The rats set up a system for themselves that they patented via misuse of the US Patent and Trademark Office. 

Administration and oversight of the US Patent and Trademark Office is one of the duties that we delegated to the Federal United States.  

When the Federal United States was moth-balled after the Civil War, the Territorial United States began operating the US Patent and Trademark Office, with the result that foreign interests began manipulating our patent processes. 

They also took over the US Copyright Office and abused those delegated powers, too. 

Gradually, over time, the vermin incorporated virtually every government on Earth and established two levels of incorporated government --- territorial and municipal. 

Thus we have the territorial government of Japan, Inc., and the municipal government of JAPAN, INC., and both have been chartered as franchises of the USA, Inc., and the UNITED STATES, INC., respectively.  

All around the world, wherever you go, you find China and CHINA,  Egypt and EGYPT,  Germany and GERMANY.....

In truth and in fact, the only war-making powers they have ever had for the past 150 years is in the euphemistic sense of corporations going to "war" against other corporations.

As most of your know, in my opinion and experience, every dog pile on Earth rests solidly on a British-built Foundation:

That is not to say that they haven't needed and had a great many collaborators all around the world, helping them out to help themselves to everyone else's everything.  They have been loyally assisted by friend and foe alike.

Yes, yes, I am being attacked.  I am being called everything but what I am.  I am being identified as one of the "Evil Catholics" and "Evil Papists" and even as ---God forbid --- one of the child molesting fiends from Hell that I simply lump together as "vermin".  

Unfortunately, there is not now and never has been a cure for irresponsible, ignorant and just plain stupid people, and so far as I know, there is no insurance to be bought against their mistakes and gossip and misconceptions.  

In every single case, these people haven't bothered to read a single word I have written.  They are parroting whatever they've heard through the grapevine, regardless of where the grapevine leads or where it came from.  Here's a case in point:

I had a friend in High School who was a real cut-up.  He signed me up for the Marine Corps and I signed him up for the Miss America Pageant.

Imagine the confusion and consternation of the Marine MP’s who showed up on our doorstep looking for an AWOL recruit named Ambrose Martin Riezinger?  

Imagine my Father’s consternation dealing with these two, who were convinced that there had to be a strapping six foot two recruit hiding somewhere behind my diminutive façade.  After all, Ambrose showed up for the physical and intake interviews and he had excellent scores….

I sat hunched up in a chair like a molting bird through the whole fiasco.  That was my introduction to the Marine Corps.  I remember watching those two Marines unconsciously falling into marching cadence as they swung down our long driveway to their car and saying to my Father, “Those guys are real boneheads.”

D-Day's Birthday

Being born on June 6 is always an odd mix of solemn memorial to the invasion of Normandy during World War II on this day 74 years ago, remembrance of JFK, also born on June 6, and the silliness that often accompanies my celebrations on this same day.  

This morning, before eight, I got a phone call from friends doing a group sing of the Happy Birthday Song.... as I held the phone receiver out away from my ear, the dogs were softly howling and I had a mental picture of my friend, Cindy, seated in the passenger seat of the family car trying to put on her mascara on her way to work and singing the "Happy Birthday Song" at the same time..... 

My glory truly is and has always been having such friends.... and howling dogs, of course.  If past experience is any teacher, there will be several such incidents today and the dogs will get in their choir practice.

How would you react if a restaurant served you rotten food and charged twice the price published on their menu?  Hmmm? 

What if they advertised a movie and sold tickets to it, and then showed a completely different movie?  One you didn't like or want to see?  What would you do then? 

The Latest Red Herring Argument

The scam artist’s goal is always to create some kind of confusion, and then to profit from it in some way.

It could be to confuse your identity literally, so as to steal it. (No, your Honor, that’s John M. Doe, he’s a British Citizen, not John M. Doe, the noted American national.)

It could be to confuse the capacity in which you are acting, so as to bring false accusations against you. (But your Honor, he’s a licensed Commercial Vehicle Driver, not a private man merely going to the grocery store.)

It could be simply to confuse the public, and so delay action on pressing matters of state. (We don’t really know what color the sky is….sometimes it’s blue, but sometimes it’s grey or white or even black and we don’t know what to do as a result. Best to sit on it and wait.)

The modus operandi is always the same: create a confusion or problem, and then steer toward whatever result you want to come out of that confusion or problem.

Here is a good case in point.

What Does North Carolina Say?

You will all remember that Larry Becraft sent out a screed last week or so, in which he claimed that Rod Class was lying and that the issues in North Carolina never meant anything and were just ignorant dismissed cases that Rod Class pursued and then blew out of proportion.  I disagreed and then Larry and his Boy Robin, Bob Hurt, jumped all over me, and tried to discredit me, too.  

Larry even went so far as to try to put words in my mouth (a legal specialty) and present false information (for the second time) that I made arguments that in fact I never voiced at all, thereby setting up a false argument and premise for himself that he then proceeded to pursue as if it were real and as if it had anything to do with me and anything I ever thought or said.  

LOL.  

Anyway, for all of those who have been confused by the lawyer crappola--- here's what North Carolina says, in Rod's favorite phrase, black ink on white paper, and in my favorite phrase --- from the horse's mouth, via one of our researchers---quote:

Bob Hurt Pretends, But.... Read On, Campers!

Bob Hurt pretends that there is something insufficient or "not proper" about me and my material. 

But a closer examination shows that Bob is suffering from delusional dysfunction. 

What I am telling him --- and what the public records are telling him --- doesn't jive with what he has been taught and what he assumes to be true, so he is in what we popularly call "denial".   He doesn't know why he doesn't believe me.  He can't tell you what is wrong about my reference material or my approach --- which is to let you read it all for yourself.   He just doesn't believe me. 

He isn't alone.  

He is also a member of the law enforcement community, which adds an extra layer of misconception.  The roots of that misunderstanding have been carefully bred by the Masters who use the police and military as both fodder and guard dogs. 

Bob also seems to assume that I am the only one bringing forward this information--- and that isn't so, either.  Not by a long shot.

A World of Oxymorons

The most prevalent oxymoron I run into is "sovereign citizen" which is an impossibility and contradiction because one cannot be both at the same time. One can act as a "citizen" or one can act as a "sovereign" but never the twain meet.

As egregious and common as the "sovereign citizen" oxymoron is, and as prevalent and as ignorant as its use is by government attorneys and press agents, I am finding an even worse example of insanity and internal contradiction rising to the surface of the vast sea of popular ignorance and misconception: "secular religion". 

Anyone, even a blind rat clutching a threadbare rope over a thousand foot chasm, should be able to recognize "secular religion" as an impossibility and contradiction.

It is, however, being applied with some fervor and success to the ridiculous practices and sophomoric norms of another oxymoron addition to popular culture--- "political correctness", and most recently to "racial sensitivity".  

As if anything "political" could ever be "correct"?   As if anything "secular" could be "religious"?  As if anyone or anything possessing "racial" characteristics could be "insensitive"? 

The Queen of The Chair of Estates and The King of "Persons"

I have received several inquiries from Scottish and Irish and Canadian groups who are confused.  They thought that ---to at least some appreciable extent--- they have been cut free from the British yoke?   So they are checking their treaties --- especially their Treaties from Westminster --- and wondering WTH? 

First Fun Flying Factoid -- "Westminster" is a separate principality of the Inner City of London which is itself an independent international city state and part of the municipal government established by the Holy See. 

So a Treaty from Westminster is a separate deal with a different entity than you might suppose. 

You may recall certain annual ceremonies where the Queen knocks on the door of Westminster and is admitted by the Lord Mayor?  And then she walks behind him in procession, head bowed? 

Looks Like A Bank "Revision" June 8

Just became aware of an interesting recorded message issued by HSBC warning its customers that they will be doing an "upgrade" on the weekend of June 8, admitting that the records reflected on accounts may be incorrect for a time period of up to five (5) days, and advising depositors to keep track of their balances and records (presumably) thereof.

Things should be back to normal as of June 11, if recorded messages are to be believed. 

This would be a good moment to remind your bank of your private entity status and to begin accessing your accounts and saving the balance inquiry stubs.

You know how glitchy computer records can be.  One bad circuit and--- poof!

So secure and keep your hard copies of your account balances, and it is probably a good idea to do so no matter which bank(s) you do business with.

We used to have "bank holidays".  Now we have "bank revisions". 

Let's hope that what they really means is a "bank re-vision" so that banks are no longer in the business of mischaracterizing and defrauding customers.

Federation and Confederation

We live in a world that functions via duality: positive and negative, male and female, light and dark, private and public. 

This does not imply that a starry night is evil or that a sunny day is good, even though they occupy opposite ends of the spectrum in our perception.

There has been considerable misunderstanding among White Hats and average folk concerning the Federation of States and the Confederation of States, and assumptions that people make about "Good" and "Bad" polarizing efforts that need to work in tandem. 

The Federation of States needs to be assembled first, so that certain of its powers can be delegated to the Confederation of States, which is needed to restore the Federal United States.  It's that simple.

The Rest of the Story

We woke up and began operating The United States of America [Unincorporated] several years ago.  We realized that a great conspiracy, an overwhelming profit-driven fraud scheme, was engulfing the world. 

Of course, we had dim recollections of our family history and souvenirs and letters and things of that nature passed down verbally and hand to hand.  We knew that the Belchers came to Boston in 1609 and helped build Old South Church.  We knew they were lawyers and neighbors to John Adams in Braintree, Massachusetts, almost two centuries later.  We knew about Colonial Governor Jonathan Belcher.  We knew about the role of Colonel William Belcher.  And any fool can look at the Great Seals --- both The Great Seal of The United States of America and The Great Seal of the United States -- and literally see that they are part of the Belle Cher Array. 

We also knew that our direct progenitors had been threatened with death by President Theodore Roosevelt and forced to flee for their lives from West Virginia to the far Northwest.  We knew that they suffered a huge loss of land and private assets as a result.  We knew that Uncle Clintwood never rested another day of his life and slept with two guns in his hands, crossed and ready under his pillow. 

What to Do With Your Government

In our last post, "Your Government", we outlined the structure of the American Government as it is supposed to be, and noted how it in fact is.

A major component of our government, the so-called "Federal United States" has been missing in action for 150 years, together with the national-level States of States and their Confederation of States doing business as the States of America.

As a result, the British-controlled Territorial United States and their Territorial United States Congress has secretively usurped upon our rightful government and exercised delegated powers never assigned to them.  This is a Gross Breach of Trust, fraud, conspiracy against the actual Federal Constitution, and usurpation against the actual government owed to The United States.

The British interlopers have made abundant use of semantic deceits including deliberate omissions, such as calling the Territorial United States "the United States" so as to confuse it with The United States, and other similar names deceits, such as calling its own Territorial United States franchise "the State of Ohio" and substituting it for the Federal State of State known as "The State of Ohio". 

Your Government

Take a blank piece of paper.  Fold it in half, top to bottom, so that the fold provides you with a straight line in the middle of the paper.  Now, unfold the paper and lay it out flat again, take a ruler and draw a big, fat line along the fold so that the top half of the page and the bottom half of the page is clearly separated and defined.

At the top of the page write:  "Non-Delegated and Unincorporated Powers"

Under that, write:  "The United States, a union formed by The Unanimous Declaration of Independence, July 4, 1776."

Under that, write:  "The United States of America, a Holding Company formed by Congressional Act, September 9, 1776, to hold and control all jointly held powers." 

Then.... on the bottom half the paper, right under the fat line, write:  "Delegated and Incorporated Powers".

Under that, write:  "Federal United States doing-business-as "the" United States. Missing in action since 1860, moth-balled and controlled as a trust."  

Then under that, write:  "Territorial United States, British-controlled usurper doing-business-as "the" United States of America."

Then under that, write:  "Municipal United States, Congressional oligarchy."

What you should have on your paper is a list that looks like this:

My comments in reply to this latest "close but no banana" analysis of historical documents are shown in slightly larger bold print. This is what happens when people either do not know "the Code" or choose not to.  Either way, the result is the same.  We miss the Truth.  

It is interesting to note that the interpretation Mr. Montgomery gives to this argument which is basically in support of the King's claim to the [Territorial] United States which was never at issue, is precisely the same argument that understands our claims in the same regard ---- land held in trust like assets possessed by pirates --- does not change ownership.

As noted on April 24, 1863, Abraham Lincoln issued the Lieber Code.  It made the Grand Army of the Republic responsible for our money and the welfare of our civilian population among other things.  The very next day, he bankrupted the original federal United States commercial company. 

Since then the GAR has morphed into the United States Army, the U.S. Army and the US ARMY.  The Lieber Code has morphed into The Hague Conventions. 

It's all still in effect.  

Just like the Reconstruction Acts have for the most part never been repealed.

[Read any AR 27-10 issued in your lifetimes.  Read DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY PAMPHLET 27-161-1, the:Law of Peace, which we are owed in this country, but which we are routinely denied.  Read 41-10, Civil Affairs OPs.  If you need "documentation" in support of all that I am saying, God knows you don't have to go any further than to read Army manuals.]  

Fast forward past the evils of the Federal Reserve and the trademarked Federal Reserve System to the Big Short of 2008.

Thank you so much for your many responses to my question about what "shall not be called in question" means. I was snowed in responses and I now have five pages of one-line definitions. They are all VERY helpful and will be more so later (stay tuned).

Meanwhile, let's have a bit of discussion about this.

Pretty much all of you agree that "shall not be called in question" is not that difficult to understand, it's in plain English, and is a very strong restraint on governmental entities and actors (and some think on persons and entities in the private sector, too).

This suggests the question, how strong is this restraint? Is it absolute?

The Federal United States has been managed as an incorporated public trust by the Territorial United States since 1868 and repeatedly subsumed in the bankruptcies of the "presumed" trustees.  Since 1946, it has been managed in a similar fashion by the Municipal United States, and again, dragged into the bankruptcies of the purported trustees.

When we hear and see people making wild accusations, like Kim Goguen alias "Virgo Triad", we should stop and THINK----(1) who is this person?  (2) what do they have to gain?  

In the first case, I have told you who "Virgo Triad" is --- a well-known scam artist who doesn't dare write her screed under her own name.  

In the second case, she tried to steal money from the Navajo and other tribes despite the fact that they are already among the poorest people in America.  I stopped her.  She's mad. 

So she's spreading all these lies, hoping that she will be able to get around me next time.  And that isn't going to happen, either. 

My attitude is that the truth will always out and the cows will always come home.  

As she brings false witness against me, false witness will come against her.  As she twists information to try to give lies credibility, the same will be done to her. 

I did not make these choices for her. 

Meantime, I think it is useful for you to observe one of the chief rules of all propagandists --- whatever you are guilty of, accuse your opponent of it.

"Virgo Triad" is Just Another Name for Kim Goguen

And Kim Goguen is just another name for "Kim Possible". 

And she is just a front for a group of hackers from MIT who thought they saw a ripe opportunity to steal from the thieves who have pretended to be our own dear government. Stealing from the thieves made sense to them, but they couldn't make the next logic hump that that also ultimately meant stealing from us--- the American states and people.

Uh-duh.  Once more --- capture by pirates does not change ownership.

I have made sure that she won't be able to do any more such damage. So now all the venom and fangs are out.

It won't do her any good. 

I am not Catholic and I am not involved in any of the things she says.  I am not under arrest, subject to any warrant, nor in any trouble whatsoever.  And I am still an American land jurisdiction Justice of the Peace in Alaska--- and she isn't.

It is written that we reap what we sow.  She has sown selfishness and greed and deceit and lies and let's face it, what do you get back when you sow beans and radishes and carrots and peas?

All the lies and ill-will she directs toward me is coming back to her, just as surely as grass grows.  All the suffering she caused to innocent people?  That, too, is inevitably on a return trip. 

And as for me?  I have planted truth and goodwill and abundance for all people. That crop will also inevitably come to its fruition.  Hopefully, sooner than later.

The Even Shorter and More Complete Summation

Prince Philip received $950 Trillion Dollars worth of "Life Force Value" annuities as settlement of the bankruptcy of CANADA which occurred April 15, 2017.  These are bonds places on living people without their knowledge or consent, in Breach of Trust and all decency, already universally outlawed.

At least $750 Trillion of that belongs to us, the present generation of Americans, and their ancestors for the past six generations who were also bilked by these vermin.  The Canadian Governor of Ottawa was holding our purported bonds when CANADA declared bankruptcy and so the "presumed" but not actual creditors swooped in and claimed them as "abandoned property". 

See The Canadian Ownership and Control Act.  This was all orchestrated and made possible by the British-controlled Territorial United States Government acting in Gross Breach of Trust and violation of Commercial Contract.

This is a reprise of another insurance annuities scheme that was outlawed circa 1700.  They just waited for popular memory to fade and brought it out again.

And now, we come to the direct bankruptcy of the UNITED STATES and its franchises, dba STATE OF WISCONSIN and so on.... same schtick, oh, we don't know where the actual owners of this real estate went.  They just sailed away back in 1933---- if you believe their version of this story --- and haven't been seen or heard from since.

It's time they heard the news, folks.   We're back, and we've been back about twenty years, so there is no possible excuse for any misunderstanding.

No "Article III" Courts, Because There is No National Government --Except Ours

You can't have an Article III Court without a National Government.

When they moth-balled the National-Level States of States and substituted Territorial-Level States of States, the Article III Courts that the people of this country are owed disappeared, too.

Instead, what you have are Territorial United States Courts that have been cobbled together to appear as Article III of the Territorial Constitution Courts, which are all corporate tribunals. 

As a result, the only true courts of record are those created by Americans standing on the land and soil jurisdiction of this country invoking them.

The so-called "Federal Government" as you understand that term, is totally broken, dysfunctional, and doesn't have a contract. The only portion of it that is redeemable is redeemable only by your action to assemble the actual States of the Federation and finally reconstruct the National-Level States of States.
