The Biggest Lie About the Confederation and the Constitution, Both.

As we have seen, the truth is hidden in plain sight, and often, most infamously, it's what isn't present -- that should be -- that is most damning. 

The "missing" Titles of Nobility Amendment that was ratified by the States in 1819. 

The "missing" Congressional Declaration of War at the beginning of the so-called American Civil War. 

The "missing" peace treaties ending the American Civil War.

But before all these,  there is another missing piece and its absence uncovers one of the earliest Big Lies. 

We were told as children and it even appears in scholarly works in the early 1900's and in school books and law journals, that the Constitution of 1787 replaced The Articles of Confederation.  

This is because the convention of 1787, which was supposed to discuss The Articles of Confederation, addressed the Constitution, instead.  

Because the one intended topic was never broached, and the other topic yielded a certain result, people assumed that the new Constitution aiming at a "more perfect union" simply replaced The Articles of Confederation. 

Not so.  Not even possible. 

The Articles of Confederation were cast as law and contract -- a perpetual contract, no less. They could not be changed, amended, or destroyed without a formal Act by the State Assemblies. 

No such Act exists. 

It's another one of those things that should be present --- and isn't. 

So The Articles of Confederation passed through the 1787 Convention of the States unscathed, unchanged, and unaddressed.  It certainly was not destroyed, nor even set aside. 

The Articles of Confederation remained in full force and effect; far from replacing The Articles of Confederation, the new Federal Constitution contract was given to the Confederation to manage. 

Yes, the Confederation was operating as "the States of America" and what was the Federal Constitution of 1787 called?  The Constitution for the united States of America.  

It could not possibly be more clear.  We've been fed a line about the players and the results of the 1787 Convention.  Not only is there no action dissolving the Confederation.  The Confederation got a new and very important service contract as a result of the Constitutional Convention. 

Both from the standpoint of the missing Act needed to dissolve the Confederation and from the name of the Federal Constitution issued in 1787, we know that the original Confederation sailed on and for the next 74 years, the Confederation of States managed the Federal Republic.  

And this is the reason why the Federal Republic also failed when the Confederation lacked a quorum to conduct business. 

It's also the reason that the Reconstruction has to  begin with the restoration of the original Confederation of States and not the Federal Republic. 

The horse must go before the cart.  

The Confederation of States which ran the Federal Republic (the American Subcontractor delivering enumerated and delegated services) must rise from the ashes first. 

And in our efforts, we must be careful to distinguish the original Confederation of States and keep it separate in our minds from Jefferson Davis's Confederate States of America --- which split the original Confederation.

The cause of the Confederation's downfall cannot be mistaken for the Confederation itself.  That would be too cruel for the angels to abide, and Granna surely won't stand for it.  

So the biggest lie about the Confederation is that it was replaced by the Federal Constitution in 1787. 

And the biggest lie about the Federal Constitution of 1787--- is that it replaced the Confederation of States. 

Who doesn't want us to know?  Who gains from leaving Americans bogged down with these false suppositions? 

The answer can only be foreign interests and foreign Powers. 

If we understand our history for what it clearly is, then we know for sure that our States never fought in the American Civil War.  

The so-called Civil War was fought by States of States instead, and that makes it a Mercenary Conflict, not a War, which is consistent with everything else we have discovered among the missing parts. 

We are enabled to discern which portions of our government were destroyed, and therefore which parts must be reconstructed. And we know the relationship between the parts and the order in which the reconstruction must be done. 

We are empowered by knowing what happened and so, we won't make any false assumptions or fail in our intentions.  

But someone doesn't want us to know. Some parties have been at pains to obscure this information for 160 plus years.

Vandana Shiva and I -- Grandmothers Unite!

She has the same weather-gauge on things that I do. 

How many times have I noted the gross proliferation of unaccountable corporations plaguing the world? 

 

And questioned any reason for these vaporous legal constructions to have public support, much less bankruptcy protection at public expense?  

How often have I told you that corporations (except for trusts that became popular during the Crusades) have only become commonplace since the early 1700's?  

Indeed, the greatest proliferation of "protected" corporations has happened within the last 150 years, with dozens of new business models making their way into use and all kinds of new corporations sprouting up like weeds in the spring.  

There is nothing natural about a corporation, and  nothing necessary about a corporation, at least not from the public's view.  

There is nothing that a corporation can do that an unincorporated entity can't do.  

The difference is merely a matter of ownership and shirked responsibility -- theirs. 

For the last 150 years, when businesses have been incorporated and franchises of those businesses have been incorporated, they have been brought under the influence of foreign powers and subjected to foreign law.  

They have also come under foreign ownership via the process of registration.  

This proliferation of corporations and incorporated entities has meant more liability for the General Public, and the shirking of both responsibility and liability by all these companies. 

It's gotten so bad that some entire industries have refused to be accountable for their own products. 

If they can't guarantee that their products won't kill people, what business do they have selling such products to the public?   

And if two grandmothers from opposite ends of the Earth have spontaneously lifted their heads, looked around, and come to the same conclusions concerning corporations, how difficult can this be?

Right? 

Two Grandmas make a majority no matter where you live.  When we get up in arms and quietly roar with indignation, it's time to pay attention.  

Ninety-nine percent of the problems we have in this world were caused by corporations. 

When those corporations get in trouble, the men who own them transfer their assets to other corporations, and then go bankrupt at our expense. 

Joe Q. Average is being made to pay for this.  The corporations shirk liability for their products and their actions, and we pay for it.  

This is a recipe for unaccountability and disaster. 

So let's get it together and put an end to public underwriting for corporations--- especially those corporations that have harmed people and harmed life on this planet for profit.

We Bring Forth

This concept is found in the teachings of Yeshuah, that each one of us brings forth from our innermost selves whatever we have within ourselves -- a good man shares from the goodness he stores up, and an evil man shares from the evil he hoards, instead. 

Thus, we each bring forth into the world, either good or evil, according to who we are and what we value and what we express; because love and evil are completely different frequencies, there is no mixing or equivocating. 

Our words and our actions come from love or they come from evil.  

We get to choose which one we express, every moment of every day.

Thus, when I was a child, my Grandmother said to me,  "Thoughts are living, so let yourself live among good thoughts, as you would live among good friends." 

And later, to my surprise, my Mother also counseled me concerning words. "Words are living, too," she admonished. "Be careful what you say, for your words have force and meaning, child. They will shape your world one day." 

I remember these incidents to this day, because they seemed strange.  Why would you stop in the middle of a conversation and address the thoughts and the words underlying the communication?  

"Pay attention to the silence between words," my Grandmother counseled on another occasion. "It is the silence that makes sense of them." 

"Thoughts become emotions and emotions become words," she taught. "Never underestimate the power of words.  It was only a shout that brought down the walls of Jericho."  

And again, she taught, "God spoke creation into being. It was by his voice that all that we treasure was made, and so it is said that the Word was with God....and the Word was God....and that the Word was first of all in creation."

Years went by, my interest in mathematics blossomed.  

By the late 1960's I found myself plunged into a fascination with the concept of infinity, and even the symbol that we use for infinity, which I deduced was the geometric equivalent of a torus, a doughnut shaped form, when cast in three dimensions. 

Still later, I encountered magnetic dipolar fields, which like the torus, flow through one zero point, and recreate the dumbbell shape of the symbol of infinity, if you slice through them with a single lateral plane.

The great Indian mathematician, Rajasthani, found me on the beach one day, playing with bits of driftwood, and a piece of twine I had found.  Using these simple tools I had drawn circles and ellipses, triangles, squares, and, of course, the infinity symbol on the sand.  

"You realize," he said, pointing to the symbol for infinity, "that this is All? The symbol for God?" 

I suppose that, somewhere embedded in my subconscious, I had always known that.  I was not surprised.  I stared at the beloved shape. 

"This," he said gently, "is the Alpha, and the Omega...."  

I watched his slender brown hand swiftly reveal the mystery of creation written in sand. 

"Come, study with me," he said simply, and so I did. 

For the next five years, together and apart, we contemplated infinity at work.

For a good man brings forth from the goodness he has within, and an evil man brings forth from his evil. 

The evil people among us, those working for destruction at DARPA and the Naval Observatory and elsewhere, have used this knowledge for evil and destructive purposes.  

They have played God, without knowing God. 

Yet, good men have used this knowledge to heal and uphold life, too.  

Each day you choose. 

How will you use your voice?  

Choose life. 

Don't despair because the powers of evil seem so strong and organized.  

Choose life.  

Unknown to men, unseen by them, not owned by failed governments, not limited by hate or fear, stands the true power of the Universe. 

Choose life.

My Father's Birthday

I see him every day, looking back at me from the mirror: his fair skin and sunny eyes, the thin upper lip and Cupid's bow lower lip.  I only have to glance at my hand to see his tapered fingers mysteriously allied to my Mother's broad palm. 

More mysteriously, I feel his spirit blended to hers and to mine.  

We are a threesome forever. 

This would have been his hundred and second birthday.  

Each one of these facts hits like a chime being struck, a reminder of life, and the time of my day. 

I still love him and love them just as much, though he died in 1981, more than forty years ago, and my Mother, much more recently, in 2016.  

She spent 35 years as a widow. 

Another fact, echoing in the silence of this day.  It's very quiet here at "the Spa". A fit day to recollect. 

Seeing the span of empty years opening up in front of her, I asked my Mother early on why she would never date or entertain the thought of another man.  

She just smiled and shook her head and looked somewhere off in the distance. 

"That could never be," she said. "There will never be anyone like him again."  

That precious idiosyncrasy that makes each one unique, however similar to others in other ways, left it's indelible mark on him: God's thumbprint. 

Beloved always.  Beloved forever. Those aren't idle words, when the right woman says them.  

And just today, this day, I was talking to a good man, a Marine I have known for 25 years, facing his third undeserved divorce --- and I thought: there has never been a woman in his life with the strength to stand beside him.

They've all been whiners concentered all in self, worried about "me, me, me"  and instead of helping him as a helpmate should, have left him to stand his faithful course, the object of pity and wonderment. 

People shake their heads and look away.   

I think of my parents and their happiness and I think of him.  Even in her grief, my Mother was happy because of the happiness she had known, the one True Love in her life, shining like a beacon forever. 

My friend has never had that, not even once in his life.   

So I lift my Marine buddy up to Heaven today, asking on my Father's Birthday, that someone right and good will be waiting him, someone who will say, "Yes, beloved, always and forever." and mean it with her every fiber.

Help Comes When You Least Expect It

Behind the scenes, and in addition to everything else that goes on, I have been a Cancer Coach for the past seventeen years. 

It began when a good friend was diagnosed with terminal ovarian cancer.  She called me up in tears. 

And somewhere in my soul, I said, "No." 

So I showed up on her doorstep armed with what I had learned about Native American cancer cures and the Gerson Diet Therapy, and a massive old-fashioned Juicer --- and the adventure began. 

I had no idea if it would work or not, but we had no reason not to try.  So I bought organic fruits and vegetables. I made the juices.  I counseled her according to the books.  We studied together.  

We prayed.  

And she lived.  We did the whole Gerson Diet Therapy for that summer from July into September, about three months, before her befuddled doctor admitted that the cancer was gone and dubbed it "spontaneous remission". 

That's what they call it when the body heals itself. 

Since then I have personally coached fifteen people through the process of overcoming their terminal cancers of all kinds: lung, stomach, pancreatic, ovarian, skin, lymphoma, bone, liver, uterine ....systemic cancer.   It hasn't mattered what kind of cancer or where in the body it showed up. 

They have all lived.  

Over the years, our knowledge about cancer has increased and we have fit together the pieces to the puzzle and refined the treatment.  Recently, there have been announcements in the mainstream medical and scientific community that correspond to our conclusions about this opportunistic disease.

The Three Federal Populations - Retrospective Details

Please consider that unique work by Pelatiah Webster, The Constitution for the united States of America adopted in 1787 and resulting in what would later be termed, the Federal Constitution, or, The Constitution of the United States (old language conventions apply here with "the United States" then being synonymous with The United States as defined in 1851). 

Most Americans have heard vaguely of "the Federal Constitution" and "the Federal Republic" but even in 1912 during a review celebrating the 125th Anniversary of this key document, people writing for the Georgetown Law Journal had lost track of the actual name of the Constitution being celebrated and were ignorant of the 1851 change in style conventions, too. 

The less favored in society are left to suppose, erroneously, that Pelatiah Webster's famous work was the same as The Constitution of the United States that we see published under that name today by the Municipal Government in Washington, DC. 

What a comedy of errors promulgating more errors. 

Even in 1912, more than a hundred years ago, nobody remembered the actual architect of the 1787 Constitution,  and nobody remembered the style convention changes of 1851, either, so we wind up talking about "the Constitution" and don't even know the actual name of the document or the identity and nature of the political body that issued it.   

This country is well and truly lost, if a mammoth effort of self-education is not made. 

The Federal Constitution issued in 1787 was titled The Constitution for the united States of America --note the use of the word "for" which is unique and the use of the word "united" as an adjective written in small case letters.   

This was a second run at crafting a Constitution for the Confederation of States doing business as the States of America.  The original effort, The Articles of Confederation, begun in January 1777 and ratified in 1781, left much to be desired. 

The States of America was a doing-business-as name of the original Union nation-states, which joined their individual State of State organizations into a Confederation with the intention of leveraging their mutual economic and trade interests in international and global jurisdictions.  

It was this Confederation of State of State business organizations that operated the American Federal Services Contractor known as the Federal Republic from 1787 to April 15th 1861, and which provided the bulk of all Federal Government services during that time period. 

It was this Confederation that was rendered inoperable for lack of a quorum when the seven Southern States walked out and left it without a date set to reconvene, April 1st 1861. 

Within days, and despite Lincoln's Inaugural Address in which he declared that changing the institution of slavery in the Southern States was not his intention little more than a month prior, our country was plunged into an illegal Mercenary Conflict euphemistically called The American Civil War. 

It was the break-down of the Confederation operating under Pelatiah Webster's brainchild, The Constitution for the united States of America, that led to the spin-off Confederate States of America, which proposed to bargain independently for their trade relationships and commercial contracts.  

The intent of The Articles of Confederation was to form a "perpetual union" of the business interests of the States joined together as a single economic power. Pelatiah Webster's new Constitution first published for discussion on February 16, 1783.  

The Confederation operating as the Federal Republic was so far successful in applying the mutual economic and trade powers of the States that by the 1850's the United Kingdom and most of Europe was frightened of this new world economic power.

In unity was our safety and our strength in dealing with the rest of the world, but disagreements about economic priorities and policies between the industrialized North and agricultural South found their breaking point. 

Looking back with 20/20 hindsight it seems that there were many possible solutions short of going to war, chief among them the Federation of States' desire to simply buy all the plantation slaves and set them free.  This was what was done in England and other European countries. Why not America?

As The Articles of Confederation were already bypassed in 1787, together with the "perpetual union" clause, there was nothing so wrong with the industrialized North tending to its knitting and allowing the Southern States to do the same. They could have simply split into two camps and negotiated separate trade agreements.

Why didn't they? 

The most likely reason is that slavery was a much bigger issue than the General Public knew, and it was not an issue of only Southern economics, or injustice, or the repugnance of elitist claptrap.

No, slavery has a much deeper and darker history---and profitability for both North and South was at stake.   More to come regarding that snippet of additional history you never knew and the Dutch Government's complicity in it all.

Fast Eddie of the Fab Five

Eddie has told everyone that I don't know what I am doing with banking ----and I have to smile.  

Eddie doesn't know what I am doing, but that's all right. I never intended that he would.   

He said that Hunter isn't a banker, too, and that's correct.  Hunter isn't a banker.  

He's a Prosperitor. 

If people had been listening to me and really hearing what I said, they would know that my Bilateral Banks are not about depositing anything, and that these new institutions ---that are somewhat analogous to credit unions but not the same--- are prepaid credit facilities instead.  

What have I said over and over and over?  

That the funds in these new banks are prepaid.  The people don't pay into the banks, the banks pay out to the people.  

That's why I don't understand why anyone would make deposits in a conventional credit union and think that they were dealing with "my" banks or with "my" version of credit unions, either. 

What we are now doing with banking has never been done before in the history of the world, but there's no reason why not.  It's not illegal or unlawful.  It's beneficial to everyone concerned. 

Just as the Lincoln Conspirators turned the world upside down, we are turning it right side up again.  

Soon, war and slavery and pollution and other kinds of crime won't be profitable anymore, so these activities will naturally fade away.  People will have to do something good to make a profit.  Plant vineyards. Raise bees. Clean the streets. Repair the plumbing. Dig the wells....

The Perps pulled off an unlawful conversion, and we are doing a lawful conversion.  

Guess who has the law on their side? 

Eddie has all the classic ear-marks of an Unwilling Snitch. He was in Federal Prison and they let him out. He says it was because of research he and Michael Kearns did, but Michael Kearns is dead and I can't ask him to confirm Eddie's backstory.  

The Federales knew Michael Kearns. They basically killed him by repeatedly arresting him and not giving him his heart medication. They could have told Eddie all about Michael and his research without breaking a sweat.

My best guess is that the Agency Goons offered Eddie a deal -- IMHO he did what he had to do to get out of jail and into a position where he could protect himself and his family.  He was being threatened, his family was being threatened (the Stick) and on the other side, he was being paid (the Carrot). 

I don't blame Eddie for that. I talk to him from time to time. He teaches me things about the conventional banking system.  I teach him about the jurisdictions and forms of law. It's amiable enough. 

If a person isn't really motivated to do evil but winds up doing it because of circumstances they can't control, it's a different matter than those who are evil for the sake of evil.  

I also forgive people who are genuinely confused and deluded.  Like the Bible says, they confuse good for evil and evil for good, but it isn't their fault that they are confused.  They are just weak-minded. 

Eddie is right ---I don't know all the ins and outs of the conventional commercial banking system. I admit it. So what?

I'm not building a conventional commercial bank, so that's a moot point. 

Eddie did damage to us and what we are accomplishing, that's true, too.  He and the other Fab Five members spread panic and fear and gossip that they knew was untrue. They've done the classic Satanist thing. 

They pretended to represent me and my banks. They did evil in my name. Then they blamed their victims, as Satanists always do, and have left Hunter to clean up and clear away the giant mess they created. 

  

Our Creator knows people better than I do, knows their internal story, why they are afraid, why they believe evil things, why they do evil things---  and the best I can do is surmise.  So, the sensible thing to do is to let the True God do the battling for us.
