Common Misconceptions -- 5.0: We, the People

The meaning of the phrase "We, the
People" seems self-evident, but it's not. There is a reason why the Founders
used a capital "P".
By separating the National Soil
Jurisdiction from the International Jurisdiction of the Land and Sea, we wound
up with two names for this country -- both The United States (National Soil
Jurisdiction) and The United States of America (International Land and Sea
Jurisdiction) -- and knowing this, you are finally ready to take in the
difference between "people" and "People".
The people of this country live in
The United States and "stand on" its soil, but the People with a Capital "P"
inhabit The United States of America's International Land Jurisdiction and
"stand on" the Land.
The "People" are the only ones who
can enforce the Law of the Land, that is, the Constitutions, because they are
the only ones occupying the International Land Jurisdiction of this country, and
they are the only ones who ratified the Constitutions.
When we act as State Citizens we are
not only counted as one of the "People" of this country, we are recognizable
internationally as "Lawful Persons".
Lawful Persons stand on and occupy
the International Land Jurisdiction of every country on Earth; together, we
uphold the Public Laws of our Land Jurisdiction, including the Constitutions,
and we accept our Public Duty to do so.
Legal Persons, by contrast, occupy
the International Sea Jurisdiction, a watery domain full of deceits. Legal
Persons function under Private Law --- Codes, Regulations, and Statutes. The
officers and employees of all incorporated businesses are all acting as Legal
Persons by definition.
Thus, we have people living in The
United States, and People occupying the Land Jurisdiction of The United States
of America as Lawful Persons (State Citizens), and we have Legal Persons
occupying the Maritime Jurisdictions belonging to The United States of America,
too.
The hard part arises when you can't
tell the difference between the people, the People (Lawful Persons) and the
(Legal) Persons.
In the last few decades the number of
us consciously functioning as Lawful Persons has greatly declined, and the
number of us unconsciously functioning as Legal Persons has increased.
What this means in practical terms is
that there are fewer and fewer of us who are "declared" and competent to enforce
the Constitutions and other Public Laws, and more and more of the people living
in The United States are being illegally and immorally conscripted into the
foreign political status of Legal Persons, known as U.S. Citizens, who have no
constitutional guarantees, no standing to enforce the Constitutions, and no
ability to defend themselves from rapacious foreign courts and tax collectors.
We need a few good People to put the
teeth back into the Constitutions. The fast-track belongs to those who are not
employed by incorporated entities and not receiving any unearned welfare
benefits.

Masks and Criminals

There are tons of data points and research studies
telling us that the cloth masks people are wearing are ineffective as a barrier
to viruses.
There are more data points and
scientific studies proving that masks cause health problems for otherwise
healthy people by collecting bacteria and by recycling carbon dioxide.
So why is anyone wearing a
mask?
CDC and NIH are not public institutions and they
aren't associated with the government. They are subcontractors of the
government corporations, but that's not the same thing. Both these
organizations are in the business of developing and selling vaccines. Ditto Dr.
Fauci.
So why are we listening to them, as if they were
disinterested and reliable authorities?
There is another point everyone needs to take
in.
Masks cover the faces of criminals, and we are
dealing with criminals.

It demonstrates why Joe Biden is permanently barred
from holding public office as a result of his self-admitted influence
racketeering in the Ukraine, but it neglects three very important
points.
(1) The Municipal Government never adopted Federal
Code, except for Title 50.
(2) "President of the United States" -- the
Municipal Office -- isn't a public office.
(3) And finally, the Pope's Municipal Government is
an unaccountable rogue oligarchy run by the members of Congress (See Article 1,
Section 8, Clause 17).
If the members of the US Congress (the Municipal
Congress) want to function as a crime syndicate, they can do so with
impunity.
The Municipal Government of Washington, DC, is an
independent, international city-state, ruled over by the members of the
Municipal Congress acting as a plenary oligarchy.
The Municipal Government works for the Municipality
of Washington, DC, which is a completely separate city-state and nation unto
itself, complete with its own flag (white with three red stars), and it counts
the Federal Civil Servants, US Corporations, and Federal Welfare recipients as
its "citizenry".
All of these people and corporations are designated
as US CITIZENS permanently domiciled in the Municipality of Washington,
DC, and held in the thrall of this criminal "government within a
government".
Many of you have been confused and feeling
uneasy. Things just don't add up. And we aren't just talking about the
virus and masks or even about Federal Code
violations.
The Municipal Government continued to function
after the Civil War and because we "fell asleep" and didn't show up to work, the
vermin in Congress usurped more and more power unto themselves using the city
government of Washington, DC to do it.
They've been running their own covert and criminal
government in competition with our government and with the British Territorial
Government, too, right under our noses.
These Pikers are foreign enemies with respect to
us, and domestic enemies with respect to the Territorial District Government, a
fact that is becoming more and more clear every day.
And they are all being run into the ground by the
Pope, who owns both bankrupt governmental services corporations.
Now, think of the convenience of having all your
henchmen and women wearing masks in public? Ready to attack the vulnerable
and confused people of this country?
In most states, it is a felony level crime for
anyone who is carrying a concealed weapon to wear a
mask.
Think about it. And throw away the masks.
They aren't helping anybody's health, but they may be hiding criminals in broad
daylight.
The greatest threat we now face comes from the
people sitting in the US Congress, and the odds are not good. By my
count, a third of them are mentally incompetent, and two-thirds of them are
criminals.

EXPLANATION The apostle gives thanks to God in prayer for those inhabitants of Thessalonia, who have been converted to Christianity by his words, and declares to them his joy at their Christian life which they prove by their good works and their perseverance, even through all trials, in expectation of eternal reward through Christ. GOSPEL (Matt. XIII. 31-35.) At that time, Jesus spoke this parable to the multitudes: The kingdom of heaven is like to a grain of mustard-seed, which a man took and sowed in his field: which is the least indeed of all seeds; but when it is grown up, it is greater than all herbs, and becometh a tree, so that the birds of the air come, and dwell in the branches thereof. Another parable he spoke to them: The kingdom of heaven is like to leaven, which a woman took and hid in three measures of meal, until the whole was leavened. All these things Jesus spoke in parables to the multitude, and without parables he did not speak to them, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, saying: I will open my mouth in parables, I will utter things hidden from the foundation of the world.
What is here understood by the kingdom of heaven?
The Church and the doctrine of Christ.
Why is the Church compared to a grain of mustard-seed?
Because there is a great similarity between them. The mustard-seed, though so small, grows in Palestine so high and so rapidly, that it becomes a broad tree, in which birds can build their nests. In like manner the Church of Christ was in the beginning very small like the mustard-seed, but it soon spread so wide that numberless people, even great philosophers and princes, came to find peace and protection under its branches.
Why is Christ's doctrine compared to leaven?
Because like the leaven, which quickly penetrates the flour, and makes it palatable bread, the doctrine of Christ, spreading with surprising swiftness over the then known parts of the globe, gave the Gentiles a taste for divine things and for heavenly wisdom. Thus Christ’s doctrine penetrates him who receives it, sanctifies all his thoughts, words, and deeds, and makes him pleasing to God.
By what means, in particular, was the Church of Christ propagated?
By the omnipotence of God and the miracles which He so frequently wrought to prove the truth and divinity of the Christian religion; the courageous faith, and the pure moral life of the early Christians, which led many pagan minds to accept the doctrine of Christ; and the persecution of Christianity, for, as Tertullian says: "The blood of the martyrs was the seed of the Church." The false doctrine of Mahomet, the erroneous teachings of Luther, Calvin, and earlier and later heretics have, it is true, also spread quickly far and wide; but this is not to be wondered at, for it is easy to lead people to a doctrine that encourages sensuality, and to which they are carried by their evil inclinations, as was the case with the doctrine of the impostor Mahomet, and three hundred years ago with the heresy of Luther; but to spread a doctrine which demands the subduing of the carnal, earthly inclinations, and to bend the will to the yoke of obedience to faith, something more than human eloquence is required. Thus, the Chancellor of England, Thomas More, who gave his blood for the true doctrine of Christ, wrote to Luther, who was boasting of the rapid increase of his sect: "It is easy to descend; seducing the people to a bad life is nothing more marvelous than that a heavy stone should fall of its own accord to the ground;" and Melanchton, a friend of Luther, in answer to his mother's question, whether she should remain a Catholic or receive Luther's doctrine, wrote : "In this religion it is easy to live, in the Catholic it is easy to die."
Why did Christ always speak in parables?
That His teaching by being simple might be more easily understood, and better remembered. He who is called upon to teach others, should, as did Christ, always speak to them according to their ability to understand, and by no means seek his own honor, but the honor of God, and the benefit of those who hear him.
PRAYER O most benign Jesus. How much do we give Thee thanks that Thou hast permitted us to be born in Thy holy Church, and instructed in Thy holy doctrine, which, like the mustard-seed, has grown to be a large tree, spreading over the whole earth. Grant that under the shadow of this tree, in Thy holy Church, we may ever rest securely, cling to her faithfully, and penetrated, as by leaven, with her doctrine may bring Thee pleasing fruits of faith and virtue. Amen.
Your Wounds and Regrets

I want to take a break today from the relentless effort to educate, educate, educate —- about your history and the crazy external situation we are all facing — and talk about another neglected but even more important part of getting back on track: your own wounds and regrets.
We all have them.
Our body remembers and pays for every single one of these.
That scraped knee when you were six? It’s still with you. You have long ago forgotten it, but your knee remembers.
Every detail including the repair process is preserved in what we call “cell memory”. Cell memory is the reason that so-called permanent injuries remain with us.
Your body remembers that old knee injury at the cellular level and recreates its results in present time. Our cells, it turns out, are better than Memorex when it comes to biological and psychological and emotional trauma.
So now that you know that your memory capacity is not just locked inside your head, but is deployed at a cellular level and passed on from one cellular generation to another— what does that imply?
Well, for one thing, thoughts and feelings matter more and have more impact on our health and physical well-being than we ever imagined and it isn’t just some airy-fairy New Age drivel when someone “sends their love” or “sends their prayers”.
And it does matter when we take the time to think good and peaceful thoughts, and perhaps most importantly, when we consciously let go of past trauma.
We can tell our trillions of cells to let go of the past.
Release the cellular memory.
We don’t have to “remember” falling down the stairs, or being embarrassed or feeling crushed when a love affair crashed and burned.
We can let all that go and set our cells free to receive and hold brand new happy and healthy memories.
Those of you who remember cassette tapes know what I am saying. You can hit the erase button and re-record different life-giving messages right over the bad parts and sad songs.
So with that in mind, just have a little talk with yourself today. Offer up all the sad things, all the regrets, all the might-have-beens and failures, all the heartaches and injuries — and let go of them.
Let them flutter away like so many birds taking flight.
If you are struggling with a current illness or disease, do the same thing in present time. Whatever it is, tell your cells to let go of it and imagine a different condition and outcome.
Have a sore shoulder? Let go of the soreness and flood the cells of your shoulder with new “inputs” of feeling released from pain. You will not only feel better, you will be better.
You can self-generate a whole new life experience and state of health for yourself by letting go of pain and old wounds and regrets.
And then you can “rewrite” new cell memories of health and comfort and strength.
That old knee injury? That’s cleared right on outta here.
That old love affair? Gone, never to return.
The things you wish you could have done for your Mother before she died? Vanished.
And after you let go of all and whatever you are carrying, and all your wounds, regrets and sadness are released—— take a little mental vacation to your Happy Place.
Your Happy Place can be somewhere real or imagined— but it is your own special Happy Place where you feel at peace and well-rested and healthy and well, happy.
My happy place is a summer day with puffy white clouds, sitting half submerged in a small creek back in the Midwest, just letting my arms float and watching the dragon flies dart above the yellow pond lilies .... letting the cool fresh water flow on by and carry away every trouble, every anxiety. I breathe deep and slow....
Rise up with new purpose and joy and no baggage from the past. Give yourself a good stretch. Life is good. God is good. You are good.
And your cell memories are erased, ready to receive new input.

Common Misconceptions-- 4.0: Land and Soil

Ever notice that ubiquitous phrase "land and soil"? Ever wonder why they don't just lump it together under one word, like "dirt"?
The Romans, and later, the British, made a distinction between "land" and "soil" and the Americans followed suit.
Under Roman Civil Law, the soil (Latin: "soli") comprises the first shovelful of dirt overlying all the rest, which is the land.
The British convention defines "soil" as the top six inches of the Earth, a sort of "intransignant" permanent skin that covers the entire planet, including the ocean basins.
The Romans assessed their Empire according to a system of distances and landmarks called "stadia"; the Brits adopted this system and measured their roads with "mileposts" and their farm fields with "acres" measured via horizontal Cartesian coordinates and marked with "boundary stones".
So the defining measure of "soil" is depth, and the defining measure of "land" is horizontal distance.
In this system which we inherited, the two things--"land" and "soil" are actually quite different, even though they must be considered together because the soil overlays the land.
As a practical matter, we all live on the soil.
In America, our counties define our soil jurisdiction, and the counties within the borders of a State taken together, create the soil jurisdiction of each State.
The soil within each State's borders comprises its "National Jurisdiction".
If you similarly join all the different State soil jurisdictions together, you find yourself looking at The United States, the familiar multi-colored political map showing our States as fifty pieces connected to each other like a crazy quilt.
Directly underlying this "quilt top" of soil is the land, made up of the subsoil and all the minerals and rocks and hidden aquifers and oil deposits we access when we drill wells.
If you were to map out the land directly underlying and belonging to each State you would have another crazy quilt, but this time, you would be looking at The United States of America.
Land, unlike soil, is an international jurisdiction.
Think of it like a layered sheet cake, with the soil layer overlying the land layer, and the whole thing cut up into "State" pieces.
Also think of it as The United States overlying The United States of America, whose reach extends out beyond the shores of our nation-states, to the edge of our currently claimed international sea boundary.
That is, a proper map of The United States of America would not only show the land jurisdiction of the States, but would extend out into the sea and include the "maritime borders" defined as "American Waters".
Thus the national boundaries of our States and of The United States are fixed and immutable as a depth dimension, but the international jurisdiction of the land and sea overseen by The United States of America is quite subject to change, as proven by over two hundred years of disputes over everything from deep sea fishing rights to ownership of oil reserves in the Arctic Ocean.
