Recent days have brought the focus steadily to bear on the British claim to have had a legitimate British Territorial Protectorate here since the 1860's. 

Most Americans would be astounded by that news.  It wasn't published at the time and it surely hasn't been published since then.  No, it's all been under a "cloak of secrecy".  

We say they have been illegally occupying our land and soil and using our own paid-for military forces to do it since the 1860's.  We say that they have acted in gross Breach of Trust and in violation of their commercial service contracts for a hundred and sixty years. 

They say that this is the result of the "absence" of our government, and that we have been in an "interminable interregnum" ever since--- what they misrepresent--- as The American Civil War. 

We say----how would they know anything about our government?  It's foreign to them. We don't follow their practices or their law on our land. We have no obligation to fit their expectations. We made that clear in 1776. 

We say that there is no evidence that any actual war was ever declared, but plenty of evidence that the illegal Mercenary Conflict referenced as The American Civil War was started and promoted by Undeclared Foreign Agents working a fraud and substitution scheme against their Employers. 

There is plenty of evidence that no Congress in this country ever declared any civil war.  There is plenty of evidence that Abraham Lincoln acted as the "President" of a foreign British Crown corporation merely calling itself "the United States of America, Incorporated" and was never The President of The United States of America.  There is also evidence that the resulting illegal Mercenary Conflict was resolved so far as our Land Jurisdiction is concerned, by a Public Contract issued by Lincoln's Successor, Andrew Johnson.  

Admiralty and Maritime Law are the forms of law that the Brits generally stand under in international jurisdiction, but unlike the Brits, the Americans conduct our courts under American Common Law and Public Law known as United States Statutes at Large.  

Also unlike the Brits and denizens of the Holy Roman Empire, Americans don't acquire citizenship obligations at birth. Americans have to freely choose to serve their government, or not, as adults. 

We have no lifetime obligation to continue that service. 

The vast bulk of Federal Code (over 90% of it) is ostensibly meant to apply to British Territorial U.S. Citizens and just as generally speaking, is not supposed to apply to us, the American General Public, at all. 

In the confusion that followed the end of armed hostilities in the so-called American Civil War, the U.S. (Territorial) Congress established an otherwise unauthorized and illegal Military District Court System, beginning in May of 1865.  

The Territorial Congress set up ten such Military Districts in eleven States of the Union, and proceeded to run these infamous "Carpetbagger Courts"--- the so-called District Courts ---  as private collection agencies operated under color of law.  

Each such District was placed under the supervision of a General of the Union Army of at least Brigadier rank. The Perpetrators claimed that this was necessary as an "emergency measure" though there is no provision for any such "emergency powers" anywhere in any of our agreements with our Subcontractors.  

These British Territorial (Military) District Courts were used to illegally collect "war reparations" from Municipal citizens of the United States -- Federal Civil Service workers and Negroes in the beginning --  who fought with the Southern Confederacy.  This was illegal because the "war" wasn't a war, it was itself an illegal Mercenary Conflict, and because no Peace Treaty mandating reparations exists. 

This has resulted in illegal confiscation, plundering and pillaging, in Gross Breach of Trust by Undeclared Foreign Agents (Bar Attorneys) working as Privateers. 

These (Military) District Courts were then and are now illegally confiscating private property under color of law and plundering illegally constructed individual UCC Contract Trusts gratuitously defined as Municipal citizens of the United States under Federal Code Title 28, using the infamous "Diversity of Citizenship Clause". 

Under the actual Federal Constitutions there is no provision for the establishment of any permanent or semi-permanent system of Military Districts anywhere in The United States.  

The District Government is supposed to be limited to the District of Columbia and the Municipal Government is supposed to be limited to the physical confines of the capitol city, Washington, DC. 

Since 1922, the "governmental services corporations" responsible for all this fraud and graft have been profiting themselves by unlawful conversion--- that is, by impersonating their employers, and then human trafficking the resulting "franchises" offshore, into their own watery jurisdiction.

This process was initiated via the registration of babies under the Shepherd-Townsend Act and should never have been applied to American babies at all, but again, using their corporate policy of cloaked silence and therefore, non-disclosure, they used their civilian "Uniformed Officers" as defined under Federal Code Title XXXVII and XI to do the dirty work of Unlawful Conversion. 

Blackstone's Commentaries very clearly describe the British practice of conscripting civilians to act as "Uniformed Officers" and describes two such classes of officers --- Medical Doctors and Attorneys.  The Medical Doctors uniformly outrank the Attorneys. 

The paperwork used to register the babies as British Territorial "Persons" and Franchises of the British Crown is signed by two Witnesses, the clueless Mother acting without benefit of disclosure, and the Medical Doctor who attests that the baby is a "U.S. Citizen".  This attestation by a Superior Officer then provides the Attorneys with all the excuse they need to seize upon the "cargo" and register a copyright of the victim's Proper Name as a chattel franchise belonging to the British Crown.

In our research, very few American Physicians who have been "licensed" as Medical Doctors have had any inkling of the evil they have been perpetuating; most have been completely unaware of the way their signatures have been used to excuse and implement this  crime, which is recognized as a capital crime under both the Hague and Geneva Conventions, as well as more generally, under Public and International Law. 

Those of you who are familiar with cattle rustling will recognize this as people rustling --- changing the brand from American to British Territorial.  

Unlawful conversion, personage, barratry, purloined "witness" from a clueless Superior Officer operating under conditions of non-disclosure, all have been systematically used to mischaracterize and rob and abuse average Americans under color of law in (Military) District Courts that should not exist and which have operated as implements of international crime for over a hundred and fifty years.  

This entire circumstance also allowed the Perpetrators to evade their obligations under the actual Federal Constitutions, because misidentifying Americans as U.S. Citizens or citizens of the (Municipal) United States, either one, strips them of their Constitutional Guarantees and property rights.  

It's clear that a small group of highly skilled international attorneys set this scheme up and they planned ahead for the Medical Doctors to take the fall for them, when and if the details of this outrage came to light. 

This was all done some years before the Tribunals at Nuremberg concluded that "following orders" was no excuse for crimes of genocide and armed theft against civilians. 

Additional insight into how they, the Perpetrators, have worked this criminal scheme, can be observed in much more modern times. 

Immediately after the destruction of the buildings at the World Trade Center, and the disappearance of the gold earmarked to pay off the Brady Bonds, and Donald Rumsfeld's announcement (the prior day) that the Department of Defense had "lost" six trillion dollars, the Municpal Congress and Territorial Congress jointly endorsed the "Authorization to Use Military Force" otherwise known as the "AUMF". 

Obviously, this tome was written well in advance and was ready to go, providing additional circumstantial evidence that the September 11th debacle was pre-planned as a smokescreen for criminal activities on our shores and also an excuse for criminal military actions abroad. 

So let's look at this "AUMF" and the "Security Cooperation Authorities" it established.  The worst of it can be found codified at Sections 127(e) and 333 of Title 10.  

The New York University School of Law Brennan Center for Justice has just released a scathing report proving that the Department of Justice has been covertly allowed to wage illegal wars.

And note, that, once again, the DOJ Attorneys are at the bottom of the dogpile, acting as the Teflon Flak Jacket of the British Crown Corporation(s) responsible for all these atrocities. 

The "Security Cooperation Authorities" created under the AUMF are essentially acting as storefronts for the DOD/DoD -- proxies being used to fight wars in the same way that "Agencies" have been used to promote crime against Americans on our own shores.  

Let's run through a couple domestic examples of this.  

The Federal Reserve Board of Governors made an illegal demand that all American cars and trucks be registered so that they could exercise the resulting ownership interest and use our cars and trucks as chattel to back their debts.  They had to legalize this illegal demand by providing remedy and exemption, so they published Regulation Z. However, the DOT doesn't see Regulation Z published in its version of the Federal Code, and their Subcontractors, the DMV and now, the private subcontractor, UMV, are certainly not aware of any remedy owed to the Public. 

So, those who are supposed to provide service to us are left totally unaware of the remedy we are owed, and when we request remedy, they laugh at us. The total effect is that we are denied remedy that we are owed, by Subcontractors of Subcontractors who are deliberately left in the dark.  The Federal Reserve acquires an ownership in our cars and trucks via forced registration and nobody is the wiser --- almost. 

The Proxies, DOT/DMV/UMV, are left not knowing what is going on, so they can't be blamed for denying or not providing remedy for the crime, which remains "unabated".  

They do the same thing with our babies by registering them as Crown Property.  The hospitals and Medical Doctors are left ignorant of what they are doing, and the Mother's are certainly not given disclosure.  The victim is too young to remember anything. As a result, the remedy, hidden as a one-liner in Federal Code Title XII, 95 (a), is not only totally obscured and left unsupported by any published process, no normal person would be motivated to look for the remedy to a crime they are unaware of. 

Again, we find the same pattern -- the Medical Doctors are being used as ignorant proxies to implement the crime, and the hospitals operating as incorporated franchises of the parent corporations are acting as partners --knowingly or unknowingly.  And the victims are left in the dark, both regarding the crime and the remedy. 

So, now, let's look at the non-domestic application of the same modus operandi in the AUMF.  

Foreign organizations like ISIS and Hezbollah and the PLO, are hired or deliberately created as proxies and funded to do the bidding of the Vermin; they are left in ignorance and often as the Fall Guys, the convenient Scapegoats who do the Dirty Work for the DOJ and are blamed for what these endlessly criminal commercial corporations do. 

It's an open question as to whether or not the DOJ itself is being left in the dark, as another layer of Scapegoat.  

As a result, the DOJ is currently engaged or has been recently engaged in covert war operations in: Iraq, Cameroun, Egypt, Kenya, Mali, Mauritania, Somalia, Niger, Nigeria, Lebanon, Tunisia, Yemen, and Libya --- and the American Public is none the wiser. 

What, you say?  Our tax dollars are being commandeered to pay for all this and we are "at war" ---- commercial mercenary war, that is --- in all these much smaller countries?  And the Department of Justice is running all this crap?  Just like the CIA?   Yes. 

One can only surmise that the DOJ has taken over the role formerly played by the CIA, and the CIA has been merged with SERCO. 

The excuse given by the members of the renegade Territorial and/or Municipal Congress is that these actions are too small to meet "statutory reporting requirements" --- requirements which they set for themselves ---  which means these cretins are engaging in illegal commercial mercenary warfare "in our names" and using our money and our resources, our sons and daughters, for their own corporate profits, and they are using proxies and other "Security Cooperation Authorities" to keep their own hands clean and unaccountable. 

 All of this, absolutely all of it, bottom to top and side to side, is crime-for-profit.  

This has nothing to do with any form of law, though it has plenty to do with the purposeful misapplication of law. It has nothing to do with political tensions, nothing to do with race or religion.  It has nothing to do with any "national interest" or any "security concern".  It is plain old-fashioned conspiratorial crime, piratical plundering and looting exercised on a vast scale, so vast and from such unexpected sources, nobody could easily comprehend it. 

The purveyors of law have been used as the purveyors of crime. The purveyors of medicine and health have been converted into purveyors of illness and death.  The guardians of the public's trust have been reduced to mean-spirited, ugly little criminals in suits, claiming powers they do not have and authorities they do not have any right to exercise. Our public elections have been replaced with private corporate shareholder elections.  Even our Sheriffs and the local police have been reduced to private, for-hire "law enforcement agents" in fear for their lives and their jobs if they uphold our Constitution and the guarantees that the people of this country are owed. 

Most of all, our Armed Forces, sworn to protect us and paid by us to protect us against all enemies both foreign and domestic, have been reduced to cheap commercial mercenaries, at the beck and call of Drug Lords, Child Traffickers, Smugglers, International Arms Dealers, Oil Companies, Mining Operations, Foreign Potentates, and any petty criminal who stumbles their way into Congress.

National Rat Watch Day

With the Marine Corps celebrating its birthday on November 10, and Veteran's Day on November 11, it just seems like we ought to make it a Trifecta and declare November 12 as National Rat Watch Day. 

My Grandmother and Mother got started rat-watching just after the Nixon-Kennedy debate, but even prior to that, they had noticed a pattern. 

The nastiest legislation coming out of Washington, DC, including the Federal Reserve Act, always seemed to center around the holidays from Halloween to Christmas, when people were distracted by the harvest and Church and community events.    

So that's the time slot when these two American women decided to watch Congress; and year after year, decade after decade, it became a family tradition. 

While everyone else was being Holly Jolly and baking cookies, my Mom and Grandma baked their Christmas Cookies with one ear cocked, listening to the news coming out of DC. 

This might seem to indicate that my forebears were politically inclined, but that is not the case.  

My Grandmother likened politicians to different colors of pigs at a trough (prove her wrong) and my Mother, though keenly interested in the local township and county doings, considered Congress "a growing annoyance" worthy of attention simply because of the trouble they caused. 

Rat Watch has now become a phenomenon and though we continue our vigil each year through the holidays, Rat Watching has become popular throughout the year.  We have Rat Watch embroidered patches and cloisonné pins, and I hope to see a Rat Watch vest and baseball caps this year.  

Though there is a wry bit of humor involved and lots of artistic talent around the country, rat-watching is serious business. It's the civilian side of our Public Duty to watch the government and keep it in line. 

We can best do this --- not by going to the polls once every four years --- but by keeping the heat on the politicians all the time. 

It's hard to imagine that our country could have drifted so far off course, if more people had been rat-watching and keeping score on voting records. 

This just-past election cycle saw the end of a political dynasty in Alaska.  U.S. Senator Lisa Murkowski will be looking for a new job, possibly replacing Jackie Purcell as the Channel 2 Weather Person. 

Lisa, whose Mother was a Gore, as in Al Gore and the Chicago Daley Clan, would have done perfectly well as a Democrat. That's what she always was.  The problem is that she disguised this and ran as a Republican instead, and even worse, the Republicans let her. 

Our little Rat Watch group in Alaska tracked Lisa's Voting Record --- not what she said, but what she did --- for almost twenty years, and year after year, we pointed out the glaring discrepancy between what Lisa said during campaign season and how she actually voted in DC. 

This is a concern with all politicians these days, and it's largely our fault, because we don't have enough people on Rat Watch, sounding the alarm and holding them accountable.   

The Democrats began running as Republicans about thirty years ago, and now, the Republicans have begun running as Democrats, and neither political party maintains a solid platform, so the Voters are stuck buying pigs in pokes. 

Lisa's favorite excuse was that she was "independent".  Some people would consider that a synonym for "deceptive" coming from someone who didn't run for office as an Independent. Call me fussy.

She also liked to talk a lot about "working across the aisle" and "building bipartisan support" but the plain fact is that: (1) she was part of a famous Democratic family, the Gores and Daleys, and (2) she voted with the Democrats consistently for three terms--- as a Republican. 

When I first started pointing this out to Republican friends, you would have thought I killed the family cat.  How dare I?  Me, a woman who doesn't vote in their foreign corporation elections, and who isn't a willing shareholder, either? 

Well, I dare, because I watch the rats and because they work for me, albeit, in a different sense than they work for the voters.   

I know their voting records. I investigate their backgrounds. They can't tell me one thing and then do another. Nobody gets a free pass that allows them to misrepresent their actual agenda and lie to the Public. 

Not when I'm on Rat Watch. 

So the news that Lisa Murkowski will no longer be "representing" Alaska comes as a relief for many in this State.  

The Voters didn't buy the reasoning that her seniority in Congress was too important to lose. Who knows?  Maybe they will seize upon the joy of electing someone new every six years, instead of empowering more of what nobody wants, and thinking that's desirable? 

Maybe, too, the "Special Electors" have also begun to realize the importance of a U.S. Senate seat, and the need to have honest people in that position. 

Someone who will lie about who they are, what their politics are, and how they will vote on issues impacting you and your State, is not honest by definition.  Whatever else they are, they are liars, and that's a good part of how we've gotten into this Mess -- by electing people who are liars, and then not checking up on them and holding them accountable. 

Bear in mind that we are talking about a British Territorial Corporation operating as a "Congress" of State-of-State franchise owners, getting together in Washington, DC, and arguing about their share of the take. 

This is not the actual Congress of the People.  

Nonetheless, as Subcontractors, all these yahoos do work for us, and the things they do, do impact our lives.   

That's why we Rat Watch and report on what they do.  That's why we analyze their legislation, too.  We may not vote them into and out of office, but we can hold them accountable as a group and as individuals. 

Another Holiday Season is upon us.  Their mid-term elections are just behind us.  Washington, DC, stands deserted.  A ten-foot fence was erected around the Federal Reserve Building over the weekend.  

Seasoned Rat Watchers know why these things are happening, so join the crew and learn the ropes.  And celebrate November 12 in memory of all the Rat Watchers who have gone before you, and all those who will take up their civilian Public Duty in days to come.

To the "Good" Military

Whoever and wherever you are, if you still exist, or ever did --- here's how the record looks to us as your Employers: 

The U.S. Military, and particularly, the U.S. Army, has been in charge of everything ever since March of 1863.  That's when Lincoln turned everything over to the U.S. Army and adopted The Lieber Code--- and the very next day, he bankrupted the very first foreign British Crown Corporation calling itself "the United States of America, Inc." 

It's very doubtful that Abraham Lincoln could ever claim a valid position as "Commander-in-Chief" even back then and in the limited sense of being the "President" and therefore, "Commander-in-Chief"  of a foreign commercial corporation, to initiate "The Lieber Code" and start ruling by Executive Order. 

It is certain that Abraham Lincoln had no authority vested in him or in any office he could hold to "suspend the Constitution" which he and the U.S. Military, including the U.S. Army, were obligated to defend and honor against "all enemies both foreign and domestic".  Then and now. 

Perhaps some of this sounds vaguely familiar?  

Now, any thinking American worth his salt has to know that no President has any power to overturn a service contract established by the States and People of this country.  No such "President" is a Principal party to the Constitution, so how could Lincoln overturn an agreement made between  the States of the Union and a bunch of foreign governments? Does General Motors, Inc. have the right to void treaties between Canada and Costa Rica?  Can Elon Musk suspend the Constitution and start ruling this country by "Executive Order"?  Where are the words "Executive Order" written in the Constitution or any other international Treaty or Contract ever signed by our Government?  

Put on your Thinking Caps. 

Lincoln was acting in Insurrection against the actual American Government, and nobody called him on it in the U.S. Military, because the U.S. Military was gaining coercive power over their Employers, the civilian American Government, and most importantly, as the Lieber Code makes clear, our money. 

Everything that has stemmed from this illegal and unabated usurpation of lawful political power has led to the benefit of foreign interests and the criminal abuse of the defrauded American Public. 

U.S. Grant, Woodrow Wilson, Franklin Delano Roosevelt, Richard Millhouse Nixon, and many other "Presidents" operating successive foreign "governmental services corporations" stripped this country of its assets and sold its people into slavery, while promoting the rise of illegal Central Banks designed to rig commodity markets, especially money, credit, and bond markets. 

The U.S. Military stood by through all this, watched these charlatans and traitors betray the people of this country and get away with it with impunity.  

The U.S. Military set up the "District Court System" otherwise known as "Carpetbagger Courts" in May of 1865.  These "courts" were designed to collect war reparations from a phony war that was an illegal Mercenary Conflict from the start. These unauthorized Military District Courts were designed to do just one thing: extract money and assets from our Southern States to slake the British Gluttons.     

And instead of phasing this "system" out, and realizing that the Admiralty and Maritime Courts were usurping upon the actual American Government and illegally impersonating us and illegally confiscating our assets and even purloining the credit owed to their innocent Employers, all the U.S. Military did was stuff their hands deeper into our pockets and look the other way for 160 years, while charging us for their "service" to us. 

That's the kind of "service" a bull gives a cow.  

Oh, yes, you protected us from everything, most especially, you protected us from the Truth.  Anything but the truth.  Through False Flags that cost American lives, through theft of our gold and silver in the name of safe-keeping, hiding all this crap, all this theft, violence, and graft, all these foreign political parties, all this gratuitous misleading talk about "our Democracy", right down to removing the American History Books from the shelves of our school and public libraries, installing foreign courts in our courthouses, killing Jack and Robert Kennedy, murdering Martin Luther King, Jr., colluding with the CIA on all the Black Ops and child trafficking and drug trafficking and all the rest of it,  and when the U.S. Military has finally been held to account, their answer? 

Kill their actual Creditors.  Unleash this horrifying holocaust of death and injury on civilians who never caused anyone any harm.  Hang your heads in shame, boys.  All this and more is on you.  You've been driven far, far off course, and done so many ugly, stupid, feckless things. 

Surely, you have to realize that what I am telling you is true. All of you.  Anyone who served in the U.S. Military in any capacity, come on, own it. You didn't know exactly what was upgefocked, but you knew something was wrong.  You knew something was dirty, and you know it now, too. 

Find me the records where our American Congress declared war during the Civil War.  Find me proof that any Congress ever declared the so-called Civil War.  Show me where it was ever settled by any peace treaty?  Show me Lincoln's true Office and any authority he had to suspend the Constitution?  

Show us all that everything that has happened in the past 160 years hasn't been just one big, horrifying, self-interested, profit-making illegal Mercenary Conflict and Crime Spree engendered on our shores by foreign interests?  

Yesterday, I had some drunk troll from the military telling me I have a target on my forehead and that you are all just "waiting for me to make my move".  

I have been moving since 1998 and still am -- exposing the history and the ludicrous "cloak of secrecy" you've imposed to protect your own foreign corporation's "National Security" --- not ours at all.  

Thanks to the U.S. Military not doing its job and landing this giant manure pile on my doorstep, I've had to spend over forty years mucking it out, and now the guilty parties want to lie about me and call me "disloyal"?  

Where were you, you feckless drudges?  It was your job to protect America and its people, not raise revenues for the Queen and Pope and the Lord Mayor of the Inner City of London. You want to see the patents and the banks involved?  The Grand Cycle of Theft and Deceit and Human Trafficking and Illegal Securitization that the U.S. Military has allowed and profited from for over a hundred years?  

It's too late, boys, the horses are out of the barn. All the dirty linen is known and it's flapping in the breeze from here to Timbuktu. The Sword of Truth has been unleashed and no matter what happens to me or to you, it will not return to its sheath.  These words of mine are true and they will not go forth in vain. 

From the standpoint of being your employers and the ultimate source of the men and women filling your ranks and every piece of wire in your high tech tat, we are pissed off and we have every reason and right to be. 

Any atoning that needs to be done, is all on you. 

Some weak-minded woman wrote to me telling me to pipe down and show more respect.  Do you, under the circumstances, really think that respect is warranted?  Have you risked your life for this country any more than I have?  Think about it. I've faced off all of you and your NATO cronies, and all of the Hounds of Hell known as judges and attorneys, the IRS and so much more.  

Seven attempts at assassination, three attempts to poison me, burning me out, flooding me out, locking me out, endlessly harassing me using your illegal subcontractor Agencies as sock monkeys,  and Grandma is still standing here, calling you home and back to your senses. 

Here's what I told that Sissy: 

The military is 100% RESPONSIBLE for ALL the CRAP that has gone on here since March of 1863.  If there’s any such thing as a “good” military they’ve got a lot of past history to atone for. 

They owe good faith service to this country, not a 160 year-old illegal Mercenary Conflict serving to “legalize” theft and evasion of their obligations to the States and people of this country. 

And you are wrong about “me” or “we” not having anything.  

First. we have many millions of guns and boots on the ground and if the Vietnamese could beat them at their own game imagine how much luck they would have against the rest of us? 

Second, they get their paychecks and requisitions on our credit.  How long do you think they will have anything to say if we give them all pink slips?  Cut off their charge accounts?  

Want to fight with your employers? Really? 

The military has been renegade and profligate and unfaithful to its duty owed to this civilian government since 1863.  That’s how we are in the mess we are in. That’s the facts, ma’am.

And it’s thanks to their gutless ignorant asses and failure to defend that we have millions of dead and dying innocent civilians in this country, and in the Armed Forces, too. 

We have a situation like this to deal with and open borders, to boot, and all these jerk-offs can worry about is their goddamned corporate elections?

I say the same thing to you, and Mr. Trump, too.  You have been told the truth.  You have been given the opportunity to come home under amnesty.  Don't try to spin some sick narrative and think that people are stupid simply because they have been trusting and asleep.  It's quite a different world when we're awake. 

Here, for your education, are the groups that were excused from getting the Jabs:  

1. All the members of Congress and all their staff members. 

2. All the White House Staff and their families. 

3. All the Pfizer execs and their families and their employees.

4. All the Moderna execs and their families and their employees.

5. All the Johnson and Johnson execs and their families and employees. 

6. All the CDC, INC. execs and their families and employees. 

7. All the FDA, INC execs and their families and employees.

8. Eight million Chinese exchange students.

9. Six million illegal immigrants. 

10. All the homeless people haunting our streets. 

This means the lousy rotten corporations sold us all down the River Styx for the sake of their profit margins. This happened on your watch.  You helped it happen with "Warp Speed".  You are so utterly worthless that you are killing and endangering the people who have paid your pensions and stood in the rain waving flags for you. 

And month after bleeding stupid ineffective navel-staring month you pump out all these lies and sell all these "products" and keep people believing that "their" military is going to save them?  Q is going to save them?  For God's sake, Princess Diana is going to save us?  Buy some more Trump Bucks? 

Where in the name of Jesus do you get this stuff?  Do you just get up in the morning and pick it out of your ears like you pick boogers out of your noses?  

You know what the record says?  It says "our" military is either so stupid that none of the Top Brass know how to breathe in and out, or, alternatively, "our" military has been illegally occupying this country for 160 years, sucking up to foreign powers, and parasitizing us for fun and profit, while we've loyally paid their salaries, pensions, and equipment costs.  That's what it says. 

I have added Ulysses S. Grant, Woodrow Wilson, and Tricky Dick to my Bucket List labeled "Piss on Their Graves List", and a long list of U.S. Generals and Admirals have been added to that list, too. 

Now we hear that Trump has been sworn in as the "19th President" of our Federal Republic.  That's a good trick, considering that he is still functioning as the British Crown Puppet in charge of the bankrupt good-for-nothing "USA, Inc." and representing the British Territorial Government interests.  

How does a British Flunkie get to invade vacated American Federal Republic offices that belong to and have already returned to the Federation of States by Operation of Law?  

If Mr. Trump really loved America, if he really loved the American people, he'd put an end to this shitshow and stand tall and accept the responsibilities of the actual office of The President of The United States of America.  He'd be the Federation President for real, and not "acting as" the Federal Republic President and trying to pull off yet another British Territorial Substitution Scheme. 

Lincoln used his office as "President" of "the United States of America, Incorporated" and substituted this cuckoo-bird corporate office for the actual Office of The President of The United States of America owed to the people and the States. 

In the aftermath of the armed hostilities coming out of the so-called "American Civil War" the Brits claimed "Emergency" as their excuse for substituting their British Territorial State-of-State organizations for our American State-of-State organizations.  Cuckoo birds again.  

And here we have you jackasses, the Great White Hope of the White Slave Nation, trying to pull yet another British Substitution Scheme, trying to sneak in the backdoor and proclaim yourselves the newly "restored" Federal Republic, without even the standing and dignity of having declared and recorded the fact that you are Americans. Bah! 

For your information, those that want to be United States Citizens --- meaning the officers and personnel staffing our Federal Republic --- have to make public declarations over a period of years and must have impeccable character and education to become United States Citizens. Only loyal, dedicated, and proven people of  solid character have the right and honor to occupy and run our Federal Republic. 

That's what the Immigration and Nationality laws said and what they still say.  You can't vote yourselves in with a Fan Dance and more idiot crap about your democracy or your "Federal" Republic, being substituted for our American Government.   Your democracy is limited to the District of Columbia by Public Law, and anything that you ever thought or taught differently is due for a great big correction.  The rest of us live in the republican States of the Union. 

Take it to heart. 

And if there are any "good" military still out there, still loyal to the States and people of this country, then stop all this sneaky, nasty, corporatist, propaganda nonsense and move your flat little rumps into high gear to do your actual jobs for your actual employers.  

Don't give me any excuses, oh, it had to be that way, oh, we are afraid of rioters in the streets, oh, we are trying to minimize casualties--- lies, lies, and more lies. That and "keep a lid on the potty" is all you've done for sixteen decades, but welcome to the Apocalypse.

It isn't smart to let SERCO, a British Municipal Corporation,  be your Paymaster---- and still claim to us and to the rest of the world that you are "American" Armed Forces" and that you are going to do anything but protect the same old venal criminal European elements that have been murdering and thieving from their headquarters in Frankfurt, Germany, ever since 1848. 

And you organize your "QFS" whiz-bang answer for a new banking system under a program called "Crimson Door"--- in collaboration with the Chinese Communist Party and run it out of Langley and Wright-Patterson?  You think we are so stupid we don't know what that means? It's yet another CIA Operation. 

Why not write "The U.S. Military sucks hind tits for the communists." in neon letters and rent lots of billboards?  

Or maybe you should read the list again of all the people and organizations that didn't "have to"  take the Jab and let me read the Tea Leaves for you, right along with a corrected truthful report to replace the "Evening BS Headlines" coming out of Reuters, which has been owned by Rothschild since my Grandmother was a pup. 

Russia hasn't lost the war in Ukraine. Far from it.  They have already mopped up and have withdrawn back behind the Dnieper River, while ongoing talks with the German Government continue to bear fruit for peace---and a return to sanity and Russian gas deliveries to Western Europe. 

Zelensky hasn't got a wooden leg to stand on, and he was never anything but a CIA puppet anyway. Show the countries of Western Europe the bill for what Putin had to clean up, and they aren't going to help Zelensky win anything.  All their support for him and his regime dried up as soon as they realized that they might have to actually pay the bill, instead of just operating as front men for Biden.  

Even Poland, that perennial Pawn for France, gave up and refused to dance. 

So now what happens?  The U.S. Military pretending to be disinterested consultants, even after hundreds of their "advisors" were caught running illegal biowarfare laboratories and factories in Ukraine--- and even more of their NATO pals were captured, too, will try to pass it all off.   

There will be talks about "peace talks" between Zelensky and Russia and more ridiculous grandstanding about Russia vacating everything and paying Zelensky for all the damages and so on.  And gradually, it will all just go away, with Germany guaranteeing the peace west of the Dnieper and Russia guaranteeing the peace east of the Dnieper.  With a little luck, the actual victims of all this mercenary violence will eventually be strong enough to keep the rats out of Europe's granary all by themselves. . 

We are faced with a similar job ourselves. If, indeed, the "Good" Military exists, and not just Play Actors engaged in a Good Cop / Bad Cop fraud and disinformation scheme in which both sides play against the middle and are all  being directed by the same Vermin at the top, it is waaay past time for them to act in favor of this country.

What to Do

Thanks to impeccable and duly noted and honored reasoning, we can all prove which jurisdictions the courts are operating in.  There are only three (3) choices: Administrative (Corporate Tribunals addressing their own employees), Admiralty (Military Law of the Sea) and Maritime (Otherwise known as Commercial Law, or the Law of Contracts). 

None of these jurisdictions represented by these courts happen to be competent to address average Americans.  So in order to gain jurisdiction over you and subject you to their law, they have to pretend that you are something or someone else.  

It's that simple. 

The way to respond to them is equally simple, no matter which of the three choices they invoke.  

If you receive mail, citations, court documents, summons, etc. and it is addressed in your name or what appears to be a variation of your name in all capitals, like this: JOANNE K WARBURY, it's either an Administrative Court or a Maritime Court, presuming that you are responsible for the creation and administration of a Uniform Code Contract Trust of some kind. 

If you receive mail addressed to what appears to be your Proper Name addressed in Upper and Lower Case, like this: Joanne Warbury, it's an Admiralty Court, pretending that you are some kind of Officer or Enlisted Person.  For example, if you have mistakenly agreed to act as a "Taxpayer" they can presume that you have voluntarily agreed to collect taxes for the Queen and are acting as a Warrant Officer in the British Merchant Marine Service. 

The moment that you receive -- by hand from a Process Server or via mail -- any official piece of paper from any of these courts, you need to "Return Service".   They have offered you the "service" of making a contract offer.  The proper response is to "Return Service". 

So, here are the steps you will need to "Return Service" to any and all of these courts:

1. Take the Summons or Charges or Citation or whatever other piece of paper you first receive, and a red ink pen (which in their signal lingo means "Land Jurisdiction") and you write across the top of the page --- without quotation marks --- "Returned Service: No UCC Contract Trust and no Territorial Office."  

2. Directly under this one sentence and on the right side of the page, you sign using the same red ink pen and using a by-line like this-- By: Ruth Sawyer.  

3. Directly under your Signature, you write the date out, like this: August 21st of 2023.

4. Make two (2) copies of this page. 

5. Take both pages directly to the Office of the Court Clerk involved and have both date stamped.  Give the wet-ink original copy to the Clerk. Keep your copy for your records.  

And that's it. That's all you should have to do, and it forestalls any further action in 90% of all cases, without further harassment. 

Why? 

First of all, because you have made the proper reply by "Returning Service" they can't hold you in contempt of court. 

Second, because you have already returned service to all venues --- Maritime and Administrative are answered by "no UCC Contract Trust" and Admiralty is answered by "no Territorial Office"-- they have no leg to stand on to pursue you like a rabbit running from one jurisdiction to the next.  You've quashed their whole shooting match. 

Now, you are probably wondering --- why does she say this works in "90% of all cases" instead of all cases?  

Because as I have told you repeatedly, 90% of all the Acts of Congress do not pertain to us, but what about the 10% that do?  

That's why 90% of all cases are misaddressed to us, but there are some that may actually hold water. 

A few. 

So let's review that aspect to give you some more thinking points. 

If you are a Federal or State-of-State Contractor, you may have Federal Income and you may owe a Federal Income Tax as a result. 

If you obtained all or a substantial percentage of your retirement or pension from Federal, State-of-State, or other government service, you may owe a Federal Income Tax on that part of your retirement that derives from Federal employment--- only that portion that was from Federal or "federally connected" franchise sources. 

If you are licensed to sell, manufacture, or transport firearms, alcohol, or tobacco across state lines, and are caught doing something improper in pursuit of these activities, you may be subject to their courts. 

If you are knowingly and voluntarily engaged in interstate commerce and are operating a registered corporation for that purpose (remember, "commerce" is business between two incorporated entities) other than a "UCC Contract Trust", you may be subject to their courts. So if you choose to operate as an S-Corp, Non-Profit, LLC, Cooperative, etc., you may be subject to their courts. 

If you are currently in the military service you are obviously subject to the Uniform Code of Military Justice on the land and Admiralty Law at Sea; but did you know? --- even after you have been discharged from the Services, if you do not provide a Letter of Termination to your Branch Commander, they can continue to presume that you have chosen to remain in their jurisdiction and that you are voluntarily subjecting yourself to their law?  This means that every penny you subsequently earn in the private sector becomes "federally connected" and subject to Federal Income Tax. If you do not formally surrender your commission as an officer as part of your Termination Letter, you remain accountable to the military for life. 

If you enter a properly ceded military base, encampment, arsenal, dock, or other facility, including a post office or federal courthouse, and cause a disturbance or violate posted warning signs or vandalize anything, you are subject to their courts. 

So, you see, you can become subject to their courts and can be legitimately addressed by their courts under certain circumstances and if you voluntarily participate in federally regulated activities or choose to "reside" in their jurisdiction, they can pull your chain at will. 

However, under most circumstances--- and with you knowledgeably operating in your normal capacity as Joe Average American--- a simple "Returned Service" process is sufficient to ward off any untoward presumptions aimed at you.
