The Land Recording Service and Our Management

From the first our operations have
been implemented and guided by the oldest management system in the world:
Task-Oriented Management (TMO). This is not surprising, as this is also the
simplest, most direct, and easiest to implement management system in the world.
So, the immediate task facing our
lawful government was to undo and rebut the False Claims of our Federal
Employees against our people -- the vast constructive fraud scheme that
trafficked Americans off their land and soil almost at birth and impersonated
them first as British Territorial Citizens and slightly later as "citizens of
the United States" too.
Addressing that situation has
required public notice and the creation of public records to declare the proper
political status we are owed and to reclaim our constitutional guarantees as a
prelude to assembling our States of the Union.
It is relatively easy for most
Americans to recognize the fact that they are Americans and want to be Americans
and always assumed that they were Americans and most people are surprised to
learn that they have ever been considered anything else--- but the pathway back
to their birthright political status has been strewn with many obstacles and the
process of rebutting these False Claims of foreign citizenships was, and to some
extent, still is, arduous.
Because we have (almost) all been
trafficked off and away from our native land and soil, we have had to re-convey
our names and identities back to where we began when we were only a few days or
weeks old. That process has required creation of countering land jurisdiction
records to rebut the presumption that we were "abandoned" by our government and
left our country "voluntarily".
Fortunately for us, land is an
international jurisdiction, and even the federated State of State organizations
and the federated County "of" organizations of our erstwhile Territorial and
Municipal Employees, have had to maintain land recording offices.
There are now fifty such land
recording systems active in each of the fifty states, and roughly 3100 local
land recording offices, one in each county, however, not all of these offices
embraced their public duty to record the kinds of transactions and transfers we
presented --- mainly because not all of these land recording offices were swift
enough to know that we are, ourselves, land assets, and international public
records concerning us are supposed to be kept by land recording offices.
This whole circumstance and our
desire to create countermanding public records to rebut the birth registrations
foisted off on us when we were babes in our cradles meant that one county land
recording office would record our paperwork and another one wouldn't.
There was absolutely no guarantee
that someone living in California could record their presence and political
status as a Californian, for example.
In addition to this problem, even
when we found recording offices and counties willing to do their public duty,
those offices were scattered all over the country. It was impossible to create
any collective database to issue State Credentials to our people or to identify
them as State Nationals or State Citizens for the purposes of court services and
international peacekeeping.
So, after enough of us had trodden
down the path and blazed the way, we took counsel and decided that our own land
recording system was not only desirable but necessary. This should be, we
decided, in the form of a private block chain service. The Land Recording System
(also known as the Land Recording Service) was born.
It's now up and operational and
available for the use of State Assemblies throughout the country.
Almost at the same time, a similar
service, America Unincorporated, sprang up. This service is also competent to
publish land jurisdiction records and issue State Credentials.
Perhaps because there are presently
only two such services covering the entire country, this has given some people
the idea that they are in competition with each other. They forget that these
two services are struggling to replace the services of 50 State-of-State and
3100 county recorder offices, and that eventually, we will probably have and
need just as many state and local offices to perform these tasks.
The Either/Or thinking involved in
assuming that these two land recording services are in competition with each
other, that one is "good" and the other is "bad" has to stop. We didn't give any
sole-source contract to the LRS. We are familiar with the operators of America
Unincorporated, too, and have no reason to think that either operation is
unsecure or engaged in any improper activity.
We welcome the development of local
and state-level land recording services.
We remember too-well our gratitude
when we found county recorder offices that were still open and ready to serve
the Public, to unduly limit local efforts to provide these services in each
State and eventually, in each County.
The way to look at the LRS is as a
convenient and centralized answer to our present needs, one that makes it easy
for State Assemblies to get started on providing these much-needed services for
the people of their State. It expedites and shortens the wait-time it would take
otherwise for each State and County to grapple with setting up their own system
to do this work, but it does not present an obstacle to any competent and secure
local effort.
The idea behind all of this is: (1)
serve the needs of the people, and (2) self-govern.
Our system of governance is a
bottom-up system, not a top-down system, so our structures and our management
are naturally given to diversity and local service options. The ultimate goal
here is for the people of each State and County to have their own competent land
recording system, one that serves their needs, one which is delivered and
controlled locally, but which can interface internationally. That's the goal.
We are not about consolidating power
and vesting it in centralized systems. We are about empowering local government
and encouraging local initiative. Our role at this juncture is to provide
guidance and assistance and support to local leaders. The LRS should be seen as
training wheels to get a needed job done. We are happy to have it and happy to
use it, but we also need to recognize that it isn't the ultimate answer.
Someday each of the State Assemblies
will have their own hand-tailored land recording systems which enjoy all the
benefit and insight that we have gained from the LRS. They may also support and
tie into a centralized system like the LRS or its by-then second generation
edition, as a back-up and to maintain an up-to-date countrywide database.
Always, in all our efforts, at all
levels -- we have to keep our eyes on the actual goal: protect the people and
their assets. Provide people with the services they need to be safe and
prosperous and happy. Promote peace. Support the process of self-governance.
The less expensive and the less
invasive and the less politicized and less centralized a government is, the more
accountable and controllable it is, and the better government it is.
This is why our Forefathers
established a grassroots government. They counted on us to defend our
self-interest and to keep it simple and to keep it in our control.
This is what we need to get back to,
in order to "check and balance" the endless proliferation of centralized and
incorporated power. We cannot simply trust the government to do its job or even
know what it's job is, without constant vigilance on our parts.
Perhaps counter-intuitively for those
who have been reared in the corporate central government model, our government
requires decentralization of power and functionality.
So while we are starting out with a
convenient and centralized land recording system that everyone can learn and use
and benefit from -- and that's a good thing -- having the LRS up and operating
and using it in this manner for these purposes is not the end goal.
The end goal is to have many separate
land recording offices in competent local control, maintaining their own
databases within their counties and within their states, all meeting basic
standards of quality service and security. America Unincorporated should be
understood as a first step toward that next goal of beginning to maintain local
databases and overall decentralization.
The LRS will still be there and still
be used, but as the State and local governments steady on their feet, it's role
will naturally shift toward a support capacity similar to the data-keeping
functions of BLM -- an interface for the State Assemblies with The United States
of America and The United States Land Patent System.
The LRS is already set up and
designed to take on this increasingly vital work, as it already has the capacity
to publish land patents and record them. My intention for the LRS is and has
always been to make Ron Gibson's job easier and to make it easy for Americans to
reclaim their land assets.
As with all other endeavors, this is
an organic process and things will continue to grow and to change.
So far as I am concerned, both the
LRS and America Unincorporated are fine efforts and deserve our full support and
understanding and participation. Development of state and local databases and
recording services (like America Unincorporated) is just as important as
developing international databases and recording services (like the LRS).
As my Mother used to say --- it's not
where you start out, it's where you end up that counts. Let's all stay on track
and recognize that there are a variety of needs to be met and a variety of means
needed to get the whole job done in a timely
fashion.

October is the Month of "The Queen of Heaven"

She has been known and worshiped
under many names: Ishtar, Ashtar, Astarte, Isis, Cybele, Sybil, Ashtoreth,
Semiramis, and yes, Columbia, as in District of Columbia. Athena, the patron
goddess of Athens, was a slightly modified version of The Queen of Heaven --- a
more intellectual and academic interpretation of "Her Holiness".
From stone reliefs in the Middle East
we can confirm that she has been worshiped for about 8,000 years. Always, she is
depicted the same way: a beautiful woman with rays of light forming a corona
around her head--- a halo, in other words.
Most often she is also portrayed
holding a lantern, lamp, or torch. She is often accompanied by her totem bird, a
small owl, symbolic of her role as the purveyor of wisdom.
Hmmm. Where have we seen a beautiful
woman clad in Grecian robes, holding a torch, complete with rays of light
bursting from her head? Oh, yes, the Statue of Liberty, standing in the New York
City Harbor. How could we miss the point?
And who or what is responsible for
this apparition of an ancient pagan goddess standing on our doorstep? Ah, yes,
the Freemasons of the Grand Lodge of Paris "donated" it to us. Although this
fact is glossed over today, and Wikipedia will tell you that it was "a gift from
the people of France to the people of the United States" --- when we follow the
money, we see that this is not true.
The "people of France" are not
Freemasons and they don't worship "The Queen of Heaven" and they didn't
contribute a single sou to the design, construction, or delivery of this ancient
idol to our shores, just as the vast majority of Americans are not Freemasons,
don't worship "The Queen of Heaven", and would not be likely to welcome such a
gift.
Unfortunately, the Liars Guild sold
the idea of "The Statue of Liberty" and made it seem like a grand patriotic
emblem--- instead of being what it is -- a giant pagan idol honoring "The Queen
of Heaven".
About now, a great many Catholics
reading this are shifting in their seats. They are very familiar with the phrase
"Queen of Heaven" being applied to the Virgin Mary, and also with the halo of
light often depicted encircling her head or even around her whole body. An
entire large community within the Catholic Church, the Marians, are devoted to
her worship, and are celebrating her "reign of the Heavens" this October, as
they do every year.
Is the "Reign of the Heavens Society"
making more sense now? See where this is all coming from?
About now, those same Catholics are
glancing sidelong at each other, wondering --- which "Queen of Heaven" is
everyone else here praying to? Are we Christian devotees honoring the Virgin
Mary, or cult members worshiping an ancient pagan goddess?
Could be either one, couldn't it?
What a juicy circumstance for The Father of All Lies. To be able to have his
followers openly worshiping "The Queen of Heaven" in Christian Cathedrals and a
giant idol of "Her Holiness" being passed off as "The Statue of Liberty", too.
The pagan goddess known as "The Queen
of Heaven" is famous for quite a few things, none of which are good: (1) the
invention of idolatry, and especially the invention of money, which is a form of
idol; (2) use of hallucinatory drugs, including non-lethal doses of snake venom,
to get high and experience "heaven", (3) cannibalism, including drinking the
blood of babies, young children, and virgins to prevent aging; (4) infanticide
as a worship practice, especially burning babies alive; (5) tree worship,
especially when practiced in "sacred groves"; (6) temple prostitution -- you
have sex with a temple prostitute and pay her or him to be forgiven of your sins
(sins against Satan, that is).
Her priests in ancient times wore
black robes and white wigs just like British Barristers do to this day, and they
were employed by the Roman Caesars (translates as "Destroyers") as tax
collectors and by the Roman Church as inquisitors ---- just as they still are
today.
Is all this beginning to resonate for
you? Do you see its ugly outlines hidden just under the surface of things? Is
this enough of an "apocalypse" -- a drawing back of the curtain or veil --- for
you?
When you first see it and begin to
see the emblems of this ancient religion all around you, it's like standing on
the back of a breaching whale and not knowing which way to jump.
Suddenly, you see the "All Seeing
Eye" on the "dollar" bills and the CBS logo, and pyramids everywhere. You hear
about the Bohemian Grove, as in tree worship and sacred groves. Swastikas and
faggots-- that is, bundles of sticks tied together ready for burning-- carved
into the facades of public buildings. Owls everywhere. Keys everywhere.
Obelisks--- phallus symbols--- everywhere you look.
You will never look at a crucifix the
same way again.
While sincere Catholics contemplate
the crucifix to remind themselves of the price that was paid, the pagan
"Catholics" use the crucifix to gloat over Satan's moment of triumph--- they
celebrate the death of Yeshuah.
The worship of Satan and his consort,
"The Queen of Heaven", is alive and well and right in your faces all year long.
It's effects, the distortion of reality it causes, and its destruction of life
and of the quality of life, are set before you.
October is the month when devotees of
"The Queen of Heaven" have their High Holidays, which culminate on the nights of
October 31st and November 1 each year. This year will be no different.
Using Samhain, the ancient harvest
festival of the Celts, and the Roman Catholic Church's observation of "The Day
of the Dead" as a cover, the followers of The Queen of Heaven will indulge
themselves in murder and drugs, they'll drink innocent blood and eat human
flesh, and get away with it right under our noses.
If it is anything less than being
caught red-handed with a plate of roast baby a la cart, they will pass
themselves off as devout Catholics venerating the Virgin Mary.
They will indoctrinate new
generations to accept their "tradition" of wearing masks and worshiping war and
death, all hidden in plain view.
What do you think all these senseless
"mask mandates" are actually all about? They serve no public health purpose, so
what --or who-- else do you think is being served?
New York City, Washington, London,
and Rome will be ablaze with their celebrations. Mexico City will, too. And
Quebec. Wherever the Roman Catholic Church has gone, the Pagans have followed
along like fleas on a dog.
When the Pope suddenly "retires" and
yet, retains the "ministerial" office--- ask yourselves--- what office does the
new Pope occupy? The sacred office is already occupied. All that is left for
Francis is to act as the Roman Pontiff, operating the secular and profane pagan
office--- and as a Jesuit, he remains bound to do whatever Benedict XVI tells
him to do.
Yet another deceit. A round of "Good
Pope"/ "Bad Pope" at everyone else's expense.
What both these men need to know is
that we see what they are doing and all the games they are playing, and we know
who is responsible for the ills of this world. We hold them both accountable.
If our people and our country are not
to enjoy the peace and the plenty that we have earned, and which our Employees
certainly owe us, then they needn't think that they will continue to play their
game and pass off the blame to scapegoats.
They will pay the price that they
have forced on everyone else. By their own deeds they will be judged and by the
punishments they decree for others will they be afflicted.
Pope Francis is obligated to
liquidate any incorporated entity that indulges in "unlawful" activities,
beginning with his own Municipal corporations, virtually all of which are
established on our shores in violation of their service contract: The
Constitution of the United States. It's also his responsibility, via the Queen,
to liquidate offending Territorial corporations.
If he doesn't do it peacefully and
with goodwill toward the victims of these usurpations and crimes, then both he
and Benedict XVI are uniquely to blame for anything bad that happens. They are
the owners and operators and creators of all these corporations, and together
with the Roman Curia, they are uniquely responsible when these "legal fictions"
run amok like runaway trains.
And no masks or storefronts will save
them.

International Claim of The Powerholder

The United States of America is more
than competent to act as the Executive Power over all American Estates and is
the Lawful and Legal Powerholder with respect to all interests in international
or global jurisdiction related to its member States and the assets thereof.
The United States of America claims
the pre-established and priority standing interest to control and direct the
affairs of the several States in these foreign jurisdictions and is in no way
encumbered or prevented from doing so.
No delegated authority stands between
us and our agency of the sovereign interests of our members. All such
delegations of powers have returned to The United States of America by Operation
of Law. The Powerholder claims full and unimpaired executorship and agency
rights in behalf of the State members of our unincorporated Federation and the
people thereof.
There is no break in the continuance
of the governance of this country and no reason for any Third Parties to claim
either executive powers or control of substantial interests related to us, our
States, and/or our people as the result of incompetence or insolvency of Third
Party Subcontractors.
There is no reason to assume the
existence of any continuance of contract or assumption of a new or successor
contract with any foreign subcontractors under bankruptcy administration, any
incorporated "governmental services corporation", or purveyor of essential
government services that is not approved of by The Powerholder.
The United States of America is owed
peace from every other nation on Earth including Russia and China, and we insist
that our treaties with them be honored in full and also insist that the two
foreign Subcontractors causing these problems in our country be informed by
their owner, the Pope, that they are not allowed to continue making war of any
kind on our shores.
The issues that we face here are
issues of criminal misadministration and are not political nor social in nature.

Standing Up or Standing Down

No decision is more serious or more nerve-wracking for our military personnel than the decision to "stand up" or to "stand down" in the face of an illegal, immoral, or unlawful order.
The consequences of court martial and insubordination are very serious, but so are the consequences of committing crimes under the influence of orders made under color of law or orders that are of a treasonous or otherwise criminal nature.
You are "damned if you do and damned if you don't".
General Carter Ham was faced with such a decision during the Benghazi attack. He chose to save both his honor and his soul.
General Rodriguez carried out the orders of NATO and Hillary Clinton--- and lost on both counts.
Since then, and in view of the untimely demise of Seal Team Six, I have often wondered how long and what it would take for our military and the "less grey" elements of the CIA to grow a spine and expose what went on here. Now we have an answer to that question, too.
Yes, dear hearts, what you always suspected is true.
The Dems in the Obummer Administration really, truly, did commit treason, murder, and a wide variety of other extremely serious crimes. They used our military and intelligence operatives and even State Department personnel, and then they killed the witnesses or paid for their silence--- like all the Iranian helicopter money.
The problem with blackmail is that once the blackmailers have spent the first hit, they come back for more, like pigs at a trough or druggies seeking a score.
There is now conclusive evidence against the perps and the only two questions tickling my little grey cells are --- (1) what are "we" going to do about it? and (2) are voters going to wise up about Joe Biden in time?
No wonder he's hiding out in a bunker.
My understanding is that all the principal parties have adopted foreign citizenships and prepared their nests ahead of time, so that they are able to live in countries or city-states where there is no extradition agreement.
They will have to be rooted out like badgers from a hole.
But, oh, well....
Our military still has "the right stuff" after all. It may have taken years for them to make up their minds about where their duty lies, but I think it has become crystal clear:

Macedonia, Gaul, and The United States of America

These three nations, Macedonia, Gaul, and The United States of America, have never been conquered. This fact has both political and economic consequences. There are a few other countries in the known history of the world that enjoy similar status, but so far as the western world is concerned, these are the three that make the lion's share of the difference.
I have explained how the British Kingdom was conquered by William the Conqueror, the King of Gaul, in 1066. Though Gaul had begun using the name "France" in honor of the tribal name of the Franks, in terms of its history and political identity vis-a-vis the Holy Roman Empire and international diplomacy, it was still Gaul and William was King of it.
So, technically and in fact, Britain was conquered by Gaul and its "doing business name" as "France" was only a small part of the overall picture. Upon the death of William in 1087, England was carved up in a piecemeal fashion and divided among the Norman Barons, and each one of them became a sovereign in his own right. This was done to permanently disable England and to ensure that it would never again have a legitimate single monarch.
This circumstance has led to Britain's kings and queens being "redefined" as Kings and Queens of the Commonwealth, and that has necessitated working for the Pope.
Taking a step further back into history we find similar circumstances attending the vast Grecian Empire of Alexander the Great, which was similarly divided up piecemeal after his death, but which also left Macedonia, similar to Gaul, politically intact and simply operating under different business names. Those business names include Anatolia, Turkey, Bulgaria, Serbia, Bosnia, Romania, Transylvania, and so on --- much of what we think of as "the Eastern Block" in the center of Europe is in fact Macedonia.
And always has been.
Finally, we come to The United States of America, which was always divided up into separate states, but which via the use of a Federation became recognizable as a single nation. This little stroke of genius is rather the reverse of the same process outlined above, but having the same ultimate result.
That is, both England and Macedonia began as single kingdoms and were parcelled out into many apparently separate "kingdoms" operated as "doing business as" names of an underlying hegemony, whereas in this country, we started out as many separate states and created an underlying hegemony for ourselves on purpose.
Our Forefathers did this, because they saw the advantages that it gave to both Gaul and Macedonia.
For one thing, the subsets could be conquered and reconquered and renamed and all manner of things could happen to the "bits and pieces" of the underlying kingdom, but the underlying kingdom was still unconquered and unconquerable: the underlying "Greater Kingdom" had entered another level of political and diplomatic reality, and was immune to the slings and arrows of changes wrought by warfare and superficial changes of government.
No matter what betide the fortunes of France, Gaul remains.
No matter what happens to the Eastern Block and Turkey, Macedonia remains.
No matter what happens to the United States, The United State of America is unaffected.
Now you begin to see how and why, at a larger scale, our country was deliberately crafted to withstand all attempts to overcome or overrun it. Our early leaders had learned the lessons of Gaul and Macedon, and so, The United States of America entered into the "Realm of the Blessed and Unconquered" almost upon its creation.
This is largely due to the insights of French politicians and legionnaires who counseled Washington and Franklin, and who wished the new nation rising in the West to be under the influence of and indebted to Gaul--- and as much as possible, aligned with and subject in international jurisdiction to Gaul.
So now you have the background to observe another tricky two-step.
Gaul has long been allied to the Holy Roman Empire through the Franks, yet never conquered by it. The Kings of Gaul and the principalities of France, William the Conqueror and the Norman Barons who ruled England after William's death, were all Catholics from 487 A.D. onward.
Thus, when William Belcher sheltered the new country under his Great Seal in international jurisdiction, it became allied with Gaul --- not France, not England.
The United States of America and the people of this country not only gained the vast potential of individual sovereignty as a gift from William, but also, The United States of America could not be destroyed by any normal means of military conquest. By allying with Gaul, The United States of America entered the Realm of the Blessed. It was guaranteed peace.
And the Popes know it.
This poses a very serious problem for the Holy See and the Holy Roman Empire in that they have trespassed against their own most ancient and sacred Treaties and contracts, and having been called on it, are faced with either honoring their obligations or being exposed as fraud artists and criminals.
The heirs of these "Immortal Kingdoms" are the Lords of the Earth. They stand over the Lords of the Sea. And they have been trespassed against.
The current abuse of Trust against The United States of America is a Divine Offense. It goes far beyond politics.
The Holy Roman Empire was so tempted by the material wealth to be gained by enslaving America and Americans, so delighted by the irony of it, and so sure that the King of Gaul would never call them on it, that they engaged in this grotesque deceit and trespass against their own most sacred obligations.
Alors, the truth is known and the cards are called.

Although we informally call The
United States of America “the United States” that isn’t really what “the United
States” is.
The entity formally known as “the
United States” was originally the unincorporated government of the Union of
States formed in 1776; in 1790 this entity began using the Proper Name, The
United States, and its Municipal power-sharing partner began operating as “the
United States”.
So, in fact, “the United States”
today is the Municipal Government of the District of Columbia and it is limited
to the “one mile square” devoted to the Municipality of Washington, DC. This
entity continued to operate as an unincorporated business from 1790 to 1878,
when it was fully incorporated as a Municipal Corporation and recognized as an
independent international city-state, run as a “plenary oligarchy” by the
members of Congress, allowed under Article I, Section 8, Clause 17.
Now read the Birthright Citizenship
Act of 2017 abstract:
“Birthright Citizenship Act of 2017.
This bill amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to consider a person born
in the United States "subject to the jurisdiction" of the United States for
citizenship at birth purposes if the person is born in the United States of
parents, one of whom is: (1) a U.S. citizen or national, (2) a lawful permanent
resident alien whose residence is in the United States, or (3) an alien
performing active service in the U.S. Armed Forces.”
The Municipal Government dba “the
United States” is claiming that babies born to all Federal Civil Service
Employees, to people born in the Insular States and Possessions, to political
asylum seekers, and to Americans serving in the U.S. Armed Forces, are subject
to the jurisdiction of the United States [Municipal Government] and are citizens
of the Municipal United States Government at birth.
Slaves, in other words.
Public slave ownership has never been
outlawed by “the United States” and so it continues and grows and thrives.
This time, they’ve attacked and
attached the children of innocent American Servicemen and Civil
Servants.
They have also set up a verbal
conundrum by which they may hope to claim that any American they see is a
“lawful permanent resident alien”--- a form of political asylum seeker,
obligated to serve the Municipal Oligarchy, if that “alien” --- from their
perspective, “resides” in the United States.
Welcome to Little Rome.
The problem is that The Constitution
of the United States strictly limits their government to the one mile square set
aside for them in the District of Columbia, and their apparent gross over-reach
and usurpation in forming over 185,000 Municipal Corporations and claiming
millions of acres of land in this country as “federal” land owned and operated
by Municipal Corporations, is both illegal and unlawful and a Gross
International Breach of Trust in violation of our Treaties with their
government, in violation of their own law as adopted via the Geneva and Hague
Conventions, and in violation of the Nuremburg Code.
So is any claim that the people
living on this illegally and unlawfully purloined land are “citizens of the
United States” and “assets” belonging to the Municipal United States Government
in any form.
We firmly return and refuse all such
claims of conferred citizenship obligations, together with all interpretations
and all presumptions leading to the conscription or trafficking of any American
into Municipal jurisdiction; the State Citizens, known as the People of this
country, who are Principals and Parties to The Constitution of the United States
issue this Notice of Non-Compliance, Non-Assumpsit, and Counter-Claim to the
Municipal United States, their Bankruptcy Trustees, and all other Principals and
Concerned Parties.
We demand that the 185,000-plus
illegally and unlawfully and immorally established Municipal Corporation
franchises be dissolved and further demand that all assets purloined in this
process be repatriated to The United States of America and to the States and
People to whom these assets manifestly belong.
We also demand that all abuse of
usufruct privileges immediately and permanently stop, and that all so-called
individual Municipal Corporations gifted to Americans in their own names as a
means of constructive fraud against them be dissolved. All profits, fees,
leases, tithes, beneficial contracts, stocks, bonds, titles, copyrights,
patents, trademarks, material and immaterial assets, including houses, land, and
public interests including our court buildings, roads, railroads, public
utilities, parks, and national defense investments must be returned to the
victims of these heinous False Claims in Commerce and attendant abuses.
We also bring your combined
attentions to the filing and approval of yet another incorporation charter in
violation of our trademarks and Good Name:

We fail to see why any government
under contract to us to provide us with Good Faith government services should be
operating a Municipal Corporation in our NAME, nor why any government Principal
should be issuing an incorporation charter to any Private Limited Company in our
NAME. This is an unconscionable infringement upon our identity as a nation and
an invitation to constructive fraud which is entirely unacceptable to us. Please

Official Notice and Published Announcement

As of October the First in the year of 2020, the properly declared and recorded People operating the State Assemblies organized and enrolled prior to the year of 1860, have acted via Roll Call Vote to acknowledge, accept, and enroll their sister States which have been created during and after the Civil War as fully endowed and empowered States of the Union.
This action ends over 150 years of presumptive custodial interest on the part of the Territorial United States Government in the administration of the public resources and populations of these predominantly western States created and provisionally accepted as States of the Union under the Northwest Ordinance.
These former Territorial States are now enrolled as members of The United States and The United States of America and have entered into full standing as independent States.
All fifty (50) State Assemblies are now fully functional and operating on par with each other. The States formed during and after the Civil War are no longer subject to any presumption of custodial interest by the Territorial United States Government and are free to assume the possession and enjoyment of all land and soil and related assets, rights, titles, and interests expressed or implied, within their borders.
This long overdue formal enrollment is a necessary step toward the Reconstruction of our Government, which is to include the reconstruction or in the case of these new States of the Union, first-time construction, of American States-of-States to serve as members of the Confederation ordained by The Articles of Confederation.
These reconstructed and/or newly created American State of State organizations will then subsequently serve as the Comptrollers and Interest Holders of the American Federal Subcontractor doing business as the States of America. The States of America is also popularly known as the Federal Republic.
Along with the reconstruction and/or creation of American State-of-State organizations under The Articles of Confederation, we anticipate the prompt reconstruction of the States of America and the resumption of the operations of the Federal Republic under the auspices of The Constitution for the united States of America.
Both the Confederation and its membership and the States of America exist as a result of delegations of power held by The United States and The United States of America, respectively, and are not to be confused with the Powerholders or with the actual State Assemblies or with any foreign corporation operating under similar names.

Cleaning Up the Agencies and Commissions

It's Sunday and I can feel the misery and uncertainty weighing down this country and indeed, the whole world. Who to believe and what to believe in? The Fake Stream news is so unrelentingly negative and upsetting.
Perhaps it would help everyone to read the Communications Act of 1934 and realize that the "news" you are getting is all doctored propaganda being hand-picked and brought to you by the Pope's Municipal Government?
FDR put the Communications Act of 1934 into place as part of his enslavement racket--- aimed initially at Municipal employees, but designed to usurp upon Territorial employees and average Americans, too.
The Communications Act, together with the complicity of the colluding Territorial Corporation, gave the President of the Municipal Corporation complete control of the airwaves -- but bear in mind that the Board of Directors of the Municipal Corporation is none other than the "US CONGRESS".
This means that the unaccountable plenary oligarchy composed of Congressional Members that rules over the Municipality of Washington, DC, which is defined as a separate and independent international city state (See Article 1, Section 8, Clause 17) actually controls all these Agencies and Commissions.
The President can tell these yahoos what to do, but if he displeases the US CONGRESS, they will simply not fund his directives. Like the Wall. And they will use their "Subcommittees" to give the Agencies and Commissions backdoor instructions, often counter to what the President wants to do, and the Agencies and Commissions will do their best to obey, because the CONGRESS holds the purse strings.
This control at ground level is then actually exercised by these "Federal Agencies and Commissions" --- all of which are unauthorized subcontractors of our subcontractors, most of which are only controlled administratively, and are actually owned and operated by private interests.
For example, Dick Cheney and Friends owned "Department of Homeland Security" last time I looked, and though it sounds like an official government department, it was merely a private subcontractor operating under a deceptive name and being paid for services by the Municipal Corporation.
The FCC, FHA, FEMA, BLM, FBI, BATF, IRS, DOJ, and so on, are all examples of the same thing in action. None of these "agencies" are or ever were authorized service providers of our government. They are the hirelings of hirelings. Most of them should be phased out or paid for purely as voluntary private expenses of the Municipal Government, without any cost for these "services" being passed on to us, thank you.
To put this in perspective--- these agencies and commissions are working for the Municipal Government and doing the Municipal Government's work for it, instead of the Municipal Government doing the work directly and being held accountable for it. The Municipal Government is then passing on the cost of all this extra "administrative capacity" to us.
It would be like hiring a man to cut your lawn, then having him hire fifty other guys to do the actual job, and then handing you the bill for their services.
Oh, and when you walk out your front door and ask what is going on, you get attacked by his fifty hirelings and asked --- "Who are you?"
This is the way that the Municipal Government corporation has been operating since the days of FDR. Initially, it was seen as a "public works initiative" to hire more people into public sector jobs and put America back to work during the Great Depression, but the practice only expanded exponentially afterward and continued long after any such reasonable Public Good was served by it.
Getting back to the Communications Act of 1934 and the current deplorable misuse of the public airwaves by the propaganda organs mandated by this Act and the various commissions, including the FCC, riding herd over the Three Ring Circus provided by the AP Wire, Reuters, and the BBC....
The motto of the BBC --- "Listen and obey." --- comes straight out of a 19th century booklet on Hypnotism.
And in this case, they want to use such subliminal suggestion techniques to instill fear and anxiety, and to prompt people into accepting constant government over-reaching into their private lives.
They learned a long time ago that if we are scared and confused, we are easier to manipulate, so they make it their business to make sure we are scared and confused.
Don't be.
My Executive Officer, who many of you have met, has recently suffered a series of problems with erratic heart rate. For example, for no apparent reason, his heart rate will increase to double its normal resting rate. There are many possible causes for this, but he noticed all by himself that watching and listening to the news on TV made it worse.
Why? Because the News is designed to make us feel nervous and confused and frustrated (because it always reports a large amount of things we can't, as individuals, do anything about) and anxiety-ridden. It's "programmed" that way, in order to "program" you.
Even the music programs are subtly tweaked so that the notes being played aren't quite whole and right; the dissonance is so subtle that we aren't consciously aware of it, but our ears hear it and our minds and nerves subconsciously react to the "nails scratching on the blackboard" effect this causes.

And please notice that, once again, this aberration from nature and deliberate manipulation of your nervous system, was caused by the Rockefellers --- a clan that has been instrumental in promoting a very large amount of the evil in this world.
And the bottom line to you? Know that you are being deliberately manipulated and turn the knob. Stop listening to rot that is literally designed to make you feel hopeless and angry and fearful--- and which has no possible practical value.
As I told my recovering ExO, "The only redeeming feature of any mainstream news media has always been limited to the weather report, the comics, and the classifieds. Beyond that, turn it off."
Limiting your exposure to the News and other "programming" will leave you more free time and peace of mind to consider the actual problem --- American crime families infiltrating and commandeering "governmental services corporations" and then using subcontracting agencies and commissions to do their dirty work.
