The Role of Coordinators

When the Summoning Authority calls the States into Session, the States must answer back.  They do so in the form of individual people who act as Go-Betweens --- liaisons --- between their State Assembly and the Federation of States.  

In the old days these people acted as Circuit Riders who went door to door appointing a place and time for The State Assembly to meet.  Today, we call these people "Coordinators" and they are more likely to pick up a telephone or send an email.  

They are in the same position, doing the same things, only a bit updated. 

The Coordinators are trained by the Federation, vetted by the Federation, and are "hired and fired" by the Federation, not the individual State Assemblies.  They are all volunteers and they got their positions by being trained and vetted.  Anyone can be a Coordinator and each State can have more than one Coordinator; in fact, most States have Sign In America Coordinators and County Coordinators in addition to State Coordinators.  All Coordinators are Federation liaisons. 

State Assemblies can suggest those that they would like to be Coordinators, but have no direct power over Coordinators. 

The Coordinators facilitate meetings of the State Assemblies and may do this by setting up teleconferences or renting meeting halls or arranging a  picnic.  The Coordinator is there to bring people together in safe and equitable surroundings to conduct business for the State and in this case, to set up the "Four Pillars" of the Assembly itself.  

The Four Pillars are: (1) the General Assembly; (2) the International Business Assembly; (3) the State Courts; (4) the State Assembly Militia. 

The Pillars are four different functions that each State Assembly has to eventually provide for the people of their State. 

The Coordinator's role in this process is to make sure that the people understand what the Four Pillars are and get organized to provide these services for the people who live in their State of the Union. When questions arise as they often do, it is the Coordinator's role to seek answers to these questions from the Federation and then go back to The State Assembly with answers. 

This is what we mean about being "liaisons" or "go-betweens".  The Coordinators are State Nationals who live in their State like everyone else, but they have access to a network of other knowledgeable Coordinators and Federation professionals who are competent to answer questions about Law, offices, jurisdictions, processes, procedures, etc., and to provide assistance of various kinds to State Assemblies. 

Coordinators should be friendly, kind, and hopefully wise.  They should be loyal to their State of the Union and our country as a whole, devoted to the purpose of restoring our lawful Government at all levels, and acting as faithful guides overseeing the progress of the Assemblies as they "stand up" the Four Pillars and undertake their functions, one after another. 

All the State Assemblies are presently operating as General Assemblies, and can operate their International Business Assemblies; some are well-advanced toward organizing their State Assembly Militia, and others have their Courts stood up.  State by State, we are continuing to move forward to the day when all the State Assemblies are fully seated. 

One of the predictable growing pains that both Assemblies and Coordinators must face is the influx of people who are born in America and who think of themselves as Americans, but who have lived most of their lives as some form of Federal citizen, either by working for the Federal Government or by being voluntary dependents of the Federal Government. 

We have people who are British Territorial U.S. Citizens or who work for the U.S. military forces trying to join our State Assemblies, but depending on their own circumstance, they may belong in District Assemblies instead. 

Likewise, we have people who are naturally "citizens of the United States" --- meaning Municipal/Federal Civil Service personnel trying to join our State Assemblies, when they belong in their own Municipal District Assemblies instead. 

Everyone needs to be helping sort through who is acting in what capacity and therefore, which assembly do people belong to?  

Americans who were born in or naturalized in this country, and who owe no foreign allegiances to their employer, belong in State Assemblies. 

Americans who work for any branch of the U.S. Military or any Government Agency requiring them to be U.S. Citizens, and their dependents, belong in District Assemblies. 

Americans who work for any branch of the Federal Civil Service or any Agency that requires them to be "citizens of the United States" and their dependents, belong in Municipal District Assemblies. 

If your Coordinator is doing things that appear to be arbitrary, arguing with members of the Assembly, refusing to let some people speak, setting aside agendas, obstructing anyone's paperwork or otherwise appearing to be heavy-handed, take the time and make the effort to hear their side of the story before jumping to any conclusions. 

Coordinators need to also take the time and make the effort to explain their actions and concerns.  

95 times out of a 100, your Coordinator is acting to protect your Assembly from disruptions and distractions and is trying to keep things moving forward on the right track. 

Make space in your mind and heart for the true mission of your Assembly to sink in.  It's about getting your State Government running and restored.  It's about enforcing the Law of the Land and upholding your unalienable rights and interests. That mission is of far greater value and importance than any squabbles you may have.

"Military Intelligence" --- Another Oxymoron?

Facebook is a military intelligence operation, developed as a surveillance and control program, by which people "voluntarily" disclose who they are, their political views, the locations of their homes and vacation spots, their friends and family members, personal interests, even pets are all on public view and published, therefore, no longer private. 

If you give away your privacy, it's your decision to do so--- and if you read the information provided by Facebook's User Agreement, you will note that it's a private contract by which you surrender all ownership of the information you post. So, anything you post on Facebook, is no longer yours.  It is Facebooks' property to use or destroy or suppress or do whatever else they like with it. 

They can freely sell your information, photos, and other postings to the U.S. Military or to a commercial corporation like Amazon, or, well, whoever else. 

And it's your fault. You can't complain. You entered into their User Agreement in order to use their services.  

Now nothing that you've ever posted on Facebook can be considered private or privileged information--- which is fine, if you knew that and acted accordingly, but not so cool if you didn't know and posted things on Facebook indiscriminately --- as many people do.  

Most of what passes for military intelligence amounts to the same kind of sneaky business--- getting you to disclose things about yourself that are helpful to them in their ever-expanding quest to know, command, and control you and your friends and your family and your environment, too.  

They will tell you that this is for your protection, just like they will tell you that the BBC is for your entertainment.  

But not really.  Always remember that the BBC's motto is: "Listen and obey."  

The BBC and Disney and so many other "programming channels" --- as in computer programming, entertain you but also contain vast amounts of subliminal messaging that enters your mind at a subconscious level, and which prompts you to believe certain things and not believe others, to do certain things and not do others, and so on.  

Whose interest do you think they are serving?  Yours or their advertisers? Yours or their own?  It really is a no-brainer once you sit down and think about it and observe these media organizations in action. 

As for the military, they wish to surveillance and control you to make their job easier, and their job isn't really to protect you; their job as they have defined it, is to control you and farm you like an animal --- a cow, or sheep, for example. 

That isn't to say that they wouldn't protect their "interest" in you from some other cattle rustler or renegade sheep herder, like Vladimir Putin, but their motivation for doing so is not what you think and have been led to believe. 

You are a valuable commodity, so long as you are a nice, compliant human drone who surrenders all to them and asks nothing in return. This form of surreptitious enslavement has been studied and refined, and now, Bill Gates proposes to use your own brain as a direct transponder for their messaging. 

In theory, you will do whatever they tell you to do,  because you will think that the voice in your head is coming from you, instead of coming from outside yourself.  

That's the theory, and sadly, it might work on a substantial percentage of our population, among people who never learned to separate their experience of "self" from the thoughts raging through their heads.

Still, this sneaky, subliminal, undisclosed, "voluntary", private contracting activity isn't all that intelligent.  

It's more like coercive racketeering carried out under color of law, by men and women who don't even know that they've been tricked into promoting crime and are acting as cheap commercial mercenaries for foreign powers.  

At the end of the day, it's not intelligent to undermine and steal from your employers.  What goes around, comes around. 

It's not intelligent to betray your own people.  Just sayin' 

Over 300 members of the Canadian military who were "compelled" to get the jab are now suing the Canadian military for $500 million in damages. 

We certainly don't blame them.  We'd sue for $500 million more. 

Just one more word about privacy and about public records, though we have bent over backward and sideways to make this clear ----when you declare, record, and publish your political status, it becomes a public record and enters into public knowledge, as it has to be to have any effect.  

Yes, even publishing the fact that you are part of the General Public, and not attached to the Territorial or Municipal Government, is a public act. 

This particular public act is intended to protect you and protect your right to privacy and Constitutional Guarantees overall, but it is still important for everyone to realize that when you create a public record, it's public, and the only one who can change a public record that you have created, is you.  

Please think about the importance of private information and about maintaining your privacy, about those things that must be public knowledge, and about those things that are your business alone.

Beware "Nationals" --- Are Not State Nationals

There is a reason that we call our people "State Nationals" and don't just call them "Nationals".  

It's because Americans are Nationals of their nation-states, therefore, State Nationals ---- while the Federales, both Territorial (military) and Municipal (civil service) personnel are not acting in the capacity of State Nationals and so, call themselves "Federal Citizens" or "United States Nationals" or just "Nationals".  

They, the military and civil service, are all acting as "Federal citizenry" of one type or another, so when push comes to shove, they call themselves "United States Nationals" or simply "Nationals" when they are off-duty, in the reserves, retired in a Federal State of State, or otherwise inactive. 

This has been a cause of confusion in several States and has resulted in attempted takeover of our Assemblies by people just calling themselves "Nationals" but actually belonging in District or Municipal Assemblies and having no business attending ours. 

The Coordinators need to be aware of this ruse and semantic deceit and our Assemblies need to recognize these people and redirect them to join their own District (for military personnel and dependents) or Municipal (for federal civil service and dependents) Assemblies. 

We don't need or want these people causing trouble and clogging up our State Assembly operations.  Remember that they may have been born in our States, but they are not operating as Americans while adopting U.S. Citizen (Territorial) or "citizen of the United States" (Municipal) political status. 

They are working for foreign Municipal Corporations which require them to adopt foreign political statuses.  This results in them having their own separate foreign "District Assembly" organizations.  

This is another semantic deceit and source of confusion -- so make the distinction clear in your minds.  State Nationals are part of the nation-state Government and belong in State Assemblies.  People calling themselves "Nationals" are Federal citizenry -- either military or Federal Civil Service, and belong in their separate District or Municipal Assemblies.  

State Assembly Coordinators, Chairmen, and other Assembly Officers are hereby alerted to the problem and called upon to examine the words and actions of the people attending our Assemblies.  A clear distinction and line must be drawn and the integrity of the various "Assemblies" --- State, District, and Municipal District Assemblies must be maintained. 

Remember--- State Assemblies are for State Nationals and State Citizens.  District Assemblies are for the military and their dependents. 

Municipal Assemblies are for civil service members and their dependents. 

If anyone is confused as to which political status they belong in, simply ask them questions and help them determine where they are and where they want to be.  

Some people, especially active-duty military and federal civil service (like Postal Clerks) have no choice.  Their jobs require them to be in and stay in foreign political status and act as members of the District or Municipal Assemblies while they are federally employed. 

Many of these people have the choice of returning to State National or State Citizen status after they retire or move on to private sector jobs, and are therefore eligible to join State Assemblies, but don't realize the difference.  

Once they realize the difference, many of these "returning" Americans will want to join their State Assembly, but they may have a hard time rearranging their habits of thinking and doing things ---  and we all have to be aware of this as we go forward. 

We have all been deeply indoctrinated by the Public School system and the Tele-i-vision to function in a Corporatist Government environment.  This takes time to overcome and diligence on our parts to recognize the signs of this behavior in ourselves and in others. 

It's also our responsibility to sort out who belongs where in the various assembly options.

The Fraud Regarding "His Majesty" Paramonov, Hospitaliers, and Etc.

Information provided to H.E. Cardinal Mamberti and the Vatican Chancery Court regarding our Claim March 6 2005, January 19 2023 in seq:

This member of the Order of the Hospitaliers, one Alexander Nikoleavich Paramonov, is claiming many grand titles and offices for himself and issuing all sorts of proclamations and orders and making statements to the effect that he has the "only" way out of the financial dilemmas of the world, but his answer is in fact what got this whole mess started in the first place ---- more theft of assets. 

Apparently, those responsible think that new thieves will fix everything. 

The so-called "cancellation" of "historical assets" translates as more theft from private individuals and living people for the promotion of more clandestined crimes against humanity by a select group of self-proclaimed and unelected "gods".  No, thank you. 

In his many statements and declarations while posing as "International Treasury Monetary One", Mr. Paramonov uses fear of Nazism as his primary tool to frighten and motivate his audience, however, he neglects to say that Communism was responsible for at least twice as many deaths in the Second World War and perhaps as many as four times as many deaths worldwide from 1913 to 1950. 

He also doesn't note that from the perspective of normal people, Communism and Nazism are virtually the same.  The Communists steal everything, control everything, pay for everything using other people's assets, and make everyone miserable while doing so.  The only difference between the Communists and the Nazis is that the Nazi's force everyone to pay for everything outright in addition to all the other misery and claptrap.  

The Hospitaliers replaced the Templars as the International  Bankers of the Holy See and if anything, have been uniquely responsible for the fraud, graft, constant meddling in politics, the  institutionalized crimes and other sins that have brought the world to this crisis in the first place. 

Do we imagine that more of the same poison will be the cure?  Do we fight thieves by becoming thieves ourselves?  

The actual owners of all these purloined assets are known, sane, respectable living people. 

They are not voluntarily vesting their assets and authority over their assets with the Hospitaliers and have stepped forward and presented themselves on a continuing basis that cannot be denied. 

Nobody in control of the actual land and soil jurisdiction governments on Earth granted the British Crown or the Hospitaliers any position of authority over them, nor did we create any body calling itself or himself Global Treasury Monetary One.  As we all know, and have cause to observe, all physical assets belong to the land and all intellectual assets belong to the air.  

And all of this, the Earth in its entirety, belongs to its Creator. 

This means that whoever these people are and whatever they are presently advocating, apart from self-governance, freewill, and responsible caretaking, the presumed Donors of all these assets don't agree with their presumptions and dispositions of our assets and call for the liquidation of all trusts and encumbrances that have been created in our names and merely thought to exist, together with an end to any presumption of control or authority being vested in 

any "M1" offices at all. 

Ferdinand Marcos was our Attorney-for-Hire, and was never granted any valid position as our Trustee.  The "Congresses" thought to represent us from 1856 onward were all tainted by fraud and impersonation, and all their actions including the creation of a Trusteeship for the Government of the Philippines and the existence of an MI Trustee, etc., is all just more fraud on the face of it. 

There are only three simple and sane actions necessary to save the world and all the High Courts are responsible for expediting our claims.  Liquidate or forefeit the offending corporations. Return the purloined assets that were "deemed" to be abandoned to the people and trustees that they actually belong to.  And then, stand aside --- let the living people of this planet enjoy the freedom and prosperity they have earned. 

Likewise there are only three simple and sane actions needed to preserve the Earth and everyone reading this is part of that solution --- expand the world economy, find ways, such as reforestation, to increase the amount of atmospheric oxygen, and discover better means of waste management. 

We have established beyond any possible doubt that the British Crown and similar organizations, together with their franchises and subsidiaries on a worldwide basis, including the UN CORP and numerous Municipal Corporations functioning as governments, and most members of the World Economic Forum, have engaged in unlawful activities ranging from simple fraud and impersonation to capital crimes of unlawful conversion, inland piracy, genocide, and more. 

It's time we all faced up to the world that we have created, and as the creators, take action to clean up this mess beginning with: (1) getting rid of the offending municipal and commercial corporations; (2) returning the stolen and leveraged and purloined "historical" and "legacy" assets to the actual owners and inheritors; and (3) setting the living people free from all and any conditions of enslavement, poverty, and ignorance.

Answers for All Those Who Aren't Thinking

There are a lot of Good Ole' Boys out there thinking that this "Quantum Financial System" sounds pretty good and they are going along to get along, thinking that our military is good and honorable and that the CIA can be trusted.  These same people have been chewing their cuds for a long time and unfortunately, when you think like cows you get treated like cows.  

Here's an example set of Questions and Answers I get every day.  I figured I'll just post this so you all get it at once. 

Hi Anna, it seems to me that you are heading down a banking road that cannot and will not work, the white Hats have a new Quantum financial system that will do away with banks and their corruption once and for all.   

The QFS is not the work of "White Hats".  The QFS is a reworking of an updated MS-DOS network coming out of a CIA Project called "Crimson Gate".  It is a surveillance and control program designed to mesh our economy with China's and to impose their "Social Credit System" on our people.  Got that?  Anything else you've heard is wrong. 

Banks need profits to keep the doors open and that means usury or interest charges and high fees.  

Not true.  The banks are so rich now that the services can be provided for thousands of years and never require a penny of service fees.  Like all the services and infrastructure of the government, all costs have been provided since 1941.  The greedy rats simply kept their mouths shut and kept charging us because they could. 

The quantum financial system has zero of that and is a digital certificate system backed by large amounts of Gold now secured away from the cabal. 

That's our gold that these "White Hats" commandeered under False Pretenses. Any digital system will be used to enslave you.  You will be dependent on their system to buy and sell and they will use that power over you to control everything you do.  If that isn't apparent to you, it should be.  

Why do you think you need to start state banks of any kind?  

Every country on Earth needs its own bank and technically, our nation-states are separate countries.  That's a fact you'd already know if your public school education was worth anything. 

Unless you know more than I am being told I would like an answer for your doubt the Quantum system exists.  

The Perps responsible for Crimson Gate tried to get me on board early on, but once they laid it all out, I wasn't having anything to do with a "cashless" society.  A cashless society is a doomed society.  Cash is your freedom to buy and sell and without that, you have no choices left to make.  

Big Brother will control everything and everyone.  Once that happens, you will be herded up and treated like cattle --- and used like cattle, too.  It's already bad enough, but these idiots want to take it to a whole new level of enslavement and profiteering. 

Don't believe in "White Hats" within the government departments or agencies.  The Politicos discover and root any of those out with alacrity.  There may be a few who pass on information and a few military officers embedded in the power structure who try their best to deal with an impossible situation, but that's it.  

These people have nowhere to get help or report the crimes, and when they try to do so --- when they testify before Congress or bring legal complaints as Whistleblowers, what happens?  Most of the time they are murdered. Or they lose their jobs and get black-balled and can't find work. They get harassed and counter-sued like Michael Flynn. They aren't protected. 

Why?  Because the Congress is dirtier than a pig in slop.  Because the President is the Chief Pig in Residence, as shown by the millions of dollars in extortion money flowing into the Biden and Clinton Family Coffers, unfettered by any oversight or prosecution. 

All those men in suits, like Bill Barr? Well-educated but crooked?  Hands in their pockets, lips pursed?  Mike Pompeo, James Comey, Lloyd Austin --- how many of these guys do you have to see before you can recognize them as a whole  "class" of white collar criminals, infesting what is left of our government like so many rats in a grain storehouse?    

Hannah Arendt observed that evil is banal.  Well, take a good look. 

It is.  

 

There are approximately 15 million old-style militia men in this country and another 15 million American Indians who have their own axe to grind with the British Territorial Government.   To the extent that "White Hats" exist, they exist in these two groups, and believe me, they are not in control of "projects" like the QFS.  

Just say No ---- and mean it.

Gender Issues

I must have been about three.  I was still adorable (at least according to elderly relatives) with Shirley Temple curls and fluffy crinolines and ribbons everywhere.  And I do mean EVERYWHERE.  

My Cousin Douglas had just informed me that I was a girl!  

“A girl?” I wailed disbelieving my bad fortune. 

“But I don’t want to be a girl!!!!”  I stamped my foot clad in patent leather. 

Welcome to the gender identity crisis. 

It was already apparent to me that girls worked longer hours for less pay, that men (who were often great dolts) tended to rule over women, and that women got stuck with bearing babies and tending little kids and sick people and they didn’t get paid for that, either. 

Being a girl was one click away from worse then death.  It was like starting a horse race with a 300 pound handicap. It was terrible news!  I was aghast, desperate, staring around like a cornered animal. 

I remember it like yesterday and my Mother repeating in a voice like doom, “Yes, you are a girl….”

Much later in my life I came home from work as a young upwardly mobile  executive one night and saw the contents of my refrigerator:  one half-eaten apple encased in Saran Wrap, an open box of Arm and Hammer Baking Soda, a bottle of ketchup and three cans of beer.  I opened the freezer and saw an ice cube tray. 

This was the same overall content of at least three refrigerators I had encountered that week, all belonging to young upwardly mobile male colleagues!  

It turns out men and women aren’t so different after all.  

I was just as driven, deprived, unhealthy and absent from my own life as they were.  Who knew?  

Once you become cogs in the Great Wheel of Commerce, your gender identity didn’t matter any more than any other aspect of you.  

What mattered, was how much “value” you could add to the company. Slick Kids like myself were much in demand —- we weren’t paid well and we got no respect —- but we were in demand just the same.  

Our minds and bodies were like investment opportunities, snapped up for later exploitation.  And, we were told, we should feel honored to be part of such a great team!  

A team of what, I wondered as I looked around. 

An assemblage of sorry minions scraping by, sleeping for a couple hours here and there in nice split level townhouses just like mine, from age 22 to 40, when the mortgages got steeper or refinanced and the heart attacks and midlife crisis episodes began. 

Oh, no,no,no!  I could see the world on a platter set out before me.  The problem was, man or woman, it wasn’t a platter full of anything I wanted!  

I had a serious discussion with my fellow-minions.  It went something like this — hey, guys, this may be a job, but this isn’t living. This is some odd substitution for dying outright….look around at what you, personally, are struggling so hard to achieve?  

What does it mean to be a Junior Vice-President by the age of 40?  

A very few of them were able to recite the salary and benefits of a Junior VP and I figured right then that I had identified my serious competition —- but even they couldn’t answer the more serious questions. 

Finally, one of them blurted out the Awful Truth. 

The advantage of being a Corporatist is  the advantage of a tribe of cavemen, the ability to coordinate the hunting and killing of Mastodons.

Nothing had actually changed.  

Then it was killing Mastodons, and now we were “executing” contracts.  Even the language of. The Corporate World gives clues to anyone who bothers to listen. 

We execute contracts.  We sink deals. We leverage options. 

Having identified my hard core competition in the mostly- male group of up and coming business executives was bittersweet because I knew it was information I would never use. 

I and one of my male minion cohorts escaped that night into the cold clear air of a place where we could actually see the stars at night 

And we both realized that we had barely escaped with our lives. 

Your gender doesn’t matter and neither do your gender roles. What matters is your life and what you decide to do with it—— then, now, and forever.

Wake Up, General Flynn -- All the Way, Now.

We are doing this so that the many Trump supporters, including General Michael Flynn, know what's going on, and have the context for the fact General Flynn observed at the very end of this recent video (below) -- that is, the fact that we have two (2) systems of law in America.  

(We actually have three systems of law in this country, but for now, let's concentrate on the two that Trump and Flynn are dealing with.)

General Flynn is familiar with Federal Code.  That is one of the two systems.  

Flynn is not familiar with Municipal Code.  That's the other system. 

The only part of Federal Code (System 1) that was also adopted in Municipal Code (System 2) is Federal Code Title 50.  

This is the only avenue that these two systems of law have to talk to each other-- the so-called War Powers Act.  

This is no help, because neither of the Municipal Corporations housed in the District of Columbia actually have War Powers.  They just "assume" War Powers.  So the only thing these two Municipal Corporations and their Codes have in common, is a Title of Federal Code that is lawfully and legally unenforceable.  

This is how Trump gets slammed and condemned out of hand, while Hilliary and Joe and Friends get away with murder. 

Trump is "standing under" Federal Code and the Rats are "standing under" Municipal Code.  

Putting it mildly, Hillary and Joey and Barack don't have to meet the same standards as Trump.  

Now, neither of these two forms of law --- neither the Federal Code nor the Municipal Code pertain to the General Public, though both are regularly misapplied to our General Public --- which is another issue. 

"Code" by definition is a form of Administrative Law that applies to the internal operations of incorporated entities.  

So Federal Code applies to the operations of one incorporated entity and Municipal Code applies to the operations of another incorporated entity, the same way that General Motors Personnel Code applies to employees of General Motors, Inc., and Ford Motor Company Personnel Code applies to employees of Ford Motor Company, Inc.  

Trump's Team has to operate under FARA and all his lawyers have to register as Foreign Agents under the Foreign Agents Registration Act because that's part of Federal Code, but Hilliary and Joey and Company get to thumb their noses, because FARA isn't part of Municipal Code. 

This problem has come about because of the "Plenary Powers" clause of Article 1 of the Federal Constitution of 1787 granting "Congress"--- meaning the Congress of the long-lost American Federal Republic, plenary power over the government of the City of Washington, DC. 

The idea was that all our Congressmen together, acting in their own self-interest, would guarantee a neutral Federal Capital where people from all over the fifty States and the world could come and peacefully conduct business.  

Our American Congressional Members were obligated to act as Fiduciary Deputies of the American People and were obligated to take Oaths of Office that made them personally and commercially liable for fulfilling their duties according to The Prudent Man Standard ---so they could be trusted to exercise the granted plenary power over the government of the City of Washington, DC, in the manner anticipated and for the purposes stipulated. 

Unfortunately for us all, neither the "Federal" (that is what the Territorial District Government now calls itself)  nor the Municipal Government Representatives were obligated in any such fashion, and after the American Federal Republic ceased operation in 1861, their Congressional Members operating as mere "Representatives" -- not Fiduciary Deputies -- took over and began operating the City of Washington, DC, under the Plenary Powers Clause, even though that power was never actually granted to them. 

 Much later, the Municipal Government created an unauthorized "independent, international city-state" calling itself the Municipality of Washington, DC., and issued its Municipal Code.  

This foreign entity has no right to be present on our land and soil, no use permit, no grant of land from our States.  It's entirely foreign. That's why it is run like a Banana Republic.  That's why its officers take no valid Oaths of Office. It's like a little bit of Cuba transplanted to our soil. 

Still, men like Mr. Trump and General Flynn have slept on, and only now awaken to the gigantic fraud scheme that has been perpetuated upon them and upon this entire country, as they directly experience the Double Standard caused by having two sets of Code --- and allowing the presence of an unauthorized Municipal city-state on our land and soil.

What needs to happen is for the U.S. Military to arrest the members of Congress running the Municipality of Washington, DC. under charges of invasion, espionage, and treason. 

They can do this because they control the District of Columbia and the City of Washington, DC, is still theirs and in their jurisdiction.  The offensive and non-compliant Municipality of Washington, DC, despite its claims to be an "independent, international city-state" doesn't have any permission to be here. It's like a squatter with no rent agreement. 

The U.S. Military acting as the rightful Custodians of the District of Columbia can kick their Municipal butts into the sea and do it using Maritime Law. No civil war or other fighting is necessary.  What we are looking at are criminal acts, not political matters.  

There's usurpation of Powers by members of the Territorial and Municipal Congresses that were never bequeathed to them. 

We have foreign "Representatives" exercising the Plenary Powers Clause instead of our own "Fiduciary Deputies" and none of these foreign corporation "Representatives" impersonating our Fiduciary Deputies have taken a valid Oath of Office to operate in any Public capacity.  

There's a foreign independent international city-state squatting in the Federal Capitol without as much as a Use Permit from our States, and it is acting in violation of the Permit granted to the City of Washington, DC, so there is no protective successorship. 

Kick them out.  Arrest them.  Charge them.  And if necessary, hang them.  

Treat them like you've treated us (mistakenly) and evict them from property they have no right to occupy--- the District of Columbia and the City of Washington, DC, have been taken over by foreign con artists. 

Do your duty, owed to the sovereign nation-states, and to your own Municipal Corporation.  Stop playing around like blind men feeling up an elephant. We've fully described the problem for you.  Act or become complicit in this gigantic fraud yourselves.
