Fauci and the NIH caught funding China’s covid bioweapons research

(Natural News) In today’s Situation Update podcast, we cover the bombshell news that communist China’s militarized bioweapons industry was funded by the NIH under the control of Dr. Fauci. They deliberately funded bioweapons development “gain-of-function” research in China, which led to the deliberate release of the SARS-CoV-2 bioweapon that’s now being used to push weaponized depopulation vaccines around the world.

The entire scheme was planned years ago, and its goal was both the global decimation of human populations and to serve as a cover story for the planned economic reset / debt implosion scenario that’s already beginning to unfold.

This was all covered by The Weekend Australian, which reviewed a 265-page document from the Chinese government that claimed a bioweapon attack, “could cause the enemy’s medical system to collapse.”

That same document revealed that biological weapons developed in China could be, “artificially manipulated into an emerging human ­disease virus, then weaponized and unleashed in a way never seen before.”

From The Weekend Australian:

Ten of the authors are scientists and weapons experts affiliated with the Air Force Medical ­University in Xi’an, ranked “very high-risk” for its level of defence research, including its work on medical and psychological sciences, according to the Australian Strategic Policy Institute’s ­Defence Universities Tracker.

The study also examines the optimum conditions under which to release a bioweapon. “Bioweapon attacks are best conducted during dawn, dusk, night or cloudy weather because intense sunlight can damage the pathogens,” it states. “Biological agents should be released during dry weather. Rain or snow can cause the aerosol particles to precipitate.

“A stable wind direction is ­desirable so that the aerosol can float into the target area.”

Among the most bizarre claims by the military scientists is their theory that SARS-CoV-1, the virus that caused the SARS epidemic of 2003, was a man-made bioweapon, deliberately unleashed on China by “terrorists”.

It now seems obvious that Fauci, the NIH and the Obama administration knowingly conspired with communist China to build the bioweapon that was unleashed upon the world in 2019. This means Dr. Fauci is a war criminal (but we knew that already).

The cyber collapse of America’s infrastructure

Also covered in today’s Situation Update: The cyber hacking and take down of the Colonial pipeline that supplies gasoline to about a quarter of U.S. states, including those along the Eastern seaboard. After hackers stole data from the central computers that control the pipeline, they forced the entire pipeline into a shut down which has now entered its third day.

This means remote hackers are able to shut down critical infrastructure in the United States. And if pipelines are vulnerable to hacking, what about power plants? Nuclear facilities? Military installations? The truth is that China has already created a “kill list” of cyber warfare targets and can take down most of the U.S. infrastructure at a moment’s notice, because almost no one has good security. And most of the computers that control critical systems across America are, foolishly, connected to the internet.

The Electoral Rights of State Citizens

State Citizens get to make the decisions about international affairs for their States of the Union because State Citizens have accepted the responsibility of staffing and running the State Government and they have no other allegiances or attachments to any other government.

In practical terms, State Citizens get to exercise all electoral rights, because they take on all the responsibilities.

They agree to act as Jurors for the State Courts. They fill the State Offices. They serve in the State Militia if they are of an appropriate age and have the physical health to do so. They attend their State Assembly meetings and ponder the questions of the day. They hold a "singular allegiance" to the welfare of their State and its living people, that serves as a "check" to corporate greed and Federal overreach.

And in exchange for all the work they put in and all the responsibility they take on, State Citizens get to determine issues of international importance for their States of the Union.

With rights go responsibilities and with responsibilities go rights.

As we are now contemplating important international questions via Roll Call Votes of our State Assemblies, many people who took the easier road and chose to act as American State Nationals for no other reason than escaping the extra work and responsibility carried by the State Citizens - are upset to be told, that no, they can't cast a ballot on these important measures.

Please reflect that American State National is the same political status as a child before they reach the age of majority. While there is no shame in adopting this political status, it isn't responsible for much of anything, beyond keeping the peace, and as a result, the only "voting rights" that attach to it, are those of a strictly local in-county and in-State nature.

Those who cannot or will not accept the hard work and duty of keeping The State Assembly alive and working and holding up its end, don't get a voice in international issues facing the State.

Federal Employees don't get a voice, either, because they are in potential conflict of interest. Even the Coordinators, who work for the Federation of States must stand silent, because they do not have a "singular allegiance" at this time.

When Push comes to Shove, it's the State Citizens that stand tall, and so, as they accept the responsibility, they also exercise the right to determine the future of their State within the greater context of international affairs.

They have earned that right by their willingness to serve their State, and only their State.

I hope this makes it clear what you gain and what you lose when you check the box as "State National" versus checking the box as a "State Citizen".

Those who are of age, able-bodied, not restricted by health or family obligations, should all deeply consider accepting the State Citizen status. It's an eternal rule of our government that those who take on the responsibilities also inherit the rights.

Another Point to Ponder for the Native Chiefs

Not only are the Tribes not in receipt of valid Treaties with the actual American Government, because all the Treaties were either with Foreign Governments or with foreign Subcontractors acting to establish "trade treaties" and "bank treaties" and "cession treaties" which are not the same as actual Treaties ----- how would you go about establishing a Treaty with the American Government, when you are by definition already part of the American Government?

All the living people living in any of the physically defined States is a "sovereign in their own right" simply by virtue of being born on the soil of this country ---- so each one of you is already sovereign.

So is every other American.

Okay, nothing to fight over or negotiate about that.

As a living man or woman living on the land and soil of this country the government of the State is vested in you as much as anyone else. All equal. All having the same rights and choices.

So, what's there to argue about with that, either? You are already part and parcel of the State Assembly by definition, so, how are you going to make a Treaty with yourselves?

You already have the right to own your own land and live according to your own ways and have your own culture, language, religion, courts, and identity as a nation of people living here with the rest of us.

None of your complaints or injuries have been done to you by our American Government --- it's all been done by the U.S. Territorial Government. 100%. And the same can be said for all the rest of us. We've been beaten bloody, taxed, harassed, and "regulated" to death, too.

Except for being forced to live on a reservation, we have suffered just like you--- and with the FEMA Camps they had planned, it looks like that was coming, too.

They didn't seize our kids and put them in "residential schools", but they herded them all into "public schools" and indoctrinated them and lied to them just the same. They still come in with "CPS" and steal our kids when they have no right to even speak to us, their Employers, about our health or the way we choose to live.

We --- Americans ---- have all been abused by the same Bad Actors, suffered the same things just to different degrees and from different angles. It was all to "subjugate" us, when we are all sovereigns in our own right, and to plunder and pillage our land by foreign powers ---- foreign Principals who do in fact have International Treaties they need to honor with the actual American Government.

Our Government---yours and mine and Joe Public's from Cleveland, Ohio and Marty Martinez from Santa Rio, New Mexico, and LuAnne Fussbuddy's from Providence, Rhode Island, and Fred Meiner's from Fredericksburg, Texas, and Sheila Laughingwell's from Two Forks Nebraska, and Elliot Hopkin's from New York, and Clyde "Rover" Ohlsen from Duluth, Minnesota, and....and....and....

We are all Americans --- all part of our States and families, our Counties, and if we are Native, our Tribes, and if we are Scottish, our Clans.... all part of the Great Big Family that lives in this country.

We do have International Treaties that need to be enforced, but they are Treaties we all hold as Americans --- as the people of our States. Those are the Powerhouse Knock-Out-Punch Treaties that need to be brought forward and clamped down on the other Principals, and that is what we are already doing, as the people of this country.

You can't form a Treaty with yourselves, but you can enforce treaties you are owed as Americans and put a stop to the pillaging and mistreatment and poverty and coercion that so many of us have suffered at the hands of people employed by foreign governments acting in Breach of Trust.

Understanding What Went On -- Guide to Nomenclature and Status

The United States = Soil Jurisdiction States = Union of States

The United States of America = Land Jurisdiction = States of the Union

The sovereign member States of The United States and The United States of America are all physically defined.

They operate under the simple names: Wisconsin, Florida, California, etc., written in Upper and Lower Case.

But, now, lookee here.......there are other things operating under very similar names:

"the" United States (1787 to 1860) = American Federal Republic = an instrumentality of the Confederation of States, and neither have been operating since 1860. This Federal Republic was a business run as "the" States of America.

The States of America was an "instrumentality" of "the" Confederation, which was formed under The Articles of Confederation in 1781---five years after the Union and the Federation. The members of this States of America organization were all "states of states" operating under names like: The State of Vermont, The State of New York.....

These are the "Confederate States" ---both North and South-- that fought the Civil War. These are all business entities and do not have physical attributes. They are not sovereign as a result.

"the" United States (after 1790 and until today) Incorporated = Municipal United States Government = Federal Civil Service = STATE OF NEW YORK, STATE OF ALABAMA, etc. These are all businesses without physical attributes, and so, they are not sovereign either. This is the government operated by the Pope. It was originally a Subcontractor of the States of America organization described above. It's also known as US, INC. and US CORP. It has been operated as a Municipal District Corporation since 1877.

"the" United States of America (1789 to present) = Territorial Government = U.S. Military. This is the version of "United States" that gave the Native Tribes so much misery, and it has always been run by the British Monarchs. After 1865, it usurped upon the American States-of-States and substituted its own business entities for them. Suddenly, The State of New York (American) was replaced by "the" State of New York (British), and so on, all over the country. These are all businesses, too. No sovereign states. This part of the government has been operating as a Municipal Corporation of the District of Columbia since 1866.

My point to you --- none of these entities that appear below the line above are sovereign entities. They are all just business entities and "instrumentalities" and subcontractors of the actual American Government, which is vested in the physically-defined member States of the Union and the living people and Lawful Persons that populate those States.

None of these business entities are sovereign. It doesn't matter if we are talking about the Pope's STATES or the Queen's States of States, or the American Confederation States of States operating as The States of States. Okay? It's all just paper "states" --- not the actual States.

Please Note:

Even the unincorporated Federation of States doing business as The United States of America is not sovereign --- it's member States are sovereign. The Federation is a Holding Company that exercises the "Powers" of the States in the foreign international and global jurisdictions.

EPISTLE (James I. 22‑27.) Dearly Beloved, Be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. GOSPEL (John XVI. 23-30.) At this time, Jesus saith to his disciples: Amen, amen, I say to you, if you ask the Father, anything in my name, he will give it you. Hitherto, you have not asked anything in my name. Ask, and you shall receive, that your joy may be full. These things I have spoken to you in proverbs. The hour cometh when I will no more speak to you in proverbs, but will show you plainly of the Father. In that day, you shall ask in my name: and I say not to you that I will ask the Father for you, for the Father himself loveth you, because you have loved me, and have believed that I came out from God. I came forth from the Father, and am come into the world: again I leave the world, and go to the Father. His disciples say to him: Behold, now thou speakest plainly, and speakest no proverb. Now we know that thou knowest all things, and thou needest not that any man should ask thee: by this we believe that thou comest forth from God.

Why does God wish us to ask of Him?

That we may know and confess that all good comes from Him; that we may acknowledge our poverty and weakness which in all things need the help of God; that we may thus glorify Him and render ourselves less unworthy of the gifts which He has promised us.

What is meant by asking to the name of Jesus?

By this is meant praying with confidence in the merits of Jesus, "who," as St. Cyril says, "being God with the Father, gives us all good, and as mediator carries our petitions to His Father." The Church, therefore concludes all her prayers with the words: "Through our Lord, Jesus Christ." It means also that we should ask that which is in accordance with the will of Christ, namely, all things necessary for the salvation of our soul; to pray for temporal things merely in order to live happily in this world, is not pleasing to Christ and avails us nothing. "He who prays for what hinders salvation," says St. Augustine, "does not pray in the name of Jesus." Thus Jesus said to His disciples: Hitherto you have asked nothing in my name, "because," as St. Gregory says, "they did not ask for that which conduces to eternal salvation."

Why is it that God sometimes does not grant our petitions?

Because we often pray for things that are injurious, and like a good father, God denies them to us, in order to give us something better; because He wishes to prove our patience and perseverance in prayer; because we generally do not pray as we ought; to be pleasing to God, prayer should be made when in a state of grace and with confidence in Christ's merits, for the prayer of a just man availeth much; (James V. 16.) we must pray with humility and submission to the will of God, with attention, fervor, sincerity, and with perseverance.

At what special times should we pray?

We should pray every morning and evening, before and after meals, in time of temptation, when commencing any important undertaking, and particularly in the hour of death. God is mindful of us every moment, and gives us His grace. It is, therefore, but just that we think often of Him during the day, and thank Him for His blessings.

How can we, in accordance with Christ's teachings, (Luke XVIII. 1.) pray at all times?

By making the good intention when commencing our work, to do all for the love of God, and according to His most holy will; by raising our hearts to God at different times during the day; frequently making acts of faith, hope, love, and humility, and by repeating short ejaculations, such as: O Jesus! grant me grace to love Thee! Thee only do I desire to love! O be merciful to me! Lord hasten to help me.

What is the signification of the different ceremonies that Catholics use at their prayers?

The general signification is that God must be served, honored and adored, not only with the soul but with the body; when we pray aloud we praise God, not only with the mind, but also with our lips; when we pray with bowed and uncovered head, with folded, uplifted, or outstretched hands, on bended knees, with bowed and prostrated body, we show our reverence and subjection to the majesty of God, before whom we, who are but dust and ashes, cannot humble ourselves enough. These different ceremonies during prayer are frequently mentioned in both the Old and the New Testaments, and Christ and His apostles have made use of them, as for instance, the bending of the knees, falling on the face, &c.

Which is the best of all prayers?

The Lord's Prayer which Christ Himself taught us, and commands us to repeat. When said with devotion, it is the most powerful of all prayers. (Matt. VI, 9-13; Luke XI. 2‑4.)

SHORT EXPLANATION OF THE LORD'S PRAYER

Of what does the Lord's Prayer consist?

It consists of an address, as an introduction to the prayer, and of seven petitions which contain all that we should ask for the honor of God, and for our own salvation. The address is thus: Our Father who art in heaven:

What does the word “Our" signify?

In the communion of saints we should pray for and with all the children of God; we should be humble and preserve brotherly love towards all men.

Who is it that is here called our “Father"?

Our Father is God who has made us His children and heirs of His kingdom through His Son.

Why do we say "Who art in heaven", since God is everywhere?

To remind us that our true home is heaven, for which we, should ardently long, because our Father is there, and there He has prepared our inheritance.

For what do we ask to the first petition: "Hallowed be Thy name?"

That we and all men may truly know, love, and serve God.

For what do we pray to the second petition: "Thy kingdom come?"

That the Church of God; the kingdom of Christ, may extend over the whole earth, and the kingdom of sin and the devil be destroyed; that Christ may reign in our hearts and in the hearts of all; and that God will deign to receive us into the kingdom of heaven when our earthly pilgrimage is ended.

For what do we ask to the third petition: "Thy will be done on earth as it is to heaven ?"

We beg that God would enable us, by His grace, to do His will in all things, as the blessed do it in heaven. In these three petitions we seek, as taught by Christ, first the kingdom of God, that all the rest may be added unto us. (Luke XII. 31.)

For what do we ask in the fourth petition: "Give us this day our dally bread?"

We beg for all necessaries for body and soul

Why does it say, "this day?"

The words "this day" signify that we should not be over anxious for the future, but place all our confidence in God who will provide the necessaries of life.

What do we ask for in the fifth petition: "Forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us?"

We beg that God will forgive us our sins, as we forgive others their offenses against us. Those who make this petition, and still bear enmity towards their neighbor, lie in the face of God, and will not receive forgiveness. (Mark XI. 25, 26.)

What is risked for in the sixth petition: Lead us not into temptation?"

We ask God to avert all temptations or at least not to abandon us when we are tempted. We cannot, indeed be entirely free from them in this world, they are even necessary and useful for our salvation: for without temptation there is no combat, without combat no victory and without victory no crown.

What do we ask for in the seventh petition: Deliver us from evil?"

We beg that God would free us from all evil of soul and body.

INSTRUCTION CONCERNING THE PROCESSIONS ON ROGATION DAYS

What are processions?

Processions are solemn religious assemblages of persons marching together, and are instituted by the Catholic Church partly to encourage the piety of the faithful, partly in remembrance of graces received, and in thanksgiving for them. Processions are approved of by the Fathers of the Church from the earliest ages. Those who take part in them in a true spirit will reap wholesome fruit of Christian piety.

Are processions something new?

No, they were the custom in the very earliest centuries of the Church, as testified by the acts of the martyrs, of Saints Cyprian, Lucius, Boniface, and the Fathers of the Church, Saints Basil, Chrysostom, Ambrose, Gregory, and others. They are also founded on Scripture. Thus King David caused the ark of the covenant to be carried in solemn procession to Jerusalem, (II Kings VI.) and Solomon, his son, had it carried in solemn procession into the new temple. (III Kings VIII. 1-6.)

What do processions signify?

Processions are a figure of our pilgrimage on earth; we are strangers and wanderers here below, our journey reaches from this valley of tears to the heavenly Sion, the procession therefore returns into the house of God; our journey leads over the thorny ways of life, the procession therefore takes place in the open air, where the pilgrim is exposed to all kinds of weather; they are a powerful incentive to fervor in prayer for the faithful; when hundreds, even thousands of faithful praise God aloud, or cry to Him for help and mercy, must not even the coldest heart be roused to vivid, fervent devotion, since Christ has promised to be present even where two or three are assembled in His name? Processions are an open acknowledgment that praise, thanks and adoration are due to God alone, while they are a public profession of our faith in Christ, the Crucified; they are a solemn thanksgiving for being permitted to profess Christ, our Lord, before the whole world, as also for all the graces obtained through Him; they are a public testimonial of our faith in the one, holy, Catholic Church, whose members are united by the same bond of faith, and who form under their head, Christ, one family in God. Finally, they are a sign of the triumph of Christian faith over the darkness of heathenism. If processions are solemnized with such intentions, with order and dignity, with fervent devotion, in the light of faith, they are indeed a pleasing sight for angels and men

Why are banners and the cross carried in procession?

The cross signifies that we are assembled as Christians, in the name of Jesus, in whose name we begin and end our prayers, through whose merits we expect all things from the Heavenly Father, and whom we must follow: on our journey to heaven; the red and white banners indicate that we must walk in all innocence under the banner of Christ, and fight unto death against sin, against the world and the devil, and be as ready as were the martyrs to give our life for our faith; the blue banners indicate that we must walk the road of self-denial and mortification, with really humble and penitent feelings for our sins. The banners are also emblematic of Christ's victory over death and hell, and of the triumph of His religion over the pagans and Jews.

Why do we go around the fields in processions?

To beg God to bless the fields with His fatherly hand, to give and preserve the fruits of the earth, and. as He fills the animals with blessings, and gives them food at the proper time, so may He give to as also our necessary food.

What is the origin of the procession on St. Mark's day and on Rogation Days?

The procession on St. Mark's day was instituted even before the time of Pope Gregory the Great (607) who, however, brought it into fervent practice, "in order," as he says, 'to obtain, in a measurer forgiveness of our sins." The same pontiff introduced another, called the Sevenfold Procession, because the faithful of Rome took part in it in seven divisions, from seven different Churches, meeting in the Church of the Blessed Virgin. It was also named the Pest Procession, because it was ordered by St. Gregory to obtain the cessation of a fearful pestilence which was at that time raging in Rome, and throughout all Italy. This pestilence so poisoned the atmosphere that one opening his mouth to sneeze or gape would suddenly fall dead; (hence the custom of saying God bless you," to one sneezing, and of making the sign of the cross on the mouth of one who gapes). The same holy pope ordered the picture of the Blessed Virgin, which is said to have been painted by St. Luke, to be carried in this procession, and that the intercession of this powerful mother be asked. God heard these supplications and the pestilence ceased. It is said that the processions in Rogation Week owe their origin to St. Mamertus, Bishop of Vienne in France; in the neighborhood of which city there were, in the year 469, terrible earthquakes which caused great destruction, the fruits perished and various plagues afflicted the people. The saintly bishop assembled the faithful, recommended them to seek refuge in the merciful God, and led them in procession around the fields. Such processions spread over France, and gradually throughout the Christian world; they are held in order to obtain from God the averting of universal evils, such as war, famine, and pestilence, and are, at the same time, a preparation for the Ascension of Christ who is our most powerful mediator with His Father, and whom we should invoke especially during these days.

With what intentions should we take part in a procession?

With the intention of glorifying God, of thanking Him for all. His graces, and of obtaining aid and comfort from Him in all our corporal and spiritual needs; with the view of professing our faith openly before the whole world, and with the sincere resolution of always following Christ, the Crucified, in the path of penance and mortification. He who entertains other intentions and takes part, perhaps, for temporal advantages, or for sinful pleasures, or to avoid labor, &c., sins against God and the Church who weeps over and condemns such abuses.

How Our Assemblies Operate

We have a steady stream of ex-military and corporation employees joining our ranks and like everyone else, they come dragging their past experiences and assumptions behind them.

We take this opportunity to point out some very significant differences between those "cultures" and the civilian world that our Assemblies present.

While both the military and the corporations operate on the principle that everyone involved is "expendable", the civilian government operates on exactly the opposite principle ---- people are NOT expendable. Everyone has value. Everyone has something to add.

The military and the corporations also tend to operate on a quid pro quo system that let's the ends justify the means. This is again diametrically opposed to the civilian government and its operating principles.

We know that how we get somewhere is at least as important as the destination, and we act accordingly. We do not employ lies to get what we want. We don't threaten people. We don't harbor grudges. We don't use force, deceit, or coercion of any kind, nor do we use bribes, pay offs, or "emoluments" to get what we want out of people.

The dignity of mankind is such that people need to do the right thing for the right reasons, and without that there is no basis to build or hope for a better future.

The military and the corporations both believe in expediency. To them, the quickest way to do something is always best. Patience, nurturing, and skill development are not part of their overall vocabulary -- for them, it's a slam-bam-thank you ma'am world.

Okay, so that's their world. Let them have it.

That is not what family-based Assemblies do. That is not in line with our value system at all. That kind of cut-throat competition, faster is better, Slick Kid attitude needs to be checked at the door and not allowed to intrude itself in an atmosphere that needs to be respectful, welcoming, and supportive.

And not dripping with hypocrisy from slime balls trying to be "nice".

All those who are coming in from military and corporatocracy backgrounds need to refocus and understand that this is a rescue operation and both those being rescued and those doing the rescuing are civilians.

Sure, there is a sense of urgency. Sure, there is a need to move things forward. Sure, there is a need for organizational coherence. The skills learned in the military and the corporate world can come in handy --- but not the vicious, self-serving, ladder-climbing, brown-nosing, competitive sleaze-bag behaviors that too often go along with the skills.

Military officers and NCOs and corporate managers are supremely task oriented, but seldom know the whole vision behind who or what chooses the tasks. As a senior VP for Microsoft admitted to me, "I had no idea where they were going with this thing...." in reference to the nanobot plague. That's because everything in both the military and in the corporate world suffers from "compartmentalization of information" --- commonly referred to as "operating on a need to know basis".

It is essential that our civilian government shares information freely and that our operations are, to the extent dictated by common sense, transparent and open. Everyone needs to know everything, so that --- for example --- Americans can never again be hoodwinked or dependent on the knowledge and skills of a few who are taught specific information.

Where would we be today if every school child in America had received an honest education and passed it on?

That's the only way that a government of, for, and by the people of this country can flourish. Everyone needs to know how the government is supposed to work, so that when it misfires, we all know what is wrong and we all move to fix it.

That would not be possible in the military and neither would it be possible in large corporations, precisely because the same specialization and compartmentalization that keeps them safe and makes them efficient serves to reduce everyone and everything to a system of cogs and wheels without the benefit of common knowledge.

There are other distinct differences, too --- and it is meant to be that way.

The civilian government is put in charge of the military and given ownership of the corporations precisely because both need to be guided by a sense of morality and vision that is naturally quite foreign to these organizations--- a sense of Public Good that only the Public can define.

For us to function and do our job as Assemblies, it is essential that we retain a sense of who we are and where we are coming from, and not be duped, misled, or simply habituated into acting as if our Assemblies were just another corporation.

Important Addendum About the 1937 Declaration of Interdependence

This is additional information you all need to know and share widely with those who are receiving copies of The Declaration of Interdependence of the Governments in The United States.

The official confirmation that this actually happened and was presented and adopted and is not, as some have claimed, spurious --- take note of the official provenance.

In your State Capitol Library on Microfiche, you will find "The Book of the States".

The first "book" in this series was published in 1935, and additional books have been published every two years ever since --- sometimes one volume, sometimes two volumes.

In the 1937 volume --- that is Book Two in "The Book of the States" series, you will find that Senator Toll was the one who presented The Declaration of Interdependence of the Governments in The United States for signing.

This same Book of the States is a deep mine full of evidence and tidbits and insights into exactly what has gone on behind the scenes in this country since 1935--- which in addition sheds more light on what happened in 1933 and 1934 under the auspices of the Franklin Delano Roosevelt Administration.

Every American needs to become aware of the dangerous and self-interested nature of the foreign commercial corporations and Corporatist Interests which have been looting this country ever since.

It is painfully clear that in addition to foreign governments acting in Gross Breach of Trust and in violation of their Commercial Service Contracts, there have been traitorous Americans involved ---- including many of those that we popularly recognize as Captains of Industry in the Nineteenth Century.

Names like Rockefeller, Hearst, Gould, Carnegie, Vanderbilt, Winchester, Westinghouse, Bell, Reynolds, Astor, Freeman, Collins, Russell, Dupont, Dunn, Kennedy, Ford, Harriman, St.Claire, Huntington, Remington, Stanford, Crocker, Hopkins, Edison, Bundy, Brookfield, Franklin, Monroe, Wright, Goldberg, Hunt, Hughes, and many more prominent American families in one way or another, became entangled in the international web, either willingly or under coercive pressure of the banks.

Many of these men --- and women --- felt that government of, for, and by the people was an unworkable monstrosity standing in the way of their profit-making agendas.

As the people of this country pushed back and sought to curb the insatiable power grabbing of the corporations that these same people were subsidizing and providing with bankruptcy protection, the Industrialists hatched plans to undermine our government with the help and cooperation of British and other European Interests --- Rhodes, Darwin, Pirbright, Nobel, Warburg, Farben, Kunst, Clark, Kenworth, Churchill, Downing, Van Nuys, Rothschild, and so on.

It's all documented and it was all orchestrated and enabled by the U.S. Supreme Court via a series of famous cases collectively known as the Insular Tariff Cases, which allowed the semantic deceits and misrepresentations and revenue generating ploys that played such an important part in the subsequent history of the 1920's and 30's. As Chief Justice Harlan noted in his dissenting opinions, the end result of these decisions did lead to "mischief".

The majority of these cases were brought in tandem with new Congressional actions aimed at censoring, limiting, and reining in burgeoning corporate power and the increasingly sleazy relationship of military contractors using lobbyists to disproportionately influence the remaining Congressional delegations.

There is a clear cause and effect between the Elkins Act in 1903, the Hepburn Act of 1906, and the Mann-Elkins Act of 1910 and what happened on Jekyll Island in 1913.

Both the Industrialists and certain factions within the U.S. Military felt threatened and they responded by undermining the American Silver Dollar and both the gold and silver standards; by doing this, they could eventually erode the world commodity standards and gain a free avenue to "capture" and control the supply and prices of commodities worldwide --- without the pesky bother of anti-monopoly, anti-trust, and anti-commodity rigging laws.

At the end of the day, absolutely all this misery has been caused by 19th Century Industrialists and bankers plotting to "corner the market" on all commodities, and most especially, the money commodities.

The results are written on the walls of our subway stations and whispered in the halls of Congress. Anyone participating in any political party or any political party system is part of the problem. Anyone blindly praising the complicit military is also part of the problem.

123 million lives have been lost and countless others maimed, truncated, and ruined because of these petty men senselessly chasing profit for themselves and cherishing ranks above honor.

It's time for this "system" constructed as a maze around humanity to end, and truly end---- not simply be commandeered and co-opted again.

As the song goes, "meet the New Boss, same as the Old Boss" --- and that must not be allowed to happen again. For the sake of all humanity, we cannot allow ourselves to be fooled again.\

Additional Issues for The Court of International Justice -- Blood Money 21 - Land

In addition to all those other issues of international importance thus far raised by our efforts, perhaps no issue is more deeply felt than the issue of land ownership, which should not even be under discussion.

It is very well-established that land in this country belongs to the States and the people who live in those States. There is no arcane definition applied to "people" --- all living Americans and naturalized U.S. Citizens who adopt a State of the Union as their permanent house, home, and domicile ---regardless of race, creed, color or religion are people in our view, and they enjoy all the same rights and opportunities, including the right to possess land and soil parcels and hold them in their own right.

No other form of land ownership, except for formal set asides to allow for Federal use of land, has ever been allowed or anticipated. It is to be noted that in order for the Federal Government to have and use land in this country, it must: (1) be for constitutionally mandated purposes, and (2) must be formally ceded by the State Legislature.

The only other form of Federal occupation of land in this country is allowed to the Territorial Government under the provisions of The Northwest Ordinance, which provides for the Territorial Government to assume a custodial interest until such time as new land acquisitions are enrolled as States of the Union.

In the first instance, the use of land for Federal purposes mandated by their constitutional duties, such as the establishment of military bases and arsenals, post offices, and similar service centers, we find that these have greatly proliferated and have been established without the permission of the actual State Legislatures.

Instead, Territorial State-of-State Legislatures have been allocating themselves the use of vast tracts of our land for purposes never envisioned by any constitutional process nor demanded by their duty, including the establishment of land-grant universities, parks, and health spas, internment camps imposed on our Native People, huge railroad and highway corridors and utility easements, and the establishment of "Special Purpose" land trusts, which are meant to promote the support of one or more public services, such as the Mental Health Trust in Alaska.

The bulk of this development, both good and bad, has taken place and been authorized by people having no actual ability to authorize anything related to our land assets.

In the second case, Territorial Government custodial interest under The Northwest Ordinance--- entire "Territorial States" have been created and foisted off on the public as States of the Union, when in fact, these so-called Western States, have been until very recently in a perpetual limbo, under Federal Occupation, and unable to legally or lawfully proceed beyond that status.

One of the first issues to be addressed by our State Assemblies once we had all fifty States assembled, was the enrollment of these Western States by Roll Call Vote of the States that were in existence as of 1860; as a result, these Territorial "States" have finally been enrolled as States of the Union as of the first of October in the year 2020.

We are only beginning to address the rest of the housekeeping necessary to receive back and dispose of land interests that have been left hanging, but we have precluded the sale of the Queen's tribute interest in our in-ground gold assets to China and we have taken other urgent actions to maintain our safety and asset bases.

All the various threats and evils that have grown up around the use, and sometimes the abuse, of our land resources under Territorial custodianship, have arisen under the influence of the deliberately promoted international presumption that our American Government was missing, absent, or in some kind of perpetual interregnum simply because it was not in continuous Session.

Our Federal Subcontractors and erstwhile Treaty Partners have proposed to not only take inappropriate custodial and public trust interest in our land assets, but have proposed to dispose of our land assets "for" us. Recent attempts at this have included the sale of our infrastructure to foreign investors, our uranium to Russian mining interests, the port of Long Beach, California, to the Chinese, for example, and ongoing discussions to give title to land belonging to our States to the so-called Indigenous Nations using old treaties that were made with foreign governments (England, France, Germany, etc.) prior to The War of Independence as an excuse.

This last proposal is a direct threat to our national security and peace being made by foreign powers that have Treaties with us that they must honor--- and which we are here to enforce.

This proposed settlement of our land interests in favor of the Indigenous tribes deserves our comment and opposition on several points.

First, the intermarriage of European and Indigenous peoples began almost upon the first contact, so that treaty by blood was established especially with French Armorican traders centuries before The War of Independence, and that process of intermarriage has continued both with Europeans and among the various diverse native populations, so that today there are very few individuals, if any, who can pass a DNA test and claim to be of any one tribe or lineage.

This calls into question the very concept of "indigenous" people, as do other points shortly to be discussed, and in fact, before we momentarily leave this topic, one of the native leaders, Michael Young, was required by the proponents of this scheme to prove that he had genetic markers going back to Egypt, which is a long way from New York.

We are presented with the Truth -- that there is only one Family of Man and we are all ultimately part of it, and we all derive our inheritance of land through that one ancestry. This is explained eloquently by the Bible in Genesis 1: 26-28. The land is the inheritance of all the progeny of Adam --- that is, all of us who are destined to live and to die upon the land and soil of the Earth.

This same Truth is also part of Native American Wisdom --- which teaches us that we do not own the land, the land owns us. We come from the Earth and we return to the Earth according to Native thought, so how is it that we presume to rule over the Earth?

This is again reprised by the Bible -- "for dust thou art, and to dust returneth".

These simple observations have been held to be the Truth worldwide by peoples as diverse as the Scandinavians and the Dogons, Pacific Islanders and yes, by German philosophers who had eyes to see the simple facts of our condition and origins.

This is why in the course of our jurisprudence we consider men and land animals to be land assets, and not assets of the sea.

By this greater Truth, all people are "indigenous" to the land that formed them as their Motherland, and it is a certain fact that we will all return to the land after death. Even the drowned sailor comes to rest on the comforting breast of the sea floor.

Thus, it cannot be argued that anyone is estranged from the Earth by any foreign lineage or provenance, or granted any special title or relationship to the Earth, either. We are all indigenous with respect to the land of our birth, from which we were all formed, regardless of such things as racial make-up, or cultural differences.

Second, this entire discussion on the part of our own Treaty Partners and would-be Executors of our estates--- if we were in fact "dead" in the political sense --is rendered that much more ridiculous and divisive by the discussions revolving around The Doctrine of Discovery, which has finally been abandoned, and deservedly so.

This Doctrine held that land could be claimed by any of the European Monarchs, whose Subjects happened to stumble upon it and go through the agreed upon rituals to claim it "in the name of......" whichever Monarch they happened to represent.

It was by this process that this entire continent and most of South America and Africa also, were claimed by European Colonialists and their various investor groups. The ridiculous and self-interested nature of this entire process and basis for claiming land ownership was finally reviewed and tossed out on its ear, but for some reason, we are still wrestling with it with respect to the so-called Indigenous Nations.

At some point, perhaps millions of years ago, members of the Homo sapiens tribe placed footprints upon this continent, as with all other continents, and thereby discovered it. If we are going to throw out the Doctrine of Discovery, it hardly matters if the discovery in question happened in 1492 A.D. or 10,000,000 B.C.E.

If the Doctrine of Discovery is nonsense, and we are prepared to agree that it is, then the Doctrine of Discovery must be expunged in sum total as a basis for establishing land ownership interests, and the "discovery" of America by Native Tribes in 12,000 B.C.E. is just as moot as any fumbling made by the passengers aboard the Mayflower.

So let us all stop jockeying around trying to find on one hand, an easy way to dispose of a noisome political problem, and on the other, an inconvenient debt -- and admit the simple truths attached to all these issues.

Our country has been misrepresented for decades and preyed upon by our European Allies and Treaty Partners, who are in fact our Subcontractors with respect to everything that has gone on here. They have no more right or authority to dispose of our land than we have right or authority to dispose of theirs.

As for the rights and interests of the Native Peoples in this country, we are all "native" to it at this point, and we, our American Government, have never been at war with them and never caused them any harm. All such abuses have been carried out by the U.S. Territorial Government.

The Trail of Tears? That was the U.S. Government. The blankets infected with Smallpox? That was the U.S. Government. The Reservations? That was the U.S. Government. The racial and cultural genocide? That was the U.S. Government.

The same Queen's Government that privately calls all Americans "mongrels" and which maintains a caste-like class system in their own countries brought the same prejudices to work with them. As an American Raj, they have decimated and ruthlessly subjugated and alienated the Native People of this continent for over 150 years, and they have done it --- like so much else --- in our names, but the shame of this does not accrue to us, but to our erring Subcontractors who now propose to cure the ills that they have created at our expense.

We propose that they pay their own Butcher's Bill and be recognized, belatedly, for what they have done here.

We also propose that everyone concerned realize that our land mass is already under Treaty Agreement and that the Treaties recognizing the sovereignty of our States --- which all people share and inhabit with equal rights -- are paramount and necessary to the peace and prosperity of all of the victims of all this abuse.

Any scheme that proposes to give all the land of this country to twelve percent of the population is doomed to end in war and more genocide and it does not take great genius to come to this conclusion.

Perhaps worst of all, such an action would not serve any cause of justice.

The actual harm done to Native Americans was done by a foreign government and cannot be repaid in any sense by redistributing assets that in fact belong to all Americans. If the Queen and the British Crown wish to atone for their sins, they can start by ceasing and desisting from all efforts to pay their debts with someone else's land and money.

Finally, there is the issue of so-called property taxes and land titles. Both of these practices are foreign to our country and should not exist here.

This is yet another travesty arising from the misrepresentation and deliberate misidentification of Americans as both British Territorial U.S. Citizens and Municipal citizens of the United States.

Unknown even to most British Citizens, their own land rights were long ago stolen from 90% of them via similar misrepresentation, either as willing "franchises" of the UK Government, or as incompetent wards of the Commonwealth. Either way, their own government conspired against them to deprive them of their land and to secure their land for use as collateral in exactly the same way that they have contrived the same scheme in America, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada, too.

The same double-ended impersonation scheme was used throughout and to the same exact ends: conscription of people -- in effect, press ganging and peonage or enslavement, and confiscation of private property to pay for public debts.

This was done despite worldwide prohibitions against both slavery and peonage agreed to by these same governments in 1926 during their tenure as members of the League of Nations. They have deliberately sought to evade these Treaty obligations by shifting the venue of their governmental operations to the air and the sea jurisdictions.

This is just another legal dodge and contrivance which would have us believing that everyone in our country, in Canada, in New Zealand, in Australia and elsewhere throughout the purportedly former Commonwealth is either a government employee or a government dependent in some other sense.

To accomplish this illegal, unlawful, and immoral double-ended impersonation scheme, the proponents have arbitrarily "conferred" U.S. Citizenship and Municipal "citizenship" of the United States on people, together with the obligations associated with those citizenships, without the knowledge or consent or full disclosure to the victims of this unhinged activity.

A similar run-around is being attempted right now by various Native American Tribes, which are busily trying to convert "honorary" tribal memberships into actual tribal citizenships with attendant obligations.

We have all had enough of that sort of misrepresentation and unilateral contracting process to last several lifetimes and call upon the international community to put a stop to this ridiculous activity and the claims resulting from it all across the board, past, present, and future, in all jurisdictions of the law.

People must be allowed the dignity to know and choose their own political status according to what is best for them, and they must be given full disclosure of the consequences of their choices. This business of having someone point at me, for example, and claim that I am a Catholic or a Winnebago or a U.S. Citizen, and then proceed to hold me accountable for their presumptions, has to end--- especially when I am in fact an avowed and declared American, a Wisconsinite by birth, with a firmly recorded public identity, and no affiliation with any incorporated Church or Tribe.

This impersonation epidemic has peculiar impacts on land ownership as demonstrated in this country, but also as repeated in many other nations of the former but still unsettled British Commonwealth, where the British Territorial Government has usurped authority and occupied these lands in a reprise of what was engineered here in The United States.

In the case of the former Commonwealth Nations, the Commonwealth ended without instruction or assistance. It was simply announced and without any great fanfare, the social contracts that people depended on for generations were broken without their knowledge or consent. The Queen's Government appeared to continue on unabated, but in fact, after a pause, resumed as a provisional Territorial Government, a military junta that was installed while waiting for the Australians, Canadians and others to form their own independent governments ---- a task that the people in these countries did not undertake, because they were never told that such action was necessary.

This is an exact repeat of what happened in this country, wherein Americans were lulled asleep and given the impression that the Post-Civil War Reconstruction had already been accomplished and no action on their part was necessary.

As this circumstance presents itself with respect to land ownership, all land that was originally held by grant and public patent, was "seized upon" by the Queen's Territorial Officers and held in trust; all land was subsequently entitled, and land titles --- new descriptions of land assets --- were issued under copyright belonging to the British Crown.

The Free Holders were reduced to the status of Tenants, while the Queen's Territorial Government quietly usurped the interests of the sovereignty and property assets of Americans and many other nations around the world via this same basic deceit.

In The United States this unlawful conversion was promoted under the presumption of a Public Trust Interest that was invoked in 1933 by Franklin Delano Roosevelt upon the bankruptcy of the Roman Catholic Municipal Corporation doing business as "the" United States of America ---Incorporated.

Suddenly, American Farmers were presented with new land titles and various new schemes of describing their land. The traditional metes and bounds and Cartesian geographic definitions that had served us well for centuries were progressively removed in favor of new labels and definitions which pretended to magically convert the same plot of ground into something brand new and copyrighted by foreign powers operating secretively in the international jurisdiction of the sea --- not the land jurisdiction at all.

We have found places in Britain that are basically unchanged since the Stone Age burdened down with up to six different titles, all representing different layers of sea-going "government", all imposed under color of law, and all exacting obligations never approved by any living land owner.

In America, our people were similarly victimized and had these foreign titles foisted off on them together with the legal presumption that they were U.S. Citizens, without explanation and then exercised under color of law.

Having been unlawfully converted via fiat of Legal Presumption into U.S. Citizens these same Americans were presumed to be Subjects of the Queen, and Wards of the Territorial State-of-State organizations that had been substituted for our own American State of State Organizations on an "emergency basis" after the Civil War.

With one stroke, our lands were "presumed" then to be lands belonging to the Queen, as the land of all British Subjects vests in the Monarch and millions of Americans were also presumed to be disinherited Tenants on their own land.

Left completely uninformed about these developments, the victims of these international crimes labored onward, deceived into believing that these actions were being undertaken by their lawful government, and accepting them under this condition of deceit. At the same time, the Queen's Territorial Government presumed the right to demand "property taxes" from the newly defined Tenants, and under the influence of this gargantuan constructive fraud, millions of Americans began paying property taxes on their own land.

This was taken as evidence that they agreed and supported this scheme much as the Julliard v. Green case discusses the presumption of evidence that they supported the Federal Reserve scheme, too ---- when in fact there was no appreciable public discussion of any of these measures undertaken "for" us by the Queen's Government, the Government of Westminster, and the Popes, and for lack of disclosure and discussion, no presumption of conscionable contract possible.

And all of this was done merely under the presumption that our American Government was "absent" and that our absence created a Public Trust Interest for the Queen, the Lord Mayor, and the Popes.

We were never absent----deluded for a time, yes, by our Subcontractors who owed us Good Faith Service and their Treaty obligations, but not ultimately. We are wide awake and present and presenting ourselves to these the High Courts of the world and to the full force of international public opinion.

Our land, like our soil interests, remains vested in our States of the Union and in the American people living upon the land and soil of this country. No legitimate Public Trust Interest can be alleged against our lawful government by any foreign government, much less by the Principals bound by Treaty and Constitution to honor their limitations and obligations with respect to us and our nation.

The losses and indignities, the thefts and misadministration, the fraud, lawlessness, plundering and pillaging under color of law, the endless mercenary "wars" for profit engaged in by these Principals and their incorporated instrumentalities ensconced on our shores are more than adequate proof of both incompetence and criminality which we abhor.

None of this has been done at our direction nor with our support. We have been the victims of a national-level constructive fraud and identity theft, engineered by our own Federal employees being misdirected by foreign Principals who owe us Good Faith and Service. This fraud has been implemented via a double-ended impersonation scheme seeking to confer foreign citizenship obligations upon us by fiat. This unlawful conversion of our presumed political status has then allowed for wholesale theft of our land assets and their misadministration at the hands of the Queen and the British Crown---- and ultimately, the Popes, who have retained ownership of both the US, INC. corporations and the USA, Inc. corporations by delegation.

This venal identity theft has resulted in our country being blamed for the lawlessness and viciousness of the British Crown, which by rights, should be utterly condemned and liquidated as the source of endless crime ever since its inception. No single entity in the history of the world, including the Roman Empire, has compounded a more disastrous or wider-ranging list of invasions, criminal occupations, swindles, insurance frauds, impersonation and barratry schemes (as in the present instance), commodity rigging schemes, monopolies, wars for profit, and racketeering schemes than the British Crown during its 600-year aegis, all culminating in this disaster which is attempting a reprise of crimes including:

(1) The Justinian Deception using Dog Latin as a means to defraud and degrade living people --- a 1500 year-old fraud scheme employed by the Roman Emperor Justinian and now enjoying an attempted revival as so-called Parse Syntax. English is our Official Language and the sooner everyone recognizes that fact, the better;

(2) A repeat of the 1300 and 1500 and 1700 Disappearing Acts in which the Templars, the Phoenicians, and the Dutch East India Company all vanished from the face of the Earth --- or in this case, decamp to China.

That these charlatans have been enabled to escape justice for 600 years in the full face of the destruction they have caused and the lies they have told is due evidence of their skill; and, unfortunately, also evidence of the gullibility of the rest of the world. They need to be tracked down, apprehended, and their "Secret Societies" exposed once and for all. Those who worship the Father of All Lies and venerate snakes, aka, dragons, in Temples, need to face the fury of the Primal Creator and now is the appropriate time.

So far as we have been able to determine, all the banks need to be placed under new management, and ninety percent of all the lawyers on Earth need to be re-educated and taught the basics of actual Law.

The Chinese People need to be advised that they are the next targets.

The High Courts need to take determined and concerted action to return the assets owed to the actual owners and to punish those responsible for these egregious fraud schemes carried out against the land jurisdiction governments worldwide.

It isn't only the Americans caught in this same nasty spider web of lies and deceits and false Public Trust Interests and interlocking trust directorates, and it isn't the Americans responsible for all the bullying and war-mongering and injustice, either. Those who are responsible would be well-advised to withdraw their claims and deceits, and return to their own jurisdiction, leaving the land assets in the possession of the lawful owners of record.

And blessed be the peacemakers.
