America is NOT "Mystery Babylon"

More mistaken Bible scholars send me (repeatedly) Hollywood quality videos about the supposed end of the world and the identities of all the various players that bring about the cataclysm....

While their knowledge of the Bible is impressive, their spiritual and logical faculties are not. Chief among them, their fear-mongering and graphic presentation of skeletons and destroyed land and all sorts of nastiness calculated to inspire terror. Also irresponsible fear-porn about an EMP attack on America.

"Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid...."

It is his will that "not one shall be lost".

And "not a hair on their heads shall be harmed".

So take that into your considerations and wake up out of your bad dreams.

America is no more "Mystery Babylon" than I am my Aunt Tilly's cat.

Mystery Babylon is a secret religion -- a "mystery school". It's acolytes are all members of a False Church fostered by Secret Societies, which operate as crime syndicates organized as interlocking trust directorates controlling over 700 large corporations worldwide.

THAT is what "Mystery Babylon" is.

It "sits upon many waters" because its members operate a substantial number of "independent, international city-states" --- including, for example, Vatican City, Westminster - Inner City of London, Washington - DC, City of New York, City of Rome, the United Nations, etc.

All these "independent, international city-states" act as a bonded cartel, with separate functions, but common interests --- and they issue charters for Municipal CORPORATIONS via SERCO's abuse of our Delegated Powers. SERCO has been running the United States Patent and Trademark Office "in our names" as a thoroughly criminal Municipal Government Enterprise.

The result is that the Municipality of Washington, DC, has created all sorts of subsidiary corporations operated as, for example, LONDON and "the" UK, and OMAHA and "the" PHILIPPINES, ad nauseum, and all of these THINGS made of paper and air, are used promote fraud and expedite kickbacks to collaborators worldwide.

It's the biggest crime syndicate operation in the history of the world.

THAT is what "Mystery Babylon" is.

And yes, all the nations have "drunk of the wine of "her" fornication".

So why refer to "Mystery Babylon" as "her" and as a "Queen"?

Because these pedants worship a profane goddess of ancient origin, who goes by many, many names: Semiramis, Ashtoreth, Ishtar, Ashtar, Astarte, Isis, Cybele, …. and yes, Columbia.

As in District of Columbia.

The Followers of this "goddess" use good organizations and people as "storefronts" to hide their venal activities. They used the Roman Catholic Church as their primary storefront for centuries. They have used the Queen of England. They have used America. They have used the Hebrews. And now, they propose to use the United Nations organization in the same way.

They've even used the Freemasons.

After all, the Grand Lodge of Paris funded the building and gifting of the "The Statue of Liberty" --- a giant idol honoring The Great Abomination, the Mother of All Whores --- now sitting in New York Harbor. And another Grand Lodge funded the building of the Washington Monument --- an absolutely stupendously big phallic symbol, still pointing straight up on the Capitol Mall.

Well, you can be offended all you want, but the facts are the facts.

These are the symbols of the idolatrous ancient foreign profane religion of Mystery Babylon, squatting on our shores without us being aware of what these things are or what they symbolize.

The snide Romans renamed "Ishtar" and called "her" "Libertas" --- Liberty. That's what British sailors are still granted when they reach port: they are given "liberty" -- another name for riotous drunkenness, wild sexual rampages and orgies, gambling, fighting, and crime of all kinds.

If I were a New Yorker, I'd have Mayor Cuomo by both heels while I whispered, "Please return the "gift" that the Grand Lodge of Paris sent us? It's really not appropriate for us to have something like that standing as the gateway to our city or our country...."

And the members of Congress need to be told the same thing about the Washington Monument. Give it back to the Grand Lodge and let them tear it down. George would roll over in his grave and be horrified by such a public celebration of his "manhood". It's not appropriate here.

Not in America.

These blemishes aside, one must grasp the fact that none of these entities are "American". They are sitting on our land and soil like barnacles attached to the hull of a ship. They have nothing to do with us or who we are as a country, and you are really underestimating our Father if you think he doesn't know that!

As determined as our Creator is to utterly destroy this evil once and for all, he's not angry with us. He knows that most of us are innocent as children and don't even know what these idolatrous monuments are about.

What sort of Father do you think we have? That you teach that he will destroy us? That you teach against His Word---- "Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid....."?

You would make our Father into the likeness of Satan. You insult him by proposing that he will bring vengeance on the innocent and pay back evil unjustly.

Such a thing has never been and never will be.

So I am calling on all the Hellfire and Brimstone lot of you out there, to voluntarily repent and recant these errors. Take down these frightening videos. Teach the truth or don't teach at all. Better for you to have remained silent than to be found spreading fear and lies against the Living God.

The Missing 1100 Years

I got a very angry letter from a Catholic (former) Nun, about six months ago, berating me and asking me how I could be so idiotically stupid as to issue a Payment Bond to the Holy See with what appears to be a maturity date 1000 years from now. 

She didn't understand, but the scribes and blasphemers do. 

You see, the difficulty is, that we spend most of our lives facing backwards and trying to move forward.  The moment that something becomes the object of our attention, it is already in the past. 

That essential moment of power called "Now" is hard to catch.  It's always moving onward faster than we can train ourselves to keep up, and unless we learn to focus on and ground ourselves in that precious moment, we are living backwards--- not just facing backwards.

We become disoriented and trapped in the delusion caused by faulty senses and faulty reference points. 

So now imagine what happens when the men in charge of keeping the calendar --- which in itself is a foreign invention used to calculate debt --- decide to arbitrarily delete 1100 years-worth of mankind's existence? 

All the history, the threads of many ancient cultures, and vast amounts of knowledge are burned, bartered, and given away. All sorts of tricks are employed, even Black Magic, to erase and hide those missing 1100 years.

That, "adjustment to the calendar" and a lot of other "creative reshaping of the narrative" is what the leaders of the Roman Catholic Church did during the Council of Nicea and afterward at other Councils, like the Council of Trent. 

They waved their hands and flicked their pens and wiped out over a millennium, and that was just for starters.

So, everyone assumes that the world is younger than it is, and as for debts being due, such a ruse --- if successful --- gives you 1100 years of "extra" usury that you never have to account for.   

Until, of course, you are facing a Fiduciary, who knows exactly what you've done.  

This isn't actually 2020.  It's 3120. 

So as you can now see, the  Payment Bond is Due and Owing, and if we were to hold the whole debt against them, it is 107 years overdue, because they were supposed to pay up and the Sons of Saturn were supposed to leave in what we think of as 1913, aka, 3013.

Instead of paying up, or leaving, either one, these False Guardians, these crooked Noisome House Guests doubled down.  They decided to dig in harder, extract more "penance" from the Earth and its people---when in fact, they are the ones who are the Debtors. 

The entire circumstance is exactly 100% the opposite of what they want you to believe.  They want you to believe that you are the Debtors, when in fact, they are the Debtors.

They want you to "forget about" all that they owe you and what they spent of your inheritance for 1100 years, plus the interest they owe on that, and which they promised to pay back, in addition to all the rest.  

They want you to ignore the fraud involved in all their shimmy-shuffle "symbolic" money systems, which are obvious idolatrous BS, that they used in non-equitable exchange for actual goods and services for centuries.

And at the end of the day they want to find some specious excuse to kill off most of their creditors, enslave the rest, and steal their creditor's assets for their own?  Really?

Yes, really. 

Welcome to the diabolical world of the Father of All Lies.

Even though the entire situation and all of what is coming to them is all their own fault, the Evil-Doers among us are very angry, stomping their little feet and waving their little hammers, blaming everyone but themselves.  

It won't do them any good.

The Payment Bond is due and owing. In fact, it's overdue.  Is there any doubt that your Father will settle this for you? 

Will the Curse of Lamech not overtake them? 

Be patient yet a little while longer, while everything is prepared. Turn your thoughts to Jerusalem and the mighty city gates..... all opening up, at last.

For England - 3.0

What we've discovered is that all of this "mischief" is linked back to insurance and "indemnity" schemes that got started in the 1720's, when people started purchasing "bottomry bonds" on non-existent ships.

This same scheme was resurrected and applied to "Special Purpose Vehicles" on the land. 

They set up corporations and name them after living people, so as to impersonate the people --- a process they call "enfranchisement".  Then, they bring claims in commerce against these corporations owned and bonded by Third Parties, as if the assets belonged to the corporations, and not to the living people.  These are easily recognizable as crimes of both personage and barratry against the living people.

There, in England, you have a record of the debate that went on about this scandalous abuse -- the Disraeli v. Gladstone discourses, which have to be deciphered with the understanding that the argument is not actually about voting rights for laborers, but about commercial "enfranchisement" fraud upon the working classes-- and press-ganging of land assets.  This includes false claims upon their labor assets and the ability to force conscription upon them via "military draft" as well as theft of their homes and land assets as chattel for the perpetrators to borrow against. 

Queen Victoria used this method to fraudulently finance the Raj takeover of India and guaranteed Whitehall's ability to enforce this fraud and peonage against her own people in complete dereliction of her duty as a Christian Monarch. 

Secondarily, these crimes against the soil and land jurisdiction open a wide pathway to promote money laundering, bankruptcy fraud, and probate fraud ---- all of which have been practiced against the people of the entire world, including England, Scotland, Ireland, and Wales.

If you look into the history of any little scrap of your "fair land" you will find (I have found) up to six layers of "titles".  The existence of such "titles" are solid evidence that your land and soil assets have been placed in a trust --- inappropriately, it turns out --- without your conscious knowledge or consent, for several generations.  Each layer represents a transfer of title to another "trust organization", which typically issues a new "land description" -- that is, a new "title" to the land when they take over as trustees. 

What started out as a small village in Cornwall -- and still physically is -- "Pennywaithe Upon the Meers" -- goes through a progression of new descriptions (which are titles) that are disguised as parcel numbers, street numbers, utility service districts, and on and on.  As this process progresses the actual ownership of the land and soil becomes more and more clouded and the people innocently living in what they believe are homes they inherited in Cornwall, are progressively burdened down with more and more taxes while they themselves, the "presumed Donors" in this scheme, are regarded as unknown foreign tenants on their own land, and subjected to statutory laws meant to apply only to incorporated entities.  

This has to be stopped and we have to sort this out in favor of the living people.  It is far easier to mandate that every land owner have a Will than to continue this constructive fraud using lack of Wills as an excuse for it.  There is a great deal more that goes into it, but this is the basic outline of what has gone on and regrettably, is still ongoing.  The courts, especially the Maritime Courts, have been highly complicit in this, and have outrageously presumed upon the people of Britain for the past hundred years.

With the advent of the Belgian Electronic Asset Settlement and Transfer (BEAST) program, matters became even worse.

Now the same parties who secretively "took title" to our land and soil assets via processes of non-disclosed and unconscionable contracts, set up an electronic trading platform for all these False Titles purportedly owned by non-existent corporations and their vacuous Trustees, and have used these trading platforms as casinos.  In North America we have a similar system called "MERS", and when we delved into it, we found that technically, MERS hasn't existed and hasn't been the responsibility of anyone since 1997, yet titles to land are routinely submitted via MERS and transferred using this system, just as properties in Europe, Asia, and Africa are supposedly being traded and transferred by the BEAST system.

At the end of the day, it's all nothing but fraud, fraud, and more fraud.  It's fraud first and foremost against the actual Landlords who are living people owed the enjoyment of their assets, and fraud against the courts being called upon to take this seriously and accept responsibility to administer the enforcement of the fraud, and finally, fraud upon all the investors who are being snookered into buying this "underwater" real estate. 

Please share this with all your Barrister friends and all the Judges and Justices in England, Scotland, Ireland, and Wales.  It won't take them long to connect the dots and follow the crumbs back to Whitehall --- and then it remains to be seen, how, once everyone realizes the depth and breadth of the fraud, we may recoup upon it, lawfully convert everything, and everyone come out ahead in the end.  We have answers for all of that, too.

A Nice, Succinct, Simple Explanation

I love it when I find a news story that people can understand without a lot of frou-frou-rah or intellectual grandstanding designed to make the reporter look smart.

Here's one that cuts through all the "Obamagate" ribbons and bows and gets straight to "The Hammer" which is the real meat and steel of the issue.

Remember Edward Snowden? He cracked the lid on NSA spying on telephone and email communications some years ago.

Thanks to him, Edward Snowden, we all now know that our lives are infiltrated to some extent by illegal snooping activities by "the government", and it has been that way for a number of years.

Now take that information and fast forward in your mind to what has likely happened since then?

They got away with it once, so they did more and more and more spying on the public, and made more excuses for doing it, and refined their technology and expanded their grid.

This is utterly predictable. It's what criminals do, whenever and however they get away with crime: they do more of it. Eagerly.

And they begin selling all their ill-gotten information, too. Data mining rears its ugly head and so do operations like "the Hammer" --- meant to crush personal and political opponents and ensure a one-party monopoly forever and ever.

So you have a story of criminal abuse and misuse of private data being collected without the knowledge or consent of the victims, being put to political use by crime bosses infesting our capitol --- and all for their own petty profit.

They have invaded your privacy for their profit. Let that sink in.

Are We Losing Our RIght to Trial by Jury?

The Fully Informed Jury Association is based in Montana and has done more to protect our jury rights than any other organization. In fact I would go so far as to say they really started the whole movement to protect jury rights. Now if we could just get them to understand they are dealing with the wrong jurisdiction entirely maybe they could make better progress.

At this point, trials by jury are starting to resume or are on the verge of resuming in some states. Most notably, Oregon called jurors for its first jury trial in more than a month. Some of the stories in this report raise substantial concerns about how resumption of trial by jury will play out. We are now starting to see three main areas of concern: some courts are now starting to experiment with trials by jury conducted remotely via technology rather than in person, judges are discussing asking defendants to voluntarily forfeit some of the protections afforded them by trial by jury, and courts in several states are indicating that they are willing to suspend the Constitutionally-guaranteed right to trial by jury for 6-9 months at least!

What other rights can you imagine the government canceling for 6-9 months just for starters?

Remember, during that time, the government is still finding ways to: accuse and arrest people, incarcerate people pre-trial—people whose legal status is INNOCENT because they have yet to be proven guilty, and coerce those people with the prospect of indefinite detention in crowded, unsanitary facilities during a pandemic into forfeiting their right to trial by jury and accepting a plea bargain or a bench trial.

It sickens me to wonder if we are watching our jury system being irreparably damaged—or if perhaps this is even the beginning of the end of our right to trial by jury.

The Laundry List for All Trump Haters

Last night on my weekly Zoom Conference I had the temerity to suggest (against all the collective "wisdom" of the Mainstream News) that President Trump is doing his job. I suppose I could have belabored the point a bit and gone into details for all the liberal cat-callers in the back row, but I had a lot of other material to cover and let it slide until this morning, when, lo and behold --- look at what landed in my box?

The Laundry List of what DJT did for you and me and the world this past week ---just in case you are one of the countless people who need to know and will never hear it from the Idiot Box:

1. Made vaccines voluntary not mandatory. Military will check purity and distribute vaccines. [This means that Federal citizens will not be forced to take vaccines. Americans were never under any such obligation.]

2. Defunded the World Health Organization and is stumping for an investigation into its operations.

3. Knocked out the Democrat's HR 6666 bill, known as the Covid-19 TRACE Act -- Bill Gate's diagnosis and tracking (surveillance) project.

4. Cancelled another Gate's project -- ID2020, which would have earmarked people like cattle.

5. Opened a complaint forum to report censorship on Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.

6. Stopped the 5G rollout nationwide.

7. Issued the Executive Order to reopen the states --- Governors who refuse will be sued.

8. Another Executive Order to take control of the Electrical Grids, which will indirectly put an end to the misuse of the public air waves by private electronic surveillance groups --- like the out-of-control grid that unknown parties have been establishing to fill our skies with 78,000 mini satellites.

9. Declared places of worship "Essential Services" and ended all that petty anti-religious nonsense.

10. Applauded efforts by Australia and 116 other countries to find out what actually happened in Wuhan and how the illness there spread to Italy and around the world so rapidly, yet never reached Beijing-- and other inexplicable anomalies.

Now, if you have done as much for your country and its people and for people worldwide this past week you can afford to throw stones. If not, sit down, shut up, and listen: Donald Trump is doing his job. Are you doing yours?

This morning I got an "Anna Hate Letter" too, disparaging me for "failing" to report a particular United Nations website that is promoting their New Green Deal Agenda, and insinuating that I was a Catholic and all in with that.

I have been reporting about the Vatican rats and their intention to move their storefront from the Roman Catholic Church to the United Nations for two decades, and no, I am not Catholic, but even if I were, I wouldn't be responsible for what these men are doing.

It's apparent that there are a lot of people out there opening their big mouths with no research or thought involved-- adults acting like children in need of a good spanking. Well, here it is:

I have told you all what is going on and what to expect. I have told you HOW the vermin among us operate, and I have been proven right too many times to mention or count. So learn the lesson and don't blame the teacher.

These people deliberately pretend to be what they are not. They pretend to be Catholic, do a lot of nasty things, and then leave the Catholics to take the blame. They do the same thing with Muslims, Jews, Russians -- any group they target.

These people also act like parasites. When they have eaten a victim out of house and home, they move on and find new victims, just like a parasite leaves its hosts behind.

So, no surprise that a lot of nasty closet Communists worked their way into the Church and attempted to confuse Christian Communality (which is voluntary) with Communism (which isn't).

No surprise that these same unsavory elements engineered the death of twelve conservative cardinals who would have out-voted them in conclave.

No surprise that after using the Roman Catholic Church as a storefront for money laundering and other criminal activity for hundreds of years, the parasites are moving their digs and leaving the Church to take the blame.

That's right. Their entire intention is to run things from the United Nations the same way they ran things behind the "storefront" of the Church, and at the same time, turn around and persecute and blame the Church.

That, and finding new excuses to tax and milk and bilk and indebt and burden the people of the world while enriching themselves, is their entire, obvious, plain-as-glass agenda.

We don't have to monitor "UN" websites to know that.

We can sit in a kitchen chair in Big Lake, Alaska, and know that.

I told the person who sent me that hate letter the facts and then I told them to shove it up their xss. That's the same message I have for all those who think that Donald Trump and I didn't do enough for them this past week.

We are not your saviors. Someone else tried to do that for you, a long time ago.

No, at most DJT and I are "concerned Americans" fighting for our country in a battle that most of you are too lazy, prejudiced, and self-absorbed to even think about. I know this.

I have proof against 90% of my fellow Americans who have taken everything for granted and never checked a single voting record, never read a single bill passed by Congress, never thought beyond whether to have Fruit Loops or Bran Flakes for breakfast.

Oh, you all like to sit around warming the bench and talk big. You all have opinions --- uninformed opinions --- borrowed from "news" commentators who are usually more naive, self-absorbed, and clueless than High School Cheerleaders.

You all have your idea of how the American Government is structured leftover from your half-asleep time in Eighth Grade US History Class. Sure, you are REAL EXPERTS in all of this stuff, aren't you?

Medicine. Science. Law. You spent your time studying and researching it all? Did you?

Well, I did. You bet I did. On top of raising a family and holding a job and supporting them and myself the whole time, so I don't have a lot of respect for those of you who have spent your lives licking boots and whining and sucking on the Public Teat and making excuses for yourselves and for your political leaders who somehow never deliver anything they promise even when they have control of the Presidency, the House, and the Senate for decades at a time. No, all they deliver is more misery and debt and servitude. And you all eat it up like sugar candy.

What was it that the General relieving Bastogne said--- "Nuts." ?

Go home. Stay home. "Shelter in place" like hunted animals. Cower in the face of a threat that can't even be shown to exist because of the corruption of the privately owned and operated "Centers for Disease Control". Plan to starve and die by the millions because you are too stupid to live, too spineless to stand up, and too brain-dead to tell friend from foe.

Let the nice monsters in suits tell you what brand of toilet paper to buy, until there is none to buy.

Let them ear tag you like animals and then complain about where did your freedoms go?

Let these criminals bilk you and tax you and bilk you some more until you lose your homes and your communities all look like inner city Detroit.

Go ahead. You can do it. Hell, you have done it up until now.

Just look at Nancy Pelosi's "home" district in California for a preview of what is coming to your town next. Overflowing dumpsters, human feces on the sidewalks, homeless people wandering around with blank, Zombie-like looks on their faces. That's you. That's your kids in a few years.

That's the results that all the Washington Insiders produce and deliver.

And it's all right in front of your faces.

For once and all time, people, realize that there is nobody but you who can change all of this.

Realize that what you do now -- right now -- decides the future.

And stop criticizing Donald Trump and me and everyone else out here breaking our backs and our bank accounts to try to save you from yourselves. Turn that looking glass around and get a good look at the real problem.

The Economic “Reopening” Is A Fake Out

How does one define an economic “reopening”? I think most people would say that a reopening means that everything goes back to the way it was before the crisis; or at least as close as possible.  Most people would also say that a reopening is something that will last.  Simply declaring “America has reopened” while keeping many restrictions in place in certain parts of the country is a bit of a farce.  And, reopening with the intention of implementing lockdowns again in a matter of weeks without explaining the situation to the public is a scam of the highest order.

For example, states like New York, California, Illinois and New Jersey have extended their lockdowns; with LA's extension remaining ambiguous after they initially declared restrictions for another 3 months. New York's lockdown is extended to the end of May (so far). This is the case in many US states and cities, while rural areas are mostly open. This is being called a “partial reopening”, but is there a purpose behind the uneven approach?

As I predicted in my article 'Pandemic And Economic Collapse: The Next 60 Days', the restrictions will continue in major US population centers while rural areas have mostly opened with much fanfare. The end result of this will be a flood of city dwellers into rural towns looking for relief from more strict lockdown conditions. In about a month, we should expect new viral clusters in places where there was limited transmission. I suggest that before the 4^th of July holiday, state governments and the Federal government will be talking about new lockdowns, using the predictable infection spike as an excuse.

A Case of Mistaken Identities --- On Purpose

In the course of explaining what has gone on here I often get letters and emails about the attempts that people are making to address their grievances through the court systems. They triumphantly bring forward salient facts about the various venues of law and how they are supposed to work ---- but don't.

For example, I recently got this statement that "an unrebutted affidavit stands as law" --- which is true in the realm of Commerce --- if you happen to be operating in the realm of Commerce, and if you own the "entity" that is named as a DEFENDANT and if you are a "person" competent to make an affidavit in the first place.

Which generally speaking, you're not.

So let's examine what is really going on in these foreign courts and why a living man is "incompetent" to operate in them, and why there is no enforcement even if you win.

What they have done is to name a corporation after you for their own benefit.

Think about that.

It’s not your corporation. It’s their corporation named after you.

So they get to run it however they see fit, put their managers in control over it, flow assets to it, drain assets away from it, bankrupt it if they please.

And none of this actually has anything to do with you, except that they pretend it does, and you assume it does.

Of course, you never knowingly or willingly agreed to them using your name to do any such thing. And it is your name—- or is it?

Who chose that name and gave it to you?

Your parents.

But who actually created that name?

Who, for example, created the name “Anna”?

Well, I can tell you for sure it was not my parents.

Perhaps there has never been an Anna Maria Riezinger before. But maybe there has. And maybe there is someone of the exact same name running around out there at this moment.

How many John Robert Cooks do you think there are? Or have ever been?

If you add a few more details like the place I was born it becomes easier to nail me down as the one using that name, but because a name is not in all probability created by your parents and may easily not be unique, either—- is it your property?

Yes and no. You have the right to use it, but it’s not yours in the normal sense of property, is it?

And it didn’t belong to your parents, either.

On top of which, you are not the only one who uses that name over the course of your lifetime. Your parents use it, your siblings and other family members use it, your school uses it, the hospital uses it, the library uses it, your employers and customers use it.... it’s what is commonly referred to in law as a “utility”.

And though you use it, in a sense it isn’t yours.

So what recourse do you have when someone names a corporation after you and deliberately confuses you with it?

This is a crime known as “impersonation”.

We usually think of this in terms of pretending to hold an office we don’t hold— as in “impersonating a police officer” but it is more basic than that.

Substituting a THING for a living man is an act of impersonating him.

You are taking a living man, one of the people of this country, and transforming his identity into that of a “PERSON”— a THING --- a CORPORATION, and in this case, a Municipal PERSON.

And while it is illegal to rob or rape or murder a man, you can do anything you like to a PERSON, because after all, it’s just a dead THING and doesn’t necessarily belong to anyone.

This situation gives rise to every possible kind of crime being committed against PERSONS, and that is why impersonation of a living man is a crime.

That’s why one of the most fundamental responsibilities of the “Federal Government” spelled out in Article IV is to protect your person(s).

And that is why they — these foreign courts — don’t dare answer you when you accuse them of impersonating you and you nail down exactly what the THING they are addressing “as if” it were you, really is.

In the case of ANNA MARIA RIEZINGER being used to impersonate me as a purported “citizen of the (Municipal) United States” we know precisely how and under what false pretenses that PERSON was created.

We can (and do) cite chapter and verse and demand that the court cease and desist its attempts to mis-address us as a foreign PERSON. We tell them very specifically that we are not any kind of Municipal citizen and we do not allow them to address us under any such presumption.

This odd kind of accidental-on-purpose confusion can occur in another kind of court, too, and you can be impersonated using a name that ---in form--- looks just exactly the same as the name you have been using all your life.

In a British Territorial Court it is presumed that a British Territorial Citizen (also known as a U.S. Citizen) exists who just happens to be a Foreign Situs Trust—- another Thing — that they use to impersonate you, and which they use to subject you to various forms of British Territorial law that has nothing whatsoever to do with you.

If they can confuse you with their “franchise” and cast you into the role of a “U.S. Citizen” —- another “Person” they own and control “in your name” — they will do that, too.

This “transient” Person is only presumed to exist when he/she is on the High Seas and Navigable Inland Waterways, which can be hard to prove when you are standing on dry land, so they try to avoid using this ruse and typically resort to this only after you have beaten them in MUNICIPAL COURT.

Both the Municipal COURTS and the Territorial Courts are literally engaged in organized crimes of impersonation on our shores and they have been for a very long time.

At which point of realization, it behooves you and me and everyone else to sack the politicians responsible and bring international complaints against the perpetrators and get organized to put an end to this, because it is flagrant crime against innocent Americans being perpetuated by self-interested foreign governments acting in Breach of Trust and in violation of their own commercial service contracts.

Read that— this is being done to you by your own public employees.

And they are being misdirected to do this by the feckless politicians.

And the feckless politicians are being told what to do by the Vatican and the British Crown Corporation.

And they, in turn, are working for the Holy See and the Queen and the Lord Mayor of London as subcontractors hired to provide us with stipulated government services— none of which include impersonating us for fun and profit.

Now, if this is making you murderously angry, it certainly should.

However, the proper way to address this is directly to the actual Principals and in order to do that, you must be acting in your correct and explicit role as an American State Citizen.

This is the only capacity in which you can act to enforce your Constitutional guarantees and because you have been deliberately "impersonated" that is not terribly easy to do.

They will still strive with might and main to “accidentally on purpose” mistake you for a “similarly named” British Territorial Person or a Municipal PERSON of a similar name.

Thanks to the work of The Living Law Firm it has recently become much easier to assert your actual identity and defend yourself from these predatory courts and their employees, but you still have to grab an oar and pull.

And you still have to thoroughly understand the game of “mistaken identities” they are playing.

The solution to this situation is to declare your political status and record it with your State Assembly (which is now in Session) and accept the responsibility of self-governance. Take care of your own business. Start telling your employees what to do, and running your own courts again.

The solution was clearly enunciated back in 1866 in the Supreme Court case Ex Parte Milligan 71 US 2. When we assemble our civilian government (via our State Assembly) and populate the land and soil jurisdiction of this country, all those foreign courts --- both Territorial and Municipal --- have to stand down and stop addressing us, unless of course, there is an actual and valid Maritime (Commercial) contract or Admiralty issue to settle.

So we know the problem and we know the answer, and all that is left to do, is for you to "come home" and conduct your own business.

Join your State Assembly without further delay if you care about this country and your future in it. And if you are scared of "the Federal Government" --- run, don't walk.

Many confused patriots are afraid of "government" action against them, and they have reason to be afraid, based on the many people who have been railroaded by federal courts and the generally lawless atrocities that have been perpetuated by our off-course public employees.

These crimes against Americans have been based on the "legal presumption" that they weren't actually Americans.

Mistaken identities again. Name games. Political status presumptions.

And we are putting an end to those presumptions.

We are establishing our political status and identities in ways they can't evade or ignore, and when we do so, we find that --- like magic --- our erring public employees don't give us any guff anymore. They just get back to work and tend their knitting with entirely new attitudes.

But if you want to change their attitudes, you first have to change yours. We, State Assembly Members, have a yellow lapel pin that makes the situation obvious. It simply says, "Public Notice: I am not your Employee or Dependent."

And if that doesn't jog their thinking processes, you can look Johnny Copper in the eye and tell them the fundamental fact: "I'm your Employer."
