About State Nationals and International Officers

The demands our States make upon us when we act as State Citizens preclude being able to act in any "foreign" capacity at the same time. 

So when we take up our Public Duty in a foreign jurisdiction, we bump into the same limitations as Federal Employees hired by the incorporated federal subcontractors.  

We are working in an unincorporated capacity versus them working in an incorporated capacity, but we are still operating in a foreign international jurisdiction when we act as Post Masters or Continental Marshals. 

So, for the duration of  international service, we are limited so far as our home State is concerned, to acting as State Nationals; we are eligible to return to our State Citizen status once our international service is completed.

So what does being a "State National" mean for the men and women who are undertaking Public Duties in international jurisdiction? 

Here is how I recently explained this for an Assembly Coordinator: 

"I guess the way to put it is that State Nationals--- and that includes Continental Marshals --- are public members of the Assemblies, and State Citizens are the private business managers of the "State's Interest" who take the official responsibility for State affairs. 

State Nationals are guaranteed all the Constitutional Guarantees just like State Citizens.  They have the right to attend public meetings and voice their needs and opinions.  They have the right to attend and participate in all public functions of the Assemblies --- educational events, BBQ's, public speaker events, and public elections, for example.  

But they do not have the rights and obligations of State Citizens to conduct the business affairs of the State, fill the State Offices, run the State Courts, staff the State Assembly Militias, etc., etc., etc., 

With rights come responsibilities and with responsibilities come rights.  In the case of the Continental Marshals they give up one set of responsibilities (that of State Citizenship) in order to take up other equally important responsibilities --- that of peacekeeping enforcement for the international land jurisdiction.  

Perhaps I should pause a moment to reflect that the absence of the Continental Marshals prior to this has been keenly felt --- because they are the ones responsible for preventing human trafficking, drug running, interstate insurrection, interstate bank and securities fraud, counterfeiting, mail fraud, unlawful conversion of assets, kidnapping across state lines, inland piracy, and a host of other heinous crimes that our States have suffered from in recent years because the Federal Marshals program was deliberately defunded by the rats. 

They defunded our peacekeepers the better to pillage and plunder our people.  

The responsibilities that these men and women take on are considerably greater than the Average Joe State Citizen and they deserve our support and great respect as they struggle to resurrect and restore the Federal Marshals program and take up the mantle and serve in international jurisdiction."

Those of you who remember the Federal Marshals will remember them with great fondness and respect, and will be comforted that despite the Bad Faith and Misconduct of members of Congress acting to defund their service and leave their jurisdiction wide open to criminal infiltration, the actual government of this country has acted to reinstate, rename, and re-commission the Marshals. 

We have been asked why the change of name from "Federal Marshal" to "Continental Marshal" and if this name change also changed the nature of the duties or jurisdiction?   

Certainly, in a sense, this is a newly commissioned Service apart from the old Federal Marshals program.  It occupies the same jurisdiction and undertakes prevention of the same crimes, but does so under the direct authority of The United States of America, instead of being an adjunct program funded through  Federal Subcontractors. 

We changed the name in token of this administrative change, and also in an effort to increase public awareness of the differences between land jurisdiction and sea jurisdiction.  It was felt that many, perhaps most, people-- had forgotten that "Federal Marshals" always occupied a different slot and acted under different law than "US Marshals".  

By naming our new Service members "Continental Marshals" we hope to draw public attention to the difference between land and sea forces, and make an unequivocal distinction between the two.  

The misuse and abuse of the word "Federal" by applying it to such private organizations as the "Federal Reserve" and the ease of confusing the popular use of the word "Federal" to denote all Federal Employees with the more specific (and correct) use of the old "Federal Marshal" moniker made the change to "Continental Marshal" desirable. 

A Continental Marshal thus occupies the exact same jurisdiction and addresses the same crimes as the now-defunct and defunded Federal Marshals program, but does so under the direct and unincorporated and non-delegated authority of our Federation of States, The United States of America.  

As such, our Continental Marshals must be further recognized as public peacekeeping officers, not any form of private law enforcement officer operating under any presumed delegated authority.  

In practical terms, this means that our Continental Marshals have returned to their proper standing and authority, and when standing on the land jurisdiction of this country, they outrank all other federal officers and agency personnel engaged in statutory law or code enforcement, including State of State police, FBI, BATF, IRS, and so on. 

The Continental Marshals Service itself has been commissioned since May 22, 2015; there are currently two Chief Marshals, Deloy Meechum serving the Western States, and Bella Haywood serving the Eastern States. 

All Continental Marshals work within designated Postal Service Areas (called Postal Districts by the District Government system) that typically include three or more geographically defined States.  

You will find them hard at work in every corner of America, learning the ropes of the jurisdiction they are heir to, and addressing the large roster of international and interstate crimes that were left without enforcement in breach of trust.

Notice to the United Nations, President Trump and all Interested Principals and Parties

This is what's on my mind and on the minds of all Americans. We are not going to be vaccinated against non-existent diseases and then told that we have "accepted" patented products that are now incorporated into our genome without our explicit knowledge and permission.

We are not accepting the "status" of becoming GMO products and not accepting any claims by any corporation that advances this position of ownership of any patented DNA or RNA product injected, ingested, or otherwise inserted into our private DNA structure.

Any organization that makes this claim or any similar claim, in any way, shape, or form, will be immediately recognized as operating unlawfully and with willful intent to harm, and will be liquidated with prejudice and deprived of any benefit of the corporate veil.

Those shareholders and Board members of any corporation caught doing this or making such claims will be destroyed financially and held personally and commercially accountable for unlawful acts against the Public Interest and against the Public Law of this country.

Any Municipal Corporation or officer, official or franchise caught supporting such actions or claims will be immediately liquidated in the case of the corporation, and removed from office and arrested in the case of the corporate officers and/or elected officials responsible.

The same goes for any Territorial corporation involved in any such obscene claims and activities.

Ditto any corporation that attempts to claim that DNA submitted by people as trash in trash receptacles, or otherwise disposed of, can be fished out and claimed as "abandoned property", any corporation that claims DNA submitted for medical tests or other medical purposes, DNA left behind on operating room floors during birth or during surgical procedures, DNA submitted for private purposes such as genetic comparisons, paternity tests, or as we have recently noted, DNA submitted to organizations like Ancestry.com, may not now or ever be claimed as anything owned by any corporation or incorporated entity for any purpose whatsoever.

Have we, the actual government of this country made this explicit enough for all corporations and corporate officers worldwide to hear it? Your organizations will be liquidated and you will all be financially ruined if you continue to pursue these aims in any guise. You may also suffer other retributions at the hands of the enraged public and we will not protect you from frontier justice.

Using your own profane vernacular, you are attempting to rustle our "cattle" and the standing Public Law for the offense is death by hanging.

All corporations and their Board Members are instructed to review the two (2) contracts that allow their existence and operations on our shores ---- The Constitution of the United States of America, and The Constitution of the United States ---- with particular attention paid to Article IV and all provisions related to the operations of the Post Office and the United States Patent Office and similar service outposts.

All officers of all corporations operating within our borders are obligated to know and obey these contracts and respect these agreements, whether operating as Municipal Corporations or as Territorial Corporations. Failure to do so, offering harm to our Public Interest, or otherwise indulging in criminal activities will net no profit, and will instead result in the direct destruction of your corporations, the seizure of your holdings, and the removal of the corporate veil protecting your private assets.

Cease and desist all plans and operations seeking to reduce divine creations into corporate pawn and GMO "products" or face the wrath of the Primal Creator --- literally.

Public Notice to All National Governments

At some time in the past, between 1998 and 2005, representatives of your government which were acting as franchise corporations of the UN CORP signed accords allowing for participation in a "live exercise" of world preparedness in the event of another pandemic like the Spanish Flu.  

The likelihood of such a health crisis was already known, both as a statistical fact and as a result of turning on the 5G grid system worldwide.  Increases in radio frequency and microwave transmission loads have always been accompanied by "pandemics" of illness brought about by EM Radiation Sickness---- and that has been well-documented since the early 1900's. 

So WHO had already arranged for 196 countries to participate in such a "preparedness live exercise" ---- basically a fire drill conducted to see how well prepared we all are in the event of a pandemic, and the Powers That Be already knew that they'd have a pandemic to deal with the moment they switched on the 5G Grid worldwide.  

Are we supposed to believe that this was Kismet?  After 15 years, WHO just out -of-the-blue decided to pull its "live exercise" test and unleash it on us, at precisely the moment the 5G net was being prepared to go live on a worldwide basis?  

The United States of America, our unincorporated Federation of States, has charged-back the cost of the entire CARES relief package to the Pope and the Queen, as the Parties responsible for this Mess in America.  

You will notice that there have been no further "gifts" serving to exercise our own credit to further indebt us.  

And now, it's time to charge the UN CORP for the costs and losses associated with all these nasty shutdowns and lockdowns based on nothing but lies. 

Whether we charge the associated franchise employees with additional fines and imprisonment is an additional issue for each country to consider. We have already issued Arrest Warrants for Bill Gates and Anthony Fauci and other Players who have sought to realize personal gain from this disruption.  

We strongly feel that while some parties associated with WHO were well-intentioned, both the timing and the manner in which this "live exercise" was carried out, are highly suspect and inappropriate.  

Many small businesses have been forced to shut their doors, millions of people have been unemployed and underemployed for months, factories forced to shut down, agricultural production slowed and in some cases stopped, and many other inconveniences and abuses have been perpetuated far in excess of anything that was agreed to or anticipated by the signatories authorizing this "live exercise" in 2005. These are facts that the incorporated service providers are aware of and in many cases, they have contributed to the misery and destruction instead of limiting the disruption. 

Now, therefore, it behooves the actual National Governments of each country to charge the UN CORP for the acts and omissions of its franchises worldwide, to assess the damage that this fire drill has caused to their national economy and to their people, and to send the UN CORP the bill for it.  

We anticipate that the charges will be sufficient to discourage any continuance of this fake pandemic charade and also serve as an expedient means for the people in charge of their actual governments to forestall any similar insanity in the future.

The Boy Who Cried Wolf

Remember in the early days when we were all taking the "viral threat" seriously and analyzing it accordingly?  

Remember when things started to fall apart and we began to smell a rat when aspects of the whole "Covid 19" story began to unravel?  

The creator of the PCR Test that they have been using since the beginning of this farce came out and said--- hey, this test doesn't work for that!  What are you doing?  

Here is a competent explanation of what THEY are doing and why the test doesn't work (and doesn't even test for viruses)---and why none of this makes any sense at all from any medical standpoint:

And, while you are digesting that over your morning coffee, here's another gem that has been promptly buried by the mainstream news---- it turns out that WHO is no longer claiming that this farce is a pandemic at all.  

FB Friends will have to go to my website and download the MP4 video clip which should be available and posted in a few hours.  It is very "official" and explicit and comes directly from a news conference at the World Health Organization offices with WHO officials: no contagion.  No reason for masks. No reason for "quarantines".   All hoax.  All BS.  

And that is directly from the World Health Organization which planned and staged and implemented all this crap. 

No masks.  No social distancing.  No proof that there's anything air-borne or any transmission by coughing, sneezing, touching, etc. 

And all of this backs up Mike Pompeo's description of this as a "live exercise" --- basically, a fire drill.  

Plus WHO's own reports and the admissions contained in those reports that this was all nothing but a "live exercise" of worldwide preparedness for an actual pandemic, as agreed to by 196 nations in 2005.  Notice the same words?  "Live exercise"?   

So WHO called it a "live exercise" in their planning documents in 2005, and Mike Pompeo knew it was a "live exercise" in 2020.  Go figure. 

This all also corroborates and makes sense of the fact that there has been absolutely no effort to isolate and identify any virus as the cause of any illness. There are well-established scientific protocols for isolating a specific virus, and if this had been an actual pandemic, no effort would be spared. 

Again, I repeat, this whole scenario reeks of falsehood.  It reeks of being a hoax.  And it reeks of being an "inside job".  The people like Fauci and Pompeo knew it was a hoax.  And lied to the public through their teeth. 

There are a number of lessons to be learned. 

First, this isn't your government and yes, they tell lies -- big ones, all the time. 

Second, sadly, if they do ever have a real pandemic to report, people will have good reason to ignore them.  

Third, all the chaos, the job losses, the business losses, all of it -- needs to be chalked up against the UN Corporation and charged off to it, too.

A Most Excellent Summation by Marlon Schroeder

Every once in a while someone shames me with the simplicity and exactness and purity of their analysis- meet Marlon Schroeder and in case you missed this excerpt from the slightly longer comment he shared today---- which was really just to draw the conclusion again that just as in every other election since 1860: they select them and we elect them.

Marlon gives a nice break down, however, of more exactly how and why:

"The U.S. is a federated corporation, with a handful of owners (fed res owners). There are dozens of documents stating so, since 1868.

NEVER in the HISTORY of the world, have the workers/slaves, elected their CEO nor board of supervisors (congress).

I have known of/spoken to a couple people who were on the DNC and RNC -> they are owned by the same holdings companies -> the parties are paid to represent their corporate owners, by SELECTING THEIR representatives, JUST like a normal corporation works.

This is how it works:

1 ) Candidates (applicants) emerge (apply).

2 ) They go through a screening process both behind close doors, and in public ("debates" for a show).

3 ) The media purports who you support, through faux polling.

4 ) The party is told who will be hired, by the board of the holdings companies.

5 ) The media, once again, tells you who you voted for (who won).

6 ) The media continues to tell you what you want to hear, and what to have faux outrage over, until the next globalist owned sock puppet is hired.

7 ) You are happy to have the illusion of choice, while they tell you that your enemy is those who vote for the other party's selection."

Well, actually, Marlon, I haven't been happy with the illusion of a choice, nor with 9/10ths of the candidates on offer, ever, but otherwise your conclusions all pass the sniff test with flying colors.

This process--- what you have so succinctly described--- is how the political party system works, and, more generally how any Corporatocracy works.

As Lysander Spooner observed when all this idiocy began, being able to choose a new slave master every four years doesn't make you less of a slave.

As I will also point out, according to the Territorial Federales, it is still illegal for Municipal "citizens" to vote in Federal Elections, though millions upon millions of them do, right along with millions of deluded Americans who think that these private corporate offices and elections involve our office of "President" and these hyped-up media events must be our public elections--- when in fact they are not our elections at all.

If, Mary's Potato Chips, Incorporated, held an election today to choose a new Board of Directors and CEO, would I vote in it?

Only if I happen to be a shareholder in Mary's Potato Chips, Incorporated.

It's the same way with these foreign "governmental services corporations" that are here as our subcontractors. Their elections are all private corporate elections having nothing to do with us or with our Government or any public elections or offices.

The Introit of the Mass is the prayer of a troubled soul, entreating God for assistance against its enemies:

INTROIT Incline unto my aid, O God: O Lord, make haste to help me: let my enemies be confounded and ashamed, who seek my soul. Let them be turned backward and blush for shame, who desire evils to me. (Ps. LXIX) Glory be to the Father and to the Son, and to the Holy Ghost, as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.

COLLECT Almighty and merciful God, of whose gift it cometh that the faithful do Thee homage with due and laudable service: grant, we beseech Thee, that we may run without stumbling to the attainment of Thy promises. Through our Lord Jesus Christ Thy Son, who liveth and reigneth with Thee, in the Unity of the Holy Ghost, God, world without end, Amen.

EPISTLE (II Cor. III. 4-9.) Brethren, such confidence we have through Christ towards God: not that we are sufficient to think any thing of ourselves, as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is from God, who also hath made us fit ministers of the New Testament, not in the letter, but in the spirit: for the letter killeth: but the spirit quickeneth. EXPLANATION St. Paul speaks in the epistle, from which this extract is taken, of the conversion of the Corinthians, which he accomplished not by his own ability, but with the help of God, who made him a minister of the New Testament, a teacher of the true religion of Christ. The New Testament by the grace of the Holy Ghost recalls the sinner from the death of sin, reconciles him to God, and thus enlivens and makes him pleasing to God; whereas the letter of the Old Law, which contains more eternal ceremonies and fewer commandments, changes not the man, but rather destroys him, that is, threatens with death the transgressor of the law instead of freeing him from sin and reconciling him to God, thus permitting him to die the eternal death. St. Paul preached the true religion of Christ, which vivifies, justifies, and sanctifies man. If the ministry of Moses was so glorified by God, that his countenance shone, when he returned from Mount Sinai, where God gave him the law, how much more dignified and glorious must be the ministry of the New Law. Learn from this to esteem the office of preaching, and be humble like St. Paul, who trusted not in himself but in God, to whom he ascribed all honor.

GOSPEL (Luke X. 23-37.) At that time, Jesus said to his disciples: Blessed are the eyes that see the things which you see. For I say to you that many prophets and kings have desired to see the things that you see, and have not seen them; and to hear the things that you hear, and have not heard them. And behold a certain lawyer stood up, tempting him, and saying: Master, what must I do to possess eternal life? But he said to him: What is written in the law? how readest thou? He answering, said: Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with thy whole heart, and with thy whole soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbor as thyself. And he said to him: Thou hast answered rightly: this do, and thou shalt live. But he, willing to justify himself, said to Jesus: And who is my neighbor? And Jesus answering, said: A certain man went down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and fell among robbers, who also stripped him, and having wounded him, went away; leaving him half dead. And it chanced that a certain priest went down the same way, and seeing him, passed by. In like manner also a Levite, when he was near the place and saw him, passed by. But a certain Samaritan, being on his journey, came near him: and seeing him, was moved with compassion. And going up to him, bound up his wounds, pouring in oil and wine; and setting him upon his own beast, brought him to an inn, and took care of him: and the next day he took out two pence, and gave to the host, and said: Take care of him, and whatsoever, thou shalt spend over and above, I, at my return, will repay thee. Which of these three, in thy opinion, was neighbor to him that fell among robbers? But he said: He that showed mercy to him. And Jesus said to him: Go, and do thou in like manner.

Why does Christ call His disciples blessed?

Because they had the happiness which so many patriarchs and prophets had desired in vain, namely: of seeing Him and hearing His teaching. Though we have not the happiness to see Jesus and hear Him, nevertheless we are not less blessed than the apostles, since Christ pronounces those blessed who do not see and yet believe. (John XX. 29.)

What, besides faith, is necessary for salvation?

That we love God and our neighbor, for in these two commandments consists the whole law. (Matt. XXII. 40.)

Who is our neighbor?¹

Every man, be he an acquaintance or a stranger, poor or rich, of our faith or of another; for the Samaritan did not ask the one who had fallen among robbers: Who and whence are you? but considered him his neighbor, and proved himself as such by his prompt assistance.

How should we love our neighbor?

As we love ourselves, that is, we should wish him everything good, and when in necessity do to him as we would wish others to do to us, and, on the contrary, not wish nor do to him anything that we do not wish to be done to ourselves. In this way the Samaritan loved his neighbor, and in this he was far superior to the priest and the Levite.

How can we especially practice love for our neighbor?

By the spiritual and corporal works of mercy. [See instruction for the Seventh Sunday after Pentecost.] Besides which we must rejoice at the spiritual and corporal graces of our neighbor, which God communicates to him; we must grieve for his misfortunes, and, according to the example of St. Paul, (I Cor. I. 4.) have compassion for him; we must bear with the faults of our neighbor, as St. Paul again admonishes us: Bear ye one another's burdens, and so you shall fulfil the law of Christ. (Gal. VI. 2.)

Why should we love our neighbor?

We should love him because God commands it; but there are also other reasons which should induce us to do so. We are not only according to nature brothers and sisters in Adam, but also according to grace, in Christ, and we would have to be ashamed before animals, if we would allow ourselves to be surpassed in the love which they bear one to another; (Ecclus, XIII. 19.) all our neighbors are the image and likeness of God, bought by the blood of Jesus, and are adopted children, called to heaven, as we are; the example of Christ, who loved us, when we were yet His enemies, (Rom. V. 10.) and gave Himself for us unto death, ought to incite us to love them. But can we be His disciples, if we do not follow Him, and if we do not bear in us the mark of His disciples, i. e. the love of our neighbor? (John XIII. 35.). Finally, the necessity of the love for our neighbor ought to compel us, as it were, to it; for without it, we cannot be saved. He that loveth not, says St. John, abideth in death, (I John III. 14.) and he that loveth not his brother, whom he seeth, how can he love God whom he seeth not? (I John IV. 20.) because he transgresses one of the greatest commandments of God, and does not fulfil the law. (Rom. XIII, 10.)

What is necessary to make the love of our neighbor meritorious?

It must tend to God, that is, we must love our neighbor only in and for God, because God commands it, and it is pleasing to Him. For to love our neighbor on account of a natural inclination, or self-interest, or some other still less honorable reason, is only a natural, animal love, in no wise different from the love of the heathens; for the heathens also love and salute those who love and salute them in turn. (Matt. V. 46.)

PETITION. O my God, Father of mercy! give me a loving and compassionate heart, which will continually impel me to do good to my neighbor for Thy sake, so that I may merit the same from Thy mercy.

What is understood from this day's gospel in a higher and more spiritual sense?

According to the interpretation of the Fathers, our father Adam, and hence the whole human race is to be understood by the one who had fallen among robbers. The human race, which through the disobedience of Adam fell into the power of Satan and his angels, was robbed of original justice and the grace of God, and moreover, was wounded and weakened in all the powers of the soul by evil concupiscence. The priest and The Levite who represent the Old Law, would not and could not repair this misfortune; but Christ, the true Samaritan, embraced the interests of the wounded man, inasmuch as He poured the oil of His grace, and the wine of His blood into the wounds of man's soul, and thus healed him, and inasmuch as He led him by baptism into the inn of His Church, and there entrusted him to His priests for further care and nursing. Thank Christ, the good Samaritan, for this great love and care for you, and endeavor to make good use of His blessings by your cooperation.

INSTRUCTION ON THE MOST HOLY SACRAMENT OF
EXTREME UNCTION
He bound up his wounds pouring in oil and wine. (Luke X. 34.)

The conduct of the Samaritan in regard to the wounded man may be viewed as a figure of the holy Sacrament of Extreme Unction, in which Christ, the true Samaritan, by means of the holy oil and the prayer of the priest, His representative, dispenses His grace to the sick for the welfare of the soul and often of the body, provided the sick place no obstacle in His way.

Is Extreme Unction a Sacrament?

Yes; because it was instituted by Christ, and by it grace is conveyed to the sick through an outward sign.

Did Christ institute this Sacrament?

He did, for He sent His disciples to anoint the sick with oil and heal them, as the Evangelist writes: Going forth they preached that men should do penance: and they cast out many devils, and anointed with oil many that were sick, and healed them. (Mark VI. 12,13.) We must believe that this unction was not invented by the apostles, but ordained by the Lord. This is confirmed by the Council of Trent, which says: (Sess. XIV. C. I.) "This sacred Unction of the sick was instituted by Christ our Lord, as indicated by St. Mark, but recommended to the faithful and promulgated by the Apostle St. James, a relative of our Lord." "Is any man," he says, "sick among you? let him bring in the priests of the Church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord: and the prayer of faith shall save the sick man: and the Lord shall raise him up: and if he be in sins, they shall be forgiven. (James V. 14,15.) St. James could not have said this, if he had not known the institution and command of Christ: to it apostolic and uninterrupted tradition also gives testimony.

What is the external sign of this Sacrament?

The anointing with holy oil, which is blessed by the bishop on Holy Thursday, and the prayer of the priest.

What graces does this Sacrament produce in the sick man?

The Catechism of the Council of Trent enumerates the following: first, it remits sins, especially venial sins. Its primary object is not to remit mortal sin. For this the Sacrament of penance was instituted, as was that of baptism for the remission of original sin; secondly, it removes the languor and infirmity entailed by sin, with all other inconveniences. The time most seasonable for the application of this cure is, when we are visited by some severe malady, which threatens to prove fatal; for nature dreads no earthly visitation so much as death; and this dread is considerably augmented by the recollection of our past sins, particularly if the mind is harrowed by the poignant reproaches of conscience; for it is written: "They shall come with fear at the thought of their sins, and their iniquities shall stand against them to convict them." A source of alarm still more distressing is the awful reflection, that, in a few moments, we shall stand before the judgment-seat of God, whose justice will award that sentence, which our lives have deserved. The terror inspired by these considerations frequently agitates the soul with the most awful apprehensions; and to calm this terror nothing can be so efficacious as the Sacrament of Extreme Unction. It quiets our fear, illumines the gloom in which the soul is enveloped, fills it with pious and holy joy, and enables us to await with cheerfulness the coming of the Lord; thirdly, it fortifies us against the violent assaults of Satan. The enemy of mankind never ceases to seek our ruin: and if it be possible to deprive us of all hope of mercy, he more than ever increases his efforts, when he sees us approach our last end. This Sacrament, therefore, enables the recipient to fight resolutely and successfully against him; fourthly, it effects the recovery of health, if advantageous to the sick person.

What intentions must the sick man have, in order to gain these graces?

Since the Sacraments work the more powerfully the better the preparation made by those who receive them, and since by this Sacrament those sins are remitted which we have forgotten, or have not sufficiently known, the sick man should, therefore, receive beforehand, if it be possible, the holy Sacrament of Penance and the blessed Eucharist; or if this cannot be done, he should make an act of perfect contrition, and have the wish to confess if possible. He should, therefore, not defer the reception of this Sacrament to the last moment, when the violence of sickness has already taken away the use of his reason and senses, but he should ask for this Sacrament whilst yet enjoying the use of reason, so that he may receive it with devotion and salutary result.

Is this Sacrament necessary for salvation?

No; yet we should not neglect in case of sickness to partake of the excellent fruits of this Sacrament since the Council of Trent teaches: "To despise so great a Sacrament would indeed be a great sin, an insult to the Holy Ghost." (Sess. XIV. C. 3.)

Can we receive this Sacrament more than once?

We can receive it as often as we are in danger of death by sickness; but we must bear in mind that we can be anointed only once in the same sickness.

Why is this Sacrament called Extreme Unction?

Because among all the Sacraments which our Lord and Saviour ordained in His Church, this one is the last we are to receive. But from this it does not follow, as so many believe that one who receives this Sacrament must die soon, but it will rather become a means of salvation for their souls, and if it be for their eternal welfare, will also restore their bodily health.

What does the priest do when he enters the house of the sick person?

He wishes peace to the house, and prays that God may send His angels to protect its inmates, that He may drive away the enemy, console the sick, strengthen and give him health.

Why does the priest sprinkle the sick person with holy water?

To remind him that he should implore of God the forgiveness of his sins, with tears of contrition, in order to dispel the influence of the evil spirit.

Why does the priest exhort those present to pray while he administers the Sacrament?

That God may grant through their prayers whatever may contribute to the welfare of the sick man's body and soul.

For what does the priest pray when he imposes his hands on the head of the sick person?

He begs that God, through the imposition of hands and by the intercession of all the saints, may take the sick person under His protection, and destroy the power of the devil, who attacks one particularly in the hour of death.

What does the priest say at the anointing with oil?

He begs that God, through this unction and through His gracious mercy, may forgive the sick person all the sins which he has committed with his five senses. At the same time the sick person should, in a spirit of humility and with a repentant and contrite heart, implore of God the forgiveness of all his sins.

Why does the priest present the sick person a crucifix to kiss?

To remind him that, like Jesus, he should suffer with patience, and place his whole confidence in the infinite merits of the Crucified, and be willing to suffer and die for love of Him. For this reason the crucifix ought to be presented often to the dying person.

What should the sick person do after he has received the Sacrament of Extreme Unction?

He should use all his remaining strength to thank God sincerely for the benefit he has received, commend himself to the wounds and the blood of Jesus, and meditate with quiet recollection on death and eternity.

How consoling does our holy Catholic Church appear in the continual use of this Sacrament! Having, like a tender mother, received man by holy Baptism under her maternal care; by holy Confirmation given him the necessary weapons against sin, heresy, and infidelity; by the holy Sacrament of Penance purified him from stains and sins; and by the blessed Eucharist nourished him with the bread of life, enriched him with virtues, and secured him against falling, she does not desert him even in the last, all-important moment of death. In that dangerous hour when the dying person, forsaken by all, often by his most intimate friends, or looked upon with fear, lies on his bed of pain, when behind him time ceases and before him a certain, though unknown eternity opens itself, when Satan brings all his resources into play, in order to ruin his soul, and the thought of the coming judgment makes the heart tremble, - in this terrible hour the faithful mother, the Catholic Church, does not abandon him; she sends the priest, her servant, like a consoling angel to his couch, to encourage the sufferer and strengthen the fearful with the divine word, to cleanse the sinner and reconcile him with God by the Sacrament of Penance, to fortify the weak and nourish him with the bread of life, to strengthen the combatant with the holy oil, thus providing him with all the means of grace which Jesus obtained for His Church, to conduct his soul before the face of the eternal Judge, there to find grace and mercy.

Considering this, dear Christian, should you not feel happy to be a member of this Church, should you not thank God continually, and adhere faithfully to a Church, in which it is indeed not so pleasant to live, as in the bosom of irreligion, but in which it is good to die!

Team Sports

 I hated team sports in school.  I hated all of them with equal vigor.  It wasn’t any dislike of real teamwork or even the idiot-like simplicity of it (get ball, move ball) —- that made me groan and snarl; it was the fact that there are so many better ways to learn teamwork and so many more profitable skills to be learned, that the enormous amounts of time, energy, and money spent on team sports seemed like insanity right from the start. 

Of course, as a child, I didn’t perceive the role of team sports as indoctrination and skill-building for the military.  If I had, I would have hated it all the more—- because even though it had a purpose (just as pigs have a purpose) it was neither an honestly presented purpose nor a positive one.  

I am sure I would have liked it better if someone had had the guts to say, “Come on, children!  We are going to help you learn how to work together to produce widgets!” Or even,  “Come on, boys and girls, this is what you need know so you can kill large numbers of the enemy! Rah! Rah! Rah!” 

That, at least, would have been honest.  

Even back then, the Omnipresent THEY were bulking us up, putting steroids in our milk, tinkering with our adrenal glands, and as if farm kids in the Midwest needed more physical exercise, they were forcing us to do all sorts of specialized physical training— in retrospect, preparing us to aim and shoot at more than baskets. 

When the call came to “serve our country” in Vietnam, we were a ready crop of gun fodder.

“Team Sports”, like Vietnam,  is part of the reason that I became a rather embittered young woman, sad-eyed, skeptical, and tough. I have a portrait of myself from those years that stares back at me from the wall of my bedroom every night to remind me. 

I stare at my own beaky-nosed visage from fifty years ago and think about “her” now and then, vainly trying to weave together all the lost threads.

My role in basketball was to move the ball down the court, and pass it to Adrian Blackdeer, so she could dump it. 

Do this over and over and over.  

Never take a shot or develop any skill at shooting baskets yourself, just dribble, dribble, dribble. I never asked her, but from the look on her face, Adrian found her part in this ritual just as senseless as I found mine. 

Catch ball. Dump ball.  Catch ball. Dump ball....

That’s what they call “teamwork” but it’s actually a blind fostered dependency on someone else’s talents, so that together, you can accomplish something utterly mindless. 

On Graduation Day Adrian heaved a big sigh and stared at me as dully as a steer in a feedlot and said, “So this is it.” 

I couldn’t have said it better.  

The long line of us graduates fidgeting and sweating and squirming in the ugly green robes and mortar boards had wound back on itself so that for a few minutes the “Bs” and the “Rs” were together, albeit, facing opposite directions. 

So it goes.  No sense of accomplishment or elation, just —-well, this is it.  It’s over.  

No wonder that young people always think their elders are mentally incompetent.  

How else can we explain what we put our kids through, the cost of it, and how little they get out of it? 

Education in this country long ago ceased to be about the kids.  Or even about education.

Adrian shook her head and looked up at the blue sky.  She already knew this world is crazy. 

“Where are you going from here?” I asked her. 

“Dunno,” she said and gave me one of her wicked little twinkling glances. “Maybe I’ll get a basketball scholarship.”

Man v. Human

"People are not Persons. Men are not "hue-mans" --- aka, "humans". Hue-man means "color of man" in the same sense as "color of law". It has nothing to do with physical color or race. It's a legal trap. It's more bullshit. This whole mantra of "human rights" is more entrapment, more getting the victims to dig their own graves, unwittingly admit to slave status----instead of claiming their true status as free men and women. This is something Mr. Trump and a whole lot of people need to know. You're not a human. You're a man. " ---quote me, Grandma.

People who dig into my history and the public records concerning my name will see that I did something quite odd and extraordinary back in 2011. I woke up one day and saw a UCC filing by a man in California (thank you) and I took his filing and expanded it in a way that protected myself --- and every other living man and woman.

In that filing you will see reference to beings with "hands and feet" as opposed to "persons" --- corporations that have no such appendages.

Seems odd and sophomoric now, but at the time, it was all we could come up with to make the distinction clear. We wanted it on the record who the ultimate owners and beneficiaries of the Earth are --- and its not any kind of corporation dreamed up by the Roman Curia. Not any kind of "hue-man".

The beneficiaries of the True God are the living, not the dead. The actual, not the conceptual. Living people not "persons".

Please, stop a moment. Think. Be aware.

Your name is not you.

Many games have been played with your name, ugly games, games intended to misidentify you as someone, and even as some "thing" else, other than who and what you naturally are.

Those playing these games are evil men, intent on stealing your identity and your rights and your assets. They seek to alienate you from your identity as a free man or woman, and yes---- also to separate you from your Constitutional guarantees and your other material assets.

They want you to take the bait and ignorantly agree that you are a "human" ---a term which has undisclosed, undesirable legal meanings. If you accept being called a "human" and claim to have "human rights" --- this reduces you to the level of an "admitted" pauper and a slave.

They've been working this scheme in secret for over a hundred years, against all of the people on Earth.

They call you "humans" and offer you "human rights" in order to deprive you of your far greater standing as who and what you already are: free-born men and women, the natural and qualified heirs of all your countries and nations.

Remember how these fraud artists conned all the churches into incorporating? By offering to give them tax free status that the churches already had? And then claiming regulatory powers over the churches and seizing upon all the property assets the churches owned as collateral backing their commercial corporations?

The "human" label is basically the same schtick applied to people.

By touting "human rights" they are offering to give what you are already owed as free men and women----only with strings attached, and noisome labels and "legal admissions" and undisclosed claims to own you and your assets as chattel backing their commercial enterprises.

We are owed the Rights of Mankind, which come from Nature and Nature's God, not "Human Rights" granted as privileges to slaves and corporations.

Public Notice to the World Bank of National Identity Theft

 Today, we are all familiar with the crime of identity theft. Some white collar thief finds a way to impersonate us and to thereby access our credit cards, bank accounts, and other financial assets. We start seeing "unfamiliar" charges showing up, and then, we have to report it to the bank and the bank has to investigate and correct the records.

This is Public Notice to the World Bank that such an identity theft has occurred at a National Level.

This whole concept of identity theft resulting in credit fraud was by no means as familiar a century and a half ago when the greatest impersonation scheme and credit theft in history occurred. Not only was the crime itself virtually unknown at the time, but it occurred on such a vast scale as to stun the imagination.

In the chaos and confusion at the end of the so-called American Civil War, the thieves saw their chance.

Our American States-of-States have been impersonated by British Territorial States-of-States ever since; and as a result, the credit of our entire country has been commandeered and abused by these foreign interests for almost 160 years.

As an entire country, we have been defrauded in exactly the same way as Joe Schmoe waking up and seeing "unfamiliar charges" on his credit card statement.

I was emailing back and forth this morning with a man from Illinois who has fought the issues of constitutional money for years without satisfaction---- and it struck me that people still don't understand the issues and identities involved. Here is what I wrote back to him:

"The answer is quite simple.

Illinois has always been and remains on the gold and silver standard.

"State of Illinois" has always dealt in credit and debt and legal tender.

Two different entities existing in two different realms of existence.

Two different jurisdictions.

Notice in the Constitutions that the States operate only on gold and silver, but Congress only has credit and regulatory fees collected from alcohol, tobacco, and firearms to work with.

Illinois is Party to the Constitutions.

State of Illinois is not.

State of Illinois is a foreign British Commonwealth — also called “Territorial” — government.

It began usurping upon and substituting itself for our American States-of-States when the Confederation fell apart in 1860.

They basically pretended to be our States-of-States and gained access to our credit the same way any identity thief does it, then proceeded to spend our credit into the stratosphere, leaving us with the bill.

But now the fraud has been discovered.

Our States and People need to be held harmless in the same way that any victim of identity theft must be held harmless.

And we are not responsible for the debts these foreign pikers piled up in our names."

It is these last two points that need to be most forcefully addressed. Our States and People are not responsible for this circumstance nor for these charges.

The General Populace was never given full disclosure about these cozy arrangements being made "for" us, and nobody making these changes had any granted authority to do it.

The only difference that was potentially observable by Joe Average American was a change from, for example, "The State of Vermont" before the Civil War, to "the" State of Vermont afterward.

The Queen, the Pope, and the Lord Mayor of London, all acting in Breach of Trust against us, are the responsible parties and beneficiaries of this scheme, together with American collaborators who promoted this scheme and profited from it.

The States of the Union and the People of this country are serving Notice on the World Bank through our unincorporated Federation of States, The United States of America, that we have been the victims of the aforementioned bunko scheme for the past 159 years.

We are taking appropriate action to finish the Reconstruction of our Federal Government and the resumption of normal business activities. Until this can be accomplished in full, our unincorporated Federation of States, The United States of America, is the appropriate Respondent.

In addition to the misapplication of charges against our credit by a certain Scottish Commercial Corporation doing business as "The United States of America (Incorporated)" from 1868 to 1906, and other incorporated Territorial and Municipal entities presuming to do business "in our names" ever since, we wish to address the ownership of over 20,000 tons of privately held gold confiscated by the Municipal United States Government under the Franklin Delano Roosevelt Administration and the return of American gold reserves illegally transported to the Philippine Islands.
