Redefining "Overpopulation"

As a result of many scientific discoveries that have been suppressed, many new technologies have been developed, mostly behind "National Security" veils, and by military organizations. 

These developments mean that both the quality of our health and the length of our lives can be greatly enhanced.  The diseases and injuries and much of the deterioration we suffer as a result of "old age" can be swept away, and lifetimes in excess of 350 years can become commonplace in a relatively short period of time. 

So, you say, pop the corks!  Let the champagne flow like rivers!  Celebrate, celebrate, celebrate! 

Yes, and then, you realize --- if we are all living much longer and better, what else happens?  Not as many people are dying, but just as many or more people are being born.....  

There are two ways to face this fact -- with fear or with faith. 

If you face it with fear, as most of those posing as international leaders have done, you immediately recoil and start thinking about how you can -- profitably -- sacrifice the lives of billions of innocent people to suppress the population base and restrict the blessings of health and longevity to just a few elite and "valuable" people. 

To quote Bill Gates, get rid of the "useless eaters" and the genetic "undesirables".  

So it's not just a numbers game, the ugly head of Eugenics is also raised up above the skyline. 

Considering who these Posers are, mostly Old White Men sitting in leather club chairs sipping gin in exclusive all White, all Male, and Mostly Old Clubs,  that means killing off billions of Africans, Chinese, Arabs, and basically anyone with dark skin or differing religious beliefs.  It also means killing off the pesky "white moralists" like me, who object to the slaughter. 

Merely as a practical and selfish aside, the Posers open up DNA-collecting organizations like Ancestry.com to collect as much DNA as possible -- quote unquote, "voluntarily" -- so that it can be preserved in Genetic  Biodiversity Banks, without having to preserve the actual donors of that DNA.  How convenient for them.

They get to preserve the biodiversity of our species for later study and use, while killing off billions of us. 

The fear of overpopulation resulting from vastly improved medical technology and increased life expectancy is real. 

But there is another way to embrace this reality, and that is with faith. 

We can make improvements in the environment and environmental technologies  --- and most of all in education, to allow us to preserve life and allow everyone to enjoy the gift of additional and better quality life. 

What action does the Other Answer require? 

(1) End pollution of the environment. This basically means regulating the petroleum and chemical-producing corporations to prevent the rampant pollution of the environment with untested man-made substances that resist natural degradation in the environment --- "forever chemicals" and plastic waste products that can endure for hundreds or thousands of years. 

(2) Develop new technologies using our new understanding of physics and biology, to create new means of waste management and recycling. 

(3) Promote mammoth clean-up projects on a worldwide basis to restore the oceans and freshwater bodies to optimum health. 

(4) Promote mammoth public awareness of soil and planetary-wide projects aimed at the restoration of healthy natural soil biomes.

(5) Educate, educate, educate everyone, everywhere.  Set goals to reclaim dead land, to increase atmospheric oxygen, to reforest the land, and provide the materials and skills to revolutionize agriculture. 

(6) Open up the artificially restricted world economy, 

(7) Develop a worldwide understanding of the problem, the need to restrict new births, and much better means of birth control. 

If we can continue our accelerated development as a species uninterrupted by this insane "kill everyone" campaign, we can find all the answers we need to improve and maintain the Earth and accept the blessings of longer and better quality lives.  

Another benefit of choosing faith over fear is that children will once again be truly valued and carefully reared and the gift of life will be prized.  With procreation restricted, for good and obvious reasons, people will have cause to deeply value the children that they do have. The insanity of abortion will stop.  The destruction of the family will stop.  

With universal abundance available to everyone, and the advanced health and longevity technologies available to everyone, there will no longer be all the other problems we struggle with --- no reason for wars, poverty, illness, ignorance, pollution, and greed.  We will be free to view the world and ourselves and the Earth --- and life itself --- b through a different lens. 

Let a new and better life begin.

Redefining Banks as Prosperity Institutions

Today, I am sharing the tips of my icebergs. The past couple months have been devoted to rather exhaustively discussing the problems and trespasses and crimes that have been committed against the living people by corporations --- and setting this before the Vatican Chancery Court under Ecclesiastical Law for correction. 

It has been a tiresome and heart-breaking business of day after day and week after week recounting the genesis and history of one major fraud scheme after another, perpetuated by incorporated entities seeking to defraud and dehumanize living people for profit.  

These problems rightly reside in the Jurisdiction of the Air from whence they've come and must return. 

Now comes the good part, because we have not been wholly concerned with the horrors of the injustices and thefts and denigrations visited upon us, without considering our repairs. 

You've all seen the problem(s) and now are owed the solutions. 

The first announcement is that our bank is a banking system.  It's not just one bank in one state or one country.  It well-and-truly is a global bank network of international trade banks all operating on the land jurisdiction, coupled with sister commercial banks, all operating in the air jurisdiction. 

This is why we call it a bilateral banking system -- the two sister banks operating together occupy and interface with two separate jurisdictions --- the international land jurisdiction and the global air jurisdiction.

Those people who have been griping and grumbling and saying, "Why is it taking so long?" need to understand that we are not (and never have been) talking about walking down to the corner, buying a building, and opening up a bank in the system you are familiar with. 

We have been busily building a totally new and different banking system involving multiple banks worldwide.  This has been a groundbreaking effort.  Nothing about it has been turn-key.  All of it has had to be built from the ground up.    

There are, for example, no central banks or equivalents to central banks in this system.  Good-bye to that nastiness and the commodity rigging and unfair trade practices that go with it. 

Besides being on the land jurisdiction instead of the sea jurisdiction, and not adopting any central bank (commodity rigging) functions, our banks are linked directly and simply to each other.  

This is made possible by the common charter and bank treaty they all share and by unique computer-based interfaces that allow direct connectivity between bank portals.   

No wire transfers.  No games delaying or refusing transfers. No night window fraud schemes.  No money laundering. No politics. 

All our bank functions and transactions are simple, direct, and transparent, so they are also effortlessly in compliance with national and international law. 

Public and private accounts are separate as a first firewall for banking privacy, so that when you pay off a public debt, like a phone bill, it is linked to your Public Account and kept separate from private transactions, like buying yogurt. 

This allows you the ability to track public versus private spending at a glance; it also means your private spending remains private and the only one enabled to track it, is you. 

No more having Big Brother monitor how much mayonnaise you bought in July --- and selling that information to consumer analytics firms behind your back.  

It may be a small thing in your mind and you may not care if someone knows how much mayonnaise you purchase, but privacy is privacy. If you want to sell your own data, that's your business. 

It won't be your bank or your government doing it "for" you. 

Our International Trade Bank System also has a unique ability to connect directly with Global Commerce without going through the rigamarole of  Maritime Commerce.  

Because our banks stand on the land jurisdiction, we can bypass the sea jurisdiction entirely---- which means that the King's paw is not in our pocket and the King's men have no right or reason to impose their complex regulatory system and tariffs on us.  

We are not using their system to conduct our trade or our commerce, so we owe nothing to them. 

We, Americans, and our American-chartered banks, also have another advantage: we have a fixed exchange rate established by the 1934 Emergency Banking Act.   

This allows us to recoup all the incremental losses due to inflation of the fiat currency, payable in fine silver. Or gold. 

This in turn allows us to translate all fiat currencies into gold and silver, and vice versa.  We have the Rosetta Stone of banking, and have solved what appeared to be an insurmountable obstacle separating trade from commerce and commerce from trade. 

There is no need for a separate BRICS System and a separate Swift or QFS System,  and no need to choose sides, as our Bilateral Banks coupled with our fixed Exchange Rate can seamlessly handle it all to everyone's advantage. 

As transactions back and forth between asset-backed currencies and fiat currencies occur, credit is restored and value is returned to the asset-backed currencies.  

It's a win-win, and everyone can take advantage of it. 

We are working with the Global Family Bank as the Gathering Point for the nations and inviting interested working groups, vendors, and individual Lawful Persons (known as People) to learn about and open accounts with the Global Family Bank.  

As each National Bilateral Bank comes online, those accounts belonging to people from that Nation will be migrated to their bank and they will have control of their own bank and connectivity to all the other bilateral banks in the system. 

Meanwhile, to get started, everyone from everywhere is invited to set up their own Master Account with the Global Family Bank.  

Your Master Account will serve as your own private portal into a whole new world in which banking is secure, the money has actual value, public debts are offset, transactions are simple and unimpeded, your private information is private, your accounts are not subject to bail-outs or bail-ins, and life becomes a whole lot better because books are being balanced, corruption is uprooted, and friendly communication between trade and commerce is restored.

People Banks for People, Corporate Banks for Corporations

It sounds so obvious and stupid when you say it out loud. 

We need to have banks that work for and with living people, and banks that deal exclusively with corporations.  

We need this separation because doing it any other way imposes upon the living people and opens up opportunities for abuse and fraud.    

 

This is the way banking used to be set up more than a hundred years ago.  International Trade Banks served Lawful Persons (that is, People), while Commercial Banks served Corporate and Incorporated entities doing business as Legal Persons. 

As you begin to think about "money" and "credit", realize that International Trade Banks serve people and use actual gold and silver money, while Commercial Banks serve Corporations and use "commercial instruments" --- stocks, bonds, promissory notes, and so on.  

These are two different banking systems that stand under different forms of law.  

Many of the problems we face are the direct result of the breakdown of the private banking system throughout the world and the inability of people to access International Trade Banks.  

We didn't have "people banks" serving people. 

All that is about to change, and with it, comes sweeping change of many other kinds. 

The legal presumptions and systems of law you have been laboring under will change and suddenly, you'll be back in the country you recognize.  The heavy debts that most people have been carrying like overloaded rucksacks will be gone.  

Think about physical asset money versus credit based on "performances"--- that is, labor, international trade banks that operate in terms of physical assets, and commercial banks that operate in terms of "commercial paper".  

And remember how all this is connected, from Land to Air to Water and back again: (L)and, (A)ir, (W)ater, (L)(A)(W) ----- LAW. 

Yes, the very word "Law" stands as an acronym for Land, Air, and Water, and all the energy of the world is meant to move in a Great Circle through each of these separate jurisdictions, each ruled by their separate forms of law. 

Stop a moment and let these concepts sink in.

Separating Wheat and Tares

There would not be a single State Assembly standing in this country without the Federation of States.  

Every State Assembly alive and in Session right now does so, and does so safely, because of the Federation of States.  

It is always a cause of wonderment to me why some people do not immediately see this and respond with relief and gratitude.  

Also a matter of wonder as to why some people mistake the Federation of States for the Federal Subcontractors long after the difference has been explained to them. 

Tonight certain people in Oregon are failing to accept responsibility for their own actions and they are “outraged” that they have been struck from the membership roster of The Oregon Assembly for warring against The Oregon Assembly and trying to reorganize it as something else. 

Why would you join the Lion’s Club and try to turn it into a Moose Lodge?  

That is what certain people have tried to do with The Oregon Assembly and they don’t even have decency enough to take responsibility for their own actions.

They have not been content to join The Oregon Assembly and work within its structure which is part of what makes a State Assembly a State Assembly.  

Each State has one State Assembly composed of all the State Nationals and State Citizens peacefully living within its physical borders.  

From the members of the State Assembly subsets are derived to perform specific functions—- a Jural Assembly, an International Business Assembly, and an Assembly Militia, but these are all functions of the one State Assembly and are performed under its auspices. 

Progress in Oregon has been stalled and stagnated for months because people have come into The Oregon Assembly and tried to turn it into something else other than a State Assembly. 

They still want to call it a State Assembly and still claim the authority and powers of a State Assembly and still benefit themselves from the going on five years of hard work that others put into building The Oregon Assembly….  

In response those would-be members who have been obstructing progress and warring against The Oregon Assembly and usurping upon its authority and functions , have been struck off the membership roster and are free  to go and take responsibility for what they are doing. 

Meanwhile, we separate the wheat from the Tares and the sheep from the goats.  Those in Oregon who wish to stay on the lawful and peaceful road as members of The Oregon Assembly are welcome to do so.  

Those who want to strike off and do some other kind of thing and promote some different kind of State Assembly are already struck off the roster. 

We have been clear about what we came here to do and how things are structured since 2019. Anyone who has a different agenda has no reason to join The Oregon Assembly and no right to obstruct it.

Beware Your Own "Programming"

We've all been programmed. There's a reason why they call it programming on television ("television programs') and with respect to computers, too --- computer programming. 

I am less programmed than most of you because I stopped watching television and "newscasts" --- as in, casting spells --- in 1987.  

Another concept often associated with programming is "behavioral modification" --- think Pavlov's dog, trained to salivate using cues instead of food stimulation. 

Ever heard of "taking their cues" on stage? 

The insidious thing is that you don't even know you have been programmed. 

Most of you have heard the phrase "our democracy" repeated endlessly throughout your life, until you assume that America is a democracy and that it is "ours".  

Everywhere on television you hear the buzzwords, "threat to democracy". 

But America is not a democracy.  

Likewise you are told that you are a "US Citizen" so often that, of course, you believe it --- until someone shows you otherwise. 

Our British Territorial Subcontractor operating as a Municipal Corporation housed in the District of Columbia --- they are a democracy.  We're not. 

Everyone goes around talking about "Equity Law" this and "Equity Law" that, but Equity Law isn't American, either.  It's British. And unless you are a British Territorial U.S. Citizen, you can't access Equity Law.  

And what are they really talking about?  Sweat equity.  Equity Law is part of the Blood Money System based on labor and performances. 

Granted, a lot of us have a lot of sweat equity invested in the Blood Money System, but nobody tells us that, and while they are eager to consider us "Brits" for the purpose of collecting from us, they are not willing to recognize us in a Court of Equity.  

All your life you have been told that you are free and how glorious freedom is, but look around at the obvious conditions of slavery? 

And coercion? 

And depravity?

And abuse of power? 

Don't assume anything, because when you do, there are all these little trip-lever word programs ready to go off in your brain. 

All day long I hear from people who are totally confused.  

They think that their rights come from the Constitution.  

They think that they live under the Constitution.  

This is all programming and indoctrination.  You think you have to have a Social Security Number and a Driver License, too. 

But what you've been told, you've been sold. 

It's all because of programming.  And if you watch and pay attention, you can observe them programming you.  Just question the phrases and buzzwords.  

How many times do we have to hear "in these challenging times" before we believe that these are challenging times?  How about "safe and effective"?   

FYI, if they slip something like this past you at least ten times, it becomes part of your subconscious assumption.  If you don't question what you are being told, you believe what you are being told, and then, sure enough, you create it.  You make the times challenging on command.  

You are the next best thing to a Genie in a bottle. 

Remember the evil Axis Powers?

The Anglo-American Axis existed long before WWII.  

The Anglo-American Axis funded and created the whole phenomenon of Hitler, and used him to undermine Germany. 

They were the Axis Powers. Corrupt Americans and Brits. 

Not Germans.  Not Italians.  Not Japanese. 

Churchill must have busted a strut every time he heard about the "Axis Powers", because in their own sick way, they were disclosing the truth. 

All the misery and destruction of World War II really was caused by the Axis Powers.  

We were just kept in the dark about who the Axis Powers were.  

 

So be aware how these canary birds do it to us. Pick up on the verbiage they hurl and how often they hurl it.  Look for double meanings and transliterations, like substituting "American" for "Amorican", Aryan for Orion and re-branding efforts, like trying to call Earth "Gaia" --- folks, Earth is Terra, Mars is Gaia. 

Be on your toes.

For Posterity and Proof --

You guys (Ron Vrooman, Charlie White, et alia) can go on denying and ranting and raving and pulling smoke out of your ears all you want, but the history and the law do exist, despite your desire to cherry pick and redefine things to suit yourself. 

The FACT is that there is one (1) General Assembly in each State. 

The FACT is that the International Assembly, Jural Assembly, and Assembly Militia are drawn from the General Assembly membership.

The FACT is that the International Assembly, Jural Assembly, and Assembly Militia are not independent of the General Assembly. They are subsets of the General Assembly. 

The further FACT is that The Oregon Assembly was established as a peaceful and lawful General Assembly in 2019 and has populated Oregon's land and soil jurisdiction ever since.  Its claims and positions are cured and were cured years ahead of anything done by you or Charlie White. 

As the Summoning Authority calling The Oregon Assembly into Session the Federation of States bears the responsibility to make sure that Oregon and all the States assemble and do it right. 

We are here to tell you when you are screwing up and getting it wrong, and we just did so. 

The Washington Jural Assembly is like a goat's leg without a goat.  As it stands, it's just another glorified Patriot Myth ready to be taken down by the FBI or some other agency. 

And unless something really big happens in the District, they will get around to it.  

Then you and your pals will be arrested as insurrectionists and thrown in jail, and like as not, I will be blamed for that, even though I have spent all this time and effort trying to educate you just as I tried to save The Colorado Nine. 

Everyone involved in your renegade separate Jural Assembly is being struck from the membership list of The Oregon Assembly, and don't try to make it look like it's my fault or as if I am doing anything wrong or unreasonable. 

You made your choice when you went off-track and into the weeds trying to set up a separate Jural Assembly apart from the General Assembly.  And that's that. 

We are not going to let a bunch of confused knot heads endanger innocent people.

No, Ron....

No Constitution ever gave any rights to anyone.  Not at the Federal level.  Not at the State of State level.  Not in 1859, not ever.  I repeat....  

No American and that includes Oregonians have ever lived "under" any Constitution at all.  

The only "persons" bound by the limitations of the Constitutions are the Federal and State of State Employees that live and work under the respective Constitutions as a condition of their employment.  

You don't have to take my word for it.  There are plenty of other people out there, see Kirk's Law Course on YouTube, who are telling you the same thing. 

Or will you say they are all committing "obstruction and subterfuge" for unknown reasons? 

It is exactly what all of us say it is. See ARTICLE I Section 1 of  Oregon' Constitution circa 1859 here it is: "Natural rights inherent in people. We declare that all men, when they form a social compact are equal in right: that all power is inherent in the people, and all free governments are founded on their authority, and instituted for their peace, safety, and happiness; and they have at all times a right to alter, reform, or abolish the government in such manner as they may think proper. —"

  You have had months and years to rebut us.  Now, overcome the documents in our Civilian Court of records published at www.orsja.org. It is incontrovertible or it would be rebutted and ORSJA.ORG would have published it. If you find an error please notify me and Charlie will correct it.

As for you and Charlie White, we were the ones with the prior claim, first in line, first in time, so it's you who have to overcome our claims, not the other way around.

The "Sale of America" -- Saga Continued

Here is the clencher, none of those people had any authority to sell any of our stuff.

Under international law of the sea and the land and global jurisdiction as well, possession by pirates does not change ownership. 

So all these foreign investors have been sold a pig-in-a-poke by our local criminals. 

It's just a much, much larger scale Florida Real Estate scam.  

Here's how it goes --- "I'll sell you this beautiful seaside location in Florida, 65 acres, road access, electrical services.... what more can you want?  Only $1.8 million and I'll sign it over....just Quit Claim it over to you...." 

So the victim delivers the cash and the huckster delivers the Quit Claim.  

But it turns out that the Quit Claim is no good because the huckster never had a valid claim to the property in the first place.

He delivered what he promised.  It just turned out to be a worthless gesture.  

I'll give you my Quit Claim to Capetown, South Africa, for whatever good it will do you.  

It's the same way with the "Sale of America". 

Those pretending to represent us, didn't.  Those pretending to own the natural resources, didn't. 

They never took any actual Oath of Office.  Never entered any Public Office. 

They were, in fact, working for foreign corporations that aren't even allowed to be here, except for the Residence Act.  And neither they nor their corporations can actually own land here. 

They claimed, falsely, that our land and soil was abandoned.  It's not.  They claimed that they owned the Title.  But we own the Sovereign Letters Patent and the cadastral survey and the metes and bounds survey.  

Oh, and we never knowingly and willingly enfranchised ourselves or registered our names or anything else of that sort. 

So, on both sides of the purported transactions "selling America" there has been nothing but fraud since the 1860s. 

The Principals most responsible, the British Monarch, the Pope, and the Lord Mayor of London, must be held to account. 

We are not the ones who misrepresented the situation and we are not the ones who sold property in America under False Pretenses to foreign investors. 

Please, everyone, understand.  Your claims cannot be honored, because they are not valid. We are the actual owners and inheritors, and we didn't sell you as much as a hectare, nor did we benefit from the purported sale of our assets.  It was all a gigantic fraud scheme, designed to rob the actual owners and the investors, too.  

Instead of both ends against the middle, it has been the middle against both ends.  Against us, the actual owners, and against you, the would-be investors.  We are sorry and we are willing to help you go after these cretins.  They've been traitors to us and criminals to you.  

So you don't have a claim against the Americans.  You have a claim against Rome, against the King of Britain, against the Lord Mayor, against the Belgians, against the Royals of Holland, but not against the Americans and not against our country.  

This one is not our fault.
