The Rest of the Liability Story

If you have no responsibility for your actions in commerce (that is, if you accept no liability), you have no right to conduct commerce.  

Remember that little factoid as we go along.  

Now see:  The National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA)

If you look up the legislation referenced above or cruise the Wiki World interpretation of life after death, you will see that this POS was sold to the public as a reaction to Big Pharma black-mailing Congress.  

They threatened to discontinue manufacturing vaccines altogether because the harm to children caused by their vaccines was costing them too much money as a result of injury and liability suits.  

Their product was causing harm and they knew it.  And they didn't want to be responsible for it.   

So Congress knuckled to their Primary Donors and passed the NCVIA holding the pharmaceutical corporations harmless no matter what harm their vaccines do, and shuffled off the "painful part" of paying the victims onto me and you.  

And this, unknown to all but personal injury lawyers, is the way it has been since 1986.  

If you take a vaccine, voluntarily or involuntarily, and it injures, maims, or kills you, the only redress is to sue the government --- that is, take it out on yourself and your neighbors as extra debt and taxes.  

This set  Big Pharma free of any accountability for what they put in vaccines.  Rat poison, mercury, ant crap, anything at all is fair game for them.  They can shoot you up and pollute your blood and screw up your DNA and laugh all the way to the bank.  

They can get the Flunkies in Congress to pay them $1000 a shot out of the public treasury for providing this "service" too.  

And now this current situation presents "the rest of the story", because---wait for it....wait for it....wait for it! ------ "the government" which is really a private, for-profit corporation in the business of providing governmental services, is bankrupt.  

If you have been following along --- the only right of redress or remedy left to the victims of bad vaccines since 1986 has been to sue the government, and now, you can't even do that, because "the government" is bankrupt.  

So, La-Dee-Dah, there you have it, the entire plan to kill people via vaccination, and leave nobody at all financially responsible for the damage inflicted.

And, please note, this means that all the pharmaceutical corporations producing all these vaccines are out of business, right along with the "government" --- because the right to conduct commerce is dependent on your acceptance of liability for what you do.

Sheriffs and Sheriffs

I had a friend years ago, a guy from New York I came to love.  Larry was the grandfather I never had.  He took a lively interest in all kinds of sports, including horse racing --- things that were never my cuppa tea, but, because of Larry, I wound up sitting in a bar one afternoon in May, perched on the edge of my seat, watching the Kentucky Derby on widescreen TV.  

When the race was over, he turned me, face flushed with exhilaration and he said, "There's racehorses, and then, there's racehorses!"  

I looked confused and he stopped and offered further explanation: "There's dolls, and then, there's Marilyn Monroe." 

Right.  Okay.  I got the concept.  

I want you all to apply that concept to sheriffs.  There's sheriffs, and then, there's sheriffs.  

Back in the mid-sixties, after the Kennedy murder, a system of Federal Government corporate kickbacks was instituted under the guise of "Federal Block Grants". 

In order to receive these grants, your town or county had to incorporate itself.  

In this process of enfranchisement, thousands of small towns and counties across America surrendered their unincorporated status and became cogs in the Federal System.  

Most of them at the time never knew and were never told that they were giving up anything special, but they were.  

Those Federal Block Grants were coming at an undisclosed cost, because those county government organizations were giving up their sovereignty in the bargain.  

They ceased to function as actual counties and could no longer function as legitimate units of the land and soil jurisdiction government.  Why?  Because they accepted charters issued by a foreign government. 

As they voluntarily incorporated their operations, they became subject to Federal regulation and domination as franchises --- just like Dairy Queen franchises.  

Naturally, all their offices were similarly converted into corporate offices. 

Including the Office of County Sheriff.  

Our Common Law Sheriffs, the highest elected peacekeeping officials in this country, were unlawfully converted into "Pinkertons" --- private Law Enforcement Officers working for Da Man.

So, there's sheriffs, and then, there's sheriffs.  

Into this horrific and virtually silent coup stepped two men, Mack and Prinz.  They took the USA, Inc. all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court.  And they won back part of American's soul.  

According to that decision, Mack and Prinz vs. USA, Inc., even LEO Sheriffs can enforce the Constitutions --- at their discretion.

That sets up two more classes of "sheriff" among the LEOs -- those who defend and support the Constitution, and those who --- at their "discretion" --- don't.  

Glory be and thanks for Sheriff Richard Mack and the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association.  

It's time for the rest of us to wise up about the way in which our counties were hijacked, and our public offices demeaned and unlawfully converted into private corporate offices. 

It's time that upholding the constitutional guarantees of Americans became something more than a "discretionary" duty.  

Our properly constituted State Assemblies are now in session, and as more Americans realize what has gone on here, they will come forward by the millions to  restore our lawful unincorporated counties and our Common Law Sheriffs will once again function as the highest peacekeeping officials in this country.  

And they will all know that it is their duty to enforce the constitutional guarantees owed to the people of this country, no questions asked, and nothing discretionary about it.  

If your Sheriff is a member of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association, please reach out to him and let him know the cavalry is coming. The American States and People are on the move to take back their country and restore their Common Law Sheriffs to full operation and authority.  

And if the corporations don't like it, they can be liquidated for fraud and bribery and racketeering and their leaders can be charged with treason.  

To further everyone's understanding of the actual Office of the County Sheriff I am publishing / reposting a paper from the NLA on this topic.  It provides the basis in law and history for the Common Law Sheriff's unique office -- once we organize our actual unincorporated counties and elect one.

I can somehow see Sheriff Richard Mack retiring from his LEO "office" and entering into the Office of the County Sheriff, an Office he has upheld through thick and thin, and which he richly deserves.    

It's not only necessary to know and say, but to do.  

By summoning the States of the Union to Assemble, and by properly constituting each State Assembly with officially declared American State Citizens, we have overcome the legal obstacles cast in our way;  under both Public and International Law, we now have the means to directly restore our counties and our Sheriffs as well as our States.  

We can look forward to the day when there is just one County Sheriff -- a Common Law County Sheriff -- holding and abiding in the Office that is owed to the States and the People of these United States. 

We will no longer have to say, "Well, Larry, there's sheriffs, and then, there's sheriffs....."

Voluntary or Mandatory?

This really isn't so hard to understand. When you take a job, you have conditions of employment that you accept or reject.

When you work for the Federal Government corporations, you ride for the brand, wear the uniform, take on the title, and if they tell you to get vaccinated, you do.

For the rest of us, who have taken the time to pay attention and to declare and record our proper political status, it's voluntary. We can take the vaccination or not.

That's what this is about and it's nothing so very difficult to grasp.

But if you don't want to get lined up and punctured like steers in a feedlot getting ear tagged, better beat your feet to:

We have a little pin about the size of a credit card that simply says: "Public Notice: I am not your Employee or Dependent."

This serves Notice to any public employee, military person or Federal Civil Service or State of State worker, that you are their Employer and not subject to their rules and commands.

As long as you know who you are and have your evidence established on the public record, whether you get vaccinated or not is your choice.

If you let them "presume" that you are a U.S. Citizen or Municipal "citizen of the United States" ---- it will be their choice.

Don't wait.

Reply About NLA and Confusion of Law

Some people have identified me as an "enemy" of the National Liberty Alliance (NLA) and that's not what goes on between them and me, at least not from my side of the issues.  

I want to make it very clear that from a constitutional standpoint, and from within a construct of American Common Law, NLA is most often absolutely right about everything they publish.  

However --- and this is a big "however"---- when we address something like THE STATE OF MICHIGAN SUPERIOR COURT, we are facing foreign commercial corporation tribunals, not erring American courts. 

And that difference of discernment is what separates me from the NLA.  

Commercial tribunals naturally function under the global law of commerce, not American Common Law.  So it makes no sense to send them Writs of Mandamus or Coram Nobis or enter pleas related to constitutional guarantees. 

These foreign courts are operating in foreign jurisdictions and under foreign law and the subjects and PERSONS they address are foreign, too. 

In a way, NLA makes the same mistake as the Colorado Nine.  

They assume that all these courts are American courts functioning in error, when in fact these are not American Common Law Courts and never have been, even though they are staffed by Americans.  

Perhaps that is what is so confusing.  

If you stop and think a moment you will realize that not everything goes on in the realm of the land and soil.  

Some people actually do make their livelihoods on the sea, and they have to have courts that deal with those special issues and administer the international Law of the Sea.   Some people operate as commercial corporations and need to have COURTS to sort out their differences.  

The problem isn't that their courts are malfunctioning.  

The problem is that the American Common Law Courts, that are supposed to be addressing the needs of the people of this country, are rare as hen's teeth. 

So, slowly, over time, due to our own inaction and ignorance, our courts have shut down and in their absence, the quasi-military "district" courts have been pressed into service to ensure public safety.  Or so they say.  

They can't trespass onto our soil, so they have to presume instead that we are undeclared "persons" -- unknowns -- and play a little Pretend Game.  Instead of addressing us, they address Foreign Situs Trusts named after us (Territorial Courts) or they address various kinds of CORPORATIONS named after us (Municipal COURTS).  

Via these devices called "Special Purpose Vehicles" they traffic us into their foreign jurisdiction and subject "what appears to be us"--- our names construed to be the names of trusts and estates and public transmitting utilities, etc.,--- to their foreign forms of law --- but in fact, so far as they are concerned, the living man or woman is never in their court at all.  

We don't exist.  We are not "recognizable" by their courts. 

And this accounts for the odd phenomenon that judges appear not to hear what you say in their courts.  They don't.  When push comes to shove, they can't.  Because if they do, they have to admit that they are engaged in fraudulent proceedings against a man or woman who is being impersonated as a thing and who is suffering the crime of barratry at their hands.  

The way out of this is to remove yourself and your names from their presumptions by declaring your proper political status, recording this declaration, and running your own American Common Law Courts. 

Then the NLA's Writs will have meaning and traction and enforcement again. 

Not until.  

In my discussions with former judges and former Bar Attorneys there always comes a point where they bow their heads and admit that they always knew that what they were doing was wrong, but they didn't see a way out of it.  

There had to be some kind of law and order, even if it was--paradoxically-- imposed by fraud. 

They try to excuse themselves by making reference to "the Law of Necessity".  

Once things deteriorated to this point, they were placed in a Double Bind.  They couldn't very well explain that they were participating in crime in order to preserve some kind of law and order, could they?  

So a deep and unnatural silence descended and we were left to figure things out for ourselves --- and we have done so.  

We are declaring and recording our political status, forming our State Assemblies, forming our jury pools and electing our court officials (known as Justices) and yes, our Common Law Sheriffs.  American Common Law Courts are opening up again and being serviced by Counselors of Law.  

Ironically, once the members of NLA figure out what has been wrong all along, once they realize that we were always our own answer, and that our State Assembly Courts are their own long-lost missing American Common Law Courts---- the ones that they should be addressing all their elegant writs to --- you will hear the stampede from all corners of the country as they rush to come home and identify themselves as the men and women who are owed every jot of the Constitutional Guarantees.  

Can this be accomplished peacefully?  Yes.  In fact, Ex Parte Milligan, 71 US 2, (1866) put the answer in place when the problem all began.  When our civilian courts open to serve the American People, the military and commercial courts must stand down.

And yes, NLA members are as welcome to participate in this as everyone else. Maybe more so, as their expertise as constitutional jurists and researchers is needed and welcome in our courts.

Reply About Colorado Nine

I have sent numerous letters and cards to the Colorado Nine, but I haven't had a reply back in over two years, similar to what happened with Chief LaVern Fasthorse.  I was able to correspond for a while, and in Fasthorse's case, talk on the phone, and all of a sudden --- nothing.  

These men are political prisoners every bit as much as any other political prisoners have ever been.  

But they are still making some wrong assumptions--- they now know, apparently, something I tried to tell them five years ago --- that the public offices are vacant. 

God willing and more Americans continue to step up, those "vacated" offices will fill up and our country can get back on track. 

Part of what is so bitter for me about the whole Colorado Nine Debacle, is that it could have been avoided and those good men could be filling those vacated  public offices, instead of sitting in a foreign jail.  

Stephen-John Nalty would make a fine constitutional Justice of the Peace.  

However, they still don't appear to realize that the "courts" they are addressing are private tribunals run by foreign, for-profit corporations that are essentially no different from any other commercial corporation ---- just in the business of providing "governmental services".   

The State of Colorado, Inc. is running a private in-house corporate tribunal and telling its employees and their dependents when to stand up and when to sit down. 

If you aren't an employee or dependent of the State of Colorado, why would you stay five minutes in their court?  

You wouldn’t. 

Why would you attack a foreign corporation’s in-house tribunal,  either, and try to tell it what to do or how to do it? 

You wouldn’t.  You’d have no reason to. 

Yet, that’s what the Colorado Nine did. 

They “transgressed” and threatened the Municipal COURT of the STATE OF COLORADO  under the false assumption that it had something to do with them. 

Sad to say, they created their own problem, because they couldn’t or wouldn’t accept the fact that that COURT had nothing to do with them at all, and what they needed to do was to work on restoring their own court system, instead. 

Self-governance is such a radical concept. 

You have to declare and record your own political status.  You have to assemble your State Assembly, form your Juror Pools, hold your Elections, fill your public offices, and so on and on.  

It’s a lot of hard work.  And it even costs some money. 

Most Americans starting out to reclaim their heritage don’t have a foggy notion what that heritage is. 

They don’t know the structure of their own government. 

They don’t know the difference between a U.S. Citizen and a US citizen and a State Citizen. 

They have no idea that their government was never fully restored after the Civil War. 

They have been kept in the dark, used and abused by their own employees, for well over a century. 

And only now are we coming out of the fog.  

Did the Municipal COURT grossly over-react? 

Yes. 

Did these men commit any actual crime under the Law of the Land? 

No. 

So what are they doing in a foreign jail? 

Wasting time. 

Unfortunately, until they realize what they did wrong— nobody else can apologize for them. 

The rational thing would be for them to write to the State of Colorado Congressional Delegation and ask them to intercede— explain that they are Coloradans who got confused and misaddressed the Municipal COURT by mistake. 

Pure and simple. 

They didn’t actually cause any harm. 

And since the members of Congress run the Municipal Government, they are the ones who can tell the Municipal COURT to pardon or parole the Colorado Nine.  

Who knows?  If the publicity for them is good (carrot) and the political backlash is awful (stick) they might be persuaded to ask the Governor to commute those cruel and unusual punishments. 

But that is about the only possible answer left because they asked for and received a jury trial and accepted — knowingly or unknowingly — that those foreign Persons merely residing in the State of Colorado, were their peers, even if in fact they were not and never could be. 

At that point, the Court’s hands are tied. There is no viable appeal process from a jury trial except the presentation of new exculpatory evidence justifying a new trial or a pardon or commutation of sentence. 

I started working on a pardon for all those involved and worked on it off and on as I could for three months, only to find out that Nalty and Doucette were still busy filing Motions and continuing to address the COURT as if it were their court and as if they ever had recognizable Constitutional guarantees in that COURT, etc., etc.

That is, they continued to ignore everything I told them, continued to assume they could access Constitutional guarantees while nodding their heads and agreeing that they are US citizens. 

How many times do I have to say this? 

U.S. Citizens and “citizens of the United States” have no Constitutional guarantees. All they have are “Equal Civil Rights” and even those are suspended right now because of the Plandemic. 

The only people who can enforce the Constitutions are the People — the American State Citizens. 

And in order to be a State Citizen you have to declare and record your political status and join your State Assembly. 

If the Colorado Nine had been listening to me, they would have declared and recorded their political status and formed the Colorado Assembly and been running their own courts by now. 

If they had listened to me they wouldn’t have ever addressed the STATE OF COLORADO, and having made that tragic mistake, they would contact the Colorado Congressional Delegation and explain what happened and ask for their sentence to be commuted. 

If anyone can get my answer to Nalty, please do. 

But success is predicated on these men realizing that they addressed the wrong court in the wrong jurisdiction and their apologizing for that mistake.  Until they fully realize that yes, they did something wrong, their only chance of walking free is foreclosed. 

While  they continue to rant and blame and accuse and make constitutional claims, it shows that they still don’t understand why what they did was wrong. They are continuing to make the same mistake that got them arrested in the first place.

Daylight in the Swamps, Sorcha Faal.....

The court case Jacobson v. Massachusetts has nothing to do with "American Citizens" ---- only U.S. Citizens.  

Can't you tell the difference between "America" --- The United States and The United States of America --- and "the" US and "the" United States of America?

Completely different beasties.  I just named four completely different entities. Two of them are instrumentalities of the sovereign States and are as American as apple pie.  The other two are names used by two foreign governments doing business "under our names" and they aren't "American" at all.  

Can you figure out this con game or are you part of it?  

You keep mischaracterizing everything "the US" does as something "the Americans" are doing.  Please leave us out of it?   It's not us.  

So far as we are concerned FDR was no hero.  In fact, we call him the "King Rat".  And far from saving our country from anything, both he and his Cousin Teddy, set us up for the Great Depression and everything that has gone on here afterward.  

Hear that, Sorcha?  The Roosevelts stink, stank, stunk.  They were and are far lower than skunks, or even snakes in the bottom of a deep wagon rut. 

We know what went on.  We know who did it.  We know where, when, and why --- and that knowledge is not likely to depart from us.  

Speaking for myself and every other truly enlightened American, when this is over with, I am going to go looking for Franklin Delano Roosevelt's grave, and if at all possible, I intend to spray all over it.  

Nobody in their right mind is going to trust anything the British Crown Corp is selling and that includes vaccines.

Why does God wish us to ask of Him?

That we may know and confess that all good comes from Him; that we may acknowledge our poverty and weakness which in all things need the help of God; that we may thus glorify Him and render ourselves less unworthy of the gifts which He has promised us.

What is meant by asking to the name of Jesus?

By this is meant praying with confidence in the merits of Jesus, "who," as St. Cyril says, "being God with the Father, gives us all good, and as mediator carries our petitions to His Father." The Church, therefore concludes all her prayers with the words: "Through our Lord, Jesus Christ." It means also that we should ask that which is in accordance with the will of Christ, namely, all things necessary for the salvation of our soul; to pray for temporal things merely in order to live happily in this world, is not pleasing to Christ and avails us nothing. "He who prays for what hinders salvation," says St. Augustine, "does not pray in the name of Jesus." Thus Jesus said to His disciples: Hitherto you have asked nothing in my name, "because," as St. Gregory says, "they did not ask for that which conduces to eternal salvation."

Why is it that God sometimes does not grant our petitions?

Because we often pray for things that are injurious, and like a good father, God denies them to us, in order to give us something better; because He wishes to prove our patience and perseverance in prayer; because we generally do not pray as we ought; to be pleasing to God, prayer should be made when in a state of grace and with confidence in Christ's merits, for the prayer of a just man availeth much; (James V. 16.) we must pray with humility and submission to the will of God, with attention, fervor, sincerity, and with perseverance.

At what special times should we pray?

We should pray every morning and evening, before and after meals, in time of temptation, when commencing any important undertaking, and particularly in the hour of death. God is mindful of us every moment, and gives us His grace. It is, therefore, but just that we think often of Him during the day, and thank Him for His blessings.

How can we, in accordance with Christ's teachings, (Luke XVIII. 1.) pray at all times?

By making the good intention when commencing our work, to do all for the love of God, and according to His most holy will; by raising our hearts to God at different times during the day; frequently making acts of faith, hope, love, and humility, and by repeating short ejaculations, such as: O Jesus! grant me grace to love Thee! Thee only do I desire to love! O be merciful to me! Lord hasten to help me.

What is the signification of the different ceremonies that Catholics use at their prayers?

The general signification is that God must be served, honored and adored, not only with the soul but with the body; when we pray aloud we praise God, not only with the mind, but also with our lips; when we pray with bowed and uncovered head, with folded, uplifted, or outstretched hands, on bended knees, with bowed and prostrated body, we show our reverence and subjection to the majesty of God, before whom we, who are but dust and ashes, cannot humble ourselves enough. These different ceremonies during prayer are frequently mentioned in both the Old and the New Testaments, and Christ and His apostles have made use of them, as for instance, the bending of the knees, falling on the face, &c.

Which is the best of all prayers?

The Lord's Prayer which Christ Himself taught us, and commands us to repeat. When said with devotion, it is the most powerful of all prayers. (Matt. VI, 9-13; Luke XI. 2‑4.)

What does the word “Our" signify?

In the communion of saints we should pray for and with all the children of God; we should be humble and preserve brotherly love towards all men.

Who is it that is here called our “Father"?

Our Father is God who has made us His children and heirs of His kingdom through His Son.

Why do we say "Who art in heaven", since God is everywhere?

To remind us that our true home is heaven, for which we, should ardently long, because our Father is there, and there He has prepared our inheritance.

For what do we ask to the first petition: "Hallowed be Thy name?"

That we and all men may truly know, love, and serve God.

For what do we pray to the second petition: "Thy kingdom come?"

That the Church of God; the kingdom of Christ, may extend over the whole earth, and the kingdom of sin and the devil be destroyed; that Christ may reign in our hearts and in the hearts of all; and that God will deign to receive us into the kingdom of heaven when our earthly pilgrimage is ended.

For what do we ask to the third petition: "Thy will be done on earth as it is to heaven ?"

We beg that God would enable us, by His grace, to do His will in all things, as the blessed do it in heaven. In these three petitions we seek, as taught by Christ, first the kingdom of God, that all the rest may be added unto us. (Luke XII. 31.)

For what do we ask in the fourth petition: "Give us this day our dally bread?"

We beg for all necessaries for body and soul

Why does it say, "this day?"

The words "this day" signify that we should not be over anxious for the future, but place all our confidence in God who will provide the necessaries of life.

What do we ask for in the fifth petition: "Forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us?"

We beg that God will forgive us our sins, as we forgive others their offenses against us. Those who make this petition, and still bear enmity towards their neighbor, lie in the face of God, and will not receive forgiveness. (Mark XI. 25, 26.)

What is risked for in the sixth petition: Lead us not into temptation?"

We ask God to avert all temptations or at least not to abandon us when we are tempted. We cannot, indeed be entirely free from them in this world, they are even necessary and useful for our salvation: for without temptation there is no combat, without combat no victory and without victory no crown.

What do we ask for in the seventh petition: Deliver us from evil?"

We beg that God would free us from all evil of soul and body.

INSTRUCTION CONCERNING THE PROCESSIONS ON ROGATION DAYS

What are processions?

Processions are solemn religious assemblages of persons marching together, and are instituted by the Catholic Church partly to encourage the piety of the faithful, partly in remembrance of graces received, and in thanksgiving for them. Processions are approved of by the Fathers of the Church from the earliest ages. Those who take part in them in a true spirit will reap wholesome fruit of Christian piety.

Are processions something new?

No, they were the custom in the very earliest centuries of the Church, as testified by the acts of the martyrs, of Saints Cyprian, Lucius, Boniface, and the Fathers of the Church, Saints Basil, Chrysostom, Ambrose, Gregory, and others. They are also founded on Scripture. Thus King David caused the ark of the covenant to be carried in solemn procession to Jerusalem, (II Kings VI.) and Solomon, his son, had it carried in solemn procession into the new temple. (III Kings VIII. 1-6.)

What do processions signify?

Processions are a figure of our pilgrimage on earth; we are strangers and wanderers here below, our journey reaches from this valley of tears to the heavenly Sion, the procession therefore returns into the house of God; our journey leads over the thorny ways of life, the procession therefore takes place in the open air, where the pilgrim is exposed to all kinds of weather; they are a powerful incentive to fervor in prayer for the faithful; when hundreds, even thousands of faithful praise God aloud, or cry to Him for help and mercy, must not even the coldest heart be roused to vivid, fervent devotion, since Christ has promised to be present even where two or three are assembled in His name? Processions are an open acknowledgment that praise, thanks and adoration are due to God alone, while they are a public profession of our faith in Christ, the Crucified; they are a solemn thanksgiving for being permitted to profess Christ, our Lord, before the whole world, as also for all the graces obtained through Him; they are a public testimonial of our faith in the one, holy, Catholic Church, whose members are united by the same bond of faith, and who form under their head, Christ, one family in God. Finally, they are a sign of the triumph of Christian faith over the darkness of heathenism. If processions are solemnized with such intentions, with order and dignity, with fervent devotion, in the light of faith, they are indeed a pleasing sight for angels and men

Why are banners and the cross carried in procession?

The cross signifies that we are assembled as Christians, in the name of Jesus, in whose name we begin and end our prayers, through whose merits we expect all things from the Heavenly Father, and whom we must follow: on our journey to heaven; the red and white banners indicate that we must walk in all innocence under the banner of Christ, and fight unto death against sin, against the world and the devil, and be as ready as were the martyrs to give our life for our faith; the blue banners indicate that we must walk the road of self-denial and mortification, with really humble and penitent feelings for our gins. The banners are also emblematic of Christ's victory over death and hell, and of the triumph of His religion over the pagans and Jews.

Why do we go around the fields in processions?

To beg God to bless the fields with His fatherly hand, to give and preserve the fruits of the earth, and. as He fills the animals with blessings, and gives them food at the proper time, so may He give to as also our necessary food.

What is the origin of the procession on St. Mark's day and on Rogation Days?

The procession on St. Mark's day was instituted even before the time of Pope Gregory the Great (607) who, however, brought it into fervent practice, "in order," as he says, 'to obtain, in a measure forgiveness of our sins." The same pontiff introduced another, called the Sevenfold Procession, because the faithful of Rome took part in it in seven divisions, from seven different Churches, meeting in the Church of the Blessed Virgin. It was also named the Pest Procession, because it was ordered by St. Gregory to obtain the cessation of a fearful pestilence which was at that time raging in Rome, and throughout all Italy. This pestilence so poisoned the atmosphere that one opening his mouth to sneeze or gape would suddenly fall dead; (hence the custom of saying God bless you," to one sneezing, and of making the sign of the cross on the mouth of one who gapes). The same holy pope ordered the picture of the Blessed Virgin, which is said to have been painted by St. Luke, to be carried in this procession, and that the intercession of this powerful mother be these supplications and the pestilence asked. God heard ceased. It is said that the processions in Rogation Week owe their origin to St. Mamertus, Bishop of Vienne in France; in the neighborhood of which city there were, in the year 469, terrible earthquakes which caused great destruction, the fruits perished and various plagues afflicted the people. The saintly bishop assembled the faithful, recommended them to seek refuge in the merciful God, and led them in procession around the fields. Such processions spread over France, and gradually throughout the Christian world; they are held in order to obtain from God the averting of universal evils, such as war, famine, and pestilence, and are, at the same time, a preparation for the Ascension of Christ who is our most powerful mediator with His Father, and whom we should invoke especially during these days.

With what intentions should we take part in a procession?

With the intention of glorifying God, of thanking Him for all. His graces, and of obtaining aid and comfort from Him in all our corporal and spiritual needs; with the view of professing our faith openly before the whole world, and with the sincere resolution of always following Christ, the Crucified, in the path of penance and mortification. He who entertains other intentions and takes part, perhaps, for temporal advantages, or for sinful pleasures, or to avoid labor, &c., sins against God and the Church who weeps over and condemns such abuses.

In combination, NSA data and DTCC discovery will end both naked short selling and money laundering associated with human trafficking as well as trafficking in drugs and weapons.

WASHINGTON, D.C. Earth Intelligence Network has delivered a letter to the President of the United States of America, Donald J. Trump, recommending that he form a joint Department of Defense and Department of Justice Task Force (JDJTF) on financial crime.

This task force should have two missions:

First, to aggressively harvest the data on naked short selling available within the National Security Agency (NSA) unprocessed but stored collection from the past fifteen years – to map with precision the emails, texts, cell calls, and other forms of communication such as game chats used by brokers to coordinate naked short sales (the sale of non-existent shares with malice aforethought in order to steal money outright from pension funds and individual investors); and

Second, to set in motion a major Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) endeavor to immediately and deeply examine all records pertaining to Failures to Settle at the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC).

Results from the DTCC probe should be completed within 30 days if properly executed, and will both shock the President and the public once shared; and also make possible the design of a program to recover $50 trillion from the organized crime gang known as Wall Street, for the benefit of the President’s program to Make America Great Again.

The Department of Justice should at the same time be executing deep probes of all records at the National Securities Clearing Corporation (NSCC) and against the internal books of the Prime Brokers including at a minimum Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, JP Morgan, Credit Suisse, Deutche Bank, and UBS.

The United States of America being at this time in a state of war, with the President having full war-time authorities, this endeavor should not be burdened by nor delayed by peacetime legal obstacles such as Wall Street has learned to use to avoid being held accountable for sabotage of the US economy and the persistent malicious stealing of trillions of dollars from pension funds and individual investors.

The Task Force will find that the laundering of money from drug sales and trafficking in women and children is the flip side of naked short selling – the first profits from selling shares that do not exist; the second pretends that trillions have been produced from smart investing that did not happen.
