
Why shouldn't they be? You just gave them a total Get Out of Jail Free Card. And you just gave them your estate as an American, to use as chattel for their profit, in exchange for doing some small service for you ---- such as dropping court proceedings that don't apply to you anyway.
The promoters of this say, if you don't "Express the Trust" an "implied trust" exists, and they just go ahead and administer it any which way they want to, because you are not identifying yourself as the "Donor" and "Beneficiary" and instructing them.
I say there is no trust involved, no implied trust, and no actual trust that you ever agreed to.
I say that you were merely "presumed" to be the Donor of a Municipal "public trust" that was established in your NAME and used to control you and your assets and also used to bilk you silly.
I say, what good does it do you to "Express the Trust" the way they want you to "Express the Trust" in order to get out of a traffic ticket or avoid $1400 in property taxes you don't actually owe --- when it means that you sacrifice your birthright for a pot of porridge?
How's that for a good Biblical Analogy to put across what is actually happening when you "Express the Trust"?
Your land and home, your freedom, your identity, your money, and everything else, in exchange for your Employees to respect your Constitutional Guarantees, and your status as their Employer? Say, what?
No, what needs to happen is for all these "implied" and "assumed" and "presumed" trusts and actions and Legal Suppositions to be challenged across the board, with no admissions and no excuses.
What needs to happen is a Systemic Correction in which all these foreign practices are overturned and Americans step forward as the free men and women that they actually are, and for all these phantom PERSONS to disappear just as quickly as they were created out of thin air by the charlatans attempting to cashier and latch upon your assets---and do it with your permission, no less, when you "Express the Trust".
I'll express them right on out of here. Give me some tar and a rail.
The idea that I am doing what they are doing is just more of their same old crap, their constant blaming and accusing others of doing the dirt they are doing themselves.
There needs to be a calling out of the Bushwah. All of it.
I am the unpaid, attacked, slandered, and kicked Fiduciary for The United States of America, our unincorporated Federation of States ----because someone had to do it, or you would all be evicted and speak Chinese by now.
That's right, Uncle Joe and Company and Idiot Boy in Canada cut a land deal to sell off huge portions of America and Canada to pay their debts and leave them with nice, fat personal fortunes for their "service". The only problem is, they have to get rid of all of you, first.
Enter the "depopulation" agenda and the jab and all the rest of it.
Being the Fiduciary for The United States of America does not mean that I am your personal Fiduciary. I am not dictating what you do with your personal assets. I am preserving your assets for you to come home and claim.
I act entirely in the international and global jurisdictions. I don't have a thing to do with what brand of toilet paper you use and I have less than no interest in running for any political office.
What I care about is preserving your rights and freedoms and assets, because I don't want to be the last living American, sitting here all by myself on a rock in Alaska.
If you pay any attention at all to what I write and what I am telling you, if you observe the extent and complexity and knowledge of what is being reported back to you, you should know that I am not a petty person with a limited intellect.
So, after all you've been through, and all the confusion, and all the fraud and deceit and betrayal that you are waking up to ---- is it hard to know what to do? Is it hard to trust anyone who is smarter or more experienced than you?
Damn straight it is, but you can at least think things through from Point A to Point B, and observe the world for yourselves. You can make a commitment to the Truth. You can get off your couch and give a rat's rump about your world and your fellow man.

When this information first came over my desk -- forwarded to me by a German Farmer who wished me to understand the dilemma that he and his country are in --- I thought, oh, my God, my God.... they've pulled the same crap in Europe and Japan that they pulled here. They got away with the Great Fraud of The American Civil War, so they just went ahead and did the same thing with the Second World War.
Just as the U.S. Generals pretended that The American Civil War was ongoing for lack of an official Peace Treaty ending it (Why should an official Peace Treaty be needed to end a "war" that was never actually declared by our States in Congress Assembled?) they and their foul compatriots in NATO have done the same thing with the Second World War, and have promoted an unending and perpetual "State of War" via a United Nations agreement that the Second World War can never end until all the Parties to it sign off on a Peace Treaty.
That's going to be impossible to do, as numerous such Parties --- Burma and Czechoslovakia, for example, no longer exist as political entities, and other Parties like the Kingdom of Prussia still legally exist, but don't appear to, and are not part of the discussion.
It's essential that people worldwide understand the criminal results of this illegal ---and if we let them get away with it, perpetual, military occupation--- and any ill-conceived United Nations agreement which stands in the way of official settlement and declaration of Peace related to the Second World War.
The physical hostilities associated with the Second World War ended in September of 1945. Peace has reigned with regard to that mercenary conflict for seventy-seven years as of this coming September and the absurdity and illegality of the continued occupation of Europe and Japan and other nations by NATO forces is self-evident.
So is any proposition that the people of America should continue to pay over 95% of the cost of defending all these other countries (in equitable consideration of their continued enslavement?) and support the proliferation of over 950 military bases and outposts worldwide.
If the United Nations is in fact an organization devoted to peace, it must make tracks to put an end to any and all unreasonable obstacles and declare the official, final end to World War II, close the books, and allow everyone to get on with their own lives.
Those who fill their pockets and leverage their careers based on killing and robbing the innocent have promoted this illegal occupation of other countries, just as they have promoted the same "eternal occupation" here in The United States. Military Officers, Defense Contractors, and various Agencies have rigged this to profit themselves.
Being familiar by now with the twisted logic that these self-serving "Special Interests" use, it occurred to us to wonder --- where are they staging this worldwide perpetual war? Not the District of Columbia --- they are busy enough plundering based on The American Civil War..... and, surprise, surprise, surprise....
The Vermin are operating out of an independent international city state calling itself the Federal Reserve, and the Board of Directors of Chase Bank are styling themselves as the FEDERAL RESERVE and their cohorts at JPMorgan are styling themselves as the FEDERAL RESERVE BOARD OF GOVERNORS. The NATO end of this corruption is being staged out of a similar independent international city state calling itself OTTAWA and the GOVERNMENT OF OTTAWA, all presided over by the GOVERNOR OF OTTAWA --- which is all Bushwah concocted and operated by the Bank of Canada.
All this crap is coming from one source: Rothschild, Inc. All these banks are Rothschild affiliates.
And if they pulled this with The American Civil War and the Second World War, what are the odds that they pulled it with the First World War, too? Let's look at the Armistice and whatever "peace declarations" were used to provide the appearance of a Peace Treaty related to that mercenary conflict billed as a "war".
Mercenary "wars" are illegal and outlawed for a reason: they are criminal by definition.
There is insurmountable prima facie evidence that the Rothschild Banks and their affiliates have conducted numerous, massive, self-serving wars for profit. They are and they have long been guilty of gross crimes against humanity--- from having their agents loot the gold teeth from corpses in the Crimea a hundred years ago, to today's fight in Ukraine. They have been the agents and promoters of war for profit throughout the world. Innumerable lives have been lost, truncated, maimed, and made miserable by the Rothschild Empire.
It's time to end the wars, end the banks and so-called "independent international city states" responsible for the wars, and end the people behind the banks who have profited themselves from genocide and destruction. There can be no excuse for this or for turning a blind eye to the Rothschild Agents presently trying to wrest control of every country via the misadministration of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the World Bank, both of which are complicit in profiting themselves via a man-made pandemic and the proliferation of biological warfare.
If the United Nations is to have an excuse for its own existence, it must immediately investigate and correct its operations in total. This includes the flawed peace processes, the proliferation of "independent city states" operating unlawfully and illegally within the borders of sovereign countries, the abuse and misuse of Free Trade Zones, the lawless deregulation of banks and securities exchanges, the reckless misapplication of "economic sanctions" against member nations, and the prosecution of the transnational and international corporations responsible.
It's the NATO Members of the United Nations that engineered the murder of Ukraine's elected government officials and their replacement with a Florida millionaire who promptly sold out Ukraine to the Rothschilds and the NATO miscreants responsible for going into Ukraine and establishing over a dozen illegal bioweapons research and production facilities. They are the ones that need to be closely questioned, sanctioned, and if need be, ousted without further delay.
For that matter, if the U.S. Military is to have an excuse for its existence, the Generals in charge have to change direction and come to the aid of the people who are their actual Employers; they have to decouple from UN and NATO command, as all those agreements were fraudulent from the beginning. Instead of trying to backstop and defend NATO's indefensible actions, they must immediately pursue the actual criminal corporations and corporate officers responsible. They have the Admiralty Law, they have the USCMJ, and they have our permission to both fish and cut bait. They had better get busy and do so.
State Attorney Generals and United States Attorneys are responsible for rounding up the guilty bank personnel in this country.
As for you, Secretary General Guterres, your organization is out of control and has a lot to answer for. You and the UN CORP are 100% personally and commercially liable for any continued malfunctioning of any part of United Nations operations. You have been fully informed. We are open to discussion and mutual action in the interest of correcting these anomalies and injustices.
