My Remembrance of JFK and My Problems With Trump

Jack Kennedy was not a saint, and he would never claim to be such a rarified character as some people make him out to be.  He was ambitious, hot-blooded, impatient, intemperate, but also creative, logical, responsible, and in the main, a generous spirit. 

He was the epitome of the athletic, idealistic, forward-thinking young men that graced the top of his generation, and in losing him, we lost a vital part of ourselves.

That was bad enough, but by accepting the obviously contrived narrative surrounding his brutal assassination, we did ourselves more damage-- damage to our minds and hearts and honor. 

Anyone, even a little seven year-old girl in Wisconsin, who saw the film footage of the event knew where the shots came from, knew that the Warren Commission Report was bunk, and was left with the whole non sequitur of the event and our reaction to it, dangling like an unfinished sentence.  

In the aftermath of the assassination that took place sixty years ago today, amid the circus of Lee Harvey Oswald, the world's most obvious Fall Guy, and Jack Ruby, the world's most obvious Dying Anyway Mobster with a family to feed, I just shook my head and asked my Mother, "Why isn't anyone arresting Lyndon Johnson and Allen Dulles?" 

It was that simple and obvious to me, as I asked that most ancient question --- "Who benefits?"  and reached my conclusions without effort.  

I was only seven, barely hatched, still reading Dr. Seuss. I can only imagine how many battle-hardened WWII veterans looked at that headshot and knew what to think, how many adults thought the same thing as me and never voiced a whisper.  

We all knew he'd been murdered and I believe to this day that we all knew who murdered him, but we acted like deaf, dumb, and blind paralytics, unable to react to the evil right in front of us.  

I don't ever want to see that side of America again. 

And that's part of my problem with Trump. 

(1) He went along with the whole Covid 19 vaccine genocide.  He bought billions of doses of the crap using our credit, and those billions of doses enriched the criminals responsible at the same time that it harmed and killed Americans. Nobody should just give him a free pass for that.  

(2) Even if all the gossip is true about the "Blacked Out War" and our troops are battling evil aliens and saving children from cannibals and adrenochrome factories, even if the whole Gitmo story is absolutely real and true --- the entire history of our country since 1861 has been about a "Blacked Out War", or shall we call it what it really is -- an illegal Mercenary Conflict.  

If the military is stuck dealing with a syndicated criminal empire, and they are dealing with these criminals as criminals, then it's 160 years past time to say so and not even try to cover it up. 

All these excuses people come up with about why all this derring-do "had to be secret" ring hollow.  What I see is the continuation of a self-interested corporate policy of hiding the truth from the American People behind a cloak of secrecy. 

That cloak of secrecy and the ignorance it creates has nothing to do with protecting the innocent, and everything to do with protecting the guilty.

The military has always (since the 1790s)  had the right and responsibility to counteract crime that has grown beyond the ability of conventional police forces to control.  This was written into the Insurrection Act by John Adams and it's still in force today. Trump availed himself of these powers when he was still serving as "the US" President. 

In my world, the Cloak of Secrecy has to go. Trump is holding onto it.  Why? 

(3) Trump is leading an effort that would leave the  British Government occupying our Federal Republic and various phony British Territorial "State Republics" in place, acting as members of this new British "Federal Republic". 

Let's get this straight, our American Federal Republic is defunct, waiting for us and our American States to reconstruct it ---if we ever do.  It's ours.  

There is no "Federal Republic" that belongs to the Brits now or ever. 

So far as I can see, Mr. Trump is colluding with the British Territorial Party Hearties instead of being loyal to this country and the American People. He's going along and helping the Brits try to pull another Substitution Fraud Scheme similar to what they did right after the Civil War, when they came in and substituted their own "States of States" for our American States of States.

The Foxes are after our Hen House again.  And yes, I hold it against Mr. Trump and his Advisors to think that we are stupid enough to accept this. 

If I have one message for Donald Trump it's simply this --- knock it off.  And come home. 

Bring our lawfully converted Military, free of the taint of foreign mercenary involvement, home with you.  

Let the Privy Council know that they have enough problems in their own country to worry about without meddling any more with ours.

A Second Open Letter to Pope Francis, the Roman Curia, and the Committee of 300

In our first letter, we protested the policies, narratives, and inactions that have attended your institutional priorities for the last several decades. 

We also protested the results of these policies, narratives, and inactions. 

We told you, flat out, that God sees and we see how you kill the babies and elders for profit. 

Likewise, God sees and we see how you illegally confiscate natural resources belonging to the living people of each country for the benefit of your own corporations, and then force the victims of these "utility cooperative" schemes to buy the products of these cooperatives at whatever price your minions operating the so-called Public Utility Commissions dictate. 

And then you charge back the costs of the operations of your corporations to the victims of this scheme while pocketing the profits yourselves. 

The North American Water and Power Alliance, like similar organizations in other countries, acts as an institutionalized crime syndicate, and is an illegal, foreign, and monopolistic cartel seeking to control water and electrical power and infrastructure resources that belong to the actual States and the people of this country. 

Similar cartels control access to gas and oil resources that likewise belong to the States and people of this country, and the same pattern has been imposed in Europe and throughout the former Commonwealth as well.  

The pattern overall is to allow certain interests to form incorporated business structures, claim that these businesses belong to "members", and then impersonate the members, so that the actual owners are defrauded out of  (1) their purported ownership interest in the business, (2) their natural resources, and are then forced to (3) pay the cost of the business operations and to (4) buy back their own natural resources at a price dictated by a so-called Public Utility Commission under monopoly conditions.  

None of these cozy arrangements are ever disclosed to the actual public of this country, and none of those entities claiming to be "Public Utilities" belong to the actual public.  They belong to a foreign "Public" operating in this country under conditions of non-disclosure and deceit, benefiting from false pretenses provided by a continuing illegal occupation of this country by British Territorial commercial mercenary forces. 

This British Territorial Raj in America began plundering the natural resources of the Southern States shortly after the Civil War, and expanded their illegal, unlawful, and immoral confiscation of property and control of natural resources in this country throughout the 1900s. 

Similar illegal corporate takeovers impacted the lawful governments of the Commonwealth countries in the early 1910s and spread to the countries of Western Europe  and Japan and the Middle East as a result of the First and Second World Wars.  

Just as the British Raj in India was brutal and illegal, the British-controlled Territorial "Raj" installed in this country under conditions of usurpation, unlawful conversion of our military, breach of trust, deceit, and violation of service contract, is illegal and brutal, too. 

The entire British Crown Corporation, its franchises, and all the banks associated with it, need to be shut down and liquidated for their pernicious and stubborn war profiteering, corruption of justice, and theft of public resources for private gain.  

These corporations are not the actual governments of any of these countries. They have no authority or standing as governments, no state immunity, no public indemnity, and no valid reason to exist apart from rendering limited governmental services for a fee. 

The mercenary forces used to create, enforce, and maintain this illegal and coercive system of predation have been created via a process of unlawful conversion, so that the armed forces of the victim countries have been secretly converted into foreign mercenary forces. 

Our public peacekeeping forces have similarly been unlawfully converted and replaced by private corporate-owned and misdirected law enforcement agencies. Their private security personnel pretend to occupy our public offices, such as County Sheriff, long after foreign incorporated "Counties" have unlawfully usurped upon their employers, seeking to impersonate the actual Counties owed to our States.  

All these unlawfully formed organizations belonging to the British Crown and British Territorial interests as well as similar organizations operating under the auspices of the Roman Municipal Government have been operating with increasingly brazen intent to harm the peaceful people they are supposed to serve. 

The widespread riots in this country, the former Commonwealth, Western Europe and the Middle East, are a direct consequence of the improper, unlawful, and secretive usurpation of these corporations upon their unsuspecting employers. 

Satan's paper armies and constructive frauds have yielded a panoply of unjust enrichments and institutionalized fraud schemes and impersonation schemes and coercive controls benefiting private business interests. Those benefiting understandably wish this fraudulent gravy train to continue, however, they are also fond of their heads. 

It has been argued that the liquidation of these corporations would cause widespread havoc and chaos with unknown effects.  It has also been argued that this criminal circumstance has existed so long that there are no lawful governments --- except ours --- left to take control of the situation. 

As our country was used as the pirate base to house and incorporate most of these offending corporations and as we have been the goats made to pay the defense costs of this entire criminal empire, we suggest that yes, it should all be lawfully converted and forfeit to us and we should be responsible for returning the assets of the other countries to them and assisting them in reinstituting their lawful governments and holding new truly public elections. 

We also suggest that all the corporations seeking to control the other corporations, such as the UN CORPORATION and the WEF, aka, World Economic Forum, and all their willing members, should be immediately dissolved, as these  represent an attempted extension of already illegal and unlawful empowerments. 

It does no good to put Satan in charge of overseeing Satan.  

We must also fully inform you that nothing that any of these criminal corporations agree to among themselves, can be presumed to carry over to us or be allowed to impact our public or private lives in any manner whatsoever. 

If our peace and prosperity is in any way impacted adversely by the existence of any corporation anywhere on Earth, as it clearly already has been, it is your unique responsibility to shut these imaginary entities down and return them and their assets to us, to be placed under new management, liquidated, forfeited to new foreign owners, and otherwise disposed of in the best interests of public safety and prosperity worldwide. 

The Creator is forever greater than the creation, by Maxim of Law, by Witness of Nature.

Return to Joe's Hamburger Shop

Let's go back to Joe's place and learn some more basic economics. 

Joe's place is Fred's favorite lunch spot.  Fred is a Federal Employee.  

All Fred, the Federale, has to function on is credit, but when he extends credit, it results in a debt.  

That's why Fred has to "pay" Joe with a "debt note", otherwise known as an I.O.U. or Promissory Note from the FEDERAL RESERVE and the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, two foreign Municipal Corporations. 

Now, in a sane world, Fred would have a Credit Certificate in his pocket and be able to pay Joe with a Credit Certificate, but instead, he is reduced to paying with an I.O.U. from God-Knows-Who-or-What.  

A "Federal Reserve Note" is evidence of Fred's debt, and it implies Joe's credit, but doesn't amount to an actual Credit Certificate in Joe's hand. 

This makes it look like Joe is indebted, because he never actually got any credit for the hamburger he contributed.  And he's left standing there with an I.O.U. as the only proof that he is owed anything at all. 

All he got was Fred's promissory note, promising that the FEDERAL RESERVE and the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA --- are going to pay someday in the future, and there isn't even a date on the "Note" saying when the debt is due for payment.

So Joe got rooked out of his hamburger, Fred got free lunch, and nobody knows who or what or where or when to collect on this Promissory Note.  

If you go to the "Treasury Window" to collect, and you present a box full of these I.O.U.s, they will tell you that you are not a member of their club and that it is not their debt, so buzz off.  

If you go to the Federal Reserve Banks, they will say, well, you are holding a Promissory Note with our name on it, but that's not us, that's a different FEDERAL RESERVE and we aren't responsible for their debts.  

Obviously, someone, somewhere, should have called an end to this game a long time ago, but instead, left with no way to get actual credit for his hamburger, and no actual money (gold or silver or other asset-backed money) in circulation, either, ---poor old Joe and his compatriots were left passing Fred's debt around "as if" it was money. 

Over time, left with no way to "redeem" this debt either by offsetting it with a separate credit note owed to Joe, or by paying it with actual asset-backed money, the "perceived" debt could only grow and grow and grow, even though every time it changed hands, it represented someone's credit, instead. 

Each time that debt note changed hands, it was actually "zeroed" out and became someone else's credit.  But they never actually got credited. 

All those Federal Reserve Notes left floating around the world are actually evidence of the Credit owed to poor old Joe and all the people like him. 

Ooh, la, la --- you think someone is cooking the books on all this?  Every time Fred, the Federale, talks about his "National Debt", Joe should be talking about his "National Credit", but instead, poor old Joe was just left in the dark, alone and confused.

And that's where it sat for over a hundred years, with Joe constantly giving Fred hamburgers, Fred and these two unknown Municipal Corporations running up their debt to Joe unabated, Joe collecting their I.O.U.s and trading them as if they were money, and at the end of the day, what happens? 

The FEDERAL RESERVE and the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA corporations go bankrupt, and claim that all their debts are owed by Fred and Joe, both.  Why?  Because they have claimed that Joe is a Federal Employee, too.  

Where else did he get all those I.O.U.s? 

So these Municipal CORPORATIONS impersonated their actual Creditor, Joe, as if he was their penniless, always hungry employee, just like Fred. Then they back-charged all the debt to both Joe and Fred, and sent armed thugs in police uniforms to Joe's Hamburger Shop with a big "tax" bill and demanded that he pay it. 

Well, poor Joe still doesn't have anything to pay with.  Nothing but Fred's Debt Notes.  So he hands those back to the thugs as "tax payment" and in reality, they are just recapturing the evidence of their own debt and charging it off. 

Run this pitiful scam through the washing machine a few times and what do you come up with? 

Fraud on an unimaginable scale. 

Joe is still waiting for either payment or credit for his hamburger, but now on top of just giving away tons of food to Fred, he's on the hook to pay (again) for all these failed I.O.U's he accepted.  

The (other) Creditors of the FEDERAL RESERVE and the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA are now coming after Joe, as if he was responsible for the debts of these foreign Municipal Corporations-- when all he did was give Fred a lot of free hamburgers, all based on I.O.U.'s these same  corporations issued to him. 

Joe is a Creditor and he actually stands first in line, first in time. 

Let's look at how these cretins "legalized" this bunko back when it started --- and lookee here, in Federal Code Title 12 --- it turns out that Joe was supposed to be given Credit Vouchers (or certificates, or coupons----some kind of separate proof that he was owed credit and could spend that credit) but he never was.  

Neither Joe nor Fred know a thing about this.  

It also turns out that Joe was eligible to ask for and receive a Mutual Offset Credit Exchange Exemption --- a fancy way of saying he could swap debts with Fred.  If Joe owed Fred any debt for Fred's services, he could exchange the hamburgers he gave Fred against that debt. 

Put it this way:

If you owe somebody $100 and they owe you $200, you can just write a hundred off what they owe you to settle your own debt.  

Neither Fred nor Joe ever head about that, either. 

So the purported remedies offered by the owners of the FEDERAL RESERVE and the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, both foreign, both Municipal Corporations, were never actually made available to Joe, and now their Creditors are suing Joe and trying to take away his Hamburger Shop--- when he is in fact and by far the priority and preferential Creditor of both the FEDERAL RESERVE and the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, because he has been giving Fred hamburgers a lot longer than anybody else.  

We are presented with the crazy-making reality of China mistaking the Americans (who are in fact the priority and preferential Creditors of these same foreign Municipal Corporations) as Debtors of these CORPORATIONS. 

China is trying to collect from us, thinking that we owe the FEDERAL RESERVE and the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA money, when in fact these corporations diddled us first.  They owed us more money than we ever owed them, and more than anybody here owed China.  

This whole time, thanks to other scams pulled by these corporations and their Principals, we have been impersonated and defrauded. 

We haven't had access to our own assets thanks to False Representatives, Executors de Son Tort, pretending to be our Custodians.

Thanks to these same reprobates, we haven't even been credited for all the "hamburgers" we exchanged in good faith with them, haven't received the promised credit vouchers or coupons, haven't been enabled to request and receive Mutual Offset Credit Exchange Exemptions, either.  

Instead, we've been impersonated by misdirected public employees and Agencies acting as "Subcontractors of Subcontractors" of foreign Principals--- who are under contract to serve us in good faith.   

So here's where we stand.  We are owed all our purloined assets back and control of all our assets.  Free and clear.  We are owed a blivit load of credit that we paid for already.  All the other Creditors of these foreign Municipal CORPORATIONS need to get in the back of the bus, because they and their Principals owe us more and for far longer. 

We literally are their priority and preferential Creditors and we claimed their debt as our credit, as well as all the trust assets and accounts. We rolled it all over into our own public and private trusts and we recorded these claims in favor of our living people and our lawful American Government.

These public and private claims stand in all jurisdictions, air, land, and sea. 

We additionally created an American Common Law Public Lien against the offending corporations and published it and distributed it worldwide as page 169 of our book, "You Know Something Is Wrong When....An American Affidavit of Probable Cause" and made that Public Lien part of the Affidavit appearing as pages 222 -264 of the same publication.  

Our Affidavit stands unrebutted by any competent corporation official to this day.

Properly declared and provenanced members of the fifty State Assemblies have been summoned into Session and have been conducting business for the past three years. Our government is not in interregnum, nor is it incompetent.  As strange as it may seem to Monarchists, it is still our government.

We still claim our assets, our properties, our contracts, our treaties, our persons and our Good Names, our land, our money, and our credit, too. 

Joe has still not been paid for his hamburger, nor has he received credit for it.  We are here to make sure that this oversight is corrected and that this whole outrageous impersonation fraud scheme comes to a halt.

Defective Product Recall -- Get Ready

Notice to Agents is Notice to Principals; Notice to Principals is Notice to Agents

We are used to product recalls impacting everything from Mini-Blinds to automobiles, but what happens when the product being recalled is the world’s Reserve Currency?  

The USD is being recalled for many reasons, not the least of which is that the corporation backing it is defunct and thanks to Mr. Obama, the World Reserve Currency has been so disastrously counterfeited it’s a joke outside this country.  

US Treasuries are suffering the same fate for similar reasons; people finally figured out that these instruments were being issued by the IMF and are not really investments in or being backed by this country, despite appearances otherwise.  

The Federal Reserve got a special Sweetheart Deal on these instruments, but when people realized they were buying European Debt under the guise of it being “American” debt , the investor market tanked. 

Turns out that the Federal Reserve is as “Federal” as Federal Express and the IMF has been calling itself the “United States Treasury” since 1924— and  nobody outside the top tier of the banking business was the wiser.

Forget the part about these names being used in a deliberately deceptive way to create false assumptions on the part of everyone who heard them.  Forget the part about how these institutions unjustly enriched themselves by trading on the false assumptions these names engendered in the minds of investors. 

How would you feel if you thought you were investing in California, and you found out you were investing in Greece, instead?  

Or you were a Chinese business man who believed that you bought the Port of Long Beach, California— only to find out that foreigners can’t actually own land in this country?  

These dishonest practices designed to deceive have made this country a pariah in the rest of the world, and yet, it's not our fault.  This has all been done in our names by foreign, mostly British, actors. 

The Military Cartel is about to launch its "Rainbow Currency" and the "US NOTE" backed by a new unknown "UNITED STATES CORPORATION" that is rumored to be a "UNITED NATIONS CORPORATION" franchise backed by Swiss banks. That would seem to be indicated by the LGBTQ overtones of the currency itself, and could be caused by a continuing misunderstanding about Jimmy Carter's limitations and the lack of authority attached to Executive Orders outside the USofA, Incorporated.

This is taking place against a background of forced theater hype and a parade ground atmosphere, as they prepare to also roll out their long-planned "Show" --- or rather, pricey propaganda narrative designed to make themselves look like heroes to the American Public, despite all the indicators otherwise for the past 160 years. 

They are continuing their long established use of actors and body-doubles and theatrical illusions to fool the gullible public.  

It's not for nothing that the "Companie of Merrie Men" -- the Bar Association -- first appeared as a theatre company in Britain during the reign of Elizabeth I and is still listed as a theater company now.  

We are at least relieved that the so-called Quantum Financial Service  and Central Bank Digital Currency scam appears to have been derailed for now.  

The news that Barack Hussein Obama has been identified as another fake President similar to Lincoln -- an Actor installed to specifically undermine and take down the USD via counterfeiting -- has been somewhat lost in the news, but between the existence of a long form birth certificate in Kenya, and Obama's use of a dead man's Social Security Number, and his membership in the British Bar Association, it's clear that he was never eligible to serve as this country's President, and he is only saved by the fact that our actual Presidential Office is still vacant, albeit, we do have our Head of State Office intact.  

Like Lincoln, Obama was eligible to serve as "President" of the UNITED STATES, INC. and oversee its Chapter 7 bankruptcy liquidation, but not eligible to serve as the actual President of this country, 

This is all being swept under the rug as part of the "explain away campaign" being orchestrated by the BBC and Charlie Ward. They are desperate to keep their British Territorial Raj in place, if possible. 

All banks are required to be Basel III compliant this week, or suffer the "loss of their banking privileges".  This can only refer to the Maritime Commercial Banks we have become too familiar with, because banking on the land and soil is and has always been an occupation of common right.  

All the "licensing" and "regulatory practices" and coercive meddling come through the door when you go to sea and observe that Natural Rights are licensed in that jurisdiction and are reduced to the level of "privileges" meted out by the British King.  

Thus, Medical Doctors in British Territories are licensed, but private physicians are not; members of the Bar must have Bar Numbers and Cards, but Counselors of Law do not; and in the same way, bankers involved in Maritime Commerce are granted a "privilege" to do business, whereas bankers involved in non-Maritime Commerce need no such permission.  

This is meant to shed light on the circumstance we find ourselves in, with a British Territorial Raj encamped on our doorstep pursuing an illegal, unlawful, and immoral "occupation" of our country and converting the natural rights of Americans into the privileges of British Subjects. 

This is also how we constantly hear about "our democracy" when we don't have a democracy in this country; our form of government is republican in nature and doesn't even allow for any form of republic within the boundaries of our States.  

The international community of nations adversely impacted by this same British Territorial Raj system needs to join together and bring the full force of world opinion to bear on these con men --- and the banks supporting them ---  and remove them from our shores. 

This is, after all, only a more violent, virulent form of British Colonialism being championed and paid for by commercial interests --- and the world has already turned thumbs down on Colonialism and Mercenary "Wars". 

Now all we have to do is continue to expose their activities and the banks supporting them, so that sufficient public attention is focused on their chicanery and the harm that their war profiteering has caused billions of people over the past 160 years. 

The banks that have funded these mercenary cartels are involved in illegal investment in criminal activities and need to be liquidated, together with their underwriters, the insurance companies that have benefited from all this wrong-doing. 

The banks have been told that we do not authorize any expenditures that are unrelated to the actual defense of our country, but they continue to pour money into proxy wars, illegal biological weaponry, and similar criminal endeavors "in our names". 

Let it stand before the world that we are calling for full scale investigation of the organizations funding these illegal colonialist activities, usurping against our government, mischaracterizing our government, and misrepresenting the political status of our people.

You Are a Foreign Sovereign, Not a "Sovereign Citizen"

Anyone who has listened to me over the years knows that "Sovereign Citizen" is an oxymoron.  You can't be a sovereign and a citizen at the same time; the two terms are mutually exclusive. 

So where did this nonsense of "Sovereign Citizens" get going? 

It got going because of a fence, and a confusion. 

Think of a fence --- any fence, split-rail, picket, stone -- whatever you like. 

Your view changes, and so does your language, depending on which side of the fence you are on. 

With respect to me, King Charles III is a Foreign Sovereign.  

With respect to an Englishman, King Charles III is his Sovereign-- the one empowered to conduct  international business for him.  

To this Englishman, the idea of a Citizen (someone working for some level of government) being a Sovereign is ridiculous. 

But in America, State Citizens, people acting as Fiduciary Deputies for each one of the States ---  act as Principals equal to King Charles III.

Oh, how offensive!  

To an Englishman. 

This is how State Citizens get mischaracterized as "Sovereign Citizens" by Englishmen who don't understand how a simple State Citizen could function on a par with their King.  

Our State Citizens, of course, aren't actually functioning as Sovereigns and as Citizens at the same time, rather, they are Fiduciary Deputies functioning in a sovereign capacity on behalf of their State of the Union.  

There is a difference between being a Sovereign, like King Charles III, versus engaging in the responsibilities and exercising the rights of a Sovereign, as our State Citizens do when they act as Fiduciary Deputies for their respective States.  

Yet, it has to be this way in a country where every man and every woman inherits sovereignty in their own right at birth.  

Someone has to take on the servant's role to conduct business for each State. 

So our State Citizens temporarily eschew their own sovereignty as individuals and bow down and serve as Fiduciary Deputies for the rest of us. 

For an Englishman, their own natural sovereignty is relinquished at birth and given away to their King.  

For an American, our natural sovereignty is retained, and only loaned on a conditional basis to our Fiduciary Deputies. 

This is how a State Citizen can act as a Sovereign equal to a King, sign and enforce contracts equal to a King, and direct the international business affairs of their nation-state in a manner equal to a King.   

For us, everything is 180 degrees turned around, because we are on the opposite side of the fence. 

If you want to get the proper meaning and context of things across to your British Territorial Employees, and your Municipal Employees, too, correct them when and if they make the mistake of calling you a "Sovereign Citizen" and tell them that you are a Foreign Sovereign with respect to them.
