Asset Pumping

My position on Private Membership Associations (PMAs) has been dealt with on several occasions. In articles. In webinars. In interviews.

I consider PMAs to be private clubs at the best of times, and at the worst of times, they act as secret societies.
I don't belong to any PMAs myself.
So why would I tell my Readers to join a PMA in order to get an account in "my" bank?
I wouldn't. And I didn't.
Those promoting the Global Family PMA and its credit union were doing that on their own as PMA members.
The most that was ever said to me or by me concerning that, was that they could migrate their credit union accounts over to the Blue Dot Bilateral Bank System when it opened up --- in the future.
The members of any credit union will be able to migrate accounts to our new bank system. The rain can fall on the ocean, too.
There was never any lack of clarity about the following issues in any of my discussions with anyone:
(1) The Blue Dot Bilateral Bank System, aka, "my" bank, is a completely separate endeavor from the Global Family Private Membership Association.
(2) I never required anyone to join a PMA in order to get an account in "my" bank.
(3) I also never suggested that anyone go around opening multiple new accounts in Federal Reserve Banks all over the country.
It looks to me like the people promoting the PMA and its credit union were involved in an Asset Pumping Scheme.
Remember the bank scandal a few years ago, where the banks were creating multiple new accounts for depositors without telling them?
Those "extra" accounts were used to make illicit escrow deals, money laundering, and, what the public wouldn't realize --- asset pumping.
The more accounts a bank has, the more asset credit they can leverage from the public trusts.
And while it is illegal for banks to purposefully create extra accounts for themselves, it's not illegal if individual people do it for them.
Our people were being used to pump billions of dollars of credit assets into the Federal Reserve Bank System, including Wells Fargo, which, last time I looked, is owned by the Department of Justice.
It wasn't any pyramid scheme benefiting me or Hunter Aki, but it was an asset pumping scheme benefiting the Federal Reserve.
So now we know why Darla, Anita, Yvonne, Xavier, and Eddie were pushing people to set up all these extra accounts.
Let's ask all the people who followed their lead--- didn't any of this hit you as strange?

"Special" Admiralty Courts

We have been the victims of many, many deceptions, and none greater than the misrepresentation of Military District Courts as the courts of the people.
The military districts and the courts attached to them were instituted in May of 1865 by the British Territorial United States Government ---an institution that is only approved to exist under the terms and conditions of the actual Constitution of the United States of America (1789), and the Treaty of Paris (1783), which lacked the specific implementation provided by the Constitution referenced.
There is no other basis to assume a contract.
There are two kinds of actual courts on offer -- Maritime (British Commercial) and Admiralty Courts that have usurped upon the land jurisdiction courts of this country--- plus the so-called "Administrative Courts" which aren't actual courts at all, but are instead internal corporation tribunals.
1. If you voluntarily enter the premises of these courts (inside the railing separating the court from the gallery) you are presumed to be granting them jurisdiction.
2. If you argue about anything, you are presumed to be granting them jurisdiction.
3. If you obey their judge about anything, even as simple as telling you to sit down, they assume jurisdiction.
4. If you accept being called "Mister" or "Missus" or "Miss" or "Doctor" or "Sir", etc. you are accepting titles, and presumed to be a British Territorial Subject--- granting jurisdiction to their court.
5. You are considered guilty until proven innocent in these courts -- the exact opposite of our courts.
6. If dragged into one of these courts under arrest or warrant, they give you a choice between "guilty" and "not guilty", but this is a False Choice which precludes the possibility that you are "innocent". So you must know enough about their system to plead "Innocent" or, again, they will assume jurisdiction and railroad you.
So, how else do these courts work and what are their weaknesses?
1. They must have a contract to examine and rule upon. If there is no contract for service, no contract in dispute, and no contract in evidence, they have no case and no reason to address you. So ask, politely, where's the contract?
They may bring up the State-of-State Constitution, or even the Federal Constitutions, but you are not a party subject to them, so, you ask, "When was I informed and given full disclosure for my consent?"
They won't have any answers, because in fact none of the Constitutions apply to normal folk --- only to those who work for the government and those who contract at a high level for the government services, and that isn't you.
If you press them and keep on point, asking pointed questions, they will have no reply, because they don't have a contract with you.
2. They have no defense against questions and questions do not allow them to seize jurisdiction, so you bedevil them with questions. You turn everything they claim into a countering question.
Example:
The Prosecutor claims, "The DEFENDANT owes income taxes for the years 2003 to 2019."
You ask, politely, "Where's the contract obligating me to pay taxes owed by the US DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE?"
3. These courts live and die by Negative Averment -- that is, according to what should be-- and isn't-- present.
So, asking for the contract which should be there, -------and isn't, is key.
Asking for the source of purported "federal income" is key.
Whatever should reasonably be present and isn't, is what you ask about.
May I see the Prosecutor's Bid Bond?
If he can't produce his Bid Bond on the case, there is no case, and you can innocently ask, "If there's no Bid Bond, then, how can there be a case?"
And there can't be, so Mr. Prosecutor has to pay the court, and the charges against YOU get dismissed.
And isn't that a good turn around?

Dear Linda On Oregon - Part 2

Everyone born in this country has been given an inestimable gift and great power; however, along with that power goes great responsibility.
Everyone who is honest (the root word is in common with "honorable") has the fundamental basis of being honorable and of acting in honor, but without honesty, there is no honor possible. That's why it is so cloying to hear people drone on about "acting in honor" and "standing in honor" when they are lying through their teeth.
Liars and thieves and con artists have no honor. None. Zero. Nada. By definition.
I have just presented you all with proof in their own words preserved on the Global Family International Trade Bank channel of Mattermost. Turns out that those "aggrieved" parties taking up massive amounts of time at The Oregon Assembly meetings bad-mouthing me and the Federation, have known all along that my bank wasn't involved and neither was I, but for months they've been knowingly blaming me and and "my" bank for things they did themselves. And they have been deliberately lying to all of you.
Honor? Do people who do things like this have the right to use the word?
No thanks to them, even the PMA Credit Union is still standing, and the money is being returned to everyone, those who have urgent needs first, and then, first come, first served.
Honor? Integrity? Fairness? Truth? Self-Governance? Accountability? None of them deserve to be in the same room with me, nor with any honest person seeking to restore the government owed to Oregon. If I were The Oregon Assembly members, I'd kick them out without a backward glance. They don't "have to" join The Oregon Assembly, and when they pull stunts like this, you don't have to retain them as members, either.
You have to ask yourselves, if they'd pull this with the banks --- what else might they do down the road? Who or what will be "targeted" next?
If they'd knowingly lie about me and "my" bank, wouldn't they also lie about you and anything you were doing?
The Oregon Assembly has plenty of reason and provocation to: (1) demand that only papered up and fully declared members be allowed to speak at meetings; (2) only papered up members get to vote; and (3) and the names of these liars be stricken from the membership rolls.
Everyone will be glad to know that the LRS files have been recovered and will be translated to the ILRS/LRO. As I said, I can't prove it, but the destruction of the LRS happened the same day that these miscreants started the bank run on their own credit union, and that's just a little bit too coincidental for me.

A comment from a new and rapidly learning person ON THE LAND OF OREGON

All their grandstanding about seating Grand Juries and issuing warrants, etc., attracts those who have suffered injustice at the hands of the British Territorial Courts.
So, their plan is to bring in their OSJA members and overwhelm The Oregon Assembly with numbers -- commandeer it, and substitute their organization for ours, after the Federation and the people in Oregon have worked almost five years to organize The Oregon Assembly. It's another kind of Bait and Switch / Substitution Scheme --- just like the Brits came in after the Civil War and substituted their Territorial States-of-States for our American States-of-States.
And that is why we called a "time out". We don't intend that they will succeed.
We especially won't stand by and let them associate their OSJA organization with The Oregon Assembly.
They would predictably pretend to "be" us, and proceed to take reckless, possibly violent, actions "in our name" --- for which we would be blamed. That would provide the excuse for the Federal Agencies to come in and arrest a whole lot of innocent people and a few rats, who would be quietly released after doing their job ---which is to infiltrate, implicate, and provide the excuse for violent suppression. Their agenda is to build it up to knock it down, similar to what they have tried to do with the bank affair described above.
Tricia has done precisely the right thing to protect you and everyone else from that eventuality, and only those who stand with Tricia and maintain the separate status and identity of The Oregon Assembly will be recognized by the Federation and kept safe.
For several years now, I have tried to explain the simple and self-evident fact that the Jural Assembly, Militia, and International Business Assembly are all subsets of the General Assembly.
Those three functions are performed by members of the General Assembly, not some separate organization or contractor like the OSJA.
That is the way it has always been, and if you have any common sense, it's the way it has to be --- otherwise, you'd have groups of people claiming authority and acting as vigilantes and setting up "courts" and issuing orders enforced by groups of thugs, all acting as "Jural Assemblies" that aren't associated with and aren't answering to any actual State Assembly. I have just described what Ron Vrooman has been pushing for the past three years --- a dissociated "Jural Assembly".
We have the absolute guaranteed right to peaceably assemble. We also have a Supreme Court decision agreeing that when our State Assemblies "peaceably assemble" and provide us with American Common Law Courts, the foreign Territorial and Municipal courts must stand down.
We have to do it ourselves, we have to do it with the right standing, and we have to do it within the framework of the American Government our ancestors handed down to us. We all have to educate ourselves and agree among ourselves and do the work of our Government in a thoroughly responsible, even-handed, and non-violent manner. And we have to know and stay within the limitations of our own jurisdiction, treaties, and contracts.
The Federation works hard to help the Assemblies to get assembled again after a 150-plus year hiatus ---- and serves to protect and guide and educate the Assemblies and their members during the assembling process, but we are not a top-down government and the Federation, though it works for and must represent the best interest of the sovereign states, is not a sovereign entity.
Tricia stepped forward as a volunteer, all on her own. The Federation didn't "choose" her, we called for volunteers who were willing to undergo training and vetting to act as Go-Betweens --- shuttling back and forth between the Federation and Assembly and working with both to "stand up" The Oregon Assembly and make sure that it is competent to perform the functions of an Assembly--- that is, hold meetings and conduct business in-State and internationally, provide American Common Law Courts, and field a "well-regulated" State Assembly Militia.
And bear in mind that the entire time that the Federation is standing in as Oversight for the assembling process taking place in the national jurisdiction --- and making sure that the Assemblies are American Assemblies and are not commandeered or corrupted at birth or making gross, possibly dangerous errors --- we still have all our own normal jobs and responsibilities, plus more, in international and global jurisdiction.
It's a miracle that the Federation is still here, still able to function, still willing to function. We have done so without any payment or consideration from the individual States of the Union for over 150 years and we are still standing up for America and guiding the Ship of State forward. It's the States that are supposed to pay the Federation, not the other way around. It's the States which must ultimately grow up and guide the Federation, not the other way around.
All those who sincerely care about the fate of Oregon and your own safety and standing as a lawful Assembly -- need to rally around Tricia and accept the guidance of the Federation. You won't get through the Rothschild Tag Team any other way.
And you, as a new member--- you are doing fine. You are focused on the things that need to get done, that need to be learned, and that need to be overcome in order to move things forward. You have an instinctive grasp of what's sensible and honorable, which should ultimately lead you to what is true and good.
The actual Oregon Assembly known simply as The Oregon Assembly will reconvene as soon as all this nonsense settles down and it will resume in official standing only under the guidance of Tricia and/or additional Coordinators. It's up to you all how long it takes to be fully reinstated.

Taking Stock

It's that time of the year when every good housewife begins "taking stock" of what is leftover from last year, and what is coming as a result of this year.
This busy woman looks in the freezer and determines what needs to be used, what needs to be thrown out or given away, and what needs to be kept.
In the same way, she does the inventory of canned goods and cleaning supplies, the dog food, and cat litter.
We stand at that part of the year when last year's harvest is at the tail end, and space must be made for this year's harvest. We know this instinctively.
Most of the women doing it don't stop to think why. It's just that time of the year.
In the same way, we have to take stock of our lives every once in a while.
Looking around, I see that most people spend their lives meditating about the past or daydreaming about the future.
Their ideas about the past are mostly mistaken. This is because they've been fed a distorted view of history, and even their own memory of the things they lived through are faulty because they weren't paying attention.
No, as usual, they were thinking about the past or the future, so they don't clearly remember what happened.
And the future is full of so many possibilities that they can't begin to calculate that, so it remains a fuzzy place, vague, filled with hope, but lacking substance.
Most of us haven't trained and exercised our imagination enough to mold the future, so that time is wasted.
In between, that tiny bit of time called "now" where we actually live fleets away and we don't even notice it.
I am not the first person to observe this odd proclivity. Plato commented on our avoidance of the present moment thousands of years ago and nothing has changed.
I resolve to pay more attention to this present moment as I am living it, because I realize that this is what my life is actually made of, that this moment is truly all that exists.
Then I observe that I and everyone I know is an actor in this massive play, and that as we arrive on stage we are loaded down with names and roles to play.
I am given a name, an age, a sex, a race, a nationality, a religion, a family, a tradition, a social status, and a long, long list of prohibitions and limitations before I reach the age of five. And the same thing happens to everyone else.
A great deal depends on the script we are given.
If we are told, for example, that --- your name is Harvey Raintree. You are an Algonquin Indian. You are to be pitied. You are a member of a cheated, conquered, and miserable people. You are damned to spend your life at the bottom of the social ladder with no likelihood of success....
Then that's the role we play.
If we are told instead that, for example, "You are a being of infinite potential and a member of a proud race of ancient people who are caretakers of the Earth, honored worldwide for their wisdom and compassion. You can do and be anything you want to be or do, and you have no limitations....
We accept that role just as willingly.
The strange thing is, the people giving us our script --- the politicians and news media, the teachers and priests and even the members of our own family, never give a conscious thought to the arbitrary tripe they are feeding us and don't consider the impact of their words, beliefs, and assumptions about us.
They just trundle along on autopilot in their own lives and can't be expected to do any better at guiding ours.
I realize I have been given my pile of tripe, too. I realize that none of it is necessarily true --- and none of it is mine. It was all foisted off on me by other people before I had a chance to consider things for myself.
If I am like most people in this world, I just accept my role and play my part and don't even consider all the other destinies and identities and abilities I might have had.
I resolve to at least examine my script and toss out the parts I don't like. I resolve to view others with more kindness and allow them to be who they are, to the extent that they can find and express that long-buried self. I'll be far more careful what I say and do around children.
And maybe that's all I can do as my small bit to end the injustices and follies of this world. No matter how crippled I am, I can struggle to set my mind free and I can encourage others to do the same thing.
I can embrace a much broader view of my own potentials --- and everyone else's. I can look at each one of the people I meet as truly unique individuals, albeit, people playing the roles they were handed.
Now, in my current life, I am constantly being attacked and insulted and held in suspicion because I have observed many things about the world that don't fit the script that I and everyone else has been given.
I notice that despite being constantly told that I am free, that I am not free. I am not even free to be left alone. If I try to go about my business and live quietly, I will be singled out and hounded all the more.
If I object to the script and say, stubbornly, "Hey, this isn't true. I am not free and I am not happy and nothing about this situation is secure." ---the people around me are terrified.
I have messed with their Sacred Script.
They cling to the idea that they are free while they lose sleep worrying about being visited by the IRS or the Selective Service or some other unlawful, unelected, out of control "Agency".
They want to blame me for noticing this circumstance. It's my fault because I brought them the message.
They sit on their little spoon-fed butts and scream, "Prove it to me!" -- when it's directly observable, right in front of their face, and part of their own experience.
It practically tears their brain apart to admit that they are living their lives in chains in the Land of the Free.
They certainly don't want to delve into the reasons for this phenomenon.
When I point out all the history that they've never been taught and it leads inexorably to the circumstance in front of their noses, they scream, "Prove it to me!" and act like little kids with a sore butt.
Most of them don't even bother to read the evidence that I have presented in my books, just like they won't listen to Derek Johnson when he tells them that they've been living under a Continuance of Government --- ahem, "Continuance of Operation Plan" for the last seven years.
He calmly presents all the history, cites all the laws and Executive Orders, the Federal Codes, the Military Codes, all of it. The man is patient as a saint and just as honest.
But nobody (present company excepted) will listen to him or even consider what he (and I) are telling them.
Our country is under military occupation by a foreign British Territorial Municipal Corporation.
That same foreign, privately owned and operated, for-profit corporation is supposed to be providing us with "good faith service", but instead, it is lording it over us in violation of their service contracts, and pretending that we don't exist.
They can't find us. Wonder where we went.
There are two (2) foreign Municipal Corporations in the District of Columbia, both oppressing us under color of law. Both are evading their Constitutional obligations. Both are running courts-for-profit and prisons-for-profit schemes on our soil. They've been mortgaging our homes for us, so that we can pay for all this "service".
I have dared to touch the Sacred Cow.
Despite all the public record evidence and directly observable facts, I must be wrong. So must Derek Johnson. So must all the other people who are now standing up and sounding off. We must all be a bunch of lying instigators. Frauds. Vatican Agents. Probably Communists.
We couldn't possibly be right and nobody owes the Public Duty to check out the facts for themselves.
I resolve to be even more attached to the truth in every situation and to accept the truth wherever I find it and no matter how outrageous it is. I accept it. No matter how scary or unpleasant, no matter what part of my identity I have to lose, I accept it.
Among all the other unpleasant truths I have to accept is the truth that most people don't want to be bothered by the truth. They'd rather live lies and tell lies and promote lies --- and then pretend to be victims and bite the hands of those who came to save them.
