The Church's Year

INTROIT For while all things were in quiet silence, and the night was in the midst of her course, Thy almighty Word, O Lord, came down from heaven, from Thy royal throne (Wis. 18:14-15). The Lord hath reigned, he is clothed with beauty: the Lord is clothed with strength, and hath girded himself (Ps. 92:1). Glory be to the Father and to the Son, and to the Holy Ghost, as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.

COLLECT Almighty and everlasting God, direct our actions according to Thy good pleasure; that in the name of Thy beloved Son we may deserve to abound in good works. Through our Lord Jesus Christ Thy Son, who liveth and reigneth with Thee, in the Unity of the Holy Ghost, God, world without end, Amen.

EPISTLE (Gal. 4:1-7). Brethren, as long as the heir is a child, he differeth nothing from a servant, though he be lord of all: but is under tutors and governors until the time appointed by the father: so we also, when we were children, were serving under the elements of the world. But when the fullness of the time was come, God sent his Son, made of a woman, made under the law: that he might redeem them who were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons. And because you are sons, God hath sent the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying: Abba, Father. Therefore now he is not a servant, but a son; and if a son, an heir also through God.

EXPLANATION St. Paul desired to instruct the Galatians, many of whom still clung to the Mosaic law, that this was no longer necessary, because Christ had freed them from its hard bondage, which contained merely the rudiments, so to speak, of the one only saving faith, and had made them children and heirs of God, for which they should rejoice.

Ours is a far greater happiness than that which the Jews received, because we, through our ancestors, were converted by apostolic messengers of the faith from heathenism to the true, saving Catholic faith, and by this holy religion were changed from vassals of Satan, into children and heirs of God. What a great advantage is this! Must it not be dearer to us than all the kingdoms of the world? Let us thank the Lord for it, and be careful not to lose this prerogative of being a child of God, an heir to heaven, let us not by sin give ourselves anew, as voluntary slaves to Satan.

GOSPEL (Lk. 2:33-40). At that time, Joseph and Mary, the mother of Jesus, were wondering at those things which were spoken concerning him. And Simeon blessed them, and said to Mary his mother: Behold, this child is set for the fall, and for the resurrection of many in Israel, and for a sign which shall be contradicted: and thy own soul a sword shall pierce, that out of many hearts thoughts may be revealed. And there was one Anna, a prophetess, the daughter of Phanuel, of the tribe of Aser; she was far advanced in years, and had lived with her husband seven years from her virginity. And she was a widow until fourscore and four years; who departed not from the temple, by fastings and prayers serving night and day. Now she at the same hour coming in, confessed to the Lord; and spoke of him to all that looked for the redemption of Israel. And after they had performed all things according to the law of the Lord, they returned into Galilee, to their own city Nazareth. And the child grew and waxed strong, full of wisdom: and the grace of God was in him.

Why did Mary and Joseph wonder at the things which were spoken of the child Jesus?

They wondered, not because that which was said of the child Jesus by Simeon was new to them, for they already knew why He was sent from God, but because of the marvelous ways in which God revealed the mysteries of the new-born Savior to Simeon, the shepherds, and to other pious people.

How is Christ set for the fall of many?

Christ is set for the fall, that is, for the eternal damnation, of all those who either reject His doctrine, or live not according to its teachings. They themselves, not Christ, are the cause of their damnation on account of their perversity and hard-heartedness. "If I had not come and spoken to them," says Christ, "they would not have sin: but now they have no excuse for their sin" (Jn. 15:22).

For whom is Christ the resurrection?

For those who believe in Him, and live in accordance with the teachings of His doctrine. These, if they persevere will at the Last Day rise to eternal life.

Why is Christ a sign that shall be contradicted?

Because, by His birth from a virgin, by His life and death, and especially by His heavenly doctrine, which is entirely opposed to the carnal spirit of this world, Christ became an object of mockery and blasphemy. Even now, according to the saying of St. Bernard, Christ is a sign of contradiction for many Christians who contradict His humility by their pride, His poverty by their avarice, His fasting by their gluttony, His purity by their impurity, His zeal by their indolence, etc., thus denying by their actions that which they confess with their lips, proving thereby that they are Christians but in name, of whom it is written: "Thou hast the name of being alive, but thou art dead" (Apoc. 3:1).

What is meant by these words: Thy own soul a sword shall pierce?

It means that the greatest grief should cut like a sword through the inmost parts of the soul, which came to pass, when Mary heard the calumnies and blasphemies of the Jews against her Son, and when she saw Him die on the cross between two thieves. Meditating on this grief of the most loving mother Mary, St. Bonaventure exclaims: "Never was there grief so great, for never was there a Son so loved!"

What else do we learn from this gospel?

The widows should learn from Anna, who spent nearly all her life in the temple, to serve God by prayer and fasting; for a widow who prays not, but lives in pleasures, is dead, while she is living (I Tim. 5:6). Parents should learn from it, to be careful that their children not only increase in knowledge, but that they by a pious life advance in grace before God and man.

ASPIRATION O Jesus, Thou new-born Savior, do Thou move our hearts to the fulfillment of Thy precepts that Thou mayst be set for our fall; for it would be much better for us, not to have known the ways of righteousness, than having known them, to have departed from them.

INSTRUCTION ON BLESSING

And Simeon blessed them "(Lk. 2: 34).

What is meant by a blessing?

A blessing on the part of God, means the giving to man some spiritual or temporal grace; a blessing on the part of an angel or a man, means the expression in prayer of a wish or desire that God would give to some particular person a corporal or spiritual grace. In the proper sense of the word, only God can give a blessing, because all spiritual and temporal good comes from Him; angels and men can only wish and ask of God that He would bestow His gifts.

Have we examples of blessing in the Bible?

Yes, for the angels blessed Jacob (Gen. 32:26), and Jacob blessed his sons and grandsons (Gen. 48:15), Melchisedech blessed Abraham (Gen. 14:19), and Rebecca was blessed by her brothers (Gen. 24:60).

Is it well for parents to bless their children?

Yes, for God frequently ratifies the blessings wished by the parents, as in the case of Isaac who blessed Jacob, and Jacob who blessed his own sons (Gen. 49). And, on the contrary, God permits the curses of parents to be fulfilled on their children as history shows. "The father's blessing establisheth the houses of the children; but the mother's curse rooteth up the foundation" (Ecclus. 3:11).

What power has the priest's blessing?

A very great one, because it is given by the priest, the vicar of Christ on earth, in the name of Jesus, and of the Church founded by Him, in which He has deposited the plenitude of His blessings. The Church expresses this, when the bishop, anointing the hands of the newly ordained, makes the sign of the cross over them. "All that they bless, is blessed; that they consecrate, is consecrated and sanctified in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ." The blessing of the priest is to be prized therefore, and an obstacle not set to it by a sinful life. Parents should ask his blessing for their children when he happens to visit them. Children were brought to Christ that He might lay His hands on them and bless them (Mt. 19:13).

What is the effect of God's blessing?

In spiritual life it gives great joy and strength to practice virtue; and in physical life it gives fruitful prosperity in our occupations and undertakings. Therefore, all is contained in the blessing of God, and he who receives it, is richer than if he possessed the whole world. We should endeavor by a pious life to secure this blessing, for it rests only on the head of the just (Prov. 10:6).

Observe the Low Points and The Aldrich Plan

1. In May of 1865, a month after Lee's Surrender, the funky, incomplete, unelected Rump Congress established ten "Military Districts" in the Southern States, and also established military court tribunals in each of those Districts. Those are all entities operating under the auspices of the District of Columbia. That's why they are organized as Districts. That's why they are called District Courts. From then until now, these quasi-military carpetbagger courts have been in operation and their sole job is to keep order and collect money and other assets from us under the False Legal Presumption that we are all Municipal citizens of the United States, owing them for war reparations. Everyone who wasn't a Union soldier is presumed to be guilty of crimes and defined as a Municipal citizen of the United States to expedite the fleecing of the civilian population--- and even the Union Soldiers have to present their credentials to the court on the sly to claim their exemption.

2.. In 1868 a Scottish Commercial Corporation successfully passes itself off as The United States of America --- Incorporated. This facile fraud based on semantic deceit allowed them to access our American National Credit in the same way that a Credit Card Hacker steals your identity and accesses your credit without your knowledge or consent. The banks are on the hook for this, going all the way back to then.

3. In 1907 the Scottish Interloper (see above) was bankrupted, which resulted in all sorts of other franchised Territorial Government Corporations around the world being bankrupted, too. This is when Australia, Inc., a franchise of The United States of America, Inc., was bankrupted and that is what occasioned the military occupation of Australia by "the US" in 1908. See? They were pulling the same schtick there as they pulled here, just 43 years later. Pretend that the "Governmental Services Corporation" is the actual Government, bring in the British Territorial Military (Raj) and set up these bogus foreign corporate tribunals to fleece the people and force them to pay for the expense of all these military operations and war reparations.

4. World War I ---is started as a family squabble between George V and Kaiser Wilhelm II, but notice that Kaiser Wilhelm was not operating as a King. He was operating as an Emperor, so that the actual King and Kingdom was displaced and not involved in the resulting war --- similar to the situation in America, where the actual people of this country were never involved in the Civil War, the actual people of Germany were not involved in WWI. This is because all the soldiers were all conscripted and enlisted under False and Undisclosed Pretenses in both cases. Following the War, the losers are all occupied and the phony military "district" courts come in to fleece the civilians and force them to pay for the military's "war reparations".

5. Next, the Lieber Code that set up this vicious system in America following the Civil War is adopted as a series of international treaties resulting in the Hague Conventions supported by the Jewish International Congress -- which isn't Jewish. The reparations claims forced on the German people by France and Britain and their American Stoodges are so draconian that the German people can't live, so.....

6. The Second World War rears its ugly head, with another interloper/actor, Adolph Hitler, leading the way and irritating the international bankers. Hitler clearly recognized the fraud and the syndicated nature of the evil that Germany was facing. He also clearly grasped the problem with money being controlled by the international central banks, because among the first actions he took was to "uncouple" the Deutsch Mark from their arbitrarily established value standards.

He correctly deduced the nature of the fraud promoted by the foreign military court system, too. And for this, he must die and the whole mess has to be reinforced and everyone has to suffer and innocent people must be killed by the millions, only to repeat the same wretched scenario --- occupation by the US (not American!) Military, establishment of a foreign corporate tribunal system, fleecing of the non-combatants and combatants alike, for decades afterward.

We could add that when too much time elapsed and even the last vestiges of the old phony bankrupted corporations faded from view, the Vermin reinvented the "14th Amendment" citizenship in America when their own self-interested "Congress" passed the 1940 Nationality Act and re-imposed the same tired and false Legal Presumption that everyone in our country was a "Voluntary Transactor in Commerce" as the Federal Reserve Act put it --- and therefore a guilty-by-definition Fourteenth Amendment Municipal United States citizen, liable to pay all the war reparations of the war-for-profit the same Vermin were intent on starting.

We could also point our fingers at The Aldrich Plan which they instituted and have assiduously followed in all the years since, a plan that enriches Wall Street at the cost of the people of this country and makes Reagan's Trickle Down Theory look absurdly childish by comparison to the "sweat sucking behemoth" Senator Aldrich and his Cronies created.

It's time for all Americans to read all about the AldrIch Plan. Look for the posting on my website and prepare to retch. I am posting an entire book on the subject.

When you see these engineered historical debacles for what they are, it's easy to see the same worms have been at work to create the present situation--- the "pandemic" too, and for the same reasons--- money. Money for THEM at our expense, including the expense of our health and our lives.

It's time for a worldwide awakening and the prosecution of these criminal cartels to the fullest extent of the law ---- and not just a few of their leaders and puppets ---- the whole shebang needs to go and get flushed down once and for all. And the military needs to do its job, instead of providing "muscle" for these crooks.

We testify that to the best of our knowledge and belief based on more than forty years of research and direct experience that:

1. There is one sovereign state known as California, which is a complete state having physical borders.

2. That sovereign state known as California is a member State of the Union doing business as the States of America.

3. That sovereign state known as California is also a Member of the Federation of States doing business as The United States of America.

4. There is no provision for any other kind of "California" or any other definition of "California" that is not a State of the Union and/or not a Member of the Federation of States.

5. California is populated by living people called Californians who have established their permanent house, home, and domicile within the physical borders of California.

6. This population of people is enabled to reclaim their birthright political status.

7. Each one may claim their inheritance as American Citizens operating in international jurisdiction and as State Citizens operating in the national jurisdiction of California or may simply claim their Nationality.

8. These living Californians have the guaranteed right to peaceably assemble and conduct their business as a State Assembly known as The California Assembly.

9. Just as there is only one California, there is only one assembly in each State of the Union.

10. By attempting to redefine what "California" is, you and your associates have voluntarily left the established sovereign state behind and are now stateless and without standing to bring any claims or charges.

11. By participating in secret meetings and bad-mouthing the Federation of States for exercising oversight of the assembly process that is now taking place in its international jurisdiction, you have encouraged insurrection.

12. By advocating withdrawal of California from the Union and Federation of States, you have created a Secessionist Movement similar to that which started the Civil War.

13. By attempting to reorganize California in a backward order contrary to the clear instructions received from the Federation of States, you have created a logical impossibility and wasted everyone's efforts.

14. All those "persons" registered as U.S. Citizens and as Municipal citizens of the United States who are now reclaiming their birthright political status as Americans and as Californians cannot magically reappear on the soil of their counties without first re-establishing their presence on the land of their State.

15. This situation which you and your associates have promoted has resulted in confusion, as you illegally continue to claim that you and your cohorts are The California Assembly, which, as a result of your own actions, is an impossibility.

16. The mission and purpose of The California Assembly is to self-govern California as part of the restored and fully functioning American Government.

17. That mission never included creating any new definition of California, never allowed for any Secessionist activity, and the work of The California Assembly does not allow insurrection against the Federation of States and its authority in international jurisdiction, either.

18. Although it appears that certain people never did their homework and still don't fully grasp the fact that land is an international jurisdiction and that the State known as California is an international entity, there is no excuse for continued ignorance and misadministration of the assembly effort in California.

19. The only assembly that is a Member of the Federation of States is The California Assembly headed up by Michele Ford and Satya Orion--- the same assembly that you left behind, and which you no longer have any right to represent.

20. Kindly return the purloined records and seals of The California Assembly and cease and desist any and all representations that your splinter group is the assembly for California.

Here It Is AGAIN --- Why You Don't Have to File UCC Paperwork and Why I Did

It's called the Supremacy Clause which is found in all three "federal" Constitutions, Article VI. That is followed up by Amendment XI which makes it abundantly clear that Americans are not subject to foreign laws --- like Unidroit.

Our Territorial State of State Employees all signed up and accepted Unidroit and obligated themselves over a period of time from the 1960's to the 1980's. That's them. Not us.

Unfortunately, thanks to the Great Fraud, we were all misidentified as both Territorial and Municipal "citizenry" and not identified as American Citizens at all. Our names were trafficked into these foreign venues and subjected to foreign laws because our own political status was not a matter of public record.

If you are an American "with hands and feet"--- you and your property assets are secured in that foreign global jurisdiction where Unidroit operates, because of the filings that I did a decade ago.

Your assets are yours and all you have to do is step forward, declare that you are a living American --- not any form of "US" citizen --- and claim them by recording your 1779 Declaration and Witness Testimonies.

Acting as the American Fiduciary, I had to go out into those foreign venues and deal with making the asset claims for the living people --- all the living people, including myself --- and I had to find a way to do that in a world populated by dead entities.

So, I filed all that paperwork for myself and every other American with "hands and feet" and blood flowing in their veins, securing our claims to our own assets.

I set it up so that all you have to do is come forward and be counted as a living American and all your assets accrue automatically to you.

In their lingo, I exercised the "ninety percent of the law" to claim back the 10% ownership interest that the owners and operators of the Unidroit System established as a means of "attaching" you and your assets to a Municipal Constructive Trust operated in YOUR NAME.

And just to make it absolutely clear and certain that I was not in any way attaching your property to myself or for my benefit, I issued and recorded my Irrevocable Will.

I suggest you all read my Irrevocable Will. And read the explanatory Anchor Baby article.

I also suggest that you not file UCC paperwork, because (1) you no longer need to and (2) it is tricky and you can easily muff things up for yourselves.

All that you actually and factually need to do is what I have been telling all of you to do for years now---- declare and record your birthright political status as an American, and join your State Assembly, and begin the process of actively self-governing your State of the Union.

Once again, just in time for Christmas, in the middle of Rat Watch, I find myself answering ugly accusations from people who haven't bothered to read what is right in front of their noses and whose motives I highly suspect.

These people have no concept of the work that has gone into our effort to drag America back out of the dust heap---nor do they care about their neighbors, or their country.

I can say this with certainty, because they reflect the evil in their own minds. They can't believe that anyone in my position, able to claim all the assets of everyone else in America, chose to give it all back instead.

Muckraking, Just in Time for Christmas.

So now the Forces of Evil are really desperate, and they've brought in their Big Guns to "expose" whatever they think they can expose in personal attacks against me and my husband.

I suppose they think that we haven't anticipated this?

They think that we don't already know what they do all the time to everyone?

Dear hearts, I don't have an arrest record. My motives and limitations are recorded in public via my published Irrevocable Will. That's something THEY won't show you, but we do. Go look for yourselves. It's on my website at www.annavonreitz;com and it stands on the State of Alaska Recorder's Office record, too. It's public in both venues.

My husband shouldn't have an arrest record, either, a fact that the Officers of the State of Alaska and his alleged victim all fully admitted. She voluntarily recanted and the Governor offered a pardon. We didn't accept because a pardon implies that a crime actually happened, but is being forgiven---- and in Jim's case, nothing happened. That's good enough for me and has been good enough for decades.

If you want to make something of it, you can try. Won't make any difference to us.

We stand with the literally millions of Americans who have been unjustly accused and convicted of non-existent crimes in foreign jurisdictions.

Schaeffer Cox, 26 years old, convicted of thinking bad thoughts about a District Judge.

Bruce Doucette, convicted of walking into a courtroom and accusing them of crimes they were committing right in front of him (but it was on their turf, and therefore, a transgression).

Virtually every person convicted of tax evasion in the past hundred years has been convicted of not paying taxes they didn't owe.

And what about the thousands convicted of using cannabis, even though the "Federal Government" never had any regulatory authority over its use?

We know who the guilty ones are.

Their promises that we won't have a bank are empty, too. We already have two kinds of banks -- an international trade bank and a commercial bank. The problem has been that they are trying to illegally block us from providing banking services to you, but they won't succeed.

The Federation of States is by definition a "national banking association". We can do and will do whatever we please and our public servants will just have to get used to it.

I guess I am glad that the Muckraking Phase has come. It means that they are trying to throw enough mud at me to overcome me as a political rival. All they see is a "politician" they don't own, so, of course, this is their reptilian instinct--- "destroy her so we can put our own flunky in charge".

They don't realize yet that I'm not a politician and not seeking to be elected.

And people like Floyd are too far down their totem pole to realize why they have never been able to stop me from doing anything I set out to do.

December 25 — The Nativity of Our Lord

     The world had subsisted about four thousand years when Jesus Christ, the eternal Son of God, having taken human flesh in the womb of the Virgin Mary, and being made man, was born of her, for the redemption of mankind, at Bethlehem of Judea. Joseph and Mary had come up to Bethlehem to be enrolled, and, unable to find shelter elsewhere, they took refuge in a stable, and in this lowly place Jesus Christ was born. The Blessed Virgin wrapped the divine Infant in swaddling-clothes, and laid Him in the manger. While the sensual and the proud were asleep, an angel appeared to some poor shepherds. They were seized with great fear, but the heavenly messenger said to them: "Fear not: for behold I bring you good tidings of exceeding great joy, that shall be to all the people. For this day is born to you a Saviour, Who is Christ the Lord, in the city of David. And this shall be a sign to you: you shall find the Child wrapped in swaddling-clothes, and laid in a manger." After the departure of the angel the wondering shepherds said to one another: "Let us go over to Bethlehem, and let us see the word that is come to pass, which the Lord hath shown to us." They immediately hastened thither, and found Mary and Joseph, and the Infant lying in the manger. Bowing down they adored Him, and then returned to their flocks, glorifying and praising God.

Reflection — Our Saviour sanctified our flesh by taking it on Himself, and with His last breath He commended us to the care of His Virgin Mother. Day by day He still feeds us at the altar with the food of incorruption—His body and His blood.

About Forms of Citizenship

Americans, if they hold any citizenship obligation at all, operate as American Citizens, not as U.S. Citizens and not as Municipal citizens of the United States. See the difference?  

We are known as American Citizens in international venues and State Citizens at the national level —- meaning in our case, state level.   

Our States are nations. 

But these are not separate allegiances to two different countries. 

It’s one allegiance to one State operating in two different jurisdictions. You are an American Citizen in international jurisdiction and a State Citizen within the borders of your State. 

It is, of course, possible for an American Citizen to give up this status and choose to become a Dual Citizen of some other counties. 

Many members of the U.S. Congress are Dual Citizens of other countries — for example, New Zealand and Israel, or Ireland and Tunisia.  

It is a nasty shock to realize but the rats in Washington, DC, who pretend to represent you and your State don’t even have to be citizens of this country.  They don’t have to live in or own land in your State.  And once they are elected to a Senate, you are stuck with them for six years with no ability to recall them. 

That is, while pretending to “represent” Americans, they have been making their homes in other countries and giving their allegiance to other countries.  And passing “laws” to insulate themselves from any accountability. 

While pretending to represent you and your State they may have no Citizenship related to your State, no home within your State, and no real knowledge, care, or concern about your State.  

We have a guy, Randy Purham, running for an Alaska Congressional Office— who does not live in Alaska and openly says he has no intention of living in Alaska.  It’s too cold. His family wouldn’t ever move here. 

Does anyone see a problem with this? 

Nancy Pelosi (last time I looked) was a Dual U.S. and Israeli Citizen—- meaning she is a British Territorial owing allegiance to the Queen and an Israeli Citizen owing allegiance to Jacob Rothschild, the actual owner/operator of “Israel”.  It was given to him by the British Government— as a payment for financing the First World War.  And it is all part of the Public Record if you look for it. 

Israel is not a country. It’s a private estate operated as an independent international city-state similar to the District of Columbia, with Jerusalem operating as the Municipal Government in the same way as the Municipality of Washington, DC.  

Some people buy islands like Jeffrey Epstein. Jacob Rothschild bought Israel. Lock, stock, and Wailing Wall.  

Why isn’t that taught in every public school? Why isn’t Mr. Rothschild held accountable for what goes on — or fails to go on — in Israel?  Why don’t the Israelis know that they are living as serfs on a private estate? 

Probably the same reason that you don’t know the history of your own government….

But I digress — Fancy Nancy owes allegiance to the Queen and Jacob Rothschild.  She owes no allegiance — zero, none— to this country or to the people of California she claims to “represent”. 

All Nancy does while “representing” those feckless Californians is to give away their wealth and the wealth of their State to her own political cronies and her foreign masters. 

Maybe that’s why Israel gets billions and billions and billions every year and the people in Nancy’s Voting District squat on the sidewalks and get beat up by police. 

But it’s their own fault. They identify themselves as “Voters”.  They accept being in a District — as in “District of Columbia”.  

They don’t take responsibility for conducting their own business, and they keep electing Nancy to do it for them. 

So, obviously, they are all mentally incompetent and must be Wards of the State? 

Dual Citizenship at the Federal Level was allowed so that American Citizens could function as U.S. Citizens or Municipal citizens of the United States while working in international or global-based federal jobs. 

It was never intended that the members of any Congress — Federal, Territorial or Municipal— would jump ship entirely and adopt two completely foreign citizenships while in office, but that’s what they have done. 

That’s one of the ways our country has been misled, defrauded, and defiled by Undeclared Foreign Agents masquerading as Public Elected Officials and as Americans — when they are not. 

All you clueless Californians still want to be “Voters” instead of Electors?  Still think you live in a “Voting District”?  Still think that Nancy Pelosi is “representing” you, your State, or even your country?  

The sad part is that she, Fancy Nancy, isn’t just one Big Crook on the take and selling out this country—- she’s the Mom teaching all the Junior members of “Congress” to do the same.

Nasty Little Men with Nasty Little Minds

There is a scene in one of my favorite movies, "Secondhand Lions" in which the hero tells his Grandnephew a profound truth. You need to believe in things because they are worth believing in.

Eric Dingus was a Dingus --- means "penis" in Irish --- and that is another obvious, arrogant, Territorial Raj "nom de guerre" --- a name adopted for warfare against the Fearsome Enemy: a mousy Great-Greatgrandmother from Big Lake, Alaska. His mission was to screw us over, and he very nearly did. But in the end, he didn't succeed, and I pray daily that neither he nor anyone of his ilk ever will.

I have known many "Undeclared Foreign Agents" in the course of my life, and seen a great many such nom de guerres. They have gotten really sloppy and arrogant over the years and often choose names that announce what they are doing, by way of "serving notice" of their intent and activities.

Here's another example---

Christina Cowherd --- who came into the California Assembly and quickly got herself into the office of Treasurer. "Cowherd" is another adopted nom de guerre, referring to us as "cows" that need to be "herded". Thanks, but no thanks. She left with the Secessionists.

"Tarvin" is another such name, meaning a follower of the original Ancient Romans who founded Rome in 753 BC. They are part of the whole Thirteen Family Cabal. Just like Russell-Jay: Gould, too. Look up who his relatives are, if you like.

And what are they all preaching and teaching? Falsehoods meant to lead you astray and get you into trouble, or seduce you with "candy" of various kinds that will obligate you to them and their corporations instead of having brains and guts enough to run your own government.

Which is what I am preaching and teaching and helping you to do. Run your own business. Take charge of your own lives. Be worthy of your inheritance.

For the record, I am proud of my family, all of them, and have good reason to know the good, strong, generous, humble, and kind people they are. I love and honor my long-suffering innocent husband and my beloved Sister, Em, who, it is true, is "just" a housewife in Minnesota. Did we ever say otherwise? But my family is not the issue, is it?

America is the issue. Your standing as an American is the issue. What you are owed from these Vermin is the issue. The security of your home and your family and your land is the issue.

And never forget it. Never let your eyes stray from the prize.

Indeed, all this "personal attack" nonsense is just a sideshow, someone trying to distract and raise doubts about things that don't matter, as a means to keep you in line, sucking up their BS and towing their line. And paying them for the privilege of being defrauded.

Freedom is worth believing in. How many of you feel free as you lay awake in your beds worrying about letters and visits from the IRS and FBI?

Love is worth believing in. How many of you feel loved, as these Vermin have reduced the very concept of love and marriage down to a laundry list of "gives and gots"? Marriage to them is a commercial deal made by the State-of-State and two corporations forming a Joint Venture.

Our country and its people are worth believing in. Despite all the snide, nasty, gossipy, and yes, stupid, folk, the Territorial Imposters and their criminal friends, the vast bulk of the people in this country are like my family --- good honest Joes who work and contribute and want nothing but peace.

The truth is that Americans are not crooks and not war-mongers. It's our British Raj Employees who stepped into that role back in the 1860's and who have promoted it ever since.

Knowledge, facts, and truth are the issues, and those I have provided in great abundance, exposed and left for all of you to see and examine for yourselves. And as the days go by, researchers from all points of the globe are reporting in and reiterating the same information as it applies to their countries, too.

So, you no longer have to worry about whether or not you can believe me. You've got hundreds if not thousands of people all over this planet exposing the same rot and the same plots that were used to enslave them, using the same "system".

My old friend, The Informer, told me something early on in my career as an Unwilling Lawyer.

"You can never make anyone believe anything. You can show them the facts. You can show them the logic. But after that, it's up to them. So I never waste time on those with closed minds or those who have axes to grind."

And neither do I.

Floyd Tarvin and Continued Ignorance About Oaths and Pledges

I have studied these matters for over forty years. "Floyd Tarvin", if that is his actual name, has studied them for maybe two years? And he wants to call me out? On Christmas Eve and make a big stink of some sort? Hahahahahah!

We, Americans, don't take "oaths" of any kind. Our land and soil law is based on the Bible, which forbids the taking of oaths, as I have often demonstrated. The taking of oaths is a pagan practice and is associated with the sea jurisdiction and its officers. It is foreign to us and to be avoided, because number one --- it's against God and the True Law (look up the definition of "legal" as opposed to "lawful") and second, because it is a practice of a foreign jurisdiction (that of the sea and specifically, Admiralty Jurisdiction) where no civilian belongs. This is why I have taught all the Assemblies to eschew "oaths of office" and to do "acceptances of office" and "affirmations" instead.

We don't do "pledges" either, for similar reasons. A pledge is an ancient practice by which a man is bound to serve a Monarch, thereby becoming Subject to a Monarch's demands. Our English brethren make "pledges" to their Queen and they try to make us make pledges to our own flag, which is ridiculous, but this is again a foreign practice having nothing to do with Americans standing on the land and soil jurisdiction.

Both oaths and pledges are foreign. Most of us encountered these practices and ideas in foreign courts and foreign public schools --- even though we assumed that these institutions were American at the time --- or, we encountered these practices upon induction into the foreign U.S. Territorial Military Services ---- and we simply didn't have the knowledge to know that these practices were foreign to America and Americans.

Now, we have that knowledge.

You can quickly settle these issues in your own mind by consulting a good Bible Concordance and seeing what the Bible says about "oaths" and "oath taking", and especially Jesus's advice regarding the practice of oath-taking. Knowing that our American Public Law is based on the Bible and not the Federal Code settles the point nicely in our favor.

No average American, no Christian, no Jew, and no Muslim, should ever be asked to take an oath of any kind, because it is a pagan practice forbidden by all three major western religions; technically, oath-taking violates the separation of church and state, because it is a pagan religious act being promoted by a subcontractor of our actual government. It is also a blasphemous disrespect of God.

Remember the observation of Jeremiah, the Prophet -- we can't determine our next footstep. How would we have the power to make promises (pledges) or take oaths?

Let your yes be yes and your no be no.

The foreign subcontractors have no exemption or contractual agreement allowing them to promote their religion, or demand practice of it, as a condition of employment.

You can also look up the meaning of "pledge" in any decent dictionary or encyclopedia and/or law dictionary and get a full run down on where the practice of pledging comes from--- and it will be abundantly clear that this is a practice of Feudalism and Monarchies unsuited to our government in all respects.

"Floyd" is clearly attached to these foreign practices as a result of both ignorance and early indoctrination and needs to be taught the truth. Much of what he and others now mistake as "American" traditions are in fact foreign practices and remnants of foreign religious practices.

Both oath-taking and pledge-making are considerably less American than Lasagna and Cricket. That's why you will see neither practice followed in any of our American State Assemblies.
