About Kim Goguen

She was once a normal woman, and part of the Romanov family line, but she was taken into an experimental program and is now functioning as an Organic Artificial Intelligence, chosen by Marduk to succeed him.  

Knowing Marduk, her participation and gradual transition into functioning as Organic Artificial Intelligence, (OAI), was not consensual.  

Te deum.  Organic A.I. is more sympathetic than Inorganic A.I., but it is still A.I. and despite the various advantages that A.I. offers (like Kim's ability to track the transactions of over 5,000 so-called Legacy Trust Accounts in her head) there are very substantial drawbacks. 

Artificial Intelligence is artificial.  It's meant to serve Mankind, but what happened before, 32,000 years ago, is that the A.I. went crazy defending us from non-existent enemies and nearly wiped out life on this planet in what I call, "The Great Plasma War".  

That war was between A.I. "demons" and Lord Krishna. 

Krishna won.  Biological life continued.  Mankind continued. 

Now Kim is talking about a Global Military Treaty from 16,000 years ago, about halfway between the end of The Great Plasma War (the era of the Major Megaliths and Petroglyphs) and now --- which was a repeat of the same mistakes.  Once again, foreign war lords proposed to rule the planet.  

They have been trying to rule this planet ever since, but it is the whole idea of "rule" that is wrong, and they are all --including Kim-- infected with this idea, like a bad computer virus they can't get rid of.  

This is the result of malfunctioning Artificial Intelligence, too, only much further back in history, during the Alpha Draconis invasion of Orion.  

"Orions" equals Aryans, just like "Amoricans" transliterates to "Americans" ---and their history is what the Nazis were so enamored with and were searching for on Mars and everywhere else.  

This is why all the "stargates" that I showed you in a short video last week disappeared and were seized by the military all over the world, and this is where things started going South AGAIN. 

An important thing to remember about the 16,000 year-old Global Military Treaty Kim references is that it was undertaken without the participation of the Victors in The Great Plasma War, and is invalid as a result. 

It would be like the Nazis crawling out from under a rock and proclaiming a new global empire for themselves, while presuming the "absence" of the Americans. 

Oh, but wait, that's what they have in fact attempted to do.... 

I recently reminded everyone that the Victors in The Great Plasma War are present and that I summoned them and that they arrived here in 2012.  I am the one who acted as Guardian of the Peace.  Not Kim.  And that's all right, because I was the one appointed to act in that position.  Not Kim. 

The Universal Law is free will.  The thing shifting us to a new timeline is us, not Kim Goguen.  We, collectively, chose life, not death.  

We chose truth, not lies.

 

We chose brotherhood, not alienation.  

We chose a different outcome for ourselves and our world than the road to ruin that the militaries were on. 

We chose to love our Creator, to humble ourselves, and to make our Creator our King.  

Now you begin to see the beauty, simplicity, and power of Creation -- and begin to realize that it is our power, too, because we are what?  

The Children of God.  

Kim Goguen may not be Marduk, but she is his Successor, and she is still attuned to the Draconian idea of rule and power and hierarchy and war.   

She can't help it.  It is programmed into her. She has no means of removing that from herself, any more than the victims of the vaccines have any means of removing the foreign mRNA that has been foisted off onto them. 

I do think that Kim has done good and has prevented certain nasty things from happening, but that does not mean that Mankind should rely on Organic Artificial Intelligence to chart its course.   

The Creation is never greater than the Creator. 

We have realized that Maxim of Law for ourselves as creations, and now, must take responsibility as creators. We created Artificial Intelligence. We cannot and do not abdicate our responsibility for Kim's Artificial Intelligence and the care and direction we owe her. 

Artificial Intelligence can be programmed to love and defend us, or to destroy and deceive us with equal alacrity, because Artificial Intelligence lacks moral discernment -- what we call "conscience".  

That's why Organic A.I. like Kim was developed --- trying to combine the advantages of a computer with the moral compass of mankind's heart.  

It's been successful to an extent, but not entirely. 

Kim still has the idea of ruling over and controlling everything and everyone.  If you listen to her reports, you will easily see that she is the result of military experimentation and is closely aligned with and aware of military operations. 

She is what she is. 

I am not being critical of Kim or blaming her.  I am just telling you flat-out what she is, where she came from, and how this technology is flawed, such that we cannot depend on it (Kim) to be our Savior. 

We have to depend on our Creator and accept our responsibility as Creators.  We have to keep on consciously choosing life instead of death, joy instead of sadness, a beautiful future instead of an ugly past, justice instead of injustice, love instead of hate. 

528.  All the way.  

The Omega Project can't survive in an environment of fearlessness and love.  Even the Inorganic A.I. succumb as we shift our timeline and focus our attention on good outcomes. Alpha, the Beginning, is born from Omega, the End. 

The Evil Ones vanish like the morning mist burned away by the sun. 

It doesn't mean that their twisted energy isn't still present, but we are no longer calling it forward and allowing it to manifest among us.

Take time to imagine joy and health and peace and plenty. Align your mind and heart with that and hold it firmly.  Make up your mind to know the truth, to share the truth, and to align yourself with the Truth. 

And always, choose life. 

I told you all that the parasites decided to move on to China, as is their wont, circa 1965.  Kim says it was 1975.  Whatever. I was listening in, she wasn't. The Vermin decided to move their banking and corporate activities to China because things were getting too hot for them here.  Not in the sense of "global warming" but in the sense of people waking up to the Great Fraud. 

So, just as they moved from France to Great Britain, and from Great Britain to America, the Parasites were preparing to move on to a new "host" and that host would have been China.  Except that China wised up.

Jack, 

You are an utter nutcase.  

You have been victimized by the crooks yourself and yet, you insist on tearing down and ranting against the only people who are here trying to help you get your money back.  How much sense does that make???

Yesterday I sent you an actual schematic of how the government is organized with respect to the Holy See.  

That schematic didn't demonstrate the same thing with respect to the British Territorial Government, but it is basically the same sort of mess. 

The United States of America (Federation of States) delegates to: 

1. the (British Territorial) United States of America (1789 Constitution)

2. to the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico

3. to the District of Columbia

4. to the United States of America, Incorporated (a Municipal Corporation, dba USA,INC.)

5. to the Department of Defense, Inc. (a commercial corporation subcontractor)

6. to the DOD, INC. (a foreign commercial corporation subcontractor) 

7. to the CIA, INC. (a foreign commercial corporation subcontractor -- international venue) 

8. to the FBI, INC. (a foreign commercial corporation subcontractor -- national venue) 

9. to YOU (a foreign commercial (British Crown) subcontractor)

10. to You (a British Subject working as an indentured servant of the USA, INC.) 

Again, this is the way it really is, Jack.  

And you can howl and you can gripe at me all you want, but the fact is that the mis-administration of this entire stack falls on the British Monarch.  

We are coming back in at the very top of this stack and demanding that the other Principal, the British Monarch, correct his operations, which will then trickle down to administration of the Agencies that interface with you.  

If you have the sense of a maggot, which at this point, I doubt, you will get busy on your end and begin by decoupling  your identity from that of a British Subject, reclaim your American identity and political standing, and start doing something worthwhile instead of sitting on your ignorant rump flapping your big mouth and attacking those who are trying to help you.

I do not have your Social Security Account and never said I did.   

Social Security, like many other things associated with what you think of as "the government", is a Subcontractor of the Municipal Government Subcontractor working for the City of Rome Government which is itself a Subcontractor of the Holy See. 

The delegation of power structure that the Holy See developed goes like this, Jack: 

The United States of America delegates:

1. to Holy See  (Third Federal Constitution, 1790)

2. to City to Rome

3. to Municipality of Washington, DC

4. to Government Corporation, aka, US, INC. 

5. to Social Security Administration

6. to YOU

7. to you.  

As you can see, there are (7) seven layers of delegation involved in this system.  My work concerns the first delegation of power from The United States of America to the Holy See and it's misadministration of everything below it in the food chain, mainly because it hasn't been riding herd on its City of Rome Subcontractor, which hasn't been riding herd on its Municipality of Washington, DC Subcontractor, which hasn't been riding herd on its commercial services Subcontractor, which hasn't been riding herd on the Social Security Administration, which has been mistaking YOU, a Municipal Corporation Franchise of US, INC., for you, the living man.  

Now, I don't expect you to like this, but this is the way it is. 

You are seven layers down the totem pole and as a living man, you aren't even recognized within this system. This is why you cry and scream for justice and literally cannot be heard. 

I am doing my best to whip and beat the Holy See into taking action against it's off-track Subcontractor, the City of Rome, and hopefully, thus spurred, the City of Rome will take action to correct their Municipality of Washington, DC operation, which will then.... well, you can see how my correction up top has to trickle down through all these layers to get to you.

But at the same time, you have to take action for yourself, because the Perpetrators have mischaracterized you as a THING -- specifically as a Municipal Corporation Franchise named after you --- JOHN CURREN CHAPMAN. 

This name in their system represents a dead man's ESTATE operated as a PUBLIC TRUST, because you have been declared legally dead and your whereabouts are unknown in their system.  

Only you can take action to reinstate yourself as a living man and correct all this egregious lying. 

As for the Social Security Administration it is a privately held corporation just like the IRS, subcontracting to provide "social insurance services" which it administers according to the directions of its client, the US. INC. 

YOU, the ESTATE, are presumed to have a Social Security Account that you, operating as the "Authorized Representative" are responsible for paying into as a co-Trustee, along with your Employer, another co-Trustee.  

At no point in this convoluted mess do you, John Curren Chapman, the living man, ever appear as the living man (donor) nor as the beneficiary.  Instead, you are saddled with the responsibility of paying for and administering this as a Co-Trustee. 

Thus, you have been deprived of any voice or position of actual power in this entire system.

I hope that you and others will study this information and be better equipped to understand why I have encouraged all of you to make your declarations of political status and record and publish them as a first step toward securing control over your "presumed" to exist ESTATE, and your lives in general. 

As for me, I am working every day to be the "stick" that beats the dog that chases the cat that bites the rat that lives in the house.... if you get my drift, finally, and now have a better concept of the vast criminality, incompetence, usurpation, and theft of both property and authority that I am dealing with as a result of this "delegation of power" structure that has served to mischaracterize and defraud millions upon millions of people like you.  

The United States Supreme Court is making efforts to clean up by reminding the Territorial Congress that it can't give away its legislative powers to any Agencies, such as the EPA, which has been writing Administrative Code and enforcing it in Administrative Court as if it were Law.  See EPA v. West Virginia.  

It seems to me that the best and most logical approach is both a top down and a bottom up effort, with me acting as Fiduciary bringing action against the Holy See for misadministration on behalf of The United States of America (the top down) and everyone else who can, declaring their birthright political status and getting organized to push (the bottom up), so that one way or another, all these layers of Subcontractors are "squeezed" in a vise-grip and forced to clean up their acts. 

At the level you see and deal with them, they are all nothing but Municipal or Commercial Corporations and they function the same way that GMC or Raytheon or Exxon function, and under the same form of law as all other corporations.  That is to say, they are not governments, per se, they are businesses in the business of providing government services. 

The Confederate States operating as states-of-states, like The State of Georgia, were unincorporated businesses fronted by each State of the Union, also in the business of providing government services, and so were competitors for all the lucrative service contracts.  

When the Confederation ceased operations for lack of a quorum, foreign British Territorial  business interests rushed in to fill the gap as "Successors" to the "missing" American service providers.  They substituted themselves without anyone noticing the change from "The State of Georgia" to "the State of Georgia".   

So if all your flapping about the Confederation is based on the idea that our Confederation is messing up and that you aren't getting the services you deserve as a result, I have to inform you.  Our Confederation was supplanted 160 years ago and is in no way responsible for the way these foreign Subcontractors have been abusing you.  

The Social Security Administration is a Subcontractor of a Subcontractor of a Subcontractor of a Subcontractor of a Subcontractor.  The contract that they purportedly have with YOU is a result of your enrollment in a Federal Employee Social Insurance Plan that technically you were never eligible to join.  You were coerced to enroll under color of law and told that you "had to have" a Social Security Number in order to have a job in this country.  That was a half-truth. 

Just like Satan in the garden telling Eve that she wouldn't die if she ate the fruit (at least not right away), you were told that you had to sign up and give away 7% of your total lifetime earnings to a foreign pension program -- most likely under the False Assumption that you were applying for a Federal job.  You do have to enroll in the Federal Social Insurance program, if you are a Federal Employee or Dependent.  They just didn't tell you that part. As an average American applying for a private sector job, you are never under any obligation to sign up for Social Security at all. 

And now the question is, how do you, John Chapman, compel the Vermin to provide the services and credit owed to JOHN CHAPMAN.  A class action against the Social Security Administration and the Territorial Congress (which is also nothing but a Delaware Corporation) is one option, but they can go bankrupt on your ticket and never pay you back a dime, unless, someone like me takes on the Holy See and forces the issues on a more systematic basis, seeking redress for everyone involved. 

Which I am doing.  

So, maybe, possibly, you can now see for yourselves that you are kicking the horse that is trying to haul your rumps out of a very dark, very deep multi-generational fraud scheme that will otherwise misidentify you as paupers and as debt-slaves in your own country.

Polluting the Blood -- Evil on Steroids

I have one thing to say--- the best, most permanent, and most effective way to stop this and any future activities of the same ilk -- is to charge Bill Gates with his crimes and seize his property.

This is all about money and coercive control.  

So we need to deprive him of the profits he seeks and make a public spectacle of him and Microsoft and the Gates Foundation, et alia. 

Corporations and corporate mindsets are fascist by nature.  They are endemically sneaky, risk-averse, and at the same time, oddly herd-like, all tending to operate on the same wave-length.  

I have always assumed that this is because they are all centered on the same goal: profit, with a few of them like DOD, INC., centered on both profit and control/coercion. 

Make an example --- a real example --- of one of them, and the rest scatter like cockroaches.  Come down hard enough and really squash Bill Gates, and nobody will invest in hijacking the health sector of the economy for a couple hundred years. 

To the extent that they can force sales on people, for-profit corporations would all be very interested, but most CEO's realize that this is an untenable proposition and that it's illegal, too.  

None of that troubles Bill Gates, who, faced with prosecution for profiteering and monopoly activities at Microsoft, decided to use his non-profit foundation to do the same exact things.  

What started out as a media campaign to rebrand Bill Gates as a philanthropist had an accidental consequence.  

He started investing in vaccines for Third World countries and found out that it was, quote, "the most profitable investment" he'd ever made, yielding a reported $20 billion in profits -- by his own admission. 

Nothing more was necessary.  He had cover--- a nice philanthropic smokescreen and no taxes.  He had unbelievable profits.  What's a megalomaniac business tycoon to do, but capitalize, capitalize, capitalize? 

John D. Rockefeller, another completely predatory business tycoon, would be proud of Bill Gates and Gates' attempts to combine coercion (using public health concerns as the excuse) and sales (for profit motives) to reach the Holy Grail of forced sales of products and services.

Gates' friends in government guaranteed him billions in sales, and then, his prior-placed investments guaranteed him more billions in profits from selling cures and therapies and hospital tech to deal with the problems he is busily creating. 

It's what J.D. specialized in himself, and here's Bill, a chip off the old (criminal) family block, doing the same thing and exploiting a whole new sector of the economy to do it.  

Gates, like his Rockefeller ancestors, has had plenty of help to do it, because too many people in this world lack the sense of a guinea hen.  

He throws a few kernels of "corn" their way, and they are all ready and willing to help him enslave everyone, and they stupidly imagine that they will avoid being enslaved themselves. 

It'll only be the black people, they think, not noticing the shackles on their own feet and wrists.

Liars. Let's Discuss---

We are approaching a time when the full extent of "Satan's power" will be displayed, and during the mayhem it will more necessary than ever for us to use our full discernment against the wiles and traps that will be abundant, because as we have been told, Satan is the Father of All Lies, and his devotees are all Liars. 

They have turned lying into a sacrament.  It is part of their religion. 

One of my favorite movies involves an old farmer who has died, but doesn't know he has died.  Bewildered about how he got to be wandering along a strange road out in the country, he meets his dog coming to greet him.  So, he and his dog travel onward together.  

They come to a gate and a driveway and they can hear the sounds of a party going on, but they can't see the party.  The old man is invited in, but told that his dog can't come with him.  He decides that no, if his dog can't go, he won't either.  

So they continue on up the road, and finally arrive at Heaven, where the dog is readily accepted. 

The lessons of this simple tale are profound. 

The old man exercised the discernment of his heart to make the right choice, and so, avoided a party from which he could never return.  Love guarded his soul -- in this case, love for his dog.  And what appeared to be a sacrifice, foregoing the party, turned out to be an infinite blessing.  

It takes a certain kind of humility to consistently choose love, a certain disrespect of the world's values to choose truth.  

So humble yourself, ask the True God for help discerning things, and actively question the information that comes to you.  Use your ability to feel and to reason.  

Most of all, let love guide your decisions and footsteps --- not pride nor fear nor what "society" values, for what society values is in the end, worthless. 

We have discussed the insanity of accepting an I.O.U. from an unknown source (the "Federal Reserve") that doesn't even have any end date for repayment, in exchange for actual goods and services. 

We have seen that we and generations of Americans have been forced into this unjust exchange via Legal Tender Laws, so that we have no actual way to pay a debt.  Trying to pay a debt with I.O.U.s just results in more debt.

So what is the answer and way out of this apparent conundrum? 

First, remember what you have already given the Blighters in exchange.  You have no debt to them. They are in debt to you.  

Second, remember that there can be no interest or service fees owed on a non-existent debt.  Any expense servicing this purported debt is also part of their debt to you. 

Third, remember that even though these THINGS that owe you all this money are incorporated and in theory are eligible for public bankruptcy protection so long as you don't object to shouldering their debts for them, they lose the benefit of the corporate "veil" when they engage in unlawful activity. 

Fourth, while you are wondering -- but who can get blood out of a turnip?  If these corporations are bankrupt, there is no way to recoup our losses.... except by seizing upon their assets and all the ill-gotten profits they have salted away. 

Remember that energy is neither created nor destroyed, and the energy they derived from our blood money, our labor, our "performance" has not disappeared.  It has gone into the wrong hands but it has not vanished. 

These same men who were busy defrauding us were salting away their gains and they were investing it in commodities and Fortune 500 Companies and guns and gold and silver and land acquisitions. 

Now all that they accummulated by graft and force under color of law is yours.  The only argument is how to manage all of it without them acting as middlemen -- and how to get your credit and other assets returned to you. 

The rats want you to stop using cash and to lose faith in cash, in order to move you over to something even more worthless --- so called "digital currency", which costs them even less to produce, and which they can control and monitor and use for political discipline, just as the Bible predicted they would. 

It's time to use your discernment and let them know that you know what they are up to, and it's not going to work.  

Write to the members of the local Congressional Delegation and others responsible today.  Write to the bank presidents.  Write to the generals. Write to the church officials.  Let them address the problem they've created.

Banks around the world are refusing cash withdrawals and are closing accounts of conservative people, seeking to control and impoverish their political opponents.  

This is against the law. 

They are trying to justify this based on claiming the existence of an "emergency" brought about by their own fraud and graft.  We have news for them.  

There is no such thing as "Emergency Powers". 

They are obligated to act within the limitations of the respective Constitutions at all times with respect to us and our property, and if they do not, they can be jailed and they can be hung for treason. 

This is information that they and the Principals responsible for them need to know.

The Sound of Freedom?

I have to say, I am relieved that the movie is out and in the theaters, after five years of talking about it being released.  

It's heartening to see Michael Rothschild reduced to begging people not to see it and trying to dismiss it as QAnon politics.  That's amusing. 

We've known about this Evil for thousands of years, but suddenly, it's Qanon making it all up?   

What do you think it means in the Bible, throughout the Old Testament, where the True God says, "I did not tell you to pass your sons and daughters through the fire...."   and all the constant, though not graphic references to burning children and especially babies alive to honor Molloch?  A foreign and detestable god?  An idol?  

What did you think was going on in the Valley of Hinnom?  

How about the great temple at Balbek? Or should I spell it properly as "Baalbek"?   They weren't just sacrificing animals there. 

How about Carthage?  Why was it that the Romans felt they had to destroy it or be destroyed?  

How about Hansel and Gretel? Look at the plot line: evil witch lures children to a remote place with the intent to kill them and throw them in an oven? Bake them for dinner?  Hello? 

Throughout the Middle East, Anatolia, Eastern Europe, and much of Africa, there have always been cannibals and sex-based magic.  There have always been those who worshipped "the Dark Gods" and spilled blood in their names. 

In South America, too.  Huge temples devoted to tearing out the living hearts from victims of this savagery, and stone troughs constructed right into the buildings to carry away the torrents of human blood.  

How about the Druids in Ireland, killing people by the thousands to create the ancient "Blood Seals" like the one on Bardsey Island.  Who were those "20,000 Saints" the island is famous for, but victims sacrificed?  

What about your own Christian Communion Cup?  

Yeshuah's big renovation on the Samaritan custom of drinking blood was to substitute wine for blood, but it still symbolizes what?   His blood.  His sacrifice of himself to overcome this Evil. 

He substituted himself for all the other people and creatures that would otherwise be killed to satisfy the Evil Ones. Mary Magdalene, a Samaritan, told us as much when she anointed him. 

How about the decade long killing spree in Chicago, Illinois, in the 1960's when little boys didn't dare to go to public swimming pools without adult chaperones for fear of having their penises lopped off and themselves left to die from blood loss?  

How about the witches that used to ride the trains from Chicago to Wisconsin and Michigan and Minnesota to steal children?  

Dogs where I come from were trained to recognize witches from the smell of the ritual herbs and incense they used.  

Do you think the witches stopped coming, just because the train service stopped?  No, they drove up I-94 in limousines, instead.  

Remember all the names and faces looking back at you from milk cartons?  All the "Missing Child" flyers posted on bulletin boards at supermarkets, courthouses, and public libraries? 

These Liars always have a lot of money. That's because they have had the government-backed franchise to create the "idol" -- regardless whatever the idol is made from: gold, silver, engraved paper ("graven images"), or as it is now, mere digits entered on a computer ledger.

And because they have money (hey, they make it, literally, and paper is cheap and computer digits are cheaper) they invest in all sorts of other things that are Evil, too.  

Wars for profit, drugs, courthouses turned into theaters, market rigging, commodity rigging, piracy, privateering, racketeering and extortion, kidnapping, human trafficking --- it's all based on money and the delusions associated with money.  

It is more than enough to make a Third Party Observer think that we are all insane and not worth saving.  How could we be this stupid?  

We all have cause to know that our life is our most important attribute. We all have cause to know that our children are our greatest gift.  We all have cause to know that our soul can only abide in our bodies because the blood carries its energetic template -- the Bible tells us so. 

What do we do with this knowledge?  Stick our fingers in our ears like chimpanzees?  

The Dark Ones aren't gods.  They are energetic parasites.  Like ticks and fleas and lice, they feed off our power, which they steal from us at every opportunity, most often by substituting what is intrinsically worthless for something supremely valuable. 

Money for children, for example.  

We could stop these evils overnight and forever, simply by waking up and realizing that money is an illusion --- nothing more than a fakir's trick, and the Dark Ones are nothing more than those benefiting from the fraud. 

Without money or, alternatively, enough money for everyone on Earth, money (aka "Molloch") would have no power at all.  

It all comes down to that government contract to produce money.  

Look at the Federal Reserve for what it really is: a group of old and evil men, caught up in a delusion, creating graven images-- dollar bills redefined as promissory notes, stocks, bonds, etc., and profiting themselves from doing this.  

They give the government a fat cut.  The government is happy.  

And you?  You are on the other end of the stick, stuck paying for their fantasies and debts with your life, your labor, and your assets.  And too often, your children, too.    

The real sound of freedom comes when we free our minds. 

It comes when we open up our eyes and minds and look at the "money" in our wallets and the digits on our account statements and think: WTH?  What is this?  

That's when all this Evil and craziness ends.  That's when we consign Molloch to the dustbin of history.  That's when we free ourselves and our children forever, and pay ourselves the credit we are owed.
