The Mindless Pursuit

As long as we are here at the moment of The Great Apocalypse-- meaning The Great Revelation -- and taking in the view concerning all that these Vermin have done "for" us and "in our names", let us also take in the truly Mindless character of their activities and the focus of their concerns-- and what it has cost us and the entire Earth. 

Our climate is messed up.  The Earth is grotesquely polluted. Not because of farting cows, but because of unregulated pollution by governments, because of volcanic activity --some of it spawned by government "testing" of scalar resonance weapons, and lack of focus on real problems, like massive dumping of raw sewage into rivers worldwide, massive deforestation worldwide, lack of basic potable water, sanitation, and gross human ignorance all left unaddressed on a worldwide basis. 

The World Bank? Did nothing but hoard and gamble and cheat and tell Big Lies.

The United Nations?  Set up shop for itself and ran the UN CORP as a for-profit business on the side, charging for mercenary peacekeeping services and talking out of both sides of its mouth, double time, at once--- while sidelining relief materials intended for Third World countries into resale agreements with dictators and madmen. 

The Red Cross?  Devolved into a pig's playpen. A storefront for grafters.

America, land of the free and home of the brave?  Reduced to a source of cheap mercenaries for "the US" and forced "volunteer" taxpayers. 

The Roman Catholic Church? A storefront for arch-criminals and sexual and religious perversions ad nauseum.  Pay-as-you-go or else. 

The IRS-- nothing but a foreign private bill collection agency run by the Spanish Inquisition --illegally-- on our shores. 

Our vaunted military which is supposed to protect us and enforce the Constitutions against all enemies foreign and domestic? Worthless as teats on a boar. 

The Court System?  It's a "System" all right.  The same kind of "System" Micky Rourke and Al Capone used to talk about. 

The FBI and Justice Department? In the words of California Girls-- "Eeeeuuuuu!" --the stench could gag a maggot. 

And no mistake, either, because maggots is what these agencies have largely become. They don't serve the duties and agendas set forth for them at all. 

Where is our protection against monopoly interest clogging up the news channels and entertainment industries?  Where is our protection against interstate bank fraud and mortgage and foreclosure and tax fraud?  Where is our protection against securities fraud? 

I want to know what these people on our payroll have been doing besides screwing us and everyone else blind? 

They haven't been doing their jobs and that is for damned sure.

Who has been misdirecting all these people and either leaving them loose to "define" what their jobs are according to their own "administrative code" or outright misdirecting them like Janet Effing Reno, fire bombing little kids on American soil because they observed CIA drug and sex slave operations taking place next door? 

I want to know who, exactly, are the Board Members of "THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT, INC." and where they got the idea that it was their job to sic the BLM, FBI, IRS,FEMA, BATF and all the rest of the Alphabet Soup Agencies on us? 

I want to know by what stretch of the imagination the perpetrators of all this crap think they are doing-- but I think it is most instructive of all to observe why they are doing it: money. 

They are all engaged in graft up to their eyeballs, mindlessly pursuing paper chits and computer digits that stand for money, while money itself stands for the value of everything else. 

Are you all getting the flavor of just HOW stupid this all is? 

We've got men and women selling their souls for symbols. 

Idols. 

Things that have no real substance. 

Lies. 

"Legal" fictions--that is, more lies. 

Hello? 

How many times must we learn these same lessons over and over again? 

View, if you will, the spectacle of self-important men running a huge con game, based on the unsupportable belief that credit is money and that debt is also money. 

Then take another step back and view these same men kissing gold coins, because even though you can't eat them, drink them, or use them for clothes or much of anything else, at least you can stagger under the weight of a big bag full of their coinage. 

And it is their coinage-- their product, their commodity. Some people produce corn and some produce smoked ham and some make cars and others make computer chips, but these men make nothing at all but deceptions and delusions of "value"  which they sell to others who are too stupid to object and chain them down. 

Money, as currently defined, is a scam.  Whether paper or gold, it's a scam.  It represents "value" the same way that members of "the US" Congress have represented you and your best interests.

Wake up, America.  Use your common sense. Think about what money is--- and is not. So long as we have large numbers of people in Mindless Pursuit of a commodity they can produce for themselves, there will be no rest and no sanity, just an endless progression of fraud artists making "money" up out of thin air, and using it to enrich themselves at everyone else's expense.

And it doesn't matter what form the money takes, either. 

Paper or gold or old shoes or notched sticks--the bottom line isn't in what it is, but in what you believe it is.  

There is only one form of money that can ever be honest and that is a form of money that does not yet exist-- money that represents the value of all traded commodities and all labor pools on Earth. 

Maybe some day we will trade with each other using this form of money-- money that can't be commandeered or manipulated as a commodity favoring the various purveyors of this commodity. 

Until then, we remain enslaved by our own gullibility and stupidity.  And our failure to produce and regulate our own form of money.

Now What?

Most of my readers would consider my home in Big Lake rustic and remote enough, but no, we also have a cabin in the Back Beyond that is totally off the grid.  Silly me, I thought I'd "run up" to the cabin and get away just for an overnight --go sit and listen to the leaves rustle.

That was all well and good.... but sometimes during the night about ten miles south of here, a wildfire got started and with 14 knot winds, it was soon off and running through vast acres of Black Spruce and beetle-killed White Spruce and birch.

Lucky for me the wind was blowing to the west and posed no danger to me where I am, nor to my family.  It looks like (for once) all members of The Living Law Firm are going to escape injury--but certainly not inconvenience.

Meetings I had scheduled including out of town meetings have had to be cancelled and our Monday night call will be voice only-- with spotty connections made worse by burned cell towers. 

It's always something. You survive an Earthquake, only to dodge a wildfire.  This, we need to be reminded is what life on the frontier has always been like. 

We have run out of split firewood so guess what I will be doing today? 

Yes, the eternal cycle of woodcutting and hauling remains.

Fall is coming early to the Far North; the Canadian Geese are already congregating and honking overhead and the last of the Fireweed topped off last week. We have two to three weeks left before hard frost, if the old timers are to be trusted (and they are).  No long soft fall this year.  

The wild rabbits are also sounding the snow alert and showing the signs of turning grey already-- the intermediate before their backs and ears turn white.  Their paws will be brown for a month or two yet, but the warning signs of an early fall are clear, and likely, a long, cold winter. 

This is the way the weather cycle was when I first came to Alaska, except that we totally missed the traditionally rainy August.  It's dry as a tinder box out there. 

Thank God the wind has died down and is only estimated to reach a high of four knots today with rain predicted for tomorrow.  Think rain. Feel rain.  Sheets of gentle rain falling on Alaska tomorrow, drenching the fires and letting us all go home.

I made homemade bread yesterday and today I will be splitting wood enough to burn through today and another night or two. Ca-Thunck! Ca-Thunk! Axe hitting dry log has such a rhythmic predictable sound, like geese honking overhead. 

What now? My son asked me, as many others have asked.  The last few weeks have sewn up and revealed exactly who "they" are-- the Pope, the Queen, the politicians and disloyal elements in the military.  And exactly what they have been doing has been nailed down, too--

The Dead Baby Scam to steal our identities and our assets....

Crooked, foreign, carpetbagger Courts....operating under color of law....

Phony bankruptcies to protect the guilty parties and saddle the innocent with their debts....

Refusal to abide by the deals their "governments" made to provide Mutual Offset Credit Exchange Exemptions....

Theft of "Life Force Value Annuities" owed to the families of the victims of these criminals....

Refusal to refund the $23 trillion in credit owed to the American People back to the people who have earned it....

Failure to recognize that at least a very substantial proportion of the gold stored in the Philippines belongs to America and Americans and was stashed there beginning in 1898 when the rats bought the Philippine Islands from Spain (see Treaty of Versailles, 1898) and began using the US Navy to transport our gold there in conflict of interest....

And now, their attempted land grab. 

It is well-past time for us to all wake to hell up and realize who the real enemies are and have always been. 

Traitors in our own dear military, followed by foreign political lobbyists jockeying to get to the trough, foreign judges and courts set up to fleece us under color of law, "US" Navy and Marine Corps compromised by authority delegated to the Brits on "the High Seas and Navigable Inland Waterways".... 

I hope and pray to God that President Trump and all the White Hats worldwide are taking in the view and that whatever weapons there are, are targeted on London and Rome and Brussels and Bern and Paris, because as sure as I am sitting here marooned in the wilds of Alaska--- that's where the true enemies of America are, that's where the bulk of the enemies of mankind are, and that is where they have always been. 

As for the rest of us, it's time to get off our duffs, declare our birthright political status, form our State Assemblies, and fully empower the civilian government of this country so that there is no longer the least little bit of an excuse for any of them to be here acting "for" us in our "absence". 

Hear that, everyone? 

You've got a job to do.  Assemble the States of the Union.  Not any "States of States".  The actual States are called for and must form first before you even think of reconstructing any States of States. 

Why? Because you have to have Vermont assembled before you can create any kind of State of Vermont and because the States are fully empowered with or without the existence of any "State of State" organizations. 

We don't need any State of State organization in order for the States to function and do all necessary duties, but no state of state can be valid without us. 

That is the crux of the matter.  

If you want America back in control of Americans-- we have to act in the right capacity, have to declare our political status as American State Citizens, have to operate our States of the Union, and have to provide our own courts. Period. 

None of the organizations running around like chickens with their heads cut off can "get there from here".  They are all operating in the wrong capacity and trying to set up Federal States of States funded by foreign governments instead of doing the actual job that has to be done. 

For America to be free again, Americans must act as Americans and self-govern.  If you aren't doing the work of self-governance, you aren't getting it right. If you are depending on others to do this job, you aren't getting it right. If you are still acting in the guise of a "US citizen" you aren't getting it right.  If you are acting in any Dual Citizen status at all, you aren't getting it right. 

So far as I know, there is one and only one American organization that is up and rolling and doing everything the way it needs to be done: The American States Assembly. net. 

If you are sick of being plundered and pillaged by "friends and Allies" and robbed blind and betrayed by your own employees-- get moving. 

Get started today. 

We need your help to regain civilian control and to assert and maintain the  ownership of the land and soil of this country ---and we must act together to get this done ASAP. 

Don't be fooled by any Easy Path, because there isn't any.  The way is narrow and hard and requires work and dedication and sacrifice.  That said, we may thank the True God that there is still a path set before us and many loyal Americans who, once they understand the facts, will weigh in and make it possible.

At the Introit of the Mass pray with the Church for God's help to guard us against our enemies:

INTROIT When I cried to the Lord, he heard my voice, from them that draw near to me, and he humbled them, who is before all ages, and remains forever. Cast thy care upon the Lord, and he shall sustain thee. (Ps. LIV.) Hear, O God, my prayer, and despise not my supplication; be attentive to me, and hear me. Glory be to the Father and to the Son, and to the Holy Ghost, as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. EPISTLE (I Cor. XII. 2-11 .) Brethren, You know that when you were heathens; you went to dumb idols according as, you were led. Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man, speaking by the Spirit of God, saith Anathema to Jesus. And no man can say: the Lord Jesus, but by the Holy Ghost. Now there are diversities of graces, but the same Spirit; and there are diversities of ministries, but the same Lord. And there are diversities of operations, but the same God, who worketh all in all. And the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man unto profit. To one, indeed, by the Spirit, is given the word of wisdom: and to another, the word of knowledge, according to the same Spirit: to another, faith in one Spirit: to another, the working of miracles: to another, prophecy: to another, the discerning, of spirits: to another, divers kinds of tongues: to another, of speeches. But all these things one and the same Spirit worketh, dividing to every one according as he will.

EXPLANATION The apostle here reminds the Corinthians of the great grace they received from God in their conversion, and urges them to be grateful for it; for while heathens, they cursed Jesus, but being now brought to the knowledge of the Spirit of God, they possess Christ as their Lord and Redeemer who can be known and professed only by the enlightenment of the Holy Ghost. The holy Spirit works in different ways, conferring His graces on whom He wills; to one He gives wisdom to understand the great truths of Christianity; to another the gift of healing the sick; to another the gift of miracles and of prophecy; to another the gift of discerning spirits, to know if one is governed by the Spirit of God, or of the world, Satan and the flesh; to another the gift of tongues. The extraordinary gifts, namely, those of working miracles, and of prophesying &c. became rarer as the faith spread, whereas the gifts which sanctify man will always remain the same.,

GOSPEL (Luke XDII. 9-14.) At that time, Jesus spoke this parable to some who trusted in themselves as just, and despised others. Two men went up into the Temple to pray: the one a Pharisee, and the other a Publican. The Pharisee standing, prayed thus with himself: O God, I give thee thanks that I am not as the rest of men, extortioners, unjust, adulterers, as also is this Publican. I fast twice in the week; I give tithes of all that I possess. And the Publican standing afar off, would not so much as lift up his eyes towards heaven, but struck his breast, saying: O God, be merciful to me a sinner. I say to you: this man went down to his house justified rather than the other: because every one that exalteth himself shall be humbled, and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted.

Why did Christ make use of' this parable of the Pharisee and the Publican?

To teach us never proudly to condemn or despise a man, even though he should appear impious, for we may be deceived like the Pharisee who despised the Publican, whom he considered a great sinner, while, in reality, the man was justified before God on account of his repentant spirit.

What should we do before entering a Church?

We should reflect that we are going into the house of God, should therefore think what we are about to say to Him, and what we wish to ask of Him. That we may make ourselves less unworthy to be heard, we should humble ourselves as did Abraham, (Gen. XVIII. 27.) remembering that we are dust and ashes, and on account of our sins unworthy to appear before the eyes of God, much less to address Him , for He listens to the prayers of the humble only, (Ps. CI, 18.) and gives them His grace, while He resists the proud. (James IV. 6.)

Was the Pharisee's prayer acceptable to God?

No, for it was no prayer, but boasting and ostentation; he praised himself, and enumerated his apparent good works. But in despising others and judging them rashly he sinned grievously instead of meriting God's grace.

Was the Publican's prayer acceptable to God?

Yes, for though short, it was humble and contrite. He stood afar off, as if to acknowledge himself unworthy of the presence of God and intercourse with men. He stood with downcast eyes, thus showing that he considered himself because of his sins unworthy to look towards heaven, even confessed himself a sinner, and struck his breast to punish, as St. Augustine says, the sins which he had committed in his heart: This is why we strike our breast at certain times during Mass, for by this we acknowledge ourselves miserable sinners, and that we are sorry for our sins.

ON PRIDE AND VAIN GLORY

We should learn from this gospel that God looks upon the humble and exalts them, but is far from the proud. (Ps. CXXXVII. 6.) The Pharisee went to the temple entirely wrapt up in himself, and the good works which he thought he had performed, but returned empty and hated by God; the Publican, on the contrary, appearing before God as a public but penitent sinner, returned justified. Truly,. an humble sinner is better in the sight of God than a proud just man!

He who glories in his own good works, or performs them to please men, or to win their praise, loses his merit in the eyes of the most High, for Christ says: Take heed that you do not your justice before men, to be seen by them: otherwise you shall not have a reward of your Father who is in heaven. (Matt. VI. 1.)

In order that we may learn to despise vain glory, these doctrines should be well borne in mind. We should consider that it will happen to those who seek after vain glory, as to the man who, made many toilsome journeys on land and sea in order to accumulate wealth, and had no sooner acquired it than he was shipwrecked, and lost all. Thus the ambitious man avariciously seeking glory and honor will find, when dying, that the merit which he might have had for his good works, is now lost to him, because he did not labor for the honor of God. To prevent such an evil, strive at the commencement of every good work which you undertake, to turn your heart to God by a good intention.

But that you may plainly recognize this vice, which generally keeps itself concealed, and that you may avoid it, know that pride is an inordinate love of ostentation, and an immoderate desire to surpass others in honor and praise. The proud man goes beyond himself, so to speak, makes far more of himself than he really is, and, like the Pharisee, despises others; the humble man, on the contrary, has a low estimate of himself, looks upon himself as nothing and, like the Publican, despises no one but himself, and thus is pleasing in the sight of God.

ASPIRATION O God, who hearest the prayers of the humble, but dost resist the proud, I earnestly beseech Thee to give me an humble heart, that I may imitate, the humility of Thy only?begotten Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, and thereby merit to be exalted with Him in heaven.

INSTRUCTION ON GRACE

In the epistle of this day the Apostle St. Paul speaks of the different gifts of the Holy Ghost which He distributes as He pleases. These extraordinary graces which the apostle mentions, are not necessary for salvation. But the Church teaches, that the grace of the Holy Ghost is
necessary for salvation, because without it we could neither properly believe, nor faithfully observe the commandments of God. For the holy religion of Jesus teaches, and experience confirms, that since the fall of our first parents we are weak and miserable, and of ourselves, and by our own strength, we cannot know or perform the good necessary for our salvation. We need a higher aid, a higher, assistance, and this assistance is called grace.

What, then, is grace?

Grace is an inward, supernatural gift which God through finite goodness, and in consideration of Christ's merits, grants us to enable us to work out our salvation.

Grace is a gift, that is, a present, a favor, a benefit.It is an inward and supernatural gift; an inward gift, Because it is bestowed upon man's soul to distinguish it from external gifts and benefits of God, such as: food, clothing, health; grace is a supernatural gift, because it is above nature. In creating our souls God gives us a certain degree of light which enables us to think, reflect, judge, to acquire more or less knowledge: this is called natural light. In the same way He gives our souls the power in some measure to overcome sensual, vicious inclinations; this power is called natural power (virtue). To this natural light and power must be added a higher light and a higher power, if 'man would be sanctified and saved. This higher light and higher power is grace. It is, therefore, called a supernatural gift, because it surpasses the natural power of man, and produces in his understanding and in his will wholesome effects, which he could not produce without it. For example, divine faith, divine love is a supernatural gift or grace of God, because man of his own power could never receive as certain God's revelations and His incomprehensible mysteries with so great a joy and so firm a conviction, and could never love God above all things and for His own sake, unless God assisted him by His grace.

God grants us grace also through pure benevolence without our assistance, without our having any right to it; He grants it without cost, and to whom He pleases; but He gives it in consideration of the infinite merits of Christ Jesus, in consideration of Christ's death on the cross, and of the infinite price of our redemption. Finally, grace is a gift of God, by which to work out our salvation, ,that is, it is only by the grace of God that we can perform meritorious works which aid us in reaching heaven. Without grace it is impossible for us to perform any good action, even to have a good thought by which to gain heaven.

From this it follows that with the grace of God we can accomplish all things necessary for our salvation, fulfill all the commandments of God, but without it we can do nothing meritorious. God gives His grace to all, and if the wicked perish, it is because they do not cooperate with its divine promptings.

How is grace divided?

Into two kinds, actual and sanctifying grace.

Actual grace is God's assistance which we always need to accomplish a good work, to avoid sin which we are in danger of committing, or that grace which urges us on to good, and assists us in accomplishing it; for it is God, says the Apostle Paul, (Phil. II. 13.) who worketh in you both to will and to accomplish. If a good work is to be performed by us, God must enlighten our mind that we may properly know the good and distinguish it from evil; He must rouse our will and urge it on to do the known good and to avoid the evil; He must also uphold our will and increase our strength that what we wish to do, we may really accomplish.

This actual grace is, therefore, necessary for the just, that they may always remain in sanctifying grace, and accomplish good works; it is necessary for the sinner that he may reach the state of sanctifying grace.

What is sanctifying grace?

It is the great benefit which God bestows upon us, when He sanctifies and justifies us; in other words: sanctifying grace is the love of God, given to us by the Holy Ghost, which love dwells in us and whose temple we become, or it is the advent and abiding of God in our hearts, as promised in the words of Jesus: If any one love me he will keep my word, and my Father will love him, and we will come to him, and will make our abode with him. (John XVI. 23.)

He who possesses sanctifying grace, possesses the greatest treasure that a man can have on earth. For what can be more precious than to be beautiful in the sight of God, acceptable to Him, and united with Him! He who possesses this grace, carries within himself the supernatural image of God, he is a child of God, and has a right to the inheritance of heaven.

How is this sanctifying grace lost?

It is lost by every mortal sin, and can only be regained by a complete return to God, by true repentance and amendment. The loss of sanctifying grace is a far greater injury than the loss of all earthly possessions. How, terrible, then, is mortal sin which deprives us of this treasure!

The Land Grab

Right now, you have a "DEED" on your property record that is held by the STATE OF WHATEVER  --- STATE OF VERMONT, STATE OF TEXAS, etc. 

That entity is bankrupt, because its parent corporation, the UNITED STATES, INC., went bankrupt via Chapter 7 Involuntary Bankruptcy in 2015.  It's gone and it isn't coming back.  

So now what?  Your property that was being held "in trust" by the UNITED STATES, INC. is being caught up in their bankruptcy and considered chattel backing their debts, simply because you have not stepped forward as the "Powerholder" over the ESTATE and claimed it and properly directed what is to be done with it.  

As a result, the British Territorial United States Government run by the military is stepping in and converting all those land recordings to registrations --- unlawfully seizing upon your land holdings and turning them into property owned and controlled by the Queen and the British Crown.  

They will then re-issue a new "title" to your property under the auspices of some organization calling itself something like "State of Wisconsin" or "WISCONSIN" or whatever the name of your actual state is, and most people will not be the wiser --- unless you tell them and you all take action to save your property and yourselves.  

We have to create a Major Stink over this one, and bring our complaints to the UN and every foreign government that will hear us.  

The UN is not in charge of us because of some legislation passed by the Municipal Congress, but it has plenty of hand-holds on Britain if American sovereignty is being threatened --- as it is, by this egregious land-grab.  

We already have liens reclaiming the States of States and State Trusts for the actual States and The United States and The United States of America, so you are already somewhat insured, but you need to re-record your land claims in terms of physical landmarks, not their airy-fairy "land descriptions".  

People are having trouble wrapping their heads around this concept, so here's a typical for-instance. 

You currently have a Deed of Trust or a Warranty Deed sitting on your property. 

You will want to record a "Notice of Vacated Deed Conveyance". 

In that Notice you will want to reference the various land descriptions that have been attached to your property, giving the details of each such description, for example: 

"The property formerly described as "Block 11, Lot 10, Herkimer Subdivision" in the town of Herkimer, Pennsylvania, recorded by the COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA, Document Number 12-90104, recorded on May 3, 1985, and as also described as 4536 Hillsboro Road and recorded by the State of Pennsylvania in the Township of Herkimer and shown on the Town Plat as Item 1290-1992, Page 15099, Plat 11-342, Volume III, is hereby conveyed to Pennsylvania and stands upon the land and soil of Pennsylvania as a two acre irregularly shaped plot of land in the general form of a triangle enclosed by green metal posts  and piles of native granite around the posts, located as boundary markers at each corner of the triangle.  The land and soil has been physically surveyed by Keith A. Pierce and Sons, Surveyors, of Herkimer, Pennsylvania, and that survey is accepted as an accurate physical description of the location of this privately owned plot within Pennsylvania's borders.  All right, title, and interest in this property belongs to Pennsylvania, a State of the Union, and to me, the Powerholder enforcing the State Trust.  All Deeds issued by the STATE OF PENNSYLVANIA, the COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA, PENNSYLVANIA, or other franchises of the UNITED STATES are vacated and re-conveyed to the original jurisdiction of Pennsylvania, free and clear of debt, as a Freehold upon the land and soil of Pennsylvania." 

Sign it as the Powerholder in your Upper and Lower Case Name, First and Last only, using a by-line like this:    by:  George Allenby, Powerholder, for Allenby, George-Frederick, of Herkimer, Pennsylvania. 

This last bit is necessary because in their records, we are not listed as "George Allenby" or as "George Frederick Allenby", but are instead listed as "Allenby, George-Frederick.  

They've gobbered everything up with their endless deceits to such an extent that I think Frank Zappa was right --- just call your children by nonsense names that do not conform to their system of nomenclature at all, and adopt whatever kind of name you want for yourselves, as well.  

They want to run the world in abuse of trusts and false nomenclature?  Fine.  Millions of people can play the same game.  Change your name every month or two and give them (Vital Statistics) notice of the change.   

I, Frank Marvin Williams, have changed my name to Funkweiler P. Morgan as of November 11, 2017......  and then a month later..... I, Funkweiler P. Morgan have changed my name to Little Funk Morgan, otherwise known as LF Morgan, as of April 18, 2018......and then a month later.... I, Little Funk Morgan, otherwise known as LF Morgan, have changed my name to Pittance LF Marvin as of October 10, 2018..... 

Why not?  They want to seize upon our names and play these stupid games to unjustly enrich themselves via fraud and False Claims in commerce?  They want to define "JOHN ADAMS" as a Public Charitable Trust of the foreign Municipal United States Government?   

They want to pretend that registration of land assets is proper?   Well, you are the Powerholder and you can define where your land and soil interests are "seated" ---- and how they are defined, too.

Extraordinary Effort -- EE -- Message for White Hats

Today, I am making an Extraordinary Effort  --- which should rate me a grade of "EE" in the Great School of Things --- by using whatever graphic skills I have (very little, indeed) to draw out basic symbols and rules of symbols for you.  I am doing this to make you all aware of these things and hopefully in a way that you can grasp at a glance.  The end result will be available on my website, www.annavonreitz.com .

Second, everyone has been pestering me about the death of a puke named Jeffrey Epstein.  You need to be swift enough on the uptake to know when your attention is being diverted and then look at what it is being diverted from.

In this case, you are being lured by your natural but prurient interest in sex, to give your attention to issues that are unimportant.  How Jeffrey Epstein died in a high security prison is no mystery.  That he died is a disappointment to those of us who would have liked to see some justice for the victims, but that is fundamentally unimportant, too.  A puke is dead. Good riddance. There are plenty more just like him. 

What is important is that this past week the rats launched an all out effort to register your land as their land and to shut down the land recording offices throughout this country. 

THAT is what is important, and THAT is what your attention is being diverted from. White Hats, we need assistance blocking this attempted registration of our land assets, which would unlawfully convert our entire country into a corporate holding. 

If you have not recorded your metes and bounds description and land marks you must do so now and you must take exception to the registration of any land assets in this country.  They are attacking the fundamental basis of your country --- so get off your duffs and record your interest using landmarks. 

We have already claimed back the States which are physically defined, so you are somewhat shielded, but you need to exempt your own landholdings from their process explicitly and specifically, by counterclaiming all their various descriptions of your land and rolling all those land descriptions under your physical description. 

For example, "112 Mockingbird Lane" is a Territorial Land Description, seeking to identify your physical property as property existing in a Territorial State of State, while "Block 9, Lot 2, Mercier Lakes Subdivision" is a Municipal Land Description seeking to identify your physical property as property existing in a Municipal STATE OF STATE.  You must seize upon both these descriptions and any other such descriptions that they offer to use and apply to your land and counterclaim these by issuing your own landmark-based physical description in your State ---- for example, "the Southeast one-quarter of the original homestead of John Mayo recorded upon the Crystal Lake County, Illinois Recorder's Office, Volume 2, Page 114, August 15, 1855, and consisting of forty acres of rolling hills, orchard and pasture land, enclosed on the east by the Millburne Creek, enclosed on the west by a split rail fence and brass corner markers, enclosed on the North by our border with the Neil Olson Homestead running directly East and West between the northern brass corner monument of our western fence line and Millburne Creek, and enclosed on the South by the ditch and road system easement of US Highway 54...."

You get the idea.  Now get moving. 

The Clerks have developed a new tack in their attempts to befuddle you and muddy the waters.  They are telling everyone that they don't record legal documents.  This is true.  Legal documents must be registered, not recorded; however, the paperwork (not documents) that you are recording are land records, not legal documents.  

You are yourself a land asset: dust thou art and to dust returneth.  So you have every right and reason to record everything including land asset re-conveyances of your Good Name and private property interests. 

And more importantly, you have no reason to register anything. Ever.

Why It Is Important to Have a Hereditary Head of State

Quite simply, it beats them at their own game.

The Normans conquered and settled England. 

King John was basically disinherited by his own Father and left with no land in England and no land in France --- hence his nickname, John Lackland. 

All King John had left was his job as Keeper of the Commonwealth, a position that required him to work closely with the Church and the Pope, "to preserve and maintain" the "orderly operation of the Commonwealth for the greater good of its inhabitants". 

Even back then, people who had no actual home or claim to land were called "inhabitants" and "residents" in England.  Paupers, the inhabitants of King John's remaining kingdom, merely "resided" on a temporary basis under the protection of the Crown ---- a commercial corporation that provided them with the bare necessities of life --- and worked them to death building up properties and businesses belonging to the Church.   Think work houses.  Internment camps.

Are you beginning to draw the conclusions that result when these Bar Attorneys refer to you as a "resident" of the "State of Minnesota"? 

Their schtick is that the entire world must be ruled by people with the proper pedigree.  Why?  Because they are Monarchists.  They think that they are elite and that their elite status has been conferred on them by a King who is even more elite.  Therefore to preserve their own purportedly special status, they have to support the claims of the King who gave this special status to them. 

And God forbid that anyone else believe anything different or live under any different system---- because then they wouldn't be special and elite anymore.

This is what happens when people forget that they already have the highest status imaginable as Children of God.

They claim that their Queen is the natural ruler of England, France, America, Australia, etc., etc., etc., and this appeals to her vanity and her pocketbook, but it really isn't about her.  It's about promoting her, so that the elitists supporting her gain more power, more prestige, and more money. 

To the extent that they can bamboozle themselves and everyone else into believing this tripe, they succeed in their "Other Agenda" which is to bilk people who aren't elite ---- all the paupers --- under color of law.

However, William the Conqueror, was a renegade as a king, and a realist as a man.  When he died, he made all his senior nobles who helped him conquer England "sovereigns in their own right" and bequeathed land to them and their heirs forever afterward in England.  To this day, the Norman Patent underlies every stitch of land in England and everything that derived from the Doomsday Book accounting established by the Normans is under their claim. 

These men, who were still Barons owing fealty to William's heir in France, became kings in their own right in England.  The worldview of the Monarchists was shattered: mere men could become kings.  

This is why the  "Barons" were able to force King John to abide by the Magna Carta and the reason the Magna Carta became the driving force behind English Land Law for five hundred years. 

It was only in the 1750's that the English Land Law was eroded by Lord Mansfield's pollution of Land Law with Admiralty Law to create Equity Law ----the perverse form of law practiced by Territorial Courts in America today.

In America, the Land Law persisted as a result of the War of Independence. Worse, one of the Norman kings-in-their-own-right, had moved to America and one of his progeny sided with the Colonials against George III.

Like his illustrious ancestor, William the Conqueror, William Belcher (Belle Cher) bequeathed sovereignty in their own right to all the Continental soldiers who fought in the War of Independence, and to all Americans who would be born on our soil forever afterward. 

This time, not only a handful of Barons became kings.  An entire people became sovereigns in their own right. 

The end of the road for the Monarchists was in sight.  This was viewed as a death blow to monarchy as an institution.  If millions of common people could be elevated to the status of kings, the elites would have nowhere to go, no basis to make their claims of special status. 

When William Belcher took on the role and responsibility of being Head of State, he clearly understood and agreed that this was an Office he was serving in order to get this country recognized and enabled to do business in international trade. 

The Monarchists wouldn't do business with us otherwise.

So he used his royal ensigns as a king in his own right, his national coat of arms, as the basis to issue the Great Seals of both The United States and The United States of America.  You can see this for yourself, simply by looking up the Coat of Arms being used by the Belchers at this time in history. 

It doesn't mean, obviously, that a Norman king who conferred sovereignty on all Americans was a Monarchist himself, nor does it imply that any of his progeny are Monarchists, either.  It is the simple fact that William Belcher had a superior form of sovereignty to the Kings of England who as heirs of John Lackland were Kings of the Commonwealth.  When he stepped onto the stage, the Monarchists were beaten at their own game.

And they still are. 

So long as a Belle Cher maintains the Office of Head of State, even according to their own rules and traditions, the Monarchists must recognize the sovereignty of our States and our People, which has been bequeathed to us under the Settlement of the Norman Conquest.

The Kings of the Commonwealth and their elitist supporters have tried many ways to undermine these basic facts, most recently by up-ending and leaving the land and the land law by going to sea, but at the end of the day, they are still at sea and their Equity Law, which they have used as a spearhead to try to overcome our lawful claims, is not recognized nor practiced by any Judicial Court in America. 

Wake up, People.  You are engaged in a battle of wits against ruthless adversaries who wish to promote a new form of feudalism -- Commercial Feudalism -- and they aim to make you all into serfs and slaves, already far worse off than any counterparts in the Middle Ages. 

A serf in the Middle Ages gave 10-25% of his income each year to the King and the Church combined.  You are now being diddled out of over half of your income, and more demands are soon to be placed upon you, using currency inflation as a weapon to tax and devalue what you have left. 

Wake up, America.  The precious birthrights that our forefathers all fought for, Norman Royals and every man alike, are being undermined by lawless criminals intent on stealing by guile what they could never win by force of arms.

James Clinton Belcher isn't standing up as Head of State to enslave you. He is standing up to challenge this new form of Feudalism based on hot air and paper.  He is doing it to protect you and your assets from the False Claims of these sea-born pirates.  Please note --- he isn't doing it because it is safe, nor, thanks to your own ignorance, because it is a popular thing to do (it should be, but isn't).  He is doing it because it is the right thing to do.

We must all oppose Commercial Feudalism with might and main, with determination and education, with heart and with soul and with whatever means and eloquence we can use to expose the plots of those engaged in these evils, all aimed at promoting their self-interest at the expense of the entire Earth and everyone living upon it. 

The American Head of State stands for the sovereignty of each and every State of the Union, and for the sovereignty in their own right of the People of this country. He stands for your right to own private property. His ancestors fought, bled, and died so that you could have these precious birthrights---- but others have tried to steal these bequests from you by deceit, by lies, and by unconscionable contracts.

Wake up, wake up, wake up!  The men who gave you these gifts in the first place are not the ones trying to steal them from you now. 

James Clinton Belcher is standing between you and rapacious pirates.  Don't you think it is about time you woke up and helped him push back?

We call on each and every one of you to help break the chains of Commercial Feudalism before they are solidly locked around your necks.  Come home. Declare your birthright political status.  Place your declaration and re-conveyance of your Good Name which your parents gave to you on the public record of these fiends, and make them accountable.

Then join your State Assembly and engage the process of true self-governance which you are heir to.
