Every thing seems to be a dialectic of one kind or another. Communism is not the same with Common law as it's base. Capitalism with Statutory law is no better than Communism with Statutory law as a lack of choice is the offering. It appears to me that the ultimate dialectic is Common law vs Statutory law. It may make sense to focus on this particular.
